Historically, it looks like it's going for Democrats, but as the night goes on, we always have gone red, at least since the time of Dwight D. Eisenhower back in the 1950s.

First, Pat Robertson did run for president in the 1988 election. He did not win the early primaries, but weirdly, he did end up winning a couple.

Number two, he won his seat in the State House of Representatives in Texas in an election with no Democrat running. He only was up against a candidate from the Libertarian Party and naturally won easily. That was in the 2012 race.
