This is an iHeart podcast.
All right.
Thank you, Scott Shannon.
Happy Monday, and thanks to all of you for being with us.
I know all the mob the media ever wants to talk about Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump, Donald Trump.
You know, what were these superseding indictments?
Donald Trump and Mar-a-Lago and documents and documents were moved.
And Donald Trump wanted the surveillance tapes deleted, which he is vehemently denying, saying that everything was handed over that was asked for by investigators.
So that happened.
Then, of course, we have, you know, we'll go back years in the Trump organization, the New York case.
Then we'll re-litigate, of course, January 6th for another 500,000th time while ignoring the 574 riots that killed a couple of dozen Americans, injured thousands of cops, and caused billions of property damage.
Forget those riots.
And then, of course, down in Georgia, I've read that transcript over and over and over and over again, and they just focus on one line, and that line is taken out of context.
That I can tell you.
But anyway, so those things will happen.
But this is the real scandal.
And I've been telling you what is coming.
And for those of you that thought, and maybe rightfully so because of his connection to the Biden family and the power of the president and maybe the power of a pardon, even, I guess, that might have crossed the mind of Devin Archer.
Devin Archer went before the House Oversight Committee today.
That's James Comer's oversight committee.
I know Jim Jordan was in there later on.
We'll check in with member Marjorie Taylor Greene.
Matt Gates is on judiciary.
They'll join us today.
But this is what we now know and can report as of today.
And I'll have Jim Jordan and James Comer on Hannity tonight.
Chad Pergram over at the Fox News channel, his source is telling him today, everything my source is telling me, that Devin Archer testified that Hunter Biden, in fact, put Joe Biden on the phone at least 20 times with foreign business associates to, quote, sell the brand.
What's the brand?
The brand is Joe Biden.
Now, remember, we learned last week the timeline of Hunter Biden's addiction from 2003 to 2019.
That means during all of these deals with China and Russia and Romania and Kazakhstan and Ukraine and Mexico, all these deals, he was, by his own admission, an addict.
He told the judge last week.
So now this now goes to the heart and veracity.
This is now officially the Joe Biden, not Hunter Biden, the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation that we're talking about here.
They're talking about on 20 separate occasions.
Devin Archer is no small player in any of this.
And by the way, what the DOJ tried to pull over the weekend is beyond, wow.
You know, they're just so brazenly politicized and weaponized.
They actually tried to get Devin Archer to start serving his one-year sentence on this one bond issue that he had a conviction on so that he wouldn't talk.
Meanwhile, remember the media?
Oh, they love Michael Cohn, even after his convictions, after, you know, he was going to jail.
They love Michael Cohn.
They still love Michael Cohen.
They can't have Michael Cohn on enough over at MSDNC or fake news CNN.
And with all the credibility because he's attacking Trump.
But that now, we have a president that during a campaign said to you, the American people, over and over again, because you got to wonder now that they've confirmed that Hunter was a drug addict and a crack addict, among other things, during this period of 2003 to 2019, he's now dealing with some of our top geopolitical foes.
And that would be the countries that I just mentioned.
And he's doing millions and tens and tens of millions of dollars in these business deals.
Now, Joe Biden during the campaign said over and over again, I never once spoke to my son Hunter about his foreign business dealing.
Not one time did I ever speak to him or Jim Biden or anybody for that matter.
Said it over and over again.
Listen.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
Yes, I stand by that statement.
Yes, I stand by that statement.
I never once discussed with my son, my brother, or anyone else for that matter, their foreign business dealings.
Well, that got blown out of the water.
There's already been an evolution at the White House.
Karine Jean-Pierre, you know, evolving into I've never discussed into, oh, Joe has never been in business with Hunter.
Well, that kind of got blown out of the water today.
It's going to be interesting to watch what wording now evolves out of all this because Devin Archer revealed today that Hunter Biden put Joe Biden, according to Hunter's partner, Devin Archer, on the phone at least 20 times with foreign business associates to sell the brand, the brand being Joe Biden, claiming Burisma would have gone under without the brand.
