Uh, that only means one thing on this radio program, and that means all things simple man Bill O'Reilly, all things Bill O'Reilly of Bill O'Reilly uh.com.
I am very relieved to announce it was highly anticipated that as part of Bill's you know, hit series of of killing books, that killing Hannity was next on the list, and I am relieved to be able to tell you that his next book will be out.
Uh, and I know because I got an early copy, I opened it up with great trepidation because I thought it was about me, and my face was going to be on the cover that it's gonna be called Killing the Witches, the horror of Salem, uh, which will be out in September.
And uh, of course, if you want a first print edition early copy, you can go to Amazon.com, we'll put it up on Hannity.com.
Mr. O'Reilly, you have no idea what a real relief this is.
I thought killing Hannity was up next.
Well, like Hunter Biden, though, we're still accumulating.
Can you can you believe this day?
Can you believe what happened today?
I mean, I'm watching this unfold.
It is a complete Adam Schiff show, and I mean, it is uh and by the way, it should the judge should not have gone along with this deal.
Hunter Biden has done the United States of America a huge favor just by being Hunter Biden.
How's that?
What he's promoting crack cocaine, which part of his life do you are you praising?
Hooker is what?
Here's how he's done us a favor.
He has exposed the corruption at the Justice Department in the legal system, and perhaps in the White House.
Single-handedly, none of this would have happened had Hunter Biden not been a grifter.
But he is.
Everybody knows it.
This Hunter Biden deal has blown up in Merrick Garland's face, the Department of Justice's face.
And for those of us that have been exposing on a regular basis this dual system of justice we have, and it and every layer of the onion we've been on peeling shows just how corrupt things have been.
The IRS whistleblowers, the 1023 form between the FBI and the DOJ, politicized, weaponized.
Uh Bill, things have to change, or we might as well shred the Constitution.
And in that sense, you're right.
This is a favor to the country.
Now it has to be put back together again.
I'm trying.
The point I'm making is this, that usually in America we're a divided people on issues and some people on socialism, others want capitalism, on and on and on and on.
No fair-minded intelligent person could argue that Hunter Biden is not a grifter.
He is.
And that he received favorable treatment from the Justice Department because the fix was in.
You cannot argue against that if you're an honest individual.
But even more importantly now, it sheds a tremendous light on the president of the United States, who's caught.
And that's why you have not seen much of him the last two weeks.
And you won't see any of him in August.
They're basically trying to run out the clock until a week from tomorrow, when Congress uh adjourns for the summer.
That's what the Biden administration is uh trying to do.
And then they hope that their media allies will go silent and and then when everybody comes back in September, they'll have some other rap or whatever.
But this judge today was very courageous.
I don't know the judge on the No Spin News tonight, my TV broadcast, we're investigating her, which very creative because by the way, the judge in this case gave a five-year sentence in a in an exactly similar case on the gun charge to somebody,
and there was a drug component to that, and that person did not get the leniency that they were gonna give uh uh hunter biden uh let me let me take it a step further because we we've been doing our deep dive we've been doing the typical Hannity investigation thing and what we have now discovered and it's it's coming to light more every day and that is Joe Biden's involvement.
You gotta start at the beginning.
Joe Biden during the campaign repeatedly said over and over he never once talked to his son about his foreign business dealings.
He didn't talk to his brother.
As a matter of fact he spoke to nobody about these business dealings.
Now we've got photographic evidence.
We've got dates and times of of meetings Devin Archer will testify next week that in fact that Hunter would often in the middle of these these meetings with foreign business uh partners uh get Joe on the phone and Joe would kind of close the deal out for everybody uh and that he benefited financially in the 1023 form.
Now, that you have to look at very, very closely because the FBI informant in that case obviously was deemed very credible by the FBI because in the past they have paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars for the information he brought them.
And he has the CEO of Burisma on there.
And then we've got the tape of Joe bragging about withholding a billion dollars to fire the prosecutor.
The net result is his son stopped being investigated in that case and kept getting paid money for what he admitted on Good Morning America.
America for work he was not qualified for Bill.
That is Joe Biden selling out this country that is that is beyond influence peddling to me.
And now this is a real clear pr present danger to the Biden family politically.
