Trump with a nine-point lead over President Biden in that poll.
And whatever caveats, whether that is an outlier, that's a tough one to spin.
Vice President Harris, do you see her as the future of the Democratic Party?
It's not a given.
You don't automatically move up.
She'll have to compete going forward so that we can stop passing CRs.
That's like telling a crack addict, we're going to give you more crack to keep you off a crack.
It doesn't work, man.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming to your center.

If you want to be a part of the program, well, it is freaking out the Democratic Party, and that is this bribery, corruption allegations that seem pretty deep and profound.
I don't think any reasonable person would ever want such allegations made against them.
We stand solidly behind the idea that people are innocent until proven guilty.
But the idea that Menendez and these bribery allegations are not going to impact the Democratic Party would be naive.
I mean, if you just look at some of the comments made this weekend, first let me play AOC, you know, saying, you know, the whole issue that she wants this guy to get out of the way.
Listen.
You know, I think the situation is quite unfortunate, but I do believe that it is in the best interests for Senator Menendez to resign in this moment.
As you mentioned, consistency matters.
It shouldn't matter whether it's a Republican or a Democrat.
The details in this indictment are extremely serious.
They involve the nature of not just his, but all of our seats in Congress.
And while, you know, as a Latina, there are absolutely ways in which there is systemic bias, but I think what is here in this indictment is quite clear.
And I believe it is in the best interest to maintain the integrity of the seat.
And then Menendez is saying, I believe I'll be exonerated and remain a New Jersey senator.
So he's defending himself as he planned to do where he had initially announced he was running for office.
That was him from over the weekend.
And then also earlier today, he said similar stuff.
On Friday, the Southern District of New York brought charges against me.
I understand how deeply concerning this can be.
However, the allegations leveled against me are just that.
Allegations.
For anyone who has known me throughout my 50 years of public service, they know I have always fought for what is right.
My advocacy has always been grounded in what I learned from growing up as a son of Cuban refugees, especially my mom, my hero, Evangelina Menendez.
Everything I've accomplished, I've worked for, despite the naysayers and everyone who has underestimated me.
I recognize this will be the biggest fight yet.
But as I have stated throughout this whole process, I firmly believe that when all the facts are presented, not only will I be exonerated, but I still will be the New Jersey's senior senator.
Now, when you're finding cold bars and cash all over somebody's house, well, I mean, unless they're particularly wealthy, you know, that might not be unusual for them if you're a multi-millionaire.
But if you're a senator, you know, it's kind of like Joe Biden having all these homes and a stingray.
You know, how is he able to afford it on a senator's salary?
And anyway, you know, he found the money found was withdrawn from a savings account.
He feared a confiscation like his family faced in Cuba.
For 30 years, I have withdrawn thousands of dollars in cash from my personal savings account, which I have kept for emergencies and because of the history of my family facing confiscation in Cuba.
Now, this may seem old-fashioned, but these were monies drawn from my personal savings account based on the income that I have lawfully derived over those 30 years.
I look forward to addressing other issues at trial.
Anyway, joining us now is Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst and author of the best-selling trial of the century, Jordan Seculo, executive director of the American Center for Law and Justice.
Welcome both of you to the program.
Jordan, you actually have commented on this, I believe it was on your show, that the DOJ is going after Menendez for political reasons.
Why would you believe that?
Well, I think that there's, you know, we talked about this two-tiered system of justice, and Menendez has been no friend of the Obama administration.
They tried to go after him, and it was Jack Smith.
He actually left that investigation right before they brought charges.
He ended up in The Hague.
But that was his team, the charges that Menendez defeated previously.
And it was right around the time that Menendez voted against the Iran nuclear deal.
He was one of four Democrats to do that.
Biden wants to bring back another nuclear deal.
They've also got hit with this idea of two-tiered system of justice, and they're using it on places like MSNBC to say, oh, look, see, there's not a two-tiered system of justice.
The DOJ will go after Democrats, too.
But Menendez, just to remind people, this doesn't mean he's not guilty, Sean.
He's been kind of their favorite Democrat to go after.
And it's obviously this DOJ and those career DOJ folks, they've stayed on.
They didn't like the fact that he beat them back the first time, but it's very similar charges this time.
It doesn't mean he's not guilty or that he's innocent, but it can be somewhat suspicious when we look at how this Department of Justice is making decisions.
You know, Greg Jarrett, I say there are maybe four or five really, really top-notch attorneys in D.C. One would be Jordan's dad, Jay Seculo, who we frequently have had on the program.
