You know, we have to do what's good for our party.
And she was up and I said, wow, she's doing like a speech like she won.
She didn't win.
She lost.
We'll teach Donald Trump a valuable lesson.
Don't mess with the men in America unless you want to get the benefit.
The clock is ticking.
Only 204 days left of the presidential election.
City!
Coast to coast.
From sea to shining sea.
Sean Kennedy is on.
All right, thanks, Scott Channin, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, want to talk about a dual justice system, you can go all the way back to Eric Holder, you know, a whole variety of people, up more recently to people like Hunter Biden.
And those people held in contempt at Congress, they don't go to jail.
They never do.
You know, what was it, Lois Lerner?
We can go through a whole list of names.
Maybe I'll do that tonight.
However, I'm just telling you, this is what they're doing with Peter Navarro and Steve Bannon.
It just embodies everything that we have been saying to you about what is happening to Joe Biden's Department of Justice and how it is weaponized and politicized.
And his FBI weaponized and politicized, the FBI protecting the likes of Hunter Biden.
They had all this information and they didn't share it with big tech, even though they wanted to warn big tech they may be victims of misinformation.
When asked directly about whether Hunter's laptop was in fact authentic, they said, oh, we're not allowed to answer that question.
Why were you meeting with big tech for months if you couldn't answer the question?
Why were you warning them they're likely to be a victim of misinformation?
And it would most likely deal with Joe and Hunter Biden if when you found out the truth, you weren't willing to share it.
But in this case here, Peter Navarro, an Obama-appointed judge, gave him, what, for failing to turn over January 6th documents and skipping his deposition, now sentenced him to four months in jail.
Okay, then why did we give an extra consideration to Hunter Biden even though the time had expired?
He should have been referred, just like Bannon, just like Navarro, just like Lois Lerner should have, just like Eric Holder should have been and so many other Democrats.
And they should have had their own trials.
This is not equal justice under the law.
This is not equal application of America's laws.
It is not.
We have a really, really bad situation emerging at the border that I want to tell you about today.
On top of one thing, the Biden Defense Department tried to sell off unused Trump border wall sections for pennies on the dollar.
It's almost as bad as leaving behind the billions of dollars in military equipment with his debacle of an exit from Afghanistan.
Remember, all of that would have been very different under Donald Trump.
But anyway, according to President Biden's nominee for the second highest civilian position in the Air Force, grilled by Congress regarding the Defense Department selling off of border wall parts, why would they sell them off for next to nothing?
We might be able to use them in January a year from now.
That would be pretty nice.
By the way, 100 of a Joe Biden unvetted illegal immigrants, they're now living full-time at Boston's Logan airport.
How nice.
But that's not the main thing.
One other housekeeping note is the key committee is going to move forward with their impeachment efforts against the Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas with lawmakers now set to mark up articles of impeachment against the Biden administration official later this month.
To be honest, I think they're going after the wrong person because the Bucs should stop with Joe Biden.
These are Joe Biden's policies.
They're the people that have been lying about it.
Mayorkas has lied about it.
Karine Jean-Pierre, circle back Jensaki, the Borders are Vice President Harris, Joe Biden.
They've all been lying about it.
His borders closed, the border's secured.
Now they're admitting, oh, it's been a problem for 10 years.
We didn't cause it, though, and Republicans only want it for a political issue.
Kamala Harris actually made that remark.
I'm like, you've got to be kidding me.
10 million unvetted illegal immigrants since Joe Biden's been president and he inherited the most secure border in the history of this country.
And then you want to turn around and you want to blame Republicans.
Wow.
Pretty unbelievable to me, but I guess not that surprising.
So here's where the problem is now coming in.
So you now have D.C. Democrats calling on Joe Biden to stage what would amount to military action against Texas and Texas Governor Greg Abbott.
They want to, basically, they want Biden to deploy federal troops to Texas and physically take control of the Texas National Guard, which is trying to prevent even more of Joe Biden's illegals from flooding into the Lone Star State.
