Time Text
This is an iHeart podcast.
All right, our two Sean Hannity show.
Glad you're with us.
Toll-free, it is 800-941 Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
So, all right, so the big hearings in the House Oversight Committee from earlier today, you have liberal Congressman Congressman Daniel Goldman, as somebody put it on Twitter or X, whatever you want to call it these days, seemingly visually shaken, sweaty, and in a bit of a panic after Devin Archer's expected testimony.
Remember, this was not public.
It was a transcribed interview deposition with Devin over the weekend.
And we'll get into this.
Matt Gates is livid about this.
He'll join us in a second with Marjorie Taylor Greene about the fact that the Department of Justice, you know, over the weekend tried to write a letter in the hopes of getting Devin Archer in prison to serve out a sentence for this bond issue that he had been involved in, a one-year prison term, before he would testify before this committee, which is unbelievable.
But here's the best part of what Goldman did.
He did admit that Joe, quote, did coordinate with Hunter's business associates, but he was just to say hi, just hi.
Do you believe that?
Now, remember the evolution here.
We have Joe Biden as a candidate.
I'll play it for you to remind you, said over and over and over again, never once did he ever speak with his son, Hunter, about his foreign business dealings.
He didn't speak to Hunter.
He didn't speak to his brother, Jim, or anybody for that matter.
Listen.
Hey, President, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their business, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
Yes, I stand by that statement.
Okay, so Devin Archer goes in there today, and as Miranda Devine predicted, even Congressman Dan Goldman, who is Biden's de facto attorney and special pleader in all of this, clearly visibly shaken and having to even admit that, in fact, yeah, Devin said Joe did coordinate with Hunter's business associates and make these phone calls with foreign business operatives.
But he only wanted to say hi.
Listen.
Doesn't it contradict the president's statement saying that he never talked to any of Hunter Biden's business associates?
Clearly, he talked whether about the weather or whatever, but he said specifically that he's never talked to them.
Does this contradict him?
I don't know what his comment is.
And if we're going to, well, I don't think that's what he said.
He never said that he has never spoken to anyone.
He said that he had nothing to do with Hunter Biden's business dealings.
If he says hello to someone that he sees his son with, is he supposed to say, hi, son?
No, I'm not going to say hello to the other people at the table or the other people on the phone.
It's kind of a preposterous premise to think that a father should not say hello to people that the son are at dinner with, the son is at dinner with.
And that is literally all the evidence is.
That's all it is.
So we went from the evolution is I never once spoke to Hunter about his foreign business dealings.
I never was in business with Hunter.
Well, I did speak to his foreign business partners, but it was only to say hi.
Anyway, joining us now from the powerful House Judiciary Committee, Matt Gates is with us, great state of Florida.
And of course, with the House Oversight Committee, Marjorie Taylor Green from the great state of Georgia.
Marjorie, first, I know you know more about what happened today than I do.
Why don't you tell us what you learned?
Well, I'd love to tell you the truth is that Dean Goldman is a liar.
But even more so, Joe Biden is now proven to be a liar because I can give you a few details from this transcribed interview.
Devin Archer confirmed in his testimony today that he had Hunter, that he sat there while Hunter Biden spoke with his father, Joe Biden, and his business partners on the phone and in conversations more than 20 times about the business deals.
It wasn't about the weather.
It wasn't hellos and how are you.
He said that he witnessed Hunter Biden having Joe Biden in conversations about their business deals more than 20 times.
That means that Joe Biden has lied, and that gives us a lot of motivation to move forward with an impeachment inquiry.
Wow, that is, when you think of, look at how adamant he was during that campaign, Congresswoman.
I never, no, never.
When did you ever speak to your son about his foreign business dealing?
Never, not one time.
I never spoke to Hunter.
I never spoke to Jim Biden or anybody for that matter.
And then the White House has been, you know, doing, you know, verbal, you know, somersaults trying to get around the fact that he has said this by saying, well, he meant he never was in business with him.
Now we're learning that these phone calls sound to me like, see, I don't have anything to offer because we now know that Hunter was an addict all through the years 2003 to 2019.
He told the judge last week when the sweetheart deal blew up in their face.
So during this time, he's dealing with some of our most adversarial enemies out there, you know, geopolitical foes like China and Russia.
And he's calling in.
Why is he calling in except what, to close the deal?
Because that's what it sounds like to me.
Congresswoman, then we'll go to Matt Gates.
Yeah, let me go a little further for you.
Devin Archer also said in the testimony today that the Bidens are in the business of influence peddling.
And that right there is, that is very damning.
While influence peddling may not be a crime in certain situations, it's definitely criminal behavior for the Vice President of the United States and the President of the United States.
