If you want to be a part of the program, it is amazing to me that the very people who now going back to early 2020, Joe Biden and the campaign, and I am pointing out how weak he looks, how frail he looks, and what a cognitive mess he has become.
Well, things have deteriorated.
Cognitive decline, it is degenerative.
It never ends up getting better.
It only gets worse.
And we've seen that from Joe Biden.
I've looked at every event now that he's had for months, and he's not had a single clean event that I can recall.
And a clean event being defined by him not mumbling kind of phrases or bumbling or stumbling or backtracking or forgetting where he is or needing help off the stage, stage left, stage right.
But, you know, just to refresh your memory, you know, this is one of my favorites, or it quickly is becoming one.
And this is Joe Biden.
I played it yesterday, and nobody's been able to decipher what he's trying to say here, but I'll give you another chance.
We'll teach Donald Trump a valuable lesson.
Don't mess with him in America unless you want to get the benefit.
But the crowd goes wild.
Unbelievable.

And then, you know, here's Donald Trump, who I've interviewed for hours on end.
I mean, he has got it.
He's got high energy.
He is articulate.
He is smart.

Let's let them both take a cognitive test.

Now, here's where I'm just warning my audience.
Get prepared to get very agitated and annoyed because Chris is about to give an answer that he knows is just complete and utter BS, but he's going to give it anyway.
Chris, have you noticed that your president Joe Biden, who you're supporting for re-election, is in a significant cognitive decline or not?
I think everybody who's of that age loses a couple of miles per hour off the fastball.
Slow down.
I'm not asking about every old person on earth.
I'm asking about the guy that is the president and wants to remain the president.
Have you observed a significant cognitive decline in Joe Biden?
Yes or no?
No, I have not.
And I have been around Joe Biden for almost 30 years.
And he's just as sharp as he was then, right?
Look, nobody's as sharp as they were 30 years ago.
Neither are you.
You're not hitting from the tips anymore, Sean.
Actually, I am hitting from the tips.
If you want to know the truth, I've never been stronger.
And I've been doing mixed martial arts training for now 12 into my 13th year.
And it's the hardest workout you'll ever do in your life.
Well, I didn't play college football, Sean.
I worked out pretty hard.
But yes, I'm sure you're working very hard at your advanced age to keep it where it used to be, as Biden and Trump are.
And I think they've both lost a little bit off their fastball.
And this election is going to be a lot like the geezers at Caesars when Foreman Holmes took each other on.
You know what this is?
Here's the thing.
I know you well enough to know you don't even believe your own BS.
You know this guy is falling apart.
Let me tell you what Van Jones said.
And I think you'll agree with me, Van Jones.
He's a pretty well-respected voice among liberal and Democratic circles.
He said, my strategy for Joe is to hide and let others do the talking for him.
And that's what they're going to do.
And Trey Penny, this is the problem we have.
I mean, people will deny the obvious that Joe Biden is a mess right now cognitively just because they want political power.
That scares me.
Sean, I'm sitting over here dying listening to Chris.
Man, it's killing me because I'm listening to everything that has happened.
I've seen everything that Joe Biden has done and everything he said.
And this is like elderly abuse.
Man, you cannot do this to someone who's reached.
Look, I hate using age, but there's a certain point when your cognitive decline becomes so bad that you can't be in leadership.
Look, they took my grandmother's driver's license from her when she got a certain age.
That was a reasoning for that because she didn't understand.
When you're on the roadway, you have to be able to decipher how to move around in this vehicle.
That's the reality of where we are.
But we have this man that's running the country, and he got these keys in the head.
He don't know which direction he's going.
Let's get, you know, I don't know where to go with this because it's hard when you just refuse to see.
You know what?
It's not that you refuse to see, because I know you see it, Chris.
There's a lot of things that I could say about you that, but one of them being stupid, you're not stupid.
You're a political operative.
You learn from Chuck Schumer, and that's a Schumer-like answer.
You know darn well.
For example, I'll give you a comparison.
Bernie Sanders is older than Joe Biden, and he's a thousand times sharper.
I don't think he's any different cognitively than he was 10 years ago.
I have not seen any cognitive decline, nor have I seen it in Trump.
And I know Trump a lot better than you do, and I've interviewed him a lot more than you've ever interviewed him.
And I've talked to him enough to know that this guy has more energy, as much energy as he had his first term.
You know, look, it is hard to make the argument that Joe Biden is too old when you're running a guy who's a year younger than him and who confuses Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, who confuses Nancy Pelosi and Nikki Haley.
You know what the difference is?
You actually hear Trump talk for hours on end.
You know what we can never hear is Joe Biden speak for more than five minutes of prepared speech, and he's incapable of even getting through those at this point, which is why as of last Friday, we'd only seen him five times in 27 days.
This guy vacations 40% of his presidency.
And Sean, they're not going to trick the American people, even Democrats.
You think about Democrats in these communities, they're not even sold on voting Democrats, voting for this president.
They've destroyed themselves by leaving Joe Biden on this ticket.
I don't know why they've done it.
Look, I want them to leave Joe Biden on the tickets, but we can win.
But the reality is, sales.
I mean, I'm glad that you're laughing about it.
All right, let's take a little trip down memory lane and see if we can't jar Chris Hahn's memory here.
We'll do a little of Joe Biden over the years, then versus now.
He sent me two letters saying, by the way, can you send me some stimulus money for companies here in the state of Wisconsin?
We send millions of dollars.
Play the radio.
Make sure the television, excuse me, make sure you have the record player on at night.
The phone.
Make sure the kids hear words.
Now they got a new plan.
Trust me, it's not going to cost you any more.
Folks, follow your instincts on this one.
We hold these truths to be self-evident.
All men and women created by the goal.
You know the thing.
They put one foot in front of the other.
They keep going.
That's the unbreakable spirit of the people of America.
That's who we are.
And Representatives Shirley Jackson-Lee, Al Green, Sylvia Garcia, Lizzie Pinelli, Pennell, and what am I doing here?

