Toll-free, it's 800-941 Sean.
If you want to be a part of the program, well, you know, we went through all of this yesterday about the Biden, well, we call it enterprise because it appears that everyone likes the word enterprise down in Georgia, but the family syndicate, what did we learn?
We learned from the New York Times that David Weiss was ready to deep six all charges against Hunter Biden until those rascally little IRS whistleblowers showed up and ruined their great plans.
We also found out from the Washington Post that Hunter Biden special prosecutor worked side by side with Bo Biden.
We also learned today that there were numerous people in his, under his purview, part of the investigation that were connected to the Biden family.
And it's pretty unbelievable.
Then we discovered that new documents show that Hunter Biden's lawyers threatened to force Joe to testify.
Well, it's sad, you know, bringing this case would destroy the Department of Justice's reputation.
And, you know, we're just telling you up front that we're going to, you know, the trial of a president's son would create a political and constitutional crisis.
And we'd have to bring Joe Biden and put him up on the stand.
And, you know, the lawyers would put the president on a witness stand.
Sounds like a threat to me, at least where I grew up.
Hunter Biden's lawyers demanding that Biden's DOJ prosecute the IRS whistleblowers.
You can't even make this stuff up.
Now, this is anything but routine.
So what we learned is that the original deal offered by David Weiss, which, by the way, a guy that should not have even been appointed to this position, you know, David Weiss, Merrick Garland, yielded to demands for a special counsel, but it specifies in the regulations at the Department of Justice that that person not come, that that person come from outside the Justice Department.
Well, David Weiss had this case for four years and ended up not wanting any charges against Hunter.
You've got to be kidding me here.
And then when they finally have the watered down sweetheart plea deal, which got thrown out by a judge who questioned the issue of this overriding sweeping immunity, the judge balked at this language on immunity and then asked the prosecutor, that would be Weiss's team, whether or not they'd ever seen an agreement like this one.
And the answer was no.
I mean, you can't even make this stuff up.
So it's not funny.
And David Weiss, the DOJ, this is now a complete mess.
And this will now be headed to trial.
And it's also the same David Weiss that let the statute of limitations run wild here.
Now, we have a new story out today that House Republicans are subpoenaing the IRS and FBI agents involved in this investigation.
And legal experts are calling for an investigation into Biden's super PAC over serious discrepancies.
And so much more is happening.
Anyway, here to go over all the new details, both on the legal side and on the political side.
We have Greg Jarrett, of course, Fox News contributor, legal analyst.
Stephen Miller, President of America, first legal, former senior advisor to President Trump.
Welcome back, both of you.
Thank you, Sean.
Let me get to you, Greg.
Start on the legal side of this.
And when, you know, Jonathan Turley's piece says Bidens have nothing to smile about at this point, none of this was supposed to happen.
These IRS whistleblowers that they wanted to then have, you know, investigated and hopefully charged for daring to tell the truth blew this thing wide open.
And now we know a lot more that we otherwise would never have known because David Weiss was covering for the Biden syndicate.
Yeah, it was a sham investigation for the better part of five years by David Weiss.
He had no intention of ever bringing any serious charges against Hunter Biden because that would implicate his father as complicit in his son's influence peddling schemes, which is bribery under the criminal codes, aiding and abetting conspiracy and so forth.
And when Weiss received this 32-page letter late last year from Hunter Biden's lawyers threatening to call Joe Biden as a witness, fear struck Weiss.
His efforts to protect the president would evaporate if that happened.
So he resolved to ignore all of the felonies and bring no charges whatsoever.
And of course, all that went out the window when he learned that two IRS whistleblowers were beginning to out his skullduggery, that he invented this infamous sweetheart deal that no other citizen would receive, and, you know, that he was determined to, you know, have a plea that no other citizen would ever get in order to protect Joe Biden.
And it imploded in court, and that's when Merritt Garland stepped in to name Weiss special counsel, giving him unfettered authority now to relegate the entire case into a black hole.
