America's Mayor Live (E442): The Biden Campaign Digs in as Democrat Party Falls into Full PANIC MODE

Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani and this is America's Mayor Live.
We just finished a wonderful show on Frank's speech in which we devoted most of it to outlining the debate of last week from the perspective of showing that what we have here is to answer Nancy Pelosi's question.
I mean, is this an episode or is it a condition?
And if it's a condition, I assume as a patriotic American, she would support his being removed immediately from the White House, where tonight he might have to decide whether we should defend Taiwan or not.
Or, he certainly doesn't, I won't even tell you what would happen when defending America, since he's getting more of us killed than just about any American president other than at a time of war that I can think of.
Just with fentanyl alone.
I mean, the fentanyl numbers are off the charts.
But, um, so their argument that he's better, that he's going to defend democracy and that isn't, uh, not only, uh, not only was he proven to be, uh, senile during that debate, Trump gave a great performance and Trump wasn't even a performance.
Trump was Trump.
And he laid out what he's going to do.
He laid out what he did.
And he, any number of times, picked up on things that were just beyond, when he explained the Laffer curve, I even think the New York Times was sitting there.
They probably don't understand the Laffer curve.
Right?
I mean, they didn't, the Times didn't realize that Biden was senile until that debate.
Just even a day before the debate, they were attacking all of us for doctoring tapes to make him look senile.
You know, like when he walked away from all the world leaders because he got distracted.
The way a senile old man gets distracted when he's engaged in something important and something more frivolous happens and he gets distracted.
A condition, by the way, of dementia.
Or when he When he does the Pledge of Allegiance and says, I pledge allegiance to the Flanders and that thing.
Or when he thinks he's a Colombian and he's really in Cambodia.
Or when he doesn't realize where his chair is.
We made that up.
Guess we didn't, huh?
I guess for four or five years they've been lying and hiding.
Just like they hid the hard drive that proved that he's a 30-year criminal.
That actually proves, although nobody wants to tell you, that he got money.
The hard drive proves that he, Joe Biden, got money.
Millions.
From the mouth and the words of Hunter Biden, his new chief advisor in the White House.
Hunter says, for 30 years, I've given half my salary to my father.
Tell me what else you need to convict him with all the other evidence that you got.
What's half of what Hunter made over 30 years?
He says I gave it to my father.
You want to say he's lying?
Trump can say that everybody who testified against him is lying and it's not evidence.
It is evidence.
Evidence can be true or false, but it's evidence.
Let them go test it in court.
Oh no, no, no, no, no.
They don't have to go to court.
Only Bannon and me and Trump and we have to go to court.
But they don't.
They can take $31 million from China and not have to go to court.
They can take $3.5 million from one of the crookedest oligarchs in Russia and not go to court.
Or they can take $8 or $10 million from the crookedest oligarch in Ukraine and then whack up money with Zelensky To the tune of a couple hundred billion dollars, we have no accounting on it.
I mean, this guy was a crook in Ukraine, bud.
Zelensky, I don't know if Zelensky's a crook or not, but a crook put him in office.
It was Kolomoisky's money that put him in office.
Kolomoisky is the biggest money launderer in Ukraine.
And Zelensky's been covering everything up.
Not only the terrible crimes of Biden, but the terrible crimes of his own predecessor.
And all the other people, right?
He's got them by the... When he goes and sees Joe and says, give me 60 billion, he says, maybe I'll show him the other pictures I got that Giuliani doesn't have.
I mean, this is outrageous, what we're having happen to our country.
Well, the second part of it that we'll get a chance to talk about is how the Supreme Court has taken away their only other campaign strategy, which is to use these cases as an interference in the election.
None of them have to do with crimes.
The Supreme Court did a masterful job of not only that, but coming up with a self-evident, obvious conclusion Which the Democrats are running around and saying, oh, it's not democracy.
It's not democracy.
It's unbelievable how they are such hypocrites.
You know what's not democracy?
Taking Trump off the ballot.
Because you say he was involved in an insurrection, but you haven't charged or proven it anywhere.
Or you use a crooked prosecutor like Bragg to bring a case.
Or an equally crooked prosecutor like Smith.
Why the hell do you think Crooked Garland selected Smith?
Smith has a reputation that's worthy.
Smith is a guy who should be disbarred, not me.
Smith's case was reversed 8-0 in the Supreme Court because of his unethical behavior.
He ruined a man's political career.
He was selected by Crooked Garland to do the same thing to Trump.
