All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free our number is 800-941.
Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, you know, we have got a ton of new developments as it relates to the Biden family syndicate and enterprise.
And I will tell you, it is even the media mob this weekend, they are beginning to understand that Joe is facing some significant problems.
Let me play Jonathan Martin and even Chuck Todd discussing the three massive issues clouding Joe Biden's campaign.
We only hear about Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, 24-7, Donald Trump.
Donald Trump's not going to the debate.
Donald Trump's not going to any debate.
Donald Trump feels he doesn't have to go to the debate.
I mean, that's all I saw all weekend.
Nobody in the media, for the most part, wants to talk about this.
This might be the beginning of the damn breaking.
And that is going to be Democrats that do not think Joe Biden is up for another term and that would use the troubles of Joe Biden with Hunter Biden, the lies of Joe Biden, the enrichment of the Biden family.
And, you know, it's now coming to a point where I could see prominent Democrats.
I could see media mob, you know, prominent liberal voices saying, Joe's got problems I don't think he can overcome.
He really shouldn't be our guy.
Anyway, listen to this from the weekend.
The Biden staff can't even get to the president about the issue because they don't want to address a sensitive topic with the president.
They've got a challenge.
I think Biden has basically got three issues where he's not figured out what to say.
Okay.
One is obviously the questions about Hunter Biden, his son.
The other is what to say about the investigations into Donald Trump.
And the third is about his age.
Those are three massive issues that are sort of clouding his reelection campaign.
And he's not figured out what to say about it.
And the one thing I want to point out here is I want to show you his, this stuff has taken a huge toll on him.
You know, Biden, right before the 2020 election, he was right side up, which in our polarized politics is quite astonishing.
But look, Trump and Rudy Giuliani began this campaign to try to tarnish Biden, to try to turn him into the Clinton name, you know, with the obsession over the Ukraine businesses with Hunter.
And it's worked.
His numbers now look more like Hillary Clinton 16 than Biden 20.
Kimberly, maybe abortion is the difference there, that that will bail him out, but that doesn't look good for him.
Now, we learned a lot even from the New York Times, which is in and of itself a canary in the coal mine or has a canary in a coal mine potential here because they did a piece this weekend and this is not good for Joe Biden.
As I've been saying, this really is not about Hunter anymore.
This is now the Joe Biden bribery, money laundering scandal allegations we're talking about because he's up to his eyeballs.
He lied.
I never spoke to my son Hunter once or my brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business deals.
Total, complete lies.
Dinners with oligarchs like the former First Lady of Moscow, you know, within a timeframe that is beyond suspicious in terms of millions of dollars in dealings with the Hunter family syndicate, with the Biden family syndicate.
And then, of course, these phone calls, which we'll get into in a second.
But, you know, this is when the New York Times is now investigating not only the sweetheart plea deal that the Biden DOJ wanted to give Hunter and some of the new developments surrounding it, it is pretty devastating.
They've discovered that the U.S. attorney David Weiss, he was ready to completely let Hunter off the hook with no charges at all whatsoever.
And the only thing that prevented that from happening was these IRS whistleblowers that came forward and blew the lid off the cover-up from the New York Times.
David Weiss was willing to conclude the investigation into Hunter Biden without even as much as a plea deal before two IRS agents accused the Justice Department of interfering, according to private correspondence, between Weiss and Biden's legal team that was obtained by the New York Times.
Somebody's after Biden if they're dumping that on the New York Times.
After the whistleblowers spoke out, Weiss then demanded Biden plead guilty to committing tax offenses.
Quote, it appears that if it weren't for the actions of these whistleblowers who had nothing to gain and everything to lose, Hunter Biden would never have been charged at all.
By the way, we also learned that they literally want to go after these whistleblowers.
I'll get to that in a second here, you know, because that is outrageous.
I thought they like whistleblowers.
Apparently they do not.
But anyway, so they've had everything to lose in this.
Hunter Biden would never have been charged at all.
This guy spent four years investigating it.
Compare that to how long they've been investigating Trump and how many times they've indicted him.
Boy, they move at the speed of light as long as they can get the trials in the election year that Donald Trump is in.
