And now, Lindell TV brings you The Stone Zone with legendary Republican strategist and political icon and pundit, Roger Stone.
Stone has served as a senior campaign aide to three Republican presidents.
He is a New York Times best-selling author and a longtime friend and advisor of President Donald Trump.
As an outspoken libertarian, Stone has appeared on thousands of broadcasts, spoken at countless venues, and lectured before the prestigious Oxford Political Union and the Cambridge Union Society.
Due to his four-plus decades in the political and cultural arena, Stone has become a pop culture icon.
And now, here's your host, Roger Stone!
And welcome.
I'm Roger Stone, and you are about to enter the Stone Zone.
What an incredible weekend it was.
President Donald Trump essentially having the real kickoff of his 2024 campaign With a massive rally in Waco, Texas.
Of course, the fake news media tried to give dark meaning to the president's selection of Waco as the site of his first massive rally.
When there was no dark meaning, it was chosen for its geographical location.
Who other than Donald Trump could amass As many as 50,000 people in a rural area like Waco.
Waco is not Dallas, neither is it Houston.
It's not even Austin in terms of its proximity to a large metropolitan city.
There is no other political figure in America who could amass such a rally, and there's no evidence that the president's support is any less intense than it was in 2016.
In fact, if anything, the obvious politically motivated efforts by Manhattan District Attorney and George Soros stooge Alvin Bragg have turbocharged the president's 2024 campaign and left would-be rival Governor Ron DeSantis in the dust.
Here to talk about the Trump appeal and many other important topics is an athlete, a citizen politician who actually ran for public office because he loves his local community and his country, UFC champion, former light heavyweight champion, and mixed martial arts champ Ortiz.
Tito Ortiz, pardon me, joins us now.
How you doing, Mr. Stone?
Thanks for having me on the show.
I appreciate it.
Thank you very much, Tito, for joining us on The Stone Zone.
I have read all about you, watched a bunch of your interviews.
You are quite the patriot, but here's a good place to start.
I know you were at Mar-a-Lago this past weekend.
You saw the President of the United States.
First of all, what did you think of Mar-a-Lago?
Mar-a-Lago was just amazing.
Just the prestigiousness of being there was just an awe.
Me and my wife were there as guests with my friends Cameron.
I had a wonderful two days of having dinner there with the presidency and a couple tables away.
Just to see the Patriots there, fellow Patriots that were there.
Just nice to have the same mentality as I had to be along with the Patriots to have the love with America that we do.
Well, I've read quite a bit about you and your amazing transformation from athlete to America First advocate.
And I think we both recognize that your life would have been much, much easier.
You probably could have made a lot more money.
And generally speaking, if you had gone along to get along, Not stood up for the things that you believed.
Somewhere I saw you referred to as a politician.
You're most definitely not a politician.
A political leader, a citizen politician, as Ronald Reagan would say, having run for the Huntington Beach City Council, and then had the kind of personal attacks on you and your family, efforts to destroy your private life, your personal life.
Trust me, brother.
I know what that is like.
What is it that motivated you to get out of the fighting ring and get into the ring and the fight for America?
You know, I think it really came down to President Trump running for office himself.
You know, I've known Donald Trump since, gosh, 2001.
I fought at the Trump Taj Mahal.
And I got to see what type of father he was with Eric and Don Jr., of course, at the fights, sitting on each side of them at the fights.
Then later on of doing The Sleathery Apprentice and seeing what type of businessman he was, and seeing the love he had for this country.
Of course, me being half-Mexican-American, or excuse me, being Mexican-American, being half-Mexican, I knew what type of man he was.
I knew what type of businessman he was.
I knew what type of father he was, and what type of personality he truly was.
And seeing what was promoted on media, that was the man I knew.
That wasn't the person that all of us know.
And to see that it was fake news.
They were saying things that was not correct.
And I really just had to put my name in front and for the Latino crowds in California.
And yes, it is a blue state.
And I kind of had to believe it was in my heart, believe with the love I have for this country.
And Donald Trump was my man and still is my man.
And I will always support him because of just about humble and how much he cares about this country.
And if many people don't wake up, we're going to lose this country.
So the man that's stepping up and doing the groundwork, the diligent work to protect this country and save our freedoms and continue to protect our Constitution is our President Donald Trump.
What you say is absolutely true.
What people don't understand, and I've known Donald Trump now for 44 years, may be one of the first people in the country to suggest to him that he seriously consider a campaign for President.
But what you don't understand are two things.
Not you, but the public.
The Donald Trump you see on TV, the Donald Trump you see at the rallies, that is the real Donald Trump.
In other words, not like these fake politicians who have one personality in public and a different personality in private.
Trump is funny.
He is easygoing.
He's genial.
He has a wicked sense of humor.
He has an extraordinary amount of empathy.
He doesn't talk about his many charitable acts.
He doesn't advertise them.