These people are so evil that it's very, very hard, I think, for good people to believe it.
They think when you're saying these things, you know, probably if I was sitting where some of you are, I would feel the same way, except I got to see it.
And I'm pleading with you for my country to please keep your eyes open.
My goodness, when you look at that debate, don't you say to yourself, what's he doing in the White House?
The guy should be in the Nuthouse or the Big House.
We're going to have Jack Prosobiak on with us, who wrote a book called Unhumans.
And the reason that book is so important is, even before I put Jack on, because there's a lot of different things I want to talk to him about, for a number of years, and it took me a while to see it, I realized, and I'm not the only one, obviously he did too, and many others, but these are not just random things that are happening to us that are terrible.
You know, like the destruction of our school systems.
Or the attempt to take our children away from us and make them property of the state, which is essentially what the Biden administration wants to do.
And his, uh, uh, Admiral, what's the Admiral Levine?
I don't know, whatever that is, uh, Admiral Levine, who, uh, who want, who, who thinks you should be able to mutilate a child at any age.
And they also don't think you don't have to tell the parents.
Why?
Because it's a Marxist doctrine that a child doesn't have property of the state.
Or what they've done to us in throwing God out of America, which is of course another Marxist doctrine.
Or the chaos that they've created in our cities with the massive amount of crime funded by Soros, by helping to put the criminals back out on the street rather than in jail where I used to put them.
This is all part of the Marxist doctrine.
This is in a different form and in a different time what Stalin followed, what Mao followed, what Hitler followed.
And we're a long way there.
We're not heading there.
A few places where our school system is there already.
I can't imagine the damage they've done to our military with the woke military.
You think that's just accidental that they're creating a woke military?
Or that we let China become the largest navy in the world.
And effectively, if you count inflation, we have a declining defense budget.
It's all part of something that started a long time ago, infected this party of slavery in a very, very evil way, way back.
And somebody like Jack really understands it.
And the forward to the book, Is done by, I believe, our friend for whom my heart aches today, Steve Bannon.
Is he on?
Sure, is he there?
Jack?
Mr. Mayor, it's an honor to be here, obviously, as you talk about our friend Steve Bannon, who wrote the foreword to this.
Obviously, we didn't know we'd be launching the book while Steve himself would not be available, other than in the written form, as we see here, because he himself is already subject to The contents of the book itself and Mr. Mayor, you are exactly correct that what we are focused on and what we are facing now is the stages of a Marxist uprising and a Marxist infiltration that's been going on bit by bit
Brick by brick, institution by institution in this country.
You've been subjected to this.
Steve Bannon's been subjected to this.
Peter Navarro has been subjected to this.
Donald Trump has been subjected to this.
And the only institution that they don't have total control over right now is the Supreme Court.
And that is why you see the massive energies directed at the Supreme Court today that we do see.
Yeah, that's very, very interesting.
So describe to us how you, I know we just have a short amount of time and it's a fabulous endeavor and couldn't be better timing because I think a lot of people don't pull the strings together and you did.
Explain it to us, you know, in the little bit of time that we have so the people go out and buy it and read it and absorb it.
Well, thank you again, Mr. Mayor.
And as always, it's an honor to be here with you.
But the idea is very simple.
What we talk about is that when we see these situations that are taking place in our country today and we apply them to the lessons learned from the French Revolution and the Russian Bolshevik Revolution and the Spanish Revolution and the Chinese Communist Revolution, we start to realize There's a pattern that emerges and what we're actually facing isn't just random interconnected dots and occurrences that it is in fact a system.
And we went through and cracked the communist code of this secret system that has been used To disentangle and disenfranchise and destabilize and subvert nations and nation states all the way back for 250 plus years.
So when you see the crime in the streets, when you see the letting out of violent criminals, when you see the allowances of this crime to go on again, this is a tactic and people must understand it is a tactic to keep particularly the middle class Quiet and docile, so they will not respond to the other things that are going on.
Because if a criminal, and Solzhenitsyn writes this, and we talk about it in the book, in Bolshevik Russia, if a criminal were to stab you and kill you, they would say, well, he's just responding to oppression.
He's just responding to an oppressive system.
