	Remember the OJ Simpson cart Bronco chase?
	Remember every TV camp, every channel in America was covering that chase and what was going on and on and on.
	All right, so Donald Trump leaves Bedminster, and it's the same thing.
	They follow that caravan all the way to Newark Airport.
	And Donald Trump gets in his, I think he has a Boeing 757, the Trump Force One, whatever you want to call it, gets in the plane.
	And they watch the plane.
	They cover the plane taking off.
	They're waiting for the plane to land in Washington, D.C.
	And I mean, this is insane.
	Now, meanwhile, today, there's other big news that, and I just happen to have in my studio three television sets, you know, set to three cable channels.
	The only one that I really care about is my cable channel.
	But anyway, so I'm watching former President Trump motorcade on the way to the courthouse now.
	Earlier it was on the way to the airport.
	Well, it's a short trip from New Jersey to D.C.
	And they'll do this all day as he's being arraigned.
	And meanwhile, Devin Archer's transcript came out today.
	You know, because we seem to be the only ones that want to cover this.
	And yet it's a pretty big, big story.
	We'll play later in the program today on Liberal Joe.
	I mean, whatever happened to Joe Scarborough, I have no idea.
	I don't dislike the guy.
	I don't really care what his opinions are.
	I can't watch that show.
	It's unwatchable to me.
	But in the course of one hour, they mentioned Donald Trump 70 times.
	We're going to play it for you later.
	You can't even make this up.
	If you look on the day that Devin Archer, the business associate right there with Hunter Biden, you know, is wingman in all these deals, China, Russia, Ukraine, et cetera, et cetera.
	You know, we now have his deposition that he gave earlier in the week, and it is devastating to Joe Biden.
	And not only does it expose what is the big lie, I mean, and it is a big lie that I never once spoke to my son Hunter or my brother or anybody for that matter one time about their foreign business dealings, which evolved into only in the last two weeks.
	I never went in business with them.
	Anyway, but then you look at another study.
	I'm not sure if it was, I'm not sure who put this study.
	I guess it was Newsbusters put it out.
	And anyway, they looked at on the day that Devin Archer testified before the House Oversight Committee this week, fake news, CNN, MSDNC flooded the airwaves with their favorite topic, Donald Trump.
	And they actually counted that between 6 a.m. in the morning and 4 p.m. Eastern, fake news, CNN, MSDNC combined had a whopping 759 mentions of Donald J. Trump, while at the same time only mentioning Devin Archer 48 times.
	Now, we've gone through chapter, verse, and today we've got a lot more specificity that we're going to share with you about what's going on with Joe Biden.
	Now, you would think that these very same news people, Donald Trump is a liar, George Bush lied, and people died.
	That I thought they cared about truth.
	They don't care about the truth.
	They care about their political agenda.
	And all they care about now is doing everything they can do to continue to bludgeon Donald J. Trump.
	It doesn't matter that they spent three years pushing lies and conspiracy theories about something we now know was false, an investigation that never should have been opened, according to John Durham.
	Operation Crossfire Hurricane.
	We now know that they couldn't corroborate not one single solitary detail of Hillary Clinton's dirty, bought and paid-for Russian disinformation dossier.
	We know that its author, Christopher Steele, couldn't accept a million dollars as a bounty from the FBI to corroborate any of it in early October 2016.
	But then even though they couldn't corroborate it, it didn't stop them from using it as the bulk of information.
	It was critical, according to Andrew McCabe, the deputy FBI director.
	If they didn't have the dossier, they never would have gotten the FISA warrants approved to spy on Carter Page and backdoor spy on a candidate, Donald Trump, and then a president, Donald Trump.
	They don't seem to care about any of this.
	But so we got this deposition, and I spent a lot of time reading this today.
	And it is far more devastating than I think they even explained from the beginning when you dig down deep and we can see how Congressman Goldman is a liar, and he took one little phrase completely out of context about the weather and tried to just spin it and lie to the American people.
	Interesting that no other Democrat was as dumb as he is.
	And Jim Jordan, by the way, will join us at the top of the next hour.
