I do this roundup, information overload, 800-941-Sean.
Our number, if you want to join us, we're taking a lot of calls this hour.
You know, you got to love Joe Biden.
You just have to love Joey.
You know, all of a sudden, they were so close, we discovered they almost had that deal done.
They almost got away with all of it because they had a friend of Bo Biden being the investigator for four years.
No wonder why it took four years into zero experience Hunter.
This was not a hard case.
You know, Inspector Clouzo could have figured out this case, and now he's the special counsel, which is problematic because of his obvious conflicts.
And, you know, but he wanted to deep six all the charges, got caught on that.
Then they came up with the sweetheart deal, got caught on that, and now they just make him the special counsel so he can exhaustively waste another four years so all the other statutory limitations can run out.
One problem he has is the guy we had on in the last half hour, Jim Jordan, and James Comer.
I mean, it's pretty unbelievable.
I mean, documents showing Hunter's lawyers threatening to force Joe to testify.
Uh-oh, we can't have that.
You guys better make a deal for Hunter.
Well, anyway, let me play for you here.
Even the mob and the media, Jonathan Martin and Chucky Todd, admitting finally that this goes deeper than Hunter, that Joe Biden has a number of big problems and issues that are clouding his campaign.
Or as I've said a long time ago, a cancer is now malignant cancers growing on the Biden presidency.
Biden's staff can't even get to the president about the issue because they don't want to address a sensitive topic with the president.
They've got a challenge.
I think Biden has basically got three issues where he's not figured out what to say.
Okay.
One is obviously the questions about Hunter Biden, his son.
The other is what to say about the investigations into Donald Trump.
And the third is about his age.
Those are three massive issues that are sort of clouding his reelection campaign.
And he's not figured out what to say about it.
And the one thing I want to point out here is I want to show you his, this stuff has taken a huge toll on him.
You know, Biden, right before the 2020 election, he was right side up, which in our polarized politics is quite astonishing.
But look, Trump and Rudy Gilani began this campaign to try to tarnish Biden, to try to turn him into the Clinton name, you know, with the obsession over the Ukraine businesses with Hunter.
And it's worked.
His numbers now look more like Hillary Clinton 16 than Biden 20.
Kimberly, maybe abortion is the difference there, that that will bail him out, but that doesn't look good for him.
What have I been saying to Republicans that don't want to hear it on the politics of abortion?
Not the heart issue of abortion.
There's a big difference.
And Linda, Sean Hannity is advocating.
No, I'm advocating you cannot win.
It's a political truth and reality.
If you take a rigid position on abortion, and if that is where your heart lies and compels you to do, I'm just giving you the reality.
And we saw this unfold in 2022.
That's a big reason why the, quote, expected red wave didn't happen.
And that was over the Dobbs decision.
And Republican state legislators, especially in these swing states, you better understand something here, that if you run like Doug Mastriano did for governor in Pennsylvania and you don't make exceptions for rape, incest, the mother's life, or maybe have a first trimester, you know, legality, I am telling you, it will be a political death sentence for Republicans.
And I don't think I'm wrong.
All right, let's get to our phones here.
All right, Kathy has a bone to pick with me.
What's up, Kathy?
Pick away.
I have a bone to pick with you because I don't think you cover DeSantis enough on your show, on your Fox show.
Okay, well, we've been dealing with a lot of corruption issues lately.
We really haven't been.
The horse race to me has not been, has not been the most compelling issue of the summer to me.
I think the most compelling summer is what we've been doing, and that's unpeeling every layer of the onion involving the Biden family syndicate and the very real bribery and money laundering allegations made against Joe and Hunter Biden.
I think that's an issue that's been of great importance to me.
I agree.
But since he's announced, you've barely acted like he's in the race.
It's all Trump, Trump, Trump.
He was on a week and a half ago on my TV show.
I'm not sure what you're talking about.
Well, he was on about the debate, right?
Well, he was on to talk about everything.
I mean, we had him on, but that was one of the issues.
It looks like that debate is going to happen, and we'll have an announcement fairly soon.
As of now, I think it's going to happen.
And I'm looking forward to moderating that debate.
And, you know, that's more, that's not really as much about the presidential race.
Ron DeSantis is scheduled to be on our show after the debate on Wednesday night.
So I know he's one of the people that we're going to put on.
He's the second highest polling.
He deserves to be on.
I think that's my problem.
I mean, I've watched you for forever.
