Bank Records Show Biden Family Received Millions in Payouts from Russia, Ukraine & Kazakhstan
It does not look good for Joe Biden. The House Oversight Committee released bank records showing the Biden family received millions of dollars in payouts from oligarchies in Ukraine, Russia and Kazakhstan. According to the research, the payments flowed into companies set up by Hunter Biden and Devon Archer, the latter testified to Congress as a witness. Those companies subsequently distributed the money (laundered) into subsidiary companies of Rosemont Seneca, and then the money was distributed to the Biden group. First story today that I want to cover has to do with the Biden oversight committee,
released records.
We got records released yesterday, which show that some millions of dollars in foreign payments went to the Biden family from Russia, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
And we're getting the details now.
We're getting to see how the money is flowing.
Essentially, that through these Rosemont Uh, Seneca partners, which was what Hunter Biden created with Devin Archer.
They had like 3.5 million move in from Russia.
And then a lot of that goes over to, uh, the, the partnership in Dubai where they had, uh, Rosemont, Rosemont Seneca was operating.
I mean, this is a shell game.
And we had a Yelena Baturina, a Russian, who sent 3.5 million wire to the Rosemont Seneca Thornton, which is Vice President, and then Vice President Biden attends a dinner with Yelena Baturina, Russian, together with Hunter Biden, Devin Biden, and others at this Cafe Milano, which is the chic place in Washington where they all like to go for dinner.
So their whole routine was that Devin Archer and Hunter Biden would get someone who had lots of money, some oligarch from one of these countries, and their favorites were Russia, Ukraine, and countries like Kazakhstan.
There's this whole group of Countries which are, you know, Pakistan and etc.
Pakistan is like state of these people.
So the Kazakhs was their state.
And there's a whole group of these states that are in the southwestern part of Russia.
And they are, you know, very much tribal people.
But the point is, the money was flowing from the oligarchs in a bribery scheme, clearly bribery, because this is influence peddling.
Uh, so that, uh, you, you see the house committee is releasing this.
Now, is anything going to be done about it?
That's the question.
We'll get to that in a minute.
Cause I don't think the justice department is going to do anything.
After Hunter Biden received millions of dollars in payments and vice president Biden dined with his son's foreign associates in Washington, DC.
Okay.
During the, during Joe Biden's vice presidency, Hunter Biden sold him as the brand.
He was the guy, the big guy and the brand and the Biden brand, which means influence peddling, which is what Washington is all about.
You know, Washington is all these lobbyists who worked in agencies and they retire from the agencies, they create a lobbying firm or join a lobbying firm, and then they peddle influence to the agency from which they left because they know how it works on the inside.
It's a big bureaucratic game that's played in Washington all the time.
So it's clear that Biden knew about his son's business dealings now and allowed himself to be the brand, to be sold, to enrich the Biden family while he was vice president.
I'm sure he's continued it, except that his capacities are being diminished.
He's now clearly, if you saw him at the Grand Canyon yesterday, I mean, the jokes were his handlers trying to get him to fall off the cliff.
I mean, he was right at the edge of it and he seemed to be completely out of it yesterday.
At any rate, I'll read you a little bit of what this article says.
In February 2014, a Russian oligarch sent $3.5 million to a shell company.
This is the woman, Yelena Baturina, associated with Hunter Biden.
It's a shell company, which means it only exists to transfer money.
So this Russian billionaire, Yelena Bakturina, transferred $3.5 million to the Rosemont Seneca Thornton, a shell company.
Approximately $1 million then was transferred to Devin Archer, and the remainder was used to initially fund a new company, which was Rosemont Seneca Bohai, which Devin Archer and Hunter Biden used to receive other foreign wires of money.
And this goes on and on.
Kazakhstan, same kind of deal.
They wired to Biden, Kazakhstan, Oligarch wired the exact price of Biden's sports car to a bank account held by Archer and Biden, Hunter Biden.
February 2014, Hunter Biden met with this Kenes Rakiseve at a Washington DC hotel.
And he was working closely with the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, and they wired $143,000 to Rosemont Seneca Bohai.
The next day, this payment was made from Rosemont Seneca Buhai to purchase a sports car for
Hunter Biden in the amount of $142,300.
