Happy Friday.
Thank you, Scott Shannon.
Thanks to all of you for being with us.
Here's our toll-free telephone number.
It's 800-941.
I'm glad it's Friday.
It's been a heck of a week, hasn't it?
Wow.
A little long week.
Anyway, thank you for being here.
And I'm getting a little tired of Chris Christie.
Now I will be at the Republican debate doing the show after the debate on Fox News.
I think it's going to be interesting.
Indications are no final decision has been made, but it's not looking like Donald Trump is going to go to that debate, which is fine.
But I think it's just interesting.
And I noticed today in the New York Times that you know, Chris Christie is not even a conservative.
He's just not.
Never has been.
He was a governor, pretty liberal governor.
He'll tell you otherwise.
He left office with a 14% approval rating.
And he's now the the modern day media loved maverick of our time.
And he just loves being on with liberal morning Joe, and he's like a co-host there and a liberal co-host of Georgie Stephanopoulos over at ABC.
Uh, and he is so consumed with his hatred of all things Donald Trump every second minute hour of the day like them.
Uh now he's going after Governor DeSantis, demanding a drop out of the race because DeSantis uh quote is planning to defend Trump at the upcoming debate.
If Ron DeSantis follows political consultants' advice to defend former president Trump during the first Republican presidential debate uh next week, then he should get the hell out of this race.
You know, you know what the irony is is the media used to love John McCain.
They love John McCain.
Until John McCain became a presidential contender.
And then you know what the media did?
They ate him up and they spit him out.
They love John McCain when he was criticizing Republicans.
They love Mitt Romney when he criticized Republicans.
And they love they love Romney now.
The same guy that they were telling the world telling the entire country was a racist.
You know what?
If it's just it's so obvious, you know, that this guy is just trying to insert himself.
It's all about him.
Whatever.
I'm just I'm so I have to put these people on after the debate.
And I have no I have no desire to talk to this guy.
You're afraid to debate me.
No, I'm like my time is more valuable than sitting in a room with you, to be honest.
Just tired of it.
How'd you leave office with a 14% approval radio?
I cut taxes.
Okay.
You cut taxes in a state that had nothing but high taxes.
Okay, every Republican cuts taxes.
You're never gonna be president Chris Christie.
It's never ever gonna happen.
Um anyway, uh, then we have you know, we've been going over this schedule of what it would be like if all these trials were to take place.
The plan is if Democrats have their way, they would like Donald Trump to be tried in New York, D.C. and Fulton County, Georgia, and in Florida, all during a primary season and a and a general election year.
Okay, you think that's a little untenable.
Even the New York Times interviewed legal consultant in recent days.
Even they've concluded it's unlikely that all four criminal cases will go to trial before the 2024 election.
The problem here for President Trump is when you look at the venues where these trials are going to take place, and you analyze simple data, and that would be okay, only 12% of the New York City population where the New York trial would take place, voted for him in 2020.
Okay, that's not a very high percentage.
In other words, that is basically a vote of no confidence in Donald Trump.
And there's, you know, this Democratic Party, Liberal Democratic Socialist Party rage, New Green Deal alarmist cult rage, um, against Donald Trump.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in New York.
So what they want is the trial in New York to take place before the election in or in twenty twenty-four, and where he would be more likely to get a fair hearing and acquittal would be uh in an appeals court, not in the main trial.
Well, Hannity, you're saying that juries can be biased?
Yeah.
Jurisdictions matter.
If you're a liberal Democrat in Washington, D.C., it's much harder to get a conviction than if you're a conservative or a Republican or your last name's Trump.
Five percent of the population, a little over five percent voted for Trump in Washington, D.C. Do you really think he's gonna get a fair jury pool there?
I don't think so.
It's possible, but I don't think so.
Bulton County, Georgia, heavily Democratic as well.
What 23, 24% went for Trump in the last election?
So anyway, even the New York Times, they interviewed a couple of dozen current and former prosecutors and judges and legal experts and people involved in the Trump cases, even they're saying, you know, that that federal and state prosecutors are gonna face a morass of delays and court bat l backlogs and legal skirmishes before any trials hit a courtroom.
