Gavin Newsom Humiliates Himself on Colbert by Saying This Live On-Air
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
I don't know if the glue that they are putting your eyelashes on is seeping into your brain, but you are an idiot.
You just beheaded that guy?
You're supposed to give head, not behead.
Remember January 6th, that was the day that I had just switched over.
I'd been doing eggs with olive oil.
And I switched back to real butter that morning.
And then I was watching TV and people were freaking out because a few people with a Lego set or something showed up at the Capitol.
Anyway, let's talk about boner pills for a minute, and then we'll move on the other side.
Donald Duck is wandering the streets of Orlando sucking for a hot lunch.
*Music*
All right, how you do?
How you doing, guys?
I'm Dave Rubin.
This is the Ruben Report.
It's September 25th, 2025.
Yes, Australia, I'm coming very soon, Dave Rubin.com slash events.
They have told me the tickets are selling fast.
That's what a guy right over here just said to me before the show.
Uh and reminder that Copal is back in stock, and I saw, I saw that it made it on to Bill Marr's set.
Very excited about that.
Drinkkopal.com.
We sold about half the stock already.
Uh get in there, get some tequila.
Enjoy life, why not?
Okay, let's get to it.
Obviously, a lot going on in the world.
Uh, thank you for bearing with us last two days.
Uh obviously it was Russia Shana, so I was uh not in studio, so we had some pre-taped stuff for you, and I was glad to see that people were enjoying that, particularly actually the for actual friends, uh, where me, Sage Steele, and Russell Brand just got to we we had no agenda other than just kind of talking through everything that has happened uh post the assassination of our friend Charlie Kirk, and and obviously that's gonna that's just gonna be the theme, I think, of almost everything, probably for the rest of the year.
I mean, that's not exclusively what we're doing today, but in some sense, it is now attached to every piece of everything that's happening uh politically and culturally and more.
But let's start with a man who I do not like very much.
However, when you don't like somebody, what you do is you confront them with words and ideas.
You could mock them, you could be sarcastic about them, you could do impressions of them, things like that.
What you don't do is kill them, and that's an important thing that people need to understand in America because we do seem to be veering uh into a slightly crazier phase right now.
Uh but two nights ago, Gavin Newsom, who I just believe he's the devil incarnate.
I I don't know what to say other than that.
I think he is a lizard man in human skinned.
He has destroyed everything that he has ever touched, from the city of San Francisco as mayor to the uh state of California as governor.
He has gotten super rich along the way.
I suppose as people say he looks the part of a politician, although he looks more just generally psychotic to me.
Uh but here he is on Colbert, a show that is canceled.
It'll be off the air in a couple months with a hundred million dollar budget and twenty million dollars to a host of a failing show.
Uh here he is, just to the backdrop of everything that happened with Charlie and all the people that have called Trump Nazi and racist and all the stuff for 10 years, now trying to explain to Colbert that Trump is going to steal the election.
Something that if we were to say, say a couple years ago, we would all have been banned and kicked off the internet and everything else, but now it's cool again.
Go.
As a Democratic Party, we have a lot of work to do to make up for our failures in the past.
We got crushed in this last election.
And now we're in a position where we are struggling to communicate.
We're struggling uh to win back now, the majority uh in the House of Representatives, and that's a big part of what I'm doing, uh, not just today in terms of the work out here uh raising money, but also raising awareness around how Donald Trump is trying to rig the midterm elections and how I fear that we will not have an election in 2028.
I really mean that.
And the core of my soul, unless we wake up to the code red, what's happening in this country, and we wake up soberly uh to how serious this moment is.
All right, so first off in the audience applauded that.
Um first off, we're lucky.
We actually lucked out, I don't know if you caught it, guys, but in that Gavin Newsom does not have a soul.
I am not worried about what's happening in the core of His soul.
Um, I mean, the fact, first off, note he says, what did he say there?
They're struggling to communicate.
The Democrats are struggling to communicate.
Well, when you've communicated your terrible ideas like boys or girls and America's systemically racist and everyone else is a Nazi.
When you've done all of that, the people have kind of gotten tired of it.
Enough people have woken up to that stuff.
So it's not a it's not that you're struggling to communicate.
You guys still own the entire apparatus to communicate, right?
That is the mainstream media, Colbert show and everything.
You guys still own all that stuff.
So it's not a struggle to communicate.
It's that when you communicate, we've just had enough of your endless BS.
Then the fact that he would be out there right now.
They're pacing it.
You see what they're doing?
He's putting little seeds out there.
Oh, midterms, they're gonna steal the midterms, and then we might not even have an election in 2028.
I mean, these are literally the comments that post a, let's say, very questionable 2020 election.
I think we can all say that.
Joe Biden somehow got 81 million votes, all of the mail and stuff to the backdrop of COVID and all of those things.
Putting aside what you think about that, and maybe it's not even worth rehashing or anything else.
But we but people were literally, people literally lost jobs because of it.
Our channel was demonetized for months, just talking about it, not even accusing anyone of anything, just questioning what was going on there.
People were shadow banned and everything else.
You didn't care about that.
But now you're preemptively warning us of a steal.
That is that is simply not going to happen.
I assure you guys, we are going to have an election.
Midterm elections, we're gonna have elections in 2028, we're gonna have elections in 2032, 36, 40, boom, then the earth blows up.
That's how it's gonna work.
Anyway, uh Colbert, who's basically just doing a big suck job on this guy, right?
The only reason Newsom is it's just a televised blowjob on the on national television.
That's all it is.
Again, 20 million bucks a year this guy makes.
Here he is uh telling Newsom, basically he's getting a lot of attention.
He's such a cool dude.
And and note Newsom's response.
You you've been getting a lot of attention lately.
I'm I'm sure you're you're well aware.
Um what was that?
See the snake is like the lizards trying to break out of.
What do you mean, Colbert, you've been getting a lot of attention?
You give him attention.
You I know I'm giving him attention now too, so I guess there's a little irony there.
But it's you guys who just created this monster.
You created this monster.
We created a little monster there too, and joy.
We're working hard over here today.
Uh, okay, so now let's get to the sort of um the depressing reality, I would say, relative to what is going on in this country that leads to somebody like Avan Newsom being in the conversation, someone who riles people up, who uses hysteria, who lies about everything, and then that then causes what you would think are otherwise good people to do bad things.
