And now, Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone, with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit, Roger Stoens.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times bestselling author, and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
Welcome, I'm Roger Stone, and yes, you are back in the Stone Zone.
We have an amazing show for you today.
Very shortly, we will be joined by Joseph McBride, an American criminal defense and civil rights attorney, who is representing Andrew and Tristan Tate, to talk about that entire matter.
Later in the show, Ivan Reikland, who attended today's hearings on the Hill, featuring Special Counsel John Durham, will join us for a direct report on that.
If you're not following us at the Stone's Own Rumble feed, please, I ask you to subscribe to us on Rumble.
Our audience there is growing, and I think you will find that we will bring you some of the best cutting-edge, America-first, libertarian-oriented programming anywhere on the Internet.
So, folks, Please subscribe to us at Rumble.
We will be most grateful for that.
Before we go to Joseph McBride, a woman by the name of Jessica Tarloff defamed me and my wife yesterday on The Five.
Let's take a look at it.
What Hunter is not guilty of is being a Republican, but there's a Republican very closely allied with Trump named Roger Stone.
That is 100% false and, Jessica, it's defamatory.
So he tax evaded $2 million, not $1.2 million, $2 million.
And guess what happened?
He was allowed to pay it back, and he wasn't even criminally charged.
Hunter Biden, criminally charged, could face probation.
Roger Stone, top guy to Donald Trump, skates free on that.
That is 100% false.
And, Jessica, it's a defamatory.
There was never any allegation whatsoever that my wife and I were guilty of tax evasion.
There was never allegation that we under-reported income.
There was never any allegation that we failed to report assets.
In fact, this entire matter regarding the Department of Justice bringing a civil suit against my wife and I pertains solely to our 2006 taxes.
We're current for every year since 2006.
In fact, my wife and I made six years of monthly payments, ever-expanding and increasing monthly payments, to the IRS until we were essentially bankrupted by the Mueller investigation.
Then, and only then, did we stop paying.
Hunter Biden by contract failed to report millions of dollars of income.
I would say additionally that I earned every penny that I made and declared all of it completely legal, not by illegal lobbying for foreign powers without registering or sitting around and smoking crack.
The idea that we got off is absurd because we will have to repay every penny.
And the worst part of this is that 50% of the $2 million that I still owe is interest and penalty, which the government refuses to reduce.
Normally in Apples and oranges, Jessica.
You better consult an attorney.
The Internal Revenue Service would knock something off of the interest in penalties, but not if you're Roger Stone.
Apples and oranges, Jessica.
You better consult an attorney.
Those comments are defamatory.
This, unfortunately, had me trending on Twitter.
Perhaps it's because only a month ago I accurately predicted that ultimately Hunter Biden would get a slap on the wrist.
That's what these tax charges constitute.
Yet he would walk on the larger charges of influence peddling, money laundering, bribery, and treason.
And that appears to be the case.
Why is this happening?
Because it allows the Department of Justice to continue the charade that Hunter Biden and Donald Trump are being treated equally.
You see, we brought these minor charges against Hunter, yet we're trying to lock up Donald Trump for 400 years, despite the fact that under the Presidential Records Act, he's entitled to do whatever he wants with presidential records.
Enough of that.
Joseph McBride is an American criminal defense and civil rights leader, lawyer, pardon me, He founded the McBride Law Firm in 2019, and he is widely known for his representation of many defendants in very unpopular causes, but people who need an advocate.
He currently represents Andrew and Tristan Tate in a variety of legal matters.
They are, of course, both dual American and British citizens currently residing in Bucharest, Romania.
Andrew and Tristan Tate were incarcerated without criminal charges brought against them from December 2022 till April 2023.
Since their release in April, they have been on 24-7 house arrest.
In all honesty, I didn't really know who Andrew Tate was until I saw his extraordinary interview with my friend Tucker Carlson.
Then I watched a four-hour interview that Andrew Tait gave to my good friend Patrick Ben-David.
I very quickly understood that Andrew Tait and his brother Tristan stand for the same things that I stand for—self-reliance, self-respect, the dignity of work, honor and respect for one's family, self-education,
physical and mental fitness, basic Western values of decency, masculinity, and worst of all, the Tate brothers had the audacity to question the safety and effectiveness of the COVID-19 vaccination.
Joe McBride joins us now to discuss the Tate case.
It's good to be with you, Roger.