Anyway, Weiss told an associate he didn't want to bring charges.
His own office, if you recall, John Solomon, he'll join us later.
Jim Jordan will join us later.
But remember, it was Solomon that reported that Weiss's office had recommended felony charges against Hunter Biden because the average American would not be prosecuted for them.
That is not true.
The amount of money, if he didn't let the statute of limitations run out in the years 2014-15, oh my gosh, by taking so long, even though he had a deal that they would have extended the statute of limitations.
Anyway, negotiations between Weiss and Biden's legal team began in January, and by May, Biden's team proposed a deal in which Biden would not have to plead guilty, but would agree to what's known as a deferred prosecution agreement, which typically entails conditions like enrolling in drug treatment or anti-violence programs or giving up firearms.
But meanwhile, Gary Shapley, the IRS whistleblower, who had been blocked from pursuing any and all leads into this, told the DOJ's watchdog that Weiss told him federal prosecutors in Washington and California had refused to bring tax charges against Hunter Biden despite evidence of crimes.
And lawyers for a second tax investigator sent a letter to the IRS commissioner alleging their team of investigators on the case had been removed after expressing concerns about political interference from Joe Biden's Justice Department, which now has been exposed.
And days later, Weiss informed Biden's lawyer, Chris Clark, that he was demanding Hunter plead guilty to two misdemeanor tax charges.
If it wasn't for the bravery of this one judge in Delaware on the day that this whole thing was to be signed and sealed off on by the judge, had the judge not recognized that buried within the gun deferral part of the agreement that they said, oh, that he would get immunity for any further prosecution.
He said, excuse me, Mr. Weiss, Mr. Prosecution, is this what you're agreeing to here?
There will be no other investigations.
That didn't work out particularly well.
Now, it gets even more interesting because we now learn that Hunter Biden's attorneys, and this to me was a strategy.
This was in the Politico, that they threatened the White House in a bid to get a sweetheart plea deal that collapsed last month.
And they warned Joe Biden's own legal advisors that if Hunter was forced to stand trial, but they'd have to put the president on the witness stand because he would be a fact witness.
New documents show that during the private negotiations with prosecutors, Hunter's own lawyers invoked the case's extraordinary political undercurrents.
They made clear to prosecutors that they thought pressure from congressional Republicans was improperly shaping the investigation, and they argued bringing the case would destroy the Department of Justice's reputation.
And actually, just the opposite is true.
They said a trial of the president's son would create political and constitutional chaos by pitting the president himself against his very own Department of Justice.
Then Hunter's attorney issued a warning.
If the Justice Department charged the president's son, his lawyers would put the president on the witness stand.
And Biden now unquestionably would be a fact witness for the defense in any criminal trial.
He wrote that in a 32-page letter that was obtained by Politico.
That letter, along with 300 pages of previously unreported emails, documents exchanged between Hunter Biden's legal team and prosecutors, sheds a lot of new light on these negotiations that nearly resulted in no charges at all, no deal at all, no guilty plea at all whatsoever.
And the document shows how the deal collapsed, the turnaround that occurred after the Republicans bashed it, and the judge raised questions about it, and the collapse renewed the prospect that Biden will be headed to trial as his father ramps up his political ambitions.
Well, we'll see.
I don't think so because we got one other little complication that we learned.
Now, we have three of the most prestigious Democratic media organizations.
They're all ripping the Biden Justice Department to shreds over the DOJ's attempt at deep sixing this Hunter Biden scandal before Joe Biden's involvement became obvious.
These are the canaries in the coal mine.
I mentioned the New York Times that former U.S. Attorney Weiss ready to let Hunter go off scot-free, no charges.
And only the whistleblowers prevented that from happening.
And then the judge in the case.
Politico reporting that Hunter's attorneys are threatening to put Joe Biden, the president, on the witness stand if there was ever a trial.
Oh, that's going to be a catastrophe for the Democratic Party.
I mean, to me, well, kind of like a little bit of a shakedown.
I know you guys don't want that now, do you?
And then you have even that, you get the trifecta here because you also get the Washington Post reporting that David Weiss used to work side by side with then Delaware Attorney General Bo Biden.
