This is an iHeart podcast.
All right.
Thanks, Scott Shannon.
Thanks to all of you for being with us.
Toll-free on numbers, 800-941-Sean, if you want to be a part of the program.
We've got our RFK town hall today.
I find it amusing.
So my staff says, you really need to pay attention to this.
And what is it?
Robert F. Kennedy called you a whole bunch of names.
I'm like, okay, in the lead up to today's town hall, well, in 2007, he actually did.
You got it?
Let's go.
So I'm going to tell you this: that the next time you see John Stossel or Glenn Beck or Rush Limbaugh or Sean Hannity, these flat earthers, these corporate toadies lying to you, lying to the American public, and telling you that global warming doesn't exist.
You send an email to their advertisers and tell them you're not going to buy their products anymore.
I thought he appeared at the censorship hearing last week complaining about censorship, and he's calling for a boycott to shut me down back in 2007.
It's been highly successful as I am still here, obviously.
So people were like looking for, why was everyone looking at me for a reaction on this as if one was going to be forthcoming?
I vaguely, vaguely, I don't even think I really remember this back in the day.
Apparently, I responded on TV because one of a mediite article quoted me as responding.
I don't care.
I might have fun with it tonight.
That might just add to the entertainment value of tonight's town hall.
But short of that, I'm not that worried about it.
I promise my feelings are not hurt.
You know, this is one thing young people have to learn if you can teach it to them because they care a lot about what their friends think, what other people think.
It's kind of natural.
Human nature.
You know, you don't want people not liking you.
Well, that ship, whatever that chip is that you're supposed to have that gives a you know what about what people think about me, I don't care.
I don't care.
I'm so far behind it.
It's just like it just, it just doesn't mean a thing to me at this point in my life.
And we have spent a lot of years on this program giving out opinions.
So I'm on the air four hours a day, and I expect that there are going to be people that don't like me, that take cheap shots, whatever.
Well, if he really thought I was all of these things back then, obviously his opinion must have changed dramatically considering he's doing the one-hour town hall with me tonight.
So I'll let that speak for itself.
Anyway, it should be fun.
Looking forward to seeing many of you that will be coming out tonight.
One thing that we learned that it turns out that America's most celebrated finger painting, or I call him a paint by numbers guy, Hunter Biden, is still using daddy's power and influence to raise money.
It appears New York Post has a story today that Hunter Biden's novice artwork raked in at least $1.3 million.
Now, by the way, then why is he asking a judge down in Arkansas to reduce by 75% the child support payments of his four-year-old little girl?
I'm not sure how that deal ended up panning out the way it did because he ended up reducing it 75%.
And when he flew in for the hearing, he flew in on a private jet, you know, provided by his friend, you know, saw that his Malibu attorney friend is, you know, the family friend that I guess helped him out with the taxes or whatever, the back money that he owed, was out on a, I guess, smoking a bong.
I don't know.
I cannot verify what was in the bong, but I have a pretty good idea what was likely in the bong.
Hunter was not on the porch at the time with him, but he was in the apartment, according to reports.
So, anyway, he got $1.3 million for his Paint by Numbers artwork.
Buyers, including a Democratic donor friend who had whom his dad named to a prestigious commission, anyway, a Los Angeles real estate investor.
I won't mention her name.
I mean, why bring her into this?
Anyway, philanthropists bought one of Hunter's quote works, according to Business Insider, which cited sales records kept by the art dealer.
But it does turn out that the woman was appointed by President Biden to the Commission on the Preservation of America's Heritage Abroad in July of 2022, about eight months after Hunter's first art show, which took place in Hollywood.
It's unclear when she bought the artwork of Hunter or how much he paid for it.
There's nothing that I have seen in terms of Hunter's artwork that inspires me.
I do like the guy, John McNaughton, out of Utah, that draws all these patriotic paintings and religious paintings.
I like that guy a lot.
I think he's a pretty talented, gifted artist.
Anyways, one side note before we get into some of the more serious issues that we're dealing with with the Biden bribery corruption scandal allegations, and that is Hunter Biden's book.
Apparently, justthenews.com points out, revealed evidence of tax evasion.
Now, this is a pretty interesting report.
One of the IRS whistleblowers that we heard from in the Biden case says that some of the evidence that showed that the president's son was engaged in alleged tax evasion came from Hunter's memoir.
Wonder if it'll show up in his paintings next.
Who knows?