First of all, Joe, that's a great looking sports jacket you've got there. - Thank you very much.
Much appreciated.
You're looking very, very slick.
So I'm really trying to wrap my head around this case.
Andrew and Tristan Tate seem to be charged with some of the most heinous crimes possible.
Sex trafficking, rape, abuse of women.
Yet, based on all the research I've been able to do, There's actually no evidence that they are guilty of any of those things.
In fact, two women who it was claimed they forced into making TikTok recordings have come forward and say that there was no pressure on them to do so, and those TikTok recordings are neither ribbled nor are they illegal.
When Andrew Tate speaks about the Matrix, I just substitute the word deep state because it's the same people.
It is the ruling two-party duopoly in America.
It is the one-world oligarchy which seeks to snuff out personal responsibility and constitutional liberties.
So, Joe, first of all, how did you come to represent the Tate brothers, both of whom I have great admiration for, and what parallels do you see?
In what's going on, say, regarding President Donald Trump.
So Roger, that was a great introduction regarding the Tate brothers as well.
And, you know, I'll start with the last question.
The similarities between President Donald Trump and the Tate brothers are this.
It's not what they did, it's what they believe in and the fact that they have the audacity to say it.
To say it loud, to say it proud, to say it strongly in the face of danger, with courage, With education, with passion, and the very real fact that both President Donald Trump and Andrew and Tristan Tate have the ability to mobilize and move people, especially young men.
We live in a world that teaches young men that they should be weak, that they should be flaccid, that they should not be independent, that they should be codependent on the people in their lives and worst of all dependent on the government.
That is the exact opposite of what made America great, this country great, distinguishable from all other nations on the earth.
It is the sense of personal responsibility and individuality collectively that form patriotism as well.
America, Americans can do anything in the world.
And that is what has made men in societies the world over for millennia, thousands of years great.
And the fact remains that they want to take that away from us now because that globalist order that you just described is threatened by men like Andrew and Tristan Tate, like Donald Trump and like yourself.
And you represent a real threat, a real problem, for their acquisition of ultimate power in this world.
And in order for them to achieve their very most nefarious ends, they gotta snuff guys like you and them out.
You know, Joe, as one who's had 29 FBI agents show up at my house at 6 o'clock in the morning brandishing fully automatic M4 assault weapons to take me into custody for the first time non-violent alleged crime of lying to Congress under oath about Russian collusion that we now know definitively never actually happened, perhaps I can identify with the Tait brothers.
And the horror of being crushed by a giant one-world oligarchy who hates you, not because of what you've done, but because of your ideas, because you express yourself and you do so boldly.
I think that's why I was prosecuted.
I think it is why they are being prosecuted and persecuted.
What do you make of yesterday's news regarding the Romanian indictment lodged against the Tait brothers?
We knew it was coming for a while.
It's very unfortunate, but this is like January 6th, which is the biggest investigation financially, business-wise, manpower-wise, in the history of the Department of Justice.
The investigation into Andrew and Tristan Tate is the biggest investigation in the history of the Romanian government in terms of resources and manpower as well.
I think that they've reached a point of non-return and they have to get some type of return on their investment.
Now, I have to be very careful about what I say here because I do not want to offend the Romanian government, the Romanian system under which I have had control of Andrew and Tristan.
What I will say is that the charges against them are meritless.
They're not backed up by fact.
They're not backed up by reason.
We have been investigating the charges against them for the past several months.
We have interviewed countless witnesses.
We have affidavits.
We have dug into All types of material that we were able to acquire on our own as the American team here.
And what I can say conclusively, without any shadow of a doubt, is that the allegations against them, especially the allegations that stem from the United States of America, are patently false.
We are going to prove that.
I cannot put the horse before the cart here, but I can write a check to you right now, and I can tell you that the allegations against Andrew and Tristan Tate, especially the ones that relate to the United States of America, are going to be eviscerated.
With the truth.
There is no question about it.
We have the receipts.
We have learned a great deal by litigating against the corrupt FBI and the corrupt DOJ in the January 6th cases.
We know how they move.
We know how they think.
We know how dishonest they are.
We took all that into account before we took this case.
We took all that into account when we started investigating this case.
And we hit a mine shaft of gold.
Truth and diamonds of truth and that is no over exaggeration.
I am not overselling you on any bit of what I'm saying.
