We'll all be flying higher than a jail, I know.
And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
Trump with a nine-point lead over President Biden in that poll.
And whatever caveats, whether that is an outlier, that's a tough one to spin.
Vice President Harris, do you see her as the future of the Democratic Party?
It's not a given.
You don't automatically move up.
She'll have to compete going forward so that we can stop passing CRs.
That's like telling a crack addict, we're going to give you more crack to keep you off a crack.
It doesn't work, man.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Where we're coming to your city.
Gonna play our guitars and sing you a country soul.

It's 800-941-Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, well, I mean, there's almost like a total, complete freak out among the Democratic Party.
A lot of it has to do and is rooted in everything that we've been saying.
And I said there are certain signs to watch and pay attention to.
And when the article of Maureen Dowd came out, I said, okay, that's probably going to be the canary in the coal mine.
Maureen Dowd never goes against her fellow liberal Democrats in the world of politics.
She just doesn't.
And very uncharacteristically writes this column just excoriating Joe Biden for not acknowledging his seventh grandchild, the four-year-old granddaughter he has down in Arkansas.
I mean, and that resulted in humiliating him to such a large degree that, you know, he finally decided, oh, well, I'll now recognize her.
Hunter said it's okay.
Okay, not great.
And then it became, you know, it begins to snowball.
And you start losing David Ignatius at the Washington Post.
You start losing Liberal Joe, although Scarborough's now, you know, today he was ridiculing people, freaking out about this Washington Post ABC News poll.
I'll get to it in a second.
And that shows Donald Trump with a 10-point lead.
And just understand what this is.
There's now an effort.
And I keep saying, you know, we've saw tepid response and support for both Joe and Kamala Harris from Nancy Pelosi.
Well, she's, you know, he likes her talking about Kamala Harris.
I'm like, ooh, hardly a vote of confidence, hardly a lot of support.
And, well, you don't do much as vice president.
Ouch again.
And then James Clyburn is equally not really supportive when given an opportunity this weekend on Kamala Harris in particular.
Anyway, so the Washington Post poll, 10-point lead over the president.
I love how they are now fact-checking their own poll and calling their own poll an outlier after such backlash from the Washington swamp.
But once you see the next shoe to drop is when Democrats and the media mob start sounding like me on the issue of what is the Joe Biden bribery, money laundering scandal allegations.
And once they start raising those questions, and we've got a lot of new details today to share with you, then you'll know that this is real, this effort to remove, because Joe Biden has not been moved by the punditry class in any way.
There aren't people, you know, saying, Joe, time to get out.
However, that's getting louder.
And there's good reason for it.
They see what I've been saying and they've been afraid to say.
All of a sudden, what?
They notice that Joe is weak and frail and a cognitive mess.
And they just come to this realization in the last two weeks.
No, they've known it the whole time and they have kept him in the Biden protection program politically and the media mob, just nothing but an extension of the Democratic Party.
They've all protected him.
Now we see cracks in the coalition.
And in the end, I'll predict to you it's going to be these cracks that brings down the Biden family syndicate.
Because if Joe's going to be that stubborn and won't get out until the last minute, it's going to involve this family corruption issue, which is very real.
And they know that's true, too.
They just choose not to report it.
They choose not to say it.
Anyway, Bidenomics is a disaster.
We'll get into it.
I have horrible news on the economy.
I don't like bringing it to you, but got to give you the reality of where we are.
You know, over 40% of voters think they are worse off financially under Biden.
It's a 37-year high.
If you watch even Mayor Pete dancing around the issue on with ABC's rattits, you know, pushing on the terrible Biden poll numbers, we're getting extraordinary results.
Okay.
Touting Bidenomics not working.
A separate NBC poll showed Biden Trump tied, et cetera, et cetera.
James Kleinberg hedges with Kristen Welker asking if Kamala Harris is the future of the Democratic Party.
Quote, not a given.
Well, let's turn to Vice President Harris.
Do you see her as the future of the Democratic Party?