And as Texas Governor Abbott continues to invoke the state's right to self-defend it, to defend itself from a migrant invasion, Democratic lawmakers are calling on the president to actually take control of the state's National Guard.
All right, let's see how authoritarian Joe Biden gets.
Let's see how tough he gets because he's not tough with China or Russia or Iran or the 200 attacks against the Americans in Iraq and Syria.
He's only been using pinprick attacks against the Houdi rebels that are firing on American flagships.
Anyway, Greg Abbott, according to some Democrats, Abbott is just standing firm.
He continues to invoke his state's right to self-defend from a migrant invasion.
And now they want to bring in and have Joe Biden take over all of this.
Governor Greg Abbott is using the Texas National Guard to obstruct and create chaos at the border, Castro said.
No, the chaos, Joaquin Castro made that comment, a congressman from Texas.
No, that's not where this is coming from.
If Abbott's defying yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, Joe Biden needs to establish sole federal control of the Texas National Guard.
Okay, is this where Joe wants to take this?
You know, Texas has, you know, Biden, I guess, in a corner.
Because if Texas doesn't comply and they're making a strong argument why they don't have to comply, and I'll get to that in a second, what's Joe Biden going to do?
The Biden administration keeps renewing their demand.
They keep saying it every day for Texas to allow the Border Patrol access to this key park.
And he's now facing these calls to federalize the Texas National Guard.
GOP allies now, they're backing Abbott.
He's not alone in this fight.
As a matter of fact, Republican presidential candidate and current Florida governor Ron DeSantis said he will continue assisting Texas.
Quote, if the Constitution really made states powerless to defend themselves against an invasion, it wouldn't have been ratified in the first place, and Texas would never have joined the union when it did.
And he posted that on X. Texas is upholding the law while Joe Biden is flouting it.
Florida will keep assisting.
Oklahoma governor, this guy, Kevin Stitt, is also reposted a video on X of the Texas National Guard marching.
He said Oklahoma stands with Texas.
Abbott made many arguments in a statement on Wednesday, which is unlikely to dissuade the administration, which has cited Supreme Court precedent for federal control over the Immigration and Border Authority.
But the administration also claims that it is following immigration law, which we all know is not happening.
But yet, you know, this keeps going here.
So I don't know what's going to happen, but at some point, something's going to happen here.
It doesn't look good to me.
I don't like what I'm seeing.
Another Texas lawmaker introduced a bill that affirms Texas's ability to secure their own southern border.
Well, Joe Biden's not enforcing the law.
As a matter of fact, it's a violation of his oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution.
Every law is based on that document.
You don't get to pick and choose what laws you want to enforce and what laws you don't want to enforce, nor do you get to aid and abet in the law breaking, which they've been doing.
Free transportation to any one of 43 locations, free phones.
You got to pay for food and water and housing and health care and education.
Anyway, so now there's this deadline of tomorrow to allow federal agents back in this past.
In a letter to the state of Texas on Wednesday, Alejandro Mayorkas and the DHS are warning they want full access to the park.
If not, the U.S. asked Texas to make clear what portions of the park they're planning on denying access.
Massachusetts governor is demanding help from Biden because of all these people camped out at Logan Airport.
I mean, what are they supposed to do?
You know, the law is that you're not allowed to enter the country illegally.
That's why it's illegal immigration.
Joe Biden has allowed nearly 10 million illegal immigrants into this country since he's become president.
And that means people from countries like Iran, Syria, Afghanistan, Egypt, Russia, and China.
Tens of thousands when you look at all those countries combined.
And so what's going to happen?
You know, Democrats really, they really want Biden to seize control of the Texas National Guard.
I wonder how that's going to work out.
I wonder how smoothly that's going to go for them.
Why don't they just enforce the law as written?
Anyway, so we'll see what's happening.
We still have crimes all around the country.
Now more Democratic elected officials, they're sick and tired of it.
Everywhere from New York, now we have in New Jersey, Governor Phil Murphy's demanding $1.4 billion in illegal immigrant alongside of Kathy Hochle and other governors.
Governor of Massachusetts is fed up.
