But when somebody like Marjorie goes over and starts making statements like that, it shows she doesn't know.

I found this really interesting comment by Theodore Roosevelt, where he said to announce that there must be no criticism of the president. Or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public.

In Roosevelt's case, he was writing this editorial about how it's great to question the government and the president because he was actually more in favor of war than Woodrow Wilson, and he'd gotten some flack for that. In the previous two years, he'd been writing editorials about how the U.S. needed to get more involved in World War I, arguing that Wilson wasn't being strong enough. The editorial that this quote comes from is his defense of himself on accusations of him being disloyal for calling for more war than the president was waging. We all agree that it's fine to criticize the president. It's just funny that Alex is lying about when this was written, and he takes this quote about justifying a desire for more war and turns it into something about, like, Roosevelt saying it was cool for people to overthrow a government if they just decide that it's full of usurpers.

If you look into this specific charity, it becomes a little interesting that Alex would choose this one to focus on. The organization was started by a nun named Sister Norma Pimentel, who was a very fierce public critic of Trump's border policies.

And the biggest message I have, before I give you my personal message here, is to the people that serve the system, the yuppies, the trendies, the leftist enforcers, you're the biggest chumps of them all. You're the biggest schmucks, the biggest fools. And I don't say that with pleasure. I wish you weren't so delusional. You think you're part of the ruling class. You think you're part of the eugenics takeover. You think you're part of the winning team. You are anything but that. You are the weak traitors that actually chose to join this evil because you were seeking out power.

Think I could talk about Trump from a basic American nationalist, even conservative perspective. He has failed to deliver on the keystone promises of his 2016 campaign. There is no wall. Immigration restriction is not going to be in the cards.

He's a fucking evil dude. It's just so simple. Yeah, and he has exactly what we've told you he was. He's a con man who has a psychopath who's willing to commit war crimes like he said he wanted to do during the campaign.

And you don't say a damn word, you evil racist witch! Here is this monster selling poison like a cobra biting you with evil. Here is this witch for the Rockefellers and the big money and the KKK-run Democrats. Here she is!

And the same playbook being run against Israel about open your borders, let everybody in to have free stuff, is being run against us. You know, I sat there in the break room. What was it? Monday. And with my mouth hanging open during that press conference with the four horsemen of the Democratic apocalypse, crying and whining and, oh, my mother needed a hospital. She was in Palestine, or my grandmother, and they wouldn't let her in for free health care. So you want to blow the country up. But it's got to give you some free stuff. But then in your wonderful Palestinian place, you can't even put two and two together, and you basically live in a dictatorship.

Alex is presenting it as like these liberals won't call their own to task. I'm like, fuck off.
