This is an iHeart podcast.
And if you want a little bang in your yin yang, come along.
This indictment reads like a mafia case.
It reads like something straight out of the Gambino crime family where they say the boss wants the tapes deleted.
And when Thomas Jefferson visited Venice and visited the Doge and saw the separation of power, that was an inspiration for him.
Can you do anything at all, Joe?
What would you do?
I said, I'd cure cancer.
They looked at me like, why cancer?
Because no one thinks we can.
That's why we can.
We didn't have cancers right now.
Freedom is back in style.
Welcome to the revolution.
More behind the scenes information on breaking news and more bold, inspired solutions for America.
All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon.
Happy Friday.
Thank you for being with us.

If you want to be a part of the program, we love to have you join us on this Friday.
Look, none of this should be a surprise to anybody.
What happened late yesterday, they, you know, piling on three more charges against former President Trump, all related to the documents case in Florida.
When you just stand back and you start comparing, you know, the outrage of the media mob, and it is a mob.
I mean, it is groupthink at its highest level.
It's Orwellian how bad it is, but it's a mob mentality.
And the mob mentality is they have hated Donald J. Trump and his family since the day he came down that escalator and announced that he was going to run for president in 2015.
And it's not changed.
It becomes every second, every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month, every year.
It just never ends.
And so none of this is a surprise.
But when you start comparing and contrasting, what is the document case all about?
That Donald Trump had taken top secret classified information, and they did document some of it to Mar-a-Lago.
And that the FBI and National Archives Record Administration wanted it back.
Negotiations were ongoing.
Remember, the FBI had access to the very room where most of the documents were, and they had every opportunity that day to take what they felt didn't belong there with them, and they did not do it.
But no, they had to show up with a raid.
Why didn't they raid Chappaqua?
You know, just do a simple comparison.
Compare and contrast.
You know, now the allegation is that Donald Trump also was involved in holding up documents, top-secret documents, and waving them in his hand and telling a story to the contributing writer to former chief of staff Mark Meadows book.
Okay.
Then now the allegation is that Donald Trump and one of his employees was involved in erasing what may have been subpoenaed videotapes of the property that they have there, surveillance tapes.
Okay.
Well, what did Hillary Clinton do?
Hillary Clinton had top secret classified information more than Donald Trump on her servers.
She was a mere Secretary of State.
He was a president.
He had the right to declassify.
There's no set process for declassification.
Presidential Records Act, that's up for interpretation.
But I think that's pretty clearly in Donald Trump's favor as well.
But how is it resolved?
Well, in July of 2016, James Comey gave his now infamous speech.
No prosecutor would ever prosecute all the top secret classified information that was on Hillary Clinton's servers that they found.
Now, they also recognize that it was likely hacked by foreign hostile regimes and entities.
You know, it's even believed by many that I've talked to that the communist Chinese were watching her servers in real time, which became a real national security threat.
I doubt boxes locked in Mar-a-Lago and then the FBI asking for a second lock were looked at by the communist Chinese.
I tend to doubt that that happened.
And what most people probably don't know, the reason this is a problem for everybody is most presidents don't pack their own boxes.
They just got a bunch of people, last-minute chaos ensues, the very chaos that was used by James Comey to go in and sandbag General Flynn and ultimately act as though he was his best friend or have agents act as though he was his best friend and set him up for a perjury trap.
That's all that was.
But did now anything happen?
Now, Hillary Clinton destroyed 33,000 other emails.
She washed her hard drive servers clean with not a cloth, but with bleach bit, something none of us had ever heard about.
And did she get charged for that?
But she get in trouble for that in any way?
Not that I can recall because it didn't happen.
And isn't that what they're saying here?
Is that Donald Trump was trying to destroy surveillance tape video?
Well, if we're going to have equal justice and equal application of the law, tell me why that's not relevant.
That would be very relevant.
Then you could say the same thing about Joe Biden.
He had top secret classified information in four locations that we know of.
One at the home, one of the homes of Joe Biden.
Amazing how many homes he has.
