Greetings you friends, welcome back to Gaines fucking kitchen.
Today we'll admire my gains Fucking juicy.
So today we will yet again appease modern nature by utilizing some red lentils.
Now, I've actually tried this by itself and I'm gonna be quite fucking honest with you, They do not taste very well on their own.
But fear not, because I, the palest of orcs, will show you how to utilize them in your cooking.
Either way, we'll do this by some good old eggs.
So we're gonna this is my main meal for the day so I'm gonna utilize eight eggs and then I'm gonna mix in these with eggs.
And also we have some almonds almonds like that and a not so fresh looking banana, and we're gonna fry it in some coconut oil really fucking tasty, right here, I prefer it to to oil, actually or butter.
Spoonful right there.
And how much of the red lentils will we have?
We can actually measure it up right here.
We look at the macros first.
So we have 320 calories 100 gram so not a lean source, but not that dense in calories either.
We have a glorious 24 grams of protein 100 grams so that's really fucking good.
That's higher than chicken, for example.
So we're gonna augment the eggs by taking this juice.
We're gonna utilize the magic item, the scale, here.
We're gonna weigh this little measurement thing.
so 33 grams that's right there I'm gonna fill this up we have 106 so So here is the calculation on how much protein will be augmented in in the eggs.
So I'm gonna crack those eggs right now.
So we have eight eggs in the pan of glory.
And now it's just a matter of putting this in right there so that they get now.
If I were to eat them like raw, as it were, they would be a bit too hard.
But now we're gonna mix them out with the eggs and it will create a delicious dish, all right, so I'm gonna twirl it around, get it all mixed up together.
So we got main ingredients in there right now and actually gonna utilize some teriyaki sauce to get some flavor in it.
And then it's actually time to add the almonds.
I didn't calculate how much that was, but you know, a good few almonds.
then the banana.
All right so the eggs and lentils are almost ready.
You see it's a delicious meal right there.
You can supplement it with some good old veggies, a little basil here.
Glorious.
So yeah, that's the meal of the day and how you can incorporate some red lentils in your diet.
Anyway my that's a secret.