So think about it like this, Sean.
You know, they moved towards impeachment on Richard Nixon, and they moved towards impeachment on Bill Clinton when they had proof that the president had lied.
And now we have proof today that Joe Biden has lied because just as you said and just as you played the audio recording, Joe Biden is on record many, many times publicly denying ever speaking to anyone about Hunter Biden's business deals.
He denied speaking to Hunter Biden about his business deals.
But today we have Devin Archer, his former business partner, saying that he heard Hunter and Joe Biden more than 20 times talk about business deals.
Matt Gates, before we get to your thoughts on the news that your colleague Marjorie Taylor Greene just made here, and that is in the Washington Examiner, you are very angry at a move made by the Department of Justice over the weekend.
You even wanted Republicans to go back into session, to be called back in the session, because the Department of Justice, which I can't think of a prior incident where this happened, wanted to get Devin Archer in jail before he could give this testimony today.
What was that all about?
Well, kudos to Marjorie Taylor Greene for getting that witness in the witness chair along with her colleagues on the House Oversight Committee.
I was incensed that the Department of Justice actually sent a letter on the eve of Devin Archer's testimony wanting to select his day to show up to prison for a prior criminal conviction for fraud that he had.
And this actually is a pattern for the Department of Justice.
Listeners will remember that the day before Sam Bankman Freed was scheduled to give testimony before the Financial Services Committee, an indictment came down that froze that testimony.
So it seems like just when we're hot on the trail, the Department of Justice takes some action to involve themselves in the fact pattern, and that's not allowed.
Fortunately, the Speaker of the House, Kevin McCarthy, was very strong on this, took a very strong position, and the Department of Justice backed down.
They said that Devin Archer's testimony would go forward.
There would not be some punishment for that.
And the result are these remarkable admissions that Marjorie just walked us through.
And imagine, Sean, how tortured the defense of Joe Biden now has to be when Dan Goldman has to say, you know what?
If you see your son on the phone talking about his foreign business deals, and if you don't go grab that phone and say hello to who he's on the phone with, you're being rude.
You're being preposterous.
I mean, that's the vice president of the United States at the time, Matt.
It's so crazy that now that's what they're having to ask people to believe.
And I think that as it gets more and more tortured, more independents are going to be agreeing with Marjorie, with me, that this is now certainly rising to the level of at least an impeachment inquiry.
Well, I think a criminal investigation warranted.
I know you can't indict a sitting president, however, but now we're in a whole different territory here because now we're talking about Joe Biden.
This is not really about Hunter.
This is about the president.
And if they keep finding all of these, I guess, shell corporations where the money was funneled to, this can get very interesting, can't it?
You're right.
And no one pays a bribe to not get something in return.
And so here we're able to track the payments that were made and then the corresponding actions that resulted where the American people weren't getting true fidelity from their leaders.
But Sean, as you know, in every great crime story, you need a narrator.
And while Marjorie and the rest of the oversight committee have done great work at piecing together the bank records and the financial moves and the corresponding government actions, until today, I don't know that we really had our narrator for this story.
It sounds as though Devin Archer may be more dangerous to the Biden presidency than Deep Throat was to the Nixon presidency because he's able to piece together the underlying fact here.
There was no business the Bidens were in.
They were in the business of selling out the American people to foreigners for money.
Foreigners.
Congresswoman, I'll ask you, what did Russia, China, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Mexico, and a dozen plus countries, what were they expecting from a guy that admits at the time it was an admitted crack addict?
What were they getting in exchange for his lack of experience?
Except the only thing I can think of is access to daddy who apparently was calling in to these business meetings.
Well, you're absolutely right, Sean.
And I'll have to tell you, I've been in business for over 25 years, and customers only pay good money to businesses that are able to deliver a product and a service that they are very happy with.
And the Biden family was able to deliver the most powerful decisions in the world.
So, for example, on our oversight committee, the work that we've done in our investigations, we found out through the 1023 forum that, by the way, Christopher Wray did not hand over to us.
He forced us to read this unclassified form and a skiff.
But that form outlined from the FBI's top informant that the oligarch that owned Burisma paid a $5 million bribe to Joe Biden and to Hunter Biden in order to get Joe Biden to make his problems go away.
And that right there is exactly what you mentioned, was it was the fact that he was willing to withhold $1 billion in aid to Ukraine in order to get Victor Shokin, the Ukrainian prosecutor, fired.
That is worth a lot of money.
And that oligarch that owns Burisma was willing to pay it.