But if you're found with a pocket knife, you're a domestic Terrorists and extremists and you need to face years in prison.
All of this has happened before and time again and place again.
The only difference now, the technology is different.
Some of the names are different.
They call themselves different things.
Bolsheviks, Jacobins, The Chinese Communist Party, etc.
And they've changed a little bit of their tactics.
They don't talk about the economics as much anymore, but what do they talk about?
They've switched it out for sociology.
So the sociology is tolerance.
The sociology is ethnicity, religion, race.
And they use this in order to split the people up into various groups and then they get the groups to fight each other.
And as the groups fight each other, if you are a member of what they call the oppressor class, then you deserve to be behind bars and you deserve to have them go after you.
And this is why they will target anyone who stands in their way, the same way they've targeted so many people in the MAGA movement.
Like yourself, Mr. Mayor, not just because of your stand for President Trump, but because of what you did to clean up the city of New York When you did it, that put a massive, massive monkey wrench into their plans.
You set them back decades with what you did, with understanding that violent crime can be fixed and there's a very simple answer to it.
And President Bukele down in El Salvador is doing the exact same thing.
That Mayor Giuliani did in the 1990s to clean up New York.
The exact same thing.
It's very simple and they don't want us to be able to see it because they don't want us to realize we have the power and we have the ability to enact direct change in cleaning up our cities and cleaning up our country because this stands in the way of their designs for total control.
So is Biden just an apparatchik, a fool?
They picked him, probably they didn't know he was demented when they picked him, they knew he was dopey.
I mean, stupid as hell.
And it turned out they got a real bonus, he's completely demented.
So they can do anything with him they want.
Well, it's not even about Biden.
Now, obviously, we know Jill Biden is the one who's controlling access to him.
That's Jill Biden, who, and we talk about this on Human Events Daily all the time, and in real time, we said it was Jill Biden who decided to stick with the Afghan withdrawal timeline.
It was Jill Biden who decided when to shoot down the Chinese spy balloon.
Well, she's from the teachers union.
the Atlantic seaboard and crossed the entire continental United States and our missile
bases out in Montana.
It was Jill who said not to shoot it down.
But was Jill perhaps worried about the Chinese communists and the way that they would respond?
Right, precisely.
And it's Jill from the teachers union, which is hardcore social.
This is the original socialism.
Yes.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
I mean the teachers union is it was a communist union when it started and the AFL-CIO had a split and they were on the communist side.
Yes, and I don't think I don't think people realize how government at various times has been so heavily infiltrated by communists, you know McCarthy made it a bad word.
He was half right or maybe more than half right.
We discussed Senator McCarthy very much in the book.
We talk about the specific focuses of his investigations.
We talk about Alger Hiss and the fact that Alger, so it's similar to as you say with with Joe Biden.
FDR, when FDR was rolled into Yalta, remember, FDR's diagnosis was kept hidden from the American people because all of the communist apparatchiks and infiltrators around him were using him as a way to give Stalin whatever he wanted.
So World War II is fought and waged over Poland, over the invasion of Poland.
And yet after World War II, At Yalta, there's a top secret agreement that Poland and the rest of Eastern Europe would be given to the godless atheist communists of Joseph Stalin and his teammates and his compatriots in Poland and then all the way over to Eastern Germany.
And then we learned that they also had signed a top secret document at Yalta at the behest of Alger Hiss, while FDR is completely catatonic, That China would fall to the communists and that the Soviets would be given special privileges throughout Manchuria.
And we have the documents, Mayor Giuliani, that not even Joseph McCarthy had access to what are known as the Verona intercepts.
And the Verona intercepts were top secret NSA documents.
that were then later corroborated with documents from the Kremlin archive after the fall of the
Soviet Union. We have them printed chapter and verse, every single piece of this, backed up
citations in the book, where people that were directly targeted by Senator Joseph McCarthy
were in fact direct Soviet agents, KGB agents.
NKVD agents, they were on the payroll and so many of the people that they lied about
when Senator Joseph McCarthy ran his investigations to say they're infiltrating us through the
State Department, then they're going to go into the CIA, then they're going to go into
Yalta that he was exactly correct because that's precisely what they did.
Well, Jack, it's a great undertaking.
It's a patriotic service.