He's fun to be with.
He's very genuine.
He's like a regular guy.
If you gave Donald Trump the choice to have dinner with a bunch of cab drivers Or a bunch of Fortune 500 CEOs, he would choose the former rather than the latter.
There's nothing stuffy about him, there's nothing stilted about him, there's nothing formal about him.
He's like a, even though he's a billionaire, he's a regular person.
He's a regular guy and people don't understand that.
And then secondarily, he is very, very, very much his own man.
So if I had a dollar for every single person who's told me, oh, you need to tell him not to attack Governor DeSantis, who he essentially got elected governor of Florida, or you need to tell him not to attack the prosecutors in New York or the prosecutors in Georgia or the federal prosecutors who are clearly trying to charge him with some politically motivated non-existing crime, you don't understand.
You don't tell Donald Trump anything.
He will ask for advice.
Sometimes he'll take your advice.
Sometimes he won't take your advice.
But he is not scripted.
He is not handled.
He is not managed.
This is why he was not only a great presidential candidate, but why he was a great president, and why he will be a great president again.
I think that's the Donald Trump that you know.
100%.
You know, I've seen he's very humble, very down to earth.
You know, just having conversations with him, you know, after we had dinner.
And just to see what type of man he truly is, he just, first thing he automatically said, wow, Tito, good to see you.
I made a lot of money off you during your fight career.
Thank you very much.
And got to be introduced to Melania when I introduced my wife to Melania.
And, you know, I haven't had a picture with him since 2016.
So I asked Mr. Trump if, excuse me, President, is it possible I get a photo with you?
He's like, of course, Tito.
Grab your wife and bring her along.
That was something that was him going out of his way to, you know, be a humble person.
You know, he could have said, no, I don't have time for this, but he's very greeting.
Once again, he's, he's the people's people, man.
He's the people's champ.
He's the people's, what we want.
You know, he says everything that we think.
He says everything that we, what we want to be done in this country and everything he said that he wants to be done in this country.
He's always, he's always fulfilled what we've wanted, but come to see that the hard left doesn't want that to be accomplished.
But you know, he has a, We all have a hard fight on our hands and we're all going to stand up and we're going to fight for our president and our president is going to fight for us.
Now, having seen many interviews with you in preparation for this and read quite a bit, the entire COVID-19 vaccination issue seems to have galvanized you to action.
I note that on November 30, 2020, you organized a curfew breaker protest on the Huntington Beach Pier, which took an enormous amount of courage, particularly then.
Now, of course, we know a lot more about The COVID-19 virus itself.
We know a lot more about the safety and effectiveness of the vaccination.
Not.
What possessed you to enter the arena and run for the Huntington Beach Council?
Well, in the beginning, it was just to protect my city.
You know, in June of 2020, BLM came down to our city of Huntington Beach And they had their protest rights.
I have no problem with that.
That's totally fine with that.
And about four days later on social media, I got a direct message of someone saved from somebody from BLM said, we didn't do our job.
We're to come back and we're gonna burn the city down.
At that time, Beverly Hills was being burnt down.
Los Angeles being burnt down.
A lot of small cities in the area were being burnt down.
And on that Saturday morning, I stood down there with 20 of my friends.
We had t-shirts that each be strong on it.
And I remember handing the t-shirts out to each one of my friends and saying, I don't care if they spit on you.
I don't care if they call your mom a name.
I don't care anything like that.
We're here for the buildings.
Let the officers do the job of protecting the citizens that are there.
And the BLM people sat on the pier side.
We stood on the main street side of Huntington Beach downtown.
And they did the protesting.
I have no problem with that at all.
And I asked one of the officers earlier that week if they could stop them from walking downtown.
He said, no, Tito, we're not allowed for them to stop them from walking downtown.
I said, well, can we stop them from walking downtown?
And his automatic response was, Tito, we can't help them stop them.
We can't stop them from walking downtown.
I go, hmm.
I get that hint really easy there.
So we're the ones that's supposed to stop them from walking downtown.
So as the residents there in Huntington Beach, we the people, we're going to stand up for our city.
We make sure they didn't walk downtown and burn the buildings down, destroy anything.
We held our ground.
We stood our ground.
And that day, Long Beach got burned down.
Garden Grove got burned down.
Santa Ana, California got burned down.
Beverly Hills got burned down and we were the only city that did not get burnt down.
Now all of a sudden we became a white supremacist city because we're protecting our city.
I'm Mexican.
All my friends are black, Asian, American, Native American.
I don't see any race or any color.
What I see is a person's character and when that happened I came to realize that The left is infiltrating the city of Huntington Beach, and it's a very conservative city.
So I thought, you know what?
I'm going to help protect the city.
I want to make HP safe, and I'm going to run for city council.
I got the most votes in Huntington Beach history.
I was mayor pro tem at the time.
Of course, this was probably the most toxic time to be a city council member.
