America's Mayor Live (E407): The Truth About Michael Cohen
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
Good evening.
This is Rudy Giuliani with America's Mayor Live.
And tonight we have a breaking piece of news.
I'm asking Dr. Maria to cover it because we're just getting the details of it.
And it relates to, again, a subject that would be barred on WABC, my former employer or whatever it was.
I mean, I don't mean that sarcastically.
I'm not sure I was like an independent contractor.
I guess it would be employer.
But in any event, this would be barred on WABC.
And that is Doug Raffsenberger, the scoundrel, as I've called him any number of times, has been removed from the state election board so that they don't Screw up the next election.
Like they have, according to the Lieutenant Governor Bert Jones, who I heard very briefly, under Rauschenberger, they failed to have a really straight election without any real problems.
Something like that.
It's a nice way of saying, because I know Bert very, very well.
And I know this follows on the heels of what Dr. Murray and I reported to you.
Which was the thing that had a lot to do with my being dismissed by WAVC.
And that is that they discovered in Georgia 3,000 double counted votes after years of saying that I and my colleagues were lying that votes could be double counted.
In fact, you know, I displayed votes that were quadruple counted, and they denied that with tapes and videos that they sent to the Bar Association.
And although I showed that those tapes and videos were deliberately manipulated by them or the Bar Association, the judge in that case, or hearing officer, A product of the democratic machine seemed to have no reaction to it.
I sure can tell a fix when there's a fix.
But in any event, we'll cover that in a little while and it is just further evidence that has to be considered with regard to the integrity of the 2020 election so that we don't make the same mistakes in 2024.
I know there are people who feel you're beating a dead horse when you're dealing with 2020.
Unfortunately, it is not a dead horse.
It's a very alive horse and it could be running even stronger in 2024.
So we'll get back to that in a moment, uh, or at the break, right after the break with, with the incomparable Dr. Maria.
But, um, let's talk about the trial today because that's something that I guess I particularly know more about than most people.
And unfortunately that would be the character, uh, the character of, um, Of Mr. Cohen, who I dealt with, um, uh, sort of, you know, norm, normally for quite some time as a, as a friend and, uh, of, of Donald Trump as the mayor of New York.
Uh, he was an active guy and, um, uh, I don't know what to say about what it means when a prosecutor puts a person who has been, um, Dismissed for his credibility by the Southern District of New York.
I don't know what it means about how desperate that person is to frame somebody.
This is something I think maybe only a prosecutor would have a perspective of, but Michael Cohen went into the Southern District of New York at a time which Southern District of New York very much wanted to make a case on President Trump and on me, which is kind of Shame, because I was their leader, and maybe one of their three or four best-known leaders in history, and one of their three or four most successful in history.
It hurt that they wanted to do it.
I knew I was completely innocent.
They, of course, were behind the warrant to raid my house, which shocked me.
Raid my law office, which I almost fainted over.
And they were desperate to get me, and of course, more importantly, through me, my client.
Things have changed there.
The lack of judgment, the overzealousness, the length of time they took to do it, the intrusions into constitutional rights like right to counsel, the three-year monitoring of my iCloud account without telling me and without supplying me even now with the justification for it.
All of that is where, unfortunately, is par for the course.
But here's the thing about the Southern District that I have to say.
When it came down to making the prosecutorial judgment, they weren't going to be bought or pressured.
And they didn't prosecute me, and they didn't prosecute Trump, and particularly Trump, because I had no dealings with Cohen, so he wouldn't have been a witness with me.
They didn't prosecute President Trump.
And they went to the hearing for Mr. Cohen and said, we can't give him any credit for cooperation because he continues to lie.
And we have discarded him as a witness with whom you could possibly have any credibility and put him on the witness stand.
Now, once that's done, what kind of slimy bum of a prosecutor takes him?
Bragg.
Well, in Bragg's defense, he didn't take him the first time.
He turned the case down, aware of the fact that he didn't have a witness.
Well, today, number one, he's got a witness that is a perpetual liar.
And therefore, in essence, just is a walking reasonable doubt.
It is impossible.
In good conscience, to take anything that he says that's serious and say that you can add that to something that can be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.
Now, in this case, all of the odds add up to him lying.
His original statements were there for quite some time.
He made them very, very persuasively.
He made them on tape.
He insisted on them in a long, long interview with Chris Cuomo, which Chris Cuomo really probably interrogated him as well or better than any of the lawyers interrogated him.
And he insisted, quite credibly, that he put the money up and that Trump didn't know about it exactly at that time, that he was doing it because Trump Uh, was, uh, uh, uh, uh, involved with, you know, the, the campaign very deeply and that, uh, that whole, uh, that whole thing had come up about, uh, Billy, Billy Bush.
And he was just going to take care of it.
Now I'll tell you the backstory.
The backstory is that he desperately wanted a job in the administration.
The biggest reason why you have to know he's a liar is he went on the witness stand.
After it's all over, and now he's the reformed come-to-Jesus Cohen, right?
He went on a witness stand, and Benny Thompson, quite ceremoniously and totally dishonestly, which would be par for the course for Benny Thompson, as you will see, said to him personally, you know, if you lie, I'm going to personally make sure you get prosecuted.
By the way, that's a lie, because he did perjure himself six times demonstrably, and Benny Thompson went and hid in Joe Biden's basement, where they all hide when they commit a crime.
And he, Colin, gets up there and he lies several times, of which I'm aware, and I write them all down because I'm representing Trump at the time.
And then he says one that blows me out of my chair.
He says, under oath now, in answer to, I believe, Jim Jordan's questions.
He says, I never wanted a job in the White House.
I never asked for a job because they are basically cross-examining him with the motive that he wanted a job.
He didn't get a job and he only turned on Trump after he didn't get a job, you know.
Okay.
So that's a legitimate line of questioning and a very good reason why he could be lying and is lying.
But he says, no, that's not right.
I never asked a job, I never asked for a job in that administration, and I wouldn't ask for a job in that administration.
I wouldn't be with them, not the president, but them, the people around.
By the way, who all hated him, or hated him, or, I can't say they hated him, they all wondered, you know, Mr. President, what the hell do you have him around for?
He really doesn't sound right, or look right, or seem right.
And the president has an affinity for people that he thinks he can help or rehabilitate or whatever.
It's true.
So he says that right straight out.
And I drop my pen and I say, Rudy, thank God you're not Joe Biden and you've got a great memory.
I remember the first time he asked me right after the election to help him get a job in administration.
I remember the second time.
I remember the third time.
Then I remember, at least, and now I'm starting to write the names down, the people that came to me and complained that he was pestering them to try to get a job and to go to Trump.
And I came up, I wrote, but before, before the real epiphany occurred, I wrote down about three, four of the names, plus the occasions for me.
And then I said, Oh my goodness.
There's a tape.
He was on Chris Cuomo's show several days after the election.
May have been a little more than several days.
I always thought it was several days later.
I think it was November 10th.
Hard to find the tape now.
I'm going to dig it out of my podcast for you.
And he said to Chris Cuomo, First he says he wanted to be, then he says that he knows he is going to be appointed as the Chief of Staff.
It is true he wanted to be Chief of Staff.
It is not true he was ever appointed Chief of Staff, or that a serious thought of that half-wit being Chief of Staff passed the mind of Donald Trump.
And if he was going to be Chief of Staff, I think Donald Trump's children would have all fainted.
But in any event, he was never made chief of staff.
But what it contradicted completely was his statement under oath that he didn't want a job.
And I thought, wow.
What a piece of evidence for honest Benny Thompson, who's going to prosecute anybody who dishonors his committee and lies.
And you put the first track up and it says, I don't want a job and never asked for a job in that administration.