Anyway, the IRS agent, this is the Democrat that testified, Joseph Ziegler, told justthenews.com that investigators looking into suspect business tax deductions on Hunter's tax returns found information in the book.
I guess its title was Beautiful Things.
That the expenses were for personal choices and not for corporate benefit.
Now, that's almost the biggest component of this.
And I don't think the general public understands.
You have a statement being made in a book that are talking about going out to California, leaving your life, and then going to start a new life.
Yet on your tax return, you essentially are stating things are completely different.
He tells John Solomon, whoopsie Daisy, so much for the Biden crime family.
One of the more interesting developments has been: let's go back and listen to Joe Biden as a candidate repeatedly deny that he ever once spoke to Hunter or his brother Jim Biden or anybody for that matter about his foreign business dealings.
Just listen.
Hey, President, how many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their businesses, period.
And what I will do is the same thing we did in our administration.
There will be an absolute wall between personal and private and the government.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
Yes, I stand by that statement.
Yes, I stand by that statement.
Okay, so remember, now let's listen to White House spokesperson Corine Jean-Pierre claiming that the story of Joe Biden's business involvement is unchanged.
And yet, meanwhile, the news story of the White House is very different.
They're now claiming that Joe Biden was never part of the business.
That's not what he said.
I never once spoke to Hunter or Jim or anybody for that matter about their foreign business dealings.
Now they're taking a little different version, different take here.
Curious if the White House and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about his.
So I've been asked this question a million times.
The answer is not going to change.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Okay, was never in business with his son and then denies Biden's involvement.
That's not the question.
Did he ever speak to his son about his foreign business dealings?
Now that we know that that is a lie, we know that Joe Biden, why did Joe Biden really fire the Ukrainian prosecutor?
He fired the Ukrainian prosecutor.
Why?
Because he was investigating his son.
He leveraged a billion of our tax dollars to do it.
He gave him a six-hour timeframe to accomplish the task.
Son of a bee, they did.
And Hunter continued to get paid.
Are we saying that that just really happened out of the blue and we're supposed to believe that?
Nobody believes that.
And Joe's on tape bragging about it.
And Hunter's on tape literally admitting that he had no experience to be paid any money for this.
Then we could take you back.
There's that voicemail about Hunter.
And hey, it's dad.
It's Wednesday.
If you get a chance, give me a call.
Nothing urgent.
I want to talk to you.
I thought the article released online, it's going to be printed tomorrow in the Times was good.
I think you're clear.
Anyway, if you get a chance, give me a call.
I love you.
No point in playing it, but we have that tape.
So you've got to understand.
Now, what do we have coming up here?
We have Miranda Devine's, you know, basically preview of Devin Archer, who's going to go before the House Oversight Committee next week.
And the media is calling it a subtle change in Joe's claims that he never discussed Hunter or Biden's business deals.
By the way, that's about as subtle as an 8.0 on the Richter scale earthquake, because that is a dramatic shift.
You know, one fell swoop, the Biden White House is admitting that Joe was lying for all these years when he looked over and over again, straight into the camera, lied during the campaign over and over again, that he never discussed Hunter's business deals with Hunter or his brother or anybody.
And now we expect next Monday, this coming Monday, that Devin Archer will tell Congress that both he and Lyon Joe were on Hunter's conference calls while these shady deals were going down.
That Hunter often made it a practice to call up Joe with the foreign business partners in the room.
Joe would say hi.
And now they're forced to change their story.
It is a massive distinction.
New York Post editorial yesterday said it all.
Devin Archer's testimony proves it.
Hunter's a grifter and Joe's a damn liar.
And the White House changed their tune as of yesterday, saying he was never in business with Hunter.
That's not what he claimed during the campaign.
For three years, he has been insisting he never talked to his son about any of this.
Then the Post revealed the bombshell.
Devin Archer says the first son threw his then VP dad on speaker during these shady business discussions as many as 24 times, two dozen times in Archer's presence.
And he's going to testify to the House Oversight Committee on this.
Archer saying the president didn't always realize he was even on speakerphone.
So that's pretty dubious, but assuming it's true, then Biden, a sitting vice president, surely knew exactly what Hunter was doing.
And that was, you know, what services was Hunter offering Ukraine in the case of Burisma?
He didn't have any experience in energy, oil, gas, coal, Ukraine.
You know, when he sat there and the WhatsApp message came out in the FD 1023 form, that's the form with the FBI informant, someone that the FBI clearly trusted because they paid him hundreds of thousands of dollars in the past for information.
But he's speaking directly with the CEO of Burisma.