	You've got Zolachewski and other Burisma executives, you know, and talking about Burisma.
	Burisma is a big part of this whole thing.
	And the fact that they needed DC help, Archer said the request, basically the request is like, can DC help?
	Even went further later in his deposition to say Burisma would have gone bankrupt but for the involvement of DC help.
	What was the DC help?
	The DC help obviously was Joe Biden.
	What was the brand?
	Well, the brand, as I said to you the other day, was not Hunter the crack addict.
	The Biden brand wasn't Hunter the hooker lover, the prostitute patron.
	It was Joe Biden, the big guy himself.
	One point they even asked him, well, we're talking about Joe Biden here.
	Joe Biden was the brand.
	Yes, Joe Biden was the brand.
	Can D.C. help?
	And he also said, can we get help in D.C.?
	They needed it desperately.
	They wouldn't have survived.
	And the biggest request from the United States government was to deal with pressure because the prosecutor, let me read it to you.
	The request was help from the U.S. government.
	And by government, they're talking about Joe Biden to deal with pressure that they were under from their prosecutor.
	That's Victor Shokin.
	That's the guy that Joe Biden leveraged a billion dollars to have fired.
	And that entailed freezing the assets also at the London Bank and other things that were going on in Ukraine.
	Correct.
	All happening because this company was under a serious real investigation by a real prosecutor.
	Now, part of that investigation included payments to a crack addict who had no experience in energy, oil, gas, and Ukraine because he said so on Good Morning America.
	So what did Hunter Biden do after the request?
	Archer, I didn't hear the call, but he called his dad.
	Now, all of this got set up in December of 2015, December 4th, if you want me to be precise.
	And when they were in Dubai and the head of Burisma is there and some of the other top officials from Burisma were there, you know, and then Devin Archer goes into great specificity and detail about being privy to Hunter Biden regularly calling his father around Hunter Biden's foreign business partners, foreign nationals that they were trying to work with or were working with.
	And Archer confirmed, yes, that's what Joe was used for.
	And then he's asked, tell the committee about it.
	He said, as for the specifics, we can talk about it.
	But Hunter spoke to his dad.
	And in certain circumstances, when you're, you know, if his dad calls him at dinner and picks up the phone and there's a conversation, and the conversation is generally about the weather and, you know, what it's like in Norway or Paris or wherever you happen to be, that happened.
	Are you aware that Hunter Biden putting his or have been told that Hunter Biden putting his father on speakerphone?
	Yeah, that all happened.
	And then he gives the specifics there at dinners and different meetings.
	And he goes into very specific ones.
	And, you know, a dinner in Paris with a French energy company.
	You know, we're speaking to one of their advisors.
	In other words, another foreign national.
	And it was really a Rosemond Seneca advisor stuff.
	Anyway, so that was the pitch.
	And Joe Biden was the closer.
	And he talked about the different people at the meeting.
	He talked about China.
	And he talked about the varying officials that were spoken to there.
	He talked about the meeting with Yelena Batarina.
	She is the Russian oligarch billionaire.
	But by the way, it was not on the sanctions list that they put out for every other Russian oligarch.
	I wonder why.
	Anyway, then they talked about some of the leaders of Kazakhstan and other leaders of other European countries.
	It seemed like they really had a heavy focus and energy with China, Russia, and even France.
	And this was all about making money.
	And I was a little shocked to discover, I had no idea, but remember we talked about the $3.5 million in payments from the former first lady of Moscow, this Russian oligarch?
	Yeah.
	Well, then he also gives other specific details.
	Yeah, we had heard there might have been $100 million investment in a real estate venture.
	Turns out that it was $120 million according to this testimony.
	I mean, that is an insane amount of money.
	And that, you know, that this happened on a regular basis over the time that they were doing business at pivotal moments with these foreign nationals and these foreign countries, all in an effort for Joe Biden, the guy that said he never spoke to his son, never spoke to his brother, never spoke to anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
	And Archer says that Joe was put on the phone to sell the brand.
	He was put on the phone on speakerphone with these foreign entities and these foreign partners.
	You know, and you know, at one point, some archer said it was a little odd.
