And now, Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon, and pundit, Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times bestselling author, and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
And welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and you are back in the Stone Zone.
I've been very carefully watching the culture wars going on around us, and you can't help but notice the controversies over Bud Light, Target, Cole, Northern Face, and others.
Recently, Recently, Breitbart News reported that the Target chain of stores pushed a transgendered theme clothing line for children and partnered with an actual self-identified Satanist designer, the UK-based Ab Perel, in this the UK-based Ab Perel, in this line of apparel, which insists in its sloganing, Satan loves you and Satan respects pronouns.
Now, I'm a libertarian, have been for most of my political life.
I really believe what consenting adults do in their homes is between them and God.
But the trans agenda is one that seeks to proselytize and push a dogma on children, who I believe are too young to make decisions for themselves, particularly about their sexuality.
Enter Jimmy Levy.
Jimmy Levy is a man born with a voice, a gift from God.
We actually call him The Voice.
You may remember him from American Idol.
His gritty, yes, elegant vocals and his hauntingly passionate lyrics really speak directly to your soul, diving into the darkness while synchronously finding the light.
I had the occasion to hear him sing live in two events in the last two weeks, and he is truly an exceptional talent.
Now, he and my friend Forgiato Blow, Nick Notoli, and Stoney Dudebro, I love that name, have put forward a song called Boycott Target.
The song's lyrics address the controversy at Target, and this song and the uprise of the American people has caused this discount retailer to lose $10 billion in the last 10 days.
The song was released Thursday, has become a runaway hit on multiple platforms.
The official music video for the song Boycott Target has accumulated more than 4.4 million downloads.
The track Boycott Target has hit number one on iTunes, the most popular song across all genres, and sits above songs by Taylor Swift and country and western star Luke Combs.
They would be number two and three.
Target shares traded at $137.31 on Tuesday, the lowest in nearly three years.
Just days ago, they valued at $160.96.
That was on May 17th.
Joining us now is the man himself.
We call him The Voice, Jimmy Levy.
The lowest in nearly three years.
Just days ago, they valued it $160.96.
That was on May 17th.
Joining us now is the man himself.
We call him The Voice.
Jimmy Levy, welcome to the Stone Zone.
What's up, brother?
Nice to see you.
Great to see you.
Thank you so much for joining us.
So, Jimmy, we're going to play the song here.
I think that's probably a good place to start.
So, gentlemen, let's roll this incredible and impactful song, and then we'll talk about what's going on.
Yeah, yeah.
Tentinel shoppers, tentinel shoppers.
Yeah, yeah.
There's a cleanup on every aisle.
Yeah, yeah.
Target is targeting your kids.
Yeah.
They put a target on my back, but they're targeting your kids.
They don't even need to ask, because you all know what it is.
Yeah, that's why I keep a strap.
And I'm always by my bed.
This agenda got to stop.
Yeah, you know we're going to win.
When they target, target, yeah, they target in.
Target, target, yeah, they target kids.
Target, target, yeah, they target in.
Target, target, yeah, they target kids.
You know the targets, they're wrong, trying to play with these kids.
It's the mayor of Megaville, I'm preaching the game.
You know the LGBTQ don't win too far.
You know they cutting these kids, they leaving trannies with scars.
Why they pushing the gender, promoting sexual genders.
I'm only rocking with Bruce.
Don't rock with no Caitlyn Jenner.
You think that gay shit gonna get you paid?
Yeah, we gonna see.
It's my all-alguer, 2024.
We trumping, baby.
You heard the news story, target, targeting kids.
They going after our youth, and yeah, they do it like this.
If you ain't mad yet, what?
Then you better be pissed.
Let's protest until they close, and they ain't gonna be missed.
Why they got pride shirts in the kids' clothing section?
Why they trying to mess with the kids and give misconceptions?
They manipulating minds and making evil impressions.
Got little boys talking out by time, 18's got depression.
We need to clean up on every island side.
This star Satan resides.
Wash it with the blood of Christ.
It's needed here, so don't think twice.
Dating with a Satanist.
We all know this to the end.
God is coming for revenge.
Target is targeting.
They put a target on my back, but they target in your kids.
They don't even need to ask, because you all know what it is.
Yeah, that's why I keep a strap.
And I'm always by my pants.
This agenda gotta stop.
Yeah, you know we gonna win when they target.
Absolutely amazing.
Target, Target, yeah, they Target kids.
