First story today, a federal court judge, and this is Donald Trump in his case, and
It's really appalling what's happening to Trump.
This is authored by Jonathan Turley.
Now, I follow Jonathan Turley quite a lot.
He is a law professor.
He's quite good.
You'll see him on various television shows.
He's really become a celebrity of sorts.
I think it's highly intelligent.
What the federal courts did was the special counsel, this guy Jack Smith, this Trump hater, another far leftist, he wanted to subpoena Twitter, X now today, to get all of the background of Trump tweets.
And he imposed a $350,000 fine.
This U.S.
District Court judge, whose name is Burl Howell, looked very self-righteous.
For a three-day delay, you know, TwitterX said they needed a little bit of time, so they fined him $350,000.
Now, in the footnotes, there were elements that were secret.
That have now come to light, I guess, because the, when she issued this order, they examined the footnotes and they realized what, uh, you know, Jack Smith subpoenaed and obtained a search warrant on former president Trump's account on Twitter, now X. He saw the information with a non-disclosure order that prohibited X from disclosing the existence of the contents of the search warrant to Trump or anyone else.
Trump couldn't know about it.
Trump already knew he was an investigation, so what was the need for this non-disclosure?
I mean, Trump knows they're investigating him.
Well, the court found that Trump might change his course of conduct in that he might try to skip his Secret Service, you know, get out from his Secret Service protection and take a run for it.
It might be a flight risk.
It's bizarre.
This is where our Department of Justice thinks.
So the lower court said the district court found that there were reasonable grounds to believe that disclosing the warrant to President Trump would seriously jeopardize the ongoing investigation by giving him an opportunity to destroy evidence, change patterns of behavior, or notify Confederates.
And Turley says it's not clear how Trump would destroy the evidence that Twitter possessed, good point, Particularly after the company is informed that it must preserve and collect, disclose the metadata.
Well, of course, Twitter is going to do that.
Then there was the added rationale that was tucked into footnote two of the district court opinion, Trump might flee.
Now here's what Jonathan Turley writes that.
He said, process that for a minute.
You know, get your head around this.
Trump has 24 seven security.
So this judge Howell, Agreed that he might shake his sizable security detail, evade them, and go on the lam.
He's one of the most recognized figures in the world.
I mean, how's Donald Trump going to go incognito?
Turley says he'd have to go to bars to live incognito.
Well, that's about right.
It's on its face absurd.
That's what Turley says.
And I agree.
Trump has been sued and criminally charged across the country.
He's never made a break for it.
Where's he going to go?
Cuba?
The finding of a flight risk undermines the credibility of the court order.
That's the real point.
Is that they are going to such lengths, their Trump hatred, that these judges, the Department of Justice, they're making themselves look like fools.
They're not, this is no, this is not serious law practice.
This is out and out harassment.
It's out and out trying to prevent Trump from being president.
It's out and out and interfering in an election, which is a crime.
These people are taking Biden, who is rife with corruption, whose family's taking millions from Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, every oligarch in the world.
Biden put out a sign, crime family in search of criminal money.
We'll launder.
We'll get you deals.
Okay.
And then the money starts flowing in.
That's what we have as president.
And they're going after Donald Trump.
Why?
Because he said, make America great again.
And these people obviously hate America.
They hate God.
And these are the people who are in charge of our court system.
These are the people in charge of our Department of Justice.
This is dangerous for us.
This is one of the worst possible, this is banana republic stuff.
This is what happens in third world countries.
Where the righteous are the ones who are persecuted, where the Christians are the ones who can't live safely, because the demons are in charge, and the demons seek to destroy good.

Think about it this way.
These people are blatantly, blatantly denigrating churches.
You saw this in yesterday's episode where the FBI was trying to convince people, and of course people within and without the organization, that there are Catholics who are white supremacists because they worship God.
And they like the Latin mass.
That's right, they like the Latin mass.
I guess they don't like What was the other one?
Well, they don't like kumbaya and guitar playing in the middle of the Eucharist ceremony.
That's right.
Or they don't like people playing Christian music on an airplane, I guess, at this point as well.
That's another thing.
But it's almost like they're working very hard instead of dealing with what they call separation of church and state, which, by the way, was never, ever in the Constitution.
I know.
It's on the Constitution.
It was a pen.
It was a letter that Jefferson wrote, and it was not intended to say that the state should have no contact with religion.
Right, because it's intellectually dishonest to say the nation was not built on a Judeo-Christian.
Yeah, and the point was, the whole point of the First Amendment was that we were not going to have an established religion.
In other words, Great Britain had an established religion.
If you weren't with the Church of England, you couldn't have any other faith.
