Good afternoon, this is Rudy Giuliani with the Rudy Giuliani show live from Palm Beach.
Yep, from Palm Beach, just a mile from Mar-a-Lago, just 40 steps from the intercoastal and about a third of a mile from the Atlantic Ocean.
And we're here with our new show, Or our old show.
To me, it's the same show, it's just a different medium, I guess, where I'm saying the same things and doing the same things.
We'll go into that change that took place based on being asked to pay an unacceptable price by the people that, for one reason or another, are playing games and interfering in the 2024 election by prohibiting any coverage of anything with regard to the 2020 election.
But the main story of today is taking place in Manhattan, and it's taking place in a courtroom where an official liar is testifying.
Extraordinary, actually.
You probably will not understand completely the significance of this if you haven't been in law enforcement.
But there are Certain number of witnesses that you use in law enforcement that, my goodness, you would never use anyplace else or for any other reason.
I mean, let's just take Sammy the Bull, right?
Sammy the Bull, murderer, who knows what else, all sorts of terrible things.
But he was willing to testify against John Gotti.
And as far as I can tell, he was telling completely the truth about John Gotti.
And why wouldn't he want to make a deal and make sure it came out right?
I don't know.
Did he ever leave out anything self-serving to him?
I have no reason to believe that.
I always suspected with even my own witnesses.
In any event, the idea that prosecutors use bad people to get bad people is something that has to be explained to almost every jury.
I remember the line always was, You know, priests and rabbis and ministers don't do business with drug dealers.
So if we're going to catch a drug dealer, we've got to have a drug dealer.
So if people want to deal with drug dealers, they don't want to enter the mafia, except for a few priests.
But this is a little different.
This is not a organized crime or a violent crime or a massive crime.
This is right on the line.
First of all, it's a misdemeanor.
This should be in traffic court.
Second, there's a real doubt as to whether, even as stated, it's a crime.
There's no question now that they brought their indictment and put in their proof.
No crime was committed.
So this is not one where you would expect bad guys have to testify against bad guys.
At best, this is an accountant who didn't describe things as accurately as you would like.
Although they were pretty damn accurate, as it turns out.
But we get one of the worst scoundrels in the last 20 years to testify.
Why do I call him the worst scoundrel?
Because this guy was thrown out of the U.S.
Attorney's Office and branded a useless witness, should not be used by any prosecutor of integrity.
I'm going to tell you why.
I mean, his original story makes an awful lot of sense.
I mean, I analyzed it and knew it really well at the time, which is that you've got to understand that he was on the outs with the Trump organization.
Now, he desperately wanted a job in the administration to validate himself.
I don't know.
You know, the press is so crooked and so dishonest, you really can't get a description of things Except to see it yourself.
I mean, there are three or four that you could count on, but the rest are such pieces of crap.
I mean, it's unbelievable.
They're describing him as, you know, well-dressed and looking neat and tan.
Everybody that meets this guy, and this is not, I'm going to tell you, everybody that meets this guy thinks he's a hoodlum.
I mean, they will say to you, what's he doing?
I mean, I've gotten 30, 20 years of this.
What's he doing with Donald Trump?
You want to, uh... Hey, hey, hey.
I don't think he has to talk that way.
It's a wannabe.
He actually said he wanted to be an organized crime.
I don't know if he wanted to be an Italian or Russian organized crime.
And he liked to carry himself that way, like he was an organized criminal.
And he would threaten people, and naive people would listen to him.
Now, if he threatened me, I'd spit right in his face, because I knew he was an organized crime, I knew he was a wannabe, and I knew wannabes are all cowards.
Michael Cohen couldn't break your arm.
He tries to act like he's an arm crusher for the mafia or for Trump.
One shot in the face and he started crying, particularly if he started to bleed.
This is about as big a silly sissy as you're gonna find.
Not a tough guy.
I know tough guys.
This is not a tough guy.
This is a jackass.