Amazing he has beachfront property on a senator's salary.
I think that's pretty interesting considering, you know, as somebody that's dabbled in real estate for many years, usually waterfront property is far more expensive than other property.
But he could afford it on a senator's salary, apparently.
Maybe that's why he took Amtrak all those years or so, he says.
So they find it, let's see, in the garage where he has his infamous stingray parked.
He said, but it was mostly locked up.
Oh, that's supposed to make us feel better.
Then the UPenn Biden Center that was taking in a fortune from China, they found documents there.
Then the University of Delaware, documents going back even to his Senate days that shouldn't have been there, top secret classified information.
Then there wasn't a raid on any one of these locations or his beachfront home where they found top secret classified documents.
That's four separate locations.
Now, no raid in his house.
There's no talk about, you know, did Joe Biden at any point, remember, they gave him a two-week notice that they were going to come and search one of the properties.
Why didn't they raid his place the way they raided Mar-a-Lago?
Do you see what's going on here?
So we've got, and this is all happening simultaneously while we're learning so much about the Biden family syndicate, which makes it even all the more egregious, all the more nefarious.
This is why we have two ongoing investigations that are running in tandem.
And one is James Comer's House Oversight Committee investigation into the Biden family scandal, which is the Biden syndicate, which is the Biden bribery allegation scandal.
Because, you know, how is it that he leverages a billion taxpayer dollars to get a prosecutor fired?
And then his son continues to get paid a fortune for work that he was not qualified for based on his own admission.
He had no experience in.
You know, so now yesterday, anyway, we kind of got a heads up.
I got my first heads up around a little before 5 Eastern.
I didn't want to say anything because they weren't sure that there would be some announcement.
We had first heard that there wasn't going to be an indictment out of Washington, D.C., relating to the January 6th investigation of the special counsel anyway.
But they did end up after we went off the air yesterday on this program.
They officially piled on three more charges against President Trump related to the document case down in Florida.
And one of the charges, willful retention of government documents, two counts of obstruction.
One, of course, would be trying to erase the surveillance tapes.
How is that any different than bleach bit on hard drives?
Now, you might not think that's a big deal, but let me ask you, why wouldn't that be a big deal?
Why doesn't anyone in the media seem to care that this guy is being treated so much differently than anyone else?
That was the conclusion of Michael Horowitz, by the way, the Inspector General.
That was the conclusion of John Durham in the Durham report, that there's a double standard the way Hillary Clinton got sat down by the FBI.
By the way, there seems to be efforts of foreign entities trying to infiltrate your campaign.
Why didn't they do the same thing to Donald Trump?
You know, the entire case about documents from Trump's presidency stored at Mar-a-Lago.
You know, then you got the New York case, and there will be two more indictments at least.
There's going to be an indictment on January 6th, and there's going to be the indictment out of Fulton County, Georgia.
If I had to guess, that's probably going to happen next week.
You know, according to multiple outlets, Joe Biden has a weaponized Department of Justice.
We have a politicized Department of Justice, and that includes a politicized FBI.
And as for Biden, the complete opposite happens.
What have we learned from IRS whistleblowers?
What have we learned, the DOJ taking these extraordinary measures to shield the president and his son from what is the most serious charges that could ever be made against any president, and that is a bribery allegation?
You know, why were they paying?
Why were all these countries now they're telling us, and we learned in court this week when this whole plea deal that the, I mean, which in and of itself is corrupt, they buried inside this Hunter plea agreement the words, the United States agrees not to criminally prosecute Hunter Biden for any federal crimes related to the case.
And the deal reads, it only left open the possibility for a prosecution for any future conduct.
Well, the judge in this case smelled a rat, and the judge started digging deeper and deeper and deeper and started asking questions, you know, about what was a non-standard agreement and why both parties wanted her to rubber stamp this agreement.
And then her questioning forcing the special assistant U.S. Attorney to shift gears on the deal and, you know, Hunter's lawyers say, whoa, hang on, you promised us that we weren't going to be prosecuted on anything else in the future.