Target, Target, yeah, they Target and Target, Target, yeah, they Target kids.
Amazing, absolutely amazing.
You can see that my friends at Forgiato Blow, Nick Nittoli, and Stoney Dubrow are rappers, while my friend here, Jimmy Levy, is a crooner, a gospel singer at heart.
The first question is an obvious one I have to ask you.
I have a feeling that Target did not cooperate with your filming of that video in their store.
How did that go down?
Well, uh, we just went and filmed it, and nobody was doing their job anyway, so no one paid attention.
Really, really amazing.
As I said earlier, this is number one on the iTunes chart, yet you have experienced, not the first time, some censorship because your message is politically incorrect.
Tell us about that.
Yeah, on the iTunes Store for the first three or four days it was unsearchable, so the only way to find the song was by going to the chart and finding it there directly, which, you know, we the people still did that and still got it to number one despite of the censorship.
And then suddenly, you know, all these mainstream articles come out, you know, basically mocking the fact that we're saying it's unsearchable, which we had hundreds of accounts of.
And then all of a sudden now it's suddenly searchable on iTunes, you know.
This kind of reminds me of when I was selling my Roger Stones.
This is a paperweight.
It's a stone to which I've signed my name.
When I was raising money for my legal defense, I started selling these online.
The problem was nobody was buying them.
Then Rolling Stone, New York Magazine, and one other made fun of me and suddenly I had 15,000 sales of stones on my hand.
By the way, if you want to get your very own Roger Stone, you can go to StoneZone.com in the store, in the shop, StoneZone.com and get your very own Roger Stone.
Sometimes the media, in their smart-ass techniques, undoes themselves.
Jimmy, you have talked about your early career.
And I congratulate you for this number one song, you and your colleagues.
I know that you traveled to Hollywood, that you lived in Hollywood.
Had you been willing to put aside your beliefs?
Had you decided to In essence, sign up with Satan, you could be a much bigger star than you are today.
Although, frankly, because of your faith, because you have been faithful, because you have spoken out about your belief in Jesus Christ, you have become a star.
The number of people who comment to me about your magnetism, about your talent, has really taken off just in the last several months.
So, tell us very briefly about what you experienced in Hollywood.
I know you had a near-death experience, but I think it's a very inspiring tale, and we've got time, so tell us about it.
Yeah, well, you know, I started off as a songwriter.
I was writing for a lot of the rap artists, like Hip Hop Hooks.
Um, pop music, uh, then I went into the EDM scene and I would go back and forth, you know, to California to shoot music videos and stuff.
Um, and then, you know, I did Idol over there.
And then even after Idol, I'd go, you know, work on more electronic music over there.
And I, I did realize that I started waking up, um, talking to a lot of people that were in the industry and, you know, seeing the spiritual side of things and realizing, you know, I grew up Jewish.
Um, realizing how dark the industry really is and realizing that the devil is real.
And that's what led me to, you know, start believing in Jesus.
And, you know, even before all of this, like God was trying to show me that he was always with me.
Um, because for my 21st birthday, um, I had a song that I actually went out to California to film called shadow.
And because I was really depressed and suicidal because of Things that have happened to me throughout my childhood.
I made this whole plan where I was going to take my life the night of my 21st birthday and the night that the song comes out.
And so that night it was 5 p.m.
and no one was answering the phone because everyone was trying to create this surprise party for me and it was like really bad timing.
And so I'm under, you know, the water in the pool.
You know, I went under the water and I hear my mom come inside at one point
And and she in the house and I'm hearing her voice and she I find out later She only came inside the the house to get her credit card to check into a hotel that was gonna be for the after party and then she leaves and I get out of the water and because I was you know, very ungrateful still I was and I still you know, I didn't know God or anything, but I was like, I'm still dying I don't care and so I went in my house and I took a bottle full of different types of pills because I would take a bunch of stuff all the time and
um in those days and you know i drank it with some don julio and i lay down on my bed on top of my phone and i remember like going to sleep like okay that's it it's happening and then i feel a buzz from under my back and it's like 11 p.m and it's my manager it's my number manager my um my managers like like his brother but he was also my barber and i'm like And he's like, Jimmy, I got to take you.
We're going to take you to the club.
Um, you're going to sing Shadow tonight.
And I'm like, whoa, like I'm out of it.
And I remember like looking up and like, because in my old house, the room, my room was by the front door.
The lights were shining through of the car of his car.