So, of course, the big story yesterday, and this is from Red Wave Press, breaking three people have been critically wounded at an ice facility in Dallas, Texas, with one shooter found dead on a roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office, according to WFAA.
Sources told WFAA that police were searching for a possible sniper or multiple shooters.
It remains unclear if there were any other shooters involved in the incident.
Sources confirm that one shooter was found dead on a roof of a nearby immigration attorney's office.
There's still a massive police president presence off I-35 East as a result of the shooting.
Okay, and let's just go to special agent Joe Rothrock talking about what they found by the suspect.
Early evidence that we've seen from uh rounds that were found near the suspected shooter contain messages that are anti-ICE in nature.
Again, this is just the most recent example of this type of attack.
This will be a whole of government response.
There will be no resource, not utilized to bring all those individuals who are real quick before I offer commentary.
Here's an image of the shell casing, and there it is, anti-ICE.
Now, to the backdrop, as I said, that everything is sort of connected to Charlie, right?
Charlie was fighting all of the bad ideas that lead to a guy like Gavin Newsom on the other side of it, right?
They were in some sense polar opposites.
Charlie, whether you agreed or not, was telling the truth.
He was fighting for largely conservative principles.
Gavin Newsom is fighting for big government, he's fighting for the machine, all of those things.
Um, You know, it's interesting because we played, I don't know, over the last year, I don't know how many dozens of videos of Democrats demonizing ice.
They have to get their masks off, they're terrorists, they're Nazis, they're grabbing people off the streets.
I mean, just this relentless lie fest, this relentless wave of lies that the Democrats and mainstream media have put on ice.
ICE is there to get illegals off the street.
If you are here illegally, you have already committed a crime, illegal, not legal, and you've got to go.
We can have all the conversations you want about a border wall and who should be here and who shouldn't, and pathways of citizenship.
But they have demonized the group of people whose jobs it is basically to make sure that America's for Americans and keep us safe.
And it and it's been ratcheting up.
And that's where I would directly connect this to Charlie.
If you ratchet up the hate around, oh my God, that guy who shows up at college campuses and talks to people is a Nazi, or that guy who shows up to college campuses and talks to people hates trans people.
Well, then someone who is dating or living with the trans person might just go shoot Charlie.
And that's exactly what happened.
And we know that that's also happening now with the violence towards ice agents.
I want to read this interesting uh post I saw from it's an ex-commentator.
His name is Jason Curtis Anderson.
I thought this was quite good.
Listen, uh, earlier today, Joshua John, the shooter at the Dallas ICE facility, shot three people before taking his own life.
This incident reflects what many call nihilistic accelerationism, a rising phenomenon in domestic extremism that mirrors the martyrdom embraced by jihadist terrorists.
These individuals who feel so driven by their extremist beliefs that they are willing to both kill and die for their cause.
Many conversations must take place and much work remains to be done, but none of it can begin until Democrats acknowledge that far-left extremism exists and recognize the importance of toning down the political rhetoric.
This is not the first time left-wing extremists have attempted to assassinate ICE officers, a recurring theme the left has used to rally voters against the current administration.
The federal government has significant catching up to do, and an interagency approach will be necessary to address the problem.
Far-left extremism extends far beyond groups like Antifa.
There's an entire revolutionary Marxist ecosystem of interconnected entities, billion-dollar progressive NGOs, anarchist networks, political organizations such as the DSA, foreign influence operations like the Singham Network, gaming platforms, Discord servers, and Reddit Reds, the dark web, and even civil rights organizations staffed with movement lawyers fully dedicated to waging war against the West until it collapses.
Until the government addresses the root causes, it will only be treating the symptoms.
Experts must be brought in to dismantle the machine before it's too late.
As soon as we have more government leaders with the same pro-Luigi worldview as the DSA, Hassan Piker and Taylor Lorenz, political assassination will become normalized in the same way that we decriminalize crime in major cities.
Guys, I know that was a bit of reading right there, but that basically captures it.
That captures what I have been warning against, and Charlie was warning against, and many other people have been warning against for years.
Over time, if through education, through whatever the high hills going on on Discord and Reddit and some of these other things, through a Democrat party that is telling all these young people the earth is about to end and they're coming to get you, and everyone's racist and you live in the worst place.
And we should also open the border so everyone else can share in the worst place.
You you and then just the on top of like the infancy of our brains relative to technology that we are holding that's giving us the world, and we're handing it to 14-year-olds and all of the bad actors across all of that, and then the NGOs and ever and the big tech companies and everything else.
You are going to create a situation where confused people are going to do horrible things.
It's why I said last week, I mean, I think what most of the Democrats really need to be worrying about, the real radicals like Ilhan Omar and Rashida and maybe AOC and others, what they're gonna have to be worried about is RICO, uh, RICO cases that are going to pop up because when the Department of Justice starts going after some of these NGOs and finding out that they were coordinating the violence on the streets and the burning down of pet boys and all of those things, and they were pushing for the Hamas protests at college campuses that stopped other kids from going to school and everything else.
They're gonna find out that they were coordinating with Democrat politicians as well.
That would be my, I would bet, I would bet the farm.
I don't own a farm.
I'd love to own a farm one day.
Might see what that's where this is all gonna end for me in a retirement on a farm somewhere, but I would bet the farm on that.
That is what is going to happen.
But you get it.
There has been a radical escalation in their rhetoric.
And then at the end of the day, you cannot be surprised.
That's why when Charlie was assassinated, I think the thing I said that day on air was I'm shocked, but I'm not surprised.
I'm shocked that something so absolutely horrible happened, but my eyes are not wide shut, right?
I am I'm not surprised.
Like it's shocking.
My friend was murdered.
Even to say that now, like, like that's shocking, but it's not surprising to the backdrop of all the things that we talk about here.
And by the way, this has been ongoing, and thankfully, because of law and law enforcement, some of this has been stopped.
Listen to this from Ed Moakness.
Two months ago, a major terror plot to kill ICE agents in Texas was foiled.
Eleven far-left radicals arrested.
The media made it disappear.
Did you hear about that story?
I don't even think we covered that story because I don't even because I didn't even hear about it.
That's kind of interesting.
Look at these people.
They all put it back up for a second.
They always kind of look the same.
Look at the age of these people.