And this guy is saying, yeah, $5 million for this Biden, $5 million for that Biden.
It'll take him 10 years to figure out how I pay them, blah, blah, blah.
I didn't want to pay them.
I had to pay them.
But Joe is going to protect us because Hunter's dumb as dirt.
And even my dog is smarter than Hunter.
He's stupid, he said over and over again.
Anyway, the post revealed that this Archer testimony, you know, that Archer is going to throw both Hunter and the president on speaker down the stairs simply by telling the truth.
And Archer says the president didn't even realize he was always on speakerphone.
Now, that to me is even dubious, assuming it's true, but a sitting vice president, I think, would surely know that Hunter was doing generally what he was doing, and he did nothing to stop it.
And Joe just arrogantly thought he can get away with it.
And then, well, how much of the money went to Joe?
We don't know the exact amount, how much money they did in business with China, Russia, Romania, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Mexico, and a dozen other countries.
We don't know.
But we're going to find out.
And we know that after the WhatsApp call, within a week, $5 million from the Chinese energy company to Hunter Biden.
Hunter Biden complains bitterly on his laptop that half his income goes to Pops, and he has to pay for Pops' home repairs.
And he's complaining, and then they're talking about putting aside 10% for the big guy.
And Hunter will hold the 10% for the big guy.
Okay, beginning to see where this picture is unfolding here.
It's not that complicated.
Anyway, the walls are closing in on the Biden family syndicate.
Then, of course, we got questions about the FBI, the Department of Justice weaponized, the IRS weaponized, and all the efforts to protect the whole Biden family.
Hey there, I'm Mary Catherine Hamm.

Chat that I learned today.
This is John Solomon and justthenews.com and Reuters also.
Because the media mob keeps referring to David Weiss.
That's the Delaware U.S. Attorney handling the Biden case as a Trump appointee.
He's not.
Weiss previously served as the top deputy in the U.S. Attorney's Office, was interim U.S. attorney during the early years of the Obama administration.
And anyway, it looks like the Obama-appointed David Weiss now is serious explaining to do about why he deep-sixed what his own office had recommended, and that was felony tax charges against Hunter and why he didn't do a deeper dive and the involvement of the DOJ, what the involvement they may have.
But they point out at just the news that the FBI's Pittsburgh office reportedly briefed the Delaware U.S. Attorney's Office on the unclassified FBI document containing confidential human sources, the 1023, about specific actions Joe took as then vice president in exchange for his family making all this money.
And that had to do with the Burisma CEO, Mykola Solochesky, who then paid the Bidens.
He claimed in this report, $5 million each.
And Joe Biden taking credit for getting Shokun fired.
And citing an individual with knowledge of the briefing, the Federalists reported that the Pittsburgh FBI office corroborated details of the document's claims.
And travel records for the confidential human source confirmed that the individual indeed traveled the locations described in the document.
And the CHS, the confidential human sources handlers, corroborated these claims.
And the FBI reportedly told Weiss that they corroborated those details during the briefing.
Well, he's going to apparently testify in September.
I've got a lot of questions myself.
News all afternoon.
When you get off work, be sure to check in first for everything you miss during the day.
This is the Sean Hannity Show.
All right.
So what else do we have going on here?
So now we have the White House, you know, sharply changing their tune.
Because this question now has been asked a lot in the last year to Joe Biden.
Do you stand by your claim that you never once talked to Hunter about his foreign business dealing?
I never changed my tune, blah, blah, blah.
You know, which montage?
The one of the old one?
No, we already have that.
Now, well, we have that too.
Listen to that.
I'm curious if the White House and the president still stand behind his comment that he's never been involved and has never even spoken to his son about his.
So I've been asked this question a million times.
The answer is not going to change.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
How many times have you ever spoken to your son about his overseas business dealings?
I've never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings.
The president was never in business with his son.
I have never discussed with my son or my brother or anyone else anything having to do with their business.
Period.
The president was never in business with his son.
Do you stand by your statement that you did not discuss any of your son's overseas business deals?
I stand by that statement.
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Do you think it was wrong for him to take that position?
No, knowing that it was really because that company wanted access to you.
Well, that's not true.
You're saying things you do not know what you're talking about.
No one said that.
Who said that?
The answer remains the same.
The president was never in business with his son.
Okay, what a big difference.
I never discussed, was never in business.
And why do you think this is happening?
Because Devin Archer is going to tell the truth about dozens of times that Joe Biden was on speakerphone with Hunter and Devin there and the foreign business partners they were doing business with, and that the, you know, which was revealed by Miranda Devine.
