America's Mayor Live (E408): Bob Costello Exposes Michael Cohen in EXPLOSIVE Congressional Hearing
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
I start now?
Hello, this is Rudy Giuliani with Mayor Live.
Sitting over my right shoulder is the second biggest liar in America.
Pathological?
Mentally ill?
Not sure.
If I were to put Trump in the middle of these two, you would realize what's going on.
Because on the other side, Would be Joe Biden, who is, in my view, the biggest liar ever in the White House, in Washington.
His goes beyond pathological lying to mental illness and now delusion.
And all of this with the little nuclear button right next to him, which he can press when he thinks he's asking for ice cream.
This is really dangerous, and it is not funny.
But Mr. Cohen was completely destroyed on cross-examination yesterday and today.
And believe it or not, the defense called a halt to the prosecution, called a halt to a trial that's supposed to go on for a couple more days.
What happened to McDougal?
You know what happened to McDougal?
Sammy Daniels fell apart, and they were afraid we can't have both of them fall apart.
McDougal also would have run them right into a Weinstein reversal problem.
They already have it, but they'd have made it worse.
And if she performed as well as the other two witnesses, three witnesses, this may be the only trial in which the defendant has not found He's not found not guilty.
He's found absolutely innocent.
I'm serious.
Remember, the false statement is in the business records of the company.
Now, Trump didn't put it there.
It went in there eight, nine months after the election.
It's going to be pretty hard to show that an entry eight, nine months after an election was intended to affect an election.
Unless we do time travel backwards.
And I'm sure Bragg is ready to argue that.
And probably Judge Mershon will have to agree with that.
Otherwise, the Democrat bosses in Manhattan will break his arm.
So I have no idea how they are going to get past the first obstacle in the case.
That the false statement they're alleging is true.
When Cohen listed what the money was for, it was even more important than all of the embarrassing cross-examination where he called people scumbags and this and that and the other thing, said terrible things about the defense lawyer, lied multiple times, lied before Congress, even after he had lied to the U.S.
Attorney's Office.
I don't know if they were able to make a strong enough point That he has been declared a persona non grata by the U.S.
Attorney's Office in the Southern District.
What that means is they would not dare to put him on trial in a case for fear that they would lose their reputation as honest prosecutors.
They wanted to use him against Trump.
They wanted to use him.
I don't know if they wanted to use him against me.
We had very few dealings, but they wanted to use him against those other people in it.
And he lied to them so often.
Remember, I'm not making this up.
They went to his sentencing and told the judge to put him in jail for the maximum amount of time.
He didn't cooperate with them.
He just lied to them.
And they thought he was still lying.
And then after he cooperated and after he said, I'm now going to tell the truth and I've seen God, I'll tell the truth.
He goes before Benny Thompson.
Benny Thompson.
Wow.
Benny Thompson gives him a big lecture.
If anyone lies during my hearing, they will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, including you, Mr. Cohen.
Within a few minutes, Cohen started to tell a series of lies that amounted to about eight proven easily.
But the best one of all is when he announced to Mr. Jordan I never asked for a job in the White House.
I would never ask for a job in that White House.
I'd never work with those people.
The next thing you can now see on the screen, which I discovered within about eight minutes, is a picture of the same Mr. Cohen just a few years earlier, with a gentleman named Chris Cuomo, in which he says, this is three days or four days after the election, oh yes, Chris, I want to be chief of staff, and I have every reason to believe that I will be.
To which Chris, congratulations, congratulations!
I never asked for a job at the White House under oath with a promise by Benny Thompson that he'll be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Clear perjury!
What happened?
What happened?
Benny never prosecuted him.
Benny's never even been questioned about it because the press sucks up Benny's you-know-what.
Which is terrible because we don't have justice in America.
Democrats or those trying to nail Trump can say anything they want.
And even when they're useless as witnesses, as Lev Parnas was against me, they'll still put them on CNN, MSNBC, and lie their effing backs off.
So that was brought out about him today also.
I know him.
For a very lengthy period of time.
It's hard for me to find words for what damage using these perjurious witnesses did to the system of justice we have in this country.
Or how this case, which you feel like some judge should come down from on high and just grab it and throw this judge in prison and get rid of the case.
I mean, this I don't know.
I never really studied the Nazi trials or the Soviet show trials, but I bet they had at least better purgent evidence than this.
They don't even have evidence that he committed a crime.
Maybe they're stupid.
I don't know.
I mean, Colangelo may be a figment of their imagination because he'll lie for them.
Doesn't seem like a particularly good lawyer for me.
He had the job that I had, and I'm a little embarrassed.
Third-ranking official in the Justice Department.
But then again, you know, I prosecuted a hell of a lot more cases than he ever did.
I don't know of any cases he's ever prosecuted.
The cases I prosecuted are in the history books.
So there is a difference between the two of us.
I'm like a really excellent lawyer.
And he looks like he's over, overplayed.
His opening statement was mediocre at best, his questioning and putting these witnesses on.
Let me show you how he made Trump's case.
So he was asked, what was the money for?
Well, we find out that it wasn't just the money for Stormy Daniels that was involved.
It was quite a bit more.
It was like $450,000 that was paid by the accountant to him.
$450,000 that was paid by the accountant to him.
And it was various things, including about 150 of the Stormy Daniels thing.
Then there was some money, about $60,000 in there for technological expenses, another $40,000 or $50,000 for other types of legal expenses, money for taxes.
So it was a plethora of things.
So now you get, on the form, you have To fill out what was the money for?
You got a little box about that big.
Now you can't fit in all of those things.
You can't fit in money for technical services, money for legal services, money for taxes, money for a lawsuit, settlement of lawsuit.
That's what you would call it, not hush money.
That's ridiculous.
There's no such thing in the law as hush money.
It's money for settlement of a lawsuit.
It's a contract.
Consideration.
I think one of the lawyers on his side described it.
They said, what would you consider?
Well, we would consider it consideration.
Consideration is one of the first words you learn in contract law.
It's the thing that binds a contract together.
For me to bind you to do something for me, I have to offer you consideration.
It could be money, it could be services.
So now you have a choice of what do you put in here?
How the hell is legal expenses false beyond a reasonable doubt?
When that's what it was.
See, it doesn't have to be, um, Trump doesn't have to prove it's correct.
They have to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it's incorrect.
Well, I don't know.
Let's stop playing semantics.
It's absolutely correct.
So now the misdemeanor that starts this case, that's barred by the statute of limitations, is not even a crime.
So we end there.
Or if we had a judge that wasn't a disgusting, horribly corrupt example of a lot of the judges we have in Manhattan, And in Queens, and in Bronx, and in Brooklyn, appointed by the local Democratic boss, and fraudulently presented to you as elected.
Like Judge Angermoron was elected three times.
Somehow he never had an opponent.
Which says to me, he really got elected In Nazi Germany, or Soviet Russia, or present-day Venezuela.
We count something as an election like when you have an opponent, not when the Democratic boss said, you're my choice, baby.
You're the guy.
And you're not getting it but for me, and you want to get reappointed?
It's me, buster.
And when we come to you with a political case, I own you.
Now, if you don't know that, don't practice law in New York.
I was actually taught that in law school.
I was taught it in a little nicer way.
It was a lot of the Supreme Court justices in Manhattan, particularly, are very good because of the commercial cases.
But even they, on a political case, they're owned by the Democratic Party.
Don't expect to get anything close to a fair result.
Everybody knows it.
Nobody says it.
It's been like that with a few interruptions for 150 years.
And until we fix it, New York stands out in this country with one of the most crooked forms of a justice system in the country.
Quite a thing for a state to have, right?
But I mean, I would say that it's wonderful that Trump's case illustrates that.
Judge Mershawn is the poster boy for a crooked judge.
Oh, just to make it even worse, Mershawn was never even elected.
He keeps getting appointed, dragged along for 22, 23 years.
They don't put him on the ballot.
So he really isn't acting.
Imagine trying the former president of the United States with an acting Supreme Court justice, and they want to try Bannon with the same guy.
This is obviously a guy that you can... Hey, maybe we'll elect you someday when you're 92.