But they're using this.
They're using this to say, well, we should wipe out religion altogether.
Unless, of course, it's not Christian.
Well, that's lawfare.
That's lawfare.
That's what they do.
They use law to defeat law.
Let's keep rolling because there's a lot I want to cover today.
The story about Trump is, they're only going to, I was going to read one more from Jonathan Turley.
He had a couple of really kind of neat tweets here, if I can go back to them.
He was taking on all kinds of people.
Acosta, I know Jim Acosta.
When I was flying, I flew with the Romney campaign's traveling press and I got to know Jim Acosta.
He's really not a bad guy.
But he's CNN, and of course he's far left, and so Jonathan Turley, the law professor, is saying Jim Acosta's interruption of Dr. Bricks is an example of how CNN's eco-journalism model is destroying the media's credibility, just like these judges are destroying the credibility of our federal courts.
Every question from Acosta is an effort to score points rather than elicit information.
It is a press pandemic that continues to rage without relief.
And oh, by the way, it's come out in the last few days that doctors like Fauci, something I've been writing about for years, they can get patents on various treatments.
And then when those get to be made into pharmaceuticals, it can get paid royalties on those patents.
Federal law was changed so that Fauci can get paid by the pharmaceutical companies.
And there's some people working in the NIH system that have 600 different patents that they're getting paid on.
This is millions of dollars to these people.
Well, so they're gonna push pharmaceuticals.
This is how the pharmaceutical industry has now penetrated the bureaucracy and controls it.
And it's a lot of money involved.
Every other TV ad you see is for a pharmaceutical product.
You know, so we've decided that we're going to have corruption through the pharmaceutical industry.
And by the way, the statistics that are coming out on the COVID vaccines are shocking.
And if these statistics can get into the public venue, people are going to realize that they were vaccinated in order to kill them, it seems.
And unfortunately, we're going to also now give Trump an opportunity to retry the 2020 election, because this case is going to give him a stage on which he's going to be able to produce evidence of voter fraud.
Jack Smith has done that.
It's going to backfire on these people.
They think they're coming after you.
They don't realize that going after God's a bad idea.
You know, these people think they're smarter than God.
Well, that's a bad idea.
So, Jonathan Turley says, CNN is running a headline that Trump, quote, now claims Easter was aspirational.
I've criticized Trump's statements, but he never said Easter was a firm deadline as opposed to a hope.
The unrelenting negative spin on stories makes it difficult for viewers to trust the media.
Pelosi's, this is Jonathan Turley, Pelosi's act dishonored the institution and destroyed even the presence, the pretense of civility and decorum in the House.
That is the speaker's drop the mic moment.
It's a disgrace that should never be celebrated or repeated in a single act.
She obliterated decades of tradition.
That was in February 4, 2020.
I think that was when Pelosi ripped up Donald Trump's State of the Union speech, if you remember it.
It was a shocking moment.
Okay, let's continue with some new stories.
This next one is also pretty shocking.
This Ecuadorian candidate for president, who was for ending corruption, gave a campaign speech, I believe it was yesterday, and he was gunned down afterwards.
I'm going to show you the video of him being gunned down.
This is going to be difficult to watch.
But I want you to see it.
I mean, the Kennedy assassination is something I'm writing about now.
Do you have the one, Chris, where he's being shot at, or did they take that down?
This one is, you can play that one for a minute or two.
Good evening, Ecuadorian people.
We have this message from our greatest leader, PIPO, and the youngest, Esteban.
We want to make it clear Okay, that's enough of that.
You can stop it.
This is a group, a protesting group, that is protesting corruption.
Of course, what's happening is, in Nicaragua, this guy gave a speech, got into a car, he had police surrounding him, and he was shot to death.
And I think they actually took down, the video was up there earlier of him being shot, but they've now taken it down.
It was very shocking.
Yeah, they've taken it down.
He got in his car, there was gunfire, and he was killed.
So what's happening in Ecuador?
It's by Brazil and Peru.
And basically the country, today the violence is, even the New York Times is reporting this, the violence is horrific and public.
Men to induce fear and exert control.
There are regular reports of car bombings, beheadings, and children being gunned down outside their schools.
Now, how horrible is that?
This is what happens to these countries.
And, of course, these gangs which form, they say they're anti-corruption.
Of course, the gang is heavily armed.
They're all hooded.
They've got automatic weapons, and they're giving you the horns.
Well, those horns, those two, the index finger and the little finger extended, mean a lot of different things, but they are also the devil's horns.
And this is the anarchy that results from what we're going through today.
It's Antifa on the streets, and the Antifa people who beat up this guy who was trying to report in Portland, Oregon, Chris, do you remember his name?
