How them a jail honor?
And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
They keep turning up documents and witnesses showing that the president wasn't involved.
Uh, never discussed these business dealings and did nothing wrong.
Uh there's been zero evidence showing showing otherwise.
I make decisions in this office based on the facts and the law.
Um the law is completely nonpartisan.
It's excessive.
And I think it's also dangerous.
It is sort of the Jackson Pollock School of Prosecution.
She threw it all against the canvas.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
Yeah, we are coming to your centipede.
Sean Hannity.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
Our news roundup, information overload hour.
Thank you for being with us.
800-941-SHAWN, if you want to join us.
Linda, you're going to love this.
So you know, for years, and we've talked about this ad nauseum, and uh I was been talking recently a lot to my good friend Gianno Calwell, and we know that he lost his brother, his younger brother, innocent, you know, he's just an innocent victim, and he was murdered in the streets of Chicago.
Uh, but on any given weekend you can predict how many dozens of people will be shot and how many dozens of people will be shot and killed, usually with some level of pinpoint accuracy because they don't lift a finger to ever do anything about it.
And of course, you know, since 2009, I've been scrolling the names of people shot, shot, and killed in Chicago, and um names you've never heard of before.
Why haven't we heard all those names?
Why aren't they household names?
When cops are shot and killed, how can we never hear those names either?
Uh people that, you know, trying to protect our communities or towns or cities, uh die in the line of duty.
We don't hear their names.
We don't hear their stories.
Only when Democrats can politicize a particular shooting do we ever hear about it?
Um they didn't want to talk about what happened to Horace Lorenzo Anderson Jr. in the Chop Chaz Autonomous Summer of Love Spaghetti Potluck Dinner Zone.
Uh they didn't even bother to call the father who came on my TV show, crying his eyes out.
But they have an answer now in Chicago, according to CWBC.
Uh Democrats have now successfully with defund dismantle no bail laws.
They have now pretty much put handcuffs on all law enforcement.
The public has been reduced to begging bad guys to limit their crime sprees.
You know, you got smash and grab robberies, you got people, old people being beaten up on the streets of New York and the subway system.
You know, God forbid if a guy comes behind the counter, you're a Vodega worker like Jose Alba, uh, or if you're in a subway and a guy that's oh, let's see, been in contact with the police 40 some odd times, mental illness,
uh, threatening other people, violence, and if you try to come to the rescue of old and young people on a subway and you're a marine and you're begging people to call 911 to get police to help you, they don't show up for 15 or 20 minutes, uh, and you and two others subdue the guy, yeah.
They want to charge you.
Just like they wanted to charge Jose Alba.
And it was only because of public outrage where the charges dropped.
They got a great idea in Chicago.
I gotta give them a lot of credit.
This this really takes the cake.
And the proposal is in Chicago is they would allow the cities, uh, let's see, how do you call them?
Gang members, uh, violent criminals to shoot people, but they're asking them only to do it during certain hours.
The newly authorized Windy City open shooting hours would be in the overnight hours from 9 p.m. to 9 a.m.
I guess that means if you're gonna give them, you know, basically a seal of approval during those hours, you better be locked down in your home and uh have bulletproof glass because people can shoot into car uh windows of people's homes.
Anyway, you think I'm kidding?
This is the report, North Side Community Group is calling for people to refrain from shooting guns in Chicago between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. to reduce the risk to people not involved in high risk activities.
The proposal from the Rogers Park based Native Sons, known as the People's Ordnance, recently promoted in uh an email newsletter by Alderman Maria Haddon.
We have to start somewhere, uh to uh t uh Tatiana Atkins, co-founder of Native Sons said, our goal is to approach our city's gun violence problems strategically and not all at once.
Things didn't become this way overnight, they won't change overnight.
So that's the grand compromise.
Trying to beg criminals with guns that are willing to shoot innocent people.
Just please don't kill people during these hours.
That's going to be very successful.
Don't you think you look very excited by the proposal?
I mean, I think between having illegal immigrants as your policing force, uh, in addition to them breaking the law, now they will enforce the law against people who paid the taxes that they don't pay into.