The female component to it is a little bizarre.
You know, you think about these young violent revolutionaries, like they're all gonna be these young, angry men.
That's what we've been told.
It's usually white men are so angry young white men, but there's a lot of women involved in this.
Then there's the gender queer trans element and everything else.
But really, what this is, really what this is, is just an extension of a political party that has gone completely bonkers.
I don't know how to describe it any other way.
Where are the good Democrats?
Where are yes, I get it, Fetterman.
The guy with brain damage, he's gonna he's gonna hold the door.
He's Hodor.
He's Odor.
That's funny, actually.
We got to do a meme of that.
He's basically Hodor from Game of Thrones holding the door.
The what was trying to come through is the White Walkers or whatever it was, was trying to come through.
That's the crazy progressives.
And you've got Fetterman, hold door, hold more.
Uh, and just to illustrate the point, here is a compilation of Democrats saying crazy bananas bullshit.
This is Gestapo-like behavior.
Plain clothes officers wearing masks, are terrorizing immigrants, the ICE issue is alarming beyond words.
Masked men jumping out of unmarked cars, people disappearing, no due process.
We're being hyperbolic.
If you're a black and brown community, it's here.
Wake up.
Dangers that we saw in uh in you know, Nazi Germany, uh, especially in the earliest days of Nazi Germany, are the dangers that we need to react to now.
They're taking people off the streets and sending them away.
It's a five-alarm fire, everyone.
Every single ICE agent who's engaged in this aggressive overreach and are trying to hide their identities from the American people, will be unsuccessful in doing that.
This is not the 1930s, and every single one of them, no matter what it takes, no matter how long it takes, will of course be identified.
It continues.
We're not even gonna show you all that.
You get the point.
And think about it again.
If you believed them, if you were so brainwashed, if you were so blue pilled into believing them that Nazi Germany was about to start, would you maybe kill somebody to stop it?
You might.
If you believed that Charlie Kirk was coming to get round up all of the trans people or something like that, and your boyfriend, partner, girlfriend, sister, uncles, nephews, brothers, cousins, former roommate was trans.
Would you maybe kill Charlie Kirk?
I know you wouldn't watching this, but you can see the condition that somebody might be in.
Gavin Newsom gets up there.
If you're black and brown, this it's now it's real, it's coming for you.
What so at some point, the rhetoric has something to do with the actions.
These things are not completely completely separate.
There's some Venn diagram.
We're gonna talk about Kamala Harrison and she's back for a sec.
And there's some Venn diagram with the overlay of crazy people, crazy rhetoric.
And right in between that is someone who's going to take the worst of all actions into their own hands.
But let's continue because the Democrats, and this is their entire media machine.
They are, they are brainwashing young people at an extraordinary rate.
This, this is this one's just a doozy.
Uh, this is a woman, she is a radio host, uh, I guess, of a channel called Latino USA, and uh her name is Maria Hinajosa, and here she is on the televised mental institution, known as MSNBC, uh, comparing ICE to Nazi, and she brings up Anne Frank and go.
There are little Anne Franks, right?
Anne Frank in Chicago.
Her name is Anita Franco, and she is terrified.
And Senator Villa knows that because those are her constituents.
Little girls and boys who are afraid to come out of their home.
All right, it's the first day of the Jewish New Year, or second day, I guess.
Uh, so I'll I'll just I'm not gonna not gonna say what I want to say, just wrote it down instead.
But lady, let me just explain something to you.
I know that, you know, it's funny, you people who have basically pushed all the Jews out of your party who are wildly anti-Israel and everything else, you just use, you like using the memory of dead Jews, because they love dead Jews.
There's nothing they love more than dead Jews for your own political purposes.
Anne Frank and her family, they were Dutch, right?
They lived in Holland.
They lived in Amsterdam.
I've been to the house.
I have relatives that live in Holland now, that some of their most of them are gone now from that generation, uh, but that lived through what happened during World War II in Holland.
Anne Frank hid in a in an attic in an attics for 25 months during the Holocaust, you know, in essence the entire duration of the war as it pertained to getting to Holland.
Um, and we're not even talking about Germany right now.
Um, she was a legal citizen.
They were citizens of Holland who lived in Amsterdam.
Please show me the legal citizen of the United States, the little, what does she say?
The little Anita Franco, the little, please show me the little Anita Franco, who is a who is here in the United States, who is a legal citizen who's been hiding in an attic.
You you just, you just are terrible people.
You're terrible people.
But because I'm because I'm trying to be measured today, let's just show a video of the vice president explaining to these people how terrible they are instead.
And I think that is the most disgusting thing.
The very people who keep us safe ought to be honored and protected and praised by Democrats and Republicans alike.
It is time to stop the rhetorical assault on law enforcement.
Because here's what happens.
Because here's what happens when Democrats like Gavin Newsom did say that these people are part of an authoritarian government.
When the left-wing media lies about what they're doing, when they lie about who they're arresting, when they lie about the actual job of law enforcement, what they're doing is encouraging crazy people to go and commit violence.
You don't have to agree with my immigration policies.
You don't have to agree with Donald Trump's immigration policies.
But if your political rhetoric encourages violence against our law enforcement, you can go straight to hell and you have no place in the political conversation of the United States of America.
I have to say, uh JD continues to impress me.
Um he's a really good communicator.
He deeply gets the ideas.
He's showing a little more emotion right there than he normally does, but he is right.
We just showed you that compilation video of what they're saying about these people.
Then they then we showed you this video of this lunatic on MSNBC, comparing the people who are illegal being taken here, and nobody's being ripped out of an attic or like it's just absurd.
And they want black and brown people to be walking around thinking, oh my God, at any moment, I'm a citizen of the United States, but someone in a mask is gonna jump.
And then they also loved masks a couple of years ago now, they hate masks, but someone's gonna jump out of a car and grab me and take me away.
It's it's complete and utter delusion.
But the other part of all of this is the mask part, because the ICE officers, the way the Democrats are framing it, is there are these masked guys who look like Cobra soldiers out there, and they're taking orders from Cobra Commander and Destro and Dr. Mindbender and Firefly, and I can probably think of a couple others.
I'll work on it when we play the clip.
Uh, and they're taking orders from them and they're just running around and they're masked because they're evil people.
No, they are wearing masks because you Lunatics keep going on television telling everyone that they're evil and they are concerned about their family.