And one would be Abby Lowell.
And interestingly, Abby Lowell was the one that represented him the last time, and he got him off as he also got off John Edwards in his case.
Not easy cases to win either time.
And I guess the problem now for Menendez is that Abby Lowell is representing Hunter Biden.
I'm not sure Abby would be available to do both cases, but you've got to factor in a great attorney in any case, don't you?
Yeah, you do.
But I'm not even sure that Abby Lowell, as good as he is, can get around the incriminating evidence.
And, you know, today, Bob Menendez, you know, claimed he withdrew the $480,000 in cash from his personal savings account.
I hope he has the withdrawal slips and monthly statements proving it, but I doubt he does since the fingerprints and the DNA of his co-defendant was on some of the envelopes that was stashed in his clothing at his home.
The gold bars, well, the serial numbers, according to prosecutors, show they also came from a co-defendant.
And I would assume that records will show the luxury Mercedes was purchased by two of the co-defendants, not Menendez or his wife.
And finally, you've got these voicemail messages and texts recited in the indictment that incriminate both husband and wife, showing these expensive gifts and cash came from their schemes.
They're even sending thank you notes to the co-defendants and delivery men.
So, you know, I tend to doubt that their flimsy excuses are this time going to sell to a jury, especially if and when one or more of the others decide to flip against Menendez and his wife and incriminate them by becoming witnesses for the prosecution.
All right, so you have Menendez holding this pressure today, pretty much echoing the I'm innocent and this is all happening because I'm Hispanic.
AOC is probably the first of many that wants him to resign.
Other Democrats have stayed quiet.
But the articles are very, very clear, Jordan, and what they're laying out in terms of the indictment here is Menendez was the key to access to what was billions of dollars in U.S. aid.
And of course, the really scary and frightening and chilling allegation that he might have been passing on highly sensitive information in exchange for money to a foreign country.
Yeah, and that's why it should all be investigated.
And again, he'll have his day in court.
Abby Lowell did take the case, by the way.
So this will be a second time.
It's been a pretty busy time for him in Washington, D.C., to be a Democrat defense attorney.
But like you said, Sean, so he's got Hunter and he's decided to represent Menendez again.
Those kind of attorneys don't usually take cases.
They think they're just going to lose from the top.
He's been through this before, a pretty serious version of this before with Menendez once.
And Menendez also won re-election.
That's not up to Abby.
Abby got the charges to beat back the defense.
But I do think, I agree with Greg.
I mean, if you actually look at these charges, as I said, they seem very serious.
It would seem like this would be a pretty easy case to bring in court.
So we'll see.
I mean, is the evidence actually there?
Is it as clear as the U.S. attorney made it out to be?
I mean, that's going to be up to them.
I just think for all of us right now, we've been very suspicious, right, of how this DOJ has made decisions, about the timing of this DOJ's decisions.
And if we're going to say that about how they treat Republicans, I think we have to say that about how they treat any politicians, especially those who they have crossed ways with when it comes to Middle East policy.
And Menendez has been one of those Democrats that are the issue of supporting Israel.
And of course, Egypt gets involved there.
And on the Iran issue, he's stood alone with just a handful of other Democrats that has actually voted against those deals and against nuclear deals with Iran.
And we know that issue's back on the table again.
He's been a thorn in the side to the same people who are this administration running their Ford policy, which is, again, why you see Abby Lowell taking his defense, even with the Hunter trial going on, very busy time for him, a good time to be part of his team.
But at the same time, if these charges are as simple and as clear as they are, like Greg laid out, this is going to be pretty easy to convict in court.
How is it going to be different for Abby Lowell this time, Greg?
I mean, a good attorney can only get you so far.
But as you were laying out the evidence that the prosecution is putting out there, it seems, you know, pretty wide and pretty deep and pretty significant.
I mean, how do you get a hat?
I know you only need one juror if it's a jury when it's a jury trial, but that's still hard to get.
You got to get that one person.
Yeah, the first accusations in the first trial that ended in a hung jury.
I mean, that was kid stuff compared to this latest indictment.
That one involved a lot of the money were campaign contributions, and that's always tricky for prosecutors.
And the quid pro quo wasn't cash personally to Menendez, but rather, you know, perks and other benefits, not cash.
This time, it's cold hard cash, and it's, you know, 13 gold bars, a Mercedes, mortgage payments, pricey furniture, other compensation.
And you would think that Menendez would have learned his lesson.