And immediately you have, Oh, I want to be secretary of state and I was offered secretary of state.
Well, now a Democrat, a two tier justice.
Let's use them to prosecute Trump and forget about it.
Let's forget about it.
Like the mafia.
Let's forget about it.
Well, the Southern District of New York is not the mafia.
The rest are.
The guy's a complete liar.
And I'm going to tell you why he did it, really.
Because he wanted a job in the administration and he knew he wasn't going to get one.
He knew he wasn't going to get one because he was shut out of the 2016 election.
He couldn't get, nobody would let him near Trump.
And worst thing of all, nobody wanted him near a microphone.
A couple of times he was on television, at the beginning of the campaign, I would get calls to see if I could help keep him off.
And I was asked first my advice, and I was told, don't you think he makes a terrible impression?
He said, we all look like gangsters with him on TV.
I said, I'm not sure about that, but he really does babble kind of.
I mean, he doesn't really seem to have a point or a message.
Well, the reason was he wasn't in contact.
He's making it up.
And I'm not going to say, I said before, he's not really, he's not Biden.
He's not really dumb.
Uh, in some ways he's a sharp guy, but he's, he's got a problem telling the truth.
Real problem, as you can see.
So, I mean, how, how in the name of heaven do you use him as a witness here?
And his first and original version, if you're talking about You know, which can you trust beyond a reasonable doubt is his first and original version, because it squares with his motive to wanting a job.
He put up the money.
He surely did that.
He went and borrowed it.
He didn't tell Trump.
And now you want the, you want the, you want the piece de resistance?
I know because I negotiated with his lawyers, uh, about him and talk to his lawyers, both, both Bob Costello and his other lawyers.
The real reason he asked for that money back is when he didn't get a job.
He was putting up that money because he thought it would put Trump in a position where Trump had to give him a job when he let him know that he put out the money.
And he didn't ask for it back until after.
And that's why the transaction takes place in 17.
So that's the factual analysis that blows him out of the water.
Here's the non-factual but human analysis that takes place with regard to this.
And it's, the words are, legal expense.
He was paid as a total, I had here right, $420,000.
And it wasn't just for that payment.
That was about 150 of it, 155.
There was also a $50,000 item for something else, a $60,000 item for something else, and several other items.
So what do you call those things lumped together with the 420 when you have an entry box of
about that big?
You can't write it all down.
You can't say technical services $50,000, bonus $60,000, hundred and something thousand taxes, a couple of minor things, and then $155,000 payment for settlement.
So you put down a legal fee or a legal expense.
Now the government, to get a minor little teeny misdemeanor conviction that carries You know, parking tickets or driving without a license.
To get a conviction, they got to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the word legal fee, legal expenses is false.
Those words are deliberately false.
Even though that's exactly what they were, according to Cohen's testimony.
So as of today, the case should have been dismissed.
The chief witness just became another witness for the defense.
I always think I'm on the prosecution side.
It comes with the territory of having been a great prosecutor.
So I don't know what's left of this case.
If you take the testimony of all these people together, you don't get past the false statement misdemeanor part, because they make out the case that the statement is correct.
Or sufficiently close to a proper description so you can't say beyond a reasonable doubt that it's false.
And if you can't do that, we don't enter the realm of New York statutes, do we?
And then when we enter the realm of New York statutes, we still haven't been told what the underlying crime is.
Why did he make, in this case now, a true statement?
What was the motive for it?
And it doesn't matter what the motive for a true statement is because that wouldn't make it illegal.
It has to be a false statement.
So what's the end result of this?
We don't know.
It hasn't been charged yet.
We haven't been given a statute.
Surely a case like that has to be dismissed.
That's a glaring violation of due process.
It is screaming out for dismissal.
Our lady justice has put down her two weights and she's yelling and screaming, brag you bum!
Dismiss the case!
You're putting me out of business!
The whole world is looking at this and they know America has no justice with this case.
Mershad, Mershad. Please save judges.
Other judges don't deserve the lack of respect that they're going to get as a result of delivering the decision of a prostitute to the Democrat party.
This case is so clearly a mistrial.
This case is so clearly a dismissal that you're going to go down in history probably as one of the most crooked judges ever.
And it will come from one of the most crooked courts ever, the Manhattan version of the New York Supreme Court, all appointed by, well, I shouldn't say crooked, most political, most political court ever.
Because you're all appointed by the Manhattan Democratic boss.
And you don't have really the freedom to decide political cases on your own.
You never do.
You're there to do their gerrymandering and you're there to do their, uh, uh, getting people thrown off the ballot for not having enough signatures.
And then you're there for the big ones like this to see if you can help join with three other, uh, crooked cases and two other crooked prosecutors and frame the president.
So you can do the totally ridiculous thing of prosecuting and trying to press him four times in one year.
That happens to be the election year.
Then look at the American people and say, Well, this wasn't done to interfere with the election.
And judge, like, you don't let him out of court?
You don't give him, I mean, he has a right if he wants to exercise it, doesn't he, to voluntarily absent himself?
What the heck do you care if he's there or not?
Most prosecutors would rather have the defendant not there for most of the time because they argue or the jury impression would be the guy's too arrogant, doesn't give a damn.
Might be different in Trump's case because people would know why he was absent, but still it would look bad.
And I'm not sure he would be missing that often, but at least you wouldn't be blatantly violating his ability to run.
And don't, and Wednesday, Wednesday day for, for, for, for, um, recess.
Come on, Mershon, you're not, you gotta think we're, we're stupid, huh?
You're really not as smart as you think you are.
You did that so you didn't use a Friday or Monday and you'd have three days to campaign.
I mean, you are there to get as much out of election interference as you can for as long as you can.
May I suggest to you that for purposes of whatever small reputation you have left for honesty and integrity, you can redeem some of it by throwing this case out.
And maybe it might actually be very good because if they can't count on being able to pull all your judges, who the Democrats appoint, if they can't count on pulling your strings, like the ridiculous decision in Pennsylvania, the Pennsylvania statute says that for every counting, every candidate has to have an inspector present.
Well, the inspector was present for us, or 200 of them.
They were all put behind a barrier and couldn't see a damn thing.
And the, uh, all but one, uh, dishonest, uh, politically appointed, politically owned judge ruled that, uh, you could be present.
You don't have to say anything.
One judge wrote, well, of course that makes no sense.
That's like being a potted plant.
A statute, the words in the statute aren't just words, they have to make sense.
Just to be present and looking at the ceilings, you can't possibly comply with the statute.
I'm sure every one of the judges on that court believed that and were so intellectually dishonest as to rule to the opposite because they were controlled by the very, very crooked machine in Philadelphia and in Pennsylvania.
So we're going to take a short break and we will be right back.
To live his honor's promise to do good and never forget the sacrifices
America's greatest heroes have made for us.
Heroes who risked their lives to keep our communities and our country safe.
Heroes like United States Marine Corps Captain and Pilot John Jeremy Sachs.
Captain Sacks sustained fatal injuries when his military aircraft crashed during training, killing him and five other service members.
He's remembered by loved ones as courageous, brilliant, and devoted to his career, family, and friends.
John is survived by his wife, Amber, who gave birth to their second daughter three months after his death.
Tunnel to Towers paid the mortgage on the family home for Amber and their two daughters.
The foundation has helped over 1,000 military and first responder families navigate the worst of times by removing the burden of a mortgage payment.
Our nation's heroes and their families need your help now more than ever.

Welcome back to America's Mayor Live. And as you know, this is Dr. Maria. And Dr. Maria was
getting the details on the On the breaking case in Georgia.
Well, it's a couple things in Georgia, but yeah.
One we discussed several times, you know, last week.
The missing ballot.
You already know about that.