	It's, I mean, it's quite obvious what we were talking around.
	In other words, Joe was put to show.
	Don't worry, we got my father here because they didn't want to be in business.
	We know from the 1023 form that the burisma head did not want to pay Hunter all of this money, but he admits that he was buying access to Joe.
	And when they reached out to DC for help, the help was going to come from Joe.
	And then they talk about the political influence of all this.
	Did they seek to use political influence to help you raise capital?
	And, you know, he said, well, we would discuss having, you know, an understanding of DC, and that was a differentiating component of us being able to raise capital.
	And he just says it straight out.
	Did you intimate ever that you would give some kind of unique access as you were meeting with clients, et cetera, et cetera, with Joe Biden?
	And at that time, vice president, yeah, again, I think I answered that in the same before.
	Yeah, we would say we had a unique understanding of D.C. and how it operates and how you could positively reflect that on the terms of our business.
	Yes, they were selling Joe.
	Did Hunter ever indicate to you that Chinese anticipated that his father out of office might join their company?
	I don't recall, but potentially, but it's not new to you.
	No, it's not new to me.
	Not at all.
	That means that was all discussed.
	Anyway, as it relates to the Russian oligarch, former First Lady of Moscow, Yelena Batarina, you know, now we found out and got the confirmation.
	Peter Schweitzer right again.
	That really the first investment was 3.5 to Rosemont Seneca.
	Then they invested close to $120 million with Rosemont Realty.
	So that's $120 million from a Russian oligarch.
	I want to know about the $1.5 billion deal with the Bank of China.
	I want to know about whether a $5 million forgivable no-interest loan actually happened.
	Archer actually saying about Burisma, they would have gone out of business if they didn't have the Biden brand attached to it.
	There was an entire DC team that handled public affairs on behalf of Burisma.
	Archer said it's fair to say that Hunter brought in a group of government affairs and lobbyist experts to handle interactions between Burisma and the U.S. government agencies.
	Well, that might shed some light on why he had met at different times with John Kerry and the likes of him, and why John Kerry's son was involved in some of these other deals.

	You know, Miranda Devine laid it out really, really well in her piece today because, you know, Devin Archer, before he went to the committee this week, he had canceled multiple appointments to testify before Congress.
	Then, of course, testified Monday.
	And only today did we get the transcript.
	You know, and there were doubts by many as to what he would actually say.
	Miranda nailed pretty much what he was going to say last week in her column.
	But if there were worries about that, those worries, as I read this transcript, have been put to rest.
	She writes today, no matter how desperately Democrats and their media handmaidens try to spin Archer's testimony, he has changed the game.
	He did an interview with Tucker Carlson, and she goes on, it is categorical, and pointed out, he said, it's categorically false that Joe Biden had no role in his son's business or knowledge of it.
	Quote, this is from Devin Archer.
	He was aware of Hunter's business, Archer said.
	He met with Hunter's business partners.
	Then Archer described how Joe was the brand of the family business and was used to send signals of power, access, and influence, whether on speakerphone or meeting in person.
	There were dinners at Cafe Milano.
	That's, for example, with Badarina, the Russian oligarch, former first lady of Moscow.
	I didn't know until today, we never really had full corroboration, except, although I did believe Peter Schweitzer, he said it was likely north of $100 million that the Russian oligarch had invested in real estate ventures with this group of people.
	Anyway, and Joe had a dinner with the former First Lady of Moscow, former First Lady of Moscow, when sanctions were put down on Russian oligarchs, apparently, I guess, after the invasion of Ukraine, she was off the list.
	It's amazing what money will buy you if your friend give it to the right people.
	Anyway, there were dinners at Cafe Milano in D.C. with Hunter's benefactors from Ukraine, Russia, China, breakfast at the vice presidential residence in D.C., handshakes on the sidelines, Beijing meetings.
	Ultimately, it was access to the VP, VP Biden, that sent millions of dollars flowing into the Biden family conference.
	Well, what else do you want to call this when there's no way in hell the Bidens are that Hunter Biden is the Biden family brand?
	Devin Archer corroborates that point.