Also saying that Burisma executives put never-ending, quote, constant pressure on D.C., meaning Joe Biden, to get help with the prosecutor, Victor Shokin, who was investigating Burisma for corruption.
And that's when Joe Biden, now on tape, bragging that he leveraged $1 billion taxpayer dollars, $1 billion of loan guarantees, that they're not going to get it.
They got six hours to fire this prosecutor investigating Burisma and his son.
So, and son of a B, they did it.
They fired him within six hours.
The net result of that, well, Ukraine got the billion that he leveraged, and his son continued to get paid, you know, what ended up being millions of dollars, even though he went on Good Morning America, admitting he had no experience.
Here's Joe bragging about it.
I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to press confidence and said, no, I said, I'm not going to, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours?
I looked at leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a b ⁇ .
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
And they put in place someone that was solid.
Okay, and then Hunter continues to get paid.
He kind of forgot that part.
Left that part out of all of this.
Do you understand the level of what we're talking about here?
What can impeach a president?
Bribery, high crimes, misdemeanors.
What are we talking about here?
Well, this is a bribery allegation.
Now, look at all of these countries and then look at the timeline when you're dealing with somebody admittedly who's addicted to drugs.
What did China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Romania, Mexico, what did they expect from the crack addict?
What great service was he providing that justified all of these millions of dollars to go into the Biden family coffers?
And then, of course, you know, whining, bitching, moaning, complaining that half his income has to go to Pops and he has to pay for all of Pops's home repairs.
I mean, the thought that I would ever ask my children to pay for anything for me is so outrageously foreign.
I can't even understand.
It's my job to help them out, not their job to help their old man out.
Well, maybe when I'm about to croak, they can come over and pat my head and comb my hair, right, Linda?
Although I won't allow them to see me in that condition, Sean Hannity's hair has its own tagline.
Yeah, and by the way, so you basically have special pleader on the committee, Congressman Dan Goldman, Democrat.
Once somebody characterized it, somebody sent me, I guess, Sweet Baby James showed me a tweet of somebody that he was shaking and just tried to say he only wanted to say hi.
That's all he wanted to do was say hi.
That's all.
Say hi to all of Hunter's business associates.
So they didn't really have a service.
He didn't have an area of expertise when that WhatsApp message came up that said, I am sitting here with my father.
Remember that message?
The one that I'm sitting here with my father, and we want to know why you didn't follow through on your commitment.
And remember all that stuff?
Yeah.
Now it begins to make sense.
And we expect to hear from you tonight.
And then, oh, lo and behold, $5 million from a Chinese energy company.
No experience in energy.
Ends up in Biden family coffers.
Now I guess it makes sense why they had all these LLC shell corporations because they had to move all this money around and they didn't have any real services to perform.
Here's Dan Goldman making an ass out of himself.
Doesn't that contradict the president's statement saying that he never talked to any of Hunter Biden's business associates?
Clearly, he talked whether it's about the weather or whatever, but he said specifically that he's never talked to them.
Doesn't this contradict him?
I don't know what his comment is.
And if we're going to, well, I don't think that's what he said.
He never said that he has never spoken to anyone.
He said.
Stop right there.
Stop it right there.
He said, I never ever discussed with my son, my brother, or anyone else for that matter.
Congressman Goldman is lying right through his teeth.
Sounds just like the congenital liar Adam Schiff when he'd come out of one of the Russia hoax hearings.
Continue it.
Ms. Dealings, if he says hello to someone that he sees his son with, is he supposed to say, hi, son?
Oh, no, I'm not going to say hello to the other people at the table or the other people on the phone.
It's kind of a preposterous premise to think that a father should not say hello to people that the son are at dinner with, the son is at dinner with.
And that is literally all the evidence is.