I think everybody knows.
Just give them the numbers.
3,000 ballots that were double or more counted and 375,000 ballots that are missing.
But the election was straight, says the governor.
There's a couple things with that I want to let everybody know.
As I said, we were on X this Sunday, uncovering the truth at 10 a.m., but we were also on Facebook War Room.
Couple things with that I want to let everybody know.
As I said, we were on X this Sunday, Uncovering the Truth at 10am, but we were also on Facebook
War Room.
I believe we were on his platform.
Do not trust print anymore.
Do not.
If you're to Google anything, you're going to get misinformation about the 2020 election.
And it's, uh, it's about really trying to form this group thing.
So please listen, listen to the different hearings on your own and make your own judgment.
Also, may I say, as I said, Sunday, Mayor Giuliani saw.
That right after the 2020 election that several lawyers, they weren't working with him, but good good lawyers try to take different states to court on different things about fraud.
They weren't allowing it.
They really weren't allowing witnesses.
He unfortunately, at the 11th hour had to jump in for another lawyer in Pennsylvania.
And they didn't give him time to prepare and he went in and he had all these witnesses in Pennsylvania.
These are American citizens, good people, all had great jobs that witnessed fraud or they were poll workers, unable to observe.
They were kicked out.
But anyways, the judge wouldn't allow any witnesses.
So Rudy had the bright idea.
How can I turn my back on these people who are brave enough to come forward and put their names on affidavits?
So he had this great idea.
To go to the different legislators in the different states, because that's who's responsible for election integrity at the presidential level.
And these witnesses got their voice heard.
Those are all recorded.
Those were all done to preserve history.
Print can't change that.
Same with that hearing about the missing ballots.
That's my whole thing on that.
I won't get into that anymore because you've covered it.
But please go and see the hearing yourself.
I'm sure you could find it.
You guys are much more savvy than I am on the internet.
They do try to bury this stuff.
I do recommend DuckDuckGo, but I'm told there's even better ones that don't censor.
I do better on DuckDuckGo.
Oh my God, it's been, I haven't found it yet.
We're going to find it.
I think I know exactly where I stashed it away.
I do recommend DuckDuckGo, but I'm told there's even better ones that don't censor.
I do better on DuckDuckGo, not a hundred percent better, but better.
So what I want to talk about is after the 2020 election, the state of Georgia, the legislature said,
we have a massive, massive problem.
And we don't understand because Brad Raffensperger, You know, said it was a safe election, but it doesn't look that way.
And our Governor Kemp, like, we don't feel he's doing enough.
So they passed a law in 2021 for election integrity.
Of course, the Dems said it's voter suppression.
Well, they just finished doing a new bill strengthening what they did in 2021.
And I like it.
I'm sure there's more work to do, but Just in 2023 alone, they removed 500,000 people that were ineligible to vote, whether they died, moved, whatever.
I wonder why they kept 500,000 people on the rolls for years.
To an election in 2035.
I wonder if it couldn't be because they wanted those available for the phony ballots they produce and then you attach the registration to it.
Could that be the possibility?
So this bill is called SB 189.
The governor is expected to sign it.
They also tighten up about Who you are and where your address is.
So no longer the only, you know, being able to say P.O.
Box.
You're going to have to get better identity that you are actually a resident allowed to vote in that particular county.
What else are they doing to tighten that?
Did they close down the factory where they were making the phony ballots?
The little factory about four blocks away?
This is really good.
So, okay, a lot of really high level people think the reason all of a sudden they're missing 380-whatever-thousand ballots from the 2020 election is because if people ever got their hands on it, they could see those were the same paper, not the right paper.
So what this new bill, SB 189, will do, they're going to watermark the ballot.
I love it.
Kemp would never let you see the watermarks.
I love it.
And they brought up their very... Do we have a right to see it, or does Kemp get to keep them all?
No, they also have expanded what poll watchers can observe.
You have to know, we have never had, with all the recounts, whatever, all they do is recount the same phony ballots.
We have never been able to examine one single piece of legitimate voting paper and was stopped actually by the state police when Mr. Pulitzer got there to do it with his machine.
I mean, I thought they were going to faint when they saw the machine.
And that was done by Kemp and Rauschenberger to protect the Democrats because the Democrats really think That Kemp stole the 2018 election, as you know from Kill Chain.
People would watch Kill Chain, you'll see that- Recommend you do that.
Watch it yourself.
That a bunch of liberal Democrats really assert that Kemp stole it by cheating.
In his election, yeah.
And the peace treaty was they threw out ENS and they took in Dominion.
So, a couple things.
Look at Kill Chain.
It's a little different.
It's about the machines.
believe high, high professionals in the IT world, maybe 2017, you have Senators
Klobuchar, Senator Sanders and a couple other ones.
It's a little different.
It's about the machines.
It's about how the machines can be manipulated.
In this bill, they're very concerned because of the high risk potential
because Kilchain points it out.
With every voting machine in America right now, what they did is they had hackers come into Las Vegas and look at the machines.
100% of them could be hacked.
So we should all be concerned about this and we should look at it.
So I am very impressed with Georgia.
They saw that there was fraud in their election.
And remember, Biden only won by 13,000 votes.
And they really, really believe in their heart of hearts that Trump won Georgia.
So they're expanding the poll watchers, what they can observe, what they have access to.
They also, as Lieutenant Governor pointed out, right?
Mm-hmm.
Burt.
Burt Jones.
Burt Jones.
Very good guy.
We remember Burt Jones.
Good guy.
Burt Jones was...
Bert Jones was of course a privy and I believe signed on to the Lytton report which came to the definitive conclusion at the end of 2020 that the vote was stolen in Georgia and way too fraudulent to make a determination as to who won and they wanted more time to do it.
That's only one from Pence.
There's been so much propaganda about what was asked of Pence.
It wasn't to overturn an election.
Four states, or five, wrote letters to Pence saying, you did.
Saying, we got new information, so we think we certified our election too early.
Just give us 10 days, 14 days.
That's what they were asking Pence.
Not to overturn it, but give us a chance because our citizens are giving us information.
But I want to thank, well, we know what Pence just turned his back on then.
But I want to thank Rob Schmidt on Newsmax because he covered this very important issue of election integrity.
Go watch Kill Chain.
And the Lieutenant Governor, with a little bit of satisfaction on his face that I could see, said that Raffsenberger has been removed from the Election Commission because since he's been on it, every election has been screwed up.
Wow, that's quite a statement.
That's quite a statement.
He's had problems with every election since he's been on it.
He's gone.
Raffsenberger is the guy that is the basis for the fraudulent case against Donald Trump that she put me in, even though it had nothing to do with the telephone call.
Although people actually believed I did.
I was on television at the time.
On propaganda.
In case you want to know, at the time of the phone call, to their utter dismay, I was on television.
Oh, they disappointed.
They wanted to hit me with that count too.
This is what I love about your audience.
They're free thinkers.
Maybe they're honest people.
I mean, we, we got them left and you've really got to come here.
What I just said to you here, I could not have reported on WABC.
It is completely first.
And please, there are people at ABC making all sorts of ridiculous statements.
And also, the New York Post today did a did a suck up piece for John Castamatidis, filled again, unfortunately, with John's lying and dissembling.
It's real simple.
He wrote me a letter.
First paragraph says... Thank you.
That's all I wanted to report on.
OK, well, we're going to take it.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Let me go to a different subject.
Of course, the president had day 17 today in court, and we have some clips.
Maybe we'll play a little bit of the president's stop today.
We'll play that right now.
I'm going to be a member of the House of Representatives.
They're very embarrassed by what's going on.
I just want to...
Start by saying that on the electric vehicles that Biden is pushing down everybody's throat, even though people don't want them.
