Good evening, this is Rudy Giuliani on a night before the greatest day maybe in world history.
It sure propelled many, many to democracy, republics, governments of laws.
Unfortunately, America is not in that category now of a government of laws.
We're a government that's dominated by one party and a Biden regime.
But we're going to get it back because of our beliefs.
And tomorrow is a good day to remember all of those, to review them.
I mean, real easy to read the preamble.
I'm sure you can.
He can't.
I mean, this guy does stuff that's really just like disgraceful.
Like, you can't get the Pledge of Allegiance right.
This was four years ago.
Today, I reviewed on my own my podcast of four years ago.
And during the podcast four years ago, I had two doctors on, one of whom said, there's no way this guy should be in the White House.
This is crazy.
He definitely has dementia.
And he must have come up with 10 unbelievably revealing things that Biden did back then, thinking he was talking to dead people and thinking he saw Roosevelt on TV, reading the funny papers when Roosevelt died before there was TV Uh, which was a precursor to his thinking he gave his uncle, um, the purple heart with his father present when they were both dead five and seven years at the time.
And his uncle never got the purple heart.
We don't know.
We know that one.
We don't know if it fits in the, uh, Biden earlier mental illness of being a pathological liar or the current one.
Um, but, um, it's coming home to roost now, huh?
I'd say it is.
Today, I am absolutely convinced, having been in the Reagan administration, having had my own administration, and having been sort of in the Trump administration, kind of watching it as a lawyer, but I could watch what was going on.
To me, this was definitely a planned leak, and then a planned withdrawal of it.
It was an attempt to see, what's it going to get?
First of all, could it bring out a whole bunch of people saying, Don't go!
We love having a demented president.
It's really fun to watch you fall and not know when you're in Colombia or the North Pole.
Oh, it's great that you got all those people killed in Ukraine and nobody else would have.
We never liked those people anyway.
I mean, gee, and those soldiers that you, you're so cute the way you kept looking at your, while they were, while they were being honored, you were just, you kept You just wanted to see if they got enough money, you know, not enough time for their, but you just kept looking at your, uh, at your watch like that.
And, uh, your, uh, minder, your keeper didn't stop you.
The first stepmother did not do it.
I don't think she had her little, you know, a little leash, a little thing.
Stop a joke, stop a joke.
So the leak comes out today and it says he's been talking over with Some Democrats, the idea that he might just step down, remarkably little reaction, I think.
Most people said, well, sure, sure he should.
The only people who don't say he should step down are the ones who were afraid to say that he should step down.
I did get a feeling there's a little buyer's remorse.
I think Scarborough ran away.
He went on vacation the day before the 4th of July without his wife.
Now, I'm not making any allegations here of any kind, but it seems a little strange.
No one had mentioned that vacation before.
I think maybe he went a little too far when he basically said, I love Joe, but get the hell out of the White House.
You're sticking up the place.
Kind of like, you know, Brutus.
I love you, Joe, but... Please don't get me wrong.
I don't know the justice or injustice of Caesar's death.
I've studied the Gaelic Wars in Caesar's biography, in Latin, when I was a little baby.
And you could argue he was, for his time, a terrific innovator.
Or you could argue he was a cruel guy.
But nothing like... I never saw, in at least what's written about Caesar, the kinds of things we see in Well, obviously, you know, Stalin, Hitler, Mao, or even Joe Biden.
Don't, don't know if Caesar put his political opponents in jail, like he's trying to do to me and Donald Trump, or get them disbarred because they own the left-wing bar association that approves only left-wing judges and is controlled by the Democrat bosses.
You gotta know, whenever you deal with New York.
Court in New York.
It's crooked in one regard for sure, and that's politics.
They were all appointed by the boss of the Democrat party in that county.
And in exchange for that, bare minimum, they got to come across on political cases.
Now, there've been some horrendous cases, including many that made me famous when I prosecuted.
And they wanted money for judgeships and cases fixed.
And of course, you know, we do have a courthouse named after boss tweets.
And it really is truly a good idea because it reminds us that with a few interruptions for 160, 170 years, we've been basically a corrupt city politically and legally.
And legally, particularly in matters of politics, not necessarily business.
So we're watching that now.
We're watching that now with Engelmoron and Mershon's daughter who's raking in the bucks and he's not even elected.
I don't even know how he became a judge.
So the leap today proved nothing because they got nothing back in return.
Everybody's afraid.
The Democrats are afraid to say, get out.
There may be a legitimate group that really does feel they've got a better chance sticking with Biden.
Because when you look at Harris, Who it looks like they're going to be forced into.
She does poll less.
Well, and believe me, this is very hard for me to say this, but she is probably a better candidate than Biden.
I mean, as far as I know, she's not, look, she is wacky.
She says silly things.
Sometimes she sounds like an immature jerk, but you know, I don't think she's, I don't think she has brain cells that are missing like the president.
And at least we're not going to find that out until after the election.
And it is kind of embarrassing for a major political party to put a demented man on the ticket.
I think historically that could hurt.
And I'm not one of those people that says, oh, put him on cause we can beat him better.
And I want Trump, I think Trump can beat any of them.
And I'd like to see a nice clean victory.
And if they want to put somebody else up, Go ahead, put somebody else up if you don't and you want to ruin your party for the next 20 years, do it.
So, I don't know what they're going to do.
They are very poll-oriented, so I think they're going to be watching the polls very carefully.
And we'll watch it with them, right, Ted?
Right now, the separation between the two candidates has moved about 10%, 15%, from about 2 to 4.
Or one to three.
Actually, New Hampshire moved a lot.
New Hampshire moved about nine points.
But New Hampshire is an unusual state.
New Hampshire is a very, very serious state.
Maybe because of the primaries and everything.
Everybody there has a PhD in politics and knows more than me.
And I'm not completely kidding.
So they'll make their own decision.
The way he's handled this is not going to help him there.
We've had the first congressman, two actually, come out and say he's got to go.
But they're not in leadership, and this isn't like Everett Dirksen and Barry Goldwater and The Republicans on the Watergate committee, who really, many of them were very close to Nixon, did not feel he had to go, did not feel he should go, but felt he had to go for the good of the country.
And Ford knew he was taking a political hit, pardoning him for the good of the country.
But in those days, we had patriots on both sides.
Somewhere around Obama, we started losing them.
Even on September 11th, we had a lot of Patriots on.
Look at the way we reacted to September 11th.
Even embracing God.
And look how we reacted to the pandemic throwing God out.
Like, don't go to church.
You can go to the strip parlor, but not to church.