Anyway, Texas is kind of exploiting a little bit of a loophole in the Supreme Court ruling.
This is one interesting side note to this.
First of all, the 5-4 decision shocked me.
I think they made the wrong decision.
But anyway, putting that aside for a second, the Biden administration feels it was a win for them that would allow them to go in and cut down the barbed wire that Texas put up to protect their borders.
But the ruling does not call for Texas to take any action in the matter.
And the state's Republican governor suggested that Texas will keep putting up fencing, even if the federal border agents take it down.
Okay, so even if they eventually do get in there, Texas Razor Wire is going back up.
And now they're literally setting up a confrontation between varying law enforcement groups, which is never a good situation.
I mean, there's not one person on either side of this that wants to be a part of going against a fellow lawmaker.
I can promise you that.
They don't want this confrontation.
They want to work together.
And I guarantee you, there's a lot of people that work under Biden that want no part of confronting the Texas National Guard or any part of cutting down the razor wire because they see with their own eyes how bad it's gotten under Joe Biden.
They're the ones watching the human trafficking, the drug trafficking.
They're the ones that are aware of the burden that it has put on border towns and cities all around the country.
But it's interesting because Greg Abbott just stands firm.
Texas Razor Wire is an effective deterrent against illegal border crossings encouraged by Biden's open border policies.
We continue to deploy this razor wire to repel illegal immigration.
There's nothing in that Supreme Court ruling that stops them from doing that.
His post, by the way, you know, you got Congressman Chip Roy have urged the state to ignore the Supreme Court ruling.
Well, they don't have to ignore it.
Eventually they can let the people in and just when they leave, just put it right back up again, which is a pain in the ass and costing the people of Texas a fortune.
But do they really want battle lines drawn here?
Democrats really want this authoritarian response by Joe Biden and they want to call Donald Trump authoritarian?
Just like democracy's in peril.
We're being lectured by the very people that don't want Donald Trump on the ballot, that want him in a courtroom for the better part of an entire year so that he can't actually run a real campaign for president, those people?
All right, I got a question for you.
How would you like to get the exact same service using the exact same 5G network you're using now and the same cell towers you're using now?
And how would you like to have you and your family save close to $1,000 a year?
How would you also like to sign up with a company, again, for the exact same service, saving you money that actually shares your values, a veteran-owned company?
You know, they believe in those simple American values.
You have your neighbors back, you pull yourselves up by your bootstraps in life.
Elbow grease can probably fix about pretty much everything, maybe with a little WD-40.
So I notice you would think on the surface of this, all right, the GDP last quarter, 3.3%, which would be a great number.
Here is the problem, and we've only figured this out.
You might remember we figured it out with the employment numbers.
We told you about this last month.
Whenever you get an employment number and it always seems overly optimistic and it gets great wall-to-wall coverage by the Biden media, then the Biden Labor Department buries their downward revisions and they do it in the follow-up report weeks later that gets no media attention.
And by the way, if you remember, it was almost every single solitary month.
Well, they do the same thing, it turns out, with GDP.
For example, Fox Business, headline, final third quarter GDP estimate revised downward, August 30th, 2023.
U.S. second quarter GDP growth revised lower.
U.S. GDP revised down in every first quarter from 2020 to 2022.
I mean, growth for the full year trimmed as well.
And you just don't get honest numbers.
And I don't know who's putting these reports together, but they're not being forthright with the American people.
You know, here's the thing.
Here's their biggest problem.
They can throw numbers at people all day long.
You know, somebody actually, James sent me a thing.
Hannity, you did tout the Trump stock market when it broke a record.
I said, yeah, I did, but I also had the same caveat I have now.
It's not my biggest barometer about how people in this country are doing.
It never has been.
And when you have 60% of Americans living paycheck to paycheck and a large percentage of those people having to get bare necessities on credit cards or cashing in pensions, it's a big problem.
And you want to know where you can find out if there's a problem in your community?
Go to your local food bank.
Talk to the people there and ask them, you know, what has this year been like versus past years?
It'll probably open your eyes and shock you.
This is what's right with America.
