For the power plants they've got in Taiwan, where 80% of our advanced chips get made, I think it's like 90% or more.

And that would put Taiwan's semiconductor in the hands of China.

Trump has hit Taiwan with Section 301 trade sanctions, blaming them for producing too much stuff.

Same thing with, as an example, Taiwan. Taiwan came in. They stole our chip business.

And one of them said, like, hey, Taiwan, see this, this, and, and, uh, the, the, it was all in Mandarin. And the opinion described Taiwan as a country. So be the first country to see this.

Apparently, there's a new drug. Where's that drug developed? Was it Taiwan? There's some country developed a drug that's regrowing hair. Like, they put it on bald mice and they demonstrated you could put it on like a square area.

There are U.S. troops in Taiwan training Taiwanese military. There was a story about this recently because Taiwan's defense minister, Chu Kuo-cheng, acknowledged their presence when taking questions from the press.

But this isn't news. The Wall Street Journal reported on this as far back as 2021, and even previous to that, Taiwanese special forces would come here for training. They generally don't make a big deal out of this in order not to piss China off too much, but it's not like all parties aren't aware of this.