And I was thinking it's like the light of heaven.
Like, I didn't know how that works, you know?
And I thought like I died and I'm looking at the light and then I'm like, so foggy.
And I get up and realize, no, it's just the light of the car shining through through my room.
And I go to his car and I like fall asleep on the door.
And the second I wake up to the door opening, like all my friends are there.
They're all filming me saying surprise.
They bring me into a club called Racket Nightclub in Wynwood.
They put me on the stage at 1155 to start singing Shadow and I Holy, you know, some people say they liked it, but for me, it sounded terrible.
And I was so out of it.
And at the end of the song, I'm like, guys, I'm 21.
I'm really 21.
Like, I'm so happy.
And everyone's like, yeah, okay.
And I kept saying that they're like, okay, enough, get off the stage, whatever.
And, and they didn't understand that, like, I was celebrating my survival while they were celebrating my birthday, you know?
And then they pulled me into the car and they all start filming me.
And I didn't understand why they're all filming me and I just remember in my head like getting my consciousness back and being able to grasp actual thoughts again because that whole time I wasn't able to really think the whole that whole night and I'm sitting in the car
And I just remember at the end of my verse I hear Jimmy Levy and they surprised me with a Rick Ross verse that it's another big rapper in the Miami music industry and just in general and like he surprised me that he got on so it was like surprise after surprise and then I was also very fit at the time so I guess in my blackout I wanted to show that I could run fast or whatever I don't know what I was trying to do so I get out of the car and I run all the way down like
Just like a block and there was a dumpster right there and I remember leaning over the dumpster and throwing up the alcohol everything and all the pills were on the ground and that was God that at the time I said thank you universe you know I didn't know God but now I know that that was God trying to keep me alive for all the stuff that's happening now.
Jimmy, this is absolute proof that Jesus Christ can do anything.
I've experienced this in my own life.
Liberals like to mock me about my redemption in the blood of the cross.
I most definitely was a libertine.
I was a wild man.
I'm not that person anymore.
God has saved you for a much, much higher purpose.
You are now really working on a worldwide revival.
You have a new album, Amen.
Tell us about that, and maybe we can coax you into singing a few bars for us.
Yeah, Amen is a single and an album, so the single should be coming out late June, the album hopefully late July.
I'm really, really excited.
It's my first worship album, first album that is solely focused on The Lord because yes, all of these things that we're doing and fighting in the natural realm are great.
You know, it helps the people now temporarily.
Um, you know, it's intertwined with the spiritual world, but at the end of the day, it's still the natural realm.
So God, uh, is trying to push me away from the politics or away from the mandates, the crazy topics and say, as he's saying to me, focus on me.
And he's convicted of me, me of that multiple times.
And that's what I'm doing now.
Uh, you know, this target thing was so, uh, out of nowhere, you know, when I saw that Satan was on kids clothes, I was like, all right, well, that's still spiritual war.
This is like this, we got to say something about, you know, and then, Clearly God wanted to use that to elevate his word, to elevate the gospel at the end of the day, because the media tries to flip it.
They're trying to say this is about the community.
Again, I have family members, my sister, she's in the community, and she's aware of the spiritual war and what's going on.
There's never one day that I treated her differently.
They're trying to say I'm Phobic this, all the words they create.
You know, there's not one time that I've actually looked at anyone differently for who they are.
I love them, I show them the love of Christ, and I pray that they get to know Him more and get to walk with Him.
So that's what this project is about.
This project is about redemption.
This project is about my gratefulness for God and to worship Him and solely focus on Him.
Excellent.
Jimmy, can I coax you to sing us just a few bars of Amen, just as a teaser for our audience out there?
Yeah.
I know you never understand when you saw my open hand I was lying on the cold hard floor and then I heard an angel cry he said it ain't my time to die you don't know yet what I have in store And I'm singing with all of the angels in heaven.
I need a reason to live this life another day again.
And I'm pleading, put in position to lead and I am so grateful, Jesus.
Amen.
Amazing.
Absolutely amazing.
A gift from God.
Jimmy, I want to congratulate you for the great success of Boycott Target.
Prior to this, have you had censorship issues in the music business?
I had censorship issues on social media.
Not necessarily in the music business.
I mean, if people are trying to stay away from me now because of my views, that counts, yes, because that is the majority of the industry.
Um, but now a lot of those people, especially after the Target thing, have hit me up recently to work.