No, and our founding fathers this week in 1776 on the 4th of July understood it wasn't just a document they signed, it was an understanding that they would be tried and hung and killed as treasonists if they lost, but they believed in freedom and they believed in this country And they fought and won.
And so when we see Steve Bannon be sent away to the gulags, when we see others being targeted by lawfare like yourself, Mr. Mayor, it is because they are terrified of your results.
They are terrified of what you've done to them for bringing down the truth on their designs.

But think of, what is it, 1,000 people for January 6th?
You really think 1,000 people committed crimes on January 6th?

You don't think that's a little exaggerated?
You think the 73-year-old lady they put in prison is a little much?
How about anybody go back and take a look at what they were saying the first day?
The four people that were killed by Trump supporters?
When it turns out that nobody was killed by Trump supporters?
Do you think that would lead to a re-examination of maybe a lot of the rest of it was a big damn propaganda ploy done by Marxists?
When I looked at Pelosi before, you know, saying, is it an episode or condition?
I'm starting to think that she actually thought she was defending him.
Because she may be getting a little dotty.
I mean, I know she doesn't have any original body parts on her face, but she may not have any in her brain either.
She may have actually thought people were going to say, oh, it was an episode.
Yeah.
A thousand episodes becomes a condition.
Maybe she didn't sink them on purpose.
But she also said, which I thought was extraordinary, She took accountability and responsibility for January 6th.
Now, I think she meant accountability for not asking for or agreeing to the National Guard, but she said it in a more general way than that.
Trump was absolutely right.
We'll go back and get that for tomorrow night.
There were a couple of times when she was in office, Ted, where I thought she was getting a little senile.
uh and you uh we're gonna do a little more analysis of this and see because i'm just not sure whether that was a statement designed to sink him or a statement designed to defend him because i don't believe that yeah i'm gonna find that i'm sure i'm sure she misspoke when she took accountability for january 6th she meant to somehow take accountability for not agreeing to the National Guard, which in a way does take accountability for January 6th.
If you think about it, Trump has been saying from the beginning, and I know this to be 100% true, that he had urged them to use the National Guard.
And I know he says 10,000.
I seem to remember 20, but okay, 10,000.
And the mayor and she and several others turned him down.
And remember, he used the National Guard in one place during 2020, and he threatened to bring out the National Guard in Seattle, and the whole thing ended.
He said, I'll bring out the National Guard the next day.
Boom, they all ran away.
But you have to understand that a president can't do that.
If the president does it, he violates the law.
Unless he's declaring a national emergency.
Unless we're under attack.
And President Trump, despite all of this anti... I know the man, and as his lawyer, I know some of his decisions intimately.
I know how he immediately reacted to the idea of using the military domestically.
Immediately.
All this stuff about him destroying democracy is just bullshit.
Let's roll the tape.
We did not have any accountability.
For what was going on there, and we should have.
This is ridiculous.
You're gonna ask me in the middle of the thing, when they've already breached the inaugural stuff, that should we call the Capitol Police?
I mean, the National Guard?
Why weren't the National Guard there to begin with?
Yeah, so how about we apologize for those who said that Trump lied when he said that Pelosi took responsibility?

And, you know, our founding fathers and many of our wisest scholars, real scholars, not Marxist frauds that make up most of our academia today, Always believed that if we destroyed ourselves, it would be from within.
We're too strong to be destroyed from without.
And we're doing it.
I am finished with trying to figure out their motives.
You know, when he first gave away Bagram Air Base, 400 miles from China, I said, why would somebody do that?
Some American president, maybe pretty soon, is going to want that air base.
And a trader is going to have given it away for nothing.
Who cares what his motives are anymore?
He's got thousands of people killed.
And I'm beginning to think you can't avoid the obvious.
I mean, what's the chance that there's a connection between the $31 million That China gave to his son, which his son says half of which he gave to his father.
His son texts that.
And giving away an airbase that basically is on the border of China.
And I'm not supposed to make a connection between those two.
Because there's no other explanation for it.
It's crying out for an explanation.
So get Jack's book and read it.
And give it to your friends.
Because this is what we're facing.