When the truth comes out with regard to the allegations against them, the people who have accused them of wrongdoing are going to be eviscerated, eviscerated by their lack of corroborating facts on their end and by the very real truth that Andrew and Tristan Tate are good men, are
You know, I investigated this myself.
The Romanian authorities held the Tait brothers in prison for months in egregious conditions of confinement that included long stints of prolonged solitary confinement, lack of sunlight, lack of ventilation, lack of proper food, lack of medical care, while denying their attorneys access.
Let me tell you one thing.
I haven't even met the guy, but I've watched four hours of interviews with him, as well as his great interview with Tucker Carlson.
You're not going to break the Tate brothers.
There is zero chance that you will break them.
They are real men.
This whole thing is really outrageous.
As American citizens, it seems to me that they ought to be protected by the U.S.
Constitution.
They've been denied their due process rights, their free speech rights, other constitutional international human rights, and violations resulting from this unjust incarceration without charges for a long time.
As well as being exposed to these inhumane conditions, including solitary confinement.
By the way, hardened gangsters will tell me that a week in solitary can break a man.
So surely the Biden administration, because they're U.S.
citizens, I'm certain that they have weighed in heavily with the Romanian government to insist on justice for the Tates.
Is that correct?
But look, Roger, look at what happened yesterday.
The fact the news of Hunter Biden's guilty plea comes out, that should be worldwide news all over the place.
And who's trending on Twitter?
Andrew and Tristan Tate.
There was a coordinated dance that happened there.
Look, I don't have the proof in my hand, a smoking gun with regard to that, but one only need to open their eyes and use common sense and logic to be able to say, hmm, that's curious.
Hunter Biden pleads guilty to these crimes and all of a sudden Andrew and Tristan are indicted and they're trending.
It's an obvious way to suppress one story over here and to uplift the other story over there.
So with regard to Joe Biden and the DOJ, have they helped Andrew and Tristan to date?
No, I cannot say that they have.
But what I can say is that we have been down in D.C.
for the past several weeks.
We have been speaking to congressmen and their staff and we have been on Capitol Hill.
We have attended meetings and dinners and all different types of functions.
to gauge congressional members' interest in securing the rights of the Tates abroad and of securing the rights of the Tates here.
And what I can say is there are many members of Congress, both male and female, who support the Tates, who are outraged against the kind of treatment that they have received, and who are just sick of the out-and-out persecution of men like them for what they believe in and the truth that and who are just sick of the out-and-out persecution of men like them for what they believe in So, I have a feeling that at some time in the near future there'll be a public statement from members of Congress who say, you know what, enough is enough.
We've had enough of this stuff here with regard to January 6th and the political persecution of Trump supporters and we have had enough of this stuff abroad.
with American citizens like Andrew and Tristan Tate simply being prosecuted and persecuted for their beliefs and because they have the courage to speak their beliefs in the free marketplace of ideas.
I think it's abundantly clear that the Tates are being harassed and persecuted simply because of their outspoken defense of traditional masculinity, male empowerment, male financial literacy, and of course because they had the audacity, the courage to question the and of course because they had the audacity, the courage to question the safety and the effectiveness of
And they've challenged the legacy media, the fake media, and they have broken through in a big way.
Let me make this a little more personal because I know you're in touch with both brothers.
How are they?
How do they feel?
What's on their minds?
I know they appreciate the support, literally, of millions of people around the globe who realize that they've done absolutely nothing wrong.
They're being persecuted because they have the courage to speak out.
How are the brothers doing?
You know, they're on house arrest, so there's that.
They would like their freedom back.
That is for sure.
They would like their names clear.
That is for sure.
But I have to say this.
I've represented a lot of people over time, and I've come in contact with all different types of people in life.
And some people behind closed doors are one person, and they have this public persona out in the public, which is somebody who's very different.
Andrew and Tristan Tate, Practice what they preach.
They are who they say they are.
These men are strong, they're intelligent, they're God-fearing, they're collected, and they are ready and very much present.
They understand that they are facing incredible odds.
They understand that the deep state and the matrix are against them.
But they also understand the very real fact that one man can make a difference when he stands on principle, when he stands alongside God, and when he looks the enemy in the eye and he says, thus far shall you come in no further.
Now when you take that man and you put him alongside of his brother, the guy who he shared a womb with, the guy who he grew up with and fought to accomplish everything in their life with, that maximizes that their potential by 10x.
These guys are battle ready, They should not be in this battle, but they're battle-ready.