Just keep doing what we want.
Screw up Trump all the way.
All the way.
What do we care if it's a false statement or not?
Just keep your mouth shut.
What do we care if there should have been a mistrial the day that he had, you know, one day of active pornography throughout the entire trial, which was, I guess sometimes pornography has to be put in court, but not when it's totally irrelevant to the case.
So let's see what happens, but this case is Pure disaster.
Now, that was illustrated better outside the courtroom than inside the courtroom by Bob Costello.
And let's see, that is Mr. Robert Costello.
Robert Costello was Cohen's lawyer at the critical time when Cohen was being investigated by the special prosecutor's office, one of Cohen's three lawyers, I should add, all of whom I had a relationship with because they were part of a joint defense agreement.
You'll hear the whole story.
You should also know that Bob Costello was my student assistant as an assistant U.S.
attorney.
He was chief of the criminal division in the U.S.
attorney's office.
He represented George Steinbrenner.
He represented any number of very, very famous people.
He is an extraordinarily good lawyer, a distinguished lawyer, an honest lawyer.
He's obviously not a Democratic politician.
Hack.
And he will now testify under a very strange set of circumstances where Cohen waived his attorney client privilege out of arrogance.
And allowed his attorneys to testify against him.
There's another attorney, by the way, that he had will tell you almost the same thing as Costello.
So let's listen to Bob Costello give you some information that you rarely get about the inside workings of a scoundrel
like this guy Cohen.
We put it on so we can hear it.
Yeah.
Okay.
I don't hear it.
I've been an attorney for 51 years, and I'm the former Assistant U.S.
Attorney in the Southern District of New York, where I was Deputy Chief of the Criminal Division.
I am not now, nor have I ever been, an attorney for Donald Trump, any of his family members, or any of his businesses.
I've represented quite a number of high-profile individuals, but never Donald Trump.
During the period of April 2018 to July 2018, I represented Michael Cohen.
Today, I can talk to you about what Michael Cohen told my law partner and me because Michael Cohen waived the attorney-client privilege at the request of the U.S.
Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York.
The reason was, Michael Cohen had pled guilty to eight felony counts in the Southern District and was seeking to lessen his sentence.
And he thought he could be clever by going into the U.S.
Attorney's Office and lying about cooperation.
Michael Cohen went to the U.S.
Attorney's Office and accused Rudy Giuliani and myself of conspiring to obstruct justice by tampering with a witness, namely Michael Cohen.
The story, which they were floating at the time and his lawyers put out in various newspapers, was that we had dangled a pardon under Michael Cohen's nose in order to keep him quiet so that he wouldn't testify against Donald Trump.
When I received a call from the U.S.
Attorney's Office saying, Bob, we'd like to talk to you about your representation of Michael Cohen, I said to them, can I presume that you guys are sitting there with a copy of the waiver of the attorney-client privilege?
They said, you presume correctly.
I told them to scan it over to me, and once I received it, I'd be delighted to talk to them.
And I did.
I went down to one St.
Andrew's Plaza with a lawyer who had been the chief of the criminal division when I was deputy chief, Tom Fitzpatrick.
And on the way into the office, he said to me, Bob, aren't you nervous?
I said, what for?
I'm going to tell the truth, and I have documentary evidence that corroborates me six ways from Sunday.
I said, there's nothing to be nervous about.
In fact, I said, I'll bet you $10 I'll have these people laughing within 15 minutes.
I won the bet.
I went up and I sat with two assistant U.S.
attorneys, Tom McKay and Nick Rose, as well as two FBI agents whose names, unfortunately, I don't remember.
We had a grand old time.
I explained our entire history with Michael Cohen through emails and text messages.
I explained the many, many lies that Michael Cohen told us.
Most especially, I told him that when we first met Michael Cohen in April of 2018, Keeping in mind now that I read Michael Cohen's testimony from yesterday's trial in New York on the way down on the train, and virtually every statement he made about me was another lie.
A lie that can be proven not just by me denying it, but by myself, Jeff Citron, or Rudy Giuliani, or emails, or text messages.
Virtually every statement that he made.
What he tries to do is he picks out cherry picks, certain emails or text messages, and tries to make them look like something else.
The story he told yesterday was that Rudy Giuliani and I were somehow conspiring to try and keep him quiet, to try and keep him from flipping.
That's the term we use in the trade for cooperating.
That's ridiculous.
The first day that we met with Michael Cohen at the Regency Hotel, at his request, and there's email correspondence that show this, we went up there.
I had never met Michael Cohen before.
I didn't have any idea who he was or what sort of problem he was in.
I saw this guy in a conference room at the Regency Hotel marching back and forth like a tiger in a cage.
He was absolutely manic.
He looked like he hadn't slept in four or five days, and he kept on... He knew my partner, Jeff Citron, for 10 years.
I didn't know the guy.
He kept on pounding on the table throughout his speeches that day.
Guys, I want you to know, I will do whatever the F I have to do, I will never spend one day in jail.
He had to say that at least 10 times, maybe 20.
It was his constant litany as he walked back and forth.
I said, Michael, sit down.
We need to discuss what's going on here.
He told us about the raid, that his offices had been raided, his home had been raided.
And he said, I didn't do anything wrong, guys.
I don't know what they're looking for.
And I said, Michael, the people in the Southern District of New York are very smart people.
They got a search warrant for a lawyer's office.
You can't do that just by going to the US Attorney.
You need to go to Maine Justice and get approval from Maine Justice.
You need to show them that you have proof that a crime has been committed and that evidence of that crime is going to exist at the site to be Uh, examined.
I said, so Michael, these people think that you did something wrong.
What is it?
I said, this is protected by attorney-client privilege, and it was until he waived the attorney-client privilege.
I swear to God, Bobby didn't do anything wrong.
In fact, I'm cooperating with the special counsel.
I'm cooperating with Congress.
Of course, he forgot to tell us that he lied to Congress, but that was part and parcel of the way Michael Cohen is.
So, I sat him down and I said, look, Michael, clearly here, you're not the target.
Nobody's ever heard of Michael Cohen.
But you are the lawyer for President Trump.
And clearly, that's their target.
And let me explain to you how things work.
When they get a search warrant, they're looking to gather evidence.
They already have evidence against you for something, but you haven't told us what it is.
And they are going to roll over you.
You're just a bump in the road.
Their target is Donald Trump.
So I want you to think carefully now.
And by the way, up to this point, he had told us when he introduced himself to us, that two nights before he was on the roof of the hotel of the regency hotel seriously considering jumping off committing suicide because he couldn't handle the pressure of the legal problems that he saw coming his way and what he wanted to find out from us that day was his escape route that's what he called it guys you have to tell me what my escape route is what can i do to get out of this and i did my obligation as a lawyer at that point in time was to explain to him what his options were clearly one of his options was to cooperate and i said to him i said michael the way this works is if you have
Truthful information about Donald Trump.
That's clearly what they're looking for.
I can have all your legal problems solved by the end of the week.
His response?
I swear to God, Bob, I don't have anything on Donald Trump.
I said, Michael, I want you to think carefully about this.
I probably came back to this subject 10 or 20 times during the two hour period.
Every time I brought it up, every time he answered, I swear to God, God, excuse me, Bob, I don't have anything on Donald Trump.
I said, Michael, whatever you have has to be truthful.
If you think you can go in there and tell these people lies, you're crazy.
It's going to backfire on you.
You can't do that.
So do you have anything on Donald Trump?
Probably the fifth or the sixth time I got around to doing that, he said, well, I know that money is missing from the Trump inaugural ball.
I said, is Donald Trump involved in that?
No.
Does Donald Trump know anything about that?
No.
I said, Michael, that's useless.
You're not going anywhere with that.
You asked me for your escape route.
I'm telling you your escape route.
All you have to do is be truthful if you have some real evidence on Donald Trump.
His litany was the same all the time.
I don't have anything on Donald Trump.
This is exactly the opposite to what I saw him say on TV.
He was telling the grand jury in Manhattan and the district attorney's office.
He said, I went in there, I believe if my memory is correct, 20 times, including two appearances in the grand jury, 18 times preparation sessions with the DA's office.
