Greetings true friends and welcome to the first official voiceover and this is actually the first time you can hear me but you cannot see me So I just want to talk to you a bit about my training as of now.
This is all older clips, but I thought to talk a bit about them either way.
So this is from my Small of Junior for the bench, one of my earlier sessions.
This week I'm just going really easy on everything, like a proper deload week because I have my meat in exactly one week.
So I'm just taking it easy, doing some lighter benching, doing some lighter squatting, doing some lighter deadlifting and taking it easy on everything else.
Fucking juicy!

That's how I look when I admire myself greatly in the mirror.
So this is also I took with some clips when I do you know accessory work.
So this is for the guns obviously, not the like best mass spiller, but same there for outer delt just to get some blood flowing out in those other muscles.
Fucking gains there.
And there is another great isolation movement for the triceps.
I usually do it at the end of a smaller session just to get some blood out.
That's my man Gunsbra, by the way.
Biggest fucking pair of arms I've ever seen.
Cool tattoos as well.
And this is from my last Russian squad routine that I did about a week ago.
I haven't begun anything new because you know the meat is coming up and I just want to relax just a bit and then I'm going for another cycle of Russian squad routine after the meat.
Also notice, except my glorious hair, that I actually have knee warmers.
Which gives me a bit more of a bounce in the bottom.
I usually don't train with them but now I do and I will use them in the meat as well to get some impressive numbers up.
And here are some footage from a little strongman training.
Look at this kick now.
Boom.
Sickening.
And if you look at this exercise, it's like a squat, a deadlift and a push press all in one.
So you see now this tire in particular isn't that heavy to be honest.
So it's more like the grip strength and you know getting it up on your knee and it's just a matter of yeah like a push slash bench press to get it up.
So a really fucking functional exercise if there ever was one.
So that's about it.
I just really wanted to try this format of videos.