These guys are intelligent.
These guys are ready to move forward in a way that they bring the fight to the other side with the sword and shield of truth.
I have to admit, I love the way that Andrew Tate has popularized the term the Matrix.
Dwight Eisenhower called it the military-industrial complex.
Today, we call it the deep state.
He calls it the Matrix in reference to the great film.
But it is really the same people.
It is the globalist elite who seek power over us, money and power.
That's what drives them.
They seek to snuff out our belief in a benevolent God.
They seek to snuff out our constitutional liberties.
This is why the Tates have been targeted.
This is why they're going through hell.
My wife and I have been through this.
We know exactly what it's like.
Joe, you have represented a number of the January 6th defendants.
Specifically, Ryan Nichols.
We pray for them every night, too.
What can people do to help those who are unfairly and unjustly incarcerated or facing charges regarding January 6th?
Particularly Ryan Nichols.
First and foremost, they can pray.
They can pray for all persons who have been accused of January 6th related crimes, and for their families, and for their children, for the health of these men, for the health of their wives and family members, so on and so forth.
And then if they're inclined, they can give.
If you want to give to Ryan Nichols and help our defense, you can find him on GiveSendGo.
There is a GiveSendGo that is dedicated specifically to Ryan Nichols' legal fight, which is now totaled in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I mean, we're going on into our third year here for this case.
And if you want to contribute to our work at the McBride Law Firm with regard to January 6th defendants globally, you can go to McBrideLawNYC.com and you can find a global fund there where we use the money that's given to that fund for whatever January 6th related case where it's needed most.
Some guys bring in more money than others.
Everybody has needs that they need to fulfill.
We make sure that those resources go to exactly All right, thank you very much.
So, folks, I want you to join me in praying for justice for the Tait brothers.
They are falsely accused of rape, human trafficking, and forming an organized crime group To sexually exploit women.
They are innocent.
There is no evidence whatsoever to support these charges.
We've seen this before.
It's like the case of Donald Trump.
It's like the case against General Michael Flynn.
It's like the case against me.
It's like the case of many involved in January 6.
So, pray for these patriots.
They are both dual American and British citizens.
Pray for justice in their case.
In the case of Andrew Tate, he inspired me to get back in the gym, and that took quite a bit.
So when you speak to the brothers, please give them my warmest regards and express to them my enormous respect for them and my very best wishes for justice in their case.
And let me say lastly, there are a lot of lawyers out there who have no balls.
There's a lot of lawyers out there who want to duck the tough cases.
That's not Joe McBride.
If you want an advocate, if you want a guy with courage, if you want a guy who knows law and understands it and can operate within the system but will never, ever sacrifice his client's rights, go to the McBride Law Firm because Joe McBride is, above all, a warrior.

Now joining me is one of my favorite patriots.
Ivan Reikland has served his country with distinction in the military.
He is indefatigable in his pursuit of justice and truth.
He has been very active on Capitol Hill in his efforts to expose the deep state.
He is not particularly a fan of former Vice President Mike Pence, but then, of course, who is?
Ivan Reikland joins us from Capitol Hill now.
How you doing, Roger?
Actually, just left the swamp, so just getting into the Commonwealth of Virginia, so I think I'm somewhat semi-permissive environment at this point, but I love your sense of humor.
Yeah, I'm not, I'm probably the, I think you mentioned it, I'm probably the president of the failed Vice President Mike Pence fan club, if you will.
Yeah, it is really quite amazing.
I mean, in the Republican Party, we have this huge tradition of hegemony, right?
So, we nominate Senator Bob Dole after he's passed his prime.
Bob Dole should have been the nominee in 1988.
We could have avoided a lot of problems in America.
Instead, we elected George H.W.
Bush.
By the time Bob Dole got nominated, it was kind of viewed in the party that it was his turn.
He was a very, very great man.
I don't mean to denigrate him in any way.
I have huge respect for him.
Then there was John McCain.
We nominated him after he was past his prime.
He didn't even give Barack Obama a fight.
But the point I guess I'm making is that after eight years as vice president, Richard Nixon was the most highly regarded Republican and easily led the race for president in 1960.
After eight years as vice president under the great Ronald Reagan, while George H.W.
Bush led the field in the contest for president.
Who is vice president for four years under the greatest president since Abraham Lincoln can't draw flies.
This guy can't break double digits.