So when you turn it around to all these other countries that you just named from all over the world, and we have witnessed and looked at with our own eyes the bank statements that show the wire transfer of millions and millions of dollars into over dozens, dozens of fake LLCs, fake shell companies, where the money would go into these companies and they'd be paid out to multiple Biden family members.
These family members had nothing to offer to these foreign countries like China and Romania and Ukraine and African nations.
They had nothing to provide, no product or service to provide them except Joe Biden's influence and policy decisions.
And that is where Joe Biden is on the hook.
And now we know, we know from Devin Archer today that Joe Biden lied.
He lied to the American people repeatedly, over and over again, that he knew nothing about Hunter Biden's business deals, that he never talked to his son about the business deals, when in fact, he talked to him over 20 times is what Devin Archer, Devin Archer himself heard it happen over 20 times,
not to mention all the other explosive facts that we've uncovered, like the WhatsApp text message where Hunter says, I'm sitting here with my father and demanding payment and demanding a phone call.
By the way, and within a week, didn't they get $5 million from the Chinese energy company CEFC?
Yes, they did.
Matt, we'll get you to weigh in on this.
We'll give you the last word today.
Sure.
Go to Marjorie Taylor Green's Twitter page because she's got a damning text message exchange up that shows that one of the things that the Chinese were looking for was protection from government prosecution.
And Devin Archer is essentially employing Hunter Biden, saying, well, if your father's government's appointees are willing to arrest and prosecute me, why would these people in Asia be paying us this protection money?
Because if we can't protect ourselves, how can we do it?
All right.
So I have a final exit question.
This is important.
Do you both believe this has now evolved into a President Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation that is very real?
Matt Gates.
Absolutely.
Congresswoman.
Yes, 100%.
I agree.
The walls are closing in tight on the Biden family syndicate.
And I think, you know, all the people that want to talk about Donald Trump, this is a bigger scandal.
Anyway, thank you both.
Appreciate it.
I know you're both doing great work.
Judiciary, the Judiciary Committee with Matt Gates, Oversight, Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Green.
Thank you both.
Appreciate you sharing it with our audience, too.
Thanks.
Thanks.

I got 100 on the first one, so I stopped there.
I can't get any better.
Do you know you're so proud of that?
No, I've actually, I've had, I've missed occasionally.
Well, I've missed a lot, but I do thank Mantis for making me that much better.
No, it's great.
It's used by the Marine Corps, the Army, Special Forces, military, great technology, an affordable price, and it's fun to use.

Funny headline.
I saw this headline today.
I don't know if you saw it, Linda.
Does anybody miss liberal late night?
I didn't even know this.
That late night shows have been shut down for almost three months during the writers' strike.
And did you have any idea that?
Because I don't watch those shows.
I have no idea.
I like the rest of America.
Yeah, I don't think I've watched a late night show if I'm being really honest since like the Jay Leno days.
I mean, I just, I'm no interest.
I liked Leno and Letterman for a time, and then Letterman got all political.
And he kind of got bitter and cranky in his old age.
I mean, look at him now.
He looks like a weirdo with a stupid thing.
I got to be honest, I never watched Letterman.
He was never my cup of tea.
I really like Johnny Carson.
I like the old school Johnny Carson.
I like the new school.
I loved Leno.
Leno was the perfect blend of apolitical.
He hated everybody.
It was perfect.
He thought everyone was dumb.
I'm like, this is my cup of tea.
This is what I want to watch.
Some guy over at MSDNC actually compared President Trump to Osama bin Laden.
That whole network is nuts.
It's like a cult.
It's like a crazy left-wing psycho-cult over there.
Agreed.
100%.
And then you have, of course, all the rhinos that basically people that have completely flipped their political ideology.
I mean, the fact that the liberal Joe claims he's a conservative is so laughable.
Oh, my God.
He was never a conservative.
Give me a point.
And by the way, they're entitled to their opinion.
I have no problem with that.
Or, you know, Nicole Wallace ran George W. was a top official in the Bush campaign.
Yeah, but a lot of these people were whatever they want.
They just wanted to be a part of the elite.
They had nothing to do with party.
It had to do with power.
She and Steve Schmidt were running John McCain's campaign.
And, you know, now they're like hardcore, you know, woke Democrats.
And I'm not really sure what happened.
My principles have pretty much stayed the same, haven't changed.
Well, Hannity, you're supporting Trump, and it's not the same as Reagan.
No, his personality is not.
No two people are the same.
In New York, by the way, they will soon be banning the single-use plastic silverware beginning today.
Did you know that, Linda?
I did not, but it does not surprise me.
So when I buy my team lunch, if you want that plastic silverware or packet of plastic cutlery with your food to prevent you from needing to use your dirty fingers, I'm assuming they're dirty, not you, by the way, anybody.
