Did Jack Smith Open the Door to an Examination of the 2020 Election?
The overzealous persecution of former President Donald Trump continues to see the Biden Administration shoot itself in the foot over and over again. This time, the plan to delve into the January 6th protests and the cause may have opened the door to a re-examination of the controversial 2020 election, which could prove some malfeasance leading to the installment of the Biden regime. Meantime, a Federal Agent involved in the Russian Collusion Hoax is now facing charges for -- colluding with Russia. but truth central dot com thank you for joining us our first couple stories today have to do with
what's going on with donald trump And the first thing I want to cover is that there's a very interesting editorial commentary written by Roger Simon, who I've met.
Roger is a very talented guy.
He has written novels.
He's been in Hollywood.
He became conservative and lost a lot of his friends because he did.
But he's saying essentially that Jack Smith made a, he thinks, possibly a very, very big mistake.
He requested a protective order, a gag order, because Trump said, if you come after me, I'm coming after you.
Well, this is one thing that I think is going to be very difficult for the American people, that if Donald Trump can be silenced, and this judge is a radical leftist judge appointed by Obama, if you get a silencing effect here, It's going to be, I don't think the American people are going to go for it.
This guy Garland better have a real serious look at introspection here because what just happened with Jack Smith is he's allowed Donald Trump to now have a podium which he can retry the entire 2020 election.
Now you've got again this gang order which is a suppression of free speech.
And the cases about free speech.
And what's at stake here is whether we're going to criminalize the political process.
Whether one president who's sitting can imprison his rival, the leading candidate to oppose him in the 2024 election, Donald Trump.
Can Biden imprison Trump and gag him so he can't talk while he's running for president?
Now that to me seems to be not only absurd, but fundamentally a violation of the Constitution on a lot of different levels.
First Amendment restriction of speech, a politicalization of the Department of Justice, a move here to actually influence an election.
I mean, is Biden and the Department of Justice now actively trying to influence the 2024 election?
Are they trying to rig an election?
Are they engaged in voter fraud?
I mean, these are the questions that this raises, especially if Donald Trump can't talk, can't do rallies, can't say anything about the case.
If this judge puts the order on of that nature, it ought to go to the Supreme Court immediately.
And if the Supreme Court will do anything, I don't know.
Can't rely on the Supreme Court anymore.
The Supreme Court could have intervened in the 2020 election.
It might have helped a lot if they'd taken some of these cases that were saying that the rules of the presidential election were being determined by state election boards, by governors, by any number of people, when the Constitution requires that only the state legislature can affect the rules for presidential election.
And again, that was fundamentally unconstitutional.
Well, what Donald Trump is saying, the second story is that, this is in the Epoch Times today, that Trump never doubted the 2020 election was rigged.
Now, why that's important is because it means he wasn't lying.
He wasn't engaged in trying to subvert an election that he knew was legal.
He was saying this election was dirty, rigged.
I mean, we had pictures of trucks unloading ballots in the middle of the night that suddenly weren't there.
Election counting being suspended.
I think I'm gonna write a book, How to Cheat an Election.
That's what the Democrats do.
They've set it up, every single thing you could do to cheat an election, to steal it, the Democrats are trying to implement.
And it's apparent that that's their goal.
And to say that we can't talk about it, you know, the silence is itself a lie.
Because it's obvious to anyone that you don't do these things in a legitimate election.
Now, what Donald Trump is saying is that he basically has, he's got subpoena power now.
Because now that he has been indicted, he's got to defend himself and he's got subpoena power.
First thing he found out was that this January 6th committee had destroyed all of its records.
Well, that's interesting.
You know, record destruction should be crime, depending upon what the records were, depending upon if they were the only copies or the only records of what the committee was doing.
Now, when Biden is using federal prosecutors to take action against Trump, we are undermining the political process because the clear goal here is to make sure that Trump will never be president again.
That's all this is about.
They hate Trump.
They don't want him to have a chance.
They're afraid Trump could beat them.
I can't understand how the poll numbers are reflecting that Biden has any support at all, except maybe among the hard left.