I was sitting at home listening to this and I said, that's nonsense.
That's not what he told Jeff Citron and myself.
And I decided at that point in time, I've got to make it known to both the defense and the prosecution, what the real story is, who this guy really is.
So I provided all this material to Donald Trump's lawyers and I provided it to the Manhattan DA's office.
And I asked for a meeting.
With District Attorney Bragg, because I wanted to go in there, let him look me in the eye, and let me explain all of the stuff that we had on Michael Cohen that showed that he's an inveterate liar, that God can't be trusted.
Bragg turned me down.
But what he did say was, I'll let you have a meeting with the assistant district attorneys.
Now, when the Trump people heard about all this, they insisted, as was they right under the law, that the DA put me before the grand jury.
So I was scheduled for a Monday.
On the Friday before, I gave the DA's office the courtesy of a Zoom conference for about an hour and a half.
Eight assistant district attorneys and me on the other end.
I explained.
They didn't really ask me any questions.
They just said, what do you want to say?
Nice warm greeting for somebody who's trying to show them the right path quietly and privately
so that they could correct their error before they made it.
Here's what happens.
Thank you. My name is- Well, I don't know if you can get a better, more detailed
explanation of it.
Here's the long and short of it.
The man is entirely incredible.
The five different prosecutors And there's a lot more evidence than that.
My goodness, have I ever spent the time telling you all the evidence that I have?
And I compiled it because I thought that the impeachment idiots were going to use him as a witness.
And I love to cross-examine.
And I love to cross-examine by having like, oh, three, four false statements in a row.
And then you hit them with the first one.
And by the time you get to the third or fourth, you're ready for the knockout, right?
I think I had about 40.
The House sent seven of them for prosecution to Benny Thompson.
But Benny Thompson is crooked, as you know.
He wouldn't have run the J6 committee the way he did if he wasn't.
It's pathetic, the people that we have in our government.
Really pathetic.
And dangerous as hell.
Dangerous as hell.
So I guess we'll be back in court again tomorrow.
Uh, maybe that the prosecution rests tomorrow.
Um, there'll be a very strong argument.
And if this were, if this case were in any other place, but a, one of the crooked Democrat, uh, controlled, uh, dictatorships, the case would be dismissed for failure to prove a crime.
Uh, a judge, Has the obligation to dismiss a case if there's no basis on which a jury can convict you.
Since they haven't proven it's a false statement, but rather proven it's true.
Since they haven't even cited a felony, that if it were a false statement, it was attempting to accomplish.
I don't know how you can go forward with this case.
There's gotta be some procedure where the chief judge of the court comes down and says, Judge, the case is, you know, like you do an intervention for a drug addict or like slap him across the face, wake up judge, the case is over.
Sorry, you know, you didn't do what you're supposed to do for the party and get Trump convicted, but too bad.
Maybe Engelmorin might do it with his little girl, I'm sorry, with his law clerk who sits on his lap.
He might get it with his $145 million judgment, which I'm still working on.
The case produced no damages.
Nobody was damaged financially.
So to compute damages, you start with some number.
And zero times 345,000.
What is that, Ted?
Do the numbers again.
Zero.
This is a tough one.
Zero.
I would think most kids in New York Communist-controlled public schools might not get this.
Zero times 345,000.
Yes.
That may be tough in today's schooling.
I don't get that one.
Why are you asking me such a tough question?
That's a really tough question.
And if I give the wrong answer, it doesn't matter.
Well, it's not a question of what the answer is.
It's a question of, isn't such a question racist?
How appropriate is it to ask such a question?
And if I give you an F, that's racist too, right?
Well, yeah.
Well, it depends what I look like, right?
Well, let's get to the point.
Zero times 345 is zero.
It's nothing.
There's no way to have come up with damages in a case where there's no damage.
The judge is making it up because, I mean, they've reduced it to 140-something, but that has no basis in anything either, other than 345 sounds worse than 140.
The only thing that sounds right is zero because they failed to prove any damage.
In fact, people made money.
Trump should argue, you got to pay me for the case.
The banks have to pay me for making money for, for them.
Oh, by the way, all those banks are willing to do business with them again because he makes money for them.
This is as absurd as it gets.
Now there's been an awful lot of talk and we're going to take a short, um, Should we take a short break now, Ted?
Is that a good time?
What are we going to do in this short break?
What's our... Our good friend, one of the first people we heard from after the whole kerfuffle with WABC, the great Mike Lindell, also known by many as Mr. Pillows.
Oh, this guy is remarkable.
I did a one-hour interview with him the other day.
I hope it's on his... I'm sure it'll be on his network.
It may have been on already.
You should really watch it.
It's very, very interesting.
He's got a fascinating life and a tremendous dedication to this country.
Uh, when you meet people that love this country, oh gosh, sometimes we, uh, make mistakes and sometimes we do things wrong.
I don't mean he, he does, I do, but it's all, all, all for the right reasons.
And then when you meet people like Biden, uh, they have no conscience and they have no soul.
They don't even care about their grandchildren.
Gosh, How did they, how did, even if he was actually beaten, which I believe he was, he still got 60 million votes.
My grandmother would have said to you, what are you, a student?
You can't see.
Even back then he was telling us how much he liked little girls touching the hair on his legs.
You 60 million who voted for him, you want a president who likes little girls touching the hair on his legs?
You think maybe that has to do with all the gender garbage we have going on right now trying to steal our kids?
Yep.
Well, we'll be back very shortly and get yourself a couple of pillows for Father's Day!
That's a good time.
I mean, look at the one over your right shoulder.
We'll come right back.
But that's a Mount Rushmore, patriotic-themed... I know a lot of guys who watch this show that would love to have that pillow.
Is that called a throw pillow?
What's a throw pillow, anyway?
Throw pillows like this, watch.

This is Rudy Giuliani back with you with America's Mayor Live.
The two photos you see in back of me, and this is a very, very tragic story.
But I think it's important to cover this story because so much propaganda has been built around, oh, those poor children in Gaza.
Look what's been done to them by the Israelis.
Aren't they trying to bring some cases into the International Court of Justice?
Well, let's set the record straight.
First of all, the Hamas estimates.
which have been relied on by our president and his ridiculously silly, foppy Secretary of State, Blinky Blinken.
From the very beginning, you know they're phony.
They come from an organization officially designated by your government, Dodo, As a terrorist organization, yet you keep citing their numbers as if they're gospel.
My former colleague and still good friend, Sid Rosenberg, stood up and said, based on what?
When you use those numbers.
Turns out you owe Sid an apology for throwing him out.
Because it was acknowledged today that the numbers aren't even half right.
Well, why would they be right?
And then, now that we get down to whatever the actual number of people killed, just the actual number, right?
How many of them did they kill?
You know, for the longest time, their bombs were backfiring.
I think it was up to 20 to 25 percent.
Backfired bombs can kill people on your side.
And they did.
They blew up a whole hospital.
So who's being credited with blowing up that hospital?
They blew up their own hospital.
Do they do it on purpose?
Or do they do it because they really aren't much of an army?
I don't know.
Now I'll tell you what they do do on purpose.
They get children killed on purpose.
And then they get them killed on purpose, then they exaggerate even that number.
There are more than enough Examples of footage, and sometimes I'll get somebody on here, because I've seen several good documentaries here, to show you this.
It's very hard to look at.
You can see children shot in the back because they're trying to escape.
You can see children put in front so that they'll get killed.
Their main headquarters was below the operating room of a hospital.
I don't even know if the Nazis did that or thought of it.
So, the biggest canard in this whole thing has been that the Israelis kill civilians.
That's what terrorist groups do.
Israel is a modern, democratic, lawful government that operates at one of the higher levels of integrity compared to even our allies.
And you can't really distinguish our best allies among three or four, but Israel is one of our best.
You don't have to take it from me.
You can take it from my hero, Ronald Reagan, who said, the reason that I favor Israel and will always favor Israel, it's not because of domestic politics.
It's because they're one of our very, very best allies.
And American people will never know how much they've done for us because there are things we can't even tell them.
And they have never said no to me.
