This is Rudy Giuliani and this is the Rudy Giuliani Show.
And we're going to begin with, uh, oh, I don't know.
There's, I don't think there's anything to shock me anymore.
The fact that, uh, uh, someone who a few years ago on the hard drive that I produced for the New York Post, uh, said that he was a business partner with the spy chief of China.
is now going to meetings in the White House only in an administration being run by anti-American Democrats.
Could that be possible?
But according to NBC, which is like Pravda, Pravda used to be the news service of the Soviet Union, announces today that kind of like Matter of factly, that Hunter is now a part of presidential meetings.
Now, the fact that he's convicted isn't the one that really bothers me.
It's the fact that he's gotten $31 million in the last five years from China.
We're not even getting to the question of whether he gave any of that money to his father.
He got it.
We know it.
It's in the hard drive that was Concealed by the 51 spies that lie, otherwise known as Washington prostitutes.
And he's sitting in on meetings.
What do we let this guy get away with?
What's wrong with us?
Well, let's figure out just how bad he really is.
You know, this is not a question of whether he won or lost the debate.
If you're having trouble over whether he won or lost a debate, I don't know, you should check into the same place he should.
This is a question of the national security of the United States of America.
We have a fumbling moron as president of the United States, and we've had him from the day he came into office.
Back in August, I think, of 2020, I did a podcast with two doctors, both of whom were definitive that he was suffering from dementia.
At that time, he was saying things like, I saw Franklin Roosevelt read the funny papers on television.
Well, Franklin Roosevelt died before there was television.
And actually, the person who read the funny papers that he's thinking of is a former predecessor of mine.
In fact, one of the few Republican mayors of New York, like me, Pharoah LaGuardia.
He read the funny papers On radio.
And the radio outlet was in my home for eight years.
That's why I know it.
He's also the same guy back then who said that he likes little children when he puts his legs in the water, touching the hair on his legs.
I don't know.
I mean, I don't know exactly what that means, but I sure as hell wouldn't live anywhere near my granddaughter.
Much less make him president of the United States.
All of that was said Before the American people were defrauded into electing him.
And he was senile when he started.
They just didn't want to recognize it.
I mean, how long ago was it that he fell down going up the steps?
How many people have you seen fall down going up the steps?
Or in front of the cadets of the Air Force Academy?
A president of the United States falling in front of cadets.
Now, if that was the only thing that happened, fine.
But I mean, this guy's fallen all over the world.
This is a guy who went to Cambodia thinking he was in Colombia.
This is all before you all got to see it and the whole world got to see it.
And America announced to the world, we have a feeble, senile president.
This is not about losing a debate.
It's about losing a country.
We have never had knowingly, maybe Wilson was and maybe Roosevelt was, infirm appear when Roosevelt gave away part of Europe to the Soviets and created the Cold War.
But we didn't know it.
So let's show how we know it.
Let's go back on a few of the clips and let's take a look at what our eyes saw.
Not liars like KP, PG, XY, whatever the hell that liar's name is.
And all of the rest of them, or Hunter, who wants them to stay in.
Of course Hunter wants them to stay in!
Well, let's start off with the very beginning of the debate, when the whole world got to see what I have known for four years, Actually, I've known for 35 or 36 years that he's a complete blithering idiot.
But let's see how everyone figured out right at the very beginning that this guy is not really with us in this world with a total brain.
Let's watch this.
Now please welcome the 46th President of the United States, Joe Biden.
Well, you should know there was no audience, so he was waving to nobody.
Like when he walked out on the heads of six or seven nations because he saw something else and he started waving at it.
That's called being distracted because you're demented.
It fits right into the DSM-5 symptoms of dementia.
In fact, I can probably quote for you symptoms of dementia that were displayed all throughout.
One of the most dangerous of which was told to me four years ago.
And we'll see it.
You'll see it about four times in this debate.
Now let's go to Let's go to, well, let's go to one of his lies.
But I mean, could this be a lie?
Or is this just delusional?
Who knows?
He created 15,000 new jobs.
We brought out a position where we have 800,000 new manufacturing jobs, but there's more to be done.
Well, first of all, he can't talk.
I mean, he has a cold.
And according to KGBYX, whatever the hell her name is, he still has a cold.
Why they have him going around infecting other people, I don't know, if he's got a cold.
Why don't they give him some medicine?
Well, he didn't create 15,000... anything like that.
As you will find out, most of the jobs that were there that Trump created They were gone for the pandemic.
Trump got a lot of them back before he turned it over to knucklehead.
And he took credit for it.
And you'll see later that Trump, who's only two years younger than him, but has a brain like that, picked up on it and cleared up what the senile old man screwed up.
So let's go to number three now.
The only jobs he created are for illegal immigrants and bounce back jobs, a bounce back from the COVID.
He has not done a good job.
He's done a poor job and inflation is killing our country.
It is absolutely killing us.
Yeah, I'm not going to also burden you with the fact that he has consistently said that inflation was 9% when he came into office.
And then when he gets caught on that, he says, well, what Trump did caused inflation 14 months later.
Because the 9% was 14 months later, caused by him completely.
At 14 months in office as mayor, I was blaming it on my rather incompetent predecessor.
The New York Times would have gone nuts, but they just bought into it.
But the American people knows who caused inflation.
This is the one thing he can't spin his way out of.
Could people go in and they pay, you know, 30% more for groceries?
They know they weren't paying that under Trump.
And they're not going to be paying it under Trump a year from now.
On the economy, there are a couple of people that should join him in a nursing home who agree that he's competent on the economy.
Now let's go, let's go, maybe, maybe this is the most Indicative of the fact that he's not only the most crooked president, which I established numerous times, going back five years, and was the first one to establishment, which is why they persecute me.
Not the worst.
They put my friend Bannon in jail today.
You know how angry I am about that?
I wanted to go there and break him out.
Not allowed to say that.
Putting Bannon in jail and keeping that crooked Attorney General in Washington who doesn't want to turn over the Hurd tapes?