Well, yeah, we can't go along with that deal.
And anyway, that the rest of the court was, you know, she suddenly claimed the deal allowed a narrower set of potential Biden crimes to be investigated and were being investigated.
Then, of course, the lawyer for Hunter says, oh, no, we didn't agree to that deal.
That's null and void.
They tried to pass this off as a real deal.
So you see what's happening here?
No raids, Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, they are treated differently.
And you've got a weaponized Department of Justice, which means that equal justice and equal application of our laws is dead in America today, which is a very sad thing for this country and a very sad thing for a constitutional republic.
Every law's foundation is that document, that constitution.
You got these underhanded prosecutors with the DOJ, you know, give the sweetest of sweetheart deals to the president's son with no further opportunity to dig deeper in light of all that we learned from IRS whistleblowers and the special treatment and the top-down heavy hand of the DOJ,
not allowing the IRS, not allowing investigators, FBI people tipping off the Biden family about potential interviews they didn't know was coming.
You know, so this judge stops it right.
You know, the fix was in until the judge stepped in here.
And a lot of credit to Judge Mary Ellen Nareka for picking this up and smelling this rat.
And I understand that the deal that they believe they struck with prosecutors didn't turn out to be that they wanted, but they wanted to sneak it past this judge.
So, you know, compare and contrast the treatment if you're a Republican conservative, if your name's Trump versus if your name's Clinton or if your name is Biden.
And they were playing politics the whole time with all of this.
This is what I mean when I talk about a dual justice system or a two-tiered justice system.
This is why the Judiciary Committee is investigating how the FBI and the DOJ are politicized and weaponized.
This is why half the country has no faith in our judicial system anymore, in our legal system anymore, in our justice system anymore.
And this is, you know, the DOJ came short of granting total immunity, but boy, they tried to stick it in paragraph 15, as I just said.
Meanwhile, the statement of facts, including details about drugs, crimes, gun crimes, tax crimes related to all these sketchy international business deals.
What did the Biden family do for China, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Romania, Mexico, and a dozen countries?
What did they do to deserve all these millions of dollars?
Nancy Mace on the oversight committee said she thinks the number is going to be well north of $50 million.
They did nothing.
And then we're going to hear Monday from Devin Archer, who's going to tell us that Joe, who said he never once talked to his son about his foreign business dealings, called in over two dozen times in the middle of business meetings with foreign partners, knowing damn well that that call would likely seal the deal and millions would be transferred.
A WhatsApp message that says, I'm sitting here with my father, resulting in less than a week, $5 million from an energy company in China sending $5 million, or the 1023 form that relates the conversation with the FBI informant that I didn't want to pay, but I gave $5 million to one Biden, $5 million to another Biden, and it's going to take you 10 years to figure out where the money came from.
Really?
But don't worry, just keep piling on charges and indictments on Donald Trump.
That's fair.
How do you even fix this system?
If you don't see that as corrupt, you're just blind.
You don't see that as a danger to the Republic, you're blind.

I mean, the evidence is so overwhelming, and the media just doesn't focus in on it at all.
They just stay away from it.
I mean, what they tried to pull this week is probably one of the dirtiest tricks.
I mean, it's right there.
Well, not really.
Is it any different than lying on a FISA warrant application so that you can ruin one guy's life to backdoor into a presidential candidate's life, even though you knew that the author of the dirty Russian disinformation dossier paid for by the opposition candidate couldn't be corroborated because Christopher Steele couldn't collect his $1 million?
Is that really any different from what they tried to pull in the court this week with Hunter and that the media only cares about Donald Trump?
I guess it's to be expected in the world we live in.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Reminder, when a service member, first responder dies or is catastrophically injured in the line of duty, who's there for them and their families left behind?
Well, who's helping our homeless vets?
Who's helping our country to never forget 9-11-01?
Well, that's where the Tunnel to Towers Foundation comes in.
Now, the foundation's in the line of duty programs comprised of Gold Star, Fallen First Responders, Smart Home, and Veteran Homelessness Programs, all of which are dedicated to honoring our nation's heroes and their families.