But once again, I'm not a politician.
You know what?
I was a servant for the people that I wanted to try to step up to help our city.
And I got canceled right off the bat.
I refused to wear a mask.
In the beginning, don't get me wrong, in the beginning of March, I think it was the first two weeks, I complied.
I was afraid, because the stuff I'd seen on the news was people were falling over dead on the side of streetlights.
It just seemed really, really like a bad disease.
And I complied.
Then as I started doing more and more research, and I come to realize from 1912 to 1913, when a Spanish flu was here, There's over 1.3 million people that died from wearing a dirty mask from having pneumonia.
So that threw up a red flag for me automatically.
Then I took an idea because I've had eight major surgeries in my body and through my bike career, that every time you go to a hospital, when a doctor pulls you in from room to room to room, they're changing different masks every single time they change you go to the room.
We have people wearing a mask on their face, they put it in their pocket, they're putting it on their visor in their car, and they're putting it on, they're putting the same mask throughout the weeks.
And you know how much dirt and just It didn't make sense.
It just seemed like common sense was being thrown out the window.
And I got attacked when I was on City Council because I wasn't complying with the agenda they were trying to run.
But it was actually a blessing in disguise because when I did take a step down, this is after they put my kids on the news for not wearing a mask, after saying I'm a conspiracy theorist because, you know, I was saying this is a plandemic.
This stuff was planned by the NIH.
It was planned by Fauci.
And I got attacked by it because I wasn't part of the agenda.
And it's very bold and, you know, I think having the strength to do that, I have to have my own beliefs and the things that I've lived through my life to understand I'm protecting my family.
That's my number one.
And when I when I did walk away, I actually opened the eyes of the citizens of Huntington Beach.
And the next time when they ran, they did an election, which was last year.
Four Republicans got in, and now they're helping Huntington Beach.
I'm very thankful for it, but it just seems like California is a lost cause for me, so that's why I uprooted my whole family.
I moved here to Florida.
I live here in Lee County, and it's amazing.
It's great.
It's a breath of fresh air.
It's nice to be back in America again.
Well, I certainly agree with that.
Do you plan to go to the Lee County Republican Reagan-Lincoln Day Dinner coming up April 21st?
I believe so.
I believe one of your representatives came to my home and gave me a phone number so we'll be in contact.
I believe me and my wife will attend.
Excellent.
I look forward to meeting you in person.
President Donald J. Trump is the main speaker for that event.
Some may say that it is a For a into a DeSantis country.
But interestingly, polls now show that Donald Trump is pulled back in the lead in Florida, which is actually kind of amazing.
People need to recognize that our governor, Ron DeSantis, who I voted for, just spent $150 million on a campaign.
So he has saturated all forms of electronic advertising in the state, cable, broadcast, radio, digital.
And that's why he had a lead over Trump in the immediate halo of his enormous victory this November.
Trump using no paid media at all, but just dominating the news through his combative and, I don't know, pugilistic style on the phony investigation on him in Manhattan, in Georgia.
the federal investigations has now pulled back in the lead.
It shows you how artificial and temporary that media created lead is.
Just a little state politics there.
Going back to Huntington Beach, I saw you repeatedly called a white supremacist, yet you're Mexican American.
How is that possible? - I guess people are really deranged.
People just kind of believe what the media tells them.
I didn't understand it.
It hurt my feelings.
Every single conference that we had and people are calling in and saying I'm a white supremacist because I love America because I have an American flag in front of my house.
It is just mind blowing of what they were trying to do and people are believing it.
That's what hurts my feelings because I have family members.
I have friends that I've lost.
Just friendships that really matter to me because of their political ideas of what they think is really right and what's really true.
And people don't understand this.
People try to say that Trump is racist and, you know, Trump, uh, you know, he hates so many people and that is not what it is.
What it is is Donald Trump kind of realized what the left was about because he's hanging out with the billionaires.
He's seen what is going on for this one world government and everything and he can realize that for the children, And his children, his children's children, he needs to protect this country.
Because if we don't, we lose our freedom here.
We lose our constitutional right.
There's no other free state to go to.
There's no free country to go to.
And this is really important that people need to understand and put their ideas on to the side to understand the policies that Donald Trump does.
The policies is what makes our country great.
And what he does is by the feeling of his heart.
What comes to his mind, that's the right thing to do for this country.
And to go back on DeSantis, DeSantis is an amazing man, amazing governor.
It's just not his time right now.
Right now it's Trump's time because he's been in the deep of the mud.
He's been in the deep state.
He's been in that part and he's seen what it was like and that's what he did not want for this country.
And like I say, I hope DeSantis continues to be governor of here in Florida because he's protecting my children in the schools, making sure the future of our children are protected.
But DeSantis will have his time.
And right now, it's time for Donald Trump to continue being president.
Well, I mean, the governor was just re-elected.
I kind of consider that a four-year contract with the people of Florida.
