Also, part of the reason that we knew the whole thing with Dylann Roof really fast is because he wrote a super racist manifesto that explained exactly why he did what he was doing. If this guy in Waukesha had written a manifesto, I think it would make determining the precise motive a little bit easier.

Alex was trying to profit off it and manipulate perception around it. The next day, he started his show saying if this guy really wanted to kill black people...

And also, eagle-eared listeners will remember that when we talked about the Charleston shooting with Dylan Roof, his way of deflecting from the horror of that was to talk about abortion. That idea of like, they kill all these babies. You think they don't care? They're not killing anybody. You know, that sort of thing is his way of dehumanizing that event, like any kind of mass murder that is inconvenient for him.

He was saying that the day after the Charleston shooting, he said, well, this guy really wanted to be racist. He should have been an abortion doctor.

The situation with Charleston was a horrible racist who wanted to slaughter black people to start... Yeah. That is what he said he wanted to do.

I mean, isn't that the answer? That he pulls that gun out, and somebody pulls a gun out and blows him away, and maybe only two people were dead. Kim and maybe the first person he shot. I mean, isn't that the answer? Isn't it gun-free zones and an anti-gun culture?

Wrestling a little bit with the Charleston shooting at this point. He's still giving a lot of, like, if you believe this stuff, you're an idiot. You know, all these race issues are just meant to distract us.

Categorically wasn't.

Who knows how obvious this will get if it is some type of staged event. And it could be. I'm not saying it's a staged event, but our government and criminal elements have done things like this before.

So this next clip, he minimizes the deaths of the people at that church, very insultingly, and then says something that is so not true about liberals.

He does not understand at all that my experience of the Charleston shooting was great sadness and empathy. And from everything that I experienced with people around me, it was a unifying moment. It was not a fuck whitey kind of moment.