Now, some of these experts predicted that only maybe at best one or two trials would take place next year, one speculating that none of the four Trump cases will start before the election.
It is virtually unheard of for any defendant to play a game of courthouse twister like this, let alone one who is the leading contender for the Republican nomination for the presidency between the extensive legal arguments that must take place before a trial can begin, not to mention that that the trials themselves could last for weeks and months.
There's simply not enough boxes on the calendar to squeeze in uh all of these these trials that they want to have.
But isn't that the whole point?
They want to expedite it in almost every case.
Why do they want to expedite it so quickly?
They've had in most of these look look look at the New York case.
They've been sitting on this for over six long years, six and a half years, and now they all of a sudden want to have the trial in an election year over the Stormy Daniels payment.
Look at the issue of January sixth.
Okay, that was January sixth of two thousand and one.
All right, we're gonna have our first primary three years later.
They they they didn't want to move faster if they thought this was so egregious and deserved charges.
The same in Fulton County, Georgia.
What took them so long?
If it was such an urgent matter, why didn't they bring it up sooner?
Well, the political timing, I think, speaks basically for itself.
Pretty pretty transparent.
You know, I have yet to hear any outrage at all, very little outrage.
911, 2,097 of our fellow Americans were were murdered that day.
Their lives ruined, their families' lives ruined.
You know, all the first responders, all the firemen that bravely put their lives at risk, knowing that they'd probably die.
Everyone else is racing to get the hell out of the Twin Towers, and they're racing up the stairs to go save lives.
Yeah, they had a pretty good idea.
They weren't getting out of there, but they did it anyway.
I mean, it is the the definition of heroism personified.
I mean, it's just unbelievable.
Anyway, so now we have such incompetence in our government, and now they're looking to the the Biden administration to take away the death penalty for the people that were involved in the plotting and planning and scheming of all of this, really?
No.
I support the death penalty fully.
It's pretty unbelievable.
Pretty unbelievable.
You know, look at, for example, the treatment of President Trump when you had the disaster in Puerto Rico, or look at the treatment of President George W. Bush after Katrina.
You know, that's when uh Lion Brian Williams was out there saying, I can see bodies floating right outside my hotel room.
Only problem was outside of his hotel room, it was dry.
There was no bodies floating.
Don't worry, he still spent many years at NBC News.
What was it in New Orleans that you saw that kind of mature to mature man?
You know, it's funny.
Here we are, remembering uh the loss of our colleague Ed Bradley and just handed me an Emmy for our work in Katrina.
Just weeks ago, handed me the Emmy that I accepted for my colleagues.
And when I was down there, I used to be a firefighter, volunteer firefighter in New Jersey.
I was wearing the boots that I've owned since 1976.
I had them pulled up as waiters.
When you look out of your hotel room uh window in the French quarter and watch a man float float by face down when you see bodies that you last saw in Banda Ace, Indonesia, and swore to yourself that you would never see in your country.
Well, how is it that Joe Biden starting on Sunday when asked to comment about what has happened in Hawaii and Maui?
You know, no.
That's what they said no comment when asked about what is the deadliest fire in the U.S. in more than a century.
We still have over 1,300 missing people, now 111 confirmed dead and climbing still.
You know, it's it's pretty unbelievable.
And then again, yesterday on Air Force One is asked about this very same issue about the details of the he's finally going on Monday, and his excuse about not going is laughable.
It's uh makes you want to cry when you consider the magnitude of what's happened to the poor people of Hawaii.
And then you add up the dollar figure, he's given a whopping $700 per household stipend from the government, but yet the people per person in Ukraine, I think it's over $2,300 that they've given.
There's something wrong with that math.
But, you know, now saying again he doesn't want to talk about it.
Only shamed into going after he made a lame excuse that he didn't want to get in the way.
What do you mean a lame uh you didn't want to get in the way?
There's no way to get in front of.
I mean, the place is been decimated.
There's nobody there.
To see the devastation, so you can fully comprehend if you can or if you're capable of comprehending.