Now you got to put together all the rest of it, and it begins the you begin to fill out the painting here.
When you look at the 1023 form, and what did we learn?
That was an FBI informant.
By the way, a very credible one, credible by FBI standards, because they're the ones that paid this guy in the past hundreds of thousands of dollars for information.
They're the ones that used his testimony, credible testimony, in cases that they were bringing before courts.
And this guy is sitting down with the head of Burisma, and this guy's saying that Hunter's dumber than his own dog.
His words, not mine.
But they needed to do this deal.
I didn't want to pay.
I had to pay $5 million to this Biden, $5 million to that Biden.
It'll take them 10 years to discover how we paid that money.
Oh, okay.
Well, 10 years later, let's see if we can figure out how they paid that money.
But there was no services rendered.
That is the point here.
That has been the point from the beginning.
This is a devastating day for your president.
And I will tell you right now, mark my words, this is only going to get worse and snowball like a little snowball beginning at the top of a very steep mountain.
And it's going to literally now, like a cancer, envelop the entire Biden presidency because everything Joe Biden told this country has been a lie.
And there's nothing that that family can show with Hunter Biden at the head of these countries.
Why would we be in business with these enemy countries when your dad is the vice president and you're a drug addict?
What possible service?
What could you possibly be offering them of value?
Does that make any sense to anybody?
You know, I told him you're not getting a billion dollars.
Hunter goes on, Good Morning America.
Well, you got paid all this money.
Did you have any experience?
I worked at Amtrak.
I was on a UN food panel once and I'm a lawyer.
I'm a lawyer.
That's why.
Really?
But you have no experience in energy?
No.
Oil?
No.
Gas?
No.
Coal?
No.
Ukraine?
No.
Why do you think they're paying you all this money?
I don't know.
Maybe because your father is the vice president in charge of Ukrainian money and leveraged a billion dollars so you can continue to get paid for no experience?
Yeah, that's probably, yeah, probably.
Hunter said that.
800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
Wow, what a day today.
I can't wait to get Jordan and Comer on tonight.
And we have Marjorie Taylor Green and Matt Gates coming up on this program.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.
And I'm Carol Markowitz.

On how corrupt the mob and the media is here.
Look at their, you know, look at the breathlessness in which they report anything against Donald Trump.
Top secret, classified documents.
Okay, where's the same amount of passion and reporting on Joe Biden's top secret classified documents in four unsecure locations?
How come Hillary Clinton, no reasonable prosecutor, would ever prosecute?
Why wasn't Joe's homes raided?
Why wasn't Hillary's homes raided?
Can you explain that to me?
Can you explain why we don't have equal justice under the law and application of our laws?
The FBI tried to actually this weekend, this timing demanding that Devin Archer be put in prison immediately.
So he couldn't testify today?
They actually tried, they're so arrogant, they tried to pull that off today.
Once you pull this all together, it is as clear as day.
This has now developed this Biden, Joe Biden bribery scandal allegation into what will be, I think, the biggest presidential scandal by far in our lifetime.
Yes, bigger than Trump.
All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
Here's one headline, justthenews.com.
That's John Solomon, editor-in-chief.
Devin Archer tells Congress Burisma pressured Hunter Biden to deal with the Ukrainian prosecutor.
I have been saying this, Linda, how many times have I said it on this radio program?
And I know we get into the issue.
Hannity, you're repeating yourself because it was so obvious what was going on here.
It infuriated me.
What did I call it back during Trump's impeachment?
Did I not say, Linda, it is the real quid pro quo with Joe?
Did I say that?
Or is this my memory playing tricks with me like Joe Biden's does with his?
Oh, no, it's very real.
And after the monoclonals, I'll never counter your repetition again.
Yeah, the monoclonal stories as I would ask people, Linda goes, why do you keep saying monoclonals every day?
I said, because nobody's going to remember it.
And they're going to get a positive COVID test.
And I wanted people to ask their doctor because that was the one thing that I saw that worked.