And we're talking about things that, you know, we're talking about things that we shouldn't be talking about, that are needed to keep us alive.
And a lot of governments and a lot of human beings, their hands go like that.
I don't think Israelis have that capability.
I've been there after, after attacks.
I was the first one to ride a bus that had been bombed, but they had Omar.
I went there to calm them down.
They taught me a lesson that helped me on September 11.
These are super remarkable people.
Right behind me, that lovely young woman that you were looking at, no longer exists because of Hamas.
But it isn't that she just doesn't no longer exist.
It's the way she was brutally, viciously killed, the way animals Kill.
So when Trump calls them animals, Mr. President, you're probably understating it.
Her father is the man right next to her.
His name is Shani Luke.
L-O-U-K.
Shani came to New York a couple of days ago and gave a talk to explain this to people in New York so that they understood what What this combination of remarkably stupid and traitorous people are protesting for.
They're not protesting for civil rights.
They're not protesting even for a guy shot by the police.
They're protesting for terrorists that can kill some more young ladies like this.
The young lady is Nassim Luke.
She was 23 years old.
She's a German-Israeli.
I think dual citizenship.
And she was a tattoo artist.
And you probably have seen pictures of her because they were used a lot, you know, in October of her beautiful modeling of the tattoos.
She is a remarkably beautiful lady.
Look at her.
He is devastated.
And this was the first time I think he was able to talk about it.
and he said that she was at the music festival and she was grabbed by these animals and within seconds her a lot of her clothes were torn off and we did have and we have we have a picture that will capture uh this that's the picture uh at the at the very very bottom there you see her body uh her legs you can see bleeding you can see that uh the top of her Blouse was ripped off.
Thank goodness for purposes of dignity, she's face down.
I think at this point she was dead.
What they did to her before or after she was dead, I don't know.
They have had situations of rapes after death.
These people up here, the ones screaming and yelling, these are the people that the American students are protesting for.
So that they can remain strong so they can kill more Shanties.
Biden now is specifically on a campaign, as the New York Post pointed out in its editorial today, to preserve Hamas.
Remember, we can't rely on numbers, but let's use the Hamas numbers.
They say 15,000 dead.
I think Israel agrees with that.
Of course, it's hard to know exactly how big Hamas is.
Officially, probably about 35 to 40,000.
That leaves more of Hamas in existence than gone.
If you were to stop right now.
Its leadership is completely intact because it's been protected in Dubai and elsewhere by Biden.
Who's on their side.
It's now a hundred percent on their side.
So that these people who you see here can do more of this.
There's no other explanation.
Bibi has them cornered in, well, not quite.
Got very, very interesting.
And the Israeli IDF is so damn smart.
You just can't, you just can't just let them do their job, Joe.
Geez, let them do their job.
I mean, you don't let our military do its job.
Let their military do its job.
And what about all this thing?
I can't, I can't find, maybe somebody can help us with this.
I remember Sanctimonious Dodo during the campaign criticizing Trump for using a quid pro quo about military aid to Ukraine if they didn't investigate the Biden crooks.
Zelensky didn't investigate the Biden corruption.
A couple of problems with that, which we'll get to in a moment, but isn't what he's doing right now threatening Israel with no more 2,000 pound bombs, no more ammunition, no more intelligence?
Unless you stop it right now.
And what's his motive?
National security?
Like hell it is!
His motive is to get the extremist Islamic vote to the extent there is such a thing in Dearborn, Michigan.
Go to hell, Biden!
That's where you belong!
You belong in hell!
Selling out America for a couple of votes in Dearborn, Michigan by a bunch of crazy Islamics that hate our country?
That celebrated when the citizens of my city were destroyed by crazy Islamists?
You're gonna get more people killed over it?
How many people, when you finish Biden, do you want to kill?
You're in the thousands by now.
Not a single person in Ukraine would be dead because Putin wouldn't have invaded if we had a man in the White House.
And particularly if we had a man named Trump, when we have a creature who displays cowardice, dishonor, confusion, dementia, and a partiality for China.
Which is easily explained to a person like Putin, because a person like Putin is not like the moronic press and idiot liberals in our country.
He knows that China didn't give you 31 million dollars so that Hunter could buy more drugs.
And then you prove to us why he gave you that money when you gave up Bagram Air Base.
You gave up an airbase 400 miles from China.
Nobody even talks about it because everybody's censored.
I mean, there are things that even the conservative media doesn't emphasize.
How could you have possibly given that base away if you were a loyal American?
And the thing about you that is totally contradictory is loyal American and Joe Biden.
I mean, we've had a lot of crooks in this country, and I've prosecuted a lot of them.
But you are unique.
You didn't just make a fortune.
You made a fortune really selling our country out.
You sold us out to Ukraine, and you sold us out to China, and I'm not sure about Russia.
You're sure not winning that war in Ukraine.
Your silly idiot Blinken goes over there with 60 billion more?
You refuse to have an Inspector General for the money in one of the most corrupt countries in the world?
And you think you're helping the people of that country?
No, you're not.
You're playing with the crooks that you've always played with.
If you cared about the people of that country, which you don't, like you don't care about the people of our country, you'd make sure that money got to them.
I know Ukraine.
I know that money is not going to get to them.
I know Zelensky's mentor is a massive crook.
He was the chief money launderer of Ukraine, named Kolomoisky.
He was exiled until his guy got in, who he paid for, Zelensky.
Now he's in prison so that Zelensky can protect him.
And you can't insist on an Inspector General, because Zelensky would tell you to shove the Inspector General up your ass.
Or he'll put out the other pictures.
I don't know, Joe, I've got about 1,500.
But that's only one computer.
He may have the really perverted ones.
I don't know.
I got a couple of really perverted ones that I turned into the Delaware police and the FBI.
Of course, they didn't do anything with it.
They don't really care about your granddaughter being in danger.
Even Hunter cared about it, Joe.
There's another one that even the right-wing media covers up.
The text from Hunter to Joe saying, I'm a danger to the children.
That you, Joe, didn't do a damn thing about because you don't want to affect your political career.
Same reason you never recognized your granddaughter for four years because you don't want to affect your political career.
Broke the kid's heart by your wonderful, sweet wife putting out, what was it, only five stockings for Christmas, but none for your last granddaughter?
Two, three times?
All in the press?
Kid can read about that all her life, like her grandfather just pushed her aside.
Now, why'd you do that?
Embarrassed?
Come on.
How could you be embarrassed?
Your son was dating his sister-in-law.
And getting her to be a drug addict.
They wanted to save your measly, horrible, disgusting, corrupt political skin.
The same reason you made your son a bag man.
No decent father would do that.
Not even a decent mafia father would do that.
I have examples of mafia guys who would say, keep my kid out of it, keep my kid out of it.
You said bring my kid in.
Why?
Because you are a pathological, mentally ill narcissist.
Because it's safer for you to have your kid.
Plenty of people around Washington collect money for you.
Jesus.
You can't find bag men and wives.
If they make me the U.S.
Attorney in District of Columbia, I'll get you 50, 60 cases in a month.
The easy ones, you know, the smaller bribes.
You, you're a world-class bribe taker.
Honestly, I never heard of 31 million, 8 million, I put people in jail for $50,000, $100,000, $200,000.
You are really a world-class crook, bum, and piece of shit.
We'll be back very shortly.
Thank you.

I don't know, I just gotta show you this picture.
I just noticed it.
It wasn't on my list here.
That's Stinkin' Blinkin' and Corrupt Zelinsky shaking hands.
Zelinsky says, don't worry, I'll keep those other pictures, you know, under wraps.
Just make sure I get the rest of that 60 bill, huh?
And no Inspector General, Lincoln said.
We would never think of an Inspector General for the second most corrupt country in the world.
Never.
You know we're a crooked regime.
I think that's where the conversation was.
Oh, and then he went and he did his rock concert.
Which I don't know.
I'm biased, but it sounded quite awful to me.
Meanwhile, Meanwhile, just quickly, we've been in this position for two years, and the 60 billion?
There's no suggestion, offer, plan?
We don't know what we're going to do with it.
We're going to get the Russians out with that?
Don't think so.