So it's like now, all of a sudden, you're putting all views aside because it could benefit you.
At the end of the day, I see right through it.
But on Instagram, you know, for making posts about the truth, you know, things have gotten taken down.
And recently, even the link, the first link we had, the second link works, but the first link we put up, I have a screenshot, it said, if you don't remove the link, you can't use Instagram, you can't use these features.
Until you remove it, you're not allowed to follow, message, or do anything.
You know, it's been crazy.
Absolutely amazing.
Folks, you can follow Jimmy Levy on Twitter at JimmyLevyMusic.
That's where I follow him.
You can obviously go to iTunes and buy Boycott Target.
I strongly urge you to do so, to download it, because we are making a statement.
Again, I agree with Jimmy.
We condemn no one, but the proselytization and the pushing of this dogma, or I should say this indoctrination, for children is inappropriate to say the least.
Jimmy, I want to congratulate you for your courage.
I knew that there would be a much easier path had you followed the dictates of Hollywood, had you signed away your soul.
You've decided to do this the hard way, and I salute you for it.
I also salute your fellow artists, Forgiato Blow, Nick Notoli, and Stoney Dudebro.
Gotta admit, I love that name.
And I know that you are going to continue this path that you were down.
I saw you at a pastor's event this past week, and just the power of your voice and the raw emotion of it really moved people.
You have a special gift, and you are using it in the cause of the Lord.
So I want to thank you for being on The Stone Zone today, and I want to congratulate you on the enormous success ...of Boycott Target again, folks.
You can go to iTunes.
It is the most popular song across all genres.
Taylor Swift and Luke Combs, the country and western singer, come in at two and three.
This is a modern miracle when you consider the censorship and the derision of the lamestream media.
Jimmy Levy, thank you again for joining us on The Stone Zone.
Glory to God.
All glory to God.
There he goes, Jimmy Levy.
We refer to him as The Voice for obvious reasons.
He's not a rapper.
He's a pruner, as it were, a singer in the old style.
And I have rarely seen anybody with this ability To reach people and touch people's souls.
So I urge you to go to Jimmy Levy Music on Twitter, where you can follow him.
I urge you to go to iTunes and download this song, Boycott Target.
We're going to run it one more time because it's about two minutes, but it's really worthwhile.
Let's run the song.
Target, Target, yeah, they target in.

Because you all know what it is.
Yeah, that's why I keep a strap.
Yeah, that's why I keep a strap, and I'm always by my best.
And I'm always by my best.

If you ain't mad yet, then you better be pissed.
Let's protest until they close, and they ain't gonna be missed.
Why they got pride shirts in the kids' clothing section.
Why they trying to mess with the kids and get misconception.
They manipulating minds and making evil impressions.
Got little boys talking out by time, they kings got depression.
We need to clean up on every island.
Inside this door, Satan resides.
Wash it with the blood of Christ.
It's needed here, so don't think twice.

Yeah, they target in.
Target, target.
Yeah, they target kids.
Target, target.
Yeah, they target in.
Target, target.
Yeah, they target kids.
Absolutely amazing.
So what we have seen in recent days regarding Bud Light, Target, now a lot of public uprising about the inappropriate clothing being sold at Kohl, Northern Face featuring transgenders in their advertising, really shows me that there is a silent majority out there and it has real economic power despite censorship.
Speaking of economic power, I want to remind you that we're brought to you by the folks at MyPillow.com.
MyPillow.com is, of course, the website of the number one free speech and election integrity advocate in the country, the great American patriot and entrepreneur, Mike Lindell.

The six-piece towel set is an exceptional value.
I learned this from Mike Lindell.
The other towels that you buy online or in department stores Treat the terrycloth cotton with an oil that while it does make the towel a little more durable It makes the towel much much much much less Absorbent the whole idea of a bath or shower towel is to dry you off.
How about that?
So the six-piece my pillow towel set which was normally $99 $149.98, now a low, low $49.99.
The Men and Women's Moccasin Slippers, another great blowout sale.

Another one of my absolute favorite products.
The dog beds come in small, medium, and large.
And there you see the large bed and a very large dog.
This protects your furniture, protects your rugs, protects your floors.
Meanwhile, your animal Your pet, your baby, gets to sleep or luxuriate in absolute luxury.
Let me recommend, if you like the dog beds, let me also suggest to you the pet blankets.
These kind of go together.