I don't think Stephen Miller or anybody at this point can look at this Department of Justice, a part of Joe Biden's executive branch, as anything other than corrupt and abusing their power.
And it just is more evidence as if we needed some about how we have a two-tier justice system and we don't have equal application or equal justice under the law right now in this country.
Well, exactly.
The Justice Department has become a Biden protection racket and has become part of the conspiracy to shield and protect Joe Biden from criminal culpability.
Greg's analysis is, as usual, exemplary.
The whole objective of the approach to Hunter Biden was to wall off any investigatory avenues that would lead to Joe Biden.
That's why, for example, they did not prosecute the offense of being an unregistered foreign agent, something my organization has investigated extensively.
And when the Hunter legal team threatened, extorted in effect, DOJ and said that if you pursue this, that we will then force Joe Biden to testify, again, as Greg said, then that left DOJ with a choice.
They can either call that bluff and say, we will investigate Hunter and Joe, and we will follow every fact where it leads and apply the law neutrally, or we will bow down and we will surrender and we will protect Joe Biden.
And to do that, we will also give you the greatest sweetheart deal of all time.
And of course, they chose option B.
And so I think ultimately where this has to lead, among many other things, is multiple impeachments of those involved at DOJ and elsewhere in protecting the Biden family in a way that is unprecedented in the scope and scale of corruption.
So there are now a number of avenues House Republicans have taken this investigation.
They're looking for more financial records.
We know that, Greg Jarrett.
We know that James Comer has said that it's now near the time where Biden family members are going to be called in themselves, and they are going to be questioned.
Now we have House Republicans have subpoenaed the FBI and IRS officials, the people that are accused now of slow walking the Hunter Biden probe.
You know, one interesting thing did happen is after these two IRS whistleblowers came out, that was then their version of what happened was quickly corroborated by an FBI whistleblower, somebody that had had a high position within the FBI that had recently retired.
So are we going to believe Joe Biden, who lied repeatedly that he never spoke to his son about his foreign business deals or his brother or anybody for that matter?
And that evolved into, well, he was never in business with them, which evolved into he was up to his eyeballs in all of it, including meeting oligarchs from Russia and Kazakhstan, Cafe Milano, dozens of phone calls that he was a part of.
And then culminating, and I think the most egregious case or the one with the most evidence, with a December 5th call from Burisma executives with his son, Hunter, December 5th, 2015, when they were in Dubai.
Joe Biden answers the phone.
Five days later, he's in Ukraine, and he's lecturing the Ukrainian parliament on corruption issues, which was at odds with the current U.S. policy.
John Solomon broke this story at the time.
They had found things that turn around dramatically.
But then he went that day and he leveraged a billion of our taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor fired.
That was the prosecutor investigating Hunter's partner, Burisma, and not allowed.
A net result of that was Hunter continued to get paid for a job in which he had no experience in at a time when he was addicted to crack.
Yeah, Burisma is the mother of all scams among all of the influence peddling schemes by Joe and Hunter Biden.
You know, the natural gas company, Burisma, hired Hunter at a million bucks a year when his father was vice president.
And for a reason, the chief prosecutor, Victor Shokin, seized the assets of the CEO, moved to shutter the company.
So the Burisma CEO meets personally with Hunter and Dubai, demands that he get his dad on the phone, which he did.
Joe flies to Kiev and demands the firing of Shokin, or else the U.S. would withhold a billion in taxpayer aid.
And of course, it worked like a charm.
The prosecutor was canned.
The investigation vanished.
That is a classic quid pro quo.
It's the definition of bribery.
You know, bribery is 18 U.S.C. 201.
The money doesn't have to go to Joe Biden, be deposited in his bank account.
The statute says if it goes to another person or entity other than the office holder, it is bribery.
So bribery charges, frankly, should be brought against Joe Biden, Hunter Biden on burisma alone.
Set aside China and Romania and Kazakhstan and Russia.
You know, but remember, you know, bribery is an impeachable offense.
