Time Text
This is an iHeart podcast.
Joe Biden did nothing, nothing, not even approximating improper, much less wrong or illegal.
There is no evidence linking Joe Biden to anything related to Hunter Biden.
Most Americans are a $400 unexpected expense away from bankruptcy.
Republicans may have to find something else to criticize me for.
Now that inflation is coming down, maybe they'll decide to impeach me because it's coming down.
I don't know.
I love that one.
Freedom is back in style.
Accenture Sean Hennedy.
The new Sean Hennity Show.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
Coming up next, our final news roundup and information overload hour.
All right, news, roundup, information overload hour.
Glad you're with us.
Toll-free, our number is 800-941.
Sean, you want to be a part of the program?
You know, it's amazing.
Morning, Liberal Joe.
What happened to Joe?
For three years, part of a network and a show, non-stop, never-ending lies, conspiracies, Trump-Russia collusion, Russia collusion, stormy, stormy, stormy.
And there's been almost a complete blackout on the Joe Biden bribery allegation scandal that is now ongoing.
And by the way, if you read Devin Archer's deposition, which we've been going over all throughout the day today, and you go through it with great detail, it is devastating to both Bidens, but especially Joe Biden, the big guy, the brand,
as they say, and obviously the person that was so necessary that Burisma was paying all this money to his crack addict son, who had no experience with Ukraine or with energy, and paying him a fortune, but saying we need DC's help desperately.
And Devin Archer even going as far as to admitting they'd probably be bankrupt if it weren't for the Bidens.
So the money they've given Joe vis-a-vis Hunter, Hunter implicates his own father on his laptop.
Half his income goes to Pops, paying for Pops' home repairs, 10% for the big guy.
So Pops did his job.
Pops, you know, leveraged a billion dollars, got the prosecutor that was destroying Burisma, about to destroy Burisma and Hunter Biden out of the way.
And lo and behold, the family benefits financially because Hunter continues to get paid.
There's full family enrichment in all of this.
So they have a complete blackout of the Biden, Joe Biden bribery scandal allegations over at MSDNC.
But no, Liberal Joe, literally between one hour this morning, and we're not duplicating this, mentioned Trump's name 70 times.
But they're not biased at all.
They have no opinion at all.
No coverage of the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegations.
But Trump, they're still obsessed with them.
All these years later, this has gone on from the minute this man came down that escalator at Drum Tower.
Listen.
Thank you for being with us this morning.
And we'll begin the week with the latest on former President Donald Trump.
Donald Trump trumps Trump's.
heard from Trump, Donald Trump, Mr. Trump, Mr. Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump's mouth, Trump's Trump, Trump, Trump advisors, Trump, the Trump situation, Trump, Trump, Trump's President Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, four more years, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, as it relates to Trump, Donald Trump, that's Donald Trump.
Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump.
Donald Trump, Trump himself, and Trumpism.
Donald Trump.
Donald Trump's Donald Trump.
Yeah, Trump Trump is.
Trump.
I'm Donald Trump.
Hang on.
So Donald Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Donald Trump still had on Morning Joe.
Donald Trump plus.
We've got Trump plus.
That's former President Trump.
Trump.
Let's start with President Trump, former President Trump, Donald Trump, Trump, Donald Trump, the Trump world.
Donald Trump.
Trump.
Trump trained.
Donald Trump.
With Trump's Trump.
Donald Trump, Trump's employees.
Great analysis, as always.
Thank you for joining us this morning and still ahead here on Morning Joe.
Donald Trump.
Liberal Morning Joe.
That's what you get.
Trump Trump.
Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump, Trump.
I mean, it's hilarious.
Over fake news CNN and another blackout of the devastating takedown Devin Archer and the revelations he made before the House Oversight Committee earlier in the week.
Now that we have the deposition that we've gone over in great detail today, we'll go over in great detail tonight on Hannity, 9 Eastern.
But they're baffled.
Why are Republican candidates attacking Trump?
I don't understand it.
Well, first of all, Mike Pence is.