Now why Trump had him around?
I don't know.
Was he stupid?
No, he wasn't stupid.
I would not say he was.
This is not Biden, right?
He's got some kind of a very solid moral base, let's put it that way.
And he was dying for the attention and approbation of Donald Trump, in part because everybody around Donald Trump couldn't stand him.
And would constantly advise Trump to get rid of him.
And he knew that.
He knew that.
He knew that Donald's family thought he was pathetic.
And what is Donald doing with this guy?
Every time he shows up, he looks like a gangster.
When we headed into the 2016 election, where I was not in any kind of major role until the last six or seven months, and this all happened before me, but I would hear about it.
They decided that he wouldn't go on television because he made such a bad impression.
And I remember he kept slipping on, and at one point they wanted me to tell him to get off.
And they said, well, what do you think of him on television?
And I said, well, I think the mafia is doing an ad for you.
It looks like some kind of a make-believe, funny mafia character, except if you're me and you know the mafia.
You say, you know, silly boy imitating the mafia.
If anybody put a gun to his head, it would smell like heck, you know, the way it happens for Biden.
But, you know, you got to know it to understand.
He tries to talk like a tough guy.
Mr. Fix it?
I don't know what he was fixing.
I think that, I think that Hope Hicks had the best testimony on that, which was clear as hell.
And she wasn't favorable or unfavorable to Trump.
From her point of view, she tried as hard as she could, I guess, to tell the truth.
She said, you know, he fixed the things that he screwed up, which is true, which he was constantly doing.
So he was out of the 2016 campaign, only had dealings with him maybe twice during the entire campaign.
And it was to make sure he wasn't going to go on television by order of first, I think, Paul and then Steve.
Or maybe one of Steve's people.
But in any event, the general rule was keep that jerk off television.
Now, did I think he was a crook, which he was?
He went to jail for his own crimes, which he lied about.
No, I didn't think he was a crook.
I just thought he was a very insecure guy trying to latch himself onto a strong person.
Washington's filled with those, and I've been surrounded by them for a long time.
I pick them out very quickly.
And I thought, wow, good, Trump has them cut out of this election.
Didn't know about the other things that were going on.
So he says, Uh, these things came up.
I wanted to prove myself to Trump.
I, I wanted to help Melania because I love her so much.
So he was very, very busy at the time near the very end, particularly with the thing breaking with, um, with, um, uh, Billy Bush, which for me was a not nothing burger.
I mean, I went on five television shows and explained it.
Uh, and, um, somehow he thinks Mrs. Trump came, came up with.
Came up with a locker room talk.
I'll let somebody else tell you who came up with it, because there's probably a little dispute.
I'm not in the dispute, so don't have to worry.
I can be objective.
I wish I'd come up with it.
It was a great line.
I repeated it very effectively, I might add.
I escorted two or three, I escorted two, three of Clinton's former victims to sit in front so that Hillary and Clinton would see them.
And man, Clinton shook us out.
We got to know them well.
But the reality is Cohen had very little to do with the election.
So now he says after the election, he was paid back.
We've got three different versions of it.
And we've got the general thesis that was actually explained by Thompson in the testimony.
You only get to flip once.
In other words, the government has a pretty strict rule, which is, if you've committed all these crimes, and he's surely committed a lot of crimes, and you've lied so much, you get one chance to come in to tell the truth.
You tell one lie, you're out.
So he came in, he allegedly told the truth.
He went before the committee and he stood before the committee and he committed perjury seven times.
And Thompson, who promised to prosecute him, as you know, broke his promise.
That's not the first dishonest or dishonorable or sneaky thing Thompson did in his life, nor is it the worst.
And when he made the statement that I'll hang him up if he's not telling the truth, I knew that was a bunch of crap.
The best one and the easiest one is the following.
He's asked by Jim Jordan something to the effect of, you know, why aren't you looking for a job in the administration?
The theory being that when he was turned down for a job, he turned on Trump.