I don't think so.
He's working on getting the Draft age down to 27.
It doesn't sound like there's an awful lot of enthusiasm in this country for the war.
There may be an awful lot of enthusiasm among the oligarchs for the money, however.
You got to watch that.
That's what happened with Arafat.
The money was so good, and when everything was offered to him to make the peace, he said, gee, I'd rather the war.
I'm making a fortune.
True.
And he's double-crossed Clinton, who he bamboozled for years.
I would say, knowing Ukraine better than most, biggest mistake made, whatever position you have on the war, if you think America should have helped, America was of no help by just freely giving them arms and cash without strings on it.
Now you say, what about the arms?
They sell them to other people.
Ukrainian mentality at that level of organized crime and oligarch, the people who surround Zelensky, the people who made Zelensky, the people who could take Zelensky out like that.
They consider when money comes in that some of it belongs to them.
They're not going to take, I mean, they're not complete pigs.
They won't take all the money.
They'll leave a little money for the soldiers.
They'll leave some guns for them.
It'll take a big half.
Wouldn't be surprised.
It might explain why it just completely stays like this.
I mean, I don't know.
You think we could have done better for 200 billion?
We've given Israel 14 and they're winning.
And we're trying to stop them from winning.
We're trying to stop Israel from winning.
And we're trying to keep them in a stalemate.
There are all kinds of theories as to why Biden doesn't want Ukraine to win.
He's afraid of Putin.
He's also been paid by Putin's best friend.
Could be tough when you've been paid by both sides, I guess.
Doesn't... Ted.
I know you don't like to get involved in these things like I do, but... I do!
Whoa, whoa, what do you mean?
Doesn't Blinken look like a wussy?
Stinkin' Blinken!
Yeah, I mean, I've always wondered where that guy came from, to be honest.
I always wanted to wear that.
He's the only guy that's about the same size as Lil' Z. Look!
I'd wear that.
But Lil' Z may be wearing his high heels.
Those are very expensive sweaters, I can imagine, with all the money.
The comedian actor who was made by the crookedest money launderer in, really in Eastern Europe.
A lot of people say he was much better than the Russians at it.
And the thing that hurts me the most, I'm looking at this and I'm seeing that the Russians are making little inroads now.
They're making little inroads again, because look, I would say that Putin This is like any rush to an armistice.
So each side in a rush to an armistice tries to get as it gets really vicious at that point, they want to get as much territory as they can, because the more territory you have, the better your bargaining position, right?
So one of the great frustrations for the Russians has not being able to get Kharkiv, which is this is very small map, Ted.
Will this help them at all if I show them Karkev right here?
Yeah, and I think we might even have a map where we can put it up.
Let's see if it has Karkev.
Ignore the, this was from a very specific time, but there's Karkev.
Ignore the red.
This is from March 2023.
Okay, that's really good.
I can see Karkev.
It was in red then at the beginning.
See, that's what Russia grabbed immediately.
Now they have consolidated it. So can we put a little... no, go back to that one.
We might as well go back to that one.
It's nice and clear and you can see it.
Do you see where that red arrow is?
That's about where the Russian occupation now begins.
Kharkiv is free, and everything west of Kharkiv is free to Kiev.
Everything west of Kharkiv is free to Kiev.
But that area between where the line stops and Bakhmut is now held by the Russians, as
is that little area around Mariupol held by the Russians.
That's all red.
That's their corridor to Crimea, which was a crucial strategic goal for Putin that he has obtained.
His obvious goal would be to take all of Ukraine.
If he couldn't take all of Ukraine, his fallback was, give me a continuous road to Crimea, which to him is critical.
And does he have other objectives beyond that?
Yeah.
Could they be contained if he got a deal?
Probably, probably.
So we know Putin's objectives.
Putin would love to look for an opportunity to get beyond that.
He's got objectives right, right beyond Crimea.
Then he's got some Russian ethnic territory that he could grab.
What's the Ukraine plan that we're paying for?
Do they really expect to throw Russia out?
I don't know.
I haven't heard.
I mean, I mean, I haven't even heard like a plan.
You might laugh at the plan, but I haven't even heard it.
We gave them the money so they could continue to fight.
And we know in our souls and our hearts that all the money's not going to fighting.
Because there's so many crooks there, it'd be impossible for it to all go to fighting.
And if it had all gone to fighting, it probably wouldn't look like that.
And the president refuses to have an inspector general.
I don't know, what does he have to tell you?
People are stealing the money?
And then Don't give me this holy horseshit about how you're doing it for the Ukrainian people.
You're screwing the Ukrainian people, just like you've always been screwing the Ukrainian people.
When you support, stay involved in, benefit from the utter corruption and degradation of that country, you're destroying the people of Ukraine, Joe.
And you're one of the most egregious in that respect.
Only people you're worse to are the people in the United States.
Here's an up-to-date map.
If it wasn't for you, every Ukrainian that died would be alive today.
There's no chance in a million years that Putin would have invaded under Trump.
Do I have to do it again?
I will.
Putin invaded three times in 15 years.
Under three presidents, but there were four presidents in that period of time.
He invaded Georgia under a weakened Bush.
He invaded Ukraine under 12 red-line Prince Obamas who never could shoot a single shot to protect Syria, and Russia had to come in and do it.
He did another one under Biden after you proved to be the most dishonorable, cowardly president in the history of the United States in all withdrawal from Afghanistan, where you got hundreds, if not thousands of people killed needlessly by withdrawing the troops before the civilians, which is like signing their death warrant in a country surrounded by terrorists.
You also gave away a strategic airbase And in addition, you gave a bonus of $85 billion in arms to the terrorists, some of which were probably used against the Israelis recently.
But it made the Taliban one of the biggest arms merchants in the world.
It's almost impossible.
It's almost impossible that this actually happened.
It's like a really bad movie, but it's our reality.
Because you stole that election.
You know, it really would be terrible if you actually were elected.
It's actually better for the American people if historically we can show them the truth that the election was stolen.
It would show we're not that stupid.
Maybe we're a little naive and maybe we're too trusting about the upper level of the Democratic Party being as corrupt as it is.
But at least we're not so stupid that we elected a demented man as president.
A lot of people, you know, wonder about that.
They look at you, and if you live in a different country, right, than America, and we look at you, and if the leader of another country was walking around like you, what would we say?
What's wrong with those people?
A guy's got to be put in a nursing home.
In your case, in a prison.
But let's take out the crimes.
So that's the situation in Ukraine, and I say Putin tries to grab as much territory as possible so that when he sits down and negotiates with Trump, he's in a position of as much strength as possible.
And what I am very, very concerned, I have a very personal interest in Kharkiv because I work there and I help them develop their emergency management center.
I know their story in great, great detail.
It's a really wonderful story.
And they have, as you can see, at the beginning of the war, they were captured.
And now for the last 18 months, they've been free.
Not that they haven't been bombed every other day.
They just tried about three weeks ago, another assault on Kharkov, and they got that shit kicked out of them.
The Russians did.
And I'm going to tell you, the people in Kharkov are mostly ethnic Russians.
But Putin made a very big mistake in 2014 when he invaded, invaded A city that admired him and killed people there.
And the mayor tried to stop it.
And Mayor Kearns.
And he wasn't able to stop it.
So he organized a militia and he threw him out.
Beat him.
He beat him.
One of the few places to actually beat him in that area.
And then they developed a very, very strong militia.
The mayor tragically lost the use of both his limbs.
When I met with him for the first time, he wanted me to help him.
First of all, with security in the town, because it had become chaotic.
And then secondly, with planning an emergency management center, he was unable to walk.
But man, he could get around.
He was sharp as a tack, and he had been a marathon runner.
He died before this war, shortly before.
And his deputy mayor, who was his I wouldn't say his brains, but equal to him, has now taken over and so far has won every battle with the Russians.
It's just out of pure gut.
But on the other hand, if Russia wants to, let's face it, they've got them outnumbered ten to one.
And I have a feeling that for purposes of negotiation, they want to get back to where we were showing them at the beginning of the war.
And make that land bridge to Crimea as big as possible.
Because then they could give like Karkev back.