These younger generations that have been so politicized and indoctrinated with neo-Marxism in our public schools might show up for a transgender parade, but they're not particularly inclined to vote.
So who's Biden's support right now?
And I'm sure Biden is, you know, how do we have, how can we even possibly have a president whose mental capacity is in question?
Now, Chris, what do you think about this?
I want to give you time to comment on, we're going to do three blocks of stories I think today.
This first block is about Trump and the, I think the attempt to rig the 2024 election.
Well, let's put it this way.
They've been rigging elections for a long time.
If you remember, we can go back to 1960.
We can talk about that all we want.
How about 2000, when as soon as the Florida vote was disputed, or the Florida count was disputed, Gore's team flew over a ton of lawyers.
They couldn't cheat in that election properly, so they refined all of this.
They put up a sacrificial lamb in 2024.
They found a way to cheat to get Hillary out of there in 2008, because they wanted somebody who'd want to slam dunk.
That would be Obama.
2016, they did a pretty good job cheating when it came to the primary, but that cheating was legal cheating.
And this is where they learned to master the art.
Legal cheating.
Superdelegates elected Hillary Clinton.
When Bernie Sanders was really shooting up against her.
Well, that's a good point.
That's a very good point.
If that fix wasn't in, he may have won the nomination.
Yes, that's right.
And that was the first dump of emails that was done by Julian Assange.
Absolutely.
When he showed Debbie Wasserman Schultz had rigged the, along with Hillary, rigged the primaries in 2016 so Sanders couldn't win.
Right.
But it's legal cheating.
Also, in that 2016 election, if you'll recall, Larry Tribe and all these lawfare jerks were trying to get their own electors.
I think they call them Hamilton electors or something of that nature.
Yes.
Perfectly legal, but yes.
That's what they call it.
And of course, that's okay.
They can do that.
But the January 6th people protest going to the Capitol, and they should not have gone into the Capitol.
But I mean, the whole idea of taking a protest and infiltrating it with FBI operators and making it to look like it was subverting the ability on January 6th to hold the certification of the election with Pence.
By the way, Pence probably ruined his career that day.
By not going forward and blocking the certification of Biden as president when there were obvious questions being raised about the legitimacy in five or six key states, which came in late and all swung with this big bump up suddenly for Biden.
Okay, well, enough of that.
Let's go to the next one because I think this is interesting as well.
I mean, this FBI official who is key in the Russian collusion hoax, this guy's name is Charles McGonigal.
He was an FBI agent, and he's now been indicted on four corruption charges of, guess what, colluding with Russia.
It turns out that he was responsible for supervising and participating in the investigation of Russian oligarchs, including Darius Paska, who was a Russian oligarch.
He took money from Darius Paska personally, took about $100,000, and put it in his pocket.
And he's responsible for taking a lot of the information that was coming out of people that were lower down operatives in Trump's campaign.
They were setting them up.
To say things which sounded like Russians had the emails on Hillary, they stole them, and they were colluding with Trump.
That was one of the first ideas.
And I got caught up in that.
They thought I had a tie to Julian Assange and was intermediating between Roger Stone and Trump and Julian Assange.
It didn't happen.
I had no contact with Julian Assange ever, really.
And Assange said that.
And so they wanted to give me a plea deal and said I was lying to them.
I wouldn't give them my source.
I didn't have a source.
Well, they never indicted me.
Now, this guy is the criminal.
The FBI is the criminal.
The FBI is the criminal here and the FBI is the criminal in what they're doing to Donald Trump.
It's the same issue.
We've got a criminal Department of Justice run by Garland who is out to rig an election.
Now, how much more serious can you get?
I think this is fundamentally a crisis in the United States that we've never had before, and I think it's a huge crisis.
I want to cover two economic stories.
More banks are going to fail.
So we just had a statement coming out right now from Moody's that Moody's has downrated a number of banks.
Now, these are largely regional or smaller banks, but they cut the ratings of M&T Bank, which is a pretty big bank.
uh...
pinnacle financial partners et cetera on northern trust on under review for downgrade that's a
big bank in chicago one of the oldest banks in chicago
and the problem is that the is higher funding costs right now for making loans
others regulatory capital weakness
There's a lot of the treasury bonds they're holding are not what the value is diminished because there's zero coupon or very close to zero coupon.