I mean, is it worth listening to him?

I want a candidate who I think has a better chance of winning in November, and I don't believe that that candidate is President Biden.
Tuesday night, Congressman Lloyd Doggett doubling down on his statement hours earlier.
Quote, I am hopeful Biden will make the painful and difficult decision to withdraw.
I respectfully call on him to do so.
What led to your decision to speak out?
So forcefully today.
We know for the last year so many people have been asking for different choices.
I had hoped the president would win over some of those people in the debate and he didn't do it.
Look, if we finally beat Medicare.
Now Doggett says his constituents in Austin overwhelmingly want a change.
I would say it's running about 10 to 1 in terms of the input to me of people that would like to see a different candidate.
I mean, I think that probably is pretty uniform throughout the country.
We are very pleased to have with us the main columnist for the New York Post, the oldest newspaper in the country, a great, great American, a great writer, thinker, and a great guy.
And I really want to see what he thinks, because kind of figuring this out is pretty hard, Michael.
What's going to happen?
You always know.
Hello, Rudy, great to be with you.
Look, I think Biden will be gone within a month.
I think there's no way to sustain what people saw, and the idea that he's good to go for four and a half more years is preposterous.
And don't forget, it's not as though he's got a great record to run on.
So I think this performance in the debate isn't Isn't creating a new situation.
What it's doing is just taking an old situation and pushing it over the top.
And so I think right now, you know, I was just reading a story on the Wall Street Journal that Biden said to staff, you know, no one's pushing me out.
That's true.
They're going to let him make his own decision to leave.
He will do Yeah, I think he will do what Lyndon Johnson did.
When you see the handwriting so clearly that there's no way.
And I think that's what's going on now.
They're getting more and more poll data.
They're talking to more and more donors, more and more members of the party in Congress and state houses, etc.
And they're probably getting pretty much a uniform negative message wherever they turn.
And at some point, Joe Biden will Just accept the inevitable that he cannot win the presidency, he will damage the party, they will lose the White House, they will lose Congress, they will lose governors, they will lose state legislators, and he's got to get out of the way.
Now the question is who takes over, who replaces him, that's the tricky part, but I think the easy part is that he can't be the nominee.
The part of this that annoys me, the real issue here is the damage that they've done and continue to do on national security.
I mean, the political part is one thing, but it's unthinkable in my mind that we would ever have a president with whatever you want to call it, a lack of a full brain.
I mean, he has to make very important decisions and maybe that's the reason he's made them so terribly.
Well, that's right.
And you think about that debate performance, and you wonder how many times that has happened.
Now, Carl Bernstein, who is obviously a Democrat advocate 99% of the time, said the other night that he's heard that there have been 15 to 20 episodes like that in the recent year or so from insiders.
But just think about that.
Suppose one of those episodes happens during a national security emergency.
I mean, is the president going to disappear?
Are we not going to be able to hear or see the president?
I mean, you certainly remember how important it was when George Bush came to the ground zero after 9-11.
He didn't say anything significant except, they'll hear from us.
But it was a rallying cry for the country.
Joe Biden seems incapable of that.
You know, I think that's the part that's overlooking.
It also amazes me, it has for some time, that the people who are with him every day care so little for the country that they let him stay there.
But I guess it serves their purposes and they play this thing that, well, Harris is so bad, she would be worse.
I don't know if you get entitled to do that.
You know, he's definitely demented.
We don't know what she is.
Right.
And I think to your point, Rudy, about the staff and, you know, the secretaries of the agencies.
I mean, where are they on this?
I mean, you know, one theory is that they have enjoyed this because he has in effect ceded a lot of power to other people.
And if I've gotten one letter, I've gotten 10,000 letters saying, Barack Obama is the real president.
Barack Obama is calling the shots.
You know, look at the people who have been appointed.
And when you see Biden like that, you say, well, I don't know, somebody else is president, I guess.
And you know, the main thing is, he has a terrible administration.
Whoever it is that's calling the shots is not very good either.
They're making all the wrong decisions.
That's right.
We'll see what happens.
Whoever they get couldn't be worse.
Who knows?
We'll see.