It's unbelievable.
It's unbelievable.
You know, this were you know, Hawaii official uh refused to release.
We now know the Maui water to help with the wildfire because of his environmental views.
You gotta be kidding me.
You have an Obama supported Hawaii state officials now resigned or been reassigned because allegedly refusing to transfer water resources that would have helped firefighters battle these Maui fire fire uh wildfires.
Why?
He's an environmentalist.
Um and I'm reading this report today.
Uh is an environmentalist and believes that water should only be used in certain situations.
In recent years, there's been a debate in Hawaii about whether additional water resources should be used even to fight wildfires.
I can't even believe that we're even debating that.
It sounds so nuts.
Welcome to 2023.
Nothing makes sense at all.
And anyway, agendas take precedence over logic and common sense.
And meanwhile, innocent people died, and you know, that people's lives have been uprooted.
Everything they own is gone.
Anyway, apparently balked at Maui firefighters, various entities, and their request to open up reservoirs and streams as these wildfires were raging out of control, and firefighters, according to reports, pleaded that they had used all the non on all the on hand water and were desperate for any help whatsoever.
The guy in charge of water resources for the Hawaiian Islands delayed their request.
And he wanted a formal request given to one of the landowners that used it for agricultural purposes.
I'm sorry, at that moment, that's not the time to argue.
We're using The water to save lives.
Not that hard a decision.
Biden angers social media users with his refusal to offer any details about his trip.
It's unreal.
We are living in the strangest times, I'll tell you that.
800 941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program this uh Friday.
You know, it's amazing, by the way, how country music is now impacting the culture.
If you go woke, you go broke.
We've seen that with Bud Light.
We've seen it with Target.
Their earnings call of Targo is not that good this week.
But country music stars, you know, try that in a small town by Jason Aldean.
I mean, and by the way, the the lyrics are so simple.
I mean, it's not hard to understand this.
You know, and the song starts out sucker punch somebody on a sidewalk, carjack an old lady at a red light, pull a gun on the owner of a liquor store.
You think it's cool, well, act uh a fool if you like, cuss out a cop, spit in his face, stomp on the flag and light it.
Yeah, you think you're tough.
Well, try that in a small town.
See how far you make it down the road.
Around here, we take care of our own.
You cross that line, it won't take long for you to find out.
Oh, this is how this is a racist.
What's racist?
No.
People stick together in a small town.
All people, all backgrounds, all racists.
Yeah, you have racists in big cities and small towns.
Slight minority of ignorant people.
It's not that's not what small town America is like.
I know I've lived there.
Hey there.
I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

Some good news as it relates to the Biden's Syndicate Enterprise.
As House Oversight Committee Chairman, James Comer's now demanding unredacted records of all of Joey's uh pseudonyms, which we'll get into more detail in the next hour.
Uh their request with the National Archives is really interesting.
John Ratcliffe said last night, uh, I believe it was I forget who he was on with, but I think Laura last night.
Anyway, he said that uh new documents involving Joe and Hunter Biden were a smoking gun and and the bloody knife, he said.
These are Joe Biden's documents.
One of the emails on the NARA website is literally titled Emails between Vice President Joe Biden and Hunter regarding Ukraine and Barisma, he said to Laura Ingram.
I mean, that's not a smoking gun, that's a smoking gun and the bloody knife.
That's really significant evidence.
We really shouldn't just be finding about uh uh finding this out now.
It's a shame that James Comer had to do all the hard work and heavy lifting.
Music.
Bold inspired solutions for America.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
If you're a parent, you're a grandparent, you love your kids, you want to make sure that their schools are in are as safe as possible.
Uh, have you spoken to the principal, the school safety director?
If you haven't, you need to and talk to them about a Knox entry Access system that allows law enforcement to get into locked doors during any emergency that would require immediate entry.
The Knox Advanced Electronic E key technology can be used by local, state, federal government law enforcement personnel, and the ELOC system can be shared by multiple jurisdictions.
It accelerates access into buildings.
Sometimes seconds matter.