Well I suppose a danger to him to Joe Biden himself.
Big time big time.
Well I'm I'm a simple man.
I mean I I know what you do and but a lot of people get lost in the weeds they they don't they can't grasp the whole thing.
Yeah lost in the weeds Bill or is or I think you will agree with this statement or the media is that corrupt they won't cover it.
Whatever it may be though I like to simplify I like to simplify things down.
By the way you're the most complicated human being I've I met in my life and yet you say that and it makes me laugh.
Well but if you go to my website below Riley.com watch the radio and television presentations it's all simple everybody can understand it.
So let me just give you one very vivid thing that you have not covered.
Um right tit for tat you go ahead.
You might have covered this but I didn't see it on your television program.
But you might have done it.
By the way you're a big Kennedy historian did you like Bobby last night just to divert your attention.
All right I'll let you go I'll let you stay focused.
Go ahead give me the tit for tat.
I'll give you two minutes on Bobby.
I've known him for decades as you have.
Okay so in two thousand seventeen Joe Biden releases tax returns.
Trump did not buy he did trying to show up Trump.
So okay here's my tax returns 10 million coming into the Biden family.
Jill and Joe 10 million a lot of jack.
Okay so he didn't really itemize it so that you could say here was the 10 million he said I had lectures I had booked I had University of Pennsylvania giving me uh 750,000 for nothing it's kind of like barisma and 10 million.
Okay.
Then three years later 2020 tax return he's down to six hundred thousand.
If the money was legitimate that he got in 17, he would have carried that through.
So if speaking engagements were were kicking in, all right, he would have continued those speaking engagements.
The book revenue would have continued.
I've had I got nineteen million books in in circulation in print.
I know how it works.
None of this stack.
So that's number one circumstantial but number one.
Number two, it took three years to get Nixon almost three years to get him because the case had to be built from the very foundation of the water break uh gate break in to the end where John Dean came forward and said Nixon's got tapes where he tried to cover this up and then it was over.
What is going to be over for Joe Biden where he will have to leave the office is if someone whether it be Devin Archer or I don't know comes forward Devin Archer and I've spoken to people that have spoken to him regularly Dev everything that Miranda Devine reported he's going to say this coming Monday.
Here's what he's not gonna say that so far that we know.
This check was cut to Biden, or this wire transfer from a bank was cut to Joe.
That's what is needed to get Joe out.
But what if he corroborates that Joe is the big guy and that money was set aside for him?
That therein is now uh corroboration of what Tony Bobelinski said, and interestingly, what the 1023 form said uh in terms of the CEO of Barisma being quoted as saying, and that Joe is gonna protect us, and Hunter's dumb as a doorknob, and my dog is smarter than him.
Okay, but you've got to find out where it was set aside.
See, that's the missing piece.
But he all but one other thing, Bill.
He also said five million to this Biden, five million of that Biden, and it'll take ten years to ever track that money.
Well, the federal government's gotta do it.
And they gotta be on the trail, and they have not been.
Not convicted, but he will be impeached.
I think impeachment is is now a reality for Joe, don't you?
I'm not sure about what McCarthy's strategy is.
If I were him, I would wait for more evidence.
He's doing that.
He's listening to you.
But he brought it up on my TV show earlier this week.
Yes, it's certainly in play, but wait, don't do what the Democrats did to Trump.
So right now, public opinion is turning against Joe Biden big time.
And you'll see that in the polling starting after Labor Day.
You'll see his approval rating go down to the mid-30s.
Because as I said, there's no doubt, okay, that corruption has now enveloped word of the day, the White House.
All right, quick break.
More with all things Simple Man Bill O'Reilly.
All things O'Reilly at BillOReilly.com as we continue.
All things O'Reilly.
Three hours a day of red, white, and blue.
America proud.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right, we continue now with uh all things simple man Bill O'Reilly, all things O'Reilly at BillO'Reilly.com at the bottom of this half hour, House Oversight uh committee chairman James Comer will join us.
Jay Secular weighs in on all the events with Hunter from earlier today, as as well as we continue in your calls coming up 800-941 Sean.
All right.