And with interest rates today over 5% at the Fed, 5.25 or 5.5, we now have those earlier bonds at a discount,
which is part of their assets.
They've got a lot of risks tied to commercial real estate loans, because a lot of commercial real estate
is empty in the United States, vacant.
And you've also got a problem that's gonna have to be refinanced.
Refinanced at a much lower total value, which means somebody's gonna be taking a huge loss.
We've already seen people owning these commercial real estate properties or hotels in cities like the Hilton in San Francisco, that just walking away from the properties.
Defaulting on the loans, and the banks have to take the hit.
Banks take the hit again, it hurts their assets.
So it's beginning to happen again, and Moody's also has a negative outlook for 11 other lenders.
Capital One, Citizens Financial, PNC Financial Services, Fifth Third, Bancor, which is a big bank in Cincinnati.
These are Huntington Banks.
These are banks that again are in trouble.
And it's going to happen across the whole board with banks.
It's going to be, you know, Washington wants to say, oh, the banks will not be affected.
It was just one or two banks.
No, it's going to be endemic.
And I'm seeing signs it's just starting now, but it's going to accelerate.
Now, I want to couple that story with the story here on China.
Because China is now buying gold like crazy.
China just bought 23 tons of physical gold, getting its hands on it.
Everybody says gold isn't worthless.
Talk to the Chinese.
If you can't eat gold, well, talk to the Chinese.
They've gotten a huge amount.
The first paragraph of the story, not only is China ravenously buying up all the physical gold it can get its hands on, Something that's been doing pretty much non-stop since 2009, for the most part covertly with occasional periods of public disclosure meant to achieve specific political goals.
More importantly, it's letting the world know it is buying all the physical gold it can get its hands on.
Now, again, so the People's Bank of China, the bullion went up to by 740 troy ounces,
or 23 tons, this past month, a record total of 2,137 tons of gold,
with around 188 tons added in a run of purchases that began in November.
Well, China's true purposes, however, remains a mystery and can only be revealed when Beijing
is ready with whatever it has in mind next for its currency.
Well, I wouldn't be surprised if Beijing, as part of the BRICS, they're planning to do a gold-backed currency.
If they do, it's going to be disastrous for the dollar, because we are just printing this dollar with abandon.
We're now up to $33 trillion in our national debt, and it's going to keep rising.
and I don't see any slowdown ahead at all. It's all on purpose. It's all being done
intentionally. There's no way. I was watching a hearing on immigration last night. Again,
this might be off topic a little bit, but it's not. It's about the economy.
Flooding the country with immigrants, and again, I'm for legal immigration.
I don't want to be one of those guys I want to tell anybody one of those guys who don't want anybody in but this this post title 42 influx is dangerous But the idea is to drain the economy Okay, the idea is to force cities to spend more and tax more people and then spread that economic burden to suburban areas and other states The idea is to print more money, destroy the dollar, and make America weaker.
Again, cut us off at the knees.
These people, the left seems determined to destroy America.
Remember, Bill Clinton said it.
And they're doing a good job of it.
Bill Clinton said it.
He longs for the day where America is not the most powerful country in the world.
Well, that day has come.
As I recall, Obama, when he was running for president, was carrying around this book about the post-America.
I think I have it here in my shelf.
I could look for it, but I know I've got it.
He was carrying around a book about post-America, America gone.
These people dream of America being destroyed.
By the way, my book here, the new book I've written on this coming global crash that created a historic gold rush, I do recommend you get a copy of it and read it and prepare.
How can you prepare?
I do recommend you get some gold.
That's why Swiss America is one of our sponsors.
They're getting some good comments on Swiss America in the comments to the podcast.
And if you just call this 800 number that's on the, with the picture and the text underneath on the homepage of the truthcentral.com, you'll see total free number.
That's Swiss America, you can call them and also you can get that walking liberty half dollar offer.
A lot of good silver in that coin, like 90%.
And they're being offered to you, first time offer at basically what they're worth in silver.
I solidly recommend.