By the way, not a bad theory.
It plays a role in it.
And he says very, very officiously, I never asked for a job.
I never wanted a job in that administration.
I was in Jay Sekulow's office, which I shared with him when I was co-counsel to the president, and I just about jumped out of my seat and I said, holy... We can blow this out of the water.
First of all, it came to me several times to ask for a job.
Now, I don't record people like him.
I'm not a dishonest, dishonorable, sneaky anybody, including broadcaster.
And what I'm telling you about ABC is the 100% truth.
And they are lying like, man, oh man, it's so disappointing.

It's one lie after another.
They captured the reporter.
He never talked to me.
They gave him just his side of it.
Who knows what they gave him in return for it.
And it's one set of lies after another.
And it's a shame to see people lie.
I'm telling you, it's easy for me.
I tell the truth.
And every time we go through three years of investigating, like a Russian collusion, I'm telling the truth.
They're lying.
A hard drive is a Hunter's.
It contains a lot of crimes.
It has nothing to do with Russia.
Oh, says Obama.
Giuliani's a Russian pawn.
16 months later, all kinds of damage to my Reputation loss of a tremendous number of clients.
And it turns out Giuliani telling the absolute truth, the Biden people lying.
It's going to turn out on all these things to be absolutely the same thing because they don't understand I don't lie.
In any event, Cohen lies after he cooperates.
And he says, I never asked for a job.
He came to me to ask for a job.
I'm in the process of lining up maybe seven, eight people.
I know there's somewhere around 20 that could testify that he came to them and asked them to intercede with Trump to get him a job.
And I knew, I knew there were that many because some came to complain to me saying, get this goon off me.
What is he a jerk?
He's going to work in the white house.
He's got to be out of his mind.
Has the guy ever listened to himself talk?
So.
I'm thinking I got all these witnesses.
This will ruin his reputation.
We'll put all the witnesses out.
It's him against 20.
And then I say to myself, you stupid idiot.
You forgot the best one of all.
With it, on days of the election, he went on Chris Cuomo's show and said that he wanted to be and got the job of Chief of Staff.
None of that was true.
But not, oh, I don't mean about wanting it.
He never got the job of Chief of Staff.
He never got any job.
But to say that I didn't want a job when he's on TV.
So I thought, perfect juxtaposition.
If they held another hearing, if Thompson had even an ounce of honesty and they held another hearing to clarify, you call the 20 witnesses that he came to crying for a job and then the videotape.
But I think it might be other videotape, too.
That's the most dramatic, because Chris, who was counseling him on how to speak better.
Chris, you didn't do a good job, by the way.
Congratulated him on the job that he had in administration, which of course he didn't have, because that was another lie.
But the point that I'm trying to make is this is a lie after he became a truth teller.
Which is today, the same day, the same Michael Cohen.
And his lies are rather incredible.
And even if you accept all of his testimony, we still don't have a crime.
And I'm going to tell you why.
I'm going to tell you why, and if you got clarified today, probably better than any time else.
So, let's go to the core crime, the little teeny weeny misdemeanor that's involved here.
Making a false statement.
The false statement is legal fee or legal expense.
Okay.
This is what the money was for.
It was $420,000 that was listed there.
$50,000 was for tech services.
$60,000 was for a bonus.
And the remaining portion was for taxes and the money that he paid to Stormy Daniels now being reimbursed to a lawyer.
So you have one box to take this multifaceted payment and describe it as accurately as possible.
How can you say beyond a reasonable doubt that it was false to call it a legal expense When it was paid to a lawyer and all these things were paid either to pay the lawyer for his services or to pay the lawyer for money he put out.
You can't.
It is not you go to jail if you don't give the most precise answer that doesn't fit in the box.
It's if you if you knowingly and deliberately make a false statement.
Statement the government can prove to be false beyond a reasonable doubt.
The case should be thrown out.
But on a directed verdict, legal expense is a perfectly valid description of what he paid that money for.