To leave after two years seems kind of unfair.
During the campaign, he really wouldn't answer the question about whether he intended to run for president in 2024.
He dodged the question in the one and only debate he had.
I voted for him.
Every member of my family voted for him.
Vote for him again, but I agree with you that it is not his time.
The other reason why I think it is particularly Donald Trump is the right person for the times is I'm absolutely convinced that he may be the one person who can end the war in Ukraine and do so quickly.
First of all, he is the person who cut off the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, cut off the Russian pipeline, wouldn't let them construct it.
He is the one who gave offensive Pershing missiles, pardon me, Javelin missiles to the Ukrainians.
He's got credibility in the region.
He reached a historic Middle Eastern peace deal, which nobody said was possible.
He brought the North Koreans to the table, which no other president was able to do, got them to at least temporarily stop their nuclear weapons development program.
They, of course, have started it back up under Joe Biden because Biden exudes weakness.
The Chinese wouldn't have dared moved on Taiwan if Trump were president.
Their designs on Taiwan I think are most obvious.
The Russians did not invade Ukraine on Donald Trump's watch.
They wouldn't have.
Trump has been very blunt about the fact that he told Putin directly that he would hit Moscow Uh, and hit it hard.
And as Trump said to me, you know, Vlad didn't know whether I would really do it or not, but he knew that there was a 10% chance that I would and therefore he would not dare invade.
That's leadership.
That's, that's using the unpredictability of Donald Trump for the benefit of the United States.
Uh, and therefore I, I think this is the most pressing issue.
I mean, yes, we need to seal our border.
Yes, we need to end the Yes, we need to return to the energy independence that we only got under Donald Trump.
I've worked for four presidents.
I've seen six presidents all promise us energy independence was just around the next corner, but only Donald Trump was able to achieve it.
No longer did we have to go on bended knee to Venezuela or to Saudi Arabia or to anyone else.
There's enough, as he put it, liquid gold underneath our own land.
He opened up the Anwar area in Alaska, immediately closed down by Joe Biden.
It's crazy right now.
shortages in the United States.
Are you kidding me?
This is the richest, most powerful, most plentiful country in the world.
But now you go to the grocery store and the shelves are half empty.
And then, of course, there is the epic inflation, which is killing every working family in the country.
So I think matters of world peace come first.
This administration is trying to eucharist into World War III.
That is my greatest concern and I think Donald Trump, seriously, he's right when he says he could end this war by negotiation and do so quickly.
This administration doesn't want to end the war.
They seem to only want to expand the war.
You know, I gotta second that completely.
You know, Donald Trump's a businessman.
Negotiation's always been his biggest thing.
He's able to contribute and to do an amazing job of negotiating.
During his presidency, there wasn't one war.
He brought back most of our soldiers.
And I was very happy for that because I've been to Iraq myself six times for the USO to visit our soldiers.
But to start another world war, this is just...
It is mind-blowing of what is going on right now.
And we need to take care of our border.
Our borders are number one thing.
That's what should be number one right now, is take care of our border.
Because what's coming over our border, it's not just Mexicans that are coming over there.
It's everyone that is coming over right now.
And the fentanyl that's coming over, the drugs that are coming over, the children trafficking, the human trafficking.
Everything that's on that border right now is just discussing that the Border Patrol need a lot of help.
I have a lot of friends with Border Patrol and they're like, we need help.
We don't have the resources that we used to have and we need that resources.
Hold on, let me deal with my producer here.
Please check the text for our next guest.
Here's a question for you now that you live in Lee County.
You have an excellent congressman there, but everybody says that he may be stepping up to statewide office.
Is there any chance that now that you're a Floridian and now you live here, that like Ronald Reagan, like Arnold Schwarzenegger, who moved from Sports to a public office.
Any chance that maybe you'd have an interest in running for office as a Republican here in Florida?
Right now I can give you a hard no just because I have two boys that are 14 and getting into high school and I want to focus on my family and it's a lot of work to be a politician.
I'm just, I'm very honest and I got to speak from my heart and what I say is what I'm going to do.
And I think that's what the American people want because we had that with Donald Trump.
But right now it's a focus on my family, build my business here in Cape Coral, Tito's Cantina's tequila bar and grill.
I'll just continue building my businesses and being the entrepreneur that I am.
But I'm not going to give you a hard no for the future.
But as of right now, I could say no.
Alright, I'm putting you down as a maybe.
A solid maybe.
Not write this, that when I say, "Let my kids get into college first." And maybe, I can say, yeah, maybe. - You're a young man and I'm absolutely convinced that your greatest public service lies ahead.
I'm also an excellent judge of political horseflesh, and I think you'd be a heck of a candidate, and we will leave it there.
I look forward to meeting you and your wife at the Lee County Reagan-Lincoln Day Dinner, which is coming up April 21st, and I want to thank you very much for joining us here in the Stone Zone.
