You sent me a bunch of different articles and what would you like to speak with, speak upon?
Okay.
Well, I, I'm, you know, I, I wrote an article last night, so you could, Look at my article.
What would you like to ask me?
What was the article that I read?
It was about, well, I think it was about Sound of Freedom, wasn't it?
Yeah, I've been writing articles about Sound of Freedom.
That was amazing.
And then you were talking about cannibalism.
Can I ask you a quick question about that?
Yeah.
Okay, so I was reading that article and you're talking about that, which I, the more I read that you write and the more I see, the more blown away I am by the information that you have.
So you think this cannibalism is something that could be induced in a person?
I never used that word.
Okay, so I'm not sure what you're specifically talking about.
What I do talk about is the adrenochrome that they torture children, they get this solution, they put it into cosmetics, and first they get you hooked on it, which is mainly Hollywood, basically.
And then it went out also to the rich and famous all over the world and so and so.
So that's, that's not, it's not per se cannibalism.
So I'm not, I'm not sure what your question is about.
Are you talking about adrenochrome?

It was, yeah, it was all in that article relating to, it was talking about adrenochrome, but I thought there was something about I'll have to go back and read it again because there's so much information in there.

I know they have a lot to learn.
Well, I mean, there's Pizzagate.
So Pizzagate sort of gets into this subject as well.
This is talking about a satanic, I guess you would call it, you know, cannibalism.
They're eating babies.
It's horrible.
They're talking about pizza and this is Hillary.
And she's a dark witch, in case you don't know that.
I mean, these people are insane.
So you're asking, how do they get people to do it?
It's satanic.
It's a Luciferian.
It starts in the church.
In fact, if you watch my interview with With Casey, you'll see that she talks about what goes on underneath the church and then on top of the church, you know, and upstairs they're acting like Supposedly good little God's children type people.
So, you know, it's insane.
But Satanism, the whole thing is based on Satanism and Luciferianism.
Okay, so they follow Lucifer.
They follow what is the mirror image of God, but not God.
They basically consider themselves God.
They consider humans to be A race less than them that they can then basically pillage and use as food.
It's a reptilian thing though.
None of the people out there talking about this, not Sound of Freedom, not any of the people will talk on the level that I'm talking because they don't understand.
They don't really understand what adrenochrome is, like where it comes from.
And what it has to do with what is basically called Oregon on the West and it's called Kundalini Energy that all the yogis know about.
They spend their years, you know, their lives meditating and Activating their chakras, having a kundalini activation, which I've done all that.
So that's the reason I know about it.
And it brings this solution, this... Think about it, it's kind of like a fight or flight response that children and people have to fear, okay?
But when you do it through meditation, it's a very nice thing.
It doesn't make you afraid or anything like that.
Are you familiar with Kundalini?
I speak your language.
Trust me.
I know you don't know me very well, but I do speak your language.
Do you believe there can be a forced Kundalini awakening that can be traumatic for someone through satanic ritual abuse?
Yeah.
Okay.
So many years ago, this was actually back in the, I think the eighties, San Francisco, as you know, has a large gay male contingent.
Okay.
There's some female gay people there as well, but mainly gay.
It just, I don't know what happened there or why it attracted that, but it attracted tons and tons of gay men, moved to San Francisco back in the, it was after the 60s, so it might have been late 70s, 80s during that time.
And once they were there, so a forced Kundalini activation, usually, I mean, it's kind of delicate to say this on the air, but
is through anal sex okay so that's what they do to any of their victims okay so they're basically and that includes females so they so what happened in San Francisco is they started to have these clinics because when people have a kundalini awakening I don't know, maybe if you ever followed David Icke, you'll see that he had that, okay?
So his story is that he went on to some hill in South America or something, which would be a vortex, okay?
A portal.
So portal energy can stimulate a Kundalini awakening.
So if you go to these stone circles, for example, like I have done and traveled the world doing that, then you get more activation of your kundalini.
It's like some natural stimulation of your chakras.
And it starts with the base chakra.
That's why they go for, you know, the lowest chakra.
And through, you know, rape, basically, they can stimulate kundalini activation in their victims.
Now, why do they do that?