And then Archer and Biden arranged for the Burisma executives to visit Kazakhstan in
June 2014 to evaluate a three-way deal between Burisma, a Chinese state-owned company, and
the government of Kazakhstan.
So that's how it worked.
It's pretty simple corruption, Corruption 101.
And the question is, is anybody going to do anything about it?
Uh, that's what's so frustrating right now.
I think to the American people, it is certainly to me, we are dealing with such massive corruption in every one of our institutions.
We've got a, um, clearly senior diminished or demented or whatever you want to call it.
Certainly brain brain capacity for Biden is diminished.
Uh, and yet he's president of the United States.
It's ridiculous.
And then he's funneling in these millions and millions and millions of dollars, which the FBI, the Treasury Department, everybody monitoring wire transfers, they all know about it.
But because it's Biden, he's protected.
Now, this is how a country gets corrupted.
The leadership decides to enrich themselves at the expense of the people.
And when they decide to do that and get away with it, Because the law authorities are now protecting the oligarchs for their own advantages.
What are these Justice Department people?
They get careers, they get Washington positions, they get money, and they do it as long as they play the game.
And the game is one that is wink-wink.
You know, the guy in the White House, the big guy, well, we can't touch the big guy.
He's the mafia boss.
We've gotten a government today that is no different than organized crime mafia.
They operate the same way, and once the country loses legitimate law enforcement, the country's headed into an extremely difficult situation.
Which is going to become lawlessness in the streets, it's going to become... It all starts with abandoning God.
Once a nation abandons God, we quickly degenerate into chaos.
And I'm going to cover this theme throughout this broadcast.
Chris, I'll give you a chance to comment at this point, because I think it's a very important subject.
Well, if you look at it this way, you might want to portray the Washington establishment as something of a crime family.
That does make a lot of sense.
Let's put it this way.
There are predators amongst the bunch.
There are those leaders, the people like your... the more, let's say, tyrannical former mafia bosses.
They run things and they enrich themselves.
They give the money to their minions.
These are people who do their bidding.
It doesn't matter what their moral compass is.
It's almost a survival skill in Washington at this point for those who have, let's say, fell into compliance.
After that, they do whatever they want.
They They're like the Merrick Garlands of the world.
They have their media cohorts, like your Brian Stelzers of the world, who'll do the bidding, and then they're taken care of afterwards.
So after they're exposed as liars and frauds, they're going to go to a nice cushy position in some kind of university in academia, giving lectures for six-figure salaries.
So they all know the endgame's good for them.
Or they go to law firms, or they get taken care of one way or the other.
It's protection game for them, as long as they play the game.
Do you remember that comic strip, Hager the Horrible?
Yes, I do.
Do you remember the family motto for Hager's family?
No, what was it?
I got mine.
I got mine.
That's good.
I got mine.
That was the family motto and that's the motto in Washington.
You know, the problem is that once we begin operating like crime families, once it becomes, you know, Chicago 1930s with gangs in the streets fighting each other, what's the part of this that the public is not aware of is that we are the organized crime syndicates.
For instance, the cartels.
Okay, cartels are dealing drugs in Mexico.
We've got an open border.
Now, you can't run a massive drug operation without a bank because you can't take $100 bills and stuff it into a big semi-trailer and drive it around for your spending money.
You've got to get it into the bank so you can use it.
Well, that means the banks are cooperating in laundering money from drug trade, and every transaction that goes on in a bank is monitored by the Treasury Department.
Now, HSBC, years ago, about 2011, was involved in money laundering.
And I had a whistleblower came to me and said he had records from Long Island Branch where they were opening up someone's account in your social security number, running millions of dollars through that account.
And then they'd closed the account when it was zero.
So it was nothing there to report because it was just a vehicle.
And so I got these records.
I called up this gentleman in New York and said, this is gonna be a strange conversation.
Is your social security number?
I read it to him.
He said, yes.
I said, did you have a million dollars go through your account at HSBC last week?
He said, I closed that account six months ago.
I said, well, someone ran a million dollars through it and I'm going to send you the records.
Okay, I reported that, started reporting that, finally got to the Department of Homeland Security and the Senate Permanent Investigating Committee got involved.