I see her as a part of that future.
Absolutely.
Is she the future, though?
Is she the future of the Democratic Party?
Oh, she could very well be.
I think she is running a very good campaign.
Her speech last night was great.
And I look to her as a successor to this president.
But I also know the history of that as well.
It's not a given.
You don't automatically move up.
She'll have to compete going forward with whoever may have dreams and aspirations.
And I think she will acquit herself well.
Okay.
Hardly a vote of real confidence if you really support the vice president.
But the polls are what the polls are.
The disapproval rating in NBC's poll, 56% from the ABC Washington Post poll.
Warning sign for Democrats.
You know, 44% of Americans say they are worse off, the most since any president polled since Reagan when he was in the early part of his presidency.
91% of Americans agreeing the cost of food is negative.
87% feel the same about gas and energy prices, which are now rising everywhere.
74% are concerned about the state of the U.S. economy.
75% about wages.
I'm sorry, peace and prosperity would drive elections.
And then you've got, you know, hanging over their head this Biden family syndicate and the massive amounts of money this family has taken in.
And we're just beginning to get to the bottom of all this.
And they're also now, you know, there's a creeping fear inside of Biden's circle about threats from third-party candidates.
And by the way, with very good reason, I mean, Cornell West has threatened to go independent in this race.
You've got this no-labels party.
That would be somebody like Joe Manchin, maybe Tulsi Gabbard, maybe RFK Jr.
But speaking of RFK Jr., he met with the Libertarian Party's chairman.
And by the way, why should he be loyal to anybody in the Democratic Party?
Democratic media has all but ignored this man up to this point.
They can't find it within themselves to even listen to what he has to say.
I don't care if you agree with him or disagree with him.
We did a town hall with him, and it was very informative.
Now, I just believe the American people are smart enough to make their own decisions.
I don't agree with everything Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
believes, but he should be allowed to explain it in his own words without, you know, quote, the real-time fact-checking that these media elite think that they are.
Somehow they think they're the candidates in these races.
Anyway, so that meeting took place privately at a conference they were both attending in Memphis in July, according to reports today.
He emphasized that he was committed to running as a Democrat, but said he'd consider himself very libertarian.
That's a, let me see what happens if they continue to treat me like crap.
I may be forced to do this.
You know, troubles for Biden with every single solitary number.
I think the funniest part of the weekend was the Washington Post downplaying the results of their own poll that showed Trump with a 10-point lead.
The sizable margin of Trump's lead in this survey is significantly at odds with other public polls that show the general election contest a virtual dead heat.
They wrote Sunday, the difference between this poll and others, as well as the unusual makeup of Trump and Biden's coalition in this survey, suggests it is probably an outlier.
Well, they're only saying that because they've been criticized so often.
Even over at NBC, you've got, what's his name, Steve Kwernack?
I think he's their numbers guy.
Anyway, he stressed a very high number of Democrats want someone to take on Biden.
Obviously, the fact that the president is struggling this much against every Republican we put him up against raises the question, where is that coming from?
The most obvious answer is just this is a simple question of job approval.
Barely 40% approve of Joe Biden's performance.
And we have to note, 56%, that's the highest disapproval rating for President Biden since he took office.
That's significant.
And the problem for Democrats, too, is the lack of enthusiasm about the election.
There's clearly a lack of enthusiasm about the president himself because we asked primary voters on the Democratic side, do you want options next year besides Biden?
59% said, yes, they do.
This is not a normal number for an incumbent.
We asked the same question the year before Donald Trump sought re-election of Republicans.
Only 37% wanted more choices then.
That's a very high number.
That's not normal.
Those are the key words.
No, it's not.
But don't worry, Hillary Clinton's out there talking about more Russian election interference, the potential for 2024.
He'll do it again, talking about Trump.
Well, that has been totally, completely, and utterly debunked, but let Hillary live in her little fantasy world.
Just take the economy alone.
And all of you understand this.
This gets really scary because last week we covered a report from Goldman Sachs forecasting they thought oil would hit $107 a barrel.