And they'd have something to do.
I'm not sure they want Karkev anymore.
It's too antagonistic to them.
Karkev used to love them and vote their way.
Karkev now hates them with a passion.
And Putin's not a dope.
He's an evil murderer, but not a dope.
The areas of Ukraine By and large, that he's holding are areas that always voted for the pro-Russian Ukrainian party.
Now, he's created damage there by what he's done.
He doesn't have the support now that he had in 2013.
But he still has some inherent support there.
And in Crimea, he's got tremendous support.
But he doesn't want to hold on to a territory That's just going to spend its entire time, you know, rebelling.
And Karkev will do that.
It'll make the French resistance look mild.
But to grab them for a short time and use them for bait, smart.
And looking at where their armies are going now, I fear that that's the case.
And of course, there's also this whole thing that Biden has never given them enough to win.
So sometimes it's too complicated to figure out when people are that evil and that demented.
So any questions, Ted?
Well, we have a live audience as we do many nights down here in Florida.
And so we thought we'd start off by giving our audience a very, very quiet contemplative.
They're listening to every word.
Danny is never quiet.
Danny's never quiet, but Danny is so into the conversation and he's taking mental notes.
You know, he'll have a lot to say about this.
Let's, let's, let's offer our audience.
We'll just kind of send the mic around.
And if you have a question, mental notes, he's going to have me up until four in the morning.
Go ahead and ask.
So we'll go to our first friend here in the audience.
What is your question?
Fire away.
I'm curious, Rudy, where do you get your news from?
What are the most trusted news sources?
I see you have a lot of information in front of you.
And, you know, young people today get it all from the internet.
And, you know, back in the day, we used to read the journal or whatever.
So I get a lot of the basic news from the Wall Street Journal and the New York Post.
And even though I have some very, very serious disagreements with them, And yesterday they did an incredibly unfair article about me filled with lies.
There's still a solid publication where you can get honest news.
They're also the publication and the only one that had the courage to print the hard drive when I gave it to them.
I wish they'd be more honest about it and point out when they talk about the hard drive that they didn't get the hard drive.
It was given to them by me and nobody else would have been able to get it but me and the gentleman you saw, Bob Costello.
Because Mr. Mac Isaac wasn't going to give it to anybody else.
We were the last people he trusted.
And a lot of the damage that's been done to us has been done for that reason, including financial damage.
But in any event, by and large, you can trust the Post unless they get on their Murdoch-inspired anti-Trump craziness, which sometimes will include me because I'm, you know, A substitute.
If they can't beat up Trump, they'll beat me up.
And I would think they owe me a little more than that for having gotten on the hard drive.
At least an honest story.
Today's story was ridiculous, I'm not even going to mention it.
And it's just like, totally, internally contradictory.
And the guy claims he tried to reach me, but even if he did, I had spent 20, 30 minutes on the phone with his colleague, giving him my side of the story, and none of it appears.
And they pick a picture, Where I look like a maniac.
Hey, they just screenshot it and now they're going to use it.
I've been in this business for too long not to pick out a picture.
On the other hand, we're really, we are pretty damn desperate.
And I'm going to say, very many times I admire the Post and some of the positions they take.
Wall Street Journal is even further gone on Trump.
They really, Although in other areas, the Wall Street Journal is a very solid newspaper.
On the subject of Trump, they have a very serious case of Trump derangement syndrome.
And it affects their news coverage as well as their journalism.
I'm sure they don't recognize it, but they do.
But you can rely on them for basic facts.
They still have journalists.
The Times, Washington Post, they're useless.
Except for seeing what you have to deal with.
But when you read it, you usually find out that half of it's untrue from a, you know, they just, they make things up that fit their ideological perspective.
I use the New Epoch, I use the Epoch Times for China because they have tremendous information on China.
I have certain people who are scholars on these areas of the world and I talk to them all the time.
I have a particularly strong network that gets you inside of Iran, deeply inside of Iran.
So I'm pretty secure that I know what's going on there.
I've got a lot of, I did a lot of work in Israel.
I'm very well known in Israel.
And I might say, if I can say, I'm very popular in Israel.
So if I want to get something from Israel, I can get it.
And then you rely on 50 years of experience.
I've been in most of these places.
I had the privilege that Bibi gave me of actually watching the Iron Dome operate for two days during the first, well not the first, the third Palestinian attack when the Iron Dome was 98% successful.
And one of the nicest things I think I ever did As I got Bibi to write a letter to Mrs. Ronald Reagan thanking President Reagan for sticking with Star Wars, because if he didn't, a lot of Israelis would be dead.
And do you know who the major opponent of Star Wars was?
Don't know.
Biden.
Because he couldn't figure out the simple concept that if I have a missile that's faster than your missile, I can shoot it down.
Star Wars, Iron Dome, whatever you want to call it, is about as simple a concept as you can have and very complicated to do.
But here's a missile going along.
Here's a missile that's faster.
It takes it out.
The same way we take out airplanes.
Now, I explain that because I was in the administration then, and I actually helped to start Pfizer.
I explain that to a lot of Democrats or whatever, and they get it right away when you say, you know, the Star Wars thing is just being done for political purposes.
But for national security purposes, realize this is enormously important to us.
If we can develop missiles that can shoot down their airplanes and missiles, we can create quite a nice shield for ourselves.
But we always have to stay ahead of them.
I mean, we always got to watch out for the missile that can evade us.
And as long as we stay ahead of them, we can be safe.
And maybe eventually they'll just wear down and give up.
Well, that's what Gorbachev did for a while.
But then the Russians began and we cut back and Trump tried to rebuild a good deal of it.
And this guy has deteriorated it.
I don't know who he's working for.
I think he's, I think Biden's a communist, straight out, not communist.
When he knew what he was.
Here's Danny.
I'm in trouble!
Obviously, I believe that Biden is compromised.
He's corrupt and compromised.
And essentially, I don't even think that he's a president.
I think that Obama and Obama's people are the president.
If you look at Blinken, he was involved in the other administration.
All of these people, half of them helped with the Iran deal prior.
They're back in the administration again.
I think it's a possibility that Obama really controls what's going on, possibly Rice, but at the end of the day, we're looking now at his ratings are poor, they're tanking, and then it's ill-advised for him to take the side of the far left and AOC and take the side of the protesters and Hamas, like you said, for just a few hundred thousand votes.
I mean, he's probably going to lose millions of votes just to get a few hundred thousand.
Why are they making... doesn't that seem to be... forget our prejudices or our way of looking at things.
Doesn't that seem to be a stupid political position?
Yes, it seems to be completely illogical, which is hard for me to comprehend because he's allowing himself to tank in the polls.
Now, when you look at it now that he's tanking in the polls, it's like we were discussing this earlier, but it wouldn't make sense for him prior To debate.
He obviously can't hold himself in for a couple hours, maybe if he's on Red Bull or something.
So, the fact that he's willing to... I think it's super-octane Ritalin.
It's something.
Who knows?
Maybe it's his son's cocaine, but... Danny, it does wear off.
Have you noticed that?
Yes, because the next day after he talks, afterwards, he's like, Oh, yeah, please.
But anyway, we'll get a little closer to the microphone.
That's a very sensitive, but anyway, uh, so now what the polls going down, it seems like he's willing to debate now.
Right.
And he's going to debate prior to, uh, early voting, which means that I think he's really desperate, but we said earlier and maybe you can elaborate further, but I really think that this is just to see how well he does.
And if not, they're going to switch someone at the convention in July.
Wow.
Ted, what do you think?
You too.
By the way, if they switch someone at the convention, they're going to have an issue because they're the party of DEI.
How do you switch someone who the next person in line is Kamala Harris, who's black, but yet if you put someone who's white, like a Newsome, What do they do?
I mean, I think that right now, cheating is just substantial, just slightly substantial, not moderate rather.
I think Trump wins hands down.
And if you fought Trump for seven years, and then now you're trying to put him in jail.
Even if he wins, are you going to hand him the keys?
So now I know you're worried that they're going to do a real civil disobedience.
Correct.
You know, I was watching some tapes the other day.
with a, uh, because of a podcast we're going to do shortly.