Um, I don't know if you ever heard of Spider-Man or any other superhero, but why did superheroes, you know, when I was flying back from uh from Charlie's funeral, I actually watched Avengers Endgame because I was like, I have to just not, I'd have to be able to not think for a little bit.
And Endgame's pretty good.
Those last two, Infinity War and Endgame are pretty good.
But why do superheroes wear masks?
You know why superheroes wear masks, and they always point it out in all the movies.
They don't wear the masks for themselves.
They wear the masks to protect their family.
Spider-Man wore the mask, not because he was afraid that Green Goblin was coming to get him.
Green Goblin was coming to get him either way.
He didn't want Green Goblin to rape Auntie M. Auntie M?
Right, that was Auntie M. She was Auntie M, right?
Who was his wait?
Auntie M was from uh Wizard Vise.
No, she was Aunt Aunt Emma.
Aunt May.
Aunt May, Aunt May, sorry.
Okay, you get the point.
You don't want your aunt raped.
And you're trying.
Here's Ron DeSantis explaining the mask thing.
All right, I do go.
Well, this is a governor, Jesse, who uh is saying that he does not want ice agents to put masks on, and they're doing that for their safety because there's a threat to them and their family out there, as we saw with the shooting today and the threats that come in daily to them.
But this is the same governor who forced two-year-olds to wear masks uh during COVID, and he wielded executive power uh to muzzle people.
And so I think he thinks that he just has ultimate power to do this.
But what his rhetoric is doing, what his actions, what other supposedly mainstream politicians in the Democratic Party have done is to put a target on the back of our Yeah, okay.
So thank you, Von DeSantis, for cleaning up my confusion around superheroes and everything.
Connor did make a point that Batman, you know, his family was all dead.
They were murdered it right after going to the theater.
So his mask, but it was to protect Alfred, I think.
He didn't want to Alfred was an elderly man.
He was nice with the accent and everything.
Okay, we got to move a little faster.
There's a lot going on today.
Uh let's talk about Wild Alaskan for just a second, and then uh Jimmy Kimmel is back.
May the Lord have mercy on all of our souls.
When was the last time you truly trusted the seafood you brought home?
For me, it used to be a guessing game.
That all changed when I discovered Wild Alaskan Company.
Wild Alaskan Company delivers wild-caught and nutrient-dense seafood right to your door.
No antibiotics, no GMOs, no additives, just clean fish that supports healthy oceans and fishing communities.
I've especially loved cooking their co-house salmon.
It's rich, flavorful, and so versatile.
Every piece is frozen right off the boat to lock in taste, texture, and nutrients like Omega 3s.
Plus, every order supports sustainable harvesting practices you can feel good about.
And if you're not completely satisfied with your first box, they'll refund you in full.
No questions asked.
Not all fish are the same, guys.
Get seafood you can trust at Wildalaskan.com/slash Ruben for $35 off your first box and premium wild-caught seafood.
That's Wild Alaskan.com slash Ruben for 35 off your first order.
Okay, so the big story, of course, last week to the backdrop of Charlie's assassination was that Jimmy Kimmel, the man who makes 16 million dollars a year to tell half the country that they're racist and lie about all of us and wish death on us if we don't get vexed and all that stuff.
Uh, he went up there and made a quote-unquote joke right as right after Charlie was killed, claiming that this was a MAGA person that killed him.
Then the affiliates pushed back.
They said to ABC Disney, we've had it with this guy, we're not gonna air the show, at least temporarily.
Uh there was a huge backlash to that.
Everybody was fighting, it's about the First Amendment and free speech, blah, blah, blah.
Uh, anyway, Jimmy Kimmel did come back after a tiny little couple day vacation, and here he is.
I mean, the fake emotion of this.
When I watched this the first time, it's it's actually his fake crying and the fake emotion and the lying while he's apologizing.
This is actually disgusting, though.
I've been hearing a lot about what I need to say and do tonight.
And the truth is, I don't think what I have to say is gonna make much of a difference.
If you like me, you like me.
If you don't, you don't.
I have no illusions about changing anyone's mind.
But I do want to make something clear because it's important to me as a human, and that is uh you understand that it was never my intention to make light of the murder of a young man.
Uh I don't.
I don't think there's anything funny about it.
I nor was it my intention to blame any specific group for the actions of what it was obviously a deeply disturbed individual.
I don't Think the murderer who shot Charlie Kirk represents anyone.
This was a sick person who believed violence was a solution, and it isn't.
It ever.
Guys, let me explain something to you.
He is an actor.
He is an actor.
Okay, I have no doubt that he's taken acting classes, and you can fake emote, right?
I try my hardest to be as real as I can possibly be here.
However, there is a camera on me, and I forget what it's called, but there is a there's like an actual psychological condition that when you have a camera on you, you act a little bit different.
I forget what it's called.
Can you Google it?
There's some somebody did a study on this in the 70s.
Like if you, and we all know this.
If you have a camera on you or even if you're not a performer or anything else, if you have some level of attention on you, you act, you actually do act a little bit different.
I try to be as real as possible.
Him faking that, faking, he's crying.
I think he had to rehearse that.
He's had days to go through this and everything else.
But what he says there is, I never, it was never my intention to make light of the murder of this guy.
Well, you did a whole bunch of jokes about it.
Uh, and then he says, and it was not my intention to blame anyone.
Oh, it wasn't because here's the joke.
We had some new lows over the weekend with the MAGA gang desperately trying to characterize this kid who murdered Charlie Kirk as anything other than one of them and doing everything they can to score political.
Oh.
Well, the MAGA gang.
So you called them a gang, okay.
And you made it, you made a point that it was one of them.
So I don't even remember what the joke was there.
We didn't want to play the extended clip.
I've had enough watching that.
But it's just nothing.
It's just nothing.
What you did there, man, was get up there and fake a moat so you could keep your job, because most people would like a $16 million a year gig.
Connor, would you host that show for 16 million?
Connor would do it.
And he doesn't even like being in front of the camera, okay?
And it gets even worse because now here he is just more, it's just utter, utter fake emotion.
Here he is talking about uh Erica Kirk.
A moment over the weekend, a very beautiful moment.
I don't know if you saw this on Sunday, Erica Kirk forgave the man who shot her husband.
She forgave him.