So there's somebody who knows politics backwards and forward, and I think what he's saying is, I don't see what happens.
He pointed out in one of his columns that this process doesn't get any better.
I mean, like, you know, so they go back to relatively bad performances, nothing like this, by Obama and Reagan, two of the best debaters.
And they got beat, but not whipped.
And in the case of Obama, he wasn't prepared.
He just figured he was president.
He doesn't have to prepare.
He don't know everything.
And he got beaten.
Because he wasn't up on things.
And in the case of Reagan, he was over-prepared.
Reagan, who generally, you know, shot from the hip a little, kind of like Trump.
Blue sky.
They had him like... And Mrs. Reagan took over and threw them all out.
Got Deaver, Michael Deaver, to run it.
A couple people, not 50 people sitting around the room.
And his second debate, He whipped Mondale so badly, he won every state but Minnesota.
And of course, Obama turned it around also.
But this is not the same situation.
Neither one of them was dealing with a mental illness.
Reagan's problems were 20 years later.
So, I mean, they certainly weren't going on then.
And he was good enough to end the Cold War without firing a shot.
So whatever problem he had, I'd like to have it back.
So this is probably, as lawyers like to say, it's sui generis.
We've never had this before.
First of all, we've only had debates since Nixon and Kennedy.
So we can't go back to when Roosevelt was arguably out of it completely at the beginning of his last term when Truman replaced him.
Or Wilson, who spent apparently months Not knowing what the hell he was doing and Edith was making the decisions kind of like the first stepmother does now.
But people really didn't know that.
You could hide.
I mean, for example, you could hide the fact that Franklin Roosevelt was in a wheelchair.
Most Americans didn't know that.
I mean, that wouldn't happen today and probably wouldn't have to happen.
But in any event, I can't think of an analogous situation except to That happened before they had to get up and debate.
And it tells you the value of having these debates, doesn't it?
It tells you the value, particularly in the way in which people can orchestrate it now.
You know, they can make it into Hollywood and the debate cuts right into it.