You're listening to the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour, toll-free on numbers, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
You know, I've always said about abortion, it's a heart issue, and it really is.
And the ministry and the great work of Preborn.com proves this because they use science, the science of 4D ultrasound, and they offer free ultrasounds to any expecting mom or maybe somebody that thinks they're expecting.
And what they've discovered is that when expecting moms are introduced to the miracle of life that is growing within them, and when they can hear a heartbeat and they can even see facial features, depending on what stage of development, and they can count fingers and toes, I mean, it more than doubles the odds that that baby's going to be brought to full term and given life.
It's amazing.
So the science of ultrasound is saving lives, and this great mission only works because of your generosity.
I know Planned Parenthood gets tens and tens of millions of dollars.
Well, Pre-Born gets nothing.
They only get money from people that believe in the sanctity of life, the miracle of birth, people in the pro-life community.
That's why I know they're in desperate need of help.
They want to offer even more services than they're offering now, and they offer counseling services.
They help new moms if they need diapers, if they need baby formula, whatever it is.
They're there.
All of it's free of charge.
They've been doing this now for 17 years.
And over a half a million women that have come into their clinics considering abortion, you know, they've saved a vast majority of those.
I mean, that's amazing.
But the only way it happens is if you donate to this great cause.
You can go to their website.
It's preborn.com slash Sean.
That's preborn.com slash Sean.
If I had one article today that made me angry, I just can't stand arrogant elitism.
I hate it.
I don't even know who these people are, but wait a year what we're learning about America's richest 1%.
Now, I've not been brainwashed into hating people that have money.
Matter of fact, I've said many times I never got a job from a poor person, whether I was working at a restaurant, working at a construction site, and even working in radio and TV.
You can't have a radio station.
You can't have a TV network unless, of course, you have money.
But this is what I don't like.
America's top earners have been blasted as wildly out of touch, which they are, after polling showed that their views differ sharply from regular voters on everything from climate change to personal liberties.
And get this, the survey found that the top 1% of earners and Ivy League graduates are much keener on banning and rationing cars and air travel in pursuit of climate targets than the rest of the country.
And get this part.
They also expressed a pretty authoritarian streak.
Nearly six in 10 members of the elite say that there's too much personal freedom in the U.S., many times more than for ordinary voters.
The Committee to Unleash Prosperity, a free market advocacy group, led the poll, said that its report showed a great, you know, huge, big bubble of their own construction, and the elites are better off financially than the rest of the country.
Three-quarters say they're doing better now than in the past compared to only a fifth of everyday Americans.
The elites support rationing of gas, meat, electricity to cut emissions of planet heating gases.
More than three-quarters of these elites support that draconian policy to which two-thirds of regular Americans are opposed.
The climate-fighting aspirations don't stop there because elites, they also want to ban many modern conveniences, gas stoves, air conditioners, non-essential air travel, gas-guzzling SUVs.
Who are these people?
Really?
Are you that out of touch?
Maybe you need to get out of your ivory tower and head to a grocery store and start doing your own shopping and talk to real people and find out what their lives have been like because of Biden's awful policies.
Former President Trump is viewed more favorably than Biden among both suburban and independent likely voters in 2024 in swing districts.
A new poll, a signal survey, found Trump scored 43% approval rating among suburbanites, 40% approval rating among independents, 39 battleground house districts, and 29 of both voter groups approved of Biden's job performance.
60% of likely independent voters, 63% likely suburban voters disapprove with Joe Biden.
I mean, that's good news.
And by the way, the latest general election matchup, the Messenger Harris X poll has Trump up by seven.
The Real Clear Politics average now has Trump up by four and a half.
He's never had that in 2016 or 2020 in terms of polling numbers.
It looks like, well, right now it's going to be a closed Senate race if you're starting to look at polls in Pennsylvania.
I do believe that they are targeting Ted Cruz.
We're going to have to pay a lot of attention to Ted Cruz down in Texas.
We can't afford to lose him.
And there was even one poll, although I don't believe it, that actually had his opponent up by 22.
That's ridiculous.