He wants to put a big tariff on China, which is a suggestion that I said, where have you been for three and a half years?
They should have done it a long time ago.
But they've also got to do it on other vehicles and they have to do it on a lot of other products because China is eating our lunch right now.
And they went away from what I was doing.
They're eating our lunch, so they have to do it much more than electric vehicles.
And they have to get going fast, but it should have been done three and a half years ago.
I did it.
I started.
And then they started playing games, and it was very bad.
Very bad for the auto industry.
In Michigan, the auto industry is doing very poorly, because jobs are starting to leave.
Good evening and welcome back.
You know, every one of his presidential candidates, whatever you would call them, nominees or possible candidates, had a beauty pageant today.
And to make sure that he could, on the beauty pageant, be careful to compare them correctly, he had them all in the same color suit and tie.
I'm telling you the truth.
Ramaswamy, Uh, we got a picture of the Rama swan?
Yeah, we'll play up some b-roll while we talk about it.
Uh, governor... the governor?
Is Donaldson there too?
I couldn't see.
Yeah, he's there.
Is he in a red tie and blue suit?
He certainly is.
Kind of cut out in the corner, but yeah.
Who's the one with the mustache?
With the red tie and the beard.
That's Cory Mills, Congressman from Florida.
He's not going to be a candidate for Vice President.
Well, I'm not exactly fond of his application.
He's given a lot of credit for being kind of the front line.
This is not the United States of America.
This is some third rate banana republic.
If this were happening in another country, we would be laughing at them as a sham democracy.
And to my amazement and delight, so does my friend Vivek Roy.
This is not the United States of America.
This is some third-rate banana republic.
If this were happening in another country, we would be laughing at them as a sham democracy.
I am ashamed as an American citizen to sit here in a courtroom watching the former president.
And so does Doug.
And so does Doug.
He has the same suit on.
Four have the same suit on.
Now they have a uniform for going to the Trump trial, or not just going to, a lot of people went to support him, but they didn't have the vice presidential aspirant, that's what we'll call it, vice presidential aspirant suit, which we will be offering tomorrow for the reduced price of $249.99.
You just have to call.
Right.
Somebody's going to do that, right?
Right.
Might as well be us.
So the point that I was trying to make before is every time you listen to the people from WABC or when they grab a reporter and have him write a lying one-way piece like they did today in The Post, just remember the first line of the dictate that was sent to me a few hours before my radio show last Thursday.
and ask yourself could I have just reported or Dr. Maria what we just reported to you if we were at ABC.
This letter serves to remind you that you are prohibited from engaging in conversations relating to the 2020 presidential election on your programs broadcast on WABC and otherwise in your capacity as an agent of the station.
We just reported to you that in the state of Georgia They reached a conclusion that because of all of the irregularities and all of the problems in the elections that were presided over by Rafsan Burger, who is the key witness against Trump in the phony Fannie Willis case, that he had to be removed, that major changes had to be made.
And this comes after two weeks of a report from the SEB, I believe it was, That there were 3,000 votes that were double counted or more, meaning they could have been counted three or four times.
And there was 375,000 votes, paper ballots, now missing.
But be assured they were counted correctly before.
But nothing explaining how, well, the commission doesn't say that.
The people who have been covering up, like Governor Kemp and Raffsenberger, Immediately, you know, particularly Rafzenberger immediately says, oh, but the election was, you know, didn't affect the election.
No explanation of where the votes came from, one place or many.
How did it happen?
Who had last had custody of it?
What about chain of custody for the rest of the votes?
I mean, I am told there's a report sitting somewhere that there is no chain of custody for most of the votes in Fulton County.
Which means they could have changed them 40 or 50 times.
So, uh, I guess Kemp is getting nervous, so he dismissed Raff- Raffsenberger from, uh, any electoral duties going forward.
Isn't done, uh, unless there's a real problem with Raffsenberger.
And the problem is that Raffsenberger was, in fact, involved, the way we alleged back in 2020 that there was a Uh, multiple counting of ballots as we alleged in 2020, that there were missing ballots and ballots that, uh, that were put aside and used, uh, to make up the difference as we alleged in 2020.
And, um, and to this day, we've not had the opportunity to examine a single one of the paper ballots that came in, in 2020.
To assure ourselves that they were on the proper stationary.
And we're certain that Governor Kemp and Rauschenberger held it back because they were perfectly well aware of the fact that they were fraudulent.
Otherwise, they'd have given them up long ago.
And it looks like Rauschenberger, they're trying to use Rauschenberger as the doormat.
I mean, the guy to take the rap.
Bad guy to take it, but it may go a teeny bit higher.
Meanwhile, I'm not even going to respond to the article in The Post because it's one lie after another, mostly built on the complete lie that I was warned numerous times not to talk about the election, which of course is belied by the fact that numerous times I talked about the election.
Oh, we're counting maybe 200.
So basically, You ought to believe that 200 times I was told not to talk to the election.
200 times I did, and they just let me do it.
Or similar to the $145 million judgment.
Numerous times I talked about that, and numerous times I was warned not to do it.
Here's the truth.
Simple truth.
You will find by the end of all this that I will be telling the truth about all of this.
100%.
People don't agree with you.
People lose confidence in you.
Unfortunately, people you think are friends attack you.
But here's the truth.
I was never warned of any such thing.
I wasn't warned of any such thing.
Ever.
I wasn't told that I could not comment on the 2020 election.
I was once given a piece of paper with a group of prohibitions as to what I could do.
And I crossed them all out, but one thing, I said I wouldn't mention Dominion because I had my own lawsuit.
And I also thought it was a reasonable concession to John, who seemed very anxious to want to deal with Mr. Poulos, who was the head of Dominion, who I warned John had perjured himself in Michigan when he said that you can't You can't invade the computer through the internet and that you can't change votes in the computer because, as I submitted to the Bar Association and others, right in the main manual for the machine is how to do it.
And it's all replete all over the movie Kill Chain.
And I don't remember if that Dominion product was said to be the most vulnerable, but among the most vulnerable.
And of course, it would turn down by Texas.
Because of its problems.
But John developed some kind of relationship with the guy, because the guy sued a bunch of myself and, as you know, the famous case against Fox and Newsmax and a group of others, but they didn't sue WABC.
And in any event, from my point of view, I had no idea That I could not, and let's not broad this.
This letter serves to remind you that you are prohibited from engaging in conversations relating to the 2020 presidential election on your programs broadcast on WABC.
So if that's correct, they can't report on what I just reported on tonight.
Nor can they report on the missing 375,000 ballots in Georgia.
Their listeners don't have a right to know that.
And otherwise, in your capacity as an agent of the station, Several of my colleagues, one in particular at WABC, is angry that I'm attacking the station.
So has, you know, said unfortunate things about me.
I'm not attacking the station.
And this is bigger than who's your boss and who's your friend and who's your... If you can get away, if John can get away with this, you can fix the next election.
Now, whether he's doing it for his purposes, which is sucking up to Pulos or whatever the hell he's doing it for, the head of a station should never write anything like that.
An entire categorical dismissal of an area of news, that way you know evidence is going to come out about cheating on the 2020 election.
The more you can cover that up, and they've done a good job of gagging a lot of Trump's lawyers for this purpose, among others, The more you can repeat what they're going to do.
The miracle they pulled in 2020, they can pull in 2024.
Believe me, I did not think in any way, when we were ahead by 800,000 votes the night of the election, that it was possible for Pennsylvania to steal that many votes.
And I was told it was statistically impossible for them to reach a different result by mathematicians.
I had them ready to testify, except judges didn't want to hear witnesses.
Nor did any of the other members of the press that already had corrupted themselves in covering up the hard drive.