JPMorgan Chase is predicting the price of oil is going to hit $150 a barrel in the next two to three years.
That is an unmitigated disaster for our economy that is unilaterally disarmed on what is the lifeblood of not only the U.S. economy, but the world's economy.
I mean, they're now predicting, warning this surge in oil prices and this commitment by OPEC and Saudi Arabia and Russia and other countries that they are just taking full advantage of it.
They're going to milk this sucker, America, you know, abandoning all energy independence.
They're going to milk it for all it's worth.
The price of cars and homes now have grown increasingly out of reach for average Americans because of Biden inflation and how real wages have gone down significantly.
Daily caller piece today, did Bidenomics kill the American dream?
Home and cars are becoming increasingly unaffordable for the middle class.
The heightened inflation the U.S. is experiencing, fueled by the Biden administration's policies of excessive government spending, $2 trillion in new government debt this year, have led the Federal Reserve now to raise their federal funds rate, driving up the cost of interest.
Well, that's killing home building.
New home construction has come to a screeching halt.
I've told you that would happen.
Sale of pre-existing homes.
Nobody's selling because they don't want to give up their 3% or 4% 30-year annual fixed mortgage.
I mean, it's insane.
Half of consumers are being priced out of the car market because of the cost of a monthly car loan is now exceeding what an average American can afford.
It's the highest price it's ever been.
These are horrible numbers for we the people.
You know, E.J. Antoni, there's no economic fact too big for the Democrats to ignore.
And he testified before with a House subcommittee about the impacts of Bidenomics.
It's clear that the committee members, they don't even bother listening, you know, because their policies have made, they played the crucial role in making the typical American family about $7,000 poorer in just, you know, two and a half years.
Instead of acknowledging this data, this truth, this reality, Democrats on the subcommittee only regurgitated their talking points.
Bidenomics is working.
Another little indicator we have, Bidenomics, in August, bankruptcies have now spiked this year, 2023, to the highest on record.
I mean, these companies now, you know, feeding into unemployment as the employment picture now starts to shift.
And the debt now hitting $33 trillion last weekend, $2 trillion in debt this past year alone.
Zombie corporations employed 2.2 million.
Zombies fail all at once.
And, you know, this is a disaster.
Yeah, but Joe Biden's going to join the picket line with striking UAW workers.
The problem is, it's his policies and push for electric vehicles that is eliminating a lot of these jobs with the UAW.
That's the one thing they ought to be striking over, not asking for a 32-hour, four-day work week.
Sorry, you know, everyone needs to put in their five days.
I don't care if you work 40 hours in four days, fine.
But you've got to put in your 40 hours.
I mean, that's on the low side.
I don't know people that work 40 hours anymore.
Interesting Wall Street Journal piece.
U.S. economy can withstand one shock, but four at once.
Then they talk about the economy and economic growth is about to be tested by a strike, the possibility of a government shutdown, student loans and oil prices.
Yeah, it's all coming together, and none of it's going to be good for anybody.
One GOP governor is working to ditch his state's EV mandate.
That's Glenn Youngkin of Virginia, which I think is a good call.
By the way, we made our announcement today.
It's official.
We have that red state, blue state debate that I'll be moderating between Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, California Governor Gavin Newsom.
Let's just say lukewarm is a nice way of characterizing the way Linda feels about it.
She just is not a fan of California politics.
Anyway, we'll get to that later, but just think of the issues.
Okay.
You know, sanctuary state, open borders versus closed borders.
Think about energy independence and, you know, buying into this climate alarmist religious cultism.
You know, think of, you know, the impact on law and order and safety and security.
You can't have more diametrically opposed views, and they've been sniping at each other.
So anyway, when I was interviewing Newsom, I said, well, you guys are sniping at each other.
You want to debate him?
He said, yeah.
And I said, you let me be the moderator?
Yeah.
And then Ron DeSantis said, absolutely great.
We'll do it.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean is a number if you want to be a part of the program.