Thank you very much, Mr. Stone.
I appreciate it.

God bless America.
God bless you.
Have a wonderful day.
There you have it, folks.
Tito Ortiz, former Light Heavyweight Champion, UFC Chariot Mixed Martial Arts Champion, but more importantly, extraordinarily effective America First Advocate.
A man who got in the arena in Huntington Beach, California, understands the enormous price that is.
If you are well known and you stand up for what you believe in, believe me, you take some knocks, you take some attacks.
It takes enormous courage.
To get in the arena.
I admire him for both getting in the arena and I thank him for joining us on the show today.
I want to remind you that we are brought to you by the great folks at MyPillow.com and therefore we are completely and totally listener and viewer supported here at the Stone Zone.
There is no other compensation involved in producing our daily show.
We had some great guests last week.
If you didn't catch former Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich was a great, great interview.
President Donald Trump's attorney, David Schoen, breaking down the potential charges.
against the president in Manhattan for us last week in the show.
A lot of great shows.

If you want to watch the show, go to stonezone.live, stonezone.live, every day at 4 o'clock Central, 5 o'clock Eastern, then you have a broad cross-section of places where you can watch the show.
You can certainly watch it at frankspeech.com by scrolling down to Lindell TV too, but you can also watch us at Twitter live-streaming, Rumble live-streaming, Telegram live-streaming, Twitch, Cozy.TV, and so many other places, but wherever you're watching, we do want you to go to MyPillow.com, and when you do, we want you to use promo code STONE.
There you have it, promo Code Stone.
Now, if you think that my pillow is only about pillows, well, you'd be wrong about that.
However, right now, Mike Lindell has produced the first new pillow he's produced in, well, almost 20 years.
It's called his Pillow 2.0, and it's different than any other pillow he's ever produced because it has a patented Cooling technology so that you're not turning the pillow over throughout the night to get the cooler side of the pillow, and you can get the best sleep of your entire life.
So the MyPillow 2.0 is a mere $89.98, but here's the good news.
If you order it using promo code STONE, well you get a second pillow absolutely free.
So this is a great bargain you're going to want to take advantage of immediately.
By the way, Mike Lindell stands behind all of his products.
He has a money-back guarantee.
And right now you've got a closeout on a number of my really favorite products.
The Men & Women's Moccasin Slippers are at an all-time low.
I think these were originally I think they were $149 right now.
The MySlippers are $49.98, a great price.
This is a durable, comfortable, round-the-clock, shoe-type slipper that I think you will be very, very pleased with.
I'm a giant fan, as everybody here knows.
of the dog beds.
The dog beds come in three sizes.
I won't go through the prices with you, but if you love your pooch, then I guarantee you, you will love the MyPillow dog beds.
Also, the pet blankets, the men and women's robes, now on a special discount clearance price.
These were once $159 folks.
Today they are $59.98.
This is a closeout sale.
This is a plush, thick terrycloth with a wide shawl collar.
Extraordinarily comfortable and now an incredible price of $59.98.
So whether it is the dog beds or the pet blankets or the scarves, Or the slippers, or the robes, or the six-piece towel set.
This is another one of my favorites.
One of the things I learned from Mike Lindell is that the towels you buy online from other sellers, or the towels that you buy in a department store, the terry cloth is treated with an oil which makes the cotton more durable, but makes it much, much less absorbent.
So here's a concept for you, the six-piece towel set available at MyPillow.com, which you get a $49.99 price, that's a deep discount, by using promo code STONE.
These are the most absorbent towels you will ever find.
And they come, as you can see, in multiple colors.
So please, folks, remember, if you want to support the Stone Zone, if you want to support Mike Lindell and the important work that he does for free speech and election integrity, if you want to help Roger and Nydia Stone with our ongoing battle with the deep state, because I have 11 Harassment lawsuits filed against me by liberals, crackpots, nutjobs.
You can go to StoneDefenseFund.com to help us in that fight, or you can go to MyPillow.com for any one of those great products using promo code STONE, and either way you will be helping the Stone family.
If you did not catch President Trump's incredible rally this weekend, it was one of the most exciting things I've seen in American politics.
I did online kind of question Congressman Matt Gaetz about that Christmas red blazer, but I was so completely over-outvoted in the comments on Twitter that I've now concluded that even though I myself would reserve that red blazer for Christmas, Or the Christmas season?
Well, Congressman Gates can wear whatever he wants.
America Firsters seem to overwhelmingly approve of his red blazer, so there you have it.
Some very, very good news out of Arizona, where there are significant developments in the legal case of Carrie Lake in her efforts for justice, because I think virtually everyone who watches this show understands that she is and was the legitimate winner of the recent race for governor.
And now Mark Fincham, a true Arizonan and somebody who has his finger on the pulse in Arizona, joins us now.
Thank you, Roger.
Pleasure to be on your show.