Now let's bring this into the political arena because you and I are pretty much on the same page, and I I can regurgitate all the points that I have about the money and the connections and what what the what the House Oversight Committee has found, the investigation into the DOJ and the FBI by the House Judiciary Committee.
All right, we we've covered that at length.
Now let's look at the political landscape.
And and I mentioned that I had Bobby Kennedy on last night.
By the way, I I like him personally.
I do.
He's a really nice guy.
And um, just like I like Gavin Newsom personally, and when I say that, people's heads explodes.
However, I disagree with everything that Gavin Newsom stands for.
At least I can agree with with Bobby Kennedy Jr. on immigration on biological men playing women's sports, uh, agree with him about how how badly the the COVID vaccine issue was handled in the country, and we how we had no appetite for even a discussion or questioning certain aspects of that that vaccine or therapeutics that people were offering.
Um but I I contend, and I think I'm gonna be proven way ahead of the curve on this, and I did the interview with Gavin.
I contend that the likelihood grows every day now that Gavin Newsom is gonna get in this and is gonna defeat Joe Biden and get that nomination.
Well, that's certainly a possibility, and uh the other thing that could uh eliminate that would be Michelle Obama up in the Martha's Vineyard area now, watching this very closely.
But you really think Michelle would get into it even after her admission, she's struggling with depression and and all these other issues.
I think she did not like her time in the White House.
Well, I don't know about that, but she could win.
Gavin Newsom's never gonna win.
Uh he's just not.
So uh basically what you you have here is a Democratic Party in disarray, panicking, because they know Joe's not gonna get by this.
There's no chance, zero chance.
So then that means they have to get rid of him, Bill.
And and I think that the canary in the coal mine is gonna be when they start talking about this issue the way the two of us are now talking about it.
Yeah, I don't know about any canaries or coal mine.
I'm afraid of coal mines, but I know there's abject panic.
If you saw Corinne, you don't know the saying about a canary in a coal mine.
Let me give you the phrase of the day.
You know what it means.
I know what it means, but I don't know any canaries.
Oh man.
I got to sub I'm going to send you to prison so you can learn about what a canary is.
Go ahead.
Okay.
Uh if you watch Corinne John Pierre's body language today.
Oh, it's Corinne Jean-Pierre.
Yes, I did.
All right.
KJP works, Bill.
Her, she's only about five foot anyway, but she was down to about four eight in that press company.
Listen, it was the those are one of those days you don't want to be a press secretary for sure.
There's no justification.
You can't defend it.
And finally I talked to Donald Trump on Friday.
I mean he uh gave me a call.
I think it was three in the morning.
Uh he calls by the way, that's about the time he calls.
Yeah, I know.
I mean but the only difference between you and me is I'm actually awake at that time.
So um he goes, uh, what are you doing?
Some right.
I'm working.
I work at, you know, he goes, Well, uh, you know, um I'm out here and playing golf and all this.
And I said, Look, play more golf than you can possibly ever play in your past.
Don't say a word.
All right.
Just let this unfold.
Don't get involved with it.
Let it organically develop.
Bill, you gave him great advice.
And at times I've offered unsolicited advice to him and other people.
You know what, Bill?
He's not gonna listen to that.
I don't know about that.
Oh, you think you have that much sway.
The ever convincing Bill O'Reilly's gonna pierce the the armor of Donald Trump's uh way of doing things.
Listen to me.
He went, quote, that's what Hannity said.
Well, did he really say that?
It's true, by the way.
It's all true.
Um, all things simple man Bill O'Reilly.
We appreciate you being on, Bill.
Thanks so much for being uh with us.
All things O'Reilly, BillO'Reilly.com.

All right, 25 to the top of the hour.
It's in Land of Lakes, Florida.
This is a community that will have about a hundred homes for the foundation's program recipients and participants, and two families already moved in, one a gold star family, also the family of a severely injured hero who served our nation.
They moved into the community's first smart home.
And the Let Us Do Good Village, it's a very special place where together families can heal.
A community where the children of our nation's fallen or catastrophically injured heroes, they can grow up and experience life together.
It's all thanks to the extraordinary donation of many acres of land.
And of course, without your generosity, none of these homes will be built.
And you can help America's greatest heroes and their families heal together, and hopefully This let us do good village will be the first of many communities like it.