Let's take a look at this claim, because this claim really hurts a lot of people that he's done a lot of damage to.
Truth is, I'm the only president this century that doesn't have any, this decade, that doesn't have any troops dying anywhere in the world, like he did.
Yeah, tell Mrs. Barnett that, you creep.
How about the 13 people that died in Afghanistan, and you were there, looking at your watch, and lying about your son?
You know, three or four of them have been quoted as saying I don't know what they said, but it's awful.
They probably hate you more than anybody.
I'm not sure they hate you.
Hate's a very big word.
You've sure hurt them a lot.
But you know, 13 that you killed?
13?
You were completely senile when you decided that you would take the troops out of Afghanistan before the civilians.
In a place in which there are four major terrorist groups that want to kill Americans and those who kill Americans.
And you left behind $85 billion worth of things to kill people with?
So I actually think you gave up the Bagram Air Base, which is 400 miles from China, because you're a traitor.
But I think you did the other one.
I can't figure out why anybody would do that.
Doesn't China or anybody else?
You did it because you're Sinan.
And possibly you would have done it before because as Gates said, you never made a correct decision on foreign policy.
And there's a reason for that.
You're profoundly stupid, Joe.
You have been since you were in school.
You're always the dumbest guy in class, which is why you have a damn chip on your shoulder.
And you've had to be so crooked.
You're also pretty evil.
We'll get to that too.
Because this idea that Joe's a nice guy, that is probably the biggest and funniest thing of all.
You have cost more American lives than any American president that wasn't besieged by a war.
Just in Ukraine alone.
So now let's take a look at what a lot of people think was the end of your presidency.
So let's watch, let's watch, let's watch number, number, is it number six, Ted, we're up to?
Number five, I think.
As an example, the corporate tax was cut down to 21% from 39% plus beyond that.
We took in more revenue with much less tax and companies were bringing back trillions of dollars back into our country.
The country was going like never before.
And we were ready to start paying down debt.
We're ready to start using the liquid gold right under our feet, the oil and gas right under our feet.
We were going to have something that nobody else has had.
We got hit with COVID.
We did a lot to fix it.
I gave him an unbelievable situation with all of the therapeutics and all of the things that we came up with.
We gave him something great.
Remember, more people died under his administration, even though we had largely fixed it.
More people died under his administration than our administration.
Well, let me point out a few things about that.
I played that to show you how bright, how intelligent, and how on top of it Trump is.
He just described the Laffer Curve to you.
That moron watching him wouldn't know what it was.
He disputed it all during the Reagan administration, I know, because I remember him from the Reagan administration.
I remember him opposing nuclear defense, which means there'd have been no Star Wars.
And the Iron Dome, and David Sling, and now our much, much more sophisticated version of nuclear defense.
Star Wars, which was used as a term of derision By the anti-American pro-communist Democrats.
Turns out to be something that saves thousands and thousands of lives.
And I've got a letter to that effect from Bibi Netanyahu to Mrs. Reagan, which I was able to get her before she died, which thanked her husband for saving Israeli lives with Iron Dome, because there never would have been an Iron Dome if he didn't stand up to the pro-communist morons like Biden.
But there he is.
I mean, you look at his face.
If you look at his face, you see he doesn't even understand what Trump is talking about.
The Laffer curve is way beyond him.
Now let's go to number six, because this is the one where I think people believe Trump knocked him out.
You didn't really have to have the debate after this.