Um I think this sounds really good.
Chicago's definitely on a roll.
It's it's kind of amazing.
And they're setting up in Philly, your old hometown, booby traps to protect businesses are booby traps to protect themselves against drug addicts.
It's another idea.
You know, they're getting very creative in their thinking.
Did you see what happened in Philly yesterday with all these flash mobs hopping on the cars?
That that's an everyday event in the country, but nobody seems to really care.
In Philly, it's really bad though.
It's like these large, you know, aggregated groups of these kids in specific areas.
You literally can't drive down the street.
You can't run them over.
You can't hurt 'em, because they're kids, they're minors, and they're just running right.
Well, you don't want to hurt anybody.
I mean, that's the thing.
I'm sorry, if I got twenty kids jumping on my car trying to break my glass, and my children are in my car, I'm telling you right now, I want to hurt somebody.
That is not that is not a secret.
I don't think anybody in their right mind does not want to protect themselves and their family if 20 people in a flash mile.
You think those people aren't going to try and hurt you and your kids?
They're gonna try and hurt you.
You're gonna try and hurt you.
That's why you need burner.
I'm gonna carry that burner everywhere.
You don't mess with Linda.
Not if you're jumping on my car.
That's not a thing.
Notice the me the eerie silence, the it's predictable, but the mob, the media, Joe Biden wouldn't comment on Hawaii and what's gone on in Maui.
We we we have 1,300 missing people.
Thirteen hundred, hundred and five confirmed dead.
And I mean, the island's been decimated.
By the way, all these people that are over there, real estate speculators.
I mean, you know, I'm all in favor of free enterprise.
Uh, but you're kind of dancing on people's graves here, and there's something sick about people that are doing that, in my view.
In my opinion, this whole Hawaii thing is really odd.
The way they're handling it is really odd.
The way they're reacting to it is really odd.
The fact that he can't remember the word Maui is really odd.
That's very harsh of you.
You're being very hard on Joe.
Oh, listen, I haven't even started.
In the immediate Coast Guard and Navy supported maritime searches and rescue operations.
The Army helicopters uh hellfire suppression and efforts on the big island, because there's still some burning on the big island, not the one that's that not the one where you you see on television all the time.
Oh, what's it?
And you're telling me this guy doesn't have cue cards in front of him?
This is the problem.
It's not even it's not even a joke anymore, you know.
Oh, it's not funny.
And and and to it to this whole point, you know, you got KJP tweeting out the other day on her account how excited she was to be elected president because she's writing his tweets.
They're not even trying to hide it.
They're just making mistakes.
You know, Fonnie Willis is putting out the indictments, KJP's tweeting that she's president.
Chicago's got illegal immigrants arresting regular taxpaying citizens.
I mean, I'm sorry, but this is some Madam Schiff, in my opinion.
Scott in the very left wing state of California.
What's up, Scott?
How are you?
Great, Sean.
Uh well, I've listened to you meticulously explain the weaknesses of uh all four indictments.
And I believe that a Leno Thomas and the Trump appointments will sometime before the election uh all four indictments on constitutional grounds.
So do you really believe that they were with these crazies falsely in prison?
One of the greatest presidents that this country has been blessed to have.
Well, they're gonna have to have a case brought before them.
The the the people that bring the case will have to have standing.
It will have to go first through an appellate court.
Um and, you know, in the last half hour, Levin explained in some sp specificity in detail what he recommends that Trump's lawyers do.
Um I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not gonna play one on radio here, but I I do think that um I I don't put my full faith, hope, and trust in the Supreme Court.
I just don't.
And you know, I I think there are justices that do have personal animus towards Donald Trump.
Uh I don't think John Roberts particularly is a fan of Donald Trump, and and I don't know.
I mean, they but there's certainly as far as the Constitution and the law goes, uh I think Levin laid it out perfectly.
I'm not even gonna add a word to what he's just said.
Yeah, he's the expert, and I've also listened to him nutritiously run down all these charges, and it just doesn't seem like they're really based on solid law.