And I just think, to be fair, we all know you're for Trump, but I think that there are other really great candidates.
And I think Ron DeSantis obviously is like the most popular governor in the country.
And what the party's been doing to him over the last few months, basically trying to reduce him to ashes is horrible.
And I don't see.
Well, hang on a second.
Can you name me on this show ever saying one bad word about Ron DeSantis?
That's one thing I want to give you kudos.
You have not so far.
And let me tell you something else.
I won't.
I think he's been a great governor for Florida.
I think he has an amazing future.
I don't have a forum either.
You don't have a forum.
You've done town halls with Donald Trump in Iowa.
I did one in Iowa and I did an interview with him.
No, you did two town halls in Iowa.
Actually, I think you're right.
I did two.
I am right.
And I did one for Tim Scott.
And we kind of, you know, in the summer months, it's not the time really to do town halls.
It's not that we have been avoiding him, but I have been very clear that I'm doing a debate between him and Gavin Newsom, which I think will give him a lot of publicity.
November.
I feel like you're afraid to make Donald Trump mad.
I think you're afraid.
I am not afraid.
I have made a choice.
I had all of you that listen to this show go online and vote.
Do you want me to interview regularly all the candidates?
Hang on.
Now, we've had him on radio.
We've had him on TV.
And we have plans to have him on more.
He was on a week and a half ago, and he's going to be back on this week on TV.
And again, I will reiterate, I am going to give everybody, except for maybe a few fringe people, which frankly I don't think deserve our time.
I'm going to give them equal opportunity to make their case.
And I don't like the fact that Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are fighting.
I'll be honest.
I've said that before.
You've heard me say that before.
Right.
I guess the problem is there's things that have happened during this campaign with the whole Florida curriculum, the black history.
Normally, that would be a topic you would be all over if you were defending Donald Trump.
Excuse me, I defended.
No, we did go over this whole black history controversy in great specificity and detail.
And I laid out for you two very important points that the media didn't bring up, that this was predominantly a curriculum.
Ron DeSantis didn't build out that curriculum.
That curriculum was built out by prominent African-American scholars.
Secondly, Kamala Harris herself had endorsed the very same curriculum on an AP course.
And we told you all about that too.
So you're saying that I never spoke about it.
We talked in detail about it.
Your Fox news show.
Yeah, we have been, yes, we've dealt with these issues on radio and TV, ma'am.
There were a lot of Republicans piling on him over that, and no Republicans were standing up, coming to the defense and crying foul.
And Tim Scott was trying to capitalize on it for his campaign, which was disgraceful.
I just think it would be good for your viewers to hear more from DeSantis.
No, but you're not listening to all the things that I said.
You're accusing me of something that's not true.
You're saying I didn't talk about topics that we've discussed.
Linda, do we discuss these issues on the show?
We do discuss these issues on the show.
Yeah.
Now, I can't help this part of it, and I think this probably is what irks you the most, is we also have had, we're going through what is an unprecedented period in our history.
We've never had a former president indicted.
We've never had a, you know, the top candidate opposing of the opposing party targeted criminally the way this president has, meaning Donald Trump.
Yes, that has taken up a lot of oxygen.
Secondly, you know, the amount of time that I feel I need to devote to the Biden family syndicate and what are very real bribery and money laundering allegations, considering the mob and the media won't do it, has taken up a lot of my time.
It's not like I've been out there interviewing, and again, these town halls go back to early in the summer.
It's not like I've been giving a lot of town halls to any of these other candidates.
I do think you haven't been as fair to Ron DeSantis, and I think he deserves to have more.
I think the viewers should be able to hear more from him, especially on your Fox show, because we want to win.
And I think you do try to shove Trump down.
And I'm saying this as a person who supported Trump in both I'm not another Trump.
I'm not telling any.
Let me tell you one thing I'm not doing.
Let me be very cloudy.
I am not telling you how to vote.
I'm not telling anybody how to vote.
I'm not telling anybody who I'm going to vote for.
I'm not saying a word about any of that.
What I'm trying to do is put on a show based on the news of the day.
And when I see a story as big as the Biden bribery and money laundering allegations that is being ignored by the media, I'm going to go in full force on that.
And that has taken up a lot of time because I'm doing a lot of investigating.
And a lot of us, it's a very small ensemble cast, are doing a lot of digging.
When I see, and when the president gets indicted four times in months, there's nothing I can do.
That is, that writes itself.
It's not like I have time to interrupt that news story.
I don't think Biden will be the nominee.