I gave them the records.
So they fined HSBC $1.9 billion and nobody went to jail.
Nobody went to jail.
Okay, they said you shouldn't be laundering money.
They wrote a big report on it.
I have it here somewhere, you know, 300 page report.
They were getting these money changing little places in Mexico and they were running all the money through these places and getting it into the bank.
But it was down to the bank branch level where they were operating the actual accounts that were laundering that money.
You know, who knows where it went, but it went to wherever, and the government monitors this.
We are the drug cartels.
The United States government is running the drug business.
That's what you got to understand, that we've come to that point, and at that point, the Department of Justice isn't going to go after, and I'll show you who they're going to go after.
We're going to do the next story.
Chris, put up the next story about Christopher Wray.
I'll have your comment again, but this one story about Christopher Wray is again shocking.
If you'll remember, we reported a while ago that there was a memo found in this Richmond, Virginia office, I believe it was, and the memo was saying essentially that they were targeting, the FBI was targeting as white supremacists, radical traditional Catholics who attend the Latin Mass.
And they were supposedly anti-Semitic, anti-immigrant, anti-LGBT, and white supremacist ideology.
Well, that's just nonsense.
I grew up as a child with the Latin mass.
I liked the Latin mass.
You know, I was raised Catholic.
You know, it's hard to be a Catholic right now with a Catholic church becoming a communist entity.
But the point is, I'm not a white supremacist.
I've created a program in telemedicine, which is in Spanish, Ablacon MD.
We're about to launch it.
It's designed to provide Hispanic-speaking people with telemedicine with Hispanic-speaking physicians, which they can't normally get right now in the United States.
There's not that many of them.
And when you go into a typical hospital, you might find somebody translating for you, but the Spanish are not communicating directly with the doctor.
Okay, and I'm going to provide this for all Hispanics in the United States.
It's a Christian mission.
They're here, they deserve to be treated well.
They deserve health care.
Now, does that mean I'm anti-immigrant?
No, I'm anti-illegal immigrant.
I wish it wasn't illegal.
But am I a white supremacist?
No.
I'm doing this program for Hispanics.
Now, that's the problem, and what we're finding out here is that this was not, Christopher Wray said, oh, that was just one little office in Richmond, and they tried that, but it didn't get very far, and we quashed it.
It turns out they were operating at widespread.
Memos have now surfaced where Los Angeles, Portland, Oregon, all across the country, they were involved in monitoring Catholics who liked the Latin mass.
Now, this is insanity.
We're one step away from where we are today in countries like India and the Middle East, where if you're Christian, you're going to be persecuted.
You're going to be stripped naked, gang raped, brutally killed, because you believe in Jesus Christ.
Now, if this isn't end days, I don't know what is.
Because the persecution of Christians is one of the signs we're told to look for, and it's happening worldwide, and it's not being reported.
If we have the FBI going after people who like the Latin Mass, we don't need the FBI.
If that's what they're doing, they're not doing their job.
Their job is to catch criminals, but they're not going to catch themselves.
They're not going to go over to the Treasury Department and arrest Secretary of Treasury because he's allowing big banks to money launder for drug cartels.
They're not going to go into the President's office and arrest him because he let this happen.
Or she, whomever it is.
I'm sorry, we can't say he, she anymore because we've got multiple genders.
The insanity that we're going through right now is intended to destroy us and is indoctrinated in our schools.
I'll cover that in just a minute.

I want to cover a bunch of subjects today, but let's do some more.

About four weeks ago, the congressional committee had, let's say, exchanges about this memo in Richmond, and Ray tried to wiggle his way out of it.

Director, what's the difference between a traditional Catholic and a radical traditional Catholic?
I'm not an expert on the Catholic orders.
Well, your FBI wrote a memo talking about radical traditional Catholics.
I'm just wondering if you can define it for us.
Well, what I can tell you is you're referring to the Richmond product, which was a single product by a single field office, which as soon as I found out about it, I was aghast and ordered it withdrawn and removed from FBI systems.
You're aghast, then why won't you let us talk to the people who put it together?
We are working on finishing an internal review into what happened there.
We have to wait.
We, the Congress, and the American people have to wait until you do an internal review.