I wasn't saying your dirty fingers.
That's a good turn.
Yeah, that sounded bad, but it wasn't what I meant.
That people don't want to eat with their fingers, perhaps a more articulate way to communicate that.
Or, you know, a comb to consume your food.
Anyway, you won't receive one unless you make it a point to ask for it.
Okay.
If you eat in New York City, it's such that you already have to ask for salt.
And I put salt on everything.
So I put salt on my dessert for crying out loud.
That's not that bad.
You put salt on salt.
I don't put salt on salt.
What do you mean?
How do you put salt on salt?
I don't know, but you found a way to do it.
Anyway, 800-941-Sean this Monday, if you want to be a part of the program.
As I said, Jim Jordan, James Comb are both on Hannity Tonight 9 Eastern on the Fox News channel.
All right, let's say hi to Butch in Virginia.
Butch, hi, how are you?
Glad you called.
I'm good, Sean.
How are you?
I'm good, sir.
What's going on?
I just want to talk to you a little bit about addiction and this deal with Hunter Biden.
And I'm speaking from experience because I am an addict and I'm in recovery.
What were you addicted to?
Let me see.
I was addicted to alcohol, cocaine, marijuana, and crack.
Oh, my gosh.
How many years were you trapped in that living hell?
30-something years.
Are you kidding me?
No.
How old are you?
I'm 55.
Okay.
And wow, that's more than half your life.
Now, how long have you been clean?
I've been clean for, if I make it to September, it'll be 13 years.
Well, listen, you know what?
I can't imagine because there's nobody that's not listening to this program that has not dealt with the issue of addiction, except for maybe young kids that may be listening.
But, you know, you know somebody that gets addicted.
Alcohol, drugs, it is pervasive.
It just ruins lives.
That's all there is to it.
And you become literally enslaved to these drugs and these substances and alcohol.
I mean, it's terrible.
I've seen people struggle with it, and then I've seen people overcome it and overcome it for the rest of their life.
And they just, you know, the switch flips and they're like, I've had enough.
I'm not doing this anymore.
Yeah, I've lost three family members to this disease via suicide.
That's sad and tragic.
We learned about Hunter.
I mean, all these foreign business deals were done at a time they're admitting he was addicted to crack cocaine.
Apparently, his addiction was from 2003 to 2019.
Why did these foreign countries want to do business with a crack addict with no experience and pay him a mass millions and millions of dollars?
You have any idea why they might do that?
I have no idea.
I know when I was using, nobody wanted to have anything to do with me.
Did you get cracked teeth?
Did you have to get new teeth?
No, I was fortunate with that one.
Okay.
I was fortunate there.
Anyway, what'd you want to add?
You know, I just want to, you know, with Hunter Biden and saying like a former addict, if he's a former addict or whatever, that's, you know, that's not the case.
Once, you know, I'm still an addict, even though I've been clean for almost 13 years.
I'll always be an addict.
I know people think that way, and I know you're supposed to think that way, and I know the mantra is one day at a time.
To me, and I don't want to get caught up in semantics.
To me, you were an addict, but you're not anymore.
However, you say that to yourself because you know the danger of relapse is real, is there.
Well, that's well, that's the relapse part is true, but being a former addict is not true because the disease of addiction is the disease of addiction.
Drugs was just a symptom of my disease.
My disease can rear its hair in other ways.
Food, women, porn, you know, it doesn't matter.
We have that obsessive, compulsive disorder to where we will obsess, we'll find a subject that we'll obsess on that's fitness.
You know, some people use fitness and they get.
But you know what?
There are healthy addictions.
I mean, I know people to get out of addiction that have focused their attention on fitness or on a particular sport, golf, tennis, pickleball, whatever they love.
And that helps them.
If they're not careful with that, because they still, I mean, if they're really an addict, they still have that disease of addiction.
They have that addictive personality.
And if people that use fitness, I know people that will use fitness to help them get away from the drugs and everything, but fitness replaces the drugs to the point where it makes their life unmanageable in a way because they spend more time in the gym than they do anywhere else.
And they let their family lives go.
They'll let their work go.
Well, look, you can overdo everything.
I mean, it just is what it is.
And anyway, so what is your overall arching point here about Hunter?
Because I think that's where you're going.
Well, I mean, unless he really wants to give help, you know, you're not just going to say that I'm cured.
I'm not an addict anymore.
They're claiming he's been clean since 2019.
I hope for his sake he is.
I hope for his sake he'll embrace his own daughter in Arkansas.
You know, I thought this Friday dump that Joe finally acknowledged his granddaughter was just a bunch of crap.