Chris Christie is basically the co-host of Liberal Morning Joe and the co-host of Georgie Stephanopoulos' little program that fewer and fewer people are watching over at ABC.
And all he's running on is, I hate Donald Trump.
Very rarely mentions Joe Biden.
Hey, I hate Donald Trump.
But anyway, they're baffled.
Why aren't they attacking Trump more?
I still am just confused at why everybody is scared to death to call this what it is.
I mean, if you're a member of the House, you're a member of the Senate, I get it, you have a reelection.
Let's just put the moral aside and say that's the actual reason they have a re-election.
But these candidates running for president, I think they're still hoping, just like in 2016, that somehow this magic pony is going to come out of the sky and Donald Trump is going to be taken out of this race.
And since they showed enough fealty to Donald Trump, maybe now they can scrape up some of his voters and win.
It's not going to happen.
And only Chris Christie and a couple others have had the courage to do anything.
It just blows me away.
You're running for president.
Gloria, you agree with that?
I totally agree.
I don't know what DeSantis is waiting for here.
Look, this is a former president who has a 54% popularity in the Republican Party.
He's beating DeSantis by a boatload.
What have you got to lose at this point?
You have to take on, you know, Donald Trump.
Well, maybe it's just that Ron DeSantis who said that we really need to reform the Justice Department because it's been weaponized.
And certainly you need fair venues for trials.
And, you know, having Donald Trump on trial in Washington, D.C., you know, you can indict a ham sandwich.
You can convict a Republican or conservative ham sandwich in D.C., New York, Fulton County, Georgia.
And he spoke his opinions on it.
Sorry that it dares to differ than the idiots over fake news CNN that not many people are watching anyway.
Anyway, here to join us and discuss Carol Roth, author of the New York Times bestseller, You Will Own Nothing.
Oh, that's so reassuring.
Mark Simone, host of New York's number one morning show, breaking down the lack of coverage by the media discoveries made into the Biden family syndicate.
I don't know whether to laugh or cry.
There's a part of me that realizes, you know, this is pretty funny.
But then I look at Insider Advantage, Matt Towery's poll, and fully 50% of the country, Carol Roth, they don't even know about the full extent of the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegations.
No, well, first of all, Sean, that super cut that you did on Trump's name was amazing.
I think you could actually release that as a rap single.
So you should probably look into that because that was unbelievable.
It really could.
I mean, you could do it, you know, a little, but they put up a record player and they scratch it backwards.
You can put a little scratch in there, that noise, put a little beat behind it.
I think we could really turn it into a dance version mix of this.
Yeah, we'll get you some high tops and the whole look.
It could be a new thing, maybe a few gold.
Telling you, I can make money.
This is a new future for me.
That's right.
We're going to rebrand it.
It is staggering to me the fact that you have this entire scandal going on around Hunter Biden.
Whether or not you love the Bidens for whatever reason, you certainly cannot think that Hunter Biden's apparent commitment to professionalism and good decision-making is how he's getting on boards of directors internationally or becoming an incredible art star.
But like you said, they're not hearing about it because the rest of the media is so obsessed with Trump.
They have been obsessed with Trump for about eight years, and they really don't understand what Trump stands for.
But more importantly, I think, is that he is their meal ticket.
They have to talk about Trump because if he's not doing anything, even if that's just breathing, nobody is tuning into those channels.
So he has been their cash cow for eight years now, and that's why you have all of those cuts that you can put together on your new rap album.
All right.
So Mark Simone, on the day Devin Archer, you know, longtime business partner, friend of Hunter Biden, testified before the House Oversight Committee, fake news, CNN, MSDNC, they flooded the airwaves talking about Donald Trump.
And there actually was a study that came out about this.
Shouldn't shock anybody.
That between 6 a.m. and 4 p.m. Eastern, CNN, fake news, MSDNC made a combined 759 mentions of Donald Trump, only mentioning Devin Archer only 48 times.
I mean, it's kind of laughable, actually.
Hey, I happened to watch Morning Swamp, Morning Joe, this morning.