Can anyone say conflict of interest?
Can anyone say he should never have been the lead investigator in this?
All three of these stories would have required serious investigative efforts or were all broken by major Democratic media house organs.
So I don't know if these three stories combined mean the canary in the coal mine, that now the media, and then you're going to see, you know, Maureen Dowd, maybe she was the canary in the coal mine when she went after Joe Biden, you know, being a horrible human being by not recognizing his own granddaughter.
But when the Washington Post points out that, you know, Weiss celebrated a fraud conviction in 2010, he was joined by Bo Biden, the state's attorney general.
Well, he has no business looking in any Biden when he's friends with, you know, since recent, you know, a guy that since has passed away, Bo Biden, who, by the way, was not brought back in a flag draped coffin, as he claimed.
Anyway, although Democrats point to Weiss's appointment by President Trump, he wasn't appointed by President Trump.
First, it was appointed by Barack Obama.
And then remember, when you appoint prosecutors such as this, usually you need the sign-off of the state senators, in this case, Democratic senators, or they threaten to veto or filibuster any other selection you might make.
That makes it impossible.
So it was not Trump's real first choice, as the media has been telling you.
So we've been telling you for months that, you know, now to watch the media suddenly turn on the Bidens is getting pretty interesting here.
And new documents showing that Hunter Biden's lawyers threatened to force Joe to testify and that Hunter Biden's lawyers demanded the Biden DOJ prosecute.
And this is the other part of this.
This whole thing blew up because of the IRS whistleblowers.
Now the lawyers for Hunter Biden demanded that Joe's DOJ prosecute the whistleblowers.
Why?
Because he made them look bad.
Anyways, attorneys now pushing the Justice Department to prosecute IRS whistleblowers.
I thought they liked whistleblowers.
This is after the House Ways and Means Committee voted to approve the public disclosure of the IRS whistleblower allegations.
And in June, the committee voted to make public multiple instances of alleged political interference with the DOJ.
And because these whistleblowers pointed out that their investigation was hampered, interfered with the IRS tax investigation into Hunter Biden.
And it was, of course, Weiss that let the statute of limitations run long.
I mean, it's unreal.
By the way, three more Hunter Biden attorneys have jumped ship.
And you've got, let's see, attorneys Brian McManus, Timothy H. McCartan, Matthew S. Salerno requesting permission from the judge to withdraw from the case.
Moving forward, prosecutors expect the case to go to trial where it would likely be tried in Delaware or California.
Mr. Biden has been advised of and consents to our withdrawal.
He also agrees this withdrawal will cause no material adverse effect or prejudice and remains completely satisfied.
And it looks like Abby Lowell has taken over the whole kit and caboodle, which, by the way, Abby Lowell's a real lawyer.
I've been telling you that.
And if you're going to have anybody on this case, that's the guy you want.
He's the one that got off John Edwards and Senator Menendez.
He's a serious lawyer.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hammond.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

Can you imagine Hunter Biden's attorneys demanding that the Biden DOJ prosecute the IRS whistleblowers?
Wow.
Can you imagine the special prosecutor working side by side with Bo Biden?
This is the guy that has run this case, first of all, four years, and the office, you know, had recommended felony charges, and he wanted to come up with a complete deep six all charges against Hunter.
That was the real plan.
And then going to the White House and threatening basically a political atom bomb going off there politically speaking, you know, that the lawyers say, well, we're going to have to force Joe to testify.
What?
That's Hunter Biden saying that to his father, the president?
His lawyers saying that to Joe Biden, the president?
And if it wasn't for the IRS whistleblowers, if it wasn't for the judge in Delaware, they wouldn't have been able to deep six what became the sweetheart plea deal that wasn't even supposed to be a deal of any kind because they wanted to not have any charges at all.
And the guy already let the statute of limitations run out.
This guy needs to be removed from this case.
He has a conflict of interest.
He's friends with the Biden families.
Work with them.
Be sure to check in as soon as you get to your car after work for breaking information you need to know about.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.

And this is all pretty amazing to me, all that's going on here.