	So they need the big guy.
	They need Joe.
	And maybe this is why Hunter complains bitterly about giving half his income to Joe.
	Well, the problem is Hunter Biden on his own wouldn't have gotten any of these deals.
	You know, we also learned, by the way, remember he was living out on the west coast in Venice Beach.
	He had a rental home.
	Apparently, after spending these decades addicted to drugs and hookers, he's supposedly now living a life as an upstanding family man.
	Okay, if you want to believe that.
	But the latest Daily Mail report seems to bring questions into play about that.
	They report that Hunter Biden left his multi-million dollar Venice Beach, California rental home in a state of disarray and disrepair, owing approximately $80,000 in outstanding rent.
	The scandal-meyered first son rented the sprawling property on the edge of the Grand Canal two years ago, then moved in with his then 10-month-old son Bo and his second wife, Melissa, in February of 21.
	And according to one well-placed source, Hunter and Melissa were horrible tenants.
	They stipped the owner for months of rent.
	They left the house in a terrible condition.
	And at the time, and also the landlord said they were entitled.
	At the time, the imposing three-story property was owned by Sweet Green CEO, co-founder.
	I won't give the guy's name out.
	He deserves privacy.
	Anyway, the source added, they were totally disrespectful.
	Melissa was rude, entitled.
	They destroyed the stereo equipment in the home.
	And when someone came to fix it, they were uncooperative.
	They left the place filthy, dirty.
	And property records show that they sold the house for a loss.
	They wanted to get out of that house so badly.
	I don't know.
	They probably couldn't fumigate it enough.
	I have no idea why.
	Oh, by the way, this is really good news for Joe Biden.
	This is very, very, very important news about Joe.
	And that is that Hunter is now given the green light.
	The Bidens can now acknowledge after four long years his child in Arkansas, four-year-old little girl.
	He gave the green light to negate this.
	And by the way, this is NBC News actually reported it the right way.
	He gave the green light to acknowledge the child to negate a Republican line of attack.
	I don't think Maureen Dowd is part of a Republican line of attack.
	It's called human decency.
	The circumstances by which this girl came into the world, to me, is meaningless.
	It doesn't mean a thing.
	What matters is that is your family.
	He is the grandfather.
	Jill is the grandmother.
	And they ignored this little girl up until this point in her life.
	Joe Biden writes this letter to Devin Archer after the 2011 China lunch, despite claims of never discussing business with his son.
	It's just all one big lie from the vice president's office, January 20th, 2011.
	Dear Devin, I apologize for not getting a chance to talk to you at the luncheon yesterday.
	I was having trouble getting away from hosting President Hugh.
	I hope I get a chance to see you again soon with Hunter.
	I hope you enjoyed the lunch.
	Thanks for coming.
	Joe Biden Sr., I'm so happy you guys are together, handwritten.
	Isn't that really, really nice?
	That was very, very nice.
	You know, in this Tucker Carlson interview, he said, you know, was asked the question: well, what are the off-the-cuff thoughts on foreign target countries based on both your core relationships, your gut likelihood of success?
	Pointed out for me, it's China, Turkey, Argentina, Colombia, Norway, Serbia, Singapore, Korea, Canada, Germany, Australia, the Gulf region.
	Archer wrote, wow, pretty amazing.
	But don't worry, the media is not, they don't have time for this.
	They are too busy showing videos of Donald Trump's car driving from Bedminster to Newark Airport and from, I don't know, I guess he landed at Dulles, from Dulles Airport to the courthouse.
	And then I'm sure they'll have no problem covering the Trump caravan the whole way.
	See how sick the media is?
	See how corrupt they are?
	They're so corrupt.
	They are so abusively biased.
	But he was an active participant in the deals.
	You know, this, and by the way, there was a Biden lottery email that was captured.
	Jonathan Turley picked up on this.
	I don't know how I missed it.
	Hunter explains in an email to Devin Archer that I don't believe in lottery tickets anymore, but I do believe in the super chairman.
	The super is Che Feng, a Chinese businessman with close ties to the Chinese communist government and someone under criminal investigation for corruption.