I didn't realize how much preparation they did last time for civil disobedience.
I mean, they were, they were before the election, they were preparing to take over the Capitol.
And, and I think a lot of January six, six, which I think they orchestrated, they, uh, they, they planned and, uh, what they, they planned on several scenarios.
One is that one is the Trump would win and how they would stop them.
And one was, if Trump was ahead, how would they stop him?
And the other was, if Trump was behind but contesting, how would they stop him?
So they had plans for each scenario, and all of it involved insurrection.
And you have no such evidence about anything on Trump's side.
But these are hours and hours of tapes of Antifa people and planning how to take over the Capitol.
That is being ignored by the press, of course.
But I think it has to get out because if it doesn't get out, they're going to do it again.
This is the whole reason I got fired.
Or, you know, in a way, had I been willing to say I won't cover the 2020 election, I won't comment on it, I'd be back at ABC.
But I don't like censorship at all.
But I got very suspicious that I'm being censored on maybe the major issue.
If we can't cover what they did wrong before, they're going to feel perfect immunity to do it again.
The more we can get out what they did before, law enforcement, everybody else rallies around us to try to prevent it.
Well, that's why the real insurrection was November 5th, when the election was stolen from Trump.
And January 6th was just the cover-up of the insurrection.
Trump wanted to put 10,000 of the National Guard there.
Pelosi didn't allow it.
The mayor of Washington, D.C.
didn't allow it.
And then all of a sudden, an insurrection happens.
And from what we've read and what we've seen lately, there was at least 200 FBI hidden that participated.
And some of that information is slowly coming out.
And just like now, if you look at the protests at all the schools, 50% of the people that are being arrested are not even students.
They are professional antagonizers.
Which I think they're the same people that were involved in Antifa or BLM, and they just chose this cause.
Because the real issue is that it's the Constitution, it's the Republic, it's our democracy and our freedom, and the goal is for us to be sheep and to be ruled.
And that's what I think their long-term goal is.
And I think our job, I'm talking about myself and others, is to keep alerting the American people to this, so that we stay Very, very focused, very enthusiastic, very much on our guard.
Don't assume a damn thing and be ready to, in a political sense, fight like hell.
And I like, for example, in Pennsylvania, the Republicans are organizing large numbers to bring out the vote on the first day.
They want to see if they can reverse that whole thing where Democrats are winning by X amount by Election Day.
Some of it legit, a lot of it phony votes.
So let's see if we can, and if we stay active in that, that process, we'll be able to observe a lot of the cheating.
If we just let it go, and we're not there, I mean, they'll cheat like, I mean, in Philadelphia, if you don't cheat, you're not allowed to eat.
Well, are you, are you aware, I'm not quite aware, but are you aware of the, of the changes or of any of the modifications that, that is going to be made to monitor?
Well, big, big one, big ones in Georgia.
So Georgia just passed another reform bill that's going before the governor.
Somehow they got to the governor and separated him from, uh, uh, uh, the attorney general, uh, The one who said the election was perfect.
What's his name?
Uh, Ram... Rassenburg.
Brad.
Brad Rassenburg.
So, um, two weeks ago they put out the report.
Uh, uh, three, uh, uh, what was it?
3,000 votes, uh, triple counted, double counted, triple counted.
Which is just an example, right?
But 3,000 on 11, you're getting there, right?
You got to do it piecemeal.
But most importantly, 375,000 votes missing.
Rauschenberger immediately said, this doesn't mean anything.
How could 370, of course, the press buys it all.
How could 370, of course the press buys it all, and how could 375,000 paper ballots in
a state that was separated by 11,000 not matter?
Thank you.
Where are they?
What happened to them?
When you consider that we never got to inspect them, from our point of view, we have no idea what they are.
And I suspect very heavily, those are the ballots that caused a reason for why they didn't want us to inspect.
Because those are the ballots that are not folded over.
And they have to be if they're mail-in ballots.
Those are the ballots where we might be able to show a machine.
Did it?
Those are the ballots where, very suspiciously, you'll have 20,000 where just Biden's name is checked off, still not folded.
And most importantly, we can check the stationary.
Is it the stationary that was used and purchased by the state for the official ballots?
Or was it the stationery they were pulling into an alleged shop about four blocks away from the state arena where they were printing these up?
So, it's awfully coincidental that 375,000 are missing.
As a result of that, the governor, for the first time, he must be getting scared because he's been completely on the other side, has removed Rauschenberger from the election, any election duties.
Now that's a shot in the head.
I mean, Raffensperger kept saying he conducted a perfect election.
Well, you don't remove somebody who conducted a perfect election.
And getting him out of there gets probably, from the Republican point of view, the biggest liar.
And he had a report five days after the election in his desk that pointed out all of the Problems that had to be investigated.
And when he was talking to the president in the conversation in which they want to indict the president, he never told him about that report.
And the report lays out 45 different substantial irregularities.
One of them saying there's no chain of custody.
That the ballots were all switched around and there's no chain of custody.
Which is fatal.
He never told the president that.
He hid it.
It was discovered two years later.
And, um, I mean, there's a guy who belongs in jail, but I'm glad that, I mean, Campbell never put him in jail because they probably could rat on each other.
But, um, he took them off the election thing and the lieutenant governor, Bert Jones, looks like he's in charge.
Lieutenant governor was one of the leading Republicans advocating that the election in Georgia was fraudulent.
And advocating for a real recount where you could examine the paper ballots, which we never got.
And he actually was part of the group with Senator Ligon who asked Pence to hold up so they could do that.
What they wanted, they conducted their own investigation.
They had 120 witnesses.
Senator Ligon wrote a letter to And the whole group of Republican senators wrote a letter to Pence and said, please give us six days so that we can conduct a real, finally, a real audit because they kept counting the same phony ballots.
So let's assume that we're right.
The 365, 75 are the phony ballots they put in to make up for Trump's leading before they stopped counting.
If we found those, you had to switch the election.
So you had to protect those.
I mean, I remember one day we had we had our expert who's named Pulitzer, strangely, and he came in with all his people.
He had his little machine.
He was all ready to go.
And the state police, at the order of the governor, kept us out.
What the hell is the state police doing protecting democratic fraud?
And I mean, we weren't going to harm the ballots.
You could have a thousand state police around us.
Pulitzer had a process where you could put I think Georgia used just one stationer.
Some states use two.
Not much harder.
So you take the stationery and you put it on one side of the machine.
This is a guy who is an expert on paper, also on ancient scripts and texts and stuff like that.
So we developed a machine, you put one side here, this is the known, and then you take all the ballots and you run them through the machine.
The machine will kick out anything inconsistent, with the official stationery.
And then you'll get to examine it and you'll see, well, did the machine make a mistake?
Or, gee, this is cheaper paper.
Where'd this come from?
And then you may actually get to see on it strange things like only Biden for 40,000 votes, or he believed with some evidence.
That they were using a machine.
They were too lazy to check off the ballots themselves.
They were using a machine.
That you can tell.
You can tell the difference by examining it.
You can tell the difference between one done like that and one done by a machine.
Now, if this was all on the up and up, and you wanted to prove to the president that the election in Georgia was straight, why wouldn't you let us do that?
Instead, you lie, you cheat, you get the crooked press on your side.
Georgia, Georgia, I think, will have a free and fair election this time because they have changed the rules.
What's he leading by?
Eight percent there?
Yeah.
And a couple of them is really pulling away.
Yeah.
Arizona.
Arizona also was a place they cheated like hell.
And I think the people of Arizona are disgusted.
I think we're going to still have trouble in Pennsylvania.
Not that the people of Pennsylvania won't vote for him.
Gosh almighty, he had a landslide in Pennsylvania.
I was shocked.
I am, among his advisors back then particularly, one of the biggest proponents of Pennsylvania.
In 16, I argued like hell that he should work in Pennsylvania.
And we hadn't won Pennsylvania in a long time, like we haven't won New Jersey.
New Jersey might be this year's Pennsylvania.
And I knew he'd make a connection with them.
And he won it, and he won it by 2%, 2.5%.
On election night, when I saw he was ahead by 800,000 votes in Pennsylvania, I felt so proud.