And this is all part of their promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices our heroes have made for our country and our communities.
And they're asking all of us, I hope you'll join all of us here at Team Hannity and commit to eleven dollars a month, so this great work continues.

Alright, if you've been hiding at work some and you're buried in your work all day and you haven't heard the news, the Hunter Biden plea deal has just totally collapsed today, uh, in a Delaware courtroom appearance with a lot of drama from earlier today.
And you know, apparently the judge in this case was very angry that Biden's lawyers wanted her, the judge, to to rubber stamp this plea deal.
Uh then we had this this odd happening last night, uh, where one of the lawyers for Hunter Biden was accused of lying to the court.
Uh we're gonna get to James Comer in a second.
The White House did not have a a very good session.
Well, it wasn't a great day for Corrine Jean Pierre, the White House press secretary.
Uh then and listen to how she tries to distance her the president from his own son by saying he's a private citizen, then this is uh all about him and a personal matter for him.
Anyway, listen.
Hunter Biden is a private citizen, and this was a personal matter for him.
As we have said, the president, the first lady, they love their son and they support him as he continues to rebuild his life.
This case was handled independently, as all of you know, by the Justice Department under the leadership of a prosecutor appointed by the former president, President Trump.
So for anything further, as you know, and we've been very consistent from here at referring to the Department of Justice and to Hunter's representatives, uh, who is his legal team, obviously, who can address any of your questions.
All right.
Now, uh I don't blame them for trying to distance themselves, but anyway, James Comer is with us.
Uh he is the head of the House Government uh oversight committee.
Uh Congressman, great to have you back, sir.
How are you?
I'm well, thanks for having me.
All right, let's first get your reaction to the unfolding events of today.
Uh I happen to be really glad that the judge was smart enough to understand that this is running a lot deeper and and in large part it because of the investigation in your committee into the Biden family.
Yeah, I agree, Sean, and God bless the judge.
She did the right thing.
This was uh this was definitely the the right decision.
And it's obvious to everyone except uh the liberal media and uh the Democrat leadership that there's a lot of wrongdoing that's been committed by this family.
And it's not just about the president's son.
The president's son never would have been able to nail down all these foreign nationals wiring millions and millions of dollars to different shell companies that were then laundered to various members of the Biden family were it not for Joe's active participation.
So I think everyone in America sees that this stinks to high heaven.
Everyone sees that that plea deal was a was a sweetheart deal, and the Department of Justice and the FBI have completely laid down and turned a blind eye to corruption at the highest levels of our government.
So hopefully uh that gives our investigation even more momentum heading into what I call the the deposition phase of of our of our work.
Okay, let's talk about let's lay out the case and what your committee has now discovered.
Because I think this really gets to the the heart of things.
You know, we learned from these IRS whistleblowers things that should never happen, that they were prevented from doing their job because higher ups wouldn't allow them to do their job, and that was you know, in investigate issues involving Joe Biden specifically and and Hunter Biden, and that there were tactics used to delay that prevented that allowed the statute of limitations to pass on certain uncertain allegations of of crimes, IRS crimes, for example.
Tell us what they said to you.
Well, what the IRS whistleblowers said is that uh they wanted to start interviewing members of the Biden family, because obviously several members of the family, as we were the first to point out, received wires from these shell companies that originated from foreign Nationals in countries that aren't particularly friendly to the United States.
They knew that their last name was Biden, which meant that they were politically exposed at the very least.
So uh the IRS was was curious about this, and they knew that the Bidens apparently hadn't paid a penny of taxes on the millions of dollars they received, and the fact that they were receiving money from our enemies around the world was very concerning to the IRS.
So they were far along in the investigation.
They were to the point to where they they thought that it was time to interview both Hunter and other family members, and they told the DOJ that they felt like this would lead to Joe.
They needed to know if Joe had anything to do with this because you know it's very serious.
His family wouldn't be getting millions of dollars were it not for them at the very least being related to Joe Biden.
And that's when the DOJ shut their investigation down and let the statute of limitations expire and and uh just walked away from the from the case.
And according to the whistleblowers and and what your committee has discovered is there is a pattern of really serious misconduct.