That is an example we should follow.
If you believe in the teachings of Jesus as I do, there it was.
That's that's it.
A selfless act of grace, forgiveness from a grieving widow.
Yeah, it touched me deeply.
And I hope it touches many.
And if there's anything we should take from this tragedy to carry forward, I hope it can be that.
You know, as a talk show host, one of the things you don't want to do is tell people not to watch your show.
But I'm gonna say this.
If you watch that and thought he was being real, you don't have to watch this show anymore.
Like we're we're so in different planes of existence.
It's so profoundly, and I'm a Jesus follower.
Like everything about him, it's fake.
Dude, you're groveling because you just want your job back.
But you know what?
Don't take my word for it.
Uh Andrew Colvitt, who uh spoke at Charlie's Memorial, he's Charlie's long time, they were business partners, and uh active, I believe he was the executive producer of the Charlie Kirk radio show.
Uh, he watched that clip of Jimmy Kimmel and he wrote this on Twitter.
Yes, Jimmy got emotional.
So what?
He's emotional for himself because he almost torched his entire career.
Kimmel is an unrepentant liar who tried to blame Charlie's assassination on the part of the country that just spent the last two weeks praying and holding vigils.
What he's really saying is that he still thinks it's fair game to slander conservatives.
He would rather advance his own political and cultural agenda than confront the truth.
The truth is that his own side has been fanning the flames of political assassinations for years.
The truth is that someone on the left picked up a gun and murdered someone on the right who advocated for peaceful debate.
The crit it's critical that liars admit they lied.
There can be no restoration without that.
Anything short of that is a fake and scripted cry line designed to endear him to his fans, not to make right the wrong he committed.
Guys, that is that is completely right.
I don't think I could have written it better myself.
And by the way, it's exactly why.
What was it, two days after?
Was it the day after Charlie's assassination?
I think it was on that Friday.
I went on Piers Morgan, and when Jank Ugar from The Young Turks was up there talking about peace and everything else, I said, Well, okay, that's nice, but how about these 10 headlines you have calling John Donald Trump a racist and a Nazi?
And how about these 10 times you called Charlie Kirk a fashion, a fascist and a Nazi and blah blah blah.
Do you regret any of that?
And then he went absolute crazy.
The apology is nice.
You know what's interesting?
Whether you're a believer in the teachings of Christ or not, those of us that are, let's say, more on the right side, we actually do believe in forgiveness and we believe we understand the way humans work, the way the mind works, the way as you age things change and you see the world differently and all of those things.
There is so much more room on this side of the aisle for forgiveness.
So if Jimmy Kimmel genuinely would have got up there, maybe he needed to do it completely differently.
Like if I had been guiding him through that, I would have said, you know what, you don't have to do a monologue.
Maybe don't stand up there tonight and do it.
Maybe you just sit on a chair, right?
And it and have it be completely unscripted.
And for three minutes, I know you do everything off a teleprompter, and I know there's 20 writers telling you what to do, and there's a c entire corporate structure that leaks it all down, right?
Like I get all of that.
But Jimmy Kimmel, as a human being, instead of fake emoting while reading off a teleprompter, maybe try it that way.
So Andrew is completely right when he says it that that was not real.
There was nothing real about that, right?
Like something real would be, okay, Jimmy Kimmel.
You know what?
Just in the spirit, I will try to be as as welcoming as I can.
You know what, Jimmy Kimmel, prove me wrong.
Prove me wrong, Jimmy Kimmel.
Over the next couple months, let's see you stop fanning the flames.
The thing is, you can't.
You bought yourself back in, and I have no doubt in a week or two weeks from now, you'll be doing this exact same stuff because that's actually why you have the job.
You're not worth 16 mil.
You're getting paid 16 mil to do the bidding of whatever it, whoever it is that's pulling your strings.
But speaking of pulling strings, you have to understand, again, this is all mainstream media concoction uh over on the televised mental institution, known as MSNBC.
They watched what we just showed you and they thought it was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Do you want to be the one who who caved to the White House and took a really an institution off the air.
Late night television is been with us for a long time.
And you could see last night, it can really galvanise the country.
It was a very old-fashioned moment.
We all sat down and wanted to at the same time and wanted to hear what he had to say.
Oh, he's just so great.
He's so great at galvanized all of us.
And that guy actually believes that.
Everybody was just like, oh my God, it's so great what Jimmy did, and it's so great he's back and everything else.
And by the way, the White House had nothing to do with this.
Caroline Levitt has pointed out that when when she found out that Jimmy Kimmel had been booted by ABC, she was with the president.
He didn't know about it himself.
There is literally zero, zero, zero zero evidence that the White House did anything.
There is some evidence that he may have violated some FCC rules, but there isn't even evidence that the FCC had anything to do with this.
The affiliates were like, you know what?
A major political figure, someone who's really important in America, got assassinated.
This guy blamed it on the other side.
Maybe we're going to take a little break right now.
It has nothing to do with free speech or the First Amendment or anything else.
And remember, if Greg Guttfeld got canceled tomorrow night for a bad joke, they would all be applauding.
So they like censorship.
They just don't like when the things that they do then get angled a little bit more towards them.
If you would like an example of that, we have a compilation here, or a back-to-back, I should say, of Jen Socky on con censorship when it comes to Jimmy Kimmel in 2025 versus censorship in 2021 when she was working at the White House and felt very differently when they were silencing you.
The news about Jimmy Kimmel, I think is um a pretty watershed moment.
I think we all need to be talking about.
We actually, and it's not just a media story.
I know you agree with me on this.
It's not just a media story.
It's a democracy story, it's a freedom of speech story.
It's so many things.
We're mate, regularly making sure social media platforms are aware of the latest narratives.
You shouldn't be banned from one platform and not others, uh, if you afford uh uh providing misinformation out there.
So a comedian who lied about the biggest political assassination in four decades, it's a free speech issue and everything else, which again, it is not.
No one has a right to a TV show.
Jimmy Kimmel could have opened a freaking YouTube channel that night and done the exact same show and had his 20 writer, it was The economics of it would have been a little more difficult, I promise you, uh, champ, but he could have done it.
It had nothing to do with free speech.
Then, just four years ago, that is a woman who works at the White House saying we are working with private companies to make sure if you're banned from one platform, you're banned from all platforms.