Well, tomorrow, of course, is the anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence that our president cannot recite the preamble of.
And that was before we elected him president.
Anyone who says they didn't know four years ago that he was demented just wasn't paying attention.
Four years ago, he told us one of the weirdest things I've ever heard an American politician say, that he enjoyed having little children touch in the pool, touch the hair on his legs, and it tingles.
Wow.
First of all, if it's true, it's weird.
And secondly, as the doctor who analyzed it for me, said it's one of the signs of dementia that you say things like that because you lose your filter of things that are shocking or incriminating or perverted or whatever.
And you should go on Rudy, should go on America's Mayor Confidential because we put on there a podcast that is almost four years old And the doctors in that podcast predict everything that you're seeing today four years ago.
They don't just predict it.
They prove it by showing you videos.
They show you videos of him when he could talk and they show you videos of him by 2020 when he was already in, one said, the beginning stages of dementia, but quickly moving forward.
The other said he was really pretty bad.
And, um, The thing they agreed on that made it so serious is his short-term memory is so short, he can't remember what he's talking about.
Illustration of that was the preamble to the Constitution.
What happened to him is, I don't know that he forgot the words of it, he forgot that he was doing the preamble to the Constitution, just like he did on last Thursday night When he took a home run question on abortion and without realizing it, lost his train of thought and started talking about Donald Trump going to the funeral of a young lady who was murdered by a criminal that Biden led in the country.
Now that's, if you're in that political party and you want to win, what the hell is he going to do next?
You know what could happen?
and decide this whole thing.
And I always thought there was a possibility of this.
I knew he'd break down like this, but he could just freeze.
I mean, the end result of Alzheimer's or dementia, or most of the forms of dementia, is they become completely unable to communicate.
Now, many die before that of natural causes, other reasons, other illnesses.
A good friend of mine did before it got anywhere near as bad as Biden.
But I mean, imagine if that happens next week or the week after.
It's also what it's doing to us as a country.
People in Europe and people in Asia and the Chinese are looking at this and saying, I'm talking about the red Chinese are looking at this and saying, wow, probably didn't have to pay him that much money.
Probably could have just talked him into it because he's a nincompoop.
So, um, I think it's inevitable.
I think it's inevitable that that's where it goes.
Here's another national security issue of great importance.
Why does he come off having Hunter Biden sitting in on presidential meetings?
Hunter Biden isn't elected to anything.
I seriously doubt that he has a security clearance.
If he does, we don't vet anybody.
I know we don't vet the illegal immigrants because they're coming in and killing us left and right.
But do we not vet the people that come into presidential meetings?
I mean, it's not just that he's a convicted felon.
It's that he's got a horrible drug problem and he's connected to the red Chinese government.
Do you want to hear his own words about that?
You want to hear him explain that he's a business partner and was the business partner of the spy chief of China all during the period of time that he was passing Every day for about 300 days, when he was going past the secure material that Biden stole, Hunter was a partner with the spy chief of China and one of their biggest recruiters.
Now, don't take it from me.
You want to hear him say it to a prostitute?