You're going to tell me that's the same guy to you?

All I'll say is this.
If you really think that's how Joe Biden is, you should be encouraging your friend Donald Trump to show up for every debate and debate.
Oh, I'm 100%.
He needs to debate Joe Biden as often as possible.
Debating Nikki Haley, who's a woman in her 50s.
And if he's so good at debating and so viral and spry, he can.
Listen, when Nikki Haley wins a primary, I would say she might have a better argument.
But as of now, she's come, she's been a very distant third and a distant second.
I mean, nice try, but Donald Trump is the clear frontrunner, and you know he's going to be the candidate.
But here, I want to bet, how much do you want to bet that you will never find a tape that remotely resembles the one I just played for you?
You see, Trey, he's not going to make this bet.
He's just going to spin around in circles here, so I'm wasting my time.
But I mean, this is how removed from reality some Democrats are that they put their party above everything else.
I'd love for him to just justify some of the policies.
I mean, at least get to the, let's look at the border, at least give me some kind of positioning on the border.
Why does it look like this?
Why can't we get this president to make a decision about how he wants to govern the border?
Better yet, I don't even know what's wrong with your vice president.
Can you explain what's going on with your vice president?
He can't.

And do I think he's got a plan for the border that Republicans in the Senate seem to have wanted before Trump told them not to want it?

You want to do something about the border?

You've had three and a half years and 10 million illegal, unvetted Biden immigrants later, and now all of a sudden, now you want to secure the border?
It's a little late, Chris.
You already blew it.
To do the right thing, Sean.
And if the Republicans really want a border deal, they've got the opportunity right now.
But wait a minute.
But Joe and Kamala have been telling us the border's closed and the border's secure.
Did they lie to us, Chris?
I think that the problems at the border have been exaggerated, but I do think you do.
10 million people unvetted coming into our country, including countries like Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, Russia, and China.
That's okay with you.
We're in the same place we were in 2013.
No, we are not.