It's not a criminal investigation going on here.
An internal review before we can talk to the people who wrote this?
When we finish our internal review, which will be very soon, we will come back before the committee to provide a briefing on what we found.
Well, we appreciate the briefing, but we want to talk to the people who wrote it.
Any idea how many Catholics there are in America, Director?
No, sir.
There's a lot.
Over 60 million.
What percentage of those are radical traditional Catholics, according to the Richmond Field Office of the FBI?
Again, that product is not something that I will defend or excuse.
It's something that I thought was appalling and removed it.
Let's read from that product.
Page four of that product.
By the way, the copy you gave us, when can we get a copy that doesn't have all these redactions on it, so we can actually see what the American taxpayers were paying for to see their rights, their First Amendment religious
liberty rights attacked.
Let me just read from page four.
Provide new opportunities to mitigate extremist threat through outreach to traditional Catholic parishes
and the development of sources with the placement and access to report on places of worship.
That's pretty fancy language for they're trying to put informants in the parish, in the church.
That's what this memorandum said.
Oh, those mean old Catholics.
Well, I mean, this is where a failed nation goes.
This is what the persecution of religion, because once they become Satan-dominated, which is what this is all about, they turn against God and they go to persecute God.
Okay, let's go to the next story.
I mean, all these I'm covering today are, in my mind, related and I think extremely important.
So, the next story I want to cover Has to do with these green energy issues.
So Germany is gonna spend $63 billion in green energy investments.
They've already had, because they want to get to net zero carbon dioxide of emissions.
Net zero carbon dioxide emissions.
No more adding carbon dioxide to the atmosphere, because that will produce global warming.
That's the whole theory.
So, from 2024 to 2027, the Cabinet agreed to boost the investments in the so-called Climate and Transformation Fund to €233 billion, or €212 billion, an increase of around €30 billion.
The special fund, not part of the regular German budget, was created to help the energy transition
and green investments in Europe's biggest economy on its road to net zero.
Industry carbonization is good.
They want to eliminate carbonization in industry, no more hydrocarbon fuels.
They want to implement the hydrogen strategy.
They want to get buildings to use energy efficiently, which means essentially they're wanting to ban
German government also voted to ban most oil and gas heating boilers in new and old buildings
from 2024 as part of a plan to reduce emissions.
The This is insanity.
What you're going to have is a shutdown of these economies because the solar and wind will not be effective.
And it's known that that, I've got a dozen books here on it, and the whole idea is climate change, you know, again, If people will just read, take, you know, the nonsense.
I wrote this book and it's done very well, but I mean, that's not the point.
The point is that the truth about energy, global warming and climate change, exposing climate lies in an age of disinformation.
What I'm showing you is that this has become a cult.
This has become a popular delusion.
It's like mass hysteria, like mass hypnosis.
And we get this book, The Grip of Culture.
I'm gonna show it here so I make sure I put it up on the screen so everybody can see it.
But this is the people we're dealing with.
And this whole Grip of Culture, which is written by Andy West, The Social Psychology of Climate Change Catastrophism.
What it says is that they're telling you the catastrophes that are gonna happen.
If we don't get rid of carbon dioxide.
And the catastrophes are, you know, the seas are going to rise, everything that happens, we have hurricanes, we're going to have more hurricanes, we're going to have more tornadoes, we're going to have bad weather, we're going to have floods, all because of carbon dioxide.
It's nonsense.
Carbon dioxide is a trace molecule in the atmosphere.
Water vapor is 70% of all greenhouse gases.
They're not attacking water vapor.
They're attacking Carbon dioxide.
Why?
We exhale carbon dioxide.
It's fundamentally suicidal.
In other words, if you can kill cows because they fart methane, which is a, you know, again one of the considered a greenhouse gas, you know, it's one of the chemicals that, and I'll explain what they are in a minute, but point is, if we can kill cows and get rid of agriculture, Well, human beings exhale carbon dioxide.
There's 8 billion of us.
How much carbon dioxide will we eliminate if we get that down to 500 million?
That's the whole point of the climate movement.
And if they can effectively eliminate hydrocarbon fuels, they'd accomplish two goals.
One, they destroy capitalism.