I also told somebody stupidly, this is too much for them to steal.
But I underestimated the ability of Philadelphia to cheat.
I mean, they've been doing it since before I was born.
New York's been doing it since Boss Tweed.
These Democratic machines are crooked as hell.
And it's no coincidence that they did all this messing around in crooked Democratic cities, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh, Detroit.
You can go into court and the judge will treat you like, you know, get out.
They win.
You'll have no chance.
You can't even put witnesses up.
The reason I escaped the courts and went to the legislature is so that we'd have a record of this.
Because at least I could get Republicans in the legislature to allow these witnesses to testify.
And then some of the legislatures like Arizona and Georgia went beyond us, called their own witnesses.
Georgia's got a hell of a case.
Lincoln put together a hell of a case.
And the attorney and the lieutenant governor knows it.
I don't know if he can say it out loud.
Lincoln can.
But Atlanta, the worst cheating was in Pennsylvania.
Because they had the most to make up.
But per capita, if that's possible, the most cheating was in Georgia.
And isn't it funny that all the states that he was ahead in, when they stopped the counting, Biden won every one.
He didn't even pull out one.
And how about the fact that in every one of those states, he's ahead now?
In a few of them, by a lot, things changed that much.
Yeah, but I think part of the reason is that, and who knows, maybe it's God's will, but the people had to see what the other side was going to do.
If Trump did win, I mean, he won't, but if he was in office and he wanted to make change, he might have the people fighting back against what he wants.
You're saying this, you think in a strange way, this could turn out to be a good thing because he'll have more popular support.
Correct.
Because when he wants to make change now, people can't fight him, especially to like, We see what they want to do with the border.
First, the border wasn't a problem.
Now everyone sees the border is a problem.
And the way things work, that could be right.
Yeah, and then defunding the police.
And now everybody wants safety in their cities, you know, and many other things.
And whether it was the Ukraine war, whether it was how we exited Afghanistan, whether it's other wars around the world, whether it's not standing up to China, standing up to North Korea, Iran, everything.
And so now the people now got to see what it's like To live under that type of administration.
And so now I think even if you're a moderate, I think he's going to get a lot of independence.
Obviously people in the far left are not going to vote for him, but I think moderates in independence now have to ask themselves, which was, where was I better off the four years of Trump or the four years of Biden?
Even if they don't like Trump's demeanor, they don't like how he acts policy wise.
What is better for them and their family food prices are higher.
I think.
their kids are being indoctrinated in school.
If kids wanna have a sex change, five and six year olds are spoken to by their teachers
and you don't have to notify the parents.
And I think parents are worried.
I think a lot of people are worried about the direction of where the country is going.
So if you're moderate or independent, I think that you're able to witness that.
I think Danny, you're laying out the reason.
I had the poll here a little while ago.
He's so he's so far ahead and getting further ahead.
And I agree with you completely on the strategy of the debate.
I think the debate and you can't escape that is June 24th.
Which has never had a debate on June 24th.
It's extremely early.
They want the mail-in balloting before the debates.
You could say, well, if you want to do it early, do it when the mail-in balloting starts.
This is before the mail-in balloting.
It's before the conventions.
So I think it's a dry run for the convention.
Take a look at them.
And see if he can make it to the finish line.
Right.
I think that if he's not successful in the debates and the polls are not raised enough where he's competitive, they're going to have to pull him and they're going to have to find somebody they could say, you know, dementia or something else.
He's just okay.
And he doesn't move the needle.
He doesn't get destroyed.
But he gains nothing.
Yeah, but if he doesn't move the needle, he's still behind significantly at the moment.
It's going to be harder to get rid of him then, though.
If they get him all pumped up and he looks, if he looks so that the jerkos can say he looks all right, then it's going to be hard to get rid of him.
What they need to get rid of him, they need him to fall apart.
Well, see, I think that it's Obama behind the scenes wanting him out.
I guess it could always get him to lie.
It could always get him to lie.
Yes, but they need him.
They have so much on him.
They need him out, because if Trump wins, a lot of people are going to be exposed.
A lot.
A lot.
It's not going to be vindictive.
And I think Obama has a lot to lose, and I think a lot of information on Obama is going to come out.
That's what I think.
I think you're right.
And we're going to continue.
This conversation is not over.
We're going to continue it tomorrow night with who knows what's going to come out tomorrow in court, in other places.
And we'll see what happens on this debate, which now Trump has agreed to.
June 24th.
I mean, it's coming up pretty soon.
Earliest presidential debate ever.
Sounds like Biden wants to keep Kennedy out.
You know, that's another issue that we didn't discuss, but the commission would have allowed Kennedy in if he was on the ballot in enough states, and he's getting there.
He's pretty close, and he's at 15% or better, and he is that.
So this could also be Biden trying to escape a Kennedy debate, because in addition, he said he's not going into the commission debates.
He's offered these two debates.
As the debates, and he is not going to go into the commission debates.
Now, I think that's because he doesn't want RFK in the debate.
Yeah, he doesn't want RFK in the debate.
I mean, Democrats will get a chance to see a totally senile, dopey, stupid old man and at least a compass menace Democrat.
You said this morning, Danny said it during his comments here tonight, the reason they're doing this in June, one, the polling is so bad, they have to put him out there, and they do, they must feel, the people closest to Biden, they must feel that one, he'll perform well enough and get through it going into the conventions, or two, as you've mentioned both at different times today, they don't know for sure, so get him out there, If he drops or doesn't do well, people are really against him and Trump blows him out of the water.
It gives them time to nominate somebody else.
It will not be Kamala Harris.
There'll be some pressure being the first female.
The only thing I disagree with is I have a suspicion they know how they want this to come out.
I don't think I don't say test.
I don't think this is just like pure old test.
Yeah.
Will Joe do well or?
And I think they want him off.
Yeah, I believe so.
You know why?
He could perform well, and three weeks later, he could stop talking.
They may think they control everything.
They do not control dementia.
Dementia operates on its own, and it takes you eventually.
And he's dangerously close to a guy that looks like he's going to go into, I don't know where the hell I am, and I don't know who the hell I am.
And if that happens, there's nothing they can do.
And that's the wild card that you have no control over.
None.
The problem is, he is the best kind of person for these people behind the scenes that are calling the shots, right?
What better than a president who's not all there?
They can total control him.
The president has to at least be able to get past what he's doing.
He's got to be able to get up and at least say, hello.
If he gets up and says, If they make the calculation that he can win as a puppet without a brain, they'll keep him.
But you're right, they may be at the point where they're making the calculation.
What I'm saying to you is, no matter what happens on the 24th, they're not in control of what happens on September 1st.
This disease is the disease in which every family who's dealt with it, if the person doesn't die, the person goes out of it.
He wakes up one morning, usually unexpected, doesn't know who the hell he is, who you are, or where the hell he is.
And that's the disease he has.
They can lie all they want.
That's what he has.
And you can see it happening.
You can see how it's much worse now than it was a year ago, year before, year before.
And you can see it developing from that.
But now, I mean, now they have to surround them with all these people.
I don't know how they rigged Air Force One so you can get on with four steps.
Jeez, my little two and a half year old granddaughter could get on there now.
I mean, it's ridiculous what they're surrounding him with all these people, so we don't watch how he walks.
Every step is like a drama.
Is he going to fall apart?
Well, we are going to be back tomorrow.
I'm going to ask everyone, as I always do, to pray for the people of Israel since they're being stabbed in the back by Biden.
Number two, pray for the people of the United States because they're being stabbed in the back by Biden.
And pray for us.
And we thank you for giving us the strength to be able to combat this.
God bless America!
See you tomorrow at three on X, all the rest of the channels, and then at eight again.
That's our new schedule, and we're working on a whole big new schedule.
But right now, We've got to keep up with getting you the news nobody else will get you, like on ABC, where you will not hear anything about the 2020 election fraud, even though there's a lot of evidence developing, like the dismissal of the Secretary of State in Georgia.
You have a right to know that.
Certain networks will censor that so it doesn't hurt Biden.
We'll be back tomorrow.
God bless America.
