Alex Jones is treating the Enoch Burke story as if he is going to jail for life for using the wrong pronouns.

In order to accept that he's reporting on this story as a guy who's going to jail for life for using the wrong pronouns, you have to accept that either one, he's such an anti-trans zealot that he's willing to lie about every aspect of this story, or two, he's so lazy that he hasn't looked into it at all.

Alex Jones mischaracterizes the facts regarding the Willis-Wade relationship and the payment to Wade.

Also, Alex just has basic facts here wrong. See, so far, that is not true. Willis and Wade had known each other since 2019, and he was hired as the special prosecutor in 2021, but their personal relationship would not start until after that point in 2022. There's no romantic relationship, as we've been able to establish at the time of her hiring him. Alex also said she lied about the hiring, which is not true. Willis did not respond to a lot of salacious accusations until recently, but there's not a specific thing that Alex is accusing her of lying about that she has, in fact, lied about. Alex says that she gave him, quote, hundreds and hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of thousands of dollars, much of it in cash. That is not true. He was paid $650,000 for his work as a special prosecutor. This was not giving him money, and it wasn't transferred in cash. To the extent that there was any cash, it was Willis repaying Wade for things like a trip to Aruba that he paid for, and then she re-upped him for. Right, right, right. Alex is severely mischaracterizing this. Pretty much all of the basic details of this story wrong because the goal isn't to discuss things as they are. The goal is to fudge details so they fit the conclusion that he's going to report no matter what, namely that this is a clear case of money laundering.

Alex Jones ignores the questionable nature of Bob Maupin's story to incite fear and hatred of Mexican immigrants.

Anyway, this is part of the story that Alex doesn't cover because he doesn't care. Yeah. He just looks for headlines that help him get involved in that same incitement of fear and hatred, and it does the job.

Alex Jones conflates a 2002 article about threatened embassy evacuations with the 2003 Jakarta Marriott bombing to create a false narrative.

This article was written long before the Jakarta bombing at the Marriott and had to do with the U.S. threat to remove embassy employees in 2002 prior to the Bali bombings. The U.S. didn't end up evacuating staff and it had nothing to do with that Marriott, which is the hotel that was targeted in Jakarta. The reason that Indonesian House Speaker Tan Jun was expressing regret with the U.S. decision to threaten to remove staff was because he was worried about the message that would send to the rest of the world that Indonesia wasn't a safe place. Right. Alex has no idea what he's talking about. He's reporting that the U.S. planned to evacuate staff hours before the bombing that happened in August 2003, and his source is an article from October 2002.

Alex Jones fabricated the story about ERCOT being denied permission to produce more power.

Alex's reporting of this letter here is based on an entire, like it's a total lie. He was saying that ERCOT had sent a letter to the Department of Energy and they denied their request to be able to produce more power. Alex failed to report in a piece that he posted last February 20th that Acting Department of Energy Secretary David Huizinga had actually accepted and approved ERCOT's request six days prior on February 14th. Alex was making shit up back then and he's continuing to now because he's an asshole and he lies about the world in order to make it fit his extremist ideology.

Alex Jones reported a misleadingly edited video as fact and added false details about the victim being in a coma.

And you see Alex here long past when he had every reason to know what was going on, reporting the fake version of it. And Alex is taking it a step further and lying about two additional aspects. He's saying that it's racism against whites-related crime, which it clearly is not. And he's saying that this guy is in a coma. There's no evidence of this, and it's not mentioned in the CBS 21 story about him, which says that he's in stable condition at the hospital.

Dan Friesen asserts that Alex Jones has not read the Freedom Foundation report and is making up details about it.

So Alex absolutely has not read this report past the headline because he's just making stuff up about the freedom of information requests and stuff like that. He has no idea what this actual report was saying.

Alex Jones stopped reading an article about Joshua Hagen because it contained details that contradicted his narrative.

Now that you know that, listen to this and see how, like, in the middle of a sentence, Alex stops reading because he's scanned ahead and be like, uh-oh, that interferes with the narrative. And then this dude tied up the grandmother.

Alex Jones relies on the unreliability of first-hand accounts during crises to construct narratives that combine multiple individuals into a single story.

What Alex is doing here is he's relying on the unreliability of first-hand accounts of crises in order to create the narrative that he wants to deliver. In this case, he's combining two people into one story and possibly even three. It's even possible that he's not doing that intentionally. It's just ultimately how reporting goes when you go too hard too early when you don't have any of the facts.