So people go, you're look at the Georgia case.
Every charge, you have to prove criminal intent, and that the that there was an understanding of every indicted person, their intent, their intention was to commit criminal acts.
Well, that would be predicated in Trump's case on a belief that he knew he didn't win the election and that he was acting with the full knowledge that he didn't know it.
And I'm telling you right now, having interviewed him, and I'm pretty good at reading people.
Um if he took a lie detector test, he'd pass that test, whether he believes it to this day.
Yeah, he's a straight heat and stuff.
What comes out of his mouth is what he believes.
That's why they I think they meant some people really connect with this guy.
That's what he thinks.
He ran on what he and he did what he ran on, and the people love Trump.
And if you think they were there were protest before, if they really put Trump in jail, you're gonna see some chaos like you've never seen.
Yeah, well, uh I pre listen, I'm telling everyone in this program, you be peaceful.
We don't want to be like the crazy left here.
And we have got to fight our battles and and in a political sense, and the the most power that people have, seeing the direction of the country, is at the ballot box.
You know, I just I've I've never been one of these people to show up at events and protests and so on and so forth.
You know, one of the problems with those things is in every case you often have bad actors, and you don't want to be associated with bad actors.
But you know what?
You do have the power to vote.
And that is where I'd focus all my attention.
That's my humble opinion.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
Quick break, right back, more of your calls, straight ahead.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
All right, back to up with the combs.
Sylvia, great state, free state of Texas.
What's up, Sylvia?
How are you?
I'm doing great.
How are you, Sean?
Well, we need Ted Cruz back in the Senate.
That's gonna be a very important race in 24, and I hope people in Texas understand that.
They're they're gunning for him like they did the last time.
Oh, yes, I understand that.
Uh Sean, I want to make a comment.
Um my heart is is is breaking right now for President Trump.
My husband and I are big strong supporters of President Trump.
I am from South Texas, where it is predominantly Democrat.
Even though the people here in South Texas and you are familiar with the area, um, they're they have very conservative views, but for some reason they still think they're Democrats because they keep thinking that this is the Kennedy era, and it is not.
Um, let me tell you, John Kennedy is not a modern Democratic new Green Deal, climate alarmist, religious cult.
Uh he was not that type of democrat, no.
No, no, he's not.
And you know, we uh we try to explain this to people here, and they just look at us like We're insane, but the point I'm trying to make is um every time I keep hearing about all these indictments and and all these lies that they say about him, yeah, it just it breaks my heart.
And the other night I was listening to Mark Levin, who was great, and I started crying because I cannot believe that these Democrats and many Republicans are letting this happen.
It breaks my heart, it it hurts because we know the truth, and um this man and his family has been through so much already, and it not only does it affect them, Sean, it affects us as well.
And you know, I he was cheated.
He was cheated out of the 2020 election.
I worked as a poll worker this last election last year.
I saw it firsthand myself.
I reported it to the state of Texas, nothing has come about.
But I saw firsthand how they do it, how the Democrats can cheat.
Listen, under understand this.
There are there are some very sincere Democrats, but there are the the radicals are in charge.
Yes, I understand that in the But I'm gonna tell let me give you a little bit of hope.
And I wanna I wanna shine a little light on on the path that I think people need to focus their attention on here is the real power l with the for people lies with elections.
And that is and and engaging now, and you're saying, okay, well, we're in August of 2023 and the elections in November 2024, you know, there's there's gonna be so much that happens between now and then, both predictable and unpredictable.
And what's really important is if you are as concerned, worried uh as so many other Americans are, the most important thing you can do is engage.
The most important thing that you can do is help the Republicans get back in power.
And that's it.
That's what I'm doing.
I am part of the Republican Party here in South Texas.
I am a precinct chair.
Elect elect good conservatives, get out in mass.
Now that will um that also is gonna take a change of mindset for some Republicans that have been resisting voting by mail, voting early, that's gotta go away.
That's the system we're stuck with, not the one I pick.