The Knox entry system can be installed and managed by a single school or an entire district.
Firefighters, they have trusted Knox products as their choice for access since 1975, and now the Knox entry system for schools, that's providing law enforcement with the same resources.
When seconds matter, trust law uh Knox and check out their website.
It's schoolentry, one word dot com, schoolentry.com.
All right, so this is getting very, very interesting.
So we now have these multiple email accounts, aliases, pseudonyms.
Robert L. Peters and emails to Hunter about Ukraine business.
Uh, and what does this do?
It takes Joe Biden one step closer to Hunter Biden.
You know, for example, you know, Joe Biden's use of the pseudonym names and you know, obviously I I I watched and I listened.
The White House's excuse was, oh, yeah, well, they have a public email address, and then they have these little private ones, and that's so that they can get their work done and they're not they don't have their inboxes cluttered.
Well, I don't have any email account.
I have no email account, no email address at all whatsoever.
If you have thousands of your text messages released publicly, you probably would do the same thing I do.
What's the point?
Uh anyway, so Republicans are seeking records revealing Biden's pseudonyms to discuss his activities related to Ukraine.
And anyway, the committee now wants unredacted documents.
Apparently, some indicating the Joe Biden took a call with the then president of UK Ukraine Poroshenko.
This is in May of 2016, and Republicans say the document was emailed to Robert L. Peters, which is the pseudonym email account that the whole House Oversight Committee is identified as Vice President Biden's.
And additionally, the committee is questioning why the vice president's son, the only Hunter Biden, who was an addict at the time and by his own admission, was copied on the email to the president of Ukraine.
Then Vice President Joe Biden.
Now, Robert Ware, Robert L. Peters, J.R.B.
Ware, Those with three pseudonyms used on emails that were both about official and family business.
Now those records are supposed to be preserved and made public.
Meanwhile, top secret classified information found at four locations, but don't worry, none of them ever got rated.
No charges have been brought by the special counsel in his case.
As a matter of fact, nobody even knows the name of the special counsel.
His name is Robert Herb, but you'll probably never hear from him.
Now, also, they are demanding communications between Hunter and his business partners, Devin Archer and Eric Sherwin.
And James Comer, House Oversight Committee Chair, sent the letter to the archivist that the U.S. And anyway, asking for unrestricted special access to email messages to and from Vice President Biden and Hunter Biden, anything related to Barisman, Ukraine.
And he's asking for all drafts of then Vice President Biden's speech that he delivered to the Ukrainian Parliament on December 9th, 2015.
Now that was five days after, you know, all this pressure had been building, and Devin Archer talked about the pressure and how Barisma was even risking bankruptcy if they didn't get this prosecutor investigating Barisma, the oil giant in Ukraine for corruption, and that was the oil giant that was also paying Hunter Biden massive sums of money.
And in the case of Sherwin, we find out all the money requests and Hunter admitting that he's been paying daddy's bills, Pop's bills for eleven years, and specific expensive home repairs That he was paying for and what account they ought to come out of.
So it appears that the question of, well, Joe Biden didn't directly benefit.
No, they didn't send him a check or hand him a bag of cash.
No, that didn't happen.
And anyway, this is, you know, right after the phone call from Dubai when Hunter was with Barisma executives in Dubai, and they made the phone call to Joe Biden, and five days later he gives the speech before Parliament, but that also is the day that Joe Biden leveraged a billion taxpayer dollars, and he brags about it on tape, the story to fire the prosecutor in six hours and son of a bee, they do it.
Victor Schoken is the prosecutor.
He was the one investigating Barisma Holdings for corruption.
That same company that Hunter was sitting on the board of and making a fortune.
no experience in energy.
Their demands came after business partner Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee And anyway, and they also started, you know, Rosmond Seneca partners.
I mean, it's amazing how ahead of the curve Peter Schweitzer was in his book.
We did the first interviews with him on radio and TV, Secret Empires.
And anyway, Devin Archer, you know, confirmed that he knew of at least 20 occasions during these meetings where you know they called Joe, basically using Pops, the brand, as the leverage as the closer in these deals.
