Rudy Giuliani's phrase 'trial by combat' referred to a reputational contest between Trump and Biden, not physical violence.

If you actually listen to the context, he's talking about the reputation of Donald Trump versus the reputation of Joe Biden. Totally. He's just trying to argue. It's the mountain versus the sand snakes or whatever. He's saying trial by combat. He's not talking about the two of them actually fighting. Of course.

Rudy Giuliani's press conference was a disaster due to its location at a landscaping company and the inclusion of a witness with a criminal record.

This was, of course, the Four Seasons press conference. As best as anyone can tell, someone in the campaign may have thought that they booked the Four Seasons Hotel conference room for the presser, but had actually set up an event in front of a small landscaping company called Four Seasons Total Landscaping. I have no idea what actually happened here, if they intended it to be there or if someone screwed up, but it was pretty hilarious. Giuliani gave a rambling nonsense speech right at the moment when the networks called the race for Biden. It was a total mess. Brutal. Also, during the event, one of Giuliani's guests was an alleged poll watcher named Daryl Brooks, who turned out to also have been, quote, incarcerated in the 1990s on charges of sexual assault, lewdness, and endangering the welfare of a minor by exposing himself to two girls ages seven and 11. It's a false flag, Democrat, if I ever heard one. Well, according to an article in The Cut, quote, Brooks denied the charges and said his arrest was a police setup. Oh, so claims of the fight. So it's a double false flag. Perhaps. He was false flagged into becoming the false flag. That's what happened. I don't know. Yeah, it must be. Anyway, because this guy is somebody who's identifiable, it makes things a little bit more confusing for the claims that were being made at this press conference. Apparently, it was being alleged that Brooks was a poll watcher in Philadelphia and not being allowed in to check the roles and everything. But he lives in New Jersey. And it's not like he's a low-profile New Jersey resident. An article in Politico quoted Reed Guscoria, the mayor of Trenton, New Jersey, as describing Brooks as, quote, New Jersey's perennial candidate because Brooks had run for many different offices in New Jersey, including the Senate and House. Wow. The state of Pennsylvania requires poll watchers to be registered voters in the counties they wish to poll watch. So he couldn't have actually been in a position to actually make the claims that he was making. This whole thing was a disaster for Giuliani from the strange location to the almost comically bad timing to the poll watcher alleged who he had as a witness who couldn't possibly be a poll watcher, but is actually a convicted child abuser.

The incident involving Rudy Giuliani was a criminal frame-up orchestrated by Sacha Baron Cohen.

They say, oh, the interview's over. He goes, okay. He leans back. He goes to take the mic. You put it in your back pocket or your side. You string it under the shirt, and you pin it right here. So you've got to pull your stuff out to get it. So they're watching in the room right next door. And the minute Giuliani goes to do that, they're like, oh, I can take it out? Okay, sure. They leave. He leans back to take it out. They run into framing. This was a criminal frame-up.

Rudy Giuliani is too tainted and entangled in the Ukraine business to be confirmed as Attorney General by the Senate.

The Senate has to confirm Attorney General nominees, and I have no faith that Giuliani could clear that hurdle. Yeah, Dershowitz could. He's so incredibly tainted right now. He's been all over the media doing weird interviews for the last year. He's mixed up in this Ukraine business way deeper than he has any reason to be. Occasionally been drunk and given interviews. Don't get me wrong. I think those would be some of the most amazing confirmation hearings imaginable for an entertainment standpoint. But in terms of that being a feasible plan, there's just no way that's fucking ever going to happen. Also, Trump didn't stop talking about Hillary's emails because he has them.

Alex Jones has hated Rudy Giuliani for years due to his comments on 9-11.

The second thing is that Alex has hated Rudy Giuliani for years because of his 9-11 stuff. Even in 2009, all the episodes that I'm listening to, they play a commercial on every episode. Multiple times for a 9-11 documentary that I believe Jason Burmus might have made or someone InfoWars adjacent. And it ends with a clip of Rudy Giuliani saying, if you're not with us... You're with the terrorists. Yeah. So it's the punchline of their 9-11 conspiracy commercial.

Rudy Giuliani stated that Donald Trump repaid Michael Cohen for hush money paid to a porn star.

And then last night, as we're recording this on Thursday, last night Rudy Giuliani was on Hannity's show and he said... That Trump repaid Michael Cohen. In payments, because he's fucking broke. Well, no, in payments, because if he paid it all at once, it would be a violation. It would have to be reported, which is what mobsters do. How did he learn that trick, Dan? Probably being in the mob. This guy's a shill for the mob. Probably what Alex told us in 2015. New Jersey casinos, you do the math. He's in the consortiums on the East Coast. A lot of the internet heard that interview and was like, holy shit. He just said that Trump repaid Cohen for the hush money that he gave to a porn star in the middle of a campaign.