Uh similarly, these legal ballot harvesting efforts of Democrats that's gotta be matched and surpassed by the Republican Party.
I've yet to see any movement on that.
Now the Republican Party has announced bank your vote, meaning vote early, vote by mail.
Uh they need to get engaged in the ballot harvesting side of this.
Uh and I'm I'm talking about laws that allow for legal battle harvesting.
And that is, you know, somebody else handing in someone else's ballot.
I don't think that should ever take place.
You know, and unless there's gotta be a better system than that for the sick, the elderly, the the affirmed, etcetera.
You know, not the least of which is just put the ballot in the mailbox, something like that.
Uh but if if everybody takes an all hands on deck mentality, I think that you know what, great things can happen.
And all I think the Democrats also they have been overreaching.
They've gone too far.
They pissed people off.
And people see these policies are failing on top of it, and then our country's going down the tubes, both on foreign policy, economic policy, border policy, energy policy.
It's not working for us.
And I think they want the adults back in power.
That's what my hope is.
Anyway, appreciate the call.
800-941 Sean our number.
Sean Hannity and the breaking news you might have missed today.
It's Sean's insider information.

All right, let's get to our busy, busy telephones here.
Uh Susan's Heart is troubled in Oklahoma.
Susan, what can we do to brighten your day?
Well, I just long time listener, first time caller, really surprised.
No, I just watch TV and watch you, and I'm just so disgusted with the way they treating President Trump and people that I know have no problems with it.
It just upsets me to no end.
And I'm in a yellow dog Democrat area, and they're just shocked that I'm a Republican.
Wow.
Absolutely shocked.
Now I've got my Trump, I'm on my second Trump flag.
And I just I'm just shocked.
You mean it's been out it's been out so long that it kind of was getting tattered and you know beaten up and you were ready for a new one?
I got a new one.
You got a few one.
You know, look, I mean, this this is a very, very troubling time for the country.
I mean, I can say all I want, let not your heart be troubled, and I really believe that.
I think, you know, uh, we've all got to put faith and trust and hope.
You know, for me, it's my religious faith that's uh sustains me.
Me too.
You know, I keep praying for President Trump, and I pray that someone stops this insanity, because that's what it is.
It is insanity.
And I'm seeing more and more corrupt judges, more and more corrupt DAs, and I live in Little Dixie.
If you know anything about Little Dixie, it's here.
And I'm telling you, I just can't believe what they're doing.
I'm I'm just like I said, I'm long time listener.
This has never happened to a former president, let alone a top candidate for the presidency.
And as we were discussing, you know, pretty much all throughout the program today at varying times, that this is a real clear present danger to the country as well.
I mean, this we're these are uncharted waters.
And their desire to have four trials in an election year in the middle of primaries and a general election, uh, we've never faced anything like this before.
The zeal, the zealotry to get Donald Trump is unprecedented.
You know, the fact that the mainstream media mob.
Now, if you notice, they don't really attack they didn't attack me, and I thought I would get attacked for pointing out Joe was weak and frail and a cognitive mess.
Remember, I was saying that very early on.
There's a reason the media never criticized me about that.
Why do you think that is?
Because they knew it was true.
And there's a reason that I didn't get much criticism over my Trump Russia collusion coverage either, because even though, you know, the mob media mentality was reporting all the wrong fake news and peddling conspiracy theories and lies, they knew deep down that you know what, my sources were impeccable, and and we've been vindicated both in the Horowitz report and the Durham Report.
And they know here too that what we are pointing out is factual regarding zero experience hunter and Joe Biden's lying and involvement in his son's foreign business deals.
Uh, and they also know that there's real criminal jeopardy awaiting Joe Biden.
That's why I'm not being criticized.
Why why wouldn't the media come after me and say Hannity's out there saying that Joe Biden is involved in a bribery and money laundering scandal uh allegations.
Why why wouldn't they attack that?
How dare he?
If they didn't know deep down that Joe lied when he said he never talked to his brother, never talked to his son, never talked to anybody for that matter about these deals.