So why wouldn't they corrupt themselves in not covering this election theft properly and try to shut up everybody who would talk about election theft with tactics like this?
And I was shocked and highly disappointed.
That John did this and I wish the people on the radio station would understand that and be somewhat more empathetic to my position.
One said, well, you know, sometimes you have to listen to the bosses.
About covering up news that an election in the United States may have been fixed.
So that it can get fixed again?
I'm not going to tell you what that sounds like, but I think a little more training in moral courage is necessary, if that's the way you're going to say it.
Well, sometimes you have to listen to the bosses, and sometimes, when you listen to the bosses, you lose your democracy.
Well, The president, and the president to me is, of course, Donald Trump, the president has said we got to win by a big enough number so they can't cheat.
I mean, one person who's not without doubt about the cheating of 2020, nor does he feel any compulsion not to talk about it, is Donald J. Trump, which is one of the reasons why people admire him so much.
But the numbers are starting to look ridiculous.
Uh, and even there's even a better one than this, but I'm going to show you this one.
This is, uh, uh, this is Sienna.
And I think there's a Sienna poll.
I think with CNN, there's a CNN who, um, who morning Joe, no, no, it was the times.
The times has a poll where he's at, where Trump has even a bigger lead than this.
And he accused the times of always running very, uh, uh, Pro-Trump polls.
Yeah.
Is he drinking or something?
I mean, we don't have any respect for him because he's such a crazy, overzealous idiot.
But how could you possibly say that The Times over-exaggerates polls in Trump's favor?
They despise Donald J. Trump.
It reeks from the paper.
I mean, you can feel, sometimes you don't even have to read the paper.
You pick it up and you can feel the Trump derangement syndrome virus just coming right off the page.
It's a Nazi.
He's going to do this.
He's going to do that.
But in any event, let's look at CNN.
Another one.
Another one that is not going to exaggerate for Trump.
Nevada, 13 points.
Georgia 9, Arizona 8, Pennsylvania 3, Wisconsin 1, and Minnesota goes to Biden.
Those first three are very substantial numbers, but there are no numbers that are beyond the capacity of this very, very crooked upper level of the Democratic Party to cheat.
It should not be a matter of any surprise to you that they would cheat.
After all, they paid a million won for a completely fraudulent story of Russian collusion, which they then used for three to four years, including to dishonestly and fraudulently try to remove a sitting president of the United States, for which they suffered no consequences, which is why they continued.
They had no compunction to get a group of 51 so-called honorable members of the intelligence community retired to lie That the hard drive of Hunter Biden had earmarks of Russian collusion without suggesting or setting forth one single earmark, which if it had many earmarks of Russian collusion, it would have been rather easy.
Of course, they were all lying because none of them bothered to look at any documents or anything at all.
They just said what Stinkin' Blinkin' and Biden wanted them to say.
So Biden could make that defamatory remark.
At the last debate in which he relied on the 51 lying intelligence agents, and nobody got prosecuted for that.
I am suing Biden for that, because during the course of that, he said that I was a Russian pawn.
That was a complete lie, just like the things that John Castamatidis is saying are a complete lie.
Not only is it a complete lie, it's been proven to be a lie.
And he knew it was a lie when he said it, because it was proven, actually, Six months before I ever uttered any of those words, I knew anything about the hard drive.
Because the FBI checked it out and validated the hard drive, but never bothered to tell anybody until the election was over and Biden could steal it.
You know, if you're going to cover up the hard drive, you're going to fix the votes.
It means the election is so damn important, you're going to do anything to win.
The law, decency, morality, honesty, Does not stand in the way of your being able to keep your power so you can keep making your money.
Which is what is going on right now with the four completely phony trials against him.
But what you are seeing right now is no different than the others that you would see.
A lot of them say one case was strong, that none of them are strong.
They're all complete frame-ups.
100% complete frame-ups, as this is.
This is a complete frame-up.
The statement In the business record, it's not even false.
And it's barred by the statute of limitations.
And they haven't yet charged the crime that he's supposed to defend himself against, which I don't know.
I think even in Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, they charged you with something.
Then they submitted false proof to prove it.
Here we go so far as to not charge you with anything and submit False proof to prove nothing but put you in jail anyway.
Which is what Fannie the Hoe is trying to do to me and the people in Arizona who now say... What do they say, Ted?
I'm too difficult to find?
Can we read the beginning of that article?
It's hilarious.
I'm gonna use this article in my defense.
Do you have it?
Yeah, I have it right now.
Hold on.
Well, we'll take a... You're gonna love this article.
Um, and I'm going to remind you because I'm not exactly sure which... We'll bring it up right on here, right on the air.
Uh, so this is, we, we, this, uh, these folks are clearly not viewers of the program.
Arizona officials say they can't find Giuliani.
So this is perfect evidence that if they're so incompetent, they can't find me.
They also can't count votes correctly.
These are the same Arizona people who counted the vote, who are indicting me, who are framing me, and they can't find me.
If they can't find me, how do you have any confidence in the fact that they can count the vote accurately?
And why do they have two-month-long voting counts all the time?
Maybe they got to get rid of their Rauschenberg or something.
This is one that I'm not sure of for 2024.
Because I see they made big changes in Georgia.
They made some changes in Wisconsin, if they're not going to get reversed by the new court there, because they have a more political democratic court now.
I haven't made any changes in Philadelphia, and they have a governor who is deeply involved in the voter shenanigans in 20.
There is a massive effort to have Republicans vote early in Pennsylvania, which could help a lot, because I do believe legitimately he won Pennsylvania by a huge, huge amount.
What's his lead?
His lead there now is only, in this particular poll, his lead is 3%.
So in this poll, which is the New York Times and the Inquirer, This poll is even better from Trump's point of view, because he leads in every place but Wisconsin, as I said.
But his Pennsylvania lead of 3% is a good, solid lead for a place that is that close.
But his lead in Nevada is 12 points.
That's a pretty, pretty solid lead in Nevada.
It indicates people are beginning to become extraordinarily disgusted with our completely dishonest and demented president.
RFK is on the ballot in Texas.
He's now on the ballot in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, wait a minute, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 states.
Now the number doesn't matter, the electoral votes matter.
Let me tell you the rule here because I had to look it up, the second part of the rule.
I knew you had to have some kind of a percentage that the committee, the commission assigned to be part of the presidential debate, and it's 15%.
But I thought you had to qualify in all the states, but it isn't.
You have to qualify in enough of the states to be on the ballot so that you could mathematically win.
I guess that means you have to qualify to the tune of 271 electoral votes.
So with these seven states, he's giving it a good run because California and Texas have a lot of electoral votes.
We know Michigan's got 20.
Delaware, of course, has almost none.
Utah is pretty small.
Oklahoma is pretty small.
So I guess he's still got a way to go.
But if the states that he's, you know, the Democratic states, the big states like Pennsylvania and New York and Illinois, neither one of them are in here.
You put those in, he might be near the top.
We'll get you a better reading on that tomorrow.
But right now he just qualified in Texas.
Well, he put in the ballots in Texas, not that the Democrats aren't going to challenge.
My guess is that according to this article, the Biden people really want him out.
And although I think the Trump people go back and forth as to whether or not he takes votes from Trump, beginning to look like in all these polls here, that he's like, um, there was one poll that is a bit of an outlier in Wisconsin where Trump Where, um, where Biden was leading by five or six, but you put Kennedy and he's leading by only two.
There are a couple here where he's winning by 10 and you put, uh, him, you put Kennedy in and Trump is leading by 12.
So, uh, but there have been others in the past that show he takes votes from, from Trump.
So, um, it could be, it could be the both of them.
I would rather have just a straight shot one at the other, you know?
I don't know.