It's never been this bad ever.
There was a bill in 2013 called the Border Security and Immigration Modernization Act that passed the Senate, and the Republicans in the House did not want to take it up because they wanted the issue for the election.
And that's exactly what's going on right now.
You've had three years and you've denied there's ever a problem there.
Now, all of a sudden, you want to blame Republicans.
I got it.
That's right.

I've been telling you forever that the United States wastes billions and billions and billions and billions and billions of dollars in these globalist organizations, starting with the United Nations, starting with the WHO that became the chief propagandist for the communist Chinese during COVID.
Then, of course, you've got America entering stupid agreements like the Paris Accords, and we pay the bulk of money for these ridiculous standards by a bunch of climate alarmist religious cultists.

After all, you were using weed, which is now legal in many states.
Interesting dilemma here.
There was an obese woman taking a flight, and she did something that I thought was pretty thoughtful.
She knows she's obese.
She says she's on a diet.
She's trying to get in the best shape she can get in, but she recognizes she's still obese.
Anyway, so she pays for two tickets.
Anyway, then apparently a mother who was supposed to hold a child on her lap for the trip, according to the ticket that she bought, asked for the woman's seat.
And then the lady said, you know, here's my ticket.
I actually paid for both these seats.
Anyway, and so the lady that bought the two seats writes this whole, you know, I guess, storyline about what happened, starting with the headline, am I in a hole?
And I'm flying across the country.
I want to see my brother.
I'm working towards losing weight.
I made a lot of progress, but quote, I'm still obese.
Her words.
She said everything was smoothly until this woman boarded.
A mom sitting in the same row approached her and told her to squeeze into one seat so that her 18-month-old son could fit in the other.
And she didn't ask.
She just told me, I said, no, and that I had paid for the seat and the extra space.
And then the mother apparently makes a big fuss about it.
That gets the flight attendant's attention.
And then she told the flight attendant that she was stealing the seat from her son.
And then she showed the flight attendant that she had boarding passes for both seats.
And the flight attendant then asked if I could try to squeeze in.
And I said, no, I want the extra space that I paid for.
And anyway, she explained the woman's son was supposed to sit in her lap throughout the flight, but then realized, you know, oh, well, there's this extra seat.
I'm actually siding with the woman that bought the two seats, aren't you, Linda?
100%.
Yeah.
I take Amtrak to get to the city three days a week.
I also recently, very recently, over the Christmas holiday, I was at an event for Christmas, and it was very tight seating.
A man sat next to me.
He was 470 pounds, and half of his body- Did he tell you he's 470 pounds?
Are you just underestimating?
He came into the row and he said, hey, you're a tiny little thing.
I just want to warn you.
I'm 470 pounds.
So you and I are going to get real friendly tonight.
And I looked at him and I said, I'm sorry, is that some kind of joke?
And he said, no, no, no.
You know, I'm here with my wife and my daughter.
They're coming too.
They're large, but I'm the biggest one.
And he literally sat on me all night.
There was nowhere for me to go.
I only had one seat.
You know, I was there with Liam and Anthony.
I've been on Amitravic, I would have gone to the- No, no, no.
This was not.
This was in a Christmas event at Madison Square Garden.
And it was a hot mess.
And he was right next to me.
And he was on top of me the whole night.
Not only was he on top of me, he was wearing awful cologne and thought that every single 20 to 30 minutes, he should get up and get a snack, which was typically popcorn, which went all over me.
And I just thought to myself, I cannot believe that this person thinks that this behavior is okay and that this is the type of thing we should do.
So I think the woman who bought the two seats is beyond an amazing person.
And if the mom of the child, you know, didn't buy two seats and what the arrangement was.
Did you forget you had an 18-month-old that needed a seat?
Would you forget about that?
That's your problem.
That's a you problem.
That's not her problem.
She did her work.
Anyway, Joy Reed, quote, like Trump, Hitler was also viewed as a clown goon who could be kept in line.
That's how far NBC News has sunk.
By the way, a man instructed to pose as transgender allegedly raped a female inmate at Rikers Island.
I guess, was that not a potential inevitability at some point?
Those that, you know, say, well, I identify with this, I identify with that, but I have this sex's body parts versus that sex.
Joe Rogan said over the time, he said, you know, I used to be on the left, and he goes, where's the left?
Where are you people?
You guys are so far away, I can't even see you anymore.
You're out of your mind.
You know, you're blanking, chopping male body parts off and giving kids hormone blockers.
You have no idea what the long-term consequences are.
You're ignoring all health risks and you won't even talk about the health risks.
And you use things like gender-affirming care.
What are you saying?
What are you saying when you're talking about children?
I mean, it gets to be very complicated.
This needs to be a parental decision and not a government decision.