DOJ had planned, David Weiss had planned to let Hunter completely off the hook.
His own office recommended felony charges.
He's the one that let, in this four-year period of investigation, the statute of limitations run off on major, major, massive amounts of money in terms of taxes not paid.
Why did he let that happen?
You know, well, maybe the fact that he was friends with Bo Biden might have a little something to do with it.
And then because it finally got exposed, what was happening by the IRS whistleblowers, well, that resulted in this quick plea deal that they tried to come up with last minute, but it would only be misdemeanor charges and a deferred gun charge.
And buried within that was an immunity deal.
Except the judge called that out.
You know, his defense lawyers also vowing to put President Biden on the stand.
They argued moving forward with a criminal trial would force Biden to testify in conflict with his own DOJ.
Does anybody think Joe Biden and his supporters and pals at the DOJ that has been weaponized and politicized, you think they would want Joe having to testify against them in a trial of Hunter?
And then before investigating Hunter, prosecutor David Weiss worked with Bo Biden, Hunter's brother.
Yeah, you think that complicates the investigation?
Maybe explains why it was slow walked, maybe explains why the statute of limitations were allowed to run out?
Unbelievable.
It really is.
But that's exactly what happened.
So you're beginning to get little cracks in the media between, yeah, Maureen Dowd's column about Joe, the horrible grandfather, won't recognize his granddaughter.
Eventually, he's embarrassed into doing it.
And now these issues, you know, even to have Jonathan Martin and, you know, what's his name, Chucky Todd, have to mention it on their weekend program.
You know, but all of these things together, you know, IRS documents show that they wanted to, the whistleblowers tried Hunter's attorneys.
Are you kidding me?
Hunter's attorneys, they want to go after the whistleblowers.
They wanted Biden's DOJ to prosecute them.
Wow.
Just like they've been trying to intimidate, you know, this computer repair shop guy.
What's his name?
John Paul Mac Isaac.
Yeah.
Trying to make his life a living hell.
But that's what they planned to do, except those whistleblowers out of nowhere emerged and testified before the House Ways and Means Committee.
And then that became public.
And then they testified publicly, risking their entire career.
And by the way, these were some of the top guys at the IRS.
But we're going to put Joe, he's going to ask, sadly, we'll have to put him on the stand.
He'll have to testify against his own son.
Wow.
That sounds a little threatening to me, a little intimidating to me.
James Comer headed back to court.
Remember, every step of the way, he's had to fight for everything he's gotten a hold of.
Suspicious activity reports, banking records, the 1023 form.
Now he's going back to find additional details.
He's now subpoenaed all these emails under the pseudonyms of Joe Biden.
And anyway, they have a deadline of this week regarding emails on Hunter Biden that they're requesting.
And they now probably will have to head to court to receive access to more of the bank records.
That tells a big story.
And they've already identified all these shell corporations.
They've identified nine family Biden family members that have benefited from these foreign business deals that Joe said he knew nothing about, except he just happened to have all of these meetings and lunches and dinners at Cafe Milano with oligarchs and was calling in, according to Devin Archer, to all of these foreign business partner meetings when Hunter was there and in 20 of the cases when Devin Archer was there.
Devin Archer was not at the phone call that took place on December 5th of 2015.
That's the one when Barisma executives meeting with Hunter, you know, desperately seeking we need DC help.
They get Joe on the phone.
Five days later, Joe is in Ukraine speaking to Parliament.
And John Solomon, I'll just give you a sneak peek a little bit of what he's going to break in the next hour.
Joe Biden talking in the Parliament speech about how corruption was the main reason that he would withhold money.
That wasn't it at all.
There is now, apparently, they had come to the conclusion after working with Ukraine and the then President Poroshenko that, in fact, it was okay to give these loan guarantees.
It was signed off by everybody.
And so, Joe Biden, you're not getting the billion unless you fire the prosecutor, and this all has to do with corruption.
No, that wasn't it at all.
So, anyway, these efforts to obstruct the House Oversight and Accountability Committee and the Judiciary Committee and the Ways and Means Committee and prevent this probe from continuing just, you know, it's just par for the course.
They don't want this to come out.