We're also facing an invasion, likes of which we've never seen before.
We're getting women and children killed It's outrageous because of Biden.
These are Biden invitees.
That's what they should be described as.
And I know they get really, really upset.
They get extraordinarily upset when you call them illegal aliens.
Well, to hell with them.
Because, and they like to say they want to follow the law.
Like hell they do.
That's why they're Marxists and they're properly described in 1984 by Orwell as, you know, doublespeak.
When he says that Trump will destroy democracy, what he means is he's doing it.
When he says that it's science, what he means is, no, it's not.
It's propaganda.
It's not science at all.
It wasn't science that the vaccine would cure COVID-19, was it?
Biden told us.
We better take it, otherwise we'd lose—people lost their jobs for not taking it.
Who turned out to be right, and he was the liar.
Well, I refer to the people who come over illegally as illegal aliens.
And in my city, there actually was an effort by a communist mayor, de Blasio.
And when I say communist mayor, his mother was an actual card-carrying communist who didn't get promoted at Harvard because she was a card-carrying communist.
Maybe that explains why he went to Cuba on his honeymoon.
Who would go to Cuba on their honeymoon?
Except a sick communist.
And he sided with the Sandinistas against the United States during the Reagan administration.
He probably denies that he's a communist, but he's a communist.
So he's going to make it illegal to even refer to them as undocumented.
I don't know what you had to call them.
I mean, you know, they make up new words for things.
God's children, I guess.
Like dreamers.
They're dreamers.
What are they dreaming about?
I don't know.
Well, here's why I call them illegal aliens.
Because that's 18 United States Code section 1352.
What's that word here?
Ted, what does that word say?
Right there.
I was never an A student.
That says alien.
It says alien, yeah.
You know how many times it says it in the statute?
Thirteen times!
It says thirteen times alien!
And I'm not supposed to use the word in the statute?
What am I talking about?
Something other than the law?
Like hell I'm not gonna use the word!
They wanted to make it illegal to use that word in New York!
You know the New York City Council, which is made up of a lot of communists, has voted to give the vote to people who are not citizens.
Now that, I mean, that is completely destructive of a nation.
How can you have people voting who don't know anything about your country?
I mean, it's basic to a democracy that you have an informed electorate.
Oh, I don't know, you can read any, I mean, they don't read.
I think Biden was left back in the third grade.
Read.
Gosh almighty.
Only thing you can read is the teleprompter.
And even that he screws up.
But the reality is that you can't have a country if you don't have citizens.
If you don't have people who have pledged allegiance to it.
That's what a country is.
Otherwise, if anybody could vote, 10,000 Chinese could come in tomorrow, vote for Xi Jinping's son to be president, as long as he was born here.
We just wouldn't have an America.
We're connected by nothing.
This is what's going on in Europe.
This is why all of those silly, jerky, idiot, left-wing morons in Europe are getting kicked out like Macron.
Macron's party came in last.
And what did the left wing do?
They did what they did in America.
They started burning things down.
We don't burn things down.
I don't know.
Do you remember on January 6th, did anything burn, Ted?

I remember things burning every night with Black Lives Matter, supported by Soros.

And I remember the people from CNN, like the Pravda.

So when Jack talked about what I did in New York, given the fact that the Democrat Fascist Bar Association, otherwise known as Democrats, but probably what a good many communists sympathizes, since they have decided to disbar me today after three or four years of thinking about my case.
Three or four years.
I mean, they don't act fast.
Since they decided to disbar me today, I think maybe it is really important for me to tell all of you about the city that I know better than all of them.
It's been a corrupt democratic city since the 19th century.
The only time it hasn't been is when you've had Republican mayors or independent mayors.
Or maybe a reformed Democrat here and there, every once in a while.
But by and large, it reverts to form.
It's back there now.
The Democratic district leaders appoint the judges.
The judges are not appointed by the people.
They're not elected by the people.
That's a complete sham.
As I said, Engelmoron was elected three times with no opponent.
The other guy hasn't even been elected.
I don't know where they got the other guy from.
They got him there for 22 years and never bothered to elect him.

