They have math minds. Suck. They have math minds. You know what I mean? They have math minds, and that's good. But there's very little wisdom coming out of that pocket of the world. Almost none.

But Inman is fascinating because he immediately, when he left office, he went directly into creating AI. And all of the AI companies and all the people that you see out of AI come directly out of his early efforts, or at least in great part, some of the top people involved in AI.
And that is because they're trying to build the most powerful, capable artificial intelligences, which I think is a misnomer. And again, we can get into it later. But they're trying to build these hyper-competent artificial intelligences. And you need two things for that, really, is training data and you need compute.
One of the things that's scaring a lot of people that are whistleblowers in the AI space is that they are bringing in people from other countries to just facilitate these problems that they have and make it go faster. So they're bringing in Chinese nationals. There's a huge possibility of espionage. And then there's this mad race. It's a Manhattan project for super intelligent AI.
It's like man, you know, God made man in his image, and that we're doing the same thing. These people are doing the same thing. They're building AI into their own image, and they're going to merge with it. That's the hybrid God.
In the process of building our AI engine, I worked with a lot of AI frontier developers and I became close associates with a number of people who are working on cutting-edge AI. And what I witnessed, Alex, is not known by the public. What I have witnessed is essentially that AGI already exists in the labs.
Everybody's all together in this one thing and you're all working towards a goal of getting this fucking AI on board. That's right. Everything up until now, every song ever sung, every play that you ever went to on Broadway, all of it was just about getting this AI born. That's right. Every comment. That's the whole thing. All of our work is really just to make money. All of our money is after the bills is really just to buy the best stuff. What's the best stuff? And it's electronics, it's TVs, it's computers, it's a phone. It's got to get better. In order to get better, they got to work on it. And they get it to a point where we're at now.
I think it's going to get to a point when they have artificial general superintelligence. And it's, what is it, 2049? What's the year they think it's going to achieve its peak intelligence? There's like estimations. Like a lot of these guys, they point, is it 2045 or 2049? There's like the Kurzweil guys. Because that was that conference that Ari and I and Duncan went to back in the day. That was Kurzweil's thing. I think it was 2049. So if at 2049, like what does the AI look like then?
Overall, Trump's doing a great job, but AI is here. And there's an AI race.
And so the answer is independent AIs, true open AIs, not Sam Altman's fake open AI.