You know, it's like bodyguards standing in the way, you know, as they shrug off rogue prosecutions of Republicans.
How is it that it took this guy Weiss four years?
And meanwhile, Jack Smith, special counsel against Donald Trump, how come he's been able to secure all of these indictments?
Now the CIA has been sued by Judicial Watch for working with the Biden campaign to produce the dirty 51 Intel letter calling Hunter's laptop disinformation.
And even the FBI knew at that point that was a damn lie.
And they were meeting with big tech companies in the lead up to the 2020 election.
They were meeting weekly with big tech companies and warning big tech companies that, oh, this misinformation you may be subjected to may be about Joe or Hunter Biden.
And when Twitter and Facebook independently reached out to the FBI and tried to get verification, okay, is this laptop story true or not?
Oh, we can't comment on that.
Meanwhile, they knew damn well it was true.
And the FBI, if they felt they had an obligation to tell the truth and not put their cinder blocks on the scales of a presidential election, probably would have, in my view, told them the simple truth.
Yeah, it looks like it's true.
We verified its authenticity.
If you're interested, gas guzzling.
I don't have a problem with the fact that Joe Biden likes a Corvette.
Just want to know how he bought his Corvette and his beach homes on a senator's salary.
Anyway, he's going on vacation to, he went on vacation, I guess, to Lake Tahoe.
They're staying at a vacation home in Lake Tahoe by the climate activist, former Democratic 2020 presidential candidate Tom Steyer.
They arrived in Nevada on Friday for the week-long vacation after Biden hosted a summit Friday at Camp David with leaders of Japan and South Korea.
This private home on a massive lake, tourist attraction owned by Steyer and his wife.
Steyer ran for president in 2020, is known for his advocacy surrounding climate change and a billionaire investor and donor to all things Democratic Party.
And, of course, he's finally made his way to Maui.
Oh, that's nice of him to show up.
Going to Maui.
A little late, Joe.
I know you thought you'd get in the way, but there's nothing to get in the way of.
Biden immigration officials now have opened the floodgates to let thousands of illegals pour across the country.
New York Post is pointing out.
We have thousands of illegal immigrants flowing across the U.S. border in Arizona every single day through open floodgates that they have made the Tucson Post the busiest point of illegal entry in the country.
U.S. officials inexplicably welded open 114 massive gates along the Arizona border to allow water to flow freely during the annual monsoon season and the migration of endangered species of antelope.
But the move is also letting in an average of 1,400 illegal immigrants as far away as China.
Wonder why people from China are trying to come here.
I wonder why we allow China to buy up thousands and thousands of acres of farmland and ranch land and land near military installations.
Doesn't sound like they have good motives, especially in light of the Chinese spy balloon, their lack of responsibility for COVID-19.
Doesn't seem like they care very much about their intellectual property theft, their unfair trade practices, nor do they seem to really care about their hostile actions towards U.S. fighter jets in international airway space and against our Navy in international waters.
And then, of course, saber-rattling, regularly flying their fighter jets over Taiwan airspace.
Anyway, Biden now moving to torpedo any border wall legislation that is passed by the Senate, and he's trying to sell off $300 million unused construction, $300 million of unused construction material from Donald Trump's border wall for just $2 million.
You can get a deal on that if you're interested.
11-year-old Texas girl is now dead after being raped and strangled.
This was in the New York Post today by one of Joe Biden's illegal immigrants after Biden border officials released this crazed maniac into the country without doing any background check.
What do I keep saying?
I support legal immigration, background checks.
In the middle of a pandemic, you probably ought to have health checks, and you've got to have some type of means testing that people won't become a financial burden on the American people.
Look what it's costing the city of New York.
They just built out 3,000.
They took away kids in New York's soccer fields and baseball fields, and now they're building mega shelter sites in Randall's Island.
It's where John McEnroe's Tennis Academy is, but they also have baseball fields, soccer fields, and now they're putting illegal immigrants in Randall's Island.
It's costing a whopping $20 million a month, this massive complex funded by state taxpayers, just to keep it up and running.
And what's it going to do to schools in New York?