If the president and his media lackeys out there were willing to lie so blatantly for three years, you know, why should we believe anything that he's saying on the subject now?
He's been lying for the longest time.
Now, it's a part of me, I guess, should feel proud and vindicated.
I'm more frustrated than anything else.
Because during the Trump-Ukrainian impeachment nonsense, what was he saying?
One of the things he's saying, be good stewards with our money.
And is there any truth to this issue about the Biden family getting paid a massive amount of money?
Oh, how dare he?
Let's impeach him for that.
The Biden family got paid, and Hunter implicates his own father in the payment.
So Monday's not going to be a good day for the Biden family or the Biden family syndicate.
We had Kevin McCarthy on last night, and he was very clear that this is now rising to the level of an impeachment inquiry.
But by the way, I would say, take it a step further, that a full-fledged criminal investigation should be opened about now, especially the way the DOJ treats Donald Trump and the FBI treats Donald Trump.
Are we going to have equal justice and equal application of our laws or not?
Here's Kevin McCarthy.
If you're sitting in our position today, we would know none of this if Republicans had not taken the majority.
We've only followed where the information has taken us.
But Henry's rising to the level of impeachment inquiry, which provides Congress the strongest power to get the rest of the knowledge and information needed.
I believe we will follow this all the way to the end, and this is going to rise to an impeachment inquiry the way the Constitution tells us to do this.
And we have to get the answers to these questions.
We already have the answers to the questions.
And this is why the work of these two committees, why do you think that, you know, well, these IRS whistleblowers are so important?
Because from the top down, they were being stymied and stopped from doing their job.
And now they come out as whistleblowers, risking their entire careers because they see a grave injustice take place and they don't want to be a part of it.
And you got to give them credit.
Now, there are political implications to all of this here.
Now, we already have a quarter of Democrats have doubts about Biden's mental fitness.
I'd like to know about the other 75%, what's wrong with them.
Then, you know, you have, I've been saying that Joe Biden is but one fall away from a mass exodus of the Democratic, I don't know, hierarchy, the Democratic establishment, even, both in Washington and around the country, and the media mob saying, you know, you know what?
This guy's not up to the job.
I can see that happening.
You know, if he falls down, well, then we have other issues that Joe Biden is facing.
Why do you think Maureen Dowd, and I spent a lot of time on this when she wrote that article going after Joe Biden for not acknowledging his seventh grandchild, Hunter's child with this woman in Arkansas?
The circumstances of that child's birth should be meaningless to Joe Biden.
This girl is the granddaughter of the president of the United States.
She's four years old, and she deserves to be accepted and loved by her family.
Isn't that what liberals lecture conservatives about all the time?
You know, that to me is simple, basic common sense, you know, and they refuse steadfastly to acknowledge this girl's existence.
Now, Maureen Dowd is a hardcore Democrat, columnist for the New York Times.
She's no conservative.
Now, to me, it's a bit of a canary in a coal mine.
And as much as, okay, other Democrats have jumped on board, when Joe falls again, I think you're going to see a lot of people saying that he can't run because they don't want him to run.
I'm saying all of this predicated on my belief they don't want him to run.
And if you have eyes to see and ears to hear, you see a guy that is a cognitive wreck and that wants to be president.
You're watching a man that is weak, frail, feeble, a cognitive mess.
And very few people want to say it.
Now, add to that, these issues involving corruption.
Once you see, and we'll have Newt Gingrich at the top of the hourway on this, and he said something, I think, pretty profound.
We played it.
It was part of our montage leading into the show open.
And that is that eventually, if the New York Times and the Washington Post start covering this story, which they have been ignoring as it relates to the Biden bribery syndicate allegations, you'll know that that's the end.
You'll know that the establishment has now turned on him completely.
And we'll wait and see if that happens.
You have a radical Democratic professor, by the way, urging Biden.
Can you imagine professors urging Joe Biden to defy the United States Supreme Court?
Why would Democrats care?
Because no Democrats seem to care at all that they lied to FISA court judges.
There are no consequences for anybody that signed those phony FISA warrants, none at all.
And they knew it was phony.
We know they knew it was phony because they were warned in August of 2016 by Bruce Orr that it was political and Hillary paid for it and they shouldn't use it.
They themselves tried to corroborate it by offering a million-dollar reward to Christopher Steele in early October 2016.
Christopher Steele couldn't collect because he could corroborate nothing.