The pet blankets, obviously, both the dog beds and the pet beds, pet blankets suitable for dogs or cats.
The other great favorite of mine, of course, are the scarves.
But whether it is the scarves, or whether it is the moccasin slippers, or whether it is the Giza Dream Sheets, or whether it is the MyPillow 2.0, the way this works is, when you buy any of these great products, we here at the Stone Zone earn a commission.

Promo code STONE.
We're waiting for the Stone's Own legal analyst, Gary Ostrow, to join us.
And I'm told that he is on board and ready to begin.
So, as some of you may have seen, the House Oversight Committee, chaired by Congressman Comer, has subpoenaed documents from the FBI pertaining specifically to Allegations, in all fairness, of corruption by then-Vice President Joe Biden.
And in a shocking move yesterday, the FBI Director, Mr. Wray, announced that those documents would not be turned over to the House Committee.
This is a stunning development, followed by Congressman Comer and then Speaker McCarthy Saying that they are preparing to consider a contempt citation for the FBI director.
Joining us now to break this down is our own legal analyst, Gary Ostrow.
Hey, Roger.
Good to see you.
Gary, thank you very much for joining us on short notice.
You look great.
You look tan.
Thank you.
Why live in Florida if you don't look tan, I guess.
That's the way I look at it.
What do you make of all this?
I mean, the Democrats endlessly talk about the rule of law.
One of the charges that I was convicted of, yet pardoned, was obstruction of a congressional investigation.
This is exactly what this seems like to me.
Is the FBI being held to a different standard than everyone else?
It's the same double standard we became accustomed to since Trump has been the target of the endless and relentless witch hunts.
Political partisan, I might add.
So we've become accustomed to it.
But I don't know, Roger, is it just me or has it ever been this blatantly, openly corrupt?
In my view, only since Obama It's particularly since Obama and his establishment of the DOJ and those in the top echelon of the FBI and other law enforcement, federal agencies, alphabet agencies.
It seems like anything goes and partisan politics at its finest.
Well, it was shocking to learn last week, again revealed by Chairman Comer, that at least four investigations into Bill and Hillary Clinton and the activities of the Clinton Foundation were essentially killed, were essentially spiked.
We know that Hillary Clinton destroyed 33,000 emails with a bleach bit.
Those are emails that were under subpoena at the time she destroyed them.
It is amazing to me that the Durham report, I hope you had a chance to look at that, meticulously outlines a web of crimes.
We learn without dispute that the FBI and the CIA were completely unaware of any Russian collusion.
There was no There was no probable cause, there was no legal rationale, but the FBI opened the counterintelligence operation, Crossfire Hurricane, without a legal rationale.
There was also no rationale for the appointment of Robert Mueller because no one in the upper echelons of the intelligence agencies or the Department of Justice had an iota of evidence of Russian collusion.
Yet, if you look at Mr. Durham's report, first of all, he brought three cases against people, but they were the lowest level individuals on the totem pole.
They were flunkies for Hillary Clinton.
This is like charging the guy who drove the getaway car For double parking while you let the bank robbers he drove not only testify against him, in essence incriminating themselves in crimes, but then let them get away with the loot.
In the meantime, Mr. Durham takes five years, which happens to be the statute of limitations, five years to underline these crimes.
What did you make of the Durham report?
Well, let me respond to the Hillary issue initially.
Hillary said she would take down Washington and everybody with her.
She not only meant it, but she's capable of doing it because we all know that Hillary Clinton has the dirt on everybody, and by design, and it's much like the Epstein scenario where she's got the goods on everybody who means anything in D.C.
and elsewhere, I might add.
And that should she be taken down, that she has and will take others down with her.
So that's the Hillary story.
But Roger, this is a great opportunity for the House Republicans to show how serious they are in enforcing the subpoena power against Director Wray for this 1023 document.
And show them that they mean business.
This isn't, the deadline was early May, so this is really more like the third or second or third deadline the FBI has missed producing an unclassified document.
Clearly their actions are obstructionary.
Clearly it's all partisan.
If you watch any of these, and I'm sure you do, if anybody, any American watches these partisan politic congressional hearings, I find that if you listen, close your eyes and you listen to three or four seconds of anybody addressing the congressional body, you know within three seconds whether they're a Democrat or Republican based on what they're saying.
It's that blatantly twisted and warped and corrupt.
At least this is my experience.
And I don't know, has it always been that way?
I don't think it's ever been this blatant.