Well, the effing spy chief of China with his business partner, to prove one of the many lies of Joe Biden, In one particular transaction, they got $4.9 million from CEFC, a red Chinese-dominated, communist-dominated company that was in sensitive instrument business, you know, instruments that can surveil you and spy on you.
It was run by a guy who recruited spies for China, and he was Hunter's partner.
With a contract to pay the Bidens.
That's the one that says 10% for the big guy?
To pay them $10 million a year.
The payments that are seen and discovered show about $8 million going into the Biden enterprises and money coming out for him.
Now, albeit hidden as loans for which there's no proof.
Nor is there any representation of the loans on tax returns or anything else.
And then, of course, there's the text that makes the case against Biden airtight, and therefore nobody tells you about it, even the right-wing media.
And that one says Hunter, at about the same time, tells his daughter, because this big deal, everybody, everybody's family's getting money out of this.
That crime family that showed up at Camp David to talk about him running are all in on the graft.
And so Hunter says to his daughter, like when she takes over, I hope they're a little fairer with you.
I've had to pay all the expenses of the family for 30 years, and I've had to give Pop half my salary.
Well, that's evidence.
When the lying Democrats tell you there's no evidence, Shove it down your throat.
This is evidence.
What do you think evidence is?
It's a document sent by him, validated 150 times, including by the FBI, and he says, I gave half my salary to my pop.
And then you've got lots of transactions looking that way.
50 grand for rent paid to his father for a home that he owned.
Think about that.
You don't pay rent for a home that you own.
This is an extraordinarily crooked family that has been covered up in a way that's completely against the interests of the United States.
Some people are seeing that now about his mental illness.
They all have known this for years.
And now, holier than thou, the New York Times is saying, he must leave.
They knew this the day before when they were accusing us of making it up.
All they care about is beating Trump.
I mean, they'll do anything.
They'll put him in jail.
They'll put me in jail.
They disbarred me.
They're attempting to disbar Professor Eastman.
Oh, oh, oh, plenty, plenty, plenty of others.
It's really terrible.
Really terrible what they're doing.
But they're communists.
And the end justifies the means.
And the end here is to keep the terrible, awful Donald Trump.
He's going to destroy democracy.
Meanwhile, they've already done it.
I had a trial, two trials.
One of them didn't even let me testify.
The other one, they wouldn't take account of a doctored three-hour tape, which they acted like, oh, it's just normal that you doctor a tape.
And the prosecutor or persecutor blamed it on the Secretary of State of Georgia, you know who he is, Rauschenberg, just cut up the tape to take out all the questionable parts of the tapes.
And then they turned it over to me, making it appear as if that didn't happen.
I mean, these are slimeballs.
And as I've told you many times, these judges are political operatives.
They're not judges in the sense of above anything.
They are appointed by some of the slimiest people in politics, the Democratic leaders in the local boroughs.
They control them.
They put you on the ballot, you're on.
They take you off the ballot, you're off.
They want to appoint you up to the appellate division, you get appointed, they want to take you down, they take you down.
And they just did a whole deal in fixing the Court of Appeals with a left-wing, complete wacko judge.
When Hoco tried to put a fairly moderate judge there, he said, no, no, we need somebody who's going to give us a totally dishonest opinion.
on, uh, you know, distribution of the, of the, of the districts and, um, the gerrymandering is, uh, what you should call it, right?
And, uh, and they got it.
The prior court with a more honest chief judge had held that what they did was grossly unconstitutional.
The new one with the one or two, uh, Democrat lackeys they had just did what the democratic party wanted.
And you can see that in Anger Moron and Mershon.
Anger Moron's run three times, never had an opponent.
That's nice, huh?
That's a democracy.
How does that sound like Soviet Russia?
Sounds like Soviet Russia to me.
And then you got the boss who controls what you have to do.
Otherwise, you ain't going nowhere.
Or the hearing officer, in my case, who makes a pretty penny being appointed as hearing officers.
If she had a rule for me, they'd have kicked her right out.
She knows that.
That's why she was looking at her watch most of the time.
Or, I'm sorry, at her cell phone.
And it seemed to give a damn that there was a grossly illegal, corrupt excising of the tape.
Three hours out of 12 is a lot of excising.
But I know Hillary did 32,000 emails and it didn't matter.
This is probably less than that.
What am I complaining about?
Ted knows the whole thing.
He helped me find it.
Right, Ted?
He helped me find it.
Unbelievable.
Unconscionable.
And their reaction is unacceptable.
Their reaction was, oh, you deserve it.
You're a Trump person.
Well, I guess one thing Michael and I didn't get a chance to discuss is who's going to replace, I think they put out a sign already just in case there are people applying to whites who need not apply.
Well, a little beyond that.
Whites, Hispanics, Asians, and black men.
Stay home.
We don't want you.
We want a black woman who is more unpopular than Biden.
Who could that be?
It's gonna be hard to find somebody more unpopular than Biden.
So he won't look bad.
I mean, if they put like a really intelligent person in that job, Biden will look awful.
So they got Russia is a big country.
Ukraine is a small country, children.
I don't know.
I know what's wrong with Biden.
It'll take a little while to figure that one out.
But nobody wants it.
But I don't think they have a choice.
I think they have to get rid of Biden.
And I think given their racial politics and their racism, I mean, remember, you forget that Biden announced way in advance and limited himself greatly that he was going to pick a woman for a vice president.
I don't know if he said black woman.
He certainly said woman.
I mean, that eliminates half the population.
Suppose at the very last minute, there's a great person comes along that unfortunately is a male.
I'm so glad.
Donald Trump doesn't operate that way because I've operated a city not that way and I probably ran it better than anyone in modern memory.
Not much doubt about that.

So it looks like he stays on the beach and, you know, thinks about balloons or something, like the balloon he let China bring in.
Maybe that was part of one of the deliverables for the money that he got.
But I think there should be a joint session.
This is a matter of grave importance to our country, not the election.
Right up to the last moment, the President of the United States is lethal.
Or he can be.
This one has been.
Look at the people in Ukraine that died.
Donald Trump did a great job, and we illustrated it to you last night.

But it's an actual fetish that you got to be treated for.

I don't know if I can prove this, but I used to be told that he was left back in the third grade because he couldn't read.
But I know he failed out of law school, including plagiarism, to do a paper and let him graduate, which led to plagiarism.
And then later on, and Sam Donaldson announcing, thank God we called him because this guy could have become president.

The 13 people who died in Afghanistan, you're not going to tell their parents that he isn't the cause of their deaths.