That was a violation of the First Amendment.
Jim Jordan, as you guys know, Congressman from Ohio has pointed out for years now that they have evidence that the government was coordinating with big tech to silence people, including me.
I'm on the list because I tweeted out that vaccines were not working and mandates were coming.
I believe that was in July of 2021.
So Saki, every single thing you accuse us.
Okay, it's the mirror thing, you guys get it.
Uh over on Cienna and Abby Phillip, a woman who has just nothing going on.
Just look at her eyes.
You could just see there's just nothing happening in there.
But she does host a little show and they pay her some cash for it.
Uh, she had uh South Carolina Congressman Jim Clyburn on uh explaining that Biden was actually right to censor us during COVID because you people don't deserve to speak.
You're not allowed to question things, they know.
Well, I don't think they're the same.
Simply because Biden, if this took place.
This weren't jokes.
This wasn't a TV show.
This was a pandemic.
And we didn't need to have misinformation going out about this pandemic.
There was enough coming from the president at the time.
Uh what, put Clorox in your veins?
Yeah, he literally just spread misinformation right there.
Trump never said put Clorox in your veins.
Like, and Abby, I know there's nothing there, but somebody in your ear with the thing here.
They're supposed to say to you, he just lied.
Can you confront him on that lie?
By the way, no one talks to me in this year.
It's just so I can hear the clips that we're playing.
Um we didn't need to have misinformation aired.
Who do you think you are, Bucko?
You did not give us our rights.
They came from up there.
I'm allowed to speak freely, I'm allowed to call you a jackass.
We're allowed to question why you want to inject us with things.
I it seemed a little weird to me, so I didn't do it.
He didn't do it, this guy didn't do it, and neither did this guy.
Because we questioned people like you.
But we really must understand, and it's to the to the Saki clip previously, the level of coordination between mainstream media and big tech.
So now I want to show you this video.
Uh, it's from a couple years ago.
This is then uh YouTube CEO, Susan Wajeski.
She actually has passed on since she's she's no longer with us.
Uh she died of cancer, I think about a year or so ago.
Uh, but here she is admitting on camera that her company, a public company, was working with the government to get rid of things they didn't like, which is far, a far more egregious version of censorship than anything that happened to do, anything that happened uh related to Jimmy Kim.
When it comes to vaccines, vaccine hesitancy, videos that cause a public health risk.
Where do we want to see YouTube do better?
Well, first of all, we've taken the we've taken responsibility very seriously.
I've it's been one of my top priorities.
Um, and with regard to COVID and with regard to vaccines, that has been a top priority for us.
Um we have um we have a number of different ways that we address that.
So, first of all, we want to make sure that if there's information that violates our policies, we came up with 10 different policies around COVID.
Um, then if that's a violation of policies, then that's something that we'll remove.
Um, we removed over a million videos associated with COVID.
Have you talked to the Biden administration at all about vaccine hesitancy or or vaccine misinformation?
Well, we did uh event actually with the Biden administration, including President Biden himself, um, with a number of um creators, um, Fauci as well.
So, do you think a giant company that controlled virtually all of our information?
YouTube is now the, I believe it's the number two search engine.
Google itself is the number one search engine.
This is all gonna change with as AI continues, but YouTube is actually number two.
Um, they had 10 policies.
They removed over a million videos.
Were you allowed to say things?
For there was many times during COVID that we knew if I said a certain thing, we would be demonetized, or maybe had our channel deleted altogether or algorithmically suppressed or any of those things, and they were coordinating it with the government.
I'll just say one other thing about her because I don't like dancing on the grave of dead people.
But I one time, even before it was even before COVID, when when I was leaving the left and everyone and YouTube algorithms were going crazy and everything else, I somehow was able to get a meeting with her at YouTube.
And I sat at a conference table with her and about 10 lawyers.
It was me on one side and all them on the other side.
And I kept saying, I just want to understand what's going on here as it pertains to the algorithm.
And it was obvious, obvious that the whole place had been infested with leftist ideology.
But speaking of COVID and everything else, we thought this isn't this is an oldie but a goodie.
Hears Jimmy Kimmel telling one of his jokes during the COVID thing.
Hospitals get any more overcrowded, they're gonna have to make some very tough choices about who gets an ICU bet.
I don't know that choice doesn't seem so tough to me.
Vaccinated person having a heart attack, yes, come right on in.
We'll take care of you.
Unvaccinated guy who gobbled horse goo, rest in peace, wheezy.
You're that's so you have to make your own call on him.
I know if you're watching this, you don't really watch the Jimmy Kimmel show.
But yeah, that's so that you know, if if you had had a heart attack, you know, you had some chest pains during COVID, and you know, you just didn't want to get vaxxed for whatever reason.
You turned out to be right about that, by the way.
But you had your reasons, whatever they were.
You didn't want you were worried, you wanted to wait, you wanted to find out a little bit more.
He wanted you to drop dead.
And I get it, it's a joke, but it's kind of like a joke about, you know, somebody being assassinated and then blaming the wrong people for it.
It's a joke, I suppose, in the most traditional sense, but what are you actually doing with your platform, Jimmy Kimmel, besides cashing a big check.
Uh, let's talk about Tax Network USA, and then Kamala is back.
I'm not talking about the wrestler from the WWF.
I'm talking about Kamala Harris.

Take the pressure off and let Tax Network USA handle your tax issues.
Newsom, Colbert, Kimmel, Psaki.
It's just like the long list of awful people.
Now Kamala, we have a picture of Kamala.
I think we have a picture.
Yeah, so you see what I did there.
That is Kamala, who is a wrestler in the WWF.
Wouldn't that be funny if that actually was Kamala Harris?
That would be the origin story.
Anyway, Kamala Harris, who was this lady who did a soft coup against the guy with dementia and then ran the perhaps worst campaign in presidential history.
Uh, she also wrote, and I use air quotes when I say wrote, a book, and it's coming out soon, I think maybe this week.
So she's on the media tour.
And here she is uh with a with noted misinformation specialist, Rachel Maddow, who told you very seriously during COVID, if you get the vaccine, you will not get nor transmit COVID with her pencil neck and her head waving like this.
Uh here they are having a rather interesting moment because uh in her upcoming book, Kamala talks about how they did not choose Pete to be her running mate because he's gay.
did president to say that he couldn't be on the ticket effectively because he was gay It's hard to hear.