	Lotteries are for suckers.
	Influence peddling, however, that's a sure thing for the Bidens in this case.
	Hunter Biden was, you know, the super was like mega millions and power ball combined, one article explained.
	Hunter explained once that they were the owners of a CIA super chairman back fund that I think the sky's the limit.
	And then in an interview, by the way, Archer explained, called on the, called the dinners and the meetings almost two dozen times and almost was essentially selling the brand.
	The brand was inside peddling of Joe Biden, the object of influence.
	It wasn't Hunter.
	Devin Archer makes very clear about that brand.
	Burisma would have gone out of business if it didn't have the brand.
	In other words, the brand is Joe, the brand attached to it.
	It is crystal clear how involved Joe was in all of this.
	You know, if you stand back, I mean, the pure spectacular nature of the lying to us, he lied as a candidate.
	He lied as president to the American people.
	It's unbelievable.
	Now, just compare and contrast for a minute all this and all that's going on with Donald Trump.
	All right.
	A document scandal.
	I'll tell you who else had top secret classified information.
	Hillary Clinton did.
	She had it on her servers.
	We believe that the Chinese hacked into it, actually had real-time hacking abilities into it.
	But no reasonable prosecutor or prosecute.
	They're worried about Donald Trump.
	And he might have ordered the surveillance tapes, you know, destroyed or the servers destroyed.
	Well, he says it didn't happen, meaning that all the tapes were handed over to the special counsel.
	We'll find out in time, but Hillary Clinton didn't get in trouble for deleting 33,000 subpoenaed emails.
	No raid of her Chappella home or office when it comes to getting the top secret classified information.
	You know, no problem if you destroy devices with hammers.
	The Biden family garage with Joe's beautiful stingray inside of it had top secret classified information.
	The UPenn Biden Center had top secret classified information.
	University of Delaware Office of Joe had top secret classified information.
	Joe Biden's beach home had top secret classified information.
	No raid there either.
	All right, that's one charge.
	Really, we're going to go back eight years and look at a $130,000 payment to Stormy Daniels in New York.
	And, you know, this is the thing on its surface.
	It wouldn't go far if you had a jurisdiction or a venue where it was even somewhat fair.
	I don't believe that any Republican or conservative can get a fair trial in New York City, where only 12% of the jury pool voted for Donald Trump.
	You know, there's a dearth of MAGA people watching in D.C. outside the courtroom, CNN is reporting.
	I'm like, well, only 5% of D.C. voted for Trump.
	It's not exactly Trump territory.
	And it's not like Donald Trump sent out a tweet.
	Come join us on January 6th and give this date.
	You know, it's so obvious.
	But it just captures the depth and the level of lying and corruption.
	And yet, nobody seems to care in the media.
	Democratic Party doesn't care.
	Now, this is going to be their candidate.
	Matt Towery, Insider Advantage, did a poll.
	And it shouldn't surprise you when you consider the New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, NBC, CBS, Fake News, CNN, MSDNC, all they talk about is Trump.
	The poll shows half the people don't even really know much, if anything at all, about the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation.
	But how could they?
	Because they're not covering it.
	But I will tell you this, I promise by the time November 2024 comes around, the American people will know.
	You know, unbelievable.

	You know, and why did your dad's administration appointees arrest me, try to put me in jail?

	Archer goes on to say he's depressed and curious because, quote, these Asians appearing to refer to the Chinese business partners were asking the same questions and getting in his head.
	And then Hunter responds, Buddy, are you serious?
	Because there's no connection between the two.
	The same, you know, the Justice Department can investigate and prosecute this president and his family.
	It does for all administrations.
	It's democracy, three co-equal branches of government.
	You're always more vulnerable to overreach of those co-equal branches when you're in power.
	Every president's family is held to a higher standard and is a target.
	It's the price of being in the most powerful group of people in the world.
	It's why our democracy remains so viable, Hunter goes on.
	It's unfair at times, but in the end, the system of justice usually works out, works, and like you, we are redeemed and the truth prevails.
	The unfairness allows for the greater good.
	Archer responded, he's depressed.