The only people who think he's going to be elected president are the people on his payroll and maybe a small circle of reporters inside the Beltway.
Ivan, go ahead.
I'm not going to say he can draw one fly when he's actually during a vice presidential debate.
But that's another topic for another time and I did launch yesterday a, I'm seriously considering, and it's a jovial joking website, I'm seriously considering running to exclusively be Mike Pence's vice presidential candidate for his campaign to increase his poll numbers from zero and maybe we can get to one percent.
in that process.
And if he does happen to happen to win the nomination by stealing it with Paul Ryan, et cetera, then I would be gladly there to immediately invoke the 25th Amendment to remove him within seconds of him swearing in, appointing Donald Trump as vice president, immediately resigning, and then offering myself up to be the secretary immediately resigning, and then offering myself up to be the secretary of retribution, if that's what President Trump would like him to serve But we'll see how it plays out.
Good news is I don't think we're going to have to worry about a presidency.
So I love the Pence-Raklin logo.
I thought that was very, very clever.
Let's get to serious matters.
John Durham.
Uh, takes his time, takes over five years to determine that Hillary Clinton, Barack Obama, Joe Biden, and their entire circle of criminal associates, such as FBI Director James Comey, CIA Director John Brennan, Attorney General Loretta Lynch, uh, and others, uh, knew that there was never any probable cause to justify the opening of the investigation Crossfire Hurricane.
into President Donald Trump by the FBI, knew that there was never an iota of evidence to rationalize the appointment of Robert Mueller because there was no evidence of Russian collusion, knew that there was never any legitimate evidence knew that there was never any legitimate evidence used to justify the FISA warrants, lied to the FISA court long after they knew that the so-called Steele dossier was a complete fabrication paid
lied to the FISA court long after they knew that the so-called Steele dossier was a complete fabrication paid for by Hillary Clinton.
But John Durham takes five years to reach that conclusion, yet Special Counsel Jack Smith, who only indicted Donald Trump about 10 days ago, wants to go to trial in just a few weeks in August.
It Isn't it amazing how the criminal justice system can move very, very slowly when it wants to, but move very, very quickly when it wants to?
Yes, so here's my comment on that.
I'd like to contextualize what the Uniparty, when the Uniparty considers something important and they're going to go after someone, it's going to be swift.
Let's take a look at the 1,000 J6 political persecuted defendants, meaning both sides of the aisle want to remove that political base.
So they're gonna do it.
If you're John Durham, I argue that he was placed there in order to be the limited hangout cover-up of the previous cover-up of the previous cover-up.
In order to buy more time so that little trickles of information could get out to the lemmings of the world so that faux news could create a revenue stream.
The only time that faux news shows up to these hearings is when it basically meets their established narrative.
And I'm talking about Paul Ryan's disinformation purveyor.
It starts with the letter F and it basically is pronounced faux news, right?
I argue that John Durham was placed there and appointed so that he could make sure that the institutions would be protected.
So then, who did he go after?
He goes after Sussman, and who are the two lead witnesses that the government uses to go after Sussman to be able to protect him?
Jim Baker is one, and Bill Priestap, who Matt Gaetz argues is the one that Conducted and initiated the op of Crossfire Hurricane.
He's the witnesses in order to basically create this confusion with the jury so that there's reasonable doubt so that they can acquit Sussman.
What does he do next?
He brings forward Mr. Igor Danchenko.
And where do they bring it?
They bring it in Northern Virginia in Alexandria.
A jury pool that is massively different than a jury pool in D.C.
because some of the jury pool comes from the counties all the way far west to Winchester, which is northwestern Virginia, or northern Virginia, but the western part.
And you're going to get at least one or two folks that are going to be amenable to listening to the facts.
Meanwhile, the case against Danchenko was pretty, I mean, it was basically similar to what they got you on, Roger, where because you forgot or did not know an answer to a question, they called that lying, which is, it's not lying in any way, shape, or form anywhere on the planet.
Well, they tried to get Danchenko on Not remembering something and he was acquitted in Northern Virginia.
So the jury pool makes a difference.
So John Durham is basically 0 for 3.
Meanwhile, he never even asked any questions of the following individuals, individuals of which he should have.
Brian Otten, the supervisory intelligence analyst that created the manipulated assessment that was totally bogus.
Other members of the FBI and DOJ, let's Supervisory Special Agent Number One by the name of Joseph Pientka III who happened to be the guy that was with Peter Strzok interviewing General Flynn on January 24th of 2017.