And again, since Obama, and this is his third term, so he's calling the shots for Biden.
And what are the chances of the FBI ever producing this document?
And by the way, they have the ability to literally detain Gray, as Nancy Pelosi has referred to, the jail in the basement of the congressional floor or somewhere around there.
They can actually physically detain the party or the subject that they're seeking the subpoena power to be granted against.
And this is a great opportunity for them to show how serious they are and that they're going to do that.
And I'm going to call out these Republicans, and I'm going to say that I don't foresee Grassley and or Comer take going to these extremes, which is absolutely what we must do in order for our system, our two-tiered justice system to be legitimized, if that's even feasible at this stage.
I would find that, as you do, extremely unlikely.
But the way this works, and I'm not an attorney and I say that right up front, But the House would now refer charges for contempt to the Department of Justice and the Attorney General.
The Attorney General is, of course, the FBI Director's boss.
So, what are the chances of the Attorney General enforcing this subpoena through legal action?
I think fairly nil.
Now, compare that to the case of Steve Bannon.
Steve Bannon, like me, got a subpoena to appear before the January 6th committee.
I went to the committee.
I fulfilled my legal obligations.
I did assert my Fifth Amendment rights, not because I did anything wrong, not because I had anything to hide, not because I knew anything whatsoever about any illegal action on January 6th, but because I have been in that seat before and I have seen the way House Democrats But Steve Bannon decided to go a different route.
He did not show up and plead the fifth.
process crime.
And that was not a risk I was going to take a second time.
But Steve Bannon decided to go a different route.
He did not show up and plead the fifth.
He basically just told them to pound sand.
He was immediately referred by the Democrat majority in the January 6th for contempt, was convicted of contempt, has appealed that conviction, is free pending appeal.
He has an excellent attorney, David Schoen, who tells me that he believes his appeal is rock solid.
But notice the speed in which all of that happened.
Now we compare that to what we see happening today.
I would love to see this worked out, but I have a feeling that's not going to happen.
We have a two-tiered justice system in which Joe Biden can abuse federal documents when he's vice president, yet I predict you no action will be taken against him.
If you believe the reporting of the Wall Street Journal and others, there is imminent federal indictments against President Trump regarding his disposition and handling of classified or top secret documents.
It boggles the mind when you look at the double standard.
Your thoughts?
Roger, what comes to mind is that they're seeking documents unclassified from when Biden served as vice president.
What about all the evidence and what you refer to as the present-day unclassified documents that were mishandled by Biden?
And where are those investigations?
And why aren't there any steps being taken to subpoena documents for the Burisma and all the play-to-pay and all the access through Hunter Biden that allegedly existed?
Why aren't we seeing more of the subpoena power from the House Republicans or Congress these oversight committees and seeking evidence that would essentially incriminate and or indict Biden.
I mean, it's that to me is just as mind boggling as the two tier justice system examples that you so aptly raised.
Also, had Bannon invoked his Fifth Amendment right, as did you, as did Trump following your lead, I believe, in some later proceedings.
I think you led a great example.
And I think it was a great lesson for Trump and perhaps for Bannon that it's better to despite the appearance of what might be superficially incriminating, is you're just better off not answering questions based on the setup that you're looking at when Congress is doing an inquiry and seeking is you're just better off not answering questions based on the setup that you're looking at when Congress is doing an inquiry and seeking
The entire question answer scenario to make it look like something it's not so you were well advised and did the right thing and that's something Bannon probably would have done and should have done to avoid his indictment and his subsequent sentencing.
It will be extraordinarily interesting to watch.
In the meantime, you may have seen that Tara Reade, who has appeared on this show, and who has made a credible claim that she was sexually assaulted by Senator Joe Biden when he was in the Senate.
You notice that virtually none of the mainstream media carries that story, although Tucker Carlson did highlight it.
I've had Tara Reade on the show.
To be extraordinarily credible and very knowledgeable about geopolitics and the European theater, but recently she left the country.
My sources tell me that she was told that if she returned to the United States, she would have been taken into custody for violating some sanctions against some Russian entities, and therefore she has elected to stay in the former Soviet Union in Russia, which that whole tale is extraordinary.
I think all of this is because she was going to be called to testify by the House Republicans.
Uh, and this was a way to get her off the grid.
If she had returned here, as I understand it, she would have been taken into custody and she would not have been able to testify.
Obviously, she cannot testify while in Russia, so the stories say that she has defected.