And I'm telling you, the hearing officer that I had is right out of that same group of rotten Democrats.

First of all, the decision that I disagree with the Supreme Court made was to let the Biden administration off the hook for collaborating, conspiring with the social media to censor speech.

I've had now several, but the first one is the one I'll always remember, who came up to me and he said to me, must be terrible to you.
Everything you did is destroyed.
And I thought he was, I thought he was being nasty.
You know, I thought he was being like, because he said, he didn't say it like he said in a sort of a neutral way.
You could say that in a very sympathetic way, and you could say that in a nasty way.
He was sort of in the middle.
I wasn't sure.
And then the guy wanted to hug me.
And I realized he was saying it the way I say it, in great sadness.
Do you realize what it feels like to watch this?
After all, I mean, look, I mean, I'm not... It was a lot of work, right?
There were a lot of attacks.

And it was mean and vicious.
I mean, I worked for Ronald Reagan, and they would constantly say he was stupid and dumb and... Star Wars and... Everything he said turned out to be right.
He's right about the reduction of taxes.

People in Israel would be dead today if it wasn't for him.

This country is more important than any of that garbage.

The people in Ukraine would be alive today if it wasn't for him.
If you care about the Ukraine, if you love the people of Ukraine, you can't support what they're doing.
You can't support these two crooks who are... When I say that Zelensky is a crook, you don't know that he's a crook, but he's covering up for crooks.
And to me, as a prosecutor, that's just as bad, right?

They wouldn't have to get the money from us if they When they threw out the Russian-leaning president, there was something like $800,000 in their treasury.
People like Zelensky, who paid creep Biden, stole billions of dollars.
They don't know how much it took.
$20 million?

And that's why he got Hunter to get Joe Because Joe was the point man for Ukraine, put there by Obama, who had to know this was going on.
And I'll do that in another episode and show you how Biden had to know this was going on.
Biden is not as smart as they think, as they make him, but he's not as dumb as Yo-Yo, or not even close.

And I remember going over convincing our team, or others too, convincing that we should be providing for loan guarantees.
And I went over, I guess the 12th, 13th time to Kiev, and I was supposed to announce that there was another billion dollar loan guarantee.
And I had gotten a commitment from Poroshenko and from Yatsenyuk that they would take action against the state prosecutor, and they didn't.
So they said they were walking out to the press conference and said, no, we're not going to give you the billion dollars.
They said, you have no authority.
You're not the president.
The president said.
I said, call him.
I said, I'm telling you, you're not getting a billion dollars.
I said, you're not getting a billion.
I'm gonna be leaving here.
I think it was, what, six hours?
I looked, I said, I'm leaving in six hours.
If the prosecutor's not fired, you're not getting the money.
Well, son of a bitch.
Got fired.
And they put in place someone who was solid at the time.
Well, there's still, they, so they made, and so I got.
Yeah, now let me point out to you the definition of bribery.
Offering something of value In exchange for public action.
Something of value.
A billion dollars.
Public action.
Firing the prosecutor.
First time I heard that was November or December.
Late November, early December.
2017, 2018.
the 2017-2018. First time I heard it, it was played for me by a confidential informant
who was telling me about how Hillary, you know, created the Steele dossier out of Holcoth
for 1.1 million dollars.
Because I was gathering it in my role as defense attorney for Donald J. Trump.
And it was brought to me by a former assistant U.S.
attorney of mine who said, Mayor, you'll be shocked, but the Democrats did exactly what they were accusing Trump of doing falsely.
And then this informant came to me.
And when I say informant, this guy's not a criminal.
This guy worked for 20 years and had, I'd worked with him.
I mean, he is extremely reliable.
I mean, it's turned out to all be true.
So there's no reason to say that.
But I didn't know, I was told that Biden was involved in it, in helping Hillary.
And in the middle of relating it to me, when I finally met with him, he said, and of course you know about the big bribe to the president of Ukraine to fix the case.
Well, he admitted it on Videotech.
And I said, oh, come on.
Now, I knew Biden, as I told you, for 35 years.
I thought he was profoundly stupid.
I mean that.
I thought he was profoundly stupid.
Originally, I thought he was a nice guy.
When I got to know him better, I realized he was really a silly sycophant who just did whatever the party told him and had to read notes.
And every once in a while had positions that were pretty accommodating of the communists in Russia.
So I started to, you know, get worried about him.
But he always was very nice when you met with him and And I bought the idea that he was, you know, the poor little guy from Delaware.
And I thought, the last thing I thought about him was, I said, well, he's not a crook.
So I said, I don't believe that.
He said, well, let me play it for you.
He took out his phone and he played it for me.
And I looked at it and I said, holy shit.
That's a bribe.
Now, very few people know the criminal code as well as I do.
I can recite it for you in memory.
And I said to them, you know how you parse a sentence when you were in grammar school?
With the noun and the verb.
When I analyze statutes, I parse them because you have to prove it by elements.
You know, he just admitted all the elements of bribery.
Play it for me again.
I said, oh my God.
And then they said, well, you're missing something.
I said, yeah, I know we're missing motive.
He said, no, there's a great motive.
So what is it?
Well, his son worked for the company.
Where they fixed the case.
And that prosecutor that he told you was a much better guy, he's the guy who fixed the case.
I said, oh my God.
And I said then to one of my colleagues, damn it.
They're going to crucify us over Biden.
He's one of their darlings.
But I didn't think it'd be like this.
I thought once they saw this evidence, they're Americans like I am.
Once they saw this evidence, I mean, I got the prosecutor.
I went to Ukraine.
The FBI never would talk.
I talked to them.
Why do you think they hate me?