God bless you, my brother.
Thank you for coming.
This has been a long haul.
I've been in American politics for over 40 years.
I've never seen a more obvious and more egregious theft of an election in my life.
No, it's not a conspiracy theory.
No, it's not a claim without evidence.
Almost 60% of the polling places in Maricopa County have non-functioning tabulators that literally will not tabulate the ballot because the ballot was purposely supplied in the wrong size.
And those precincts are disproportionately Republican precincts.
That is quintessential fraud in itself.
And I had high hopes that the Arizona courts would deal with this.
I have an extraordinarily high regard for Kurt Olson, who's the lead attorney for Carey Lake.
But up until last week, the end of last week, I had been disappointed in the actions of the Arizona courts.
Can you kind of bring us up to date on where things are now?
Well, I'll start with, and Roger, thank you so much for giving me the platform.
Arizona is the epicenter of election security, transparency, and fairness.
There are four individuals who need to be summarily removed from office.
And I mean, we need to challenge these people with the full force of We the People in the next election.
Bill Gates, Jack Sellers, Clint Hickman, and Stephen Richard.
These individuals are an existential threat.
To elections, transparency, security, and fairness.
Hard stop.
Now, with that said, there are a number of legal battles that are going on that it seems as though the lamestream media, which I would call the mainstream propaganda apparatus, they don't want to report on it.
And that tells us on the backside that we are very much over the target.
So let me start with Lake and Fincham.
We filed a case in April of last year to prevent the use of or the disclosure of the software for black box ballot tabulation equipment.
Now, that was in the U.S.
District Court here in Arizona, and we predicted what would happen.
Interestingly enough, it happened!
In fact, We were issued sanctions on the very day that the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors said, well, you know, things didn't work out the way we thought they would.
The ballot tabulation equipment wasn't as accurate as we thought it would be.
Didn't work as fast as we thought it would.
All of that.
So an Obama judge appointee in the U.S.
District Court sanctioned Kerry and I. We are now in front of the Ninth Circuit, which I've got kind of a 50-50 hope.
Because of the work that President Trump did to balance that court, I don't think that it's as far radical left as it used to be.
I'm hoping that we get an en banc hearing panel to say, you know, either the machines are going to have to give up the code in a secure environment so it can be inspected, or you can't use the machines, one of the two.
Now, the Arizona legislature right now is going through a process where they ...are likely to ban the use of these black box ballot tabulation equipment, Dominion, ES&S, Hart, all that, for the selection of presidential electors.
That's incredibly important because it deals with a constitutional argument that it is the legislature that chooses the time, place, and manner of elections.
So we got that case going.
Now we have Kerry Lake, who Governor, excuse me, Governor Kerry Lake, need to be accurate about that because Katie Hobbs did not win.
We know that.
We have, I think, ample evidence to call into question the election as irredeemably compromised.
That is now in front of the Arizona Supreme Court.
In fact, I think a piece of that was remanded back to trial court to say, no, you didn't get it right.
We need to take a look at, because Carrie has made her point, I think very well, that we have envelopes that are part of the affidavit system for mail-in elections, where there are so many discrepancies, so many irregularities, so many signatures that don't match.
We've got ballots that were counted that not only did the envelope didn't even have a signature on it, It had a different name, it had a signature that doesn't even resemble the registered voter signature, and the county employed a practice of going to other sources to look for signatures.
Well, okay, that's outside of the law.
It has to be a match, match to the voter registration record.
So we've got that case going on, I think that March 30th, I believe is the date.
And now there is a question as to whether or not envelopes were destroyed by the county.
Destruction of evidence.
So 52 CFR 20701 requires that all election records, paper and electronic, be preserved.
Maricopa County is the cesspool of election corruption.
And I'm not going to let these jokers get away with what they're trying to pull.
These people should be prosecuted for electile dysfunction.
So then we have my case, which is in front of Judge Julian, who, by the way, has already received a couple of judicial complaints.
We're going after the idea that there is big money, dark money, that is paying for the Contest E, which would be Adrian Fontes and Katie Hobbs.
They're paying their legal fees and then trying to exact recompense from me for something they didn't pay for.
Very much a Saul Alinsky tactic.
By the way, to your folks, we're at war.
And at this point, I think I need to bring up the Election Fairness Institute.
If people want to help support me, they can go to goefi.org.
We're Raising money for the defense.
We're also planning to go on the offensive to go after our putting up money to cover the cost of litigation.
Adrian Fontes is claiming that he's out $67,000.
In reality, somebody has already paid that.
So he's going to have an unjustified gain that I'm sure that the Arizona Department of Revenue should probably take a look at.
I mean, there's a whole bunch of legal issues there.
Then we've got the case of Abe Hamaday, which I've supported Abe as the Attorney General.
That's an interesting case.
So now that they have counted all of the provisional ballots, it looks like Abe actually might have won, even with all of the cheating that went on in the background.