have to do with, look, if we finally beat Medicare.

The Democrats have lost any sense of patriotism.
America doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter.
They're gonna let us have this guy.
He shouldn't be there for a day longer after what he just did.
Let's go to number seven, because here he takes a question about abortion, which is probably unfairly, Best topic for him, even though he wants to kill six, seven, eight, and nine-month babies in the womb, and he claims to be a Catholic.
But it polls as his best issue.
He takes it, and he changes it into a criticism of Trump on going to a funeral of a young woman who was raped and murdered by an illegal alien that he let in.
And that's an issue where Trump outpulls him about 40 cent.
It has to be that his advisors, who are getting blamed for this, had to be pulling their hair out when they heard this.
Like, where do we get this moron?
God, watch this.
The idea that states are able to do this is a little like saying we're going to turn civil rights back to the states, that each state have a different role.
Look, there's so many young women who have been, including a young woman who just was murdered, and he went to the funeral.
The idea that she was murdered by an immigrant coming in.
They talk about that.
But here's the deal.
There's a lot of young women who are being raped by their in-laws, by their spouses, brothers and sisters.
It's just ridiculous.
And they can do nothing about it.
And they try to arrest them when they cross state lines.
There have been many young women murdered by the same people he allows to come across our border.
We have a border that's the most dangerous place anywhere in the world.
Consider the most dangerous place anywhere in the world.
And he opened it up, and these killers are coming into our country.
And they are raping and killing women.
And it's a terrible thing.
As far as the abortion is concerned, it is now back with the states.
The states are voting.
In many cases, it's frankly a very liberal decision.
In many cases, it's the opposite.

This is an issue of national security, and the failure of the Democratic Party to step up on this is outrageous.
It really is.
It goes to their patriotism.
And it goes to what has become deep hatred of America, which we saw back with the Black Lives Movement and defund the police and their attacks on American parents, their support for mutilation of children.
My God, the party of slavery has become, gosh, evil again.
Let's go to the last one I wanted to show you because that is a symptom of dementia that a doctor on my podcast four years ago explained.
He said, you know, when you have dementia, you lose short-term memory.
When you have really serious dementia, you lose immediate short-term memory.
Now you see him do it all the time.
Immediate short-term memory means I now, me, forget what I'm talking about right now.
And now I say, oh, the Yankees didn't play last night.
Oh, that thing.
Remember?
I pledge allegiance to the flag or that thing.
This has happened frequently with him.
It's the reason why they make him read now, because now he can read it.
He doesn't have to rely on it.
And it is the reason why he walks out and doesn't take questions at all.
Because he's non-functioning.
He doesn't have a completely functioning brain.
Did you ever think there'd be a President of the United States with less than half a brain?
He had half a brain when he was functioning, when he was failing in school and cheating.