I wasn't telling them to do it.
I was just telling them, ask the doctor about monoclonal antibodies.
And she goes, you say it every day.
I'm getting sick of hearing it.
I'm like, okay, I go to everybody on hold.
Not one person could answer the question.
If you get a positive COVID test, what is Sean Hannity's advice to ask your doctor about monoclonal antibodies?
Okay, I've been saying that Joe Biden leveraged a billion taxpayer dollars.
This is him on tape admitting it.
And then listen to very closely.
And then we're going to play Hunter's experience and ask yourself, wow, why did all these countries give him all these millions of dollars?
Do business with a guy that now we know is admitting he was a crack addict during the time.
Listen to Joe.
I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yachenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor and they didn't.
So they said they had, they were walking out to press confidence.
I said, no, I said, I'm not going to, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said, I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm going to be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours?
I looked at it.
I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Oh, son of a got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid.
There's been a lot of misinformation about me, not about my dad.
Nobody buys that.
But it buys this idea that I was unqualified to be on the board.
What were your qualifications to be on the board of Burisma?
I was vice chairman of the board of Amtrak for five years.
I was the chairman of the board of the UN World Food Program.
I was a lawyer for Boys Scholar Flexner, one of the most prestigious law firms in the world.
You didn't have any extensive knowledge about natural gas or Ukraine itself, though.
No.
But I think that I had as much knowledge as anybody else that was on the board, if not more.
In the list that you gave me of the reasons why you're on that board, you did not list the fact that you were the son of the Vice President.
Of course, that is.
What role do you think that played?
I think that it is impossible for me to be on any of the boards that I just mentioned without saying that I'm the son of the Vice President of the United States.
If your last name wasn't Biden, do you think you would have been asked to be on the board of Burisma?
I don't know.
I don't know.
Probably not.
I don't think that there's a lot of things that would have happened in my life if my last name wasn't Biden.
Now, I had Nancy Mace on the program.
She's on the House Oversight Committee.
She says that she believes that all the Biden foreign business dealings is going to be north of $50 million.
Other committee members now are putting that number at over $100 million.
Now, why are these foreign countries, many of them adversarial countries, why are they doing business with a guy that we now know was an addict at the time, a crack addict at the time?
So Archer delivered big time.
By the way, kudos, Miranda Devine predicted.
John Solomon predicted that this would happen today.
But this is bombshell testimony telling lawmakers that Burisma was pressuring Hunter in December of 2015 to deal with a Ukrainian prosecutor investigating that company, that oil giant, for corruption, shortly before the then vice president took the steps, leveraged the billion taxpayer dollars and loan guarantees to get the guy fired.
The net result is Burisma got what they paid for.
Now move to the 1023 form.
Again, credible source, FBI agent.
How do we know who's credible?
FBI paid this informant hundreds of thousands of dollars, used him in big cases in the past for testimony, for information that he had in cases.
So they obviously trusted him and viewed him as a high-value informant.
He's talking to the CEO of Burisma, who's chatting away that the Biden family was hired for protection and that Hunter was useless and that Joe would get everything fixed.
Hunter would use his dad to fix all of this for them, which he then did.
What do you call that where you grow up?
I know what I call it where I grew up.
Shakedown.
I don't know.
Sounds like we're looking right now at the Joe Biden bribery scandal allegations right in the eye, and they got a huge, rude wake-up call today because this testimony by Devin Archer testifying that the value of adding Hunter Biden to Burisma's board was the brand and that then vice president Joe Biden brought the most value to the brand,
which is why 20 plus times Joe Biden called in when Hunter was with in meetings with his business partners, including the very specific incident in December 2015.
Nikolai Zolachewski, the owner of Burisma, and another executive at Burisma, they placed constant pressure, according to justthenews.com, on Hunter Biden to get help from D.C. regarding Victor Shokin, the prosecutor, recounting the testimony.