And the foundation's never forget programs engage people in 9-11 remembrances all across the country.
They got around the country over 80 runs, walks, climbs a year.
They have dozens and dozens of golf outings, barbecues.
They're Tunnel to Towers 9-11 Institute, educating kids K through 12 to help this country to keep the vow to never forget.
More than 95 cents out of every dollar you donate to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation goes to the programs.
Anyway, they're asking all of us, and I hope you'll join us here at Team Hannity to commit to 11 bucks a month so this great work can continue our way of saying thank you for everybody that gave everything for us.
Anyway, go to their website, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org, the letter T, the number two, the letter T.org.
You know, I mean, it's just been a really unbelievable week that they tried to do this to this judge.
And remember, the judge did not get a copy of this agreement until the morning that Hunter Biden showed up in court.
And they wanted it, and the judge even pointed this out here.
You know, the judge pointed out, you know, questioning the broad non-standard agreement, started asking questions why they expected her to rubber stamp it.
And then her questioning the special assistant U.S. Attorney Leo Wise to shift gears on the deal that he was supposedly intimately knowledgeable about because he's the one that hammered it out over weeks with Hunter's lawyers.
They knew going into this hearing, they were hoping the judge didn't read the part of the deal that was about the gun charge where the language was inserted that the government of the United States agrees not to criminally prosecute Hunter Biden for any federal crimes related to the case.
It left only the possibility of prosecution for future conduct.
And anyway, that stunned Hunter's lawyers, the rest of the courtroom, you know, all chaos, all hell breaks loose.
Why would the Justice Department give blanket immunity in the first place, especially in light of everything that we have been learning?
Let me tell you one thing that this really isn't about.
It's not so much about Hunter.
It's about Joe and Joe's involvement in all of this.
And that's what I keep telling people.
And you got to keep your eyeballs on because that's what this is about.
You know, the reason the judge called the deal non-standard, why they couldn't provide any precedent.
Well, is there any precedent for this kind of sweetheart deal?
Any precedent at all?
Nope.
Can't name a single thing.
I don't know a single time a deal like this has ever taken place.
You know, and the, you know, ruling out all further prosecution.
And then when called out on it, they said, you know, no, no, we're going to keep open an investigation.
But that's not the deal that they struck.
They thought they could sneak this by this judge.
Now, if Republicans ever did this, if Trump's team ever did this, God help them.
If you lied to a judge in a FISA court situation, what do you think would happen to you?
It wouldn't turn out the way it did for everybody that signed on to the dirty dossier FISA applications, four of them.
You know, so the Justice Department's sweetheart deal with Hunter, this is to protect Joe Biden.
That's what this is.
Now, the problem that Joe has here, if there is a problem, if this now gets charged and it goes to court, well, he's got himself his own Donald Trump problem with all the court cases.
I mean, they are trying to just throw the weight of criminal charges and allegations on Trump's head so he can't run an effective campaign or can't even run at all in the end.
Trust me, that's how far they're going with all of this.
But both sides here tried to trick this judge and fool this judge, and this judge wasn't having it.
The plea agreement, Hunter's attorneys had to say is null and void.
No, if we're not going to get off the hook for everything else, no, we don't want that deal.
Unbelievable.
Another contradiction that came out this way, Joe Biden had claimed that he never made money from China.
Well, that was contradicted by his own son.
When Biden's lawyer, Chris Clark, admitted in court that the president's son received $664,000 from that Chinese energy company in 2017, contradicting Joe Biden's claim that Hunter Biden never received money from a Chinese entity.
Never mind the Bank of China deal or the $5 million no-interest forgivable loan, or never mind the phone call, the WhatsApp message.
I'm sitting here with my father.
And within a week, $5 million from the Chinese energy company ends up in the coffers of the Biden family, according to James Comer in the oversight committee.
In 2020, the president told you, the American people, never once spoke to his son about his foreign business dealings.