These people are neo-Marxists.
And secondly, they depopulate, which is what, and I spend the first about 90 pages of this book showing how the, after World War II, the environmental movement got hijacked by the depopulation movement.
Which saw that they could get rid of people if they could convince you that we were dangerous.
They call this the Anthropocene, which means we are, Anthropocene, ancient Greek, and Greek means human being.
The Anthropocene means that we are in the epoch in which we, human beings, destroy everything.
And the sixth extinction, they write books about the sixth extinction.
Well, the five prior extinctions on Earth, before human beings ever came around, They're saying we will cause our own extinction by things like using hydrocarbon fuels.
Now, this is pure insanity.
The next story on the climate is on the same vein, because what we're seeing is that there's now a war on agriculture, okay?
And this war on agriculture is going to be essentially so destructive.
Human beings have depended on agriculture since the earliest human beings were around, growing things to eat.
And it's been the backbone of human civilization, provided substance to billions of people around the world.
But this anti-farming activism is building.
So 27% of the global workforce is in agriculture.
But if you take a look at the numbers and the statistics, you'll see that it's been being reduced because of the mechanization of agriculture.
But now we are actually closing down farmlands, and Scandinavian countries are actually forcing farms to close.
Now, how are we gonna feed eight billion people If we don't have hydrocarbon fuels, we can't use nitrogen fertilizers, and if we can't expand rather than limit the agriculture in the world.
We could feed the world easily out of the Middle East with hydroponics, because we've got a lot of sun there.
You know, closer to the equator, desert.
Desert's perfect for agriculture, if you've got water and nutrition.
So you could use a combination of nitrogen fertilizer and water and you could grow about anything in desert environments.
Now, you've got John Kerry running around as an envoy.
This guy, John Kerry, I've been opposing since 2004 when I co-authored with John O'Neill, Unfit for Command.
Talked about his disgraceful record in Vietnam.
On how he ran for president as a swift boat captain.
And got three very questionable purple hearts that he thought were going to help him in his presidential run.
Well now he's off talking about, first of all, under Obama he was over in Iran.
Iran is now developing nuclear weapons.
And I'll just run through a couple of the stories that I did not have time to post.
I may cover them tomorrow.
But let me just give you a feel of the kinds of stories we're getting right now.
If we destroy agriculture, the world is headed for a massive, massive depopulation and nuclear wars around the corner.
Here's a couple of the stories I'm looking for here.
Inflation's returning, and you're gonna see the costs going up in the fall.
You're gonna see more banks failing in the fall.

No, unfortunately, it's probably just overbuilt and probably not well managed in Hawaii.
And many of these wildfires that we're getting now are arson.
A Ukrainian church leader in Ukraine was given, a Christian given, I believe he was Christian, five years in prison for being sympathetic to Russia.
Okay, this whole confidence crisis emerges as Biden's EPA pushes unproven technologies to decarbonize the grid, power sectors warn.
Okay, the top lobbying group for U.S.
power plans penned a lengthy letter to President Biden's Environmental Protection Agency urging that the administration's aggressive plan to curb greenhouse gas emissions From natural gas-fired plants is unworkable because it relies on unproven technologies.
When do these geniuses figure that out?
Okay, the Environmental Protection Agency, it would be better if we took the entire agency and put it in the Death Valley, and let them have all the wind and solar they wanted.
In fact, we could take the entire federal government bureaucracy and put it there.
Because if they're just going to run organized crime activities, they're going to go after Christians who like the Latin mass.
What do we need the federal bureaucracy for?
This is the beginning of a Gestapo.
This is the beginning of a totalitarian state.
And it's got to come to an end.
Now, one way or the other, I don't see this surviving long.
Simply because these horrible regimes, first they produce millions of deaths.
Mao takes over and as a great leap forward, tens of millions of Chinese starve to death.
And dying of famine is not particularly pretty.
Russia.
Stalin takes over after Lenin dies.
He has a collectivist farm experiment, which the farms are going to be run by collectives rather than owned individually.
Tens of millions die.
Millions.
In Ukraine, the Russians came in and took the food from them, so they would die.
It would not let them have any agriculture.
It was intentional suicide by starvation that was forced upon these people Because the authorities took their food away from them.