And Michael Cohen sort of solidified that for him.
And now we're finding out what a truly slimy individual the government will rely on, the state will rely on, to try to convict Trump of something four times they decided wasn't a crime.
Justice Department, Biden, not a crime.
U.S.
Attorney's Office of the Southern District, not a crime.
Predecessor of Bragg, not a crime.
Bragg, the first time before he's pressured and the crybaby assistants leave, not a crime.
Then you combine the crybaby assistants and the coordination with the White House and you end up with a crime.
This should be over soon, if it were.
Anyone else but a crooked New York Supreme Court Justice, I would tell you this case is crying out for a dismissal.
The state has not proven its case.
It hasn't proven that there was a false statement, nor has it even yet charged the felony it was in pursuance of, which is beyond absurd.

So, um, the polls.
I guess we're beyond being shocked by the fact that these indictments have done nothing but make him more and more powerful in terms of a candidate, because, except for a few, there are people that are fooled by it, and they're very disturbing, and I always can't stand it when people lie, because they're certainly going to believe it no matter what, whether they lie about me or somebody else, and they sure do.
Trump is probably the guy they lied about the most, but I have to be number... I mean, some of the things they say... The poll came out yesterday.
It's a combination poll.
I think it's Siena, New York Times.
Not a particularly pro-Trump poll, except the way it came out.
Here's what it says.
It says 13 points in Nevada, 9 points in Georgia.
Six points in Arizona.
Wow.
Then just three in Pennsylvania.
I mean, he was leading Pennsylvania by 800,000.
We probably should get much further ahead than that before they started cheating like hell.
See, I'd have been thrown off ABC when I said that.
It just said right there.
It had gone.
Director of censorship.
Actually, I'm going to have Ted do that.
Whenever he hears one, you just go.
Or, you will not speak any longer, thank you.
Report to the room, the special room for censorship violators at WABC.
So, 13 in Nevada, nine in Georgia, six in Arizona, three in Pennsylvania!
Now they got him here, uh, they got him up by one in Wisconsin and down by one in, uh, in Minnesota and those flip back and forth.
So, uh, he's got to win, uh, three to four out of these, not all.
Uh, and I have to tell you, uh, every single one of these, I'm going to tell you almost every single one of these has won before.
No reason you shouldn't win them now.
And it may explain why, when you see these leads, you say to yourself, gee, things are not terribly different than they were back in 2020, until they stopped the count and started putting in the phony ballots.
Now, how do I know they're phony ballots?
Because nobody would ever show them to me.
When I viciously attacked the governor of Georgia and the Secretary of State, I thought for sure if they were clean, because I wasn't sure if they were clean or not.
It seemed to me I had the evidence that they weren't, but sometimes evidence goes this way and that way.
Their conduct proved to me that the election was stolen.
They would never show me a single ballot.
I don't know if you get if you got accused of having 100,000 phony ballots in an office that was printing them and stuck in after the election was over and that you were really angry because that's totally untrue.
And you have all the ballots, right?
And you got security.
You got the Georgia police.
You got the Georgia National Guard.
You got the FBI.
You got everybody wanted to put Giuliani in jail for something, I guess.
Wouldn't you let me look at them and shut me up?
Say, hey, Giuliani, look at them.
They're all folded.
They're all counted for.
For to the death not to let me see them.
Even after the election, they wouldn't let the people that wanted to see, they still wouldn't let the people see them.
And then, ta-da, ta-da!
We got one of those things on there, we can go, ta-da, ta-da, ta-da!
Big, big, big, big break here.
You will not hear this on censored networks.
The SEB, Select Education Bureau or something, I think, of Georgia put out a report, a very unhappy report, and one that vindicates myself and Trump and all the rest of us in the minds of any honest person.
They found 3,000 ballots that were counted more than once.
You shouldn't find one that was counted more than once.
Two, three.