It will probably be Gavin Newton.
I'm worried putting Trump up against the Gavin Newsom.
And we have a governor who is the most productive, competent, impressive governor that the Republican, the Trump faction of the Republican Party is trying to destroy, lie about just over the weekend.
And Fox, I'm sorry, Fox has gone all negative on DeSantis with lies.
They lied all weekend.
Well, I don't know what, I don't know what to tell you because the accusation of the Trump people is that Fox has been too nice to Ron DeSantis.
You know, so, I mean, you know, look, this is inevitable in every campaign.
I am just telling you is when I polled this audience, do you want me to cover all the candidates?
I was told yes.
And as we head into the fall, when it really matters, I promise I will keep my word.
And Governor DeSantis, who I like a lot and I think has done a phenomenal job and think he's a phenomenal leader.
Yeah, of course he'll get as much time as every other candidate's going to get.
You know, by the time we finished in 2015 and 16, and I got accused of this often by all the very, you know, factions within the Republican Party, I got accused of this every day.
And I'm just telling you, I'm just trying to give you the reality is, you know, let's see where we are come January when we get to the Iowa caucuses.
I understand your point of view.
I, you know, you've come to the wrong show if you think that I'm going to, I don't really have a lot of bad things to say about any of the candidates except maybe Asa Hutchinson and Chris Christie.
They just, to me, they're not even Republicans at this point.
They're certainly not conservatives.
They sound like, I wish they put as much passion into hating, you know, or criticizing Joe Biden than they do Donald Trump.
That I wish.
Okay?
But I promise, you know, stay tuned.
We're going to cover all the candidates.
We're going to give them airtime.
And every time I give one candidate airtime, somebody will get mad on the other side.
That's just, you know, the nature of my position in this.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

I know that was a long call.
Linda, how many times did every single faction in 2015 and 16 accuse us of the same thing?
Hundreds.
It happens all the time, and it'll happen again.
And when we added up the time at the end of the day, it was pretty even in the end, wasn't it?
Especially you're not a top candidate.
That's not my fault.
No, yeah.
I mean, listen, at the end of the day, we ended up having 16 or 17 candidates.
We had them all on multiple times.
We traveled the country.
Only one person got more time than the rest, and that was Senator Ted Cruz.
All right, a lot more of your calls coming up.

Now, if you've been racking up debt, you're not alone.

And on the web, it's AmericanFinancing.net.
American Financing, NMLS, 182-334, NMLS ConsumerAccess.org.
So, all right, let's get back to our phones.
I know we went long with that last caller here.
You know, Linda, I'm just tired of getting hammered all the time.
Well, you're covering Trump.
I can't help it that Donald Trump's been indicted four times.
It's never happened in history before.
That kind of does take a lot of oxygen out of the room.
And let me just say for the record: if you didn't cover them, what would happen?
Got criticized for that, too.
Exactly.
So, you know, in my opinion, this election cycle starting in 2023, the summer of 2023, is just like when we went through the June of 2015 with the escalator, right?
And everybody was losing their mind.
They didn't even think he was a legitimate, you know, candidate.
They were furious at you for talking about it, for interviewing him.
I think I've spent all my career getting people pissed off over something or other.
I can't, I can't.
I mean, you're very good at irritating people.
It is a skill.
You have definitely honed it, perfected it.
Nice job.
Can we say pot kettle here just once?
Oh, dude, listen, I'm in the camp with you.
I love ticking people off.
You know, I'm very good at it.
And I think it's a wonderful thing when it's deserved, like Rombo Deadfish, you know, screaming down the aisle.
What's up, Rombo?
I'm like, oh, my God.
You know, like, these are the moments that I laugh at.
You know, Ben Sass, the ass.
You know, there are definitely moments in our, you know, time of working where people just deserved it.
But the audience gets pissed off because they think that you're not giving the right amount of time.
And I will tell you from behind the scenes, the amount of scheduling, the amount of people that you have to talk to to get one interview, to get them.
I mean, it's insane.
People would never believe it.
You know, I mean, I think.
And by the way, I forgot this one point on Governor DeSantis.
Early on, we offered him a town hall.
We sure did.
On TV.
As a matter of fact, we reached out a number of times and they said, no, we're not ready to do it right now.
That's what they said.
We're not ready or we're traveling or we're doing a local event, whatever it is.
Same thing with Vivek.
Same thing with the other candidates.
Yeah, I'm not lashing out on anybody.