I put this all out in 2019.
By February, March of 2019, there was more than enough evidence to convict anybody on that quality of evidence of bribery before he announced for president.
And all these people would be alive today.
Yeah, you have no idea how driven I was because of that.
But for my country.
Because I knew how dangerous a man he was.
I didn't want to be right about it.
You know I've been proven right on all of it.
I'm gonna be proven right on January 6, too.
I knew it the night of January 6th.

He won the election.
Why do you think, I mean isn't it a little ridiculous he's ahead in every one of the states they stole from him?
And he was ahead in those states before they started stealing?
I went to bed that night and all the states, the swing states that he's ahead in now, he was ahead in there.
And then they started counting until Biden won.
And in Georgia today, they are missing the 375,000 paper ballots.
That's the same place where the Secretary of State According to my persecutor in New York, doctored the incriminating tape.
Well, he says he did it.
I would imagine that Rauschenberger will say the persecutor did it.
I mean, for me, it doesn't matter.
One of them did it, and the Democrat Flunky, who was the judge in the case, You know, she knew what she had to do.
Nobody ever talked to her again if she had ruled for me.
I don't fool myself.
I knew the minute that they filed the case against me based on an activist, that they suspended me from practicing law for being dangerous.
And then a judge ruled in my favor that I had nothing to do with January 6th.
And they didn't lift a suspension, they just took away my livelihood.
So this is not to be sympathetic.
I don't want to be sympathetic.
I want you to work until you're exhausted to elect the only chance we have, Donald J. Trump.
And I know, I know in my heart, he'll change this.
And I was with him from the very beginning of this.
You never saw me waver.
And there's a reason for it.
It's not just my... any emotional attachment or... And I'll admit to you, I do.
I love the guy.
But if I thought that he couldn't do it, I'd be the first one to say he couldn't do it.
I've told friends not to run for office that I love.
Because they're not up to it.
This is too important.
To have that interfere in it.
We need somebody that has to perform a miracle for us.
You can't believe how much has to be done to bring us back to being the republic that we were intended to be.
And that I think we all in one way or another promised we would pass on to our children better than it was given to us.
I think as American citizens you kind of promise that.
I think you do.
I sure did it as mayor.
I took an oath the second time I was mayor to pass on the city better than it was handed to me, and I sure did.
And I think every American has that obligation.
We've been given too much.
Not to have the obligation to pass it on to the next generation better, improved, the way those people who fought the Second World War did.
Or the people on September 11th.
So don't let us down now.
Come on.
This is important.
It's at the same magnitude as the ones I just described to you.
And that's why I'm doing what I'm doing right now.
And that's why I won't back off.
And that's why I told ABC to go to hell.
When they wouldn't let me talk about the 2020 election.
I know what that meant.
I know what this means, and I'll do anything to get it across to you.
For the sake of my country.