It was all in Fulton County, in one place where the women who sued me come from.
And where I have videos of ballots being double counted, but I also have videos that were doctored to take out a lot of relevant evidence and never described to me as doctored until deceptively given to me by the New York Bar Association, for which they have yet to answer.
Their answer is, we got to get rid of Giuliani.
That's the orders from the Democrat high commissioner who runs New York, the liberal woke New York.
Imagine hours of doctored, deceptively doctored tapes, what that would happen if Trump ever had that happen.
Look what happened to Nixon.
And then look what happened to Hillary.
Oh boy.
So every one of these states are states that he was leading in, and he lost.
He was leading in Pennsylvania by 800,000.
He was leading in Wisconsin.
He was leading in Michigan.
He was leading in Georgia, and he was leading in Nevada.
Arizona was too early to tell after the first vote came in.
The Fox called it for Biden, and then Biden won it.
Because they wouldn't stop counting until he won it.
That's how he won it.
Now, you may have a different opinion on that than I do, right?
Well, you may not.
Isn't America about, if I believe that, and I have evidence to back it up, you may elect not to believe my evidence, but I have evidence to back that up.
Or I have the report that says 3,000 ballots Double counted or more, 375,000 missing!
With the flaky governor saying, and Secretary of State, oh that doesn't matter, there were duplicates.
Duplicates?
What, people vote twice?
There were duplicates.
They were counted once before.
Well, how do I know that?
I'm going to trust you now that you have double-counted ballots and 300,000 missing and all the other allegations about you two slimeballs?
Don't you think there's an obligation to at least tell us where those ballots came from?
Where were they supposed to be?
When was the last time you saw them?
Were they the ballots that allegedly were put up in smoke that the ATF agent saw and the FBI hindered the investigation and borrowed?
Could it be those ballots?
Could it be the ballots that were being manufactured in the factory a couple of blocks away so that you could fill in as many new Biden votes as you could?
You did a bunch of them that night because Biden had like a lead on those votes.
I don't know.
I'm going to just exaggerate it a little or not.
I don't know.
Like 96 to 4.
But ballots being missing, Sure raises an inference with so much else going on with people coming in saying, like the lady that came in and testified and said, I didn't vote.
Where's my vote?
Well, somebody voted for you, sweetheart.
Or there were so many people that lived out of the state who voted who don't remember voting.
And we have 375,000 missing ballots and a 10,000 vote election in Georgia.
Sounds like Giuliani and Trump.
And 2,000 mules and whatever are going to come out telling the truth about Georgia, that they stole that election.
Might be interesting to go back and watch the movie Kill Chain, which the people who did it disappeared because they're a bunch of Dems.
And what they really were trying to show is that the Republicans stole the election in 18 against Abrams.
Abrams. And I don't remember if they alleged they did it through the machines or through
paper ballots. But it led to a replacement of ENS with Dominion.
I can't, I will say nothing, just laugh.
So it's the same stage we were looking at early in the morning on election day, and then for week after week, after week, after week.
Trump ahead of Nevada by 13, ahead in Georgia by 9, ahead in Arizona by 6, ahead in Pennsylvania by 3, ahead in Wisconsin by 1, and down in Minneapolis by 1.
That's pretty good.
Pretty good.
We'll take it.
We'll take it.
We will definitely take it.
So today, I think it was today.
I'm not, I'm not, I'm not really, I'm not really sure if it was today, but John Castor McGee put out a letter explaining all the things that happened.
My gosh, I am not going to go into detail at this point.
I'll do it at some point on a special or something.
I just getting tired of this.
He just lied his backside off one after the other, after the other, after the other.
Some of it, I don't know if I really have to even prove that they're lies.
I mean, there's so patently, That they continuously warned me not to talk about the 2020 election.
And I continuously talked about it for three and a half years.