So, you know, I hate to give her credit for this, but I got to give credit where credit's due.
Kirsten Sinema, a number of years ago when she was elected The Arizona Senator.
She said, you know, Arizona is kind of the meth lab of politics.
I think she was right.
There's a whole lot of book cooking that's going on.
In fact, you may not be aware of this, but we had a significant report through Seth Keschel where the U.S.
Census Bureau took three months in delay and they basically cooked the books to deprive Arizona of as many as three congressional seats.
That's all done at the hands of the Democrat Party.
For those with short memories, Mark Fincham was the Republican candidate for Secretary of State in the recent election.
I believe that he also won.
I think he was also subject to the Great Steal.
We had Captain Seth Ketchum on the show last week.
He's a great friend of the show.
He's also a great friend of mine.
He's also a brilliant thinker in this entire area of election integrity, as well as an analyst of hard numbers and data.
And he made, I think, a truly convincing case here on the Stone Zone that there is no path for Donald Trump in 2024 that does not include an honest, fair, transparent election in the state of Arizona.
Therefore, what you're fighting for locally is not for just justice in the election of Carrie Lake, not just justice in the election of Mark Fincham, not just for justice in the election of AM Habita, but for the larger question of an honest election in the future.
And as I understand it now, the Arizona Supreme Court has told the trial court in Maricopa that they have to consider the issues of signature matching.
This seems to me to be the first breakthrough that we've had, despite the overwhelming evidence that was presented.
I followed the initial case extraordinarily.
I thought that Kerry Lake's lawyers, particularly given the truncated period of time that the judge gave them to make their case, did a great job of making their case.
Katie Hobbs' people had no case.
All they sought to do was to tear down the integrity I've been in politics, as I've said, 44 years.
her attorneys on a personal basis without ever actually addressing the questions that I thought were beat for the court.
So this is an extraordinarily important fight, folks.
Now, I've been in politics, as I've said, 44 years.
I've seen some extraordinarily talented candidates.
I've also seen some real dogs get elected.
Don't get me wrong.
But Carrie Lake is without question, and I've never met the woman, but I admire her enormously.
For whatever reason, our paths have never crossed in the America First movement, but I'm sure that'll change soon.
I I have not seen anybody with those kind of communication skills, with that kind of poise, with that kind of commanding presence, Since Ronald Reagan or Donald Trump himself.
She's an extraordinary candidate.
Would I like her to run for the U.S.
Senate?
Only if the option of her being legally restored to the governor's office, which I think she won, has been completely exhausted.
In Arizona there actually is a legal precedent in which a governor was wrongfully declared elected and then subsequently removed and replaced by his opponent who actually did win the election.
So the remedy that she's asking for here is not outside the realm of state history.
It has actually happened.
What is your How optimistic are you that we're going to get justice here?
I know this has been a long, tortured path.
Well, I think, Roger, that is perhaps the most important question, not just for Arizona, but for the entire country.
The courts are a place where we are supposed to be able to go to, to have an argument heard.
Now, in my case, for example, the judge, Judge Julian, Spoke for 42 minutes of our one hour foreclosing the opportunity for us to present our evidence.
I think that you're spot on, sir, that Governor Kerry Lake is the rifle holder of that office.
And the imposter who is in that office right now joins two other imposters.
And that is Adrian Fontes, a Sinaloa cartel defense attorney, by the way.
As well as Chris Mays, who has absolutely no bona fides to justify her holding of the highest law enforcement office in the state of Arizona.
So we have three imposters who are now in office.
And from what I understand from people all over the state, there is significant buyer's remorse from the people that actually voted for these jokers.
And there is incredible pressure.
On four individuals that I think should be removed from office, and that's Jack Sellers, Clint Hickman, Bill Gates, and Stephen Richard.
These individuals knowingly, knowingly interfered with an election.
So if this doesn't get corrected in Arizona courts, I will tell you, sir, that the people of Arizona 71% of Americans and at least 71%, if not more, of Arizonans believe that the 2022 general election was an unmitigated disaster and a fraud.
Emphasis added, it was a fraud committed against the people of the state of Arizona.
Even these individuals in office know they're sweating bullets right now.
Because I think that they realize there's a 50-50 chance that they will be removed from office by the courts based upon all of the corruption that we have been able to present as far as evidence.
Now, one thing that I'm very encouraged by is the Arizona Supreme Court remanded this back for specific action.
The other thing that's going on is we have this legal warfare that's going on where The Marxist left is trying to extract some level of financial punishment against people like me because I dared to have the temerity to ask a question.
Well, wait a minute.
If all of these ballots, 300 some 400,000 ballots are in question, did I really lose by 120,000 votes?
Now, mathematically, if you look at internal polling that goes before the election and after the election, I win by three points.
Kerry Leak wins by nine.
Yet, all the people who said they voted for us have somehow been overwritten by who?