I mean, he was a lucky guy to avoid prison in that other bribery trial six years ago.
He beat the rep not because he was innocent or not guilty, but only because the jury was hung.
So the judge was forced to declare a mistrial.
And then Menendez was rebuked by the ethics panel in the Senate, a formal, severe admonition, admonishment, I should say, but only after he paid back the alleged bribes, which was the equivalent of admitting guilt to the Senate.
Yeah, the panel said he disgraced the United States Senate.
And yet Chuck Schumer puts him back as head of the powerful Foreign Relations Committee, which is truly mind-boggling.
Menendez has always been known as the crookedest member of the U.S. Senate.
You put him on one of the most important committees, foreign relations, dealing with some of America's adversaries and foreign allies.
I mean, that's just foolhardy.
All right, quick break more with Craig Jarrett and Jordan Secular on the other side.

All right, we continue now.
Greg Jarrett, Fox News legal analyst, and Jordan Seculo, executive director for the American Center for Law and Justice, talking about Bob Menendez.
You look at this and you compare this to Joe Biden, what I'm calling the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering scandal allegations, Jordan Seculo.
And, you know, everybody keeps saying there's no evidence.
Well, explain to me, is Joe Biden, then why did he lie repeatedly as a candidate and as a president that he never discussed these things with his son?
How come that evolved into he never did business with his son?
How did that evolve into he never got any money from his son?
Why all the shell corporations, why were nine Biden family members paid massive amounts of money?
Both Nancy Mace and James Comer on this program last week said that they think this money just for the Bidens alone is going to exceed and be north of $50 million.
And the grandchildren, I'd like to know what the grandchildren did to get paid whatever sums of money they got.
What did Hunter, what was he able to provide?
What about the timeline when Joe leveraged the billion dollars of loan guarantees?
And five days before, Hunter's on the phone with Burisma executives next to him in Dubai calling his dad.
That was five days before Joe leveraged that money.
Doesn't that timeline seem pretty damning to you?
Yeah, I mean, I think what you would say is the Bidens are better at doing this.
I mean, you wouldn't say it's any less legal or more illegal, but they've set up, again, like you said, they have their shell companies.
There's people in between.
It's not just Joe and his wife, the first lady.
You've got brothers, you've got family members, you've got grandkids, you've got other companies, the LLCs, and other people taking the cash and not taking it directly.
And where Menendez is in trouble is, you know, the photos kind of show that the wads of cash, the gold bars.
You know, I get the idea that he's from an older generation.
You have more cash around.
I even talked to some people on our team who said, yeah, I've got grandparents who have a couple hundred thousand dollars still at their house.
And that's not so unusual for some generations.
But again, when you, Bob Menendez, you've already been through this one time before.
I think the one thing you would compare the difference between him and the Biden team is the Bidens are smarter at doing it.
It just makes no sense, does it?
Especially I barely skated out of the last trial.
And then to have that massive amount of money and gold bars and then the connection to the people that he was dealing with seems to run very deep based on what we're hearing, correct?
Yes, it is, Sean.
I mean, it is kind of shocking that you find Menendez back in this situation.
And I'm a little suspicious, just because it also means they never really stopped investigating him.
So even when the mistrial was declared, it feels like they were still on him.
And that might be, again, for purely legitimate reasons.
They're going to be able to prove that.
I think it's either going to be a very easy case in court again, or they're going to get tied up into politics and have another tough time.
We'll see if Menendez survives yet again.
I wouldn't have thought he was going to survive last time this happened, and I didn't think he'd survive politically.
He beat the legal system and he won re-election.
So I never count these guys out, but you do wonder it's like they never learned their lesson.
Well, because your dad's one of the top five on my list, I think probably on Greg Jarrett's list, you've got big shoes to fill there one day.
So I'm just not putting pressure on you, anything.
No pressure.
No, not at all.
All right, Jordan Seculo, Greg Jarrett, thank you both.
All right, let's just go over a little bit of the highlights of Biden's gaffes from last week.
For one day, for one day, my administration, the United States, has treated this crisis as an existential threat from the moment we took office.
Not only for us, but for all of humanity.
Now, even as we evolve our institutions and drive creative new partnerships, let me be clear.
Certain principles of our international system are sacrosanct.
Accompanied by the Director General of the International Labor Organization.
President Biden, can you hear me?
I can't.
You can't.
Yes, good.
No nation can be truly secure in the world if, in fact, we don't stand up and defend the freedom of Ukraine from the face of this Russian brutality and aggression.