I understand where people are emotionally.
I mean, we know the MAGA base is locked into Donald Trump.
Period, end of sentence.
That's it.
And I understand why.
And a lot of this is so unjust.
It just makes people's blood boil.
Listen, at the end of the day, he is higher now than he ever was before because of the way that he is being treated.
And similar to what we talked about on Friday with John Rich and Oliver Anthony and this whole idea of like, you know, this, you know, Richmond, North of Richmond thing, this idea that these jerks.
You know who's number one on iTunes today?
I know John Rich.
John Rich.
He's crushing it.
And his point on Twitter was amazing or X or whatever they call it.
He said it today.
He goes, so me and Oliver Anthony are number one.
We don't have labels.
We don't have representation.
We're doing it ourselves.
We're connecting with the American people.
And you know what?
They're showing you what they like with their ears, their eyes, and their dollar.
And that's why the go woke, go broke mantra is stronger than ever.
I don't think that this is an America that is going to allow for the complete and total destruction for another four years from any Democrat candidate or rhino for that matter.
I am not as confident as you.
I am not.
I just.
I'm not confident.
I'm not confident in a lot of things about the election and integrity issues.
However, I'm very confident in the American voter.
I am very confident in the American people.
And I do think that they're going to come out and find ways to say, you know, coming out of wherever they are.
I just voted for Trump.
I just voted for DeSantis.
I just voted for Ramaswamy, whoever they voted for.
And I think if we start to tally up on our own and make sure that things are all matching up, we'll start to see some real clarity because I think that's people's biggest concern.
I know it's mine.
You know, I just think serious candidates, people that have generally done a good job, I understand.
You know, I don't think I'm alone in wishing that Republicans were more united now because ultimately it's going to come down to a fight.
It's just going to be a street fight.
That's the way primaries go.
And I wish it wouldn't.
I wish I would have.
Listen, we can wish all we want, but I'm just, I've been doing this too long.
At some point, the gloves are coming off.
I wish we didn't start out of the gate with the gloves coming off.
Agreed.
Agreed.
And I've asked both Governor DeSantis about it and I've asked Donald Trump about it.
Here's what I think.
Here's what I think would be amazing if everybody just fought Biden and the Democrat machine.
Your enemy.
For now, until it becomes that time.
There'll be a time that they, for example, South Carolina, George W. Bush, John McCain.
It was the ugliest primary I think I'd ever seen in my life.
It was a knockdown, drag-out, streetbite, bloody brawl.
And because everything was on the line in South Carolina, everything.
I remember that.
Oh, man.
Just go back and look at the ads for crying out loud.
Really?
Huh.
Specific to South Carolina, though.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, the Bush people were nervous.
I guess McCain, I think that year he might have won New Hampshire.
I don't even remember.
Oh, wow.
And yeah, it was amazing, actually.
Anyway, all right, let's get to some calls here.
Keith is in Florida.
Hey, Keith, how are you?
Thank you.
How are you doing, Sean?
I'm good.
What's going on in the free state of Florida?
What's going on down there?
Well, we're in the warm season, but we love it.
We love it.
And we've got a great governor.
We've got a lot going on.
And purpose of my call, Sean, I wanted your opinion on Robert Fitzgerald County Jr.
I know you did a town hall meeting with him, and you probably had some one-on-one with him.
I've been asking around.
People seem to think that he's too extreme to hold national office.
And my listening to him when you interviewed him, his foreign policy is not that different from Donald Trump.
And maybe I'll be honest.
I'm a little surprised that he kind of has been doing as well as he has.
I think there's two reasons for that.
One is Joe Biden, even Democrats see what a mess he is, and his policies have been a mess.
And number two, I just think, I think he's handled himself really well during the campaign, even though he takes very controversial positions on vaccines, et cetera, et cetera.
And he's not anti-vax.
I did ask him all those questions.
And when I do these town halls, it's not really my job to debate these guys.
And I made that point up front in my interview with Robert Kennedy.
And that is, I knew he was going to say things that I disagree with, but I don't want to interrupt his thoughts because he's the guy that's running for president.
You know, there are situations when I'm there to disagree with somebody, and I will disagree with them.
That's my job.
But there are other times where, okay, I'm interviewing a guy that wants to be president.
I think he deserves to be heard without constant interruption by the host.
That's what frustrates me when Republicans go on fake news CNN.
These people think that they're the candidate and it's their role to fact check their role to do this.
It's not my role.