Nobody has come even close.
He's like 130, 140 percent higher than anybody else.
He's created a complete invasion of America by people who seem to have a penchant for attacking women and children.
And there's nothing racist about that at all.
They're not like the immigrants.
Even the illegal immigrants we used to get in the past.
There's a wide open border.
We've never had a wide open border.
It's an invitation to every evil person in the world who wants to hurt America to send people here because they will get through.
And if you give the cartels enough money, they'll get, they'll get the biggest spy in China through and he can meet up with Hunter and Hunter can tell him everything that's happening at the White House meetings.

If you actually think climate change, which has been going on since the beginning of the universe, is the biggest existential threat, And not China?

I would say he's probably the biggest existential threat to America, given the wide open borders, the war he caused in the Ukraine, the war he caused in Israel, the inflation in the United States, the fentanyl.
His numbers on fentanyl are absurd!
I mean, I'll show you the chart later.
It's like this.
People dying all over the place, and China making billions on it!

No one thinks we're weak.
No one wants to screw around with us.
Nobody.

Fentanyl and byproducts of fentanyl went down for a while.
And I wanted to make sure we use the machinery that can detect fentanyl.

More fentanyl machines, more to be able to detect drugs, more numbers of of agents, more numbers of all the people at the border.
And when we had that deal done, he went, he called his Republican colleagues and said, don't do it.
It's going to hurt me politically.
You know what I'm talking about?
I mean, first of all, first year I was in office, fentanyl went up 30 percent.
Second year, 40 percent.
Third year, 50 percent.
We don't know what's going to happen this year.
I get the numbers almost on a daily basis because I consider this, I used to be When I was very young as a prosecutor, I was in charge of the narcotics division in the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
It's an area, including drug rehabilitation, that I'm very interested in.
This man is a monster, what he's done with fentanyl.
I mean, the numbers under... Trump actually, for two years, got it down until the pandemic.
And I think easily would have been able to resume that.
And one of the best things for keeping fentanyl out of the United States, you idiot in the White House, is remain in Mexico.
Because you end up with a lot of DEA agents on the other side of the line.
Now, for him, he would never be able to figure that out.
Nor would he be in favor of it because it's too law enforcement.
Which is why we're getting killed at numbers.
For example, under him, Philadelphia set a record for murder.
With a Soros prosecutor there, getting people murdered, just like we have one in New York.
You got 7,000 people walking around New York.
They'd be in jail if I were the mayor.
And we got Bragg, who frames Trump and lets the drug dealers and the anti-Semitic bums and everybody else go free.
He let all those people that burn things at Columbia go free.
And they let all the people who burned in 2020 go free.
And they want to know why we're upset about January 6th.
I'm not saying there aren't people on January 6th that might have committed some crimes, or might not have.
But to tell me it was worse than when I saw buildings burning down and 27 people killed?
Oh, 27 cops!
Was it 27 people or 27 cops?
I don't remember.
But I mean, that was one riot after another.
And all of them.
Not prosecuted.
On purpose.
Because Soros paid the money to put the prosecutors in, and they did the riots in the places that the Soros prosecutors were.
This is a much better organized takeover of our great nation than you realize.
And you got fooled into it by voting for this guy.
If you did vote for him.
You think I, I mean you think, I think it was a, it was a, it was a straight election?
We look stupid?
Now let's, this is a small one, but it gives you an idea that this is a mentally ill liar, in addition to being Sinop, number 14.
Well, anyway, that's what you're... Anyway, just take a look at what he says he is, and take a look at what he is.
Look, I'd be happy to have a driving contest with him.
The reason I got my handicap, which, when I was vice president, down to a six.
And, by the way, I told you before, I'm happy to play golf if you carry your own bag.