And on that basis, it seems to me, Congress needs to move forward with a special committee to investigate with forthcoming impeachment charges.
All right, quick break more with Greg Jarrett and Stephen Miller on the other side.
800-941-Sean, our number.
We'll get to your calls as we continue.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Ham.

This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, we continue with Greg Jarrett and Stephen Miller.
Your call's coming up after the half hour, 800-941 Sean, as we continue.
You see the speed at which the special counsel investigating Donald Trump has brought charges both in Florida and Washington, D.C., Steve Miller.
Yet we do have a special counsel by the name of Robert Hurr.
If anybody has ever seen or heard a word from this guy since he's been appointed, please let us know because there's an all-points bulletin out for the search of this guy.
Doesn't seem to be doing a thing.
And meanwhile, this guy, David Weiss, has already investigated this for four years, was going to conclude with no charges at all, then follows up with a deal with no jail time and immunity, and he let the statute of limitations go by.
And Merrick Garland, he's the one guy that could protect Merrick Garland from what the whistleblower said.
He's the one that's appointed special counsel.
I don't think it gets any more corrupt than this.
And yet nothing happens.
The media rarely talks about it.
If you wanted to get to the bottom of Joe Biden's classified documents hoarding in the garage with his corvette and God knows who where else, he was put where else he was put in the Penn Biden Center, University of Delaware, and in his beautiful beach house.
Yes, you would immediately convene a grand jury and you would begin summoning every former Senate aide, every former Senate chief of staff, legislative aide, vice presidential aide, everyone who has known and been around Joe Biden for decades, and you would grill them under oath for hours, issuing one subpoena after another, after another, after another.
But the reality is only Donald Trump and his supporters seem to get that treatment.
So let's be real.
Forget Trump.
That's it.
The only reason why grand juries are formed anymore by DOJ is to try to put anybody associated with Donald Trump in prison for any fabricated crime.
But when you have evidence of a real crime involving Joe Biden, then it's not even the kid glove treatment.
It's not even the velvet glove treatment.
It's basically a warm embrace.
It's a hug.
It's a shield.
They are doing everything in their power to protect Joe Biden and everything in their power to jail Joe Biden's chief political rival and people who are employed or who work for that political rival.
This is thuggish authoritarianism.
That is what we are living through, and that is what we are looking at.
And it's time to dispense with this ridiculous fiction that has been shoved down our throats by the media for years now that Joe Biden is a nice man or a good man or a caring man.
He is a mean, cruel, petty, vindictive person.
He is an uncaring person, just as we saw with his disastrous trip to Maui, who thinks only of himself and his own needs and his own interests and his entire public image has been a scam carefully curated by his handlers and friendly corporate media.
And we have to acknowledge that we have in the White House a truly depraved individual that is running this country now.
We now know that a near majority of voters say that he's untrustworthy.
It's not going to be the legal system, though, that proves this because you can't indict a sitting president.
So for him, he has the luxury of sitting through this.
But once this gets into the political bloodstream, and I have 20 seconds left, Greg Jarrett, I believe that this is going to hit critical mass for him.
Do you agree?
I agree.
For those Americans who care about honesty and justice, not all is lost.
The Oversight Committee continues to unravel the historic corruption at the heart of the Biden's influence peddling schemes each week.
New revelations of damning evidence that will bring the president closer to impeachment.
All right, Craig Jarrett, Stephen Miller, thank you both.
800-941 Sean, our number.
You want to be a part of the program.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Your call's coming up straight ahead.
800-941-Sean.
Hey, if you're like most Americans right now, after you're paying your bills, you fuel up your car so you can get to work, you buy your groceries, yeah, there's not much, if anything, left.
And you're finding many people now finding themselves relying on credit cards to cover essential expenses.
And 61% of the country right now is living paycheck to paycheck.
And, you know, look, if you use your credit card, let me tell you, you're looking at rates anywhere from 20, 21, 25%.
That makes your debt even more expensive.
Now, if you're a homeowner, there is a better way.