NGU, I believe it was his last name.
Andy, no.
And yes, you heard about what the lawyer did, right?
The lawyer for the defense.
The lawyer for the defense freed the Antifa people.
They were exonerated.
Oh, she actually said, I am Antifa, and told the jury that she's going to remember their faces and who they are.
She threatened.
She abjectly threatened the jury.
To the point where they were scared.
Well see, this is the problem.
This is the difficulty.
You know, if Antifa is allowed to run free in the country, which they did in 2020, without repercussions.
In fact, they got millions of dollars.
Like Black Lives Matter's got millions of dollars.
Okay, now where the White House is, there's this one street that comes down in front of the White House and they made that Black Lives Matter Boulevard and they painted Black Lives Matter in yellow in the street.
There's this beautiful little church there, which is St.
John's, I believe it's a Presbyterian church, where every president, I think since Washington, has prayed.
They tried to burn it down.
Antifa tried to burn it down.
And Trump came out of the White House with a Bible.
He held the Bible in front of the church and said he was going to protect the church.
And the media said Trump was instigating violence by that act.
Now that's how messed up it is.
If you want to profess Jesus Christ, you are now a white supremacist terrorist, because you like the Latin mass.
They are criminalizing not only politics, they are criminalizing religion.
Now when you get to that point, no wonder Our next story is happening, and that is another... I actually have that video.

Yeah, well, when it becomes dangerous to be righteous, the society is insane.
And we're headed there.
Okay, now this next story, which I wanna cover on the global warming, is another insanity story.
All the global warming stuff is getting increasingly nuts.
I mean, people gotta look at the fruit of the tree, the results of this.
This is what it produces.
Okay, so now, take a look at the picture of that guy on the book.
These are the climate crazies.
They're all dressed up and painted and, you know, protesters.
You know, they look like the transgender parades that are marching around in these cities.
So, a crisis is building, and there was a letter written, finally, to Biden's Environmental Protection Agency.
It was by the Edison Electric Institute.
Members include Consolidated Edison, Dominion Energy, First Energy Corp, Southern Energy, and they're imploring the EPA saying the rulemaking that we have to go solar and wind and we've got to transition energy.
He said, the rulemaking simultaneously downplays the various infrastructure challenges to deploying
carbon capture systems and hydrogen, while overplaying the current state of deployment
and demonstration of each technology.
These technologies don't work and they're not scalable on the level that has to be scalable
in order to support modern industrial society.
So the Edison Electric Institute continued, given these realities, neither this carbon
capture systems or hydrogen blending are adequately demonstrated today as they are not deployable,
available or affordable across the entirety of the industry.
And that's it.
The attendance supporting infrastructure will take more time than the EPA predicts to deploy.
The assessment factors and the timelines that the EPA proposes for the standards that may not be applicable for several years into the future.
Accordingly, unit owners and operators have significant concerns about the achievability of the proposed standards.
They're existing in fantasy land.
It isn't reality.
You know, are you gonna let Antifa rule the country?
Are you gonna let the people who are dressed up like this climate protester, who looks like a court jester, you gonna let him, or her, or whatever it is, decide how we get energy?
You know, what are you gonna do when the lights go out?
There is no energy.
Well, that's actually what these people want.
Your mind finally comes around to, they know that carbon dioxide is not the thermostat of the earth.
That big yellow thing up there in the sky is not a tree ornament, it's not just dazzling and pretty, it is the source of earth's light and heat, the sun.
And you know that because At night it's dark.
Why is it dark?
Because the earth rotates and the sun is on the other side of the earth.
Newsflash to the climate hysterics.
It's cooler at night and the irradiation, the energy that comes into the earth from the sun during the day is released back from the earth into outer space at night.
That's why it's cooler.
No sun in the sky.
Night.
Dark.
Okay, so once you get your mind around that concept, why are greenhouse gases around?
Because they trap some of the escaping heat, the irradiation from leaving Earth at night.
And if we did not have greenhouse gases, this planet would not be survivable, unless you were some kind of a snow creature, because it would be too cold at night, would freeze to degrees that are not survivable.
And if it did that over any long period of time, the effect of that would become cumulative.
Now we will have another ice age, but it won't become because of carbon dioxide or anything else.
It'll be because the Earth will eventually get out of its more circular orbit to go into more elliptical orbit.
The elliptical orbit means more egg-shaped, and when it gets furthest from the Sun in its orbit, In about 100,000 years, every 100,000 years, we will have an ice age, and this place will not be inhabitable.
You know, where I live in the Northeast, I go out in my backyard and look, and there's a big hill down there, and I can see a dozen rocks or more that were deposited by the glaciers.
