Joe Biggs plans to drop his appeal because there is no precedent that a commutation prevents retrial for the same crime.

I haven't done it yet, but I am going to be filing to drop my appeal because I have no faith in the DOJ. The reason I'm going to drop the appeal is because there's no precedent that states that a commutation can keep me from going back to jail for the same crime that I've been commuted for. So what the possibility is, is if I win the appeal, we get the, what is it, the 1512 dropped, and then they still keep the seditious conspiracy, I can then be brought back down to the lower courts of DC to judge Kelly, retried, resentenced, and go back to prison.

The appeal will be overturned because the deep state is scared that justice remains in the courts.

Oh, either America's gone and completely done, or in Texas and in Connecticut, if I have the money for the appeals, that's why they want to bankrupt us right now because they are so scared that if there's any justice left at the Texas or the Connecticut Supreme Court or the U.S. Supreme Court, they've got to overturn this because the deep state, the ambulance chaser brigade are openly saying they're coming after everyone with this, just like when I got censored.

Alex Jones cannot appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court on First Amendment grounds because he never presented a First Amendment argument at trial.

The problem now, though, is that in order to appeal and vote to the U.S. Supreme Court and vindicate yourself on the First Amendment rights, you have actually had to have made a First Amendment argument and had a lawsuit with trial that actually happened. Here, you've had, no, you screwed around with Discovery. You're done. So you don't get to appeal saying that your rights weren't. No, we never had an exhibition of your rights. We don't even know what the hell they are right now. So right now, all we have is you have massively disobeyed a court and that's the only thing you'll ever be able to appeal.