A lot to get to.
We have a lot of news on the Biden family syndicate breaking that is, frankly, game-changing.
This thing is blown wide open and it's not going well for Joe.

A part of the program.
We've got a lot.
I got to break down and explain to you these new developments because they're devastating as it relates to the Biden crime family.
We now have an FBI supervisor confirming the DOJ prosecutors slow walk the Hunter Biden story.
And that's on top of the other news.
One is that Hunter could still be charged with tax crimes, but you have the missing fugitive might have filled an open question that needed to be answered.
I'll explain what that means next.
All right, let me get to the Biden Family Syndicate here because, look, Democrats, they know they are in trouble.
Now it's a matter of how do they get rid of Joe?
And then how do you get rid of Joe and get rid of Kamal at the same time?
That's now it's getting very interesting.
Now, with the announcement we had today that we have this red state versus blue state debate between Ron DeSantis, governor of Florida, and California Governor Gavin Newsom, which I think this country needs to have.
And Linda just doesn't like California or the way California is run.
You're going to give me an earful.
I can see it in your eyes today.
I know it's coming.
No, not like an earful.
It's an exaggeration.
I'm going to give you a healthy dose of my opinion, which is what I give every day.
And, you know, and maybe a smoothie.
Is that how we define that?
A healthy dose of a little bit of a drink?
Yeah, a healthy dose.
Spoonful of sugar.
Oh, sugary.
Is that how we're going to describe you now?
Your advice is sugary and sweet.
Yeah, you know.
Sometimes, you know, sometimes I'm sweet.
I'm going to use your own words.
I'm sorry, a little salty.
A little salty?
A little.
A little.
Like salt and vinegar chip, you know, a little Cape Cod.
Never hurt anybody.
Okay, salty.
That's what we'll call syrupy.
You're welcome.
Syrupy, sweet, and salty.
Now on to the Biden Family Syndicate, or if you're in Fulton County, Georgia, the enterprise is how they refer to it.
Anyway, so you got an FBI supervisor now corroborating key aspects of two IRS whistleblowers' testimony alleging that federal prosecutors, in fact, yes, they did slow walk Hunter's criminal probe and declined last year to bring tax charges in Los Angeles, in Washington, D.C., which is what we learned from the two whistleblowers.
Anyway, the female FBI supervisor, whose name the Justice Department asked to be kept quiet in the transcript, anyway, was recently interviewed by the House Judiciary Committee.
That's Jim Jordan's committee, and she chronicled her interactions with the IRS agents Gary Shapley and Joseph Ziegler and the Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss.
Remember, in separate letters to Jim Jordan and to Lindsey Graham, David Weiss gave conflicting comments as to whether or not he had the authority, as he and Merrick Garland claimed, to go into these other jurisdictions and have full authority to bring charges.
Because we know for a fact those two jurisdictions denied charges against Hunter, and he's the guy that David Weiss that let the statute of limitations run out in those very key barisma years and that he's the guy that didn't want to charge Hunter with anything.
And only because of the IRS whistleblowers was he then forced to come up with a sweetheart deal, which blew up in their face because the judge in Delaware didn't rubber stamp it, but actually read the agreement and saw it buried inside the gun diversion portion of the plea agreement, this complete immunity.
And even the judge asked the prosecutor, have you ever seen anything like this before?
No, Your Honor.
Oh, okay.
Well, then why are you bringing it in my courtroom?
And that's why it fell apart and leading to the charges that they did bring on the gun issue.
Now, specifically, this FBI supervisor confirmed the agents were concerned the DOJ tried to use the 2022 midterm elections to delay action in the Hunter-Biden case, even though his father was not even up for election last year.
I know that had come up, said the FBI agent who worked in the Baltimore office that supervised cases in Delaware.
Delays related to the election, she was asked.
Yes, I noted that had come up.
The agent also confirmed that the offices of Joe Biden's appointed U.S. attorneys in Washington, Matthew Graves and Los Angeles, Miguel Estrada, declined to bring those criminal tax charges, as I just mentioned, against Hunter Biden last year like Weiss sought.