You think about getting some of your IRAs, your 401ks in gold, at least somewhat.
Because I think in the fall, we're going to see a dramatic stock market crash and a dramatic reversal of the economics.
Too many things are shaping up.
Home prices going up, interest rates on homes going up, you know, 7% on a 30-year fixed mortgage.
These become very high monthly costs for people to afford.
Well, let's do a couple of Climate change stories.
This one, again, surprised me because they're finally admitting that electric vehicles cost more to drive than gas-powered vehicles.
There was a study done.
Which compared the costs, and they're saying that for several reasons, this was the Anderson Economic Group, which was looking at the costs of running both a electric vehicle, which they're claiming is, you know, it's electricity, so it's really free, it's easy, it's, you know, doesn't involve any carbon dioxide, it's electricity.
You know, where do you get the raw, you know, the rare earth minerals to make the batteries?
Where do you get the electricity?
Okay, so what they're saying is that the costs of gasoline have been going down, the costs of electricity have been going up, and when you start comparing, having to use commercial chargers, not your home charger, which you're going to have to use if you go any distance with these cars, the costs really dramatically increase.
So they say, for example, the entry segment include cars like the Chevy Bolt and the Honda Civic.
A gas power model, I'm just reading directly from the study, costs on the average $9.78 per hundred miles to fuel.
By contrast, the average EV in the same segment costs $12.55 to charge per hundred miles, but only if you charge it at home.
If charged mostly commercially, that cost soars to $15.97 per 100 miles.
Now, I think that cost of gasoline is going to go up in the fall.
I'm seeing it already increase.
OPEC and the others cut back supply in order to increase the price, and it's working.
And the fall will have more demand for Gas, all the hydrocarbon fuels will get back in demand.
And these electric vehicles I think people are finding there's a lot of liabilities with them.
Also the charging infrastructure is not there.
Currently there's about 8,700 direct current fast charging stations in the United States and Canada.
Fast charging still means hours perhaps.
With nearly 36,000 charging plugs, according to the Department of Labor.
The National Renewable Energy Laboratory estimates that 182,000 fast changers will be needed by 2030.
The government's pushed to adopt net zero emission goals, which means more electric vehicles, outlawing gasoline cars.
If we're at 8,700 today, and in less than seven years, we've got to go to 182,000,
that's a hard infrastructure to create.
I don't even sure that's enough.
I mean, what are you going to do if you're on an interstate, you need to get gasoline, and there's no plug.
There's a line ahead of you.
Are you going to sit there and wait for three hours in order to get your electric vehicle charged up again?
And if you don't do it, you can't go anywhere.
You know, the efficiency of hydrocarbon fuels and these internal combustion engines is that they work.
We've had the technology around a long time.
You pump the gasoline, you go get a cup of coffee, whatever it costs.
It takes maybe 20 minutes.
You know, you can get in and out even faster than if you want to on an interstate.
But the point is, electric vehicles are going to change the whole dynamics of long-distance travel.
And of course that won't bother this green crowd because they think we don't need gas stoves, we don't need water heaters, we don't need farms, we don't need anything.
We should just lock ourselves up in the house and die.
Because we exhale carbon dioxide and so of course we're the problem.
These people are insane.
And this whole idea of this electric technology doesn't work.
It just doesn't work.
And it's not gonna work either.
So they went through the whole, only in the luxury cars does it maybe kind of begin to break even.
In all the other ranks, it doesn't break even.
Now, another story I wanna go to, and I'm gonna combine these two stories again, this story on Tonga, which was a huge, Explosion undersea.
The Tonga was maybe the largest explosion ever recorded.
And Chris, if you can show that picture.
This is a NOAA picture.
It's a government picture, but if you take a look at it, that's the Earth from space.
And Tonga, right there where Chris has got it in the mouse, that's the explosion that you see from that one volcano.
That's how much impact it had being visible from space.
Now, it was probably, scientists today think that this was the, it occurred on the 15th of January this year, 2023.
It was the largest explosion ever recorded by modern instruments, far larger than any nuclear test.
It was the most powerful explosion since the 1883 Krakatoa event, which was a massive earthquake and did huge damage.