At that point, we might as well, you know, our kids, when they're born, take them and hand them over to the federal government.
By the way, the sorority sisters appeal judges ruling allow a man to join Kappa Gamma at the University of Wyoming.
Anyway, they've appealed a federal court decision dismissing their lawsuit challenging the admission of a biological male into their sorority.
I don't know.
That doesn't sound like the worst idea in the world.
But I guess sororities are, you know, you have fraternities for men and sororities for women.
Ohio's ban on gender-affirming care for minors restricts change.
Anyway, that Ohio banned the gender-affirming care for minors and restricted transgender women and girls from participating in sports teams.
The Republican-dominated Senate in Ohio voted to override the Republican governor, Mike DeWine, and his veto of the bill.
And the new law banned sex reassignment surgeries and hormone therapies for transgender individuals under the age of 18.
At that point, I guess they think they're an adult.
They can make whatever decision they want.
You have a mandatory University of Wisconsin law school seminar telling students there are no exceptional white people.
No, that's not.
Is that racist?
No, of course not.
By the way, here's a really sick thing.
And you might appreciate this, Linda.
So some Seattle guy was caught twice in three days lurking outside of Taylor Swift's apartment, and he's back in handcuffs.
Anyway, the guy was taken into custody after being spotted rummaging through a dumpster across the street from Taylor Swift's home in New York around 1.35 p.m.
Anyway, it seems that he booked it from, you know, a Manhattan Criminal Court arraignment.
But here's the problem.
This guy was busted outside her Tribeca pad.
And one hour this guy is released, after he's released, you know, he goes right back to Taylor Swift's home.
I don't know if these names mean anything to you.
Does anyone remember John Lennon?
Remember the name, the actress model, Rebecca Schaefer?
Anybody remember all these other famous people that have been, you know, attacked or killed?
Unbelievable.

Declare invasion.
Joe Biden is setting up a very dangerous scenario that is not going to end well.
And because, you know, they're demanding that Texas now allow the Border Patrol to access a key park on the southern border.
But Greg Abbott published an explosive open letter accusing the White House of having broken their compact between the United States and the states with their immigration policy, claiming Biden violated his oath.
And Biden is now facing growing calls among Democratic lawmakers to federalize the Texas National Guard and GOP leaders, including the governors of Oklahoma, Ron DeSantis and Florida.
They're backing Abbott and his standoff with Biden.
This is now becoming a standoff, and this is not good.
And the Biden administration is renewing their demand to allow Texas to allow Border Patrol access to this key park.
And guess what?
Now Biden is facing growing calls to federalize the Texas National Guard.
But Abbott's not alone, I'm telling you right now, between he's got all these people.
If the Constitution really made states powerless to defend themselves against an invasion, it wouldn't have been ratified.
He's right.
Anyway, we'll see what happens here, but I stand in solidarity with Greg Abbott.
He's trying to uphold the law of our country.