Shokin was investigating Burisma.
What for?
For corruption.
Hunter Biden, along with Zolachewski and other Burisma executives, called D.C. to discuss the matter.
And anyway, they stepped away to make the call.
A few days after that meeting, whoa, whoop-de-doo.
Look at this.
Joe Biden visits Ukraine, and that's the day that he threatened to hold a billion dollars away from Ukraine.
That's the day that they fired the prosecutor, and that's where they started making their money.
And you go back to the 1023 form.
We didn't want to pay the Bidens all this money.
We had to pay them all this money.
$5 million for one Biden, $5 million for another.
And it's going to take them 10 years to find out where that money came, you know, how we ended up paying that money.
Oh, could it be cryptocurrency?
I mean, who knows how they did it?
After a judge threw out Devin Archer's conviction, Marjorie Taylor Green will join us at the top of the hour on the House Oversight Committee.
Hunter responded to Archer by saying, I swear to God, we'll have the last laugh.
I liked you better as a felon, and you know it.
Because Archer writes, the judge threw out my conviction.
Thank God with an expletive.
First, good news.
Way too long, my friend.
I'm just so happy.
I know it's been a living help, but put it behind you and take great steps forward.
Love you.
Love you, brother.
Back very much, man.
Really mean it smiling for the first time in a year.
I know, and I mean it.
Can I please see you now that I'm not a felon?
Don't answer that.
Just when and where.
I liked you better as a felon.
Call me later.
Another exchange, Devin Archer, Hunter Biden's former best friend, business associate, the one that testified today, that, in fact, Hunter put Joe Biden on the phone at least 20 times.
Well, it certainly didn't make sense that any of these countries wanted to do business with a drug addict, now that we know that timeline.
And then Hunter asking for, you know, have you seen the cash app?
It's using my code.
We'll each get five bucks.
Oh, okay.
The WhatsApp message.
I'm sitting here with my father.
Why haven't you delivered on your promise?
You know, we expect a call, blah, blah, blah.
This was the shakedown.
Within a week, they get $5 million from the communist Chinese oil giant CEFC.
I'm sure a mere coincidence, right?
No, none of this is a coincidence.
Or the former first lady in Moscow, the $3.5 million in that case, and an allegation of up to $100 million investment in real estate, which we've yet to verify.
And, of course, there's the outstanding issue of the $1.5 billion Bank of China deal that Peter Schweitzer writes about in Secret Empires.
We have a lot of ground to cover here because there's a lot of money we're talking about.
Or the $5 million no-interest forgivable loan.
Linda, wouldn't you like me to give you a $5 million no-interest forgivable loan?
I think those are pretty good terms, especially with the 11 rate hikes we've had.
That sounds wonderful.
Yes.
Doesn't it?
I'll serve on that board.
I know a ton about nothing about energy.
It'll be great.
Committee of Judiciary, Ways and Means, and Oversight, sent to Merrick Garland, are continuing their oversight of the executive branch's commitment to impartial justice, as well as investigating the veracity of statements made in response to congressional inquiries related to the DOJ's investigation of Hunter Biden.
Given recent unusual events relating to the department's plea and pretrial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden, we write a letter.
We write to better understand the department's decision to sign off on such an apparently atypical agreements, according to such court documents and news reports.
The judge in this case is Judge Narika of the United States District Court, District of Delaware, declined to accept Wednesday's department's plea deal and pre-trial diversion agreements with Mr. Biden.
The plea agreement relates to tax charges brought against that.
Now, add the whistleblowers to the list.
What were the whistleblowers saying?
These are top IRS whistleblowers, and they were telling us what.
They were telling us that they were stopped and stymied every single step of the way in their investigation, something they never saw in their career.
And we're going to hear from more of them.
By the way, anyway, 800-941-Sean is our number if you want to be a part of the program.
By the way, don't forget our friends at MyPillow celebrating their 20th anniversary.
