The Ninth Circuit Court ruling affirms the federal government's authority to deport illegal foreign nationals despite local objections.

Ninth Circuit rules in favor of federal deportation. And of course, that Ninth Circuit is usually pretty leftist. But the federal law is cut and dry. And so the federal government has the authority to deport foreign nationals in the U.S. illegally of the objection of local authorities.

The Ninth Circuit Court ruling states there is no right to carry arms openly in public under the Second Amendment.

Also, this Ninth Court ruling, it has said... If I recall correctly, let me pull up the exact wording of it. Quote, there is no right to carry arms openly in public, nor is any such right within the scope of the Second Amendment. Yeah. That's what the U.S. Court Judge Jay Bybee said.

The Ninth Circuit Court ruled against President Trump's revised travel ban.

But unfortunately, right around when they're due, the ruling comes in that the Ninth Circuit Court has shot down the appeal. Who would have guessed? And so Alex is not happy about that, and he gets into it in this next clip. Trump loses travel ban ruling in appeals court. And get ready for this. A second federal appeals court on Monday ruled against President Trump's revised travel ban. It's totally in law the president can do this. The decision from the United States Court of Appeals, the Ninth Circuit in San Francisco, that's overturned 80-plus percent of the time, was the latest in a string of court rulings rejected by the administration's efforts to limit travel from several predominantly Muslim countries.

The Ninth Circuit ruling regarding flags was about preventing harassment of Hispanic students on Cinco de Mayo.

If you actually go look into the Ninth Circuit decision about that, just as a quick reminder, it was about Hispanic kids being bullied by kids on Cinco de Mayo. Yep. There were many instances of harassment by kids wearing American flags and being like, fuck you on Cinco de Mayo. And the Ninth Circuit Court ruled not that you can't wear American flags, but that if schools have rules to not allow you to wear American flags, specifically on Cinco de Mayo, that was okay. That wasn't against the law. It wasn't against free speech, which is not what Alex says.

The Ninth Circuit Court ruled that people could not wear the American flag under specific circumstances related to a Cinco de Mayo event at Live Oak High School.

The Ninth Circuit Court did rule an agreement. With a lawsuit that was presented about people wearing the American flag. That part is true. Yes. What ended up happening was they ruled that people couldn't wear the American flag under a certain circumstance, which I will explain in a moment. And then the Supreme Court refused to hear the case because they were like, no, this is fine. So what the actual case was was about people wearing the American flag on Cinco de Mayo.

The court ruled that the school was allowed to prohibit American flag apparel on Cinco de Mayo for the protection of both celebrating students and those wearing the flag.

So anyway, the court ruled essentially that the school was allowed to say no American flag apparel on Cinco de Mayo. So you mean it had nothing to do with the actual American flag apparel and everything to do with whether or not the school was allowed to say it? Yes. And the reason was for the protection of Both the Cinco de Mayo celebrating students and the kids wearing the American flag stuff.