Did that make any sense to you, that they would continually complain to me that I was talking about it?
that i had guests on like the people who did uh uh 2 000 mules like uh christina bob and her book
like uh miss miss embrek and all of the people that put together 2 000 mules and uh did i seem
ted like was i getting scolded every day when i did this no one topic he published so they
They pulled this out of their backside because Something nefarious is going on, and I guess the one thing maybe that I shouldn't do and I won't do, but I mean they're attacking the hell out of me, is speculate about what those nefarious things are.
But they're not doing this for the good of the First Amendment.
First of all, for the good of the First Amendment, you don't shut down speech.
You take the risk that it might cost you money if the speech happens.
There's some deal that was made or struck here.
Too much lying going on.
And it's bad lying, and it reflects very, very poorly on the guy running the station.
reflects very poorly.
So, you'll get those polls.
You also should realize That although this has gone back and forth, every time now that you put RFK Jr.
in the poll, in these particular set of polls, Trump does much better.
Even in one that was sort of an outlier, where Biden was winning, was it Wisconsin, Ted?
And then you put by five, then you put Kennedy in and he's only winning by two.
So Kennedy now is on the ballot in seven states.
So you say, well, how is he going to get in the debate?
Well, he's got to have 15% in regularly recognized polls.
I don't know if that's an average or a few polls that are at 16, because there are several at 16, there are several at 14.
Uh, I don't know.
I don't know how they do that.
I don't remember because we never had a candidate like that.
Really a serious one in our debates.
I think Ross Perot is the last one.
He was at 20%, but they've reduced it to 15.
So he's on the borderline.
He's 11 some places here.
The place where he was, he was 12 in this poll and each one of the states, he caused Biden even more votes than the seven and the six I get that I gave you.
Now he's on the ballot in the following states now.
Texas, Utah, Michigan, California, and I think that's it.
I'll check to make sure.
Now, the reason that's important though, the reason that's important though is Here's the way you have to qualify with states.
Not every state.
You have to qualify in enough states with enough electoral votes so that you can theoretically win the election.
So that would be 271.
Now, that doesn't mean you have to get all the states.
And if you pick up, like he has, Texas and California, I bet he's more than half, even though he has only seven states, I'm guessing he's pushing like half the way there.
And if he can pick up New York and a couple of the other big ones, he's got a real shot of getting on the ballot.
And that would be a very interesting dynamic with the three of them out there.
And I don't presume to know who would help more.
I tend to think it would help Trump more because Teddy, excuse me, Robert Jr.
has some very, very attractive positions to conservatives on vaccines, on questioning the legitimacy of what they're doing in Ukraine, strong position on Israel, but a very, very anathema positions like he's for eight and nine month abortions, which is the, you know, crushing of the baby abortion.
He's for He's for reparations for black people.
So, I mean, he always had very, very left-wing, very progressive views.
So I don't know if that'll draw alternatives to Donald Trump or Biden.
It would seem to be more Biden.
But I guess in an election like this, if you're Biden and you've got to get to the And you're behind, and you gotta get to the top.
You don't want anything in your way, like this other guy peeling off votes.
And if you're Trump and you're ahead, maybe you don't want anybody getting in and mucking up the waters.
But right now, he's on target to get in.
If he's good enough to have weathered Texas, which is a tough state, by the way.
New York is a very tough state, too, but they'll fix it for him.
Shouldn't be any problem.
What am I saying?
They won't even give him Secret Service.
I mean, they're even flirting with his getting killed.
Wow!
Well, I still think he's gonna make it.
That's just gut feeling.

And we just have to mention Little Red Lying Hood.
I mean, why would they stop with the commenting of the, of the gold star families, her and, and, and miserable, creepy Biden.
This is in her book.
She writes that Biden had been very unfairly treated because he wasn't looking at his watch numerous times.
And he only did it after the ceremony was over.
Why bring it up again, Little Red Lying Hood?
You know why?
Because you lie with impunity, and you end up telling stupid lies, because up until now, with the election coming up, people don't focus on whether they're lies or not.