They were scooped up when the glaciers were moving across the Great Lakes, which were also scooped out by the glaciers.
And they were deposited in New Jersey.
They may have come from Canada.
They're just big boulders sitting there.
Where'd that come from?
Came from the glaciers.
This was one time, where I'm living today, this was one time uninhabitable because it was covered by tons of ice.

Well, like it said in the banner below just a few moments ago, newsflash, the sun is hot.
The sun is hot.
The Earth moves too, by the way.
And we have an atmosphere.
All these things are true.
They're hard to believe, but they're true.
Also, the Earth's tilt is at an angle to its orbit, which means that we have seasons.
Because sometimes we're closer to the sun, sometimes we're farther away.
This is a very hard concept.
Well, the thing is, though, it doesn't necessarily travel around the sun on its own.
From what I understand it, Chuck Norris picks the Earth up, puts it on his shoulder, and carries it around the sun.
I thought that was Atlas that did that, but Chuck Norris doesn't replace the Atlas, that's okay.
Yeah, the Chuck Norris piece.
But look, and also the axis wobbles, like a top.
All these things affect the Earth's climate.
Much more than carbon dioxide.
It's actually fairly silly to be obsessed over carbon dioxide.
Trees absorb carbon dioxide.
But it's because hydrocarbon fuels emit carbon dioxide that it's demonized.
It's only for that reason.
They want to get rid of hydrocarbon fuels.
They want to depopulate.
Exactly.
And nitrogen, of course, the new boogeyman.
There we go.
And farming.
So therefore, nobody will have anything to eat.
Yeah.
Food supply.
Boy, these people who think that food comes from the stores are going to be very shocked to find out that we have to produce it beforehand.
Yeah.
You mean that came from a cow?
Okay.
Well, cow's part, we got to get rid of cows.
Okay, so here's the Rutherford Institute, and this is another good commentary by John Whitehead, and I encourage you to follow John Whitehead.
This is an excellent column.
He's a constitutional attorney and author.
He is the founder and president of the Rutherford Institute, And he's written books like Battlefield America, The War on the American People, A Government of Wolves, Emerging American Police State.
These are all outstanding efforts, and I'm going to cover the story right now.
What he's saying is, he's basically saying that indoctrination, intimidation, and intolerance, that's what your children are subjected to in the public schools today.
It is not reading, writing, and arithmetic.
It's indoctrination, intimidation, and intolerance.
So, there's a quote here from an investigative journalist who is Annette Fuentes, and she wrote, every day in communities across the country, children and adolescents spend the majority of their waking hours in schools that have become increasingly to resemble places of detention more than places of learning.
Instead of being taught, reading, writing, and arithmetic, young people are being drilled in the three I's of life.
The American police state.
Indoctrination, intimidation, and intolerance.
The three I's.
Young people today are learning firsthand what it means to be at the epicenter of the politically charged culture wars.
Students are not learning how to succeed in social studies, math.
They're not even learning how to read.
Instead, they're being taught this critical race theory, which is racism, gender confusion, Young people in America are now first in line to be searched, surveyed, spied upon, threatened, tied up, locked down, treated like criminals for non-criminal behavior, tasered, and in some cases, shot.
Okay, our school, one of the, you know, for a moment, a child, from the moment a child enters
one of our nation's 98,000 public schools to the moment they graduate, they're going to be
exposed to a steady diet of draconian zero tolerance policies that criminalize childish behavior.
Overreaching and anti-bullying statutes that criminalize speech.
School resource officers, police, tasked with disciplining and or arresting so-called disorderly students.
Standardized testing that emphasizes rote answers over critical thinking.
Politically correct mindsets that teach young people to censor themselves and those around them.
Extensive biometric and surveillance systems that, coupled with the rest, acclimate young people to a world in which they have no freedom of thought, speech or movement.
That's America today.
How did we get here?
It's frightening to think of what this whole new generation of students are being taught.
And it's frightening to think of where we're going.
We're headed for a massive economic downturn.
I think people have to wake up, have to think, instead of being woke, be awakened to the reality of what these people are all about.
Every one of their programs and policies are aimed to destroy us.
And don't be confused, they're coming after you.
They're coming after all of us.
We believe in God, we're targeted.
We're the white supremacist extremists, because we like the Latin mass.
We exhale carbon dioxide, so we're causing global warming.
When you think of where these thoughts are going, they lead to mass execution.
You know, get the crematorium ready.
I always conclude by saying, in the end, God will win.
God will win here, too.
These are dark times.
We're put through a test here, but we are capable of handling the test.