No, no, no, that's not what I said.
That that's that he couldn't be on the ticket because he is gay.
My point in as I write in the book is that I was clear that in 107 days, in one of the most hotly contested elections for President United States against someone like Donald Trump who knows no floor to be a black woman running for president of the United States, and uh as a vice presidential running mate, a gay man.
With the stakes being so high, it made me very sad, but I I also realized it would be a real risk.
Really, this woman is incredible.
Maddow says here, you wrote in your book that you didn't choose Pete because she was gay, and then she goes, That's not what I said, but I didn't choose Pete because he was gay.
She didn't choose Pete because he was gay.
That's what she's admitting right there.
By the way, it's the same thing.
She didn't choose Josh Shapiro because he was Jewish.
We all know it.
He would have been far better.
He's an actual somewhat if there's a tiny sliver of moderation in that party.
You got the half retard, Betterman, and then you got him, right?
And like those, those, then you got the Jews.
So they got the half retard and the Jew.
I know this is not gonna play great to the base.
Um, but of course, by the way, this just shows why identity politics is so bad.
You guys put Pete, you created Pete.
Pete was the mayor of South Bend, Indiana.
He has never accomplished anything in his life.
Nothing, except that he went to Barack Obama elocution school, right?
He speaks exactly like Obama.
He's trying to be a little Obama clone.
That's all.
But he's never done anything.
You then take a guy, you try to make him president the first time around, right?
He ran against Biden.
That doesn't work out.
You cut your deals, and what deal did you cut with Pete before Super Tuesday?
The deal you cut was you're gonna be transportation secretary.
So then you made this guy who was nobody doing nothing, South Bend, Indiana, which I have no problem with South Bend, Indiana.
It ain't French lick Indiana where Larry Byrd's from, but it's okay, South Bend.
And then because he's gay, you make him the transportation secretary, even though he had no expertise in transportation.
That's what you guys did.
So she's like, no, it had nothing to do with him being gay, but there's an awful lot of reasons that he was black.
I'm black and he's gay, and we couldn't pull that off.
Maybe it's because you all suck.
It has nothing to do with your blackness or his gayness, neither of which I have a problem with.
Here's a bit more from Matto and Kabbalah.
We've also now in an executive order today having uh we've got the president um uh describing Antifa, the anti-fascist.
It's not even really a movement, the anti-fascist tactics of a portion of the protest movement um as a domestic terrorist organization.
What is your reaction to those things?
What do you think the appropriate response is to things like that?
Well, in normal times, we um should and could expect that our courts would step in when asked to declare um the legality um or illegality of of what the president is doing.
A tyrant.
We used to compare the strength of our democracy to common communist dictators.
That's what we're dealing with right now in Donald Trump.
And these titans of industry are not speaking up.
Tyrant, earlier clip Gavin Newsom, he's a fascist, they're coming for black and brown people.
They already tried to shoot Donald Trump at least twice.
We know of two times, right?
We know of the time he actually got shot and the time the guy with the gun showed up to the golf course.
There's probably some others that we don't know about, right?
Do you think your rhetoric has something to do with this lady?
I think you're stupid.
There's a difference between someone saying someone's a tyrant and a Nazi and fascist, and just saying, you know, that lady's pretty stupid.
Those there's a fundamental difference right there.
Uh and by the way, why is it?
Rachel Matto, why is it that you really don't want Donald Trump to do anything about Antifa?
You you again, you're doing the same thing.
They don't even exist.
They're not even a real group.
You know what?
They're out there and they wear masks.
For some reason, you love you.
What do Democrats love?
They love Antifa masks and they love Hamas masks.
It's not you send in somebody to get the illegal out who just raped your sister, they don't love that guy with his mask.
It's just absolutely incredible.
Uh but she's making the rounds, she is making the rounds.
So not only did she do MSNBC, she jumped over to CNN where she talked to Anna Navarro.
The fact that this woman is on two television shows is extraordinary to me.
Uh, talking about how she would have beat Trump, but she just needed a little more time.
Time can be a good one.
If you have to pin it down to one thing, what was the primary reason to you think that you lost?
There are many factors, I think, that that played into the outcome of that election.
But I think probably one of the biggest in my mind is we just didn't have enough time.
We didn't have enough time.
We didn't have enough time.
Oh, yeah.
Well, you didn't.
And you know, I mean, one of the reasons I wrote the book is um this is unprecedented.
Think about this.
Yeah.
That there's an a race for president of the United States.
The current sitting president is running for reelection.
Three and a half months from the election, he decides not to run.
The sitting vice president then takes the mantle, running against a former president of the United States who had been running for 10 years with 107 days until the election.
And by the way, another piece of what is unprecedented and a bit historical about that race.
It is the closest presidential race in the 21st century.
Yeah.
In terms of the outcomes.
Well, look at the map, because the map doesn't look that close.
That's pretty freaking red.
312 electoral votes to 226.
Okay, thank you for your little history lesson there.
But lady, you were the one that cooed the autopen man, right?
They he did not want to step down.
He sat in that very fucking chair on that stupid show and said to them, I didn't want to step down.
That's what he said.
And Joy, oh my God, yes, you just needed more.
Yes, because if we had just had a little two more months of Kamala, if we had done two more months of hearing about concentric circles and Russia big and Ukraine small, and telling us that we're all racist and explaining why she wants a Marxist revolution.
I you know, I would have probably come around.
It was a time issue for me.
You know what I mean?
I was I was like kind of getting there, and it's like I just need a couple more days.
Cove Pierre more on the other side.
Utah and Florida recently banned fluoride in their drinking water.
Think about that.
After 80 years of pumping it into the system, why are states making such a massive U-turn?
Maybe it's because they've realized what many of us already knew.
Adding chemicals to your water is authoritarian.
The government claims it's for your healthy teeth, but you don't need bureaucrats medicating your water.
You need the freedom to choose pure water.
That's why you should use Cove Pure, a countertop water purifier that removes up to 99.9% of impurities.
Yes, that includes fluoride, but also PFAs, fertilizer runoff, pharmaceuticals, and more.
The first thing I noticed was the taste.
This is what water should taste like pure, clean, no aftertaste.
I actually want to drink more of it.
And the setup couldn't be easier.