And I want you to get a free consultation from our friends at AmericanFinancing.net because what they are doing is, you know, they are saving people just like you on average $700 a month.
And American Financing is finding ways to alleviate your financial burden by tapping into your home's equity.
That helps you pay off that debt.
And unlike high credit card interest rates, mortgage rates are considerably lower, sometimes three, four times lower.
Consolidating your credit card debt into your home loan is a better way to create the savings that's going to help your family every month.
Look, you have nothing to lose here.
They will give you absolutely a free consultation and see if they can help you and see if they can save you money every month and see if maybe put you on better financial footing.
Anyway, call now 866-615-9200, 866-615-9200 on the web.
It's AmericanFinancing.net.
American Financing, NMLS, 182-334, NMLS ConsumerAccess.org.
So President Biden was greeted with middle fingers, protests, signs saying, oh, no comment.
Go home, Joe Chance by local people in Maui.
It's been an unmitigated, cold-hearted disaster.
We're still missing about 1,000 people.
And as each day passes, you have to ask, all right, what are the odds we're all of a sudden going to find 1,000 people or close to 1,000 people?
We already know that this is over 114 people confirmed dead.
And, you know, and you look at what has happened here and you've got to say, how is this even possible?
You know, It's unbelievable to me that, you know, he just sat on his hands, was asked to comment, twice said no, and similarly was asked, well, why don't you go and visit?
And he said, no, I don't want to get in the way.
The problem was there's nothing to get in the way of the, I mean, areas have been so devastated.
What was, how do you get in the way if you take a helicopter flight over the devastation and take a look at it?
What was so hard about that?
I mean, it's really unbelievable.
But, you know, that's what's happened to add insult to injury.
You know, he tried to compare this Maui fire disaster where a thousand people are missing and all well over 100 dead to his small kitchen fire in his Delaware mansion.
He knows what it's like to lose a home.
15 years ago, lightning started a fire in his residence in Delaware.
Oh, okay.
And right next to where his precious Corvette is parked with top secret classified information.
Anyway, here's Joe Biden stumbling through his speech, you know, attempting to console very angry people in Maui.
For all people of Maui.
Senator Maisie, by the way, Maisie, I told my granddaughter, whose name is Maisie as well.
She said, that's why I like her.
Anyway.
Plus, her name is Maisie as well.
Rick, when we talked on the phone, I never, you look like you played in defensive tackle for, I don't know who, but somebody good.
But at any rate, I want to thank you for your leadership.
And Jill and I have what's left walk Front Street, what's left of it.
You surveyed the damage from the air as well.
The devastation is overwhelming to date.
114 dead, hundreds of people unaccounted for.
I remember when I got the call, my first wife and daughter, I was a young senator, and I got a call in Washington.
I hadn't been sworn in yet.
I wasn't old enough.
Now I'm happy to turn this over to the governor, Governor Green.
And mumbling, bumbling.
I mean, I can't even believe there's a video that came out, and it's like he looked like a corpse falling asleep at the table for crying out loud.
And then he compared, you know, his house fire to the devastation in Maui, which is beyond insulting for people that have lost everything.
Their entire town is gone.
It is finished.
You know, you have to start from the beginning.
Never mind the fact that he's also given more money to Ukraine per capita than the people of Hawaii.
Anyway, listen.
I don't want to compare difficulties, but we have a little sense, Jill and I, what it's like to lose a home.
Years ago, now 15 years ago, I was in Washington doing meet the press.
It was a sunny Sunday, and lightning struck at home on a little lake.
It's outside of our home, on a lake, a big pond, and hit a wire and came up underneath our home into the heating ducts, the air conditioning duct.
To make a long story short, almost lost my wife, my 67 Corvette, and my cat.
Well, it's pretty unreal to me.
And it's sad.
It really is.
It's just completely sad.
I mean, I wonder why people are furious at this guy.
Unreal.
You know, there's one report: desperate Democrats are begging Michelle Obama to get in.
I don't think Michelle Obama is getting in.
I can't see it.