You watched that show?
Just for comic relief, I put it on a little after 8 o'clock.
He's talking nonstop about Trump.
As you know, when you're talking about something in the control room, they'll put up pictures of whatever you're talking about on the screen.
So a picture of Trump came up, and he stopped, and he said, get that off the screen.
I can't look at him.
Like a child, and then went on to talk about him for another 40 minutes.
Besides everything else, besides the incredible job he did as president, Donald Trump holds the all-time record in human history, the most talked about covered guy in the history of the world.
Nobody has ever been covered nonstop night and day.
I mean, it's happened once in a while.
Somebody dominates the news, but only for a couple weeks.
Nobody's ever done it for years on end.
All right, quick break.
More with Carol Roth, more with Mark Simone on the other side.
Then your call's coming up.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We continue with Carol Roth and Mark Simone, and then we'll get to your calls, 800-941, Sean.
What do you make of, I mean, we've been watching this all day.
He leaves Bedminster, and it's like the O.J. Simpson Bronco chase.
And they follow the car to Newark Airport, and then they follow the plane taking off.
And then they follow the plane when it lands in D.C.
And they follow the caravan to the courthouse.
Then they follow the caravan out of the courthouse, back to the airplane, back to Bedminster.
I mean, what do you make of that coverage?
That is the biggest tribute to that's how big you are.
If they'll spend money to get a helicopter to follow you around, you know, look at the picture.
That's never happened to me.
I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing.
But I'm watching the pictures of Joe Biden on the beach.
Look at him on the beach.
Nobody's even looking at him.
It's a public speech note.
By the way, I've seen the pictures.
You don't want to look.
Somebody please buy the man a t-shirt.
And, you know, did you see him trying to move his beach chair on the sand?
Did you see the late-night walk with Joe Biden?
And it's like Jill's holding him up because he's struggling walking in the sand and the beaches of Delaware.
Oh, I thought he was an incredible hunk.
You could see why he was a great life.
Yeah.
Is that your version of an incredible hunk?
Wow, corn pop must have been quite.
I don't know.
Carol, your thoughts.
Yeah, I mean, but I mean, that's like, you know, watching Weekend at Bernie's versus watching Trump, which is like watching one of the Rocky movies, right?
So which one are you going to put on the screen?
The one with the guy who can barely move around or the one that's creating all of the excitement.
And I think, you know, whether it's intentional or not, what the media is doing, the corporate press, the DNCs, as he says, they're making Trump even more of a martyr, and they're strengthening him.
They're keeping any other GOP candidate and whatever it is that they're talking about completely out of the news.
And they are locking him in.
They're locking in the support, even from people who may not have been his number one fan, but says, I don't like what is happening to him.
I don't think this is fair if they can do this to him.
What could they possibly do to me?
They're making him that martyr, and they're basically ensuring that he is going to be the GOP nominee.
Yeah, you know, I think Donald Trump should give the Bidens $5 million to get this prosecutor fire, too.
That might not be a bad idea.
It's worth every penny, right?
But any normal American can figure out what Biden did.
They had to get rid of the prosecutor.
They hired the Bidens, gave him $10 million.
All right, but stop for a second.
You said every normal American.
There are people.
I mean, Donald Trump takes up more space in people's minds than any one person living.
Okay?
So there are more people that will defend the indefensible.
And it's like if you have Joe Biden on tape murdering somebody, I think they'd still support him.
Am I wrong?
Well, but they can tell you what Biden did.
Nobody can explain to you what Trump did.
I keep hearing he tried to overthrow our democracy.
Well, how?
Well, he tried to end America.
Nobody can explain exactly what he did that they're pointing to.
Well, I don't think so either.
Can you name anything, Carol?
It's all very nuanced.
Anything that people say that, oh, this is the issue, it's some sort of derivative of that.
But I have an idea, Sean.
What we need to do is we need to show everybody the movie, The Godfather.
I think people have forgotten how that works.
And it's one of my favorite movies.
I will spare you my Brando impersonation.