And now we have the evidence that he talked to, he met with, uh, went to dinner with many of these foreign business partners.
Uh we know he called into many of these foreign business meetings that were taking place, even abroad, like in the case of Verisma.
We know that it didn't make sense why a vice president would fire would would demand the firing of a prosecutor and leverage a billion dollars uh and get it done in six hours, and that his son continue to be in rich as a result of his actions as the vice president of our country.
So they know this is true.
So they just what they're hoping to do is if they ignore me long enough and a few others of us that have, you know, been unpeeling every layer of the onion and getting to the truth, and we had James Comer on earlier in the program.
Let me tell you something.
They cause they know it's true.
And they do.
They do.
And you know, it's I I can't believe these people that think he's they want to crucify him, and I'm like you're giving Biden and Hunter and Mulligan.
I I'm just in shock.
And they think Biden knock economics is okay.
Obviously, they don't have the wheat farm because I'm going to be taking a loss on mine this year.
I it's crazy.
I've never seen anything like it.
And it I'm I'm wondering it's because we took Cynics out of ninth grade classes.
I have no idea.
I've never seen anything like it.
Well, I'm telling you, we're living in really, really tough times.
And I know what what you know, some of the net effect on this.
You know, Rush used to say, low information voters.
They are both snurdly low information voters.
Um he used to, you know, anger a lot of people on the left left.
But I'll tell you this.
Um, you know, that that's what the hope of the Democrats are.
They're hoping that that's why the mainstream media, they're they're the biggest contributor to Joe Biden's first campaign, and they'll be the biggest contributors this time, assuming that Democrats don't use this as the means of getting Joe out.
That is still a very, very viable uh uh uh opp opportunity for them.
It's a very viable reality that Joe Biden, like for example, Andrew Cuomo, governor of New York, he didn't get kicked out by Republicans, I promise you.
It was Democrats that that did the work of getting rid of Cuomo.
If they want to get rid of Biden, oh, all of a sudden the media mob and Democrats they they're gonna realize, uh uh, we this guy's too vulnerable here.
This is getting too much traction, and they'll do everything in their power to push him out.
Uh anyway, good call.
Susan, hang in there.
Let not your heart be troubled.
We're not there yet.
We got a long way to go, and uh it's it's a marathon, it's not a sprint.
Dave in Ohio.
Dave, how are you?
Glad you called.
Well what part of Ohio are you in?
Uh right now I'm actually in Canton, Ohio.
Oh, awesome.
They're gonna have a great time there.
A friend of mine's actually there now too.
Wow.
Well, yeah, yeah.
Great, great day.
What's going on what's going on?
What's on your mind today?
In the words of Willie, I w Sean Hannity, you're a great American.
I want a full report.
What's your full report?
Okay, my my thought, first time caller, just like Susan there, long time most of my wife and I. Uh is in regards to the special counsel appointment of Robert Herr to investigate the Biden document scandal, the same one that they're investigating Donald Trump for, which I think on the long run is actually more severe than Trump's.
I I uh the in terms of Robert what happened with Robert Hurz.
Anyone seen or heard from him?
We need like an all points bulletin.
Maybe we need like the equivalent of an amber alert, a special counsel alert.
You know, has anybody seen or heard from the special counsel, Robert Herr?
Uh, because unlike Jack Smith is moving at the speed of light and you know, according to my sources, calling in anybody and everybody imaginable uh to go before his special counsel and all the grand juries he's set up here, there, and apparently everywhere.
Uh we don't hear word one from the special counsel appointed to look into Biden.
And they weren't appointed that far apart, were they?
You know, just like the David Weiss appointment to me is the fixes in.
You take the guy that offered the sweetheart deal, you make him a special counsel, then he doesn't have to answer the question of what the IRS whistleblowers accused him of saying.
And he gets to protect himself and Merrick Garland.
And then they get to protect the the Biden syndicate.
Pretty good gig if you can get it, right?
Yeah, you can't beat it with a stick, as they say, right?
Right.
Exactly.
Obviously it was January twelfth when he was appointed.