Now, this was the highest known eruption column in history.
It reached the mesosphere, which is very high up.
Because the volcano was 150 meters below sea level, the explosion injected water vapor as high as 53 kilometers.
Large amounts of water ended up in the stratosphere, surpassing anything we've seen since satellite observations of such events commenced in the 1970s.
Now that's a massive explosion, and you can see the impact of it.
And the first point I want to make is, what affects climate, these earth changes that are massive, this kind of an eruption is just huge.
It's not a minor thing.
It's not like, you know, cows farting.
This is a massive impact.
That's what kinds of things that impact are.
Now, what's the impact of this one?
Well, actually, it turns out to be the impact is not very much.
According to the assessment of the event says, this ranks among the most remarkable climactic events in modern observation.
With a range of potentially long-lasting repercussions for the stratospheric composition and climate, which they're not yet certain of.
But the explosion added 10% of the typical amount of water vapor into the atmosphere.
Water is a powerful greenhouse gas.
70% of all greenhouse gases are water vapor, because it traps heat over a wider range of the infrared spectrum than carbon dioxide.
Much more powerful than carbon dioxide as a greenhouse gas.
The effect is short-lived because basically the water ends up entering the natural water cycle, which is the way the earth operates.
The earth is very adjustable and the sun is the major impact of our heat and our light, which should be obvious to anyone.
But, you know, it's not obvious to the left, they want to ignore the impact of the sun.
They want to erase when the sun is hot and we get a medieval warming period, or when we're at the most elliptical in the Milankovitch cycles, we're far out, like egg-shaped in our orbit, and we have an ice age.
They want to ignore all that.
But they say, unlike previous eruptions, It may not cool the surface of the Earth, it may actually contribute to warming because it released little in the way of sunlight reflecting aerosols.
The effect could be quite small, but it might not be.
But one estimate says maybe .035 degree Celsius over the next five years, which is minimal.
And that's the kind of impact that these things have, even this mass of an event.
Which is far more impactful right now is the El Nino current.
Which is strengthening.
As the El Nino current builds, it is going to have a dramatic warming effect.
Together with the fact that the sun is hotter in Sun Cycle 25 than it was in Sun Cycle 24.
These are the kinds of things that do make a difference.
But the Earth takes massive impacts.
In order to have fundamental climate change.
And these impacts are not just a little bit more burning hydrocarbon fuels.
We've been burning hydrocarbon fuels for a long time and has had a, truthfully, a minimal effect on Earth's temperature.
Chris, what do you think of these two stories?
When it comes to the markets, something affects the stocks, the prices for maybe one or two days, like a fat finger pressing a wrong number, or a political event.
They're called black swans.
This is what the explosion was, a black swan event.
What's going to happen is you're going to see some temperature change, and a couple of that with El Nino and this global boiling mess, or the claims, and you're going to hear the climate change hysteria activists, the chicken littles around the world saying, see?
I was telling you all this.
Climate change is making all of this happen, and things are getting worse.
And when things cool down, you won't hear from them for a couple of days until another black swan event, or maybe it gets a little hot one day again.
I'll never forget some of those years where there were climate change conferences in April.
A couple of them were cancelled due to snow.
That was fun.
Remember the volcano a few years ago that went off in Greenland and how it affected air travel for weeks, maybe longer.
You couldn't get to London.
These are powerful effects.
And one more thing, didn't mean to interrupt, but we've had times on Earth where there's been a thousand years of massive volcanic activity, like in the whole Indian subcontinent, which is largely volcanic rock now because of the volcanic activity that occurred millions of years ago.
That's how the Earth is changeable.
It's not stable and it's not just a little bit more carbon dioxide when water vapor is by far the biggest Greenhouse gas.
I'm sorry, Chris.
Go ahead.
That's okay.
It makes me wonder.
It makes me wonder that during the ice age, right?
When tribes were walking around and trying to set up camp, there had to have been some weirdos there.
Some climate change hysterics there going, Oh no, it's 25 degrees out now.
It's getting warmer.
The earth's going to melt.
All this snow is going to go away.
We're never going to live.
I would think you'd want the snow to go away.