We finally beat Big Farmer.
I've been fighting it since I've been a friend freshman.
I mean, a hell of a week for Joey, your president.
Just one hell of a week.
Anyway, he appears to praise the wrong congressional caucus during his speech.
He praises the black congressional caucus when he's speaking to the Hispanic Congressional Caucus.
Whoopsie Daisy.
And then I'm not sure exactly what was going on in Joe's head.
Doesn't kind of everybody know who LL Cool J is?
Because he calls him LLJ Cool.
I mean, even the crowd starts laughing.
Listen to this.
They echo what my dad taught me.
And I mean it sincerely.
My dad used to say everyone, everyone is entitled to be treated with dignity and respect.
Congressional black caucus embodies all those values.
The two of the great artists of our time representing the groundbreaking legacy of hip-hop in America, LLJ Cool J. By the way, that boy's got, that man's got biceps bigger than my thighs.
I think he's anyway.
Yeah, that's why I think so many Democrats are just full-on panicked.
You know, Joe Scarborough has been critical of late of his cognitive mess of a state that he's in.
I mean, and then, you know, telling the same story, not once, but twice within a five-minute time span.
Okay, when I've met people in my life that have dementia or Alzheimer's or significant cognitive decline, that's what they tend to do.
They tell a story and then they'll repeat the story, in Joe's case, almost word for word, and not remember that they had just told that story.
Or they'll ask you a question, and three minutes later, they'll ask you the same question, not realizing you just answered that question.
Again, it's not pretty.
It's not something I'd wish on anybody, but it is a reality, and this is the hardest job in the world.
And that's something that impacts all of us.
Anyway, let's get to our phones.
The free state of Florida, Sandy.
Sandy, how are you?
By the way, we made our announcement earlier today that the debate between your governor and Gavin Newsom is on.
The Red State versus Blue State big debate.
What are your thoughts?
How do you like the idea?
I think it's awesome.
I really do.
I can't wait to watch it.
I think it's going to be must-see TV.
I mean, think of it.
They've been sniping at each other behind the scenes.
I'm like, let's bring this public.
Let's have it out.
And I get to be the moderator and sit there.
You know, it's going to be absolutely amazing.
And I think that's why he's going to watch the debate when it's out.
Yeah.
Oh, no, he's definitely going to watch the debate.
Yeah, definitely.
So I think he's going to be taking notes and using whatever he can to spin during the debate with you.
Look, it's DeSantis, Red State, Blue State, California.
You can't have more distinct differences in terms of governing philosophy.
And I would argue results.
And, you know, let's see how this plays out.
It's going to be entertaining.
I'll tell you that.
I think it's going to be interesting, informative, everything you'd want in a debate.
So, anyway, what's on your mind today?
Well, what's on my mind?
Well, I was watching the news this morning with Menendez.
Now, I almost think that that was a warning to Joe Biden.
Like, listen, I could have flipped on you, or maybe he was going to flip on him, because everything is a mirror image of what Hunter and Joe are doing, and Menendez and his wife are doing.
It's all mirror.
They also collaborated together on a lot of issues and things.
So, and then Hunter and him both have the same attorney.
Is that so nobody could see the evidence that links all those families together?
I mean, think about that.
Listen, I think the allegations are getting so bad against Joe Biden and his family and the family syndicate.
It's just now a matter of time.
We have 61%, according to a more recent poll, of the American people now beginning to understand fully that Joe Biden lied to them and that Joe Biden was up to his eyeballs in this foreign access scheme with Hunter.
And I think it goes way beyond that.
The sheer amount of money, the sheer amount of lying, the sheer amount of efforts to cover their tracks with these show companies is breathtaking.
Tens of millions of dollars.
Okay, what did any one of those people do for that money?
Because none of them had any background or experience to get paid the kind of money we're talking about.
And admittedly, Hunter.
And then with the new information that I discussed earlier today, I mean, it's so damning.
I mean, I honestly, at this point, I don't know how they survived this.
Well, maybe they were selling paper.
There were open boxes in the garage.
Penn State.
I mean, how many people had access to all those files?
And they still have files there.
They still have files there.
They said they can't remove them.
Why not?
They removed them from Trump's house.
Trump was, you know, locking them up exactly how they told him to do.
He followed the letter.
This is what he has two or three years to go through all this stuff.
Every president has two or three years to go through all the boxes and gather their personal effects and then return the stuff back to the people.