My guess has always been, as I've told you, Ted, that he will take votes from Biden when people really know Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
And this is not meant at all to personally disparage him.
I have no reason to personally disparage him at all.
But his viewpoint is Although similar to what mine is, and Trump voters with regard to the whole debacle of the pandemic, to some extent about Ukraine, to some extent about China, much stronger position on China than the guy who was brought out by it.
And he made the very brave statement that of the two, Trump is prepared to be president, has the mental acuity to be president, and the other doesn't.
Um, so I've, I've got no hard feelings about him.
Uh, I just also have to remind you that he's for reparations.
Uh, he's for a green program that's as or more excessive.
Well, I mean, it'd be more dangerous on the green stuff because although he and Biden may be in the same spot, he's, you know, he's compass menace.
He might get it done.
Um, So I think ultimately it's going to be that Republicans on not just one litmus test issue but a group of litmus test issues are going to find him to be impossible to vote for because he is an extreme progressive in the areas in which he's progressive.
Little Red Lying Hood has a book and when you come back we're going to see Just why she's little red lying hood and hasn't stopped or
learn to tell the truth.
What do we have this time, Ted?
dead. Q-U-X.
Q-U-X.

If I were there.
Well, welcome back.
I was having a little private conversation with the people from Instagram who get the broadcast separately, actually, because they're not part of the Restream network.
And boy, would we love to have them be part of the Restream network.
We had that problem with Getter for a while, right?
That's right.
And then they became part of the Restream network.
It's just so much easier.
What that means is you go, there's one camera, or you can use two cameras if you want.
I'm trying to get Ted to use two all the time, but he doesn't because he's shy.
He doesn't want to be on camera.
Can you imagine a handsome guy like that not wanting to be on camera?
Yeah, that's it.
If he had a wife who was jealous or something, I could get it, but he's a single guy, you know, get on television.
But he loves to talk.
Yeah.
Everybody would think he had like a face made for radio.
Yeah.
Like I do.
But uh yeah and every time he substitutes for me he's very comfortable being maybe I should switch with him and he'd put a camera on me.
Maybe one night we'll do that you can play with all the stuff on this side.
But you could show me how to do that.
Yeah it's very yeah you you know you know most of it already man.
I don't know most of it but I do know some of it.
Yeah.
And uh and I think in a half a day you could teach it to me.
Easy.
And we could do we could do a show people might find it interesting uh trial and error.
Yeah this new camera too well that's the thing we have a new camera We've got a lot to work on with that that we don't even know yet, right?
I don't know if you know this, but we changed our camera about three or four days ago.
I don't think people are aware.
In fact, we used it last night because this one was in charge.
So they really are very similar.
This just gives you a teeny bit more room.
So, for example, when Dr. Maria was on, there was more room for both of us to talk.
The other one, you know, We could get a lens for it, but it doesn't work as... This is a bigger camera, let's put it that way.
But we could take the old camera, and we got three others that we could use, and put that that way, right?
So you could see what's behind me, what's across from me here, and you could put me there, and you here, show me a few little buttons I gotta push.
If we have a mistake, we could just switch right in the middle.
Yeah.
It would be nice for the audience to see how it's all done.
And let's see if I can do that.
And we'll get you on the air.
Maybe the only way I can get him on.
Maybe he doesn't like to be seen with all those buttons around.
I don't know.
I like the machine because it looks like a Christmas tree.
Well, Little Red Lying Hood was very upset that the Goldstar families were very hurt.
She didn't seem to really care that they were hurt.
She was worried that the Demented One was hurt.
Because according to her, it was just not true that he looked at his watch during the ceremony when the dead people that he got killed came home, and that he didn't do it until after the ceremony was over.
A very simple observation of the tape shows that Little Red Lying Hood hasn't changed since she left the White House, and she will tell the worst kinds of lies.
No matter how hurtful they are to people.
Now, you know, press secretaries like her, I mean, press secretaries have to do what good lawyers do, which is not to lie, but to state the facts in the light most appropriate and best for your client and give your client the The benefit of the doubt, which in most cases, I mean, it's going to be very controversial because he's involved in controversial things and can easily be, uh, be, uh, misconstrued as lying because it's a very contentious position, but this is your client and it's your job to do, to represent them, give them the benefit of the doubt.
However, when you know it's absolutely true, that's when you go into the range of the unethical.
So I mean, all you have to do, I mean, she could get the tape and look at it before she lies.
But, I mean, I'm just looking at the picture right here.
You don't even have to go to the tape.
The picture right here shows you that the ceremony is still going on.
Look, his wife and the woman in back of him all have their hands still on their chest.
Obviously, This was a point at which everybody was at attention.
It had to be.
I mean, this would likely, in a ceremony like this, be when they were playing taps or the 21-gun salute or the raising or lowering of the flag.
So I don't think we have to go to a tape.
Just look at that.
You see that, Ted?
Yeah.
Now how can you possibly say it was after the ceremony was over?
Well, definitively, even the crooked Pravda newspapers concede that she was telling the truth.
That she was lying, again.
And she didn't even apologize.
Uh-uh.
She said something very, very weasley, disgusting, rat-like.
Saki later acknowledged to Axios that, quote, the detail in a few lines of the book about the exact number of times he looked at his watch will be removed in future reprints and the e-book.
Uh-uh.
It wasn't just a number of times.
Yep, he did look at his watch more than once.
He lied about that.
But you also lied about the fact that he didn't do it until the ceremony was over.
So you're kind of avoiding that one.
And, uh, you know, you got to answer to the people who lost their children, uh, who are now attacking you for what you are.
A disgusting, horrible liar on a communist news network, which would be the only one to take you, uh, because you are a complete liar.
I told you about the hit piece.
See, you can tell it's a hit piece immediately when this is the picture they use of you.
I didn't have to read it.
I knew this would be a hit piece by Chris Nessie, who, uh, I don't know, but the only thing correct about this, um, article is my name.
Uh, I was given an ultima- I gave them an ultimatum.
Absolutely not correct.
Uh, I was warned on many occasions, belied by the fact that I did it on many occasions, like hundreds, um, without being stopped.
Uh, it fails to mention, uh, when it uses the text here and the text to go, it fails to mention John's, uh, text in which he tells me that everyone there is very afraid.
Something that I really think should be pursued because somebody should find out what they're afraid of.
Um, this is the reporters.
Um, I think this is the reporters.
I think it's a reporter's comment, but over the years he's frequently used his WABC platform to trafficking conspiracy theories about the Trump versus Biden contest.
Well, that's very intended to be very nasty and negative, but you know, it proves my case, right?
How could I have been doing that if there was a policy not to do it over the years?
How, how, how is it possible?
I could have been doing it.
I mean, they just have a policy that you can't say anything about the 2020 election, and then somebody does 400 times, and then the 401st time they fire them?
In any event, enough on that.
I just think the record's got to be clear, because maybe it'll prevent other people from taking the unconscionable, illicit, and horrible actions that John has taken in trying to cut out all mention of the 2020 election.
I wonder if he's going to be able to sustain that.
As the revelations concerning the 2020 election get even worse.
I mean, how do you justify not covering the report from Georgia?
How do you justify that as a journalist, not covering it?
I mean, I'm sure the Times didn't cover it, and the News, and the Post, Not the New York Post, the Washington Post, CNN, MSNBC, blah, blah, blah, go on and on.
I'm sure they didn't cover it either.
But you want to join them?
Well, now the administration looks like they're not only holding back the
2,000 pound bombs that Israel desperately needs.
It looks like they are also holding back.
They are also holding back intelligence.
According to the Post here, and also the Washington Post, the administration has been offering the key intelligence in recent weeks, and now it is holding back.