No drilling, no plumbers, just fill it and plug it in.
You can even choose your temperature with one tap.
If you like fluoride, fine, use toothpaste, but don't let the government decide what goes in your water.
Take control now, go to Covepure.com/slash Ruben, and for a limited time get $200 off.
That's Covepure.com slash Ruben.
Okay, a little bit more.
Sorry, and we're just hitting you hard today, a little bit more from the view because you are not gonna believe what chief wizard Joy Behar blamed Kamala's loss on.
You're just not this is gonna just get yourself in your chair, everybody.
Just lock in right now, hold tight, because it's a mind blower.
Go.
Well, um a lot of people, I'm included, and President Biden also think that a lot of it is about racism and sexism.
And those are the reasons that you really lost, not because of the time thing.
What do you say to that?
Do you think this country will ever elect a woman to president?
In my lifetime, probably not.
I I beg to differ.
I believe that we will.
And listen, uh you know this, and I've I've been honored to be on this show many times and talk with this esteemed group.
Every office I've held, I've been the first.
Yeah.
Um it's true, she was the first attorney general of California to put all those people in for smoking weed, even though she was getting stoned herself.
I suppose that the esteemed group.
You got Sonny Hostin on one side of you enjoy Behar.
What this is this where do you think you are, lady?
Uh, but yes, of course, it's just racism and sex.
It's just such nonsense, right?
Like you give me, it doesn't matter, Democrat or Republican or anything.
Everyone is so past this, and you guys are just you are trying to grab the lowest thing that you can grab, the last little thing to keep us all in perpetual ideologic ideological chains.
That's all you're doing right now.
It had nothing to do with that.
If Kamala Harris had good ideas, no one would have cared she was a woman.
If Kamala Harris had good ideas, no one would have cared that she was black.
And if the same thing goes for Pete being gay and everything else, people don't care about that.
They care.
Do you think anyone look look how many videos do we show you all the time?
Right now, Scott Besson is one of the absolute all-stars of the uh Trump cabinet.
He happens to be gay, but he wasn't given the job because he was gay.
That's the difference.
You guys give people the job because of identity politics.
They're not good at the job.
And then you blame their identity for that.
Or you blame the reaction that people have to their identity for it.
It's completely and utterly absurd.
And we have to get over this obsession with identity.
Here is my friend Brandon Taton, Tatum at a college talking about just that.
I just wanted to know where are you from?
Texas.
From America, right?
Yeah.
I just wanted to know when was America great for us black people.
Right now?
Say it's great right now.
Really?
Yeah.
It ain't great for you?
No, not at all.
I mean, I'm living life.
Looking good.
You got clothes on.
Look well fed.
But that doesn't mean that's a good thing.
Got nice beautiful hair.
Oh, thank you.
Gotcha, gotcha.
Eyeline on.
You looking good.
What kind of bag is that?
That's a nice little bag there.
You look good.
America looked good for you.
If you were eating out of trash can, I'll tell you something different.
America's a great place.
I don't understand how we are not acknowledging that.
It's great.
Look at all these different people out here.
Men, women, black, white.
You will never see this much diversity anywhere else.
It's the greatest place on earth.
Everybody can be here and enjoy one another, disagree with each other.
We have a freedom of speech, freedom to keep and bear arms.
We don't have to worry about the government interfering on our lives for the most part.
It's the greatest country ever.
And if we don't start acknowledging that, we're gonna screw up something good.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
We are gonna screw up something good.
And maybe, maybe we're down that rabbit hole already, and we really have done so much damage that we won't get out of it.
I I actually am more bullish on America, particularly at the backdrop of our 250th birthday.
But I love the fact that he turned it on her.
Look at her.
She's wearing that jacket.
That's an expensive freaking jacket she has.
Beautiful hair.
She's a nice looking girl.
She's out of college doing her thing.
But the what they've done with victimhood, she so wants to still be the victim.
You know what's funny about victims and real victims?
Real victims don't want to be victims.
You think Anne Frank wanted to be a victim, if we could do a little callback?
Pretty sure she didn't want to be in that attic for 25 years and then die.
But but somehow we've told our young people, oh, victimhood's the most important thing.
So put on your north, uh, what is it, north base?
Yeah, put on your north base fleece and put on and grab your fancy bag and put on your expensive shoes and tell me what a victim you are.
It's just completely ridiculous.
But there is a comeback happening, and I think it is the silver lining to Charlie's demise.
Uh Ben Shapiro was on Alex Clark's podcast.
She does a podcast through Turning Point USA, and she asked Ben what we could do to heal the country right now.
I ask every guest this if you could offer one remedy to heal a sick culture, it could be physically, emotionally, or spiritually.
What would that remedy be?
Go to church.
Go to church.
I say this is a Jew, go to church.
Why do you say that as a Jew?
Because this is a Christian country.
And I want my Jews to go to synagogue, but there ain't that many of us.
So if you're if you're a Christian or if you grew up in a Christian household, even if you didn't, go to church.
Church is good for you.
I've said that my entire career.
Charlie said it his entire career.
It ain't gonna stop now.
Let me try a more secular tack on that to end the show for just a second.
What Ben is saying is Christians, there's this is a majority Christian country that was founded largely on Judeo-Christian principles.
He what he's basically saying is believe in something so that you understand what like what your worldview is, right?
And you might get some of that framed by going to church if you're Christian.
You might get some of that framed by going to synagogue if you're a Jew, or the various other religions here, meaning believe in something so that all of the nonsense, much of which we illustrated on the show today, when it comes your way, you have some defense against it.
Ben doesn't want everyone to convert to Christianity or to convert to Judaism or anything else.
And I don't think Charlie Charlie, even as an evangelical, maybe wanted more people to convert to Christianity, let's say.
I discussed that with him many times.
There's a lot of videos about that.
Um, but the point is if you believe in something that is not just the thing that is happening on any given day, and the thing that the culture is telling you that you're racist and you're weak and you're oppressed and all those things, then you will have a you will have a built-in defense system against the monster that we are all fighting.
Uh guys, unfortunately, there's no post-game show today.
I am literally in studio every minute talking until 5 o'clock, and then I'm on Jesse Waters tonight at eight.
I'm doing Laura Trump's show on Fox today.
We have a bunch of Australia hits.
It's just gonna be a banana's day, so uh bear with me.