Remember, in this meeting and what the IRS whistleblowers, remember, they took contemporaneous notes when David Weiss said, I don't have the authority to bring charges in these other places.
That's the opposite of what he testified before Congress and what Merritt Garland has testified before Congress.
You remember that Mr. Estrada also decided not to bring the case, the agent was asked.
Yes, she answered.
Okay, she decided not to partner or he rejected the case, whatever the term is.
She was pressed.
I understand that.
Yes, that's a decision that had been made that the Central District of California wasn't going to, I guess.
My understanding is that they weren't going to bring the case on their own, she answered.
Likewise, she said she had learned at some point the Graves office in Washington also declined to bring the charges wanted by Weiss against Hunter.
Do you remember learning that the U.S. attorney in D.C. for D.C. decided not to partner with Mr. Weiss on bringing the tax charges for 2014 and 15?
She was asked.
By the way, those are the key barisma years.
I remember learning at some point in the investigation that Mr. Weiss would have to go through his other processes, you know, because the U.S. Attorney's Office, I guess, in that sense, using that terminology, wasn't going to partner.
So she was right.
Now it gets even more interesting.
And we're going to get into more detail in the next hour about this.
So the missing witness, we've discussed this before, in the Biden corruption probe.
This is the Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden, Joe Biden bribery and money laundering allegations scandal.
But anyway, person by the name of Gal Luft, fugitive, missing witness in this Biden corruption investigation, has now offered evidence to the House impeachment inquiry about the FBI mole who tipped off Hunter Biden that his Chinese partners had been named on four sealed indictments in 2017 by federal prosecutors in New York City in the southern district of New York.
By the way, they're some of the toughest prosecutors historically in the country.
Anyway, the professor, former Israeli defense officer, has been on the run for six months after skipping bail in Cyprus, where he was awaiting extradition to the U.S. on gun running and foreign lobbying charges, also brought by the SDNY.
Anyway, in this open letter to Comer, Jim Jordan, and Jason Smith, the three House committee chairman running the impeachment inquiry, Luff claims that the tip-off to these Chinese executives, in other words, at the Chinese oil conglomerate CEFC,
that the tip-off came on the same day that Hunter wrote that infamous WhatsApp message shaking down the CEFC at one of their employees for millions of dollars over, quote, highly confidential and time-sensitive matter while claiming his father was in the room with him.
He's claiming it's the exact same day.
That's the, I'm sitting here with my father.
We would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled.
That was the WhatsApp message presented to Congress when IRS whistleblower Gary Shapley testified, quote, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge, that you will regret not following my direction.
I'm sitting here waiting for the call with my father.
Anyway, later that night, the CEFC executive Patrick Ho, staying in a hotel in New York City, receives an urgent call from the CEFC president in Shanghai telling him to leave the U.S. immediately, according to Luft, who speaks with this individual regularly.
The next day, well, this individual flew to Hong Kong where he remained for four months.
Anyways, quite a problem.
Now, if you look at the, you know, Hunter wrote to the CEFC employee, Raymond Zhao is his name.
That was on July 30th, 2017.
That's the WhatsApp message.
And so that's pretty interesting.
And anyway, Zhao told Hunter in the follow-up, WhatsApp message, that the CEFC is willing to cooperate with the family.
Does this not sound like, you know, straight out of the Godfather?
He thinks that the priority is to solve the problem mentioned last night.
Luft believes the problem, he's saying, and the highly confidential and time-sensitive matter that Hunter was discussing was about the secret Southern District of New York indictments, which, by the way, if Hunter led this effort, that would be a crime.
But that WhatsApp message or shakedown led to the CEFC wiring, according to Comer and his committee, $5.1 million to entities in the U.S. to transfer to Hunter.
And Luff also had been earning money through a partnership with CEFC, flew to Hong Kong, and, you know, two weeks after his sudden departure, and then he told him about the SDNY indictments.