It's dangling the offer to show Israel doesn't need to unleash its full military wrath, that it can defeat You can defeat Hamas with just intelligence.
You don't defeat anyone with just intelligence.
You use intelligence to take action.
Hey, Scooby-Doo!
What's the use of having intelligence if you can't do anything with it?
And he has now been told that if you go in to Rafa, this is a quote now from the Demented One,
If you go into Rafa, I'm not supplying arms.
As clear as Castamettini's statement that you can't comment on the 2020 election.
So if you go into Rafa, I'm not supplying arms.
That's the President of the United States.
Ted, do we ever find his sanctimonious statement about a totally false situation they posited with Trump, created fraudulently, in which he said, you know, how terrible it is?
Not yet, but we are looking for it.
We should look for it.
But he went ahead and did a whole sanctimonious thing about how, if, how terrible, how terrible it is or would be if you ever went into someplace and I had a great interview today with Mike, with Mr. Pillows.
I don't exactly know when it's going to be on air.
If it is tonight, try to watch it.
It'll be done a couple of times.
It's a rather freewheeling discussion of all of the election fraud that he wanted to discuss.
It was based on the outrage of being prohibited from commenting on anything having to do with the 2020 election.
But he pointed out his own problems, including with WABC and other places, and people wanted him to just shut him up.
Well, they only want to shut you up because it's true, you know.
Because if it's false, they can prove it and make a fool out of you.
The only way they can deal with you when it's true And when you've got proof that it's true, they shut you up and try to defame you and create a terrible reputation with the public so they won't believe you.
I am hurt tremendously that my former friends will do that, but I have no idea what the deal he made with Poulos is or what the dimensions of it are.
Not worth this kind of loss of integrity, but People are different people.
According to Biden, there is no inflation.
Hmm.
In the front page of the Wall Street Journal, there is.
Aluminum and cardboard keep getting more expensive, so do health insurance and wages.
Small business owners apparently disagree with Biden that there's no inflation.
Biden, of course, sometimes says things like, there's no inflation, it's just that the prices are going up.
Who's dumber, him or his economic advisor, Ted?
The guy who put on the performance about, oh, the Federal Reserve.
Yeah.
They print money, don't they?
Yeah, that's a funny one.
What's his name, Bergram?
How about, oh yeah, what was it?
Man, yeah, that was a good one to bring that clip back up, but did you bring up Goldman yet?
Oh yeah, let me finish that.
I'll bring up Goldman.
Goldman's trying to take over, uh, you know, uh, uh, um, what's his name?
Uh, his position.
Oh, uh, shift.
Yeah.
Shifty shift.
That's it.
He's trying to, he's, he wants to be the new shifty shift for the, um, uh, for the Congress.
Cause he wants to go onto the Senate.
With, you know, a whole bunch of other group of liars that he could deal with there.
That's right.
I don't know who has more dishonest and dishonorable people in the House or the Senate.
Oh, yeah.
Well, probably the House does.
It's bigger.
But I mean, we have to go per capita, right?
Yeah.
So there is no inflation, but aluminum and cardboard keep getting more expensive.
So do health insurance and weight and wages.
Small business owners have said these are just a few of the reasons they plan to raise prices throughout this year.
That's what you call, there is inflation and it's going to continue.
Stupid.
The guy describes it as, if someone else is doing it, meaning raising prices, I need to do it to keep up in order to pay for the costs.
I mean, read the article in the Wall Street Journal and it'll give you an explanation of it without listening to these stupid people who say things like his economic advisor.
Well, the Federal Reserve, they print money, don't they?
Yeah.
Well, you see, if they print money and they don't put the right interest on it, well, then the money Well, I don't really know.
There's a lot of big words there.
That's pretty much pretty close.
Yeah, that's right.
You want to know why things are so screwed up?
You just look at the innards of this administration.
It could be a home.
Great California train robbery.
California is spending billions on trains that nobody wants.
People in California apparently don't like trains.
It's taken forever to build that That quick line that nobody wanted, uh, except they, you know, they want it.
Probably there are kickbacks to go along with this.
Well, I can't say that because it is in New York.
If it were New York, there'd be kickbacks to the government along with this.
So the federal transit administration last week, it has 500 million down payment for the project and is expected to finalize a $6 billion reward later this year.
This is a six mile, six mile subway.
in Silicon Valley that will cost more than NASA's new Mars mission.
This is part of the bread and circuses, pay off the people whose votes you want for another useless project.
The Bay Area project, which everybody didn't want, but they did it anyway, originally was going to cost 4.4 million.
It will now cost, as of today, $12.75 billion, or $2.1 billion a mile.
And the service isn't expected to start, wait until you hear this, 2037.
By that time, it will have to acknowledge what it acknowledged when Xi Jinping came, and it'll be a Chinese city.
Isn't there a deal we're making to trade them?
For Upper Canada?
I thought there was.
I thought there was a deal that we would give these communist portions of, we'd give them to Canada, not to China.
We don't want China here.
And Canada would give us, they're like big, broad, Northwestern territory with all the oil in it.
But they'll get all the people that Trudeau loves.
All the whack jobs, and crazies, and left-wing sissies, and all sorts of other things just like him.
And possibly his father.
Possibly his father.
The train's first 170-mile leg between Merced and Breakersville doesn't expect to be done for 10 years, and this one's going to be at a cost of $35 billion.
They're building trains all over, but they're like little trains that go for about 8 miles.
It's like going to a very large Disney World.
And then you can go to the train in Bakersfield for eight miles, and you can go to the train over in Silicon Valley for seven miles, and you can go through the train.
But it doesn't take you anywhere.
It doesn't take you across the state, or... And of course, it's a democratic state, so they're getting that kind of money.
Now, uh... You wanted me to mention what else, Ted?
Mr. Goldman helping Cohen.
Let's play the clip.
Okay, I just wanted to tell you that apropos of the idea of inflation, the price of housing has gone up 47% in three years.
Wow.
No inflation, just prices are going up.
So, what are we going to play?
Do your reaction.
I have met with Michael Cohen a number of times to prepare him, and I have deposed What do you think of that?
That's Dan Goldman.
It shows you that he's not representing the people.
He is an advocate against Donald J. Trump.
He's a Trump-deranged advocate who uses that as his platform.
And he is probably, out of the newest members of Congress, the most dishonest and the most willing to make a fool out of himself.
But who knows?
He may be able to move on to the Senate, too, if New York doesn't straighten out and remains like hell.
Look, Schiff, who told demonstrable lies that have still not been answered, like, here are the people that Trump dealt with directly on Russian collusion.
He hasn't given us anything on that ever.
I mean, that's a complete lie.
What a lie to tell in the middle of a frame-up paid for by Hillary Clinton.
Right.
And he's going to the Senate.
I get maybe he belongs there.
I don't know.
She went to the Senate, too.
So not having enough babies.
Soon, a global fertility rate will drop below the point needed to keep the population constant.
Oh, wow.
There are people who want this, you know.
That's why they support abortion.
Right.
Abortion of seven, eight and nine month olds.
Remember, that's what Democrats support.
If you think Republicans are excessive in any way on abortion, and many Republicans have what one might call moderate positions on abortion, although general opposition to it, this is the extreme position on abortion.
Taking an eight-month-old baby out of the womb and bashing its skull?
And will it lead next to, look how far we've gone when Originally it was just, you know, very, very few abortions in the first two or three months.
Not going to be much more than that.
Now we're killing seven, eight, nine-month-olds.
Maybe, maybe we do get to Northam's.
That was a governor of Virginia situation where if the mother goes for an abortion of an eight or nine-month-old and the baby lives, she gets a little grace period to decide whether she wants the baby or not.
That's what he said with the doctor.