I think only because of pressure.
You know, I've been saying it forever.
If Maureen Dowd had paid any attention a year ago, she could have written her column.
But I guess Maureen Dowd just has more influence with the Bidens than I do.
Look, I just, I think, you know, look, I'm not the greatest example of this.
However, in life, I think that, unfortunately, we all have selfish tendencies.
And I think it's really important that you learn in life that you're here to serve other people in some way and that you need to put aside your own needs, wants, and desires and serve others in whatever capacity you can.
And maybe that means you start with your family members, you start with your loved ones, and then you work your way down the line and help out strangers, anybody, you know, anybody that you can help.
Well, that's, you know, that's kind of we have, we have a motto.
I'm in a 12-step program, and one of our clichés mottos, whatever you want to call it, is we can only keep what we have by freely giving it away.
And that means being of service, not only in the program and to the program, but in life in general, in public.
I bet you're probably a sponsor to people that are in the early stages of recovery right now.
Am I wrong?
I am.
I am.
Yeah.
I mean, that means you're giving back.
I'm sure people were there for you.
And, you know, you're having a rough night.
You want to go back to drugs.
You make the phone call and they'll sit with you for hours and talk you out of it.
Oh, yeah.
I mean, I still have a sponsor.
Yeah.
I mean, I think that's great.
You know, and now you're giving back to others.
Listen, you don't want to be addicted to anything.
You know, let me ask you one question.
I've heard people say they took that first hit of crack and it was instantaneous addiction.
Was that you?
Yes.
Instantaneous.
You had to have it again.
There's no way you were not doing that again.
Once I put that first one in me, I was going to use till it was gone.
I was out of money once.
And then sometimes I might go, well, sometimes I would have to go to my following payday because I didn't have any money and I would do it again.
Wow.
Well, we're glad you're back.
You have a good life now.
You have a job.
You're living a healthy life, I assume.
I have a great job.
I have an awesome career.
I'm just in the middle of switching employers with a huge raise.
And two houses, and I rent one of them.
So I'm doing really well.
You know what?
God is good.
You know what?
That's great.
I'm so happy for you.
I really am.
You can do it without God.
Amen.
None of us can, in my view.
Anyways, keep in touch with us.
I think you might have helped people more than you know today.
I just want to thank you for staying in the fight.
We need the people like you to hopefully make this world a better place to live.
I'm trying, man.
Giving it my all.
Sometimes I feel like I'm just on that hamster reel and I'm not getting very far trying to get this country back on track is goal one.
It's a mess.
All right, quick break.
Right back to our phones.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program, we'll check in with Ram Paul at the top of the hour.
He is putting forth a criminal referral into Anthony Fauci.
He'll explain that.
Look, I'm blown away.
You know, would you fix your plumbing if it broke down?
Probably not.
If your car breaks down, what are the odds you have a car that you're able to fix anymore?
Not good.
Same thing with electrical work.
Most people won't touch it.
Why when people get audited by the IRS do they think, oh, I can handle that on my own?
You wouldn't think of doing these other chores on your own.
It's crazy thinking on your part, and it's also dangerous.
The IRS is not people to mess around with.
You need the expert help that you get from my friends at rushtaxresolution.com.

Final hour roundup is next.
You do not want to miss it.
And stay tuned for the final hour free-for-all on the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, back to our busy phones.
Dan in Idaho, we have the last minute.
We're going to give it to you.
What's on your mind, Dan?
Oh, awesome.
So just last week, I tried to call when you said that it looked like Aldean folded.
I was amazed how quickly you corrected that.
But to me, that pointed out how bad censorship is when they're trying to get us to not communicate with each other and share ideas and thoughts and news.
So it left me with the thought of, isn't this a strength of our small towns?
So I had an idea.
If there was some way that you could get the word to Jason, could he ask for all of us to send him our video and pictures so that he could use them to make yet another version of this music video?
To me, if I was going to do it, I would saturate it with images of how bad it really was in those mostly peaceful protests and all some of this other garbage that's gone on and just rub their faces in how bad it is for a company that would attempt to change the truth by yanking out their copyrighted footage from a very legitimate pro-American enterprise that this video has become.
Talking about Jason Aldin's in a small town.
Look, we reached out to him.
I don't know Jason Aldean.
I am a fan of his music.
I love the song.
The video is very, very powerful.
It uses real images from the rioting in the summer of 2020.
If anybody that knows him or hears this that has contact with his management people, I think that would be a great updated video to do.
However, you know, that's going to be, I'll let them handle the music stuff.
Anyway, my friend, appreciate the call.
Good idea.