It's involving millions and millions of dollars in barn cash uh from a lot of hostile regimes towards the U.S. or number one and number two geopolitical foes, that would be China and Russia.
Uh then you have Romania, then you have Ukraine, then you have Kazakhstan, then you have uh uh Mexico and what a dozen other countries or so.
Yep, yep.
If you count the brother, there's gonna be uh close to a dozen countries.
But you know, the the most troubling thing to me from that IRS whistleblower investigation, John, was when I asked the question towards the end whether or not the IRS whistleblowers knew about the Forum 1023, the form that Senator Grassy released the next day that showed that uh Joe Biden was accused of taking a bribe from Ukraine.
And they said no, they never saw it.
They read about it in the paper.
They read where Bill Barr said he turned it over to Weiss, and they couldn't understand why Weiss wouldn't have shared that with them because Weiss knew that they were investigating suspicious money wires from Ukraine going into Biden family members' account,
and yet he gets a credible FBI source allege that that Joe Biden was part of a bribery scheme, and Weiss never shared that with the international tax crime division of the IRS, who was leading a at that time a four-year long investigation.
So they were they were very concerned about that.
That's another example of of Weiss participating in a cover-up.
So after months of obfuscation, and the FBI was not willing to turn this over for the longest time.
First they said no, then you got a heavily redacted version of the 1023 form.
Ironically, in one interview you told me you had it the whole time, but you wanted the FBI to hand it over to you and confirm it.
And and then, of course, then they they took everybody into a skiff.
Uh, they certainly didn't want it released publicly, and Senator Grassley was the one that said, you know what, the the public needs to see this.
Um, but this is number one, it's a credible FBI informant.
How do we know he's credible?
Because the FBI, correct me if I'm wrong, didn't they pay this informant over the years hundreds of thousands of dollars?
Uh I doubt they would pay for information that was uh worth that much money if they didn't find the person trustworthy, right?
That's exactly right.
Let me go further.
They said that this FBI informant was one of their most trusted, most effective informants in the entire Bureau, and that they had successfully used his testimony in previous cases.
Okay, so now he is meeting with the the former head of Barisma.
Now, Barismo, of course, we know Joe Biden brags on tape that he leveraged the billion taxpayer dollars to get the prosecutor fired.
The prosecutors investigating Barisma and and Hunter, and and lo and behold, within six hours he's fired.
Uh Ukraine gets the loan guarantees, the billion dollars, and Hunter continues to get paid.
Now, when we get into the depth of of this 1023 form, we are learning a lot.
And we're learning about how the big guy himself is implicated repeatedly in this, because what it's showing is that, you know, number one, the it's the head of Barisma didn't want to pay five million dollars to Biden one and Biden two, but he said in this he's directly quoted as saying to the the FBI informant uh that in fact they did and that they hired Hunter Biden to protect us through uh his dad from all kinds of problems.
Uh don't worry, Hunter will take care of these issues, he tells the FBI's confidential human source, the Barisma CEO saying.
Um he goes on to say, you know, a lot of other damning things, you know, cost five million to pay one Biden, five million to pay another Biden.
He stated he didn't want to pay the Bidens.
He was pushed to pay the Bidens.
Well, and then of course you can add to that the WhatsApp message.
I'm sitting here with my father.
Like we'd like to understand why the commitment made had not been fulfilled, you know, and that whole threat and shakedown um ends up with what, five million dollars from an energy company in China sent within a week.
Am I wrong on any of these facts?
No, you're a hundred percent right, as usual, Sean.
You know, uh so what what do we call that, Congressman?
I mean, to me, these are severe bribery allegation, uh bribery allegations, uh, and that Joe this is a Joe Biden problem, more so than a Hunter Biden problem, because if Joe Biden was was taking actions as vice president and he was getting paid money, backdoor payments of money, uh, wouldn't that mean that he's compromised by these countries?
I would say he'd be compromised.
Absolutely.
And look what we're doing in Ukraine now, and I'm not you know criticizing the fact that uh I hope Ukraine beats Russia, but I don't want to give Ukraine a blank check, and that's what we're doing right now.
That's beside the point.