California Senate and open primary.
Right now, it's Adam Schiff, the congenital liar, that's leading in that race.
That's not good.
What was that name?
Steve Garvey, formerly of the Dodgers and the Padres.
I think he's going to run on the Republican ticket.
That's going to be interesting to watch.
Maybe it's not.
Maybe it's just an open primary.
I apologize.
We got Schiff at 25 and Garvey at 18.
Maybe he has a shot out there.
Marsha Blackburn, she's going to skate to re-election.
She's plus 17.
Let's see.
Another poll has Schiff at 21.
Wow.
That's pretty unbelievable.
But we'll just wait and see.
I mean, it's too early to really be looking at a lot of these polls.
I will say this: it's just interesting.
I mean, we shattered a record in New Hampshire.
A record number of people voted in that primary.
I mean, that's a big deal.
No one wanted to pay attention to that.
You know, the largest win in Iowa prior to Donald Trump this election season was Bob Dole.
Well, not enough people came out.
Well, it was minus 20 below with the win-chill factor.
I understand why a lot of people didn't want to go out.
Let's listen to Van Jones, Obama advisor.
This is his advice to Joe Biden for the campaign.
If I were Biden, I would stay hidden.
And I'll tell you why.
He doesn't inspire confidence, and he's not a great messenger for himself.
And then he goes on to say that there's something wrong with the campaign.
And, you know, somehow we're expecting Joe Biden, and frankly, he hid during his last campaign to start to come out now and be Flash Gordon and save his own campaign.
David Axelrod, his CNN fake news co-worker, responded later in the segment saying, I think Joe Biden has done some really extraordinary things and history will shine on those, but his performance is a problem, you think?
I mean, he's not there.
These guys know he's not there.
To get such prominent voices as Axelrod and, you know, Van Jones and James Carville, Maureen Dow, those are not insignificant names in Democratic circles.
It is official.
The Biden campaign thinks that the GOP primary is over.
They now will focus all of their attention on Donald Trump.
Joe Biden is getting the opponent that he thinks that he can beat in 2024.
So they are saying, well, if that's the case, then why is his party trying to keep Donald Trump off the ballot in so many states?
Gavin Newsom spoke out against it.
Why hasn't Joe Biden spoken out against it?
But anyway, how much do you want to bet Joe Biden will do everything in his power to avoid ever debating Donald Trump?
He won't do it.
Now, you might think back the first debate when Trump was super aggressive.
I actually think that was during the time that he had gotten like monoclonal antibodies and probably was on steroids.
But he definitely was aggressive.
All he needs to really do is let Joe talk.
The White House touting Biden's abortion speech, where you could barely decipher half of it.
As I have told you, they're going to run on Democracy in Peril, January 6th.
Trump is evil.
Trump is evil.
And then, of course, demagogue abortion.
That's their top line.
And, of course, the usual playbook.
Jill Biden, the first lady, is going to bring a woman who was forced to flee Texas for an abortion during the State of the Union.
Nobody really paid any attention to this guy, Dean Phillips, who got 21% of the vote in New Hampshire.
They haven't paid attention to him.
And it was interesting.
Newsbusters did a piece on this.
Dean Who, and with the liberal media achieving their 2024 matchup with Donald Trump, all set to go up and face off against Joe Biden.
ABC, CBS, NBC all refused to acknowledge the existence of Congressman Dean Phillips.
Actually, I've invited Dean Phillips on my TV show tonight, and I think he said yes.
We'll give him an opportunity to talk about Joe Biden and the process within the Democratic Party, which is basically a coronation.
He said that my party is completely delusional.
He destroyed the Democratic Democrat attacks of Republicans after attending a Trump rally.
He attended a New Hampshire Trump rally where he said he met thoughtful, hospitable, friendly people waiting in line.
All of them are so frustrated they feel nobody's listening to them except for Donald Trump.
I saw the line of people waiting in the freezing cold for hours, and I thought, what the heck?
I'm going to be a leader who actually invites people and doesn't condemn them.
I met probably 50 Trump people waiting in line, every single one of them thoughtful, hospitable, and friendly.