And he told voters on the debate stage that he nor his son never made any money from any Chinese entity.
My son has not made money in terms of this thing about what you're talking about, China.
The only guy who made money from China is Donald Trump.
The only one.
Nobody else made money from China.
That was a lie.
And do you really believe Corrine Jean-Pierre ruling out a presidential pardon for Hunter?
I don't believe it for a second.
That's about as, you know, take that to the bank like you can take to the bank.
Joe Biden never talked to his son or his brother or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings that he himself was intimately knowledgeable of and involved in.
You know, Biden did ignore questions about the collapse of the deal, turned his back on the press when asked if he would pardon his son.
You know, this IRS whistleblower, the one that admitted he was a Democrat, Joseph Ziegler, he called on Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel.
It's not going to happen.
Merrick Garland's main job now is to protect the Biden syndicate.
And apparently, he doesn't care at all about the appearance and the reality of a dual justice system.
This guy Ziegler is one of the IRS whistleblowers.
Justice officials prevented investigators from following the evidence.
Appointing a special counsel would create a path for the investigation to continue with integrity.
I hope transparency will restore public confidence in the idea that every U.S. taxpayer receives equal treatment under the law, he said.
Sweetheart deals should not be handed out like candy to the rich, powerful, and politically connected.
Pretty powerful statement.
You know, when he testified and he admitted that he was a Democrat, he testified Hunter should have been charged with tax felony and not only tax misdemeanor charges.
And in fact, the communications and text messages that they reviewed may be a contradiction to what Biden said about not being involved in Hunter's overseas business dealings.
In other words, they figured it out.
And then the heavy hand of their supervisors and the DOJ that's politically weaponized came down and prevented them from even interviewing Biden family members and stopped the investigation in its tracks.
Even the FBI going as far, according to them, as tipping off the Biden family of an interview that they had planned that they didn't know about.
He goes on in his op-ed that he disagreed with prosecutors throughout his career, but the Hunter Biden case was the first time that he felt handcuffed by the Justice Department.
That's coming from a Democrat.
But don't worry, Hunter Biden remains in good standing, a good standing member of the D.C. bar, despite facing all these criminal charges.
You think that would happen to a Trump?
You see how bad this is?
Oh, they're mad.
Oh, Donald Trump may have tried to get rid of surveillance video.
Okay, how's that different than bleach-bidden servers and hard drives that Hillary did and destroying devices with hammers?
She got away with it.
Nobody, you know, no pros, no reasonable prosecutor would prosecute.
That's unbelievable.
Hunter told the judge he's been drug free since 2019.
That means all of these deals, or the vast majority of them, happened when he was addicted to crack.
You don't think that they're that China, Russia, Ukraine, Romania, Kazakhstan, Mexico, they don't have dossiers on Hunter Biden, addicted to crack in these years.
He claimed under oath he'd not taken drugs since June of 2019.
All right, during the court appearance, you know, the judge questioned his, questioned Hunter about his sobriety.
And by the way, I wish him the best.
I don't want anyone to be addicted to anything.
When's the last time you used, ingested, or under the influence of any drug, legal or illegal, medication, alcoholic beverage?
June of 2019, Your Honor.
All right, just to be clear, you're not presently under the influence of any drug, legal or illegal, medication, alcoholic beverage of any kind.
Is that correct?
Yes, Your Honor.
Now, he could be jailed if he lied there, but, you know, let's see what happens.
You know, my suspicion is: I mean, Delaware is a small state.
I don't know.
For this judge to hold the line, there's going to be a lot of pressure brought to bear on that judge.
You know, but they sought to protect Joe Biden.
That's what this is all about.
With this plea deal now public, you cannot deny that the Justice Department has been bending over backwards to protect the Biden family while simultaneously throwing the book at all things Donald Trump.
That is not equal justice under the law.
That's not applying our laws equally.
We also learned that Hunter Biden's lawyers feared Trump would get re-elected and revoke his probation.
Actually, I don't think Trump would do that.
That would be my guess.
But they think they may lose.