Because why else would why else would these countries, I'm sure their intelligence they they knew that he was a drug addict and knew that he frequented prostitutes.
That 1023 form, you know, with the head of Varisma describing Hunter as stupid, saying that he thinks his dog is smarter, but yet he didn't want to pay the Bidens, but he had to pay the Bidens five million from one Biden, five million for another Biden.
And it'll take ten years before we ever find how the money was paid.
Never mind the meeting with Joe Biden, Hunter, and these foreign business partners like oligarchs from Kazakhstan, oligarch from Moscow, former First Lady of Moscow, uh, married to the mayor of Moscow, but at the time he's since has passed away.
You know, uh then vice president Biden has another dinner, Cafe Milano.
Dear Hunter from a Ukrainian executive, thank you for inviting me to DC and give me the opportunity to meet your father and spend time together.
During another dinner, Barisma executives in Dubai.
Hunter said he'd be able to get help from D.C. Calls his father.
Well, call or calls the brand, and the brand is Joe.
Again, five days before Joe leverages a billion taxpayer dollars, and Hunter continues to get paid as a result of that deal.
Excuse me.
How do you how do you ever defend against that?
Where where's uh where's where's the special counsel in this case?
How have they gotten away with all this?
Why is the media mob not talking about this?
Well, a few of them have maybe touched the edges of Hunter Biden's issues, but they don't go anywhere near where the story really is.
And that is Joe Biden and what a real bribery of money laundering scandal allegations against him.
Whether he sold out his office.
You know, Peter Ducey last night provided more context on the pseudonym.
And anyway, the you know, because of the House Oversight Committee having found this, Jay Carney says, Well, having an alternate email address for cabinet secretaries and other high profile officials makes eminent sense as much as it does for columnists, for example, of major publications, they provide email addresses for their readers, but they have an alternative work email address that if they are inundated in one account with either public emails or spam or the like, they can work to continue to use their other account for normal work.
And that's the case with officials of the administration.
Really?
Sounds like Joe wanted to hide that he was even sending those emails.
Robin Ware, really?
Can't do better than that.
You know, it's what is this like uh what was Mittropier Delecto?
Wasn't that his secret handle on Twitter?
Or Carl Carlos Danger, Anthony Wiener.
Nancy Mace, you know, is also on the Oversight Committee, is accusing Joe Biden of quote selling out his country for mind boggling amounts of money.
That's what she said.
The mainstream media, the left want you to think this kind of behavior is normal.
There's nothing normal about selling your country out for mind boggling amounts of money, and the more the American people learn, the less they trust.
And they know the Republicans are telling the truth.
And I'm not going to stop until a hundred percent of Americans know the truth and know what happened with the Biden family and the amount of level of corruption.
This will all be exposed as one of the most corrupt presidencies in U.S. history, and we shouldn't stop until every single American knows what happened.
I agree with that.
A judge approved a motion enabling prosecutors now to put uh Hunter on trial.
This is after that plea deal uh fell apart.
They filed the motion last week stating that Hunter Biden's case will likely not resolve uh short of a trial, seeking to dismiss the charges, the sweetheart plea deal misdemeanor charges, which means he can now be charged appropriately with felonies.
Although the guy now that is in charge was the one that offered the sweetheart deal in the first place, and the same guy that let the statute of limitations run out on massive amounts of money that otherwise would have been known to the IRS.
Biden campaign aides are afraid to discuss the Hunter Biden problem in front of Joe, according to uh fake news CNN.
They had John Avlon saying that the president was very obsessed with coverage of his son, and his allies don't want to bring it up because it would derail a conversation.
There's deep reluctance to raise this with President Biden because he's he has stuck uh by his sole surviving son and he will in private also.
I've heard reports that he's very obsessed with the negative coverage.
Well, maybe he's the one that ordered this guy, I. Uh Linda.
By the way, we do.
Yes, I go by Linda.
I'm right here.
All right, Weisenheimer.
Uh happy Friday.
Keane Sam's is a complete moron.
And you know what?
He's in the camp.