I'll do it for you.
I want to say to everybody that's sitting at this table tonight that I will not break this truce that we have agreed to tonight.
But should something befall my son, Michael, I will hold all of you at this table accountable for whatever happens to him, even if it be an accident.
You will be responsible.
Well, what's my grade?
Bravisimo, bravisimo.
That was perfect.
But look what you said.
You said that my son is sitting.
I'm talking to you at this table.
He didn't get on the phone with people.
He met people in a room or in a park bench.
And when his capos and his soldiers went out to do the dirty work, people knew what they were talking about.
that they were the representatives for the big guy, for the godfather.
And that's exactly what happened here.
And the fact that anybody could not put those two dots together means that we need to either show them the godfather again or Sean just have you continue to do your impersonation.
I'm not sure that's going to go over very well.
Anyway, Carol Roth, Mark Simone, thank you both.
Appreciate it.

Let's head to Alabama.
David, next, Sean Hannity Show.
What's going on, David?
Spent two great years in Alabama.
What's going on?
Well, we'd love to have you back anytime you want to get here, Sean.
We still bishop.
Well, you're very kind.
I love it.
And great people down there.
What's going on?
Look, thank you for that.
You know, everybody made all this ruckus after, you know, the closed door here.
It should never have been, you know, about Simone's comments about, you know, look, Joe talked about the weather, you know, for an hour.
You know, he talked about the everybody said, no, there's no way he can talk about the weather.
Well, I think he can because he can talk about whether his son is going to get an outrageous salary for a job he's not qualified for or whether they're going to just pay a big upsum, you know, lump sum figure up front like the Chinese did.
I think that's the weather they were considering that Joe would handle for an hour.
Well, I think, you know, you, you know, the bottom line is the media mob is the media mob, right?
We're not going to get information from them.
We're not going to get intellectual honesty from Democrats.
You know, they're all fixated, as we've been discussing today, all things Trump every minute, every second, every hour of every day.
And that's it.
This is who they are.
This is who they will forever be.
And, you know, truth, they didn't care that they lied for three years and spread nothing but pure speculation and conspiracy theories regarding Trump and Russia.
There's no remorse at all whatsoever in these people.
And, you know, so, you know, in the case of Devin Archer, they just ignore it.
They're not stupid.
I mean, they're partisan, they're hacks, but they're not dumb.
And, you know, obviously they've got to see that Joe Biden's involvement and lying about his involvement with his son in his foreign business dealings and enriching his own family, that these are really serious, you know, bribery allegations.
And I think the evidence now is becoming fairly overwhelming.
And if we had an attorney general that wasn't politicized and a DOJ that wasn't weaponized, I think Joe Biden would be looking at something far worse than impeachment.
Although you can't indict a sitting president, he'd have to wait till he's out of office.
We'd have to wait till he's out of office.
This is true, but look who's waiting in the wings.
Yeah, that's a scary thought.
I'm not going to disagree.
All right, David, Alabama.
Thank you, my friend.
God bless you.
Let us say hi to Michael San Antonio, WOAI.
What's up, Michael?
How are you?
Hey, how you doing, Sean?
Pleasure to be on your show.
First time caller, long time listener.
I got a couple of things here.
I think, in my own opinion, that there's a consortium of politicians working together, taking bribes, stealing money, and making these rules up and protecting each other.
And it goes all the way back to Hillary Clinton.
It's got Pelosi.
Well, look at the enrichment of the Clinton family.
I mean, we can go back to, you know, the foundation, et cetera.
I mean, nobody ever gets held accountable if they're a Democrat.
And look at the way they treat Donald Trump.
I mean, let's just stand back for a second and look at the charges.
New York about payments to Stormy Daniels from, what, 2015 or 16?
Okay.
Then you got the issue down in Florida, document scandal.
Okay, well, Hillary Clinton had a top secret classified information.
They didn't raid her house or her office.
They're worried about, well, Donald Trump may have deleted or asked to have deleted surveillance camera footage.