So that grace period, if she decides she doesn't want it, results in murder.
But that really, it was murder at eight months.
So what the heck?
It's a slippery slope, but you pass the line when you started, when you started killing, uh, uh, an embryo or whatever, that that's really a baby, you know, that you, that would exist outside the womb.
And even the pro-choice people in the old days would have found that despicable.
And murder!
And it is!
I mean, if Mother is shot, it's double homicide.
shot and killed as a double homicide.
The major issue, by the way, in the poll, of course, is the economy.
It's 40%.
And the numbers for Biden are not even worth reading.
We don't want to embarrass him.
Well, just one other point.
All of these things for Democrats involve money corruption.
You know that.
It's always there.
It's always at the core of it.
So they're now looking at some of these not-for-profits who make millions and millions and millions of illegal
immigration.
They've had revenue in 2019 to now they've have revenue growth of 597 million, 2 billion.
in.
The CEOs of all these non-profits make $500,000 and above.
These are the ones taking care of the migrants.
This is what happens in New York.
They go to Adam's Friends.
No bid.
And one of them was a million dollars.
Well, that was a homeless one.
So, please, when you're thinking of Democrats, follow the money.
And you will be always, always, always right when you do that.
And Bibi, just keep at it.
He's now fighting in Rafa.
And they've gone back to northern Gaza to wipe out a few returning Hamas.
But he's still got a big number to go.
Did you see that the numbers that Hamas has been giving out have been readjusted and they're half of what Hamas has been saying?
Of course, this is the point that Sid Rosenberg, my former colleague at At WABC made when he interrupted the president when the president used these numbers.
Well, Sid, you're right.
They're wrong.
I used to be able to appear on his show every Tuesday morning, but I'm sure I'm sure.
Well, first of all, I won't go on because God forbid I mentioned the 2020 election.
I would be in any way at all.
I would be crucified, I think.
By the New York, by the New York Glitterati and Elite, of which John, you know, John Forster's very strong relationships with them.
Just one reminder.
Here's the, I just happened to have it here last, the thing that is covered up and censored.
Fulton County must have an independent election monitor.
The SEB ruled two to one that Fulton County must have an independent election monitor.
To oversee its elections after it found more than 3,000 ballots were scanned twice during the 2020 presidential recount.
Go find that in the New York Times.
Go find it on WABC, except my having said it, I think, I think I got this in before I left.
I don't remember.
There are, I may not have had it before.
There are also, I'm not sure.
Ted, did I do this on WABC?
The double, the, the, um, The news from Fulton County that there were 3,000 ballots was scanned twice.
And there were 380,761 images that are not available.
That's a nice way to say they're gone.
But election officials determined that mistakes in 2020 would not have changed the outcome.
Well, if they're unavailable, You don't know who or what they are, and it's 380,000 votes, and it was an 11,000-person election.
How can you determine it didn't affect the outcome?
Because you haven't done more work, you can't figure out maybe which way it affected the outcome.
But if you have 380,000, let's round it off, 381,000 votes that are unaccounted for,
how can you possibly, in the name of God, know that it doesn't affect the outcome unless you're a damn liar?
and we'll see you next time.
And the American people don't even get to ask that question because this gets suppressed by Castamatidis and the people who agree with him that there shouldn't be any discussion of the 2020 election.
Remember the words of the letter.
Cannot discuss the 2020 election.
Well, Cohen's back for cross-examination tomorrow.
So we'll be staying right on top of that because, as I said, I don't think there are too many people that understand that guy as well as I do.
I will guarantee you he'll lie a couple more times tomorrow.
Also tomorrow, Bob Costello will be testifying before a House, I believe the House Judiciary Committee in Washington, D.C.
Oh, that's really good because he can lay out all of Cohen's lies because he represented him.
Cohen fired him and then waived the attorney-client privilege.
Isn't that amazing?
That is done because he's arrogant and stupid.
You know, it's like a dare.
That's right.
You're going to waive the attorney-client privilege?
Yes!
Oh, that means he can tell the truth about me.
Oh, gosh.
That's what happened.
Well, thank you very, very much for listening in tonight.
But all these things that are going on and this election coming up soon, we've got to stay close together because there's no room here for a mistake.
That's why these things are so serious.
And they're more important than Donald Trump or me or you or these various entities.
It's about whether or not we're going to get back to where we were, where we don't have censorship.
Well, we don't have deprivation of free speech, freedom of religion, where people get due process.
And when they get charged with a crime, they're told what the crime is.
I mean, there's so many basic things where people have a right to counsel.
I mean, Donald Trump doesn't have a right to counsel.
His lawyers have been arrested.
Their offices have been sacked.
Their private accounts have been invaded without their knowledge.
I mean, this is, this is, um, this is the worst story that I have been able to tell you.
Not because I've been stopped.
I mean, I don't give a damn, you know, obviously I'm going to tell you what I know, but because, uh, first of all, we haven't seen all of it.
And number two, unless you live through it, you had the FBI come in and, you know, rip your apartment apart or, In my case, I'm going to be perfectly fair here.
I mean, I should be, and I have been.
The FBI did not rip my apartment apart.
The FBI came into my apartment extremely professional and very respectful.
And they did, you know, look at everything.
And I did make the wisecrack, aren't you going to take the Hunter Biden hard drive?
And they said no.
It wasn't them, it was the disrespect and the dishonesty and the fraud and the conniving and the completely amoral conduct of the people who authorized it.
Including, of course, our crooked Attorney General, who's at the heart of a lot of this, but he hides.
This couldn't happen if you had a moderately honest Attorney General.
Instead, you have one who is a crook for the ages.
That's what Garland is.
So we've got to stay on top of all this, and we have got to get back control of this government so we can fix it, to restore your right of free speech, to restore your right of freedom of religion, to restore your right to be tried in the same way, on the same basis as the favored ones, the Clintons and the Or they have to be trying the same way that you are.
Maybe that's a better way to put it.
So we'll see you tomorrow.
And again, please pray for the people of Israel, for the people of the United States, and for the people of Ukraine who are under tremendous stress and their crooked government is not their fault.
It really isn't.
I mean, it isn't like here where you get to elect it really.
It's been part of the culture for so long, imposed by Russia originally.
So we pay for peace in the world.
God bless America.
God bless America.

Sometimes when I'm lying in bed, just to get it all out what's in my head
And I, I am feeling a little peculiar And so I wake in the morning and I step outside
And I take a deep breath and I can't feel high And I scream from the top of my lungs, what's going on?
And I say hey, hey, hey...
I said hey, what's going on?

...bear the principle of common sense and rational discussion to the issues of our day.
America was created at a time of great turmoil, tremendous disagreements, anger, hatred, It was a book written in 1776 that guided much of the discipline of thinking that brought to us the discovery of our freedoms, of our God-given freedoms.
It was Thomas Paine's Common Sense, written in 1776, one of the first American bestsellers, in which Thomas Paine explained, by rational principles, the reason why these small colonies felt the necessity to separate from the Kingdom of Great Britain and the King of England.
He explained their inherent desire for liberty, for freedom, freedom of religion, freedom of speech, the ability to select the people who govern them.
And he explained it in ways that were understandable to all the people, not just the elite.
Because the desire for freedom is universal.
The desire for freedom adheres in the human mind and it is part of the human soul.
This is exactly the time we should consult our history.
Look at what we've done in the past and see if we can't use it to help us now.
We understand that our founders created the greatest country in the history of the world.
The greatest democracy, the freest country.
A country that has taken more people out of poverty than any country ever.
All of us are so fortunate to be Americans.
But a great deal of the reason for America's constant ability to self-improve is because we're able to reason.
We're able to talk.
We're able to analyze.