Well, climate change hysterical activists, the people who are terminal victims, if you will.
They need something like that.
It's not about the climate.
Any good climate scientist knows that this is nonsense.
And we've covered some of the climate scientists, Judith Curry, who believed this stuff initially.
Then she started realizing with ClimateGate and the disclosure of all these emails from this East Anglia computer in Great Britain, or Michael Mann and all the other nutcases who were doing these hockey stick, you know, Earth was always perfect, copacetic, like the handle of a hockey stick.
The Earth's temperature was just rosy until the Industrial Age and then we started using hydrocarbon fuels and then it shot up like the blade of the hockey stick.
Nonsense!
They had to erase almost all of geological climate history in order to make that stupid argument and people bought it.
The IPC bought it.
Well, again, these climate scientists know it's not the truth.
But it doesn't matter.
Because this is not about the truth, and it's not about facts.
It's about ideology.
That it's wrong to use hydrocarbon fuels.
They're nasty.
And they fuel capitalism.
Capitalism is nasty.
I mean, these people are depopulationists and destructionists, and they're part of the movement to destroy America, and they'll end up in slavery is where they'll end up.
And they'd be happy to get us there, too.
Chris?
Until it happens to them, of course.
Well, I mean, certainly the World Economic Forum is planning to be the slave masters.
Oh, of course.
All around there.
These people are special, though.
Remember that.
They're special.
We can't use these electric vehicles.
Excuse me.
We can't use the private jets like they can.
They're special.
They're allowed to use that.
You have to ration out your fuel.
Yeah, Chris, show the cover of the book on the truth about energy, climate change, and global warming.
I want to point something out about these books I'm writing.
And then let's go to the one on the next one coming out.
At the bottom there, it says, exposing climate lies in an age of disinformation.
We are in an age of disinformation.
Lies, lies, lies, lies, lies, constantly lies, and from the federal government, from the presidents.
Donald Trump was a assault on them for two reasons.
He wanted to tell the truth, And he wanted to make America great again.
These were anathema to the left.
They hate this.
They hated it because he knew what was going on.
Remember, and people don't remember this, apparently they have short attention spans, if you will.
Donald Trump was one of them for a long time.
He knows what's going on.
He was the sober guy at their parties.
So he knows what they're up to.
Well show the other cover because it's the same, this next one which is in press right now, will be out soon, it's the truth about Neo-Marxism, Cultural Maoism, and Anarchy, and you see I'm using the same cover designs, just different colors, and at the bottom it says there in red type, exposing the woke lies, this critical theory lies, in an age of disinformation.
We're being fed lies constantly and it's time for it to stop.
And that's why Donald Trump is so threatening to this ruling elite.
They do not want you to know the truth.
They want you to be propagandized.
They've studied all the techniques of propaganda.
They know the psychological manipulations.
The CIA has been at this for decades.
They're creating a reality for us to live in.
And that reality will be dystopian.
That's why I'm warning everybody that especially as they take, one of their first goals was to take God out of society.
They started to take God out of the schools in the 1940s, then destroy attack marriage, cultural Maoism, have, you know, sex, drugs, and rock and roll with a big emphasis on sex.
In order to free it from procreation, create divorces.
We discuss this in the new book.
This is a conscious destruction.
And what we're seeing is a conscious destruction and a fabrication of lies, which is very threatening and overwhelming.
If we don't stop it, where these people will end up is nuclear war.
Chris, any last comments before we wrap up?
But is that not what they want?
Remember, this is all about depopulation.
Kamala Harris said the quiet part out loud.
Yep.
Well, you know, look, let's wrap this up today.
This is Wednesday, August 9th, 2023.
Dr. Jerome Corsi, my producer, Chris, with TheTruthCentral.com.
In the end, God always wins.
Always wins.
God will win here, too.
We may pay a big price for that if we don't follow 2 Chronicles 7 14.
Join me in getting down on my knees and asking God, repenting for allowing this to happen.
I've been fighting it for a long time, but taking God out of everything is a dreaded mistake, and God's not going to take it lightly.
God will be patient.
He will be wanting people to You know, repent, and you will be favorable if people repent.