Listen, I mean, the double standard couldn't be any more clear.
And the oddest part is that the FBI had already been to Mar-a-Lago, been in the room where most of these documents were found, and could have taken everything they wanted with them.
And they didn't do it.
Why not?
I know.
They told him to put another lock on there.
The reason why is because they probably couldn't find some documents that they needed, you know, for all we know.
I mean, there could be so many different things.
This web that the Biden family, well, actually, the Democratic family, that is the mom family, has weaved this web that has captivated all the Democrats.
That's why they're all in lockstep because they all have each other's back.
If you watched Gingleberry, whatever her name is, in Wisconsin, saying about, oh, but everybody does that.
No, not everybody does that.
Just your circle of people does that.
Listen, I think that the walls have gotten much tighter based on this new information.
And if you're just joining us, I'll go over what I went through the last hour.
But anyway, we really, Sandy, we appreciate your call.
God bless you down in the free state of Florida.
But now this missing witness, as we have referred to them in the past, a guy by the name of Gal Luft, and this has everything to do with the Biden, Joe Biden bribery and money laundering corruption allegations.
Now finally has brought new evidence to this impeachment inquiry about an FBI mole that tipped off Hunter Biden that his Chinese partners had been named on four sealed indictments in 2017 by New York City federal prosecutors, the Southern District of New York.
And the Israeli professor, former Israeli Defense Force officer, has been on the run six months after skipping bail in Cyprus, where he was awaiting extradition to the U.S. on gun running and foreign lobbying charges, you know, also brought by the SDNY.
But anyway, in an open letter to Representative Comer, Jim Smith, and Jason Smith, the three House committee chairmen running this impeachment inquiry, Luft claims that the tip-off to the Chinese executives of their oil conglomerate, CEFC,
came on the exact same day that the first son, Hunter, wrote that infamous WhatsApp message shaking down the CEFC for what ended up being $5 million sent within a week over highly, quote, confidential and time-sensitive matter while claiming his father was in the room.
I'm sitting here with my father.
We'd like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
He goes on to say, and by the way, this message presented to Congress in June during the testimony of IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley, quote, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me, that would be Joe Biden, your president, and every person he knows, and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my direction.
I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
Later that night, the executive at CEFC, Patrick Ho, who was staying in a hotel in New York City, received an urgent call from the CEFC president who told him to leave the U.S. immediately, according to Luft, who speaks to Ho regularly.
The next day, he flew out to Hong Kong where he remained for four months.
And anyway, Zao told Hunter in a follow-up WhatsApp message, oh, the CEFC is willing to cooperate with the family.
He thinks now the priority is to solve the problem mentioned last night.
And Luft believes the problem in a highly confidential and time-sensitive manner was the SDNY, the Southern District of New York indictments, which would make sense.
Within nine days of that WhatsApp message, yeah, the CEFC wired $5.1 million to entities in the U.S. to transfer to Hunter Biden.
Wow.
Sitting here with my father.
If I knew that would work, I'd use that every day.
All right, quick break right back.

Final hour roundup is next.
You do not want to miss it.
And stay tuned for the final hour free-for-all on the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, let's get back to our busy phones.
Let's go to the Buckeye State.
Let's go to Sarah, Ohio.
Hey, Sarah, how are you?
Hi, I'm good.
My question for you is: I have always tried to put myself in the other person's shoes.
So I'm trying to figure out what the real end game was with all of these charges on Donald Trump.
If he is found guilty of everything, then what?
Like, he can't go to prison.
He has circuit service agency and the former president and foreign policies would be horrible.
So are they going to put him on house arrest?
Which house?
In which country should he be housed in, not house arrest?
So pretty much the next president's going to pardon him, and all of our tax dollars are spent for nothing.
Oh, I have no doubt that the pardon's coming.
You know, Joe, apparently last week, expressed fear that he may not survive long enough for this Hunter investigation, according to one report.
Look, I don't know what's going to happen.
All I know is the obvious is that the walls are closing in and the evidence is now overwhelming against this family, and the corruption is being exposed more every day.
Yeah, but what were they trying to get Trump not to run this term?
Or because now I feel like they were counting two and now they don't know what to do because it's got out of control.
Well, I just think that the impeachment inquiry's got to be fair.
It's got to be thorough.
And, you know, one of the next things that's going to happen is they got to start, they got to subpoena the president and they got to get Hunter Biden to testify.
And to me, those are very important things that they got to do.
It's that simple.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate you.