He wasn't even questioned properly.
By the way, that Joe Pientka is still over at the San Francisco field office as the number three officer for the FBI as a senior head of counterintel over there.
By the way, he was the guy that went to Trump Tower and Chris Christie was there and
President candidate Trump and General Flynn as they were doing the defensive briefing but yet this guy is still over in San Francisco probably spearheading the coordinated effort on who's going to get censored namely Roger Stone or Alex Jones or Ivan Reikland on the list that the Foreign Influence Task Force lead Brian Auten is heading it at the headquarters coordinating with with Pietka along with Elvis Chan as we find out through Twitter files
That is coordinating with the previous general counsel of the FBI by the name of Jim Baker, who then becomes the basically the de facto general counsel over at Twitter 1.0.
So to wrap things up or to kind of like contextualize it, the same people that were involved in the illegal spying on the Trump campaign, launching Crossfire Hurricane, illegally manipulating the FISA court,
Through the doctored, destroyed, and reconstructed Woods file that created the predicate to defraud the FISA court to issue the warrant on Carter Page, those same individuals were subsequently the same people in different positions that ended up creating the disinformation, or excuse me, the censorship industrial complex
And then the subsequent attempted coups, and then the actual coup on January 6th, and then the cover-up of the coup.
There you have it.
Yeah, it never made much sense to me.
John Durham essentially indicted the people at the very lowest level of this criminal conspiracy.
In essence, he brought charges against the guy who drove the getaway car in a bank robbery for double parking.
Allowed the bank robbers to testify against him, thus incriminating themselves, and then let the bank robbers keep the loot.
In other words, Jake Sullivan should have been prosecuted.
Hillary Clinton should have been prosecuted.
The people at the top of the totem pole should have been prosecuted.
Instead, they sacrificed the lowest level people and they make sure to bring them to trial in a jurisdiction where they are certain to be acquitted.
It is really quite extraordinary.
Ivan, what happened at the hearing today?
I admit to you that Because I was so wrapped up in preparation for this show, because I wanted to learn as much as I could about Andrew and Tristan Tate before we went live, I didn't really have a chance to follow the proceedings today.
I did see the Democrats jumping up and down and saying, orange man bad, which is their answer to everything.
Whenever they're busted, whether it's It's leading lights like Jamie Raskin.
You know him.
He's the guy who just forgot to report $3 million worth of stock gains on his and his wife.
She's a federal judge.
She's the one who, by the way, unmasked General Flynn.
They just seem to forget, inadvertently, to report $3 million in insider trading stock gains in their financial reporting forms.
Or whether it is, of course, the ignominious Adam Schiff.
The worst piece of human garbage to ever sit in the U.S.
Congress.
That's saying a great deal, folks.
Or whether it is Eric Swallow's well.
He's the guy who penetrated a red Chinese spy, who then penetrated his congressional office, actually hiring an intern in that office, which is troubling because as a member of the House Intelligence Committee, Eric Swallowswell had access to national security secrets.
But the Ethics Committee of the U.S.
House had no problem whatsoever with that.
Perfectly alright.
Proving, once again, A two-tiered justice system.
For two years, Eric Swalwell insisted that I was a Russian intelligence asset and a traitor.
Now we learn that he's a red Chinese asset, or at least a red Chinese stooge, and that he's the one who engaged in treasonous activity.
Outrageous.
What happened at today's hearing?
Yeah, absolutely.
You set the stage for me pretty well, Roger.
So I would say this, the level of TDS was so evident, I think the clearest indication of that was when the congresswoman from Vermont, I can't recall her last name, she may be a freshman, but she basically called John Durham and she said, Mr. Trump.
Instead of John Durham and if you can get that clip it'd be amazing essentially show the level of if you want to talk about penetration and TDS the level of penetrated TDS in the psyche of the radical left is so evident that they don't even they can't think of anybody else's name other than Orange Man Band TDS.
That's one instance.
And then the other component, if we're talking about the radical domestic terrorist left, Adam Schiff was given, was reserved a lot of time from those members of his party, right?
And the reason being is because they're trying to give him as much time as possible before the cameras so that he can use that as part of his campaign videos for his Senate race that he's basically jumped into in California.
And then as part of that, every other word practically out of his mouth That was a two-syllable word that he just doesn't know how to get away from.