And we haven't seen one news conference, one press release.
We haven't seen anything about it.
We didn't see any pictures of any documents like we did for Trump.
None of them were laying out on top of the Corvette hood, you know, with different color folders and different levels of classification.
None of that.
And uh Well, I'd like to know what they found and where they found it.
I mean, it was certainly important enough to move at the speed of light to get Donald Trump and raid Mar-a-Lago.
They didn't raid the Biden Penn Center.
They didn't raid his home where the where his beautiful Corvette was parked.
They didn't raid his beach home where they found top secret classified documents, nor the University of Delaware.
And now we've got uh a two-tier justice system exposed yet again.
Just like the Hunter plea deal, sweetheart deal, slap on the wrist.
No more investigations.
We'll we'll get rid of all of them until the judge exposed that fraud.
Appreciate you being with us.
Also in Ohio.
Is that your name?
Schutz?
Hello.
Shoots are you there.
Shoots going once.
Shoots going twice.
Uh sold.
Oh shoot.
I wanted to, you know, shoot.
I can't believe we didn't get shoots on the air.
Shoots.
Shoot, what's happening?
So what's on your mind?
Shoot away.
Okay.
Um, what is uh Biden doing?
Is he utilizing the Navy and all the resources with the uh the deal going on with that island?
What's the name of that island?
We see it on TV on the other.
Oh, the one that, you know, where they have th uh 1,300 missing people and 105 people dead, that one?
I don't want to get in the way.
There's uh there's nothing to get in the way of.
The place has been decimated.
And you know, we're paying what, 2300 he's given on average per capita per person in in Ukraine in aid, and yet, you know, they're offering seven hundred dollars a household.
Are you kidding me?
Exactly.
Well, and why why Joe, what do you think about the people in Hawaii?
I'm like, wow.
I thought I thought liberals were the most compassionate and cared the most, and and it was conservatives that were a bunch of cold, heartless SOBs.
Maybe maybe I misread that.
I don't know.
No, no, I don't think so.
Hey, is he utilizing the Navy?
You got the world's largest Navy, an island or two away.
Is he utilizing that resource to help this situation out in Maui?
We've seen nothing but a slow response.
Uh I saw Tulsi Gabbard's comment.
She's from Hawaii, and that it has been a local response by and large.
Uh yes, because of the criticism now.
Uh Joe announced he's gonna show up on Monday.
Uh, maybe Joe will realize he could have gotten there a lot sooner, but uh did not prioritize it, and maybe he should have commented on it sooner, and maybe federal aid should have been delivered sooner in in mass.
Uh, you know, you compare the the harsh criticism of Donald Trump with Puerto Rico, the harsh criticism of President Bush on Katrina.
Right.
And uh oh, lo and behold, no, this is a two-tier justice system and a a corrupt, abusively biased news media.
That's what it is.
Argument.
Hey, keep it up and appreciate all you do.
All right, my friend, thank you.
Uh 800, 941 Sean, if you want to be a part shoot's back.
Schutz, you're back.
What's up, Schutz?
Shoots is back.
All right.
Is that really your name, Schutz?
I hit my karaoke name at Magoose.
It's Baguz, what's my goose?
It's a pool hall.
You like the pool hall?
Where you live in uh Cincinnati?
Where do you live in in Ohio?
Well, right now I'm staying in New Hampshire.
I'm at I'm at this uh I'm at uh Bethlehem.
Okay.

Um, one of the things that I wanted to ask was that um, you know, there's a lot of people, or I wanted to say that there's a lot of people that sit there and say that if we do a bunch of like welfare policies, socialist policies and stuff that's gonna turn us into Venezuela.
Have you heard that?
Uh, yeah.
I mean, I've given out all the economic statistics in the last number of days, and it is an unmitigated failure and disaster.
What part of that are you missing?
Okay, what I wanted to find out, I wanted to ask you this.
Do you happen to know how many?
Now, this might sound like I'm being smart, like or whatever, but go be smart, Alec.
Go ahead.

I would imagine none.
Oh, boom.