Anyway, let's get to our phones: 800-941-Sean, our number, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, Cindy is in Texas.
Cindy, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
Hi, Sean.
Thank you so much for all you do concerning Biden.
He is soulless.
He is despicable.
He is just a horrible, horrible person.
It makes me sick and it makes me want to cry.
And I get so frustrated.
It's wonderful what Comer and Jordan have done, but they need to act faster.
They need to get impeachment proceedings underway now because that needs to be on his record when it gets to be election season next year.
And if the Democrats get him out of there, fine.
But what they are going to say is, oh, Joe Biden's legacy, well, his legacy will be very much have a stigma on it if impeachment is after Joe Biden president.
Well, you got to do one step at a time.
And the first step in that process would be a majority vote on an impeachment inquiry.
I think we're closer and closer to that every day.
In terms of moving faster, remember, you know, they've been stonewalling every step of the way and everything from the 1023 form to the suspicious activity reports.
Now I'm sure, you know, getting these other witnesses in is going to be a heavy lift in and of itself.
So, you know, they're doing the best they can.
They've uncovered a lot, but this process takes times when you have people obstructing the whole process.
Yes, sir.
I know.
And one more thing, Sean.
If they would just send subpoenas instead of announcing them like with Weiss, now if they bring him before a Senate, I mean a House committee, he's just going to say, oh, well, I can't say anything because I'm the special counsel or whatever he is now.
I wish they would have just subpoenaed the man first, and then they could have said, oh, we just subpoenaed so-and-so, and then maybe he couldn't, you know, the subpoena would have got to him first.
Is that right?
Yeah, look, the problem is, is you got Democrats on the committee.
They'll know they'll leak it.
It's going to come out one way or the other.
I understand why you would want that to happen in that order.
The problem is not the speed of which they're acting.
The problem is the obstruction.
You know, there is no excuse why Christopher Wray delayed releasing the 1023 form.
There's no reason at all while the Treasury Department withheld the suspicious activity reports.
But they are slowly but surely uncovering every layer of the onion.
And every day now it has become more apparent that Joe Biden lied on a spectacular level as a candidate and as a president.
And the media mob up until pretty much Maureen Dowd, first, maybe the canary in the coal mine criticized him not acknowledging his seventh grandchild for over four years, embarrassed him into doing it.
But I think when you have Politico, the Washington Post, the New York Times all in one weekend now breaking stories about the Biden syndicate, significant stories, I think there is something going on here where the media is going to be forced into catching up to us.
That'll probably take a year, but they'll get there, but hopefully before the election next year.
I appreciate the call, though.
Thank you very much.
800-941 Sean, our number.
Reed is in Vegas.
K-Dawn Radio.
What's up, Reed?
How are you?
Good, sir.
How are you?
I'm good.
What's going on?
So I want to call in just because I have a unique perspective.
I'm one of several whistleblowers that actually exposed corruption in California.
And our story went public.
It was talked about quite a bit for several weeks, and then it kind of died because the next shiny thing came out.
You have to keep doing what you're doing.
You know, I commend you for talking about the IRS whistleblowers, the other whistleblowers who have come forward to expose what's going on, because the only thing that these people fear is being exposed.
And the second that goes away, they go right back to doing what they were doing before.
And I have every belief that there would have been no prosecution toward Hunter Biden had those whistleblowers not went public with the obstruction.
Well, I will tell you, I mean, everybody, and I played this last night, and that's Joe Biden praising whistleblowers.
I played it on TV last night.
I'll play it again for you now.
And this was in 2019 when we had the hearsay non-whistleblower whistleblower.
We know we know about this thanks to the courageous actions of a whistleblower who has since been joined by others stepping up to protect our country.
Trump's scheme has been exposed.
Now, allegedly, I don't know for a fact, the whistleblowers are worried about their safety thanks to our president.
Trump, it is shameful.
He has no shame, though.
Joe Biden has no shame, does he?
I mean, it just shows you the rank hypocrisy and the double standard.