Russia, Russia, Russia.
And he said it probably, literally every other word.
So it was very difficult to understand what he was saying.
But that's kind of a highlight from one side.
On the other side, I need to give a few props to some folks and a couple that are normally not known members of Congress that did a fantastic job in their five-minute colloquy.
The number one draft pick for today's 6-hour hearing, I would easily give it to Matt Gaetz.
When he basically closed it out.
Where he called John Durham for what he was.
An absolute sham.
Didn't question, didn't subpoena, didn't bring forth before a grand jury any of those individuals that should face consequences up to and including treason that we've already discussed up to this point.
Matt Gaetz.
Fantastic job.
So if you're on time, take a look at his five-minute colloquy.
Number two, I would give to Troy Nels, Congressman from Texas.
He absolutely brought the heat.
And when we're talking about Eric Swallowswell, Congressman Nels even had a chance to mention and do a little dig at Swallowswell little, what do they call her?
Yum-yum.
I think he even used the term yum-yum.
So I think with your sense of humor, Roger, You would appreciate that.
But he did a fantastic number.
And then I would say tied for third would go to a name that we already know is Congresswoman from Wyoming who obliterated and destroyed Lizzie Cheney last year in the primary.
So Congresswoman Harriet Hageman did an absolute magnificent job to showcase the level of toxicity and Just absolute corruption going on in our DOJ and FBI and that second person tied for third I would have to give to Congresswoman Victoria Sparks from Indiana by the way which happens to be
The beloved Mikey Pence territory, but fortunately for us, we have somebody from Indiana that is actually showing and exhibiting courage rather than that stone-cold, toxic, feckless cowardice as exhibited by our beloved Mikey Pence.
And again, Victoria Sparks, Congresswoman, she really hit the nail on the head by listing all of the absolute abject failures conducted by the entirety of the DOJ and the FBI in their fake investigations and attempted to the Mueller investigation, the IG report, were just the absolute failures.
Setting the stage, essentially, to give the justification to this Congress to go ahead and provide a zero budget to Chris Wray, his position, and a zero budget to any D.C. officer and D.C. office of the DOJ and the FBI.
Hopefully we're going to get to that.
One of the great disappointments I had with Mr. Durham is that he never dealt whatsoever with the completely false claim that the Democratic National Committee was the subject of an online hack by Russian intelligence.
John Brennan can repeat this lie as many times as he wants.
Robert Mueller brought a case against, I believe it was 17 alleged Russian intelligence officials that he claimed were responsible for that hack.
The evidence, the forensic evidence provided by Bill Binney and James McGovern, two former counterintelligence officials at the CIA, would indicate, based on the download time
of the assessment, or I should say acquisition, that that material at the DNC was not subject to an online act, but was downloaded to some kind of portable drive and taken out the back door.
It was in my trial that the FBI was actually forced to finally admit that they never inspected the computer servers at the Democratic National Committee.
So the FBI cannot assert that the DNC was the subject of an online hack.
For that, they took the word of a company called CrowdStrike, which is a Democrat-based IT firm that was called in to essentially block the FBI from inspecting the servers and provided a report to the DNC, which allegedly claimed that the Russians had conducted this hack.
My defense attorneys sought a copy of that because the underlying premise of the indictment against me was this alleged hack.
In fact, the government I was able to judge shop insisted that I had to be tried before Judge Amy Berman Jackson because my case allegedly was a related case to a case that had never gone to discovery, which I think is based on an underlying falsehood.
When the FBI finally admitted that they had never investigated the servers, prosecutor Jonathan Kravis filed a surreply with the court, insisting that the government had additional proof of this Russian hack.
If that is true, let them produce it.
Here's what we do know.
The chief executive officer of CrowdStrikes, who just happened to work previously for Robert Mueller at the FBI, Sean Henry, testified before the House Intelligence Committee and admitted that his famous report contained no proof whatsoever that the Russians had hacked the DNC.
Of course, that material was still classified at the time of my trial, and we were not allowed to access it.
So, perhaps, while it is true that Mr. Durham, at least on paper, destroyed the idea that the Steele dossier was real, Even though FBI Director James Comey went around telling reporters that it had been substantially corroborated when he knew that that was a lie.
James Comey, this guy's afraid.
He's six foot seven.
He's a giant, but he's afraid of little Laura Loomer.
He won't, he won't answer a direct question for her.