Well, Hillary Clinton did delete 33,000 emails with bleach pit.
But no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute or even look into it.
Joe Biden had top secret classified information going back to his days in the Senate at four separate locations.
No raids, no consequences at all whatsoever.
You know, you look at all of this or January 6th.
Okay, we're going to ignore, you know, many of you will peacefully, patriotically march to the Capitol so your voices will be heard.
We're going to ignore the fact that Democrats themselves looked at the Trump election in 2016 as illegitimate, that they themselves, you know, talked at length and pushed the idea of alternate electors.
Oh, okay.
Well, it's the Democrats.
They can do whatever they want.
That's a system of justice that is not equal.
That is unequal justice under the law.
That is not the equal application of our laws either.
And that is what a weaponized Department of Justice looks like, and that's what we're living under.
And you're absolutely correct.
And that's what the sleight of hand of distraction attacking Trump with all these indictments to be locked up.
That's what it's all about.
Keep everything on the view about Trump being locked up so Biden and everything can be slid under the carpet just like they did with Hillary Clinton.
Well, I mean, the Clintons got away with it.
Look at all the people involved in lying on FISA applications.
They all got away with it.
Hillary Clinton's dirty Russian dossier, they got away with it.
The FBI putting their thumb on the scales and cinder blocks on the scales of two presidential elections.
Nobody held accountable.
This is an inflection point for the country when it comes to the issue of the rule of law.
It just is.
Republicans spitting on the sidewalk, jaywalking, unpaid parking tickets might land you in jail for 25 years.
Everybody else gets away with whatever.
Yes, sir.
And it's a violation of our Constitution when they attack an ex-sitting president and say that he couldn't say those things of his belief about the fraud of the election where he was stolen from him.
That's his belief.
That's his freedom and right of speech to be able to think that and want.
Well, just like all the Democrats, Nancy Pelosi, Hillary Clinton, Stacey Abrams, and anybody and everybody in between, they all express the same sentiment.
Illegitimate president, illegitimate president, wasn't elected, blah, blah, blah.
Same thing.
And that's why there was never an actual real investigation into the election fraud.
Because if you think he's an illegitimate president, then the next election, we're just going to steal it and make our president.
And that's exactly what they did.
Now we have the Republican House.
If we can continue with this momentum and get Trump back in the office, a lot of things that have been done these past two and a half years, going on four years now, will get straightened out.
But it's going to take a full four years of Trump and the Republicans working together to get this done.
Let me just tell you this.
And for those that say, oh, Trump can't win, fake news CNN poll, generally speaking, you have more confidence in Biden or the Republicans in Congress to deal with the major issues facing the country.
Republicans, 54, Biden, 45.
That is a big disparity.
More than two-thirds of Republicans believe that Biden's 2020 election victory was not legitimate.
And if you look at a fake news CNN comparison, by the way, that somebody over there, they tried to compare Donald Trump's indictment to the killing of bin Laden.
I mean, it's unbelievable what the types of things they say and get away with over there.
But if you look at even fake news CNN, they had a polling analysis that says Trump is in a better position to win this time around than he was in 2016 or 2020.
Now, I think it's too early in the process to tell, but something we certainly should pay attention to.
Mike San Antonio, love you, man.
Appreciate you being out there.
800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Sarah, Georgia, next Sean Hannity Show.
How are you, Sarah?
I'm doing great.
Thanks for taking my call, Sean.
Thank you for calling.
What's happening?
Well, I listen to you every day.
I love your show.
And I just had a quick question for you.
I've heard you say a couple times, which I believe is true as well, that a sitting president cannot be indicted.
Correct.
So my question is, if we actually pull this off, God willing, and Trump gets reelected as the president, he would then be the sitting president.
Do all these indictments go away?
Well, what would happen?
Let's just assume based on the current calendar, we expect at least phase one of these trials will be adjudicated.
Now, let me just, I'm not going to be pollyannish about this.
Let me be very real with you.
I think the odds of Donald Trump getting a fair trial in New York City, where only 12% of the population voted for him, is zero.