You know, the American people are smart.
They'll figure it out.
I had an idea.
What if Trump picked RFK Jr.
as his running mate?
Now, I know that has about as much chance as Greg Guttfeld playing center for the Knicks, but I just thought that might be an interesting ticket.
I think the odds are higher that Guttfeld will be center for the Knicks.
Yeah.
It wouldn't be my choice for sure.
You know, I think that if things go the way they're looking now and Donald Trump wins this nomination, he's going to have a lot of great people to choose from.
Well, I wish he would make up with Jack Kemp because Jack could deliver Georgia.
Not Jack Kemp.
I mean, what's his name?
Sorry.
The Governor of Georgia.
Governor.
Brian Kemp.
Thank you.
Yeah, Jack was a football player.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, Brian Kemp.
They don't get along, but he could deliver Georgia.
I don't think that would be a bad idea, but I think it's very unlikely based on Donald Trump's truth social post this morning.
So I don't think that's going to happen.
Anyway, Keith, appreciate the call, my friend.
God bless you.
All right, let's go to Frank in California.
Frank, sorry about all that's going on out there, especially Southern California getting hammered.
And, you know, now you're facing torrential rains and mudslides and everything that goes along with it.
I mean, it's either a drought or an overload.
You guys can't seem to get the balance right out there.
You can't.
Hi, Sean.
How are you doing?
The cost of living out here, too, is just, my brother just moved to Florida.
I might be following him.
I don't blame your brother, and I wouldn't blame you.
Yeah, he just moved there, actually.
So the reason I called, and your first caller's not going to like it, because I'm going to talk more about President Trump and not Ron DeSantis.
But the trials that are going to be happening in the courts, I don't think that he can get a fair trial, an unbiased jury.
I just don't.
And I don't think either way.
Like in Florida, you may get a pro-Trump.
You're not looking for a pro-Trump jury.
What you're looking for is a jury of your peers.
And I don't think you're going to find an unbiased jury, though, Sean, one way or the other.
I don't think you certainly're not going to get it in New York, D.C., or Fulton County, in my opinion.
I don't believe that.
I don't think you can get it anywhere.
I mean, because unless you don't know about Donald Trump and about him being a president or have an opinion one way or the other about him, I just don't see how it can be.
I just don't see how it can be done, whether it's against him or for him.
There could be jury nullification either way, and I just don't think that people are – look at the E.G. and Carol.
There was no evidence at all that he did anything to her.
None.
And they just found him liable.
And it's because it was in New York.
Well, the biggest part of that charge, the rape charge, was not acknowledged in that case.
You know, I just, yeah, I think it's rough.
And it's especially disheartening for this reason.
And I don't care if prosecutors have a liberal point of view.
I mean, I wouldn't expect anybody who's going to be totally objective.
But when you run a campaign to go after one man, one family, one organization, it should disqualify you.
That's not the way the justice system ought to work in this country, in my view.
Anyway, I appreciate the call, buddy.
800-941-SEAN.
Keeping an eye on Chuck and Nancy and their minions.
John Hannity.
Curious if the White House and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about his.
So I've been asked this question a million times.
The answer is not going to change.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
The president was never in business with his son.
I've never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their business.
Period.
The president was never in business with his son.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business?
Yes, I stand by that statement.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Do you think it was wrong for him to take that position?
Knowing that it was really because that company wanted access to you.
Well, that's not true.
You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
No one said that.
Who said that?
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Sounded like most of the time now President Biden didn't even know who the people he was at dinner.
He was just asked to say hello.
And he would, you know, talk about the way he described it several times.
They asked over and over and over.
He described what the weather was, what's going on on your end.
Can you say with certainty that based on what you know, there's no possibility that any of Hunter Biden's foreign business dealings will in any way connect back to his father, the president?
Well, let's start with the latter.
You've had dozens of members of Congress and their staff.
You've had dozen members of right-wing media picking and trying to find the connection between Hunter and his business and other family members.
And they have come up with nothing because there's nothing to come up with.
But can you answer the question about whether or not you're, from what you know, if you're confident that this won't in any way link back to the president?
What I know is what the evidence has revealed.
I mean, that is what people should focus on.

And after responding to a domestic violent incident, he sustained fatal gunshot wounds.
He left behind his expectant wife and two children.
But thanks to the generosity of people like you, Tunnel to Towers was able to pay off the mortgage on the DeMonte family home and lift that financial burden.

Now, so many families need our help.