Over 80 million MyPillows sold.
Now, Mike Lindell wants to say thank you to all his great customers.

10-year warranty, 60-day unconditional warranty.
Mypillow.com, Sean Hannity Square.
There's a lot going on in terms of John Kerry maybe up to his eyeballs in all of this and his connections to Devin Archer.
This is going to be an interesting story to watch, and we're going to have to wait and see on this.
But I'm just watching.
Apparently, there's audio recordings somebody told me today between Joe Biden and Parashenko.
I want to know if, in fact, that is true.
I want to know if this former CEO of Burisma that said that he has 17 tapes, two of them with him and Joe Biden speaking, 15 of them with Hunter Biden and him speaking.
That'd be probably very interesting evidence to have.
But I mean, they just blew the doors off this thing today.
Now, on top of all of this, the Daily Mail has an interesting story we're following about an interview they did with a whistleblower who was on a call as Hunter Biden discussed business with Joe.
We'll hear about that in the days to come.
Now, House Republicans want to grill Hunter's Paint by Numbers art buyer that got an appointment by Joe Biden.
We have encrypted apps on Hunter's laptop.
Apparently, there is new speculation in the New York Post to actually know what the name of the app is.
Did you ever hear of Wicker, Linda?
I never heard of it.
What is it?
I have, yeah.
It's like a confidential way of discussing more so than like Signal or WhatsApp or whatever.
All right, I don't use any of this stuff.
Anyway, they downloaded it 26 times.
You know, one time you told me, try this signal thing out.
And I'm like, okay, then I have to go to two places to get a text message.
I can barely go to one, and I don't even have an email account.
So nice try.
Now, over the weekend in the lead up to today, the Justice Department, well, they don't usually work Saturdays that I know of.
Anyway, they were working this Saturday.
And anyway, just before this Devin Archer appearance before this committee today, anyway, they wanted and made a filing.
They wanted him to go to jail immediately, which would have meant that he would not have been able, in fact, to testify today.
I'm sure it was just an oversight or just a mere coincidence, right?
The Justice Department pushing for Devin Archer to report to prison just days before this testimony, congressional testimony today, which was transcribed behind closed doors, but we're getting the details as we speak.
Manhattan federal prosecutors filed this letter requesting that the judge set a date for Archer to start his one-year sentence.
That immediately set up a firestorm.
Matt Gates, who will join us with Marjorie Taylor Greene, wanted Congress immediately called back in session.
You know, but the timing, as the New York Post editorial says today, reeks of nothing but bias by the feds.
Actions speak louder than words.
And the Department of Justice of Joe Biden has shown that incessant declarations of independence are absolutely meaningless.
The DOJ caught this week before, last week, trying to engineer this secret deal with Hunter to grant him what was blanket immunity, and they tried to sneak in the terms of that blanket immunity into the gun section of that plea agreement that they had.
The United States agrees not to criminally prosecute Biden outside the terms of this agreement for any federal crimes encompassed by the attached statement of facts.
Whoops.
The judge saw right through that, thankfully.
So let's get Devin Archer in jail so he doesn't have to go before the committee, and we're not going to be exposed.
And he's not going to talk about the 20-some-odd meetings.
Unbelievable.
I mean, how low can this Department of Justice go here?
How far are they willing to sell their soul to protect the Biden family syndicate here?
Because on the other side of the equation, they're doing everything humanly possible.
I've never seen such aggressive prosecution.
Classified documents, Mar-a-Lago.
You know, oh, they may have tried to erase the surveillance tape, which apparently, according to Donald Trump's team, they never erased.
But they did erase Hillary Clinton's emails that were subpoenaed, 33,000 of them with bleach pit and destroyed devices with hammers.
She got away with it.
If they did erase it, I guess the same standard would apply, right?
No, not in a country that doesn't have equal justice or application of our laws.
Things are so corrupt.
All right, Pure Talk, got to tell you, tough economic times.