That's the biggest lie, that he's a six handicap of all.
I was an eight handicap.

When he's finished he'll be a 26.

And then they love to say, without any specifics, Trump lied during the debate.
Yeah, like when he said the Paris Accords are for crap.
That's not a lie.
It's an opinion.
This is a correct one.
And let's do the final one, which is my favorite explanation of why this man has had more people killed than any other president.
in the history of this country other than a president of time of war.
And President Trump picked up on it because he, his debate was at a quality, totally inverse
to the idiocy of this moron.
And he doesn't get credit for it because he picked up on everything and turned it around
like he turned around the immigration thing.
Listen to this.
Just to finish what he said, if I might.
Russia, they took a lot of land from Bush.
They took a lot of land from Obama and Biden.
They took no land, nothing, from Trump.
Nothing.
He knew not to do it.
He's not going to play games with me.
He knew that.
I got along with him very well, but he knew not to play games.
He took nothing from me.
But now he's going to take the whole thing from this man right here.
That's a war that should have never started.
It would have never started ever with me.
And he's going to take Ukraine.
And, you know, you asked me a question before, would you do this?
He's got us in such a bad position right now with Ukraine and Russia.
Because Ukraine's not winning that war.
I told him.
Well, the point of that is, you want me to prove to you that he would not have invaded Ukraine under Trump?
Okay.
So in the last 20 years or so, he's invaded three times.
Once under a weakened Bush.
Who he knew he could take advantage of.
Once under a pathetic Obama, and he took 15% of Ukraine.
And then under the most pathetic president in the history of America, this guy, where he took the rest of it.
He didn't touch anything under Trump.
Not a piece of land anywhere.
No place.
So, the proof is in the pudding, as they say.
When you had Trump there, you had somebody that they respected and feared.
Maybe they liked him, maybe they didn't like him.
Maybe they didn't like his tweets.
But we were a hell of a lot safer.
If you had reelected Trump, all those people in Ukraine would be alive today.
Or if they hadn't defrauded you with the hard drive, the 51 spies that lie who are really Washington prostitutes.
The stealing of the vote, which new evidence is coming out every day, and it's constantly suppressed by a crooked media.
The way in which they constantly suppress the contrary evidence about January 6th, including something that was absolutely correct that they said he was lying about.
Nancy Pelosi took responsibility for not asking for the National Guard.
She actually did.
And by the way, the mayor of Washington's refusal is in writing.
Now all those records have been destroyed by the crooks that ran January 6th, the persistent liars who get caught lying and are never held accountable.

So the New York Times now tells us that his biggest public service would be quitting.

And they're the ones that were telling us that we were making up the tapes that showed that he was senile.
Now in one day, having watched that, they want him out because of the security of the United States.

They want him out because they want to defeat Trump.
I mean, they'll put anybody in.

I was the third Republican mayor in the 20th century and the last one.

They didn't vote way back in 1860 and 64 for Abraham Lincoln.
They voted instead for the party of slavery.
New York, New York Democrats.
It's a, it's a city that has a courthouse named after one of the most crooked men in our history.

And all these judges that you see, they're not really judges.
They're appointees of the Democratic boss of one of the five boroughs.
Well, only four, with one's Republican.