If you look at his, you know, explainers of who he is and what he stands for.
He's just one of these super uber liberal, you know, left-wing lunatics who has absolutely no space in his life for anything other than the dribble that he puts out.
It's ridiculous.
And you know, his listen, he was tasked with the impossible.
As much as I don't care for KJP, and I don't think she can put a sentence together much better than Biden.
They're both tasked with the impossible.
They have to say that Joe Biden is doing a good job.
And even Democrats, lifelong Democrats, Carville and the like, they can't say that.
Nobody can say that they're abandoning ship.
I mean, I'm scared of which ship they're going to.
It's the double you know versus the devil you don't, or you might already know him, but maybe you don't like him better.
I don't know.
But at the end of the day, Ian Sims, uh, forget about it.
He's the worst, and he's sitting up in nice.
Now he's obsessed.
I love that they're watching me.
I want as many viewers as I can get.
I'm very happy he's watching.
Jim Jordan, House Judiciary Committee Chair, slapped the heads of the FBI and the Justice Department with subpoenas yesterday over the agency's work with big tech companies to limit the spread of unpopular speech, and he's demanding that the FBI and DOJ fork over documents specific communications with private companies and third parties pertaining to content moderation and suppression of disfavored speech online.
Good for him.
The CIA has been sued for their role in helping craft the letter from the 51 uh former Intel officials discrediting the Hunter Biden laptop that came out in the New York Post in the weeks leading up to the 2020 election.
Oh, it's and that became the talking point.
Unbelievable.
Uh anyway.
I don't think Trump's gonna go to the debate, it looks like.
What do you think, Linda?
You want my opinion of whether or not he should go or if he will go.
Whether he should and whether he will.
Go just give me quick answers.
I don't think he should, and I don't think he will.
Okay, fair enough.
He's got a fifty point lead.
Why?
What is the point?
By the way, Matt Gates has called on Congress to investigate the biased judge in in charge of Trump's January sixth trial.
Uh New Gingrich said the timing of Trump's Georgia indictment was decided in Washington.
You notice that Fannie Willis did not answer that question when asked, as she had spoken with the prosecutor, uh, the special counsel, rather.
Didn't answer that question.
Uh, politico in a focus group last week, uh, showing that African Americans, Hispanics give Biden a failing grade on the economy.
Anyway, discouraged was one answer.
Pathetic complained another, pessimistic, a third.
Democrats get zeros across the board, and maybe more troubling of all respondents indicated that they preferred the economy under Donald Trump.
Mortgage rates, by the way, now at a 22-year high as they now climb towards the 8% mark.
Fitch, by the way, remember one of the big three credit rating agencies.
They downgraded the federal government's debt from A to AA.
Now they're warning of another downgrade could be coming.
Great.
And, you know, this is all ever the Americans people feel it.
$8,500 more for the same items you were buying the day that Donald Trump left office.
How's that Bidenomic thing working out for you?
Bidenomics is only making things worse.
And by the way, wait till you're going to be able to do ice cream, Sean.
Yeah, wait till they really have to replace their air conditioners.
Wait till they really have to replace their cars with electric vehicles they don't want.
Wait till they really have to get rid of their refrigerator and their gas stove.
God help us.
What is going on?
The world's gone mad.
Is there any place to hide when this place goes straight to hell?
Because that's where we're headed if this continues.
I hate to let you know this, but this is hell.
FYI.
It is not hell.
This is hell.
100%.
America under Joe Biden, led by socialists.
This is hell.
Oh, a lot of people are suffering needlessly.
I'll put it that way.
All right, we got a lot of ground to cover.
You know, this is a pretty amazing thing.
Um, there are thousands of people now taking South Dakota and Governor Christy Noam up on her offer uh to take these high-paying career jobs and apprenticeships in her state.
$80,000 for an apprenticeship.
She has her new ad out.
We'll talk about a great story out of a great state.
Uh, then music impacting culture.
John Rich and this guy Oliver Anthony, Richman North of Richmond, and Jason Aldean.
Try that in a small town.
Yeah, they all go to number one, and woke goes broke.