He runs like a little girl whenever she's around.
It's quite entertaining actually.
But it is a shame that Mr. Durham never even broached the subject, and sadly half the American people continue to believe that the DNC was subjected to a hack by the Russians when that is a lie.
Let me point out again that on November 3rd, 2020, long after I received a presidential pardon because Donald Trump knew I had broken no laws and done nothing wrong, and no misstatement I made to Congress hid any underlying crime.
At the stroke of midnight, in the dark of the night, upon the orders of a federal judge, the Department of Justice was forced to release the last remaining redacted sections of Robert Mueller's report, which he did not want to give up, and which even he which he did not want to give up, and which even he could not sugarcoat the fact that when it came to me, he had found, quote, no factual evidence, close quote, of Russian collusion, WikiLeaks collaboration, or any
So these people sought to destroy me and my family with the full knowledge That I had done nothing wrong.
That particular information in Mueller's final report was withheld from my defense attorneys at trial.
John Durham didn't even ask a question about this, which I think leads credence to your great, maybe inadvertent, Watergate reference saying that John Durham was going out down the limited hangout road.
In other words, it was a cover-up of the cover-up of the cover-up And it is outrageous to me that we now know definitively that this plot actually originated in the Oval Office, that President Barack Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, the CIA Director, the FBI Director, the Attorney General, they were well aware that there was never any evidence
Against Donald Trump or his campaign, or against me for that matter, regarding Russian collusion.
But they sought to destroy one of the greatest presidents of my lifetime and derail his administration over what they knew was a lie.
And now, sadly enough, it's old news.
We've moved on.
Oh, it's perfectly all right.
You see, we have an equal justice system.
Hunter Biden is being allowed to get a slap on the wrist.
But Donald Trump, they want to lock up for 400 years, despite the fact that based on everything I've seen so far, I don't think he's done anything whatsoever illegal.
Ivan, I'm going to let you have the last word.
We've got about four minutes left.
Summarize today's hearing, and then we're going to wrap it up.
Yeah, I think the summary of today, what people need to take away is that amidst all of negativity and what he didn't do, bottom line, it encapsulated that there was no lawful predicate for an investigation to be it encapsulated that there was no lawful predicate for an investigation to be initiated to be able to spy on the Trump campaign through the illegal spying and investigations of Roger Stone,
Carter Page, George Papadopoulos, and All of them.
All of it was completely fraudulent and then the periphery of that which we're still trying to get to is is the targeting of General Flint.
All of that is basically was illegal and so the using the doctrine of fruits of a poisonous tree everything absolutely everything subsequent from that that has occurred are branches of the fruits of a poisonous tree and so with that I mean it'd be ideal to go back and essentially Then go to court and criminalize every single person involved in every component of it.
If you were on the Mueller investigative team and you didn't blow a whistle saying that it was wrong, we're coming for you.
Using the words of Congressman Dan Bishop, when he was on the House floor several months ago, I think it was in January, where he said, Mr. Speaker, today we're putting the deep state on notice.
We're coming for you.
Well, guess what?
Congress can come for them.
They need to use the Homan Rule to literally give them a zero paycheck.
They can be Free interns if they want in those positions.
Let's see how that works out.
And if they happen to take a single penny from outside of their employment, then we're going to treat them just like the whistleblowers were treated by the same Chris Wray.
I'm talking about whistleblower Mr. Boyle, Steve Friend, and the others.
We need to do the same thing and then escalate times 11 using and leveraging, for example, the Attorney General of Virginia, who won't have the spine because he's another toxic, feckless coward, but if he wants to run for governor and maybe he'll Put this as part of his calculus.
Maybe he, Jason Mayares, can go ahead and actually arrest Christopher Wray.
Because Christopher Wray lives in Virginia.
As far as I understand, he lives in Prince William County.
Why don't we have the Attorney General of Virginia, along with the Sheriff of Prince William County, go ahead and get an arrest warrant.
I would be happy to be volunteered to be deputized.
Uh, deputize and actually be the point man on the raid.
All right.
Always bringing the heat.
I'm not an attorney, so I'm not certain what the charge would be in that instance, but I want to salute you for- Oh, all of his First Amendment, Fourth Amendment, Fifth Amendment, all the violations that he was involved in and censoring a lot of several million Virginians in the content they received, and then I'm a Virginian.
So let's just say I may or may not be working on that pathway, Mr. Stone.