Human beings are capable of that.
And when it gets to that point, we are in a cycle where we have a boom.
Roaring 20s.
Boom.
Donald Trump in presidency.
We had a good economy.
We had controlled inflation.
We were coming back.
We were leading the world in hydrocarbon fuel production.
Followed by a bust.
Stock market crash in 1929.
I'm seeing a stock market crash building for this fall.
Okay, then it's followed by depression.
People can't get jobs.
They lose their homes.
Food lines.
That could happen again.
And then you get a World War.
World War II.
Well, right now, the other story I was going to cover, this will be the last one I want to mention, and Chris, I'm going to ask you to make some final comments on all this.
Let's talk about Ukraine for a minute.
Ukraine just got the first batch of Abrams tanks.
But the problem is that their offensive isn't going anywhere.
The offensive is hitting a low point.
Russia is very, very well set in defensive positions.
Russia has all the armaments it needs.
We're sending over Abrams tanks to people who have never been in an Abrams tank.
And the Ukrainians are going into the front lines with troops that have not been trained.
And the Russians are just killing them like crazy.
It's a slaughter.
It's not being reported as a slaughter, but the country is being destroyed.
Now, if this country can be destroyed, Ukraine, which is one of the breadbaskets of the world, has some of the most grain production.
Right now, Russia's cut off the Black Sea, and of course, Ukraine is trying to destroy the Russian naval ships.
This will just escalate.
And at the same time, you've got Iran with hypersonic missiles now, that they're testing, and very close to developing nuclear weapons.
So, we are on the edge of nuclear war, and this insanity has got to be stopped, and I see only one solution.

Well, let's put it this way.
You talk about depopulation.
There are a lot of ways to do so.
Starve them out.
We talked about that.
Start some wars.
We talked about that, too.
The funny thing is, it's always wars somewhere else.
It's never in the first world.
You ever notice that?
We like to go, proxy wars have become very popular in the post-war, with nuclear weapons available.
What major countries have done is fight proxy wars.
We fought in Vietnam, we fought in Korea, against China.
And we let African nations fight amongst each other too, or have their civil wars.
As long as there's no oil interests, we don't bother with that.
Yeah, we don't even report it.

You've got right now in Niger, you've got a major, and the CIA is involved around the world.
We know this too.
And I guess one of the Ecuadorian candidates, a conservative for president, got assassinated yesterday.
You know, where was the CIA?
Was it involved?
Well, immediately, you know, you've got to ask the question, because there's history, going back to the Church Committee in the 70s, which showed that the CIA has been involved in assassination programs.
And if they did it, then who said they stopped?
Couldn't they just do this in a long, drawn-out court process and try to trump up charges?
Wait a minute, they do that here, not there.
Okay, I get it.
You've got judges here who don't rule on the law anymore.
Trump is going to find out that this judge in Washington is not going to give him any motion that favors him.
I would not be surprised if they try to impose a gag order on Trump.
Deny him his First Amendment rights?
They've been trying.
And what are we going to do about it is the question.
And you know, look, what you do about it is get fair elections.
And let's have some accountability of these people.
Let's get someone in there who will defund these agencies if they will not follow the Constitution.
We don't need these agencies if they're rogue.
And they are going rogue with their own agendas.
That's what is frightening.
If we can't find law, if law is, if silence is imposed, we're living a lie.
If we don't have law, we are already in anarchy.

It's time for us to stop sending them arms, which are only going to escalate.
And they're doing no good.
Uh, the Ukrainians are still stealing huge amounts of money.
We're sending over billions to them, which we are unaccountable with the Biden family who has known history of corruption and are not facing justice.

We should have been fighting harder to get God back in the schools, to make sure that we stop killing babies and make these reproductive rights, which sounds great.
Who's not in favor of reproductive rights?
But the point is, you have reproductive rights ending in killing unborn babies.
What about their reproductive rights, the ones you just killed?
We have to look towards The fundamental values that Jesus Christ taught, which were to love your enemies, which were to, you know, ask God to forgive us our trespasses.
Because as that prayer says, God's will will be done here as it is in heaven.
And I would prefer that we beg for forgiveness and allow God to heal the land.