I know many of you that live in different parts of the country, school has already started for you, but it's not started in New York.
And when it does, what are they going to do with the tens and tens of thousands of illegal immigrants that want to show up or show up in public school systems?
How are they going to do that?
I know everyone wants me to get into this horse race of the Republican primary.
You know, I guess it officially is going to kick off on Wednesday.
Will be in Wisconsin Wednesday for the post-debate coverage for Fox.
And I think it's pretty much a faded complete.
President Trump is not going.
Ron DeSantis still remains in second place by a pretty significant amount.
If you look at what their goals are, Mike Pence probably wants to pick up ground on anybody.
Same with, I think it's Vivek.
We've been calling him Vivek.
Is it Vivek or Vivek?
Because I heard different pronunciations this weekend.
Anyway, I like him.
He's a nice guy.
He thinks his role in this debate is to introduce himself to the country.
Nikki Haley will be there.
Tim Scott will be there.
I'm not sure why Chris Christie's on the stage because he seems to be the perfect co-host for Liberal Joe in the Morning at MSDNC and George Stephanopoulos on Good Morning America.
Seems like all he wants to do is criticize Republicans.
Guy that left office with a 14% approval rating.
Great.
He's lecturing every Republican on how they ought to act.
He spent half his time.
He used to be a prosecutor.
Why don't you lay out the case against Joe and Hunter Biden, Chris Christie?
Then maybe you'll be worth talking to.
Because I'm sick and tired of the never-ending non-stop attacks about how self-righteously you seem to think you're so superior to every Republican in this race.
Explain your 14% approval rating when you left as governor of New Jersey.
You have to really work hard to be that low.
Anyway, 800.
By the way, I don't have to put all these candidates on, do I, Linda?
I don't think so.
I mean, we think we put them all, but two.
Asa Hutchinson, seriously?
Does he really believe he's that delusional that he thinks he's going to be a candidate?
I don't really understand Asa Hutchinson, nor do I care.
I don't really understand Chris Christie, nor do I care.
I think he's a real person.
Okay, so go through the list.
Mike Pence is a former vice president.
Fine.
He had a falling out with Donald Trump.
He wants to run.
Okay, he's a legitimate candidate, former governor.
Ron DeSantis has done a great job in Florida, in my view.
Okay, legitimate candidate wants to run.
Vivek Ramaswamy, you know what?
He's been pretty damn impressive.
His 10 years.
By the way, it is Vivek.
It is.
I've been wrong the whole time.
Why didn't you tell me?
I think everybody's been wrong.
He hasn't corrected us, though.
No.
And I think we asked him the first time he was on.
We did.
Yeah, we did.
But I like him.
He's, you know, seems like a good guy.
The governor of, what, North Dakota?
I haven't really heard much about him.
But, I mean, at least they're serious candidates.
Who else is going to be there?
Tim Scott is a rock star.
Nikki Haley.
I like Nikki Haley.
I like Tim Scott.
I wish they'd stop fighting each other.
There'll be plenty of time for that come January.
Trust me.
It's inevitable it's going to be a street fight and a bare-knuckle brawl, but did we have to start out at that point?
Anyway, if you're a parent-grandparent, you've got to talk to your school principal, your safety director, your kids, your grandkids, and see if they have the Knox entry access system that allows law enforcement into lockdoors during emergencies that require immediate entry.
The Knox Advanced Electronic E-Key technology can be used by local, state, and federal law enforcement personnel.
Now, the E-Lock system can be shared by multiple jurisdictions and accelerates access into buildings.
And the Knox system can be installed and managed by a single school or an entire district.
Firefighters, they've been trusting Knox products as their choice for access since 1975.
And now Knox entry system is available for schools.
And anyway, it's simple.
Learn more about it.
Bring it to your school district.
Bring it to your school safety director.
Just go to their website.
It's onewordschoolentry.com.
schoolentry.com.
Every day, Sean Hannity is on his own.
All right, when we come back, investigative reporter, editor-in-chief, justthenews.com, we'll check in with John Solomon.
And also, next hour, Jim Jordan, chairman of the very important House Judiciary Committee, will get an update from him on what's going on.