But uh the fact that here's a country that he's played an active role in getting rid of a a a prosecutor who was trying to prosecute his son's corrupt company, and then the FBI was sitting on evidence the whole time that claimed he got paid off by this corrupt company to uh to fire the prosecutor who was trying to nail them for corruption, I mean you can't make it up, and he with he bragged about it on TV.
So we've got the tape where Joe Biden bragged about firing the prosecutor.
So you know, there the most concerning thing to me about the Forum 1023 was the fact that the what the the uh oligarch said investigators will take ten years to uncover this because of how we uh disperse the money through various bank accounts.
That is consistent with the pattern that we saw in Romania where Joe Biden was wagging around a foreign aid check, and he left the country as vice president, and days later his family started getting wires from Romanian foreign nationals into a shell company that was then laundered down to different family members, including the president's granddaughter who was in college at the time.
And on Hunter's laptop, correct me if I'm wrong, doesn't he complain bitterly that half his income goes to Pops and he pays for Pops' home uh repairs and and and then the the comment about the big guy and uh the big guy apparently was gonna get his ten percent and Hunter would hold that money for the big guy.
Have we been able to trace, you know, because it's interesting the CEO of Boris m said five million to one Biden, five million to another Biden.
But uh have we been able to trace, because they also said that it would take ten years to discover how that money was paid.
Have you gotten any closer to finding out how that money was transferred or if it was transferred?
Yeah, we've got some more bank statements in that show some more wires.
And remember the 1023 alleges there were you know, lots of different bank accounts that they transferred money through.
So we've got different wires that we don't know why the Biden family got the money.
And that's some of the questions we want to ask the people that we're bringing in.
Obviously, Devin Archer's coming in, hopefully in a week.
And uh he was on the board of Brisbane with Hunter Biden, so he has a lot of knowledge, and hopefully he'll be like the judge today and the Irish was a blowers and and and the FBI was a blowers and do the right thing and tell the truth.
Is that gonna bl be televised that hearing, or is it gonna be just uh it's it's a it's like a deposition only it's a transcribed interview, which is like a deposition to where we'll get an hour when I say we, the Republicans on the committee on the oversight committee will get a to ask questions for an hour, and then the Democrats will get a qu ask questions for an hour, and I think we go one more round, so each side gets two hours.
Will that without transcript be released?
Yeah, as quick as I can get it released, I'll release it.
I mean, I've been as transparent as anyone.
No, you have been.
I mean, in fairness to you, I'll be honest.
Do you last question?
Exit question.
Do you believe at the end of the day that Joe Biden and the Biden that Joe Biden as vice president took specific actions for the financial benefit of himself and the co and his family?
Yes.
Will that be proven?
Beyond any doubt.
That's that's the objective.
I mean, the money.
You think you're close, though, don't you?
Right, yeah, absolutely.
The money just didn't come down like manna from heaven, Sean.
There's a purpose for why a family would receive twenty-five million dollars that was funneled through different shell companies.
So you, you know, you had to have a lot of agreement with the person.
How did the person know it wasn't a scam or something?
How did the person know the Foreign National know that the money would actually end up in the Biden family eventually?
So there's a lot of communications that went on.
This is a very organized crime.
Wow.
And and I think the judge gave validity for that today, because the judge looked at this like, look, there's a lot of crimes that's been committed by this by this family.
Unbelievable.
Anyway, we do appreciate your time and your hard work, and you you're always generous with this program and our TV show.
Uh Congressman James Comer, keep up the good work.
We are getting to the bottom of it.
You have been, you know, doggedly pursuing the truth here, and we appreciate it.
Thank you.
Up next, our final roundup and information overload hours.
All right, do you believe in our framers, our founders' vision for America?
That our republic will only survive if we are an educated, informed people that know our rights and our duties.
Well, since 1844, Hillsdale College, they have sought to educate all that wish to learn about these timeless principles of self-government, uh, that natural rights, rights come from God, not from government.
And for more than fifty years, the college has worked to spread their mission by sending their monthly speech Digest in Primus, or their digest the liberty as they call it, to millions of Americans, including me.
And Primus features some of the best speeches given at Hillsdale Events, and now they have an audio version of their popular speech digest.
It's available on a new podcast of the same name.
And like the print publication in Primus, the podcast is always free.