So for example, when you looked at Judge Engelmoron, they say he was elected.
But they don't tell you you never had an opponent.
Isn't that the way they did it in the Soviet Union?
Well, that's the way they do it in democratic New York.
And the Bar Association that disbarred me has been sitting by a part of that process, part of that completely crooked, democratic, left-wing, ideological, nutty process for years.
If you want to vote not to disbar me, you might as well leave your law firm.
So you think I take it seriously?
I mean, what the city needs is a complete reform of the judicial system.
So we have judges instead of people beholding to the county leaders of the Democrat parties who can take them off in two seconds.
When you saw that woman sitting on Inga Maron's lap, or next to him, the law clerk, she was the party apparatchik.
She was there to make sure that he crucified Trump.
Just like the hearing officer in my case, who also was a judge out of that same system, was there to crucify me and find me disbarred, even though three hours almost of a 12-hour tape of incriminating information was excised.
It was destroyed.
And they changed the timing so I wouldn't see it, except my colleague, Here, Ted and I found it, and we thought the case would get dismissed.
I mean, three hours of tape destroyed.
The judge didn't even pay attention to it.
She was looking at her cell phone, not feeling well.
It was, in terms of fairness and unfairness, the trial, the Mershon trial, would be about the same thing as the one I got.
And now I will get an appeal to an appellate division that comes out of the same crooked Democratic Party.
And then the higher appeal goes to the court that the governor just has made even more political than it ever was before.
And it made an entirely political and corrupt decision on gerrymandering to help the Democratic Party.
So you have no chance.
You might as well live in Venezuela.
In fact, there's less crime in Venezuela now because they're all here committing crimes because of Biden.
Well, is he going to leave or not?
So the family wants him to stay.
The crime family, which had their appellation meeting, unfortunately at a government property, came out in favor of him staying, as you would expect.
Hunter Biden surprisingly wants him to stay.
Now chief advisor to the president.
But he always told you he's the smartest man that he knows.
We obviously produced a lot of money for him.
And I want to leave you with one thought before we conclude, and it's this one.
Whenever you hear them say, there's no evidence that Joe Biden got any money, that's another lie as big as Russian collusion lie, hard drive lie, the lie about Biden having any brains.
Because there's unbelievable evidence.
It's called an admission.
It's in writing.
It's a text from Hunter to his daughter.
And it says, admits.
And when you put in evidence, it's very powerful evidence in any trial, other than in New York, where it will be excluded because we have crooked judges.
And what it says is, Hunter says, For 30 years I gave my father half my salary.
That's not evidence?
Evidence is statements from witnesses.
That's a statement from a witness.
And it gets in under the exception of the hearsay rule known as an admission of penal conduct.
Or an admission against interest.
You want to stop playing around?
The guys who disbarred me are half the lawyers that I am.
And they don't have anywhere near the integrity.
Not even close.
Otherwise they wouldn't have chopped up that tape.
You know what the persecutor told me about that?
He said he didn't know that the three hours were excluded.
It probably was done by the Georgia Secretary of State.

The guy that Trump got indicted for talking to and telling him to try to find the votes.
Yeah, there were only about 100,000 that were crooked that he could have found it from.
And that's what the president meant.
He didn't mean to go make up a damn thing.

And you know, the press doesn't tell you that Rauschenberger has now been removed from the election commission in Georgia because the lieutenant governor said, since he's been on that commission, we haven't had a decent election, including the one of 2020.
The one that he and the screwy, very, very suspicious Republican governor can't pronounce was perfect.

I don't know if he's going to step down or not.
I actually, I have thought for a year and a half that he would step down.
I'm going to tell you why.
And the person, the person who actually said it today was Nancy Pelosi.
And I don't know if they realize this, but this was a knife in the back.
Pelosi said, oh, he didn't do that bad.
But then she said, let me see if I get it exactly right.
The question is, is this an episode or is Is it a condition?
She knows the answer to that.
Every bit of it.
There's a thousand pieces of evidence, of which we showed you 15, that it's a condition.
Or, as Michael Goodwin, the great columnist for the New York Post said on Sunday.

He has a judgment.
He has a strategic thinking and the rest.
He has a bad night.
I don't know if we got that part, but the part that she concludes with is, is it an episode or a condition?
Now, maybe she thinks that she's going to fool people.