I think she has saved herself from imprisonment.
We'll be following that story very closely because, again, the mainstream media reporting on it seems to me to be quite twisted, but it is a story well worth watching.
Gary, let me ask you a political question.
Governor Ron DeSantis has launched his candidacy.
You're a Floridian.
My views are pretty well known.
What did you think of the governor's launch?
If he were truly for the best interest of this country, he would have elected to or chosen to perhaps run with Trump as perhaps a vice presidential candidate.
That's number one.
Secondly, despite the fact that I like his policies in Florida, the anti-woke agenda and him basically going after pornography in schools and the nature of the pornographic books that kids are exposed to and groomed.
By the transgenders and cracking down on the drag queen shows.
Couldn't be happier about all that.
But on the other hand, you got to be careful with DeSantis because of what I pointed out in terms of his failure to really unite the country.
And, secondly, he's well known for taking, he's funding from the globalists.
He's taken money from the Bushes.
He's taken money from the RINOs.
And when, correct me if I'm wrong, but if you're taking funding from these groups, then you're going to have to answer to it one day.
And that's another thing that we love Trump about, at least those of us who do support Trump, is the fact that he doesn't take money from special interests that We're going to call him out down the road, like the globalists or the Bushes, and even George Soros, who seemed to have at least publicly supported DeSantis.
But I get it.
I mean, I think that's more of an announcement against his, about his anti-Trump sentiment than it is a pro-DeSantis stance coming from the Bushes and the Soros types.
But DeSantis is, you've got to be careful with this guy, and I think there's an agenda above and beyond what he Alleges to be, and so far so good, but one day there's going to be an answer.
It'll have to be him to answer to those people that helped fund his political ambitions.
It's a very interesting, somewhat technical, but worth touching on.
Heretofore, a state political action committee was not permitted to transfer its funds to a federal political action committee.
The handbook put out by the Secretary of State and the Board of Elections has been very clear.
Looking at updates in 2000, 2012, 2016, 2018, it has always been thus.
Now, suddenly, there is a change of interpretation that says that that money is transferable from a state political action committee, where Governor Ron DeSantis just happens to have $80 million in his state political action committee account, to a federal account.
And this is being attributed to the Citizens United Supreme Court decision.
The problem is, that decision came down in 2000.
Yet, the official handbook put out by the Secretary of State has just now been amended with a new interpretation of the law, which allows the governor to take that $80 million that he really raised for his reelection and use it in a presidential race.
The other point I would make is that heretofore, in Florida, we had a state law that said that if you were in state office, and you wanted to seek federal office, you had to resign your state position.
That law has remained the same for everybody.
So if you were, for example, in the state house, and you wanted to run for Congress, the federal house, you'd have to resign your state house seat.
That law has been changed, but only if you are running for president.
So it still applies to everybody other than Governor DeSantis.
The reason I think he did this was to maintain the fulcrum for fundraising as governor.
Case in point, I got a message from one of my very good friends today who was shocked to find that their electric bill has doubled Could this be related to the fact that Governor DeSantis took in $9.5 million from Florida Power and Light and their subsidiaries into his various political committees and into the Florida State Committee, which he controls?
And you as a lawyer, I think, can appreciate this.
Under the new tort reform bill, after Governor DeSantis took four and a half million dollars from the home insurance industry, if you are a Florida homeowner and your home was destroyed in the recent hurricane, and your home insurance company is offering you pennies on the dollar to either replace your home, or let's just say replace your roof, and it's not adequate to recover what you lost in the hurricane,
You no longer have the right to sue the insurance company.
You are barred from doing so.
This is why the governor wanted to remain as governor while running for president.
It is a strange sequence of events.
I would argue that all of that money in his federal PAC, which is also substantial, and in his state PAC, could be brought forward.
He could have decided To run in 2028, which I think might have been his year.
He's only been reelected to the governorship for less than five months and there is plenty to do here in Florida.
We have a surge in crime, We have skyrocketing utility costs.
There's plenty to do here in Florida.
I voted for him twice, three times really.
I voted for him in the Republican primary.
I voted for him for governor.
I voted for him the second time as governor.
I'm glad that he's governor, but I also now, how he got there, catapulted into the governor's seat through the endorsement of Donald J. Trump.
Whether voters care about that, whether voters care about loyalty, whether they care about gratitude, well, that remains to be seen.