I think in D.C., where only 5.4% of the population voted for him, I don't think he can get a fair trial there either.
Fulton County, Georgia, well, give them credit.
24% of the population voted there for him.
I don't think he can get a fair trial in Fulton County.
Now, I do believe that if it goes up to the Georgia Supreme Court, Donald Trump wins hands down, especially having read that transcript over and over and over again.
And in each case, and I assume that'll be the case in Georgia too, you have prosecutorial overreach.
And I think in the case of Washington, D.C., it might not even make it to court.
I think there's going to be certainly an effort to get it thrown out before they even have a trial, and that would be in the appellate courts.
But certainly, this would be a case that could go all the way up to the Supreme Court, and I think the Supreme Court would have to take it.
And in New York, even the New York Supreme Court is not as liberal as you might think.
I'm not saying they're conservative, but they have made some very interesting rulings over the years.
So that's where it's ultimately headed.
Now, if he's the president, can he pardon himself?
I've always viewed and seen, and I've talked to many constitutional scholars about it, the power of the pardon is an absolute power.
And I believe that he would have the ability to pardon himself.
I think Joe Biden would have the ability to pardon himself and Hunter as well on federal charges.
That would not take away any state charge issues that might remain.
Wow.
Yeah.
That was going to be my next question.
You know, if he, can he pardon himself?
Because I've heard that before, too.
I just, you know, I live in Georgia and there's a lot of Trump lovers here.
I think he should have pardoned himself and his entire family out the door and just put an end to this because this was all predictable.
I know.
I live in Georgia and I just hate what Georgia's doing to him.
I live in Charlton County, so I'm nowhere near Fulton County, but there's a bunch of people in Georgia that I say we're a red state.
That's what I say.
I don't know.
I mean, Georgia is probably at the top of my list of the state that I'm most worried about in a national election.
I really am.
Yeah.
And I think there's a fortune being spent there.
Now, you can look at Governor Kemp's massive victory.
You know, I wish Governor Kemp would have done more to help Herschel Walker.
I think had he done a lot more, he could have pulled Herschel over the finish line.
I really believe that.
But I think the battle between Kemp and President Trump did not serve President Trump well in the state of Georgia.
And I would hope if he's the nominee that at the end of this process, the people of Georgia, you know, will come around.
Look, I was in Georgia from the years, what, 92 to 96 broadcasting on the radio down there.
And that was the period from the early point when I got there that, you know, Georgia up to that point had been pretty hardcore Democrat.
And it switched to Republican.
Remember, Speaker Murphy and that gang ran the whole Capitol and the whole state.
And they lost power.
Republicans took over.
Newt became Speaker in 94.
I was his MC the night he became Speaker at the Cobb Galleria.
A great time in my life.
I'll tell you that.
I felt like I was a part of history.
But I do believe, generally speaking, it's a conservative state.
I just think that there is some hostility towards Donald Trump, probably related to Governor Kemp.
And I don't know.
I'd like to see the two of them work out whatever differences they may have when all is said and done.
Yeah, well, my husband and I personally, we did not support Kemp.
We swore we would never vote for him again when all that fraud went on, which we saw, the videotape that you speak about all the time, of them boxes being pulled from underneath the table.
So we're not dumb.
We all know what's going on.
We know what they're doing to Trump is wrong.
So I just hate it.
I just hate it.
Appreciate the call, Sarah.
We look at our election system.
I think it's fair to say that there are many legitimate questions about its accuracy, about its integrity.
How are you going to keep it from us being able to be in a position where you can manipulate the machines, manipulate directors?
I kept voting in the Senate race, kept voting for the Democrat, Republican name kept coming up.
Three times that happened.
How many other votes did the computers get wrong?
I brought in some technology experts.
They were able to hack into our machines from off-site in about five or six minutes.
And within four minutes, they were able to change a vote.
The legitimacy of any president that's elected is going to be impaired unless the American people understand that there has been a full and fair count of all the votes.
All right, that's going to wrap things up for today.