But yet, Jim Comey, who signed three of the four FISA warrants, used the bulk of information.
How do I know they used it?
Because Andrew McCabe, the deputy FBI director, said without Hillary's dirty Russian disinformation dossier, there would be no FISA application approved.
So they get away with it.
Biden should just find ways to defy the rulings of MAGA justices for their gravely mistaken constitutional interpretations.
Two very pro-Democrat leftist university professors are now urging.
Havid law professor Mark Tushnett and San Francisco State University political scientist Aaron Bilkin penned an open letter to the Biden administration on popular constitutionalism to respond to what Biden has called not a normal court following these high-profile cases.
We urge President Biden to restrain MAGA justices immediately by announcing that if and when they issue rulings that are based on gravely mistaken interpretations of the Constitution that undermine our most fundamental commitments, the administration will be guided by its own constitutional interpretations, they said.
Well, I bet these two left-wing professor nutjobs are 100% in favor of prosecuting Donald Trump on any and all charges.
But anyway, full quarter of people.
How many more times is Joe going to fall?
We had the three false on the one incident of stepping up the stairs to Air Force One.
Now he's using the shorter stairs to get on Air Force One.
And he's wearing sneakers and then making other accommodations.
They want to be responsive.
Apparently, the last time that he fell down, that they got very, very wigged out about it all.
And they're like, we can't allow this to happen again.
The Democratic Party needs to be responsive to what people are saying about Biden.
This was on FoxNews.com.
The number of text messages I got after the president fell, I mean, my phone was blowing up.
This is so bad.
That was the president's tripping at the Air Force Academy in their graduation ceremony.
Some of Biden's aides apparently got together to discuss how they can make sure it never happens again.
What do you mean, make sure it never happens again?
Even though the stairs are shorter and maybe not as steep, he's still capable of tripping up the stairs of Air Force One and tripping on stage.
The worst part of that to me was he couldn't even get up on his own.
Like he made one attempt to get up with people holding him and he fell back down again.
He didn't fall once, but three times.
And of course, we had the biking incident, fell off his bicycle.
Another great moment for Joe Biden.
But I don't think there's anything they can do.
However, if it keeps happening, I'm telling you, Democrats are going to abandon ship.
And all of these things combined.
Once you see Democrats now go after the bribery scandal allegations, that is the greatest indicator you will have that they are now flipping away from Joe Biden.
Anyway, I hate to give you some bad news, but gas prices are now soaring, according to Bloomberg, Gas Buddy, Wall Street Journal.
Anyway, the media was applauding Biden for getting inflation down to 3% after jacking up prices 16% since coming into office and then basically raiding our petroleum reserves to help Democrats bring down the price of oil before the 2022 midterms.
Anyway, the average price of gas up 5 to 10 cents per gallon this week alone, which increases 10 to 25 per gallon in many states.
Not good news.
By the way, are you watching the possibility UPS may go on strike?
I love my UPS driver.
I love my FedEx driver.
They're cool people.
Whenever I see them, we stop, we chat, we talk.
They're just great guys.
Work really hard.
You know, I hope for their sake it doesn't last long.
And I hope they get a fair raise and increase in salary to keep up with Biden inflation.
One in five Americans will never say they never will be able to retire.
That's a statistic that came out.
20% of Americans fear they will never be able to retire.
What are you going to be as old as Joe and go to a construction site?
I mean, how's that possible?
By the way, Biden's also cracking down on water heaters in addition to gas stoves and air conditioners and every modern convenience.
Maybe we ought to just be building tents in our backyards and shutting our homes down forever.
You know, anyway, donate it to science.
Pretty scary story about LeBron James has a son.
It's Bronnie James is his name.
And I guess he plays at USC.
Is that where he plays with USC?
He's a great, apparently very talented basketball player.
And he suffered cardiac arrest during practice.
Now, people are angry at Elon Musk because Elon Musk rightly pointed out that with young athletes, there has been a higher incidence of myocarditis.
Now, do I know that that was the case here?
I have no idea.
I'm just, I'm thankful that they were able to save this young man and that apparently he's going to be okay.
That's what I heard.
But however, I do think that we need to look into this issue of myocarditis more deeply and aneurysms more deeply and other impacts.
And is any of it associated with COVID or vaccines?
I don't know.
But Elon Musk got eviscerated for suggesting that we ask the question.
Anyway, when we come back, Newt Gingrich will also check in with Greg Jarrett, our town hall with RFK Jr.
9 Eastern tonight.