And then Hunter even had a mole inside the FBI who had tipped him off.
And the Chinese nickname, they had a nickname for the guy.
Anyway, the existence of this mole within the FBI and Justice Department, who conveyed to Chinese individuals information about sealed indictments has apparently to this day never been solved.
This is in the letter that Luft wrote to Comer.
Perhaps Congress should investigate the issue as part of its impeachment inquiry, you think?
And the tip-off to CEFC executives came at what was a crucial stage in their negotiations to buy into the Russian state-owned energy company, Roseneft.
And that came just 10 days before the curious meeting between a CEFC employee and Albanian, the disgraced G-man, Charles McGonagall, the counterintelligence boss at the FBI's New York field office, who had been surveilling a lot of these characters, and anyway, who pleaded guilty Friday to concealing at least $225,000 in cash payments from a former Albanian intelligence official.
Man.
Anyway, on September 8th, 2017, CEFC announced its plans to acquire a $9.1 billion stake in the Russian oil company.
And on September 9th, 2017, the next day, McGonagall met with the CEFC employee and Hunter Biden associate in Albania, according to his indictment.
I mean, did you not see how deep this runs?
Here's what you got to ask.
Why did Joe lie repeatedly?
Just start there.
Now we've got Burisma, the Ukrainian oil giant, gas giant, energy giant, and we got CEFC, the Chinese gas giant, oil giant, energy giant.
Why are they giving Hunter, who admits he has no experience in energy, all of this money?
Why would you have such a threatening WhatsApp message?
And for all you, there's no evidence people out there.
That WhatsApp message would be called evidence about Joe Biden's involvement in this.
I'm sure he's going to deny.
Oh, no, he wasn't really sitting next to me.
I just used that as a prop.
Just like, you know, it was an illusion.
The Biden brand was an illusion.
Okay, just like five days before Joe leveraged the billion dollars to fire a Ukrainian prosecutor.
Five days prior to that, he was on the phone with Hunter and Burisma executives while they were in Dubai.
And that was at the point they were begging for DC help.
Well, D.C. help was nothing that Hunter could ever offer them.
I know it begins to get confusing, but it's not really confusing.
And, you know, explain why they lied.
Explain why they had all the shell corporations.
Explain why we have nine family members, including grandchildren.
What did everybody in that family offer these companies to be paid tens and tens of millions of dollars?
Last week, interviewing both Comer and Mace, Nancy Mace on this program believes just for the Bidens alone, it's going to be north of $50 million.
What did the grandchildren contribute?
What was Hunter able to contribute now that they're admitting that Hunter was in fact at the time addicted to drugs?
What was he able to do here?
And the DC help certainly seemed to be Joe Biden helping the Burisma executives out by using the billion to get the prosecutor investigating them off their back.
And son of a B, it worked.
And as a result of Joe leveraging $1 billion, official Obama administration policy, yeah, guess what?
Hunter continued to get paid for a job he had no experience in, wasn't qualified for.
Unbelievable.
All these millions and millions of dollars in energy with no experience.
It's a great gig if you can get it.
Now, when the media mob, it's one thing to turn on Biden and talk about Joe Biden's cognitive issues and how bad he's doing and how he needs to be replaced.
Once the media mob and some prominent Democrats, once they start sounding like me on the issue of the Biden family syndicate and the Joe Biden bribery and money laundering allegations scandal that is hovering over their head with unanswered questions, tens of millions of dollars, you know, all these shell corporations, the money's funneled through, nine Biden family members implicated.
Yeah, once that happens, you'll know that the days are short for Joe.
Because we're getting there.
You already lost the media mob.
You know, you're losing them.
You know, David Ignatius, Maureen Dowd, Van Jones, liberal Joe Scarborough, David Axelrod, James Carville.
Losing a lot of people now.
Hardly a vote of support from either Nancy Pelosi or South Carolina Congressman Fleiberg.
You know, a company is really looking out for their customers when they give you an upgrade in your service, and they don't even charge you for it.