My party is completely delusional, he said, continuing that somebody had to wake up.
And if that's my job, then so be it.
Big deal.
Joe Biden got the United Auto Workers.
Let me tell you how out of touch unions are.
You know who's losing jobs because of Joe's EV mandate?
Yeah, union workers.
How's that going to work out for you?
Apparently, the money that seemed endless for Nikki Haley might start to dry up after New Hampshire.
Billionaire Reed Hoffman does not plan to give any more money to Nikki Haley's presidential campaign after the loss in New Hampshire, according to a person familiar with that matter.
Oh, she does have a $4 million buy, I believe, on the books in South Carolina.
Hoffman is one of Haley's first wealthy donors to start heading for the exit.
That usually happens after a bad loss.
But anyway, another billionaire, Andy Sabin, is urging Nikki Haley to walk away, arguing that she would be better served saving her remaining campaign funds for a 2028 presidential run.
That's the thing that I said.
If I'm her campaign manager, I'd be looking at, do I really want to go into my home state down by 30-plus points and lose badly in my own home state?
Or am I willing to wait four years because that's all Donald Trump would be able to serve if he was elected president and come back four years later and give it another shot then?
But there's a huge surge among Donald Trump.
That is for sure.
I actually think also he's been, I don't know, he's been showing more of his personal side, which I've always urged him to do.
And I don't know why all of a sudden it's coming out.
Like, I would prefer, I thought his Iowa speech was more, how do we say, more, well, I guess this was different, though.
I mean, Nikki Haley went after him pretty hard in her speech.
A lot of speculation who's going to be the VP.
I have no idea, and I'm not even going to begin to speculate.
I can't even begin to tell you because I don't have a clue.
Peter Doocy's been having great exchanges at the White House, pushing Joe Biden about his election denying, talking about the real governor of Virginia being Terry McAuliffe.
Oh, it sounds like he's an election denier.
Biden's push for EV vehicles is going to kill so many union jobs, we can't even count them, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Joe Biden calls himself the most pro-union president in history, yet he's pushing policies that would eliminate tens of thousands of United Auto Workers members' jobs by pushing these electric vehicles that nobody in this country wants.
America's spoken.
They don't want them.
If they wanted them, they would be getting them.
Want to hear a sad story about how awful it is to live in one of these deep blue states?
A guy by the name of George Sheets, that's his name, spent 50 years in the construction business, saved his money, bought a vacant lot not far from Lake Tahoe, planned to build a house there for his retirement.
When he went to get a building permit, he was issued an unexpected traffic impact mitigation fee of over $23,000 before he could even build his dream house.
I was him, I'd get a plot of land somewhere down in Florida, and I'm building it down here.
That's what I'd recommend.
The Richmond Federal Reserve's monthly survey finds that U.S. manufacturing has crashed to the lowest level since COVID.
CBS News anchor admits that no one he's talked to outside a New Hampshire grocery store is feeling good about the economy.
But yet they keep telling you it's good.
Bidenomics.
They even have a phrase for it.
Iran is sending more advanced anti-ship weapons to the Houdi rebels as they are facing off and pretty brazenly now going after ships that have American flags on them.
None of that is any good.
We'll have more on Fannie Willis coming up at the top of the hour, was disqualified from a previous 2020 election case because of a political bias.
I did not know that before.
What else do we have?
Obama appointed judge sentences the Trump aide Peter Navarro four months in jail.
I can't believe it.
All right, let's play Joe Biden having a tough time again today, reading his giant teleprompter.
The beer brewed here.
It is used to make the crew beer.
It's fine.
Oh, Earthrider, thanks for the Great Lakes.
I wonder what it's saying.
Glad the people there apparently knew what the hell he was talking about.
Fanny Willis in deep trouble.
Big investigation about to ensue.
How much trouble is she in?
And how will it impact the RICO case against Donald Trump, which was a joke from day one anyway?
We'll get to that.
And oh, Liberal Chris Hahn is coming back.
I wonder how many affiliates he has on his big radio show.