Whom?
We've got insiders.
We've got whistleblowers.
We've got people who have told us there are ballots that were introduced that are outside of the law.
So now the pressure is on the Arizona court system.
You're either going to make this right, or you will lose forever the faith of the people in the judicial system.
And I think that that is a sad statement on American politics, because if it happens in Arizona, it will happen everywhere.
Arizona is the youngest of the 48 lower states.
We should have a perspective that says, Oh, no, we're not going to tolerate On this show, I have explained on a number of occasions how legitimate survey research works.
We're the youngest.
We have the opportunity, the greatest opportunity to change this, to correct this egregious error.
And Arizona law basically says you cannot exact a penalty on somebody for asking a question.
On this show, I have explained on a number of occasions how legitimate survey research works.
In other words, polling.
Not all polls are equal, not all polls are accurate.
Poll results can be manipulated by the sample size, by the wording of the question, by the order of the question.
There are really two types of polls.
Those polls that are designed to elicit a pre-desired outcome, and then there are those polls that are honest.
I have an accurate and well-drawn sample.
Don't suffer from order bias and the order that the questions are asked.
Don't suffer because the way the questions are worded in a dispassionate and neutral way.
Every poll that I respect showed that both Carrie Lake and you and Abe would win going into the election.
They were all outside the margin of error, in fact.
And you could see polling is, generally speaking, directional.
In other words, a poll is a snapshot in time, but if you were ahead by two, two weeks ago, and you were ahead by four a week ago, and if you were ahead by six, four days ago, well you can see the direction of the poll.
So it was always an anomaly to me.
That Katie Hobbs seemed to run virtually no campaign.
I mean, she had nothing interesting or inspiring to say.
She wouldn't debate her opponent.
She rarely left her basement.
I guess that's now called the Biden strategy.
Worked for him for some strange reason.
But now I understand why.
This was a willful effort, particularly in Maricopa County, to heist this election and now to try to use the judicial system to punish people who are asking legitimate questions or presenting legitimate evidence of voter fraud seems to me to be an outrage, in all honesty, a travesty.
You shouted out an address earlier where People can go to support the effort for justice in this case.
Lawyers are expensive, folks.
This kind of fight does not come cheap.
So give that to us slowly.
And guys, let's try to get this up on the screen one more time.
Thank you very much, Roger.
I appreciate your indulgence.
Goefi.org.
That's G-O-E-F-I.org.
It stands for the Election Fairness Institute.
What we're trying to do is raise capital, not just for my defense, but we want to go on the offense.
And an ongoing contribution of $20, $30, $50 that occurs every month is extremely helpful because then we establish a cashflow where we can hire researchers, we can hire attorneys, and we can hire qualified people.
I received a confirmation earlier today from South Dakota.
Hey, we have found something in our records that the AG and DPS will not prosecute.
Well, who is it left to?
It's left to the Election Fairness Institute for us to hire an attorney and go to the civil courtroom and say, this is a fraud.
Here's a great example.
People who register with a mail forwarding company, they don't live at that address.
They're not qualified electors in that state, yet their votes are counted.
And when you have a candidate like Abe Hamadeh, who allegedly lost by 200 some votes, 217 votes, whoa, hold on a second.
If you've got 300 people that are voting in that race that have no authority, they're not qualified electors?
What's the potential that Abe was robbed of that?
And it's not about the candidate, by the way.
It's about the voters.
Every one of these cases are about the disenfranchised voters.
I'm just the officeholder.
Kerry is just the officeholder.
We vote with one vote, just like everybody else does.
But when hundreds of thousands of individuals are deprived of their 14th Amendment, equal protection under the law, right?
That is a travesty.
So goefi.org.
I encourage folks to go out there, make a contribution, make it a monthly contribution, even if it's only $10, $20.
Think about the millions of people who believe that this election, 71% of America believe that this election in Arizona was a fraud.
And we have the evidence to show it.
Whether the court wants to recognize it or not, the court has lost stature in this entire endeavor.
Nobody believes the court is just anymore.
How do you govern a country like that?
So we just put that up on the screen.
We also have it under Mark's picture.
Now, this is a very key point.
Folks, Donald Trump cannot win without Arizona.
He cannot win without free, fair, honest, transparent elections in Arizona.
That's really what we're fighting about.
It's not just Carrie Lake.
It's not just Mark Fincham.
It's not just the last election.
It's also about the next election.
So I don't care if you don't sit there and say, well, I don't live in Arizona, so it's not my problem.
I don't care where you live in Connecticut or California or Florida or Texas.
Send a contribution now to goefi.org because this is the good fight.
This is the most important fight we face.
You heard Seth Ketchum, Captain K, right here on the show last week.
He had four different paths.
I promise I will, Roger.
170 electoral votes, none of them, none of them can work without Arizona.
Mark Fincham, thank you very much for joining us on the Stone Zone.