Donald Trump is certainly doing a good job of making sure everyone knows the story.
We've got just a few more minutes, Gary.
Your final thoughts?
What the Floridians should be concerned about is a guy.
They should be concerned about loyalty.
They should be concerned about a guy who could be bought and sold.
By the power industry at P&L or just changes his chameleon like appearance based on the donor of the day.
So that's something that Trump doesn't seem to be quite the superstar in terms of being able to be bought and sold, and therein lies the allure and therein lies the resistance of the establishment because they can't control the guy.
So I agree with you wholeheartedly, Roger, and by virtue of the fact that Donald Trump endorsed him is the only reason he's able to change the law that didn't allow him to run for president and remain governor at the same time, which is very reminiscent and characteristic of the Democratic playbook where they change the rules which is very reminiscent and characteristic of the Democratic playbook where they change the rules at halftime, in
So it seems like DeSantis will do what he has to do in order to – well, a lot of politicians will, but it's still contrary to the conservative nature of the Republican that Donald Trump wants back, and he's quickly and unmistakably morphing into something that's a little more controllable, and he's quickly and unmistakably morphing into something that's a little more controllable, which is the very thing So I still find a huge distinction between the two.
I still find Trump, I prefer Trump for those reasons.
And unfortunately, DeSantis seems to be somewhat of a sellout, notwithstanding the fact that you and I agree to a large extent on his policies here in Florida.
All right.

Both President Donald Trump and Governor Ron DeSantis are in Iowa this week.
Ron DeSantis is in Iowa today.
President Donald Trump left for Iowa this afternoon.
Tomorrow night he does a Fox Town Hall hosted by Sean Hannity.
If it's anything like his CNN Town Hall, it will be a tour de force.
People ask me, do the Iowa caucuses matter?
They matter enormously.
In 1980, the final polls show Governor Ronald Reagan with an 18 point lead over Ambassador George H.W.
Bush.
But because Bush sought to essentially camp out in Iowa, barnstorm virtually every corner of the state, and did a superior job of organizing.
And Governor Ronald Reagan, my boss at the time, I was working on the 1980 campaign after working on the 1976 campaign, perhaps the greatest experience of my life, made the decision to parachute in there for a couple of speeches, but not to work the Iowa caucuses the way made the decision to parachute in there for a couple of speeches, but not to In a surprise upset, George H.W. Bush defeated Ronald Reagan, the favorite, in the Iowa caucuses,
and it was only because Reagan completely retooled his campaign style in New Hampshire that he rebounded, going to a long and it was only because Reagan completely retooled his campaign style in New Hampshire that he rebounded, going to a long back and forth, because George Bush, Ron DeSantis had a substantial amount of money on hand, and therefore he could sustain losses in the early primaries to try to hang in and look for some late delegate wins.
Donald Trump is in very strong shape in Iowa.
He has a massive lead in the polls.
Different polls show different size leads, but the question here is one of organization.
The Trump campaign needs to get organized and get their people to the polls.
I have very, very high regard for Chris LaCivita, the campaign manager that President Trump has selected.
He is one of the best nuts and bolts mechanics in the country.
There are 567,000 Active Republicans in Iowa.
There's another 182,000 what they call inactive Republicans.
Those are people who didn't vote in the last elections or the elections before that.
Approximately 120,000 people showed up for the caucuses last time.
I would predict to you that that number will be beat, that this time you may have as many as 160,000, perhaps 170,000 votes.
Therefore, the candidate who can identify And turn out 80,000 votes in a split field will emerge the winner.
I predict again that that will be Donald Trump, despite the fact that Governor DeSantis is a very hard worker.
And Super PAC supporting him has announced a low-tech and high-tech get out the voter ID effort.
All eyes will be on Iowa.
All eyes will be on Iowa this week as Donald Trump enters the lion's den for a Fox News town hall tomorrow night with Sean Hannity.
I'll be tuned in to that and we'll be talking about it Tomorrow, David Witis of Flyover Conservatives joins me to talk about the latest revelations.
The federal government has a film of the JFK assassination that they have been withholding from The American people.
It is believed that this film would definitively prove that there was indeed a second shooter, or at least two shooters.
We're going to talk about that with David Whited of the Flyover Conservatives here tomorrow on The Stone Zone.
And then lawyer Tyler Nixon joins us to bring us the latest on the Hunter Biden investigation in the House.
And the evident stonewalling by the DOJ and the FBI.