And this, sadly, is what Jim Jordan's committee is really looking into.
It shouldn't be happening in America.
This is Banana Republic stuff.
We have one set of justice for one group of people, another whole set for another group of people.
And this is what they've gotten away with up till now.
But this can't stand either.
Anyway, appreciate the call, Reed.
Thank you.
Quick break right back to our phones: 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Top of the hour.
Well, it looks like mask mandates and COVID protocols are back.
I'll tell you all about it.
And is this the smart, wise thing to do as we continue?
Three hours a day is all we ask on the Sean Hannity Show.
So please join us, but just don't be late.
Sean Hannity is on.
All right, back to our busy phones.
Let's say hi to Ruben Free State of Florida.
What's up, Ruben?
How are you?
Mr. Hannity, how are you?
I'm good.
What's going on, sir?
Excellent.
I think that we are not taking advantage of exposing old Uncle Joe.
I don't understand why Mr. Trump is not taking the advantage of actually hosting Mr. Victor Shokin, bringing him from Ukraine, hosting him in one of his hotels, feeding him a couple of steaks, and let Mr. Shokin have the stage.
This gentleman should be full of information, chock full of information that would actually put a few more nails in Uncle Joe's coffin.
Not only that, I think that we should also, or people in your category, should be interviewing the mom of the grandchild that is not being accepted by Uncle Joe.
I think that that would be an excellent way to destroy his grandfatherly, kind little old man persona that he brings out.
Let's have these interviews.
Let's have the interview of the gentleman who actually took possession of the computer of Hunter's computer and let him speak.
Well, I've had John Paul Mac Isaac on before.
Now, Shokin has been interviewed by John Solomon by the Washington Post and by ABC, but this goes back quite a while.
I had an interview set for him.
And at the last minute, I mean, literally, you know, only less than 24 hours before it got canceled for a number of different reasons.
But I think going back to that interview and trying to rearrange it would be of great value.
I agree at this time.
I think those are all good ideas, and I'll get working on it.
How's that?
I appreciate that.
And I think that that would expose the Biden crime family for what they are.
A bunch of money goes on.
I could tell you what Victor Shokun has said in these previous interviews.
I was fired because Joe Biden insisted on it and leveraged the billion dollars.
That's what he said.
He confirms everything.
But can you imagine what Mr. Shokin has in regards to information about Burisma?
I think that may be one of the reasons he's been hard to get a hold of.
But stay tuned.
Let's see what happens.
I'm working on it.
I can promise you, okay?
Have him wear a bulletproof vest.
I don't think that's going to save either one of us if they go for the headshot.
But, you know, let's not go down that road either, shall we?
I'd rather not.
I'd rather nobody get hurt on any side.
Let's just have a legal system that is fair, equitable, where we have justice applied equally and not weaponize our justice system or criminalize our justice system, which has now happened.
Anyway, you might think things are okay with the economy right now.
Bank failures, well, you were thinking they're behind us, but a lot of banks just got downgraded even today and yesterday.
Stock market now seems to be rebounding, but here's what you're not being told.
Commercial real estate could ignite the next banking crisis.
Pay very close attention.
Inflation could ramp back up due to a number of threats, skyrocketing payments on our national debt.
That may soon send shockwaves through our economy, the world's economy.
And what does all of this mean for your retirement savings?
Well, thousands of Americans are taking a portion of their savings and diversifying it.
And I've been doing this since I was able to start the process of saving money.
And that is, I put a percentage of my money in gold and silver.
And I've always done it since I could save money.
And I did my research.
Goldco is a top-rated company with an excellent reputation.
I just put in an order not that long ago, so I'm a customer as well.
Goldco, you can give them a call now, 855-815-GOLD.
When you do, you'll get a free wealth protection kit, up to $10,000 in free silver.
As a listener to the show, you have a chance at that.
But anyway, call GoCold now, diversify your portfolio, 855-815-G-O-L-D, 855-815-GOLD, as we continue.
You want smart political talk without the meltdowns?