That's an interesting conclusion one can make.
Now, I'm telling you, this absolutely, you know, Speaker Kevin McCarthy, you know, points out that, you know, the Republican opening an investigation into possible impeachment is the right thing to do.
Back to the D.C. bar.
They refused to lift Hunter's law license despite the plea bargaining confession to gun and tax charges.
That would not happen to a Republican.
Joe Biden's prosecutors reluctantly have to admit to Judge Narika that Hunter could be prosecuted for Farah violations.
Why wasn't that part of the original charges?
They did that to Paul Manafort.
Would Paul Manafort get that same kind of consideration?
By the way, I just got a copy of a letter that went out to Dick Durbin, chairman of the leading ranking, I guess, chairman of the House Senate Judiciary Committee.
And it goes into great specificity and detail about the U.S. Attorney Weiss, the one involved in this case.
And what really stood out here is the contradictory testimony.
And they pointed out that the IRS whistleblowers, in this case, Gary Shapley's testimony is relevant to the committee's oversight, and they want both Weiss and Merrick Garland to testify together.
And they point out that this meeting that took place on October 7th, that let's see, you had Baltimore FBI special agent in charge.
I'll give his first name, Tom, Baltimore FBI Assistant Special Agent in charge.
I'm not going to give out their names.
IRS special agent in charge were all witnesses to Attorney Weiss's statement.
In fact, one agent asked Agent Shapley to summarize the hearing, meeting in an email with another member of the team as requested.
He sent the email that evening.
Quote, Weiss stated that he is not the deciding person on whether charges are filed.
Oh, that's the exact opposite of what he's saying now.
We got to get to the bottom of it.
Did somebody lie under oath?
Did Merrick Garland lie?
Did Weiss lie?
One irony today that we learned is it looks like Kamala Harris caught in a major hypocrisy.
You know, she's been attacking Ron DeSantis over this Florida history course that was put together predominantly by African-American scholars.
And now we find out she once praised a college-level class about slavery taught in high schools across the country, even though it's nearly identical to the exact Florida lesson that she blasted as replacing history with lies and this idea that slaves had picked up skills in the process of living under evil.
And it wasn't Ron DeSantis that wrote it or had anything to do with it.
I noticed Hakeem Jeffries dodged the question about Biden's shun granddaughter.
I don't really want to talk about that.
I have no idea what you're talking about.
Really?
Anybody believe that?
I tend to doubt that too.
I think we're being lied to regularly.
White House shutting down the possibility of a pardon.
I'm not buying that.
The Secret Service rejected a request for key evidence in the cocaine gate scandal and now stonewalling requests from journalists to turn over the evidence.
Why is that?
By the way, on the economic front, Lawrence Summers called Bidenomics increasingly dangerous.
He said, I am profoundly concerned about the doctrine of manufacturing-centered economic nationalism that has increasingly put forth a general principle to guide policy.
It's wrong to suppose that manufacturing-based economic nationalism is a route to higher incomes and better standards of living for the middle class.
We do not have a problem of a shortfall of jobs.
We have a problem with costs.
Thank you.
By the way, gas price is now an eight-month high.
Told you it was going up.
Once the Saudis went in bed with the communist Chinese, that was inevitable.
Now, average price of gasoline, $371 a gallon, highest level since mid-November 2022.
It's been up 12 cents in just the last three days.
And the Biden administration is now converting America's nuclear weapon research facilities into green energy centers.
How nice.
All right, we'll get into the legal aspects of all of the news of the week.
Greg Jarrett and Paul Morrow will join us.
Also, some of the other news of the week.
We'll get to your calls this Friday.
Part of my interview with Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
at our town hall coming up.
All right, we're going to break down all the legal issues that took place this week.
Don't forget, Hannity tonight, 9 Eastern on the Fox News channel.
Get into all of this.
We've got a few woke stories.
You know, I was warning everybody, you boycott Budweiser because of idiotic management and workers are going to get fired.
And I didn't want that to happen.
It's exactly now what's happened.
I wish it didn't happen.