Because what happens is they're in essence going to Through physical contact, sex, they will then take on, sort of suck up, because they're like, it's like a vampiric thing, they're going to suck up your kundalini, your orgone, into themselves.
During the sex act, so to speak, with their victim.
So that's why they want to stimulate more Kundalini.
Now, children have a natural, as you know, their skin is very soft.
Sometimes they have glow.
All of this is very natural.
They don't need any kind of help with that, right?
When you're a child.
The older you get, when you get past the age of 20, Your kundalini, your natural orgone kundalini production of your body starts to diminish and that's why people start to age after the age of 20.
I mean, you know, people up to the age of sometimes 35, sometimes longer.
If you don't Then go into meditation and simulate your own King Kundalini.
It's a snake of light that comes up through the chakras.
And you know, I don't have a diagram.
I teach Kundalini activation.
So if you have a, you know, you see a person like that, usually they have a picture of a person in, you know, a meditation style with their legs crossed.
Then they show you their seven major chakra points coming up through the crown chakra.
So the idea is, you focus on that and they turn.
It's kind of like it's described as a pinwheel, for example.
So each one has a certain base color.
And some people, some disciplines like to choose different colors, okay?
But the basic colors are primary colors.
So it starts with red, orange, yellow, green for the heart chakra, blue for the throat chakra, purple for the crown, I mean the third eye.
And then the crown chakra, which is gold and white.
So that's those are the basic chakras.
So you're the idea is to activate those because that starts the flow of the snake of a light that comes from the base of the spine up through and joins all the chakras comes up through the crown and in theory joins you with source.
Okay.
So when you have that activation and when you know enough to start that see I did it at the age of Around 21.
I knew about it.
I read about it.
I went into meditation and it worked.
Okay.
So I had what you call multiple Samadhi experiences since then.
And Samadhi is the state of, it's like also called Nirvana.
It's, it's a state in which you see all the world as one.
You can, you know, the melt, the Matrix melts, you know, in the Matrix movie, Everyone's seen The Matrix.
Yeah, I've had a dream where The Matrix disappeared and I saw the code behind everything.
So yeah, I'm totally following you.
I have so many questions.
Oh my gosh.
I don't want to derail it.
But this, the reason, I mean, you know, you can watch my videos and see.
I've done two videos.
One's short and one's longer on this subject.
So we don't necessarily have to take the time here because some people might not Be interested in it.
But for the audience's sake, it's important because nobody is understanding what they're talking about.
They talk about, you know, torture of children.
They talk about eating of children.
They talk about what they're basically talking about are these Satanists.
Who are trying to consume in essence, the Kundalini energy, the light energy, if you will.
Is that the same as the concept of Lush?
It's called Lush.
That's another word for it.
So what happens is as people age, they need it.
They need a source for it.
Now people you may know, even in your own life, people who sort of, um, like, let's say if you have a good, kundalini of your own okay they will tie they will constantly touch you they will kind you know like she was saying about uh was it dick van dyke or somebody forget who uh dean martin dean martin okay so when they start touching you constantly
and even you will see this with old people people that don't know any better all they all they know is they are um they're they're uh old people who glom on to their their nieces and nephews and grandchildren right and And they hold them on their lap, right?

I mean, you gotta understand, they don't know they're trying to take the sexual energy or the kundalini energy from the child.
They don't know about that.
Because American society or the Western countries are not educated about this.
The Eastern countries They have been educated about this.
They know all about it because they've been taught through Buddhism and yogis.
This is what we, you know, the light, we are light beings at root.
Okay.
So I think they've covered that up on purpose, right?
Basically just to keep stealing it.
And so, yeah.
Yeah.
So they, they basically kept the West dumb about it.
All right.
So once you understand, you know, it's, um, Okay, so then a certain group of humans got more reptilian DNA than the rest.
That's what we call the blue bloods, the royals, okay?
So the reptilians who were ruling the earth actually before we got here, and consider the earth that they own it, Basically gave us at a certain point the Anunnaki as they're called who were reptilian human.
Okay, so they sorry, but there's a lot to this.
Okay.
So originally what we call the Anunnaki that are carved into the temples in Iraq, Iran, and the Middle East, especially Egypt, right?
They show you a humanoid being and sometimes they'll show you a big humanoid being a big tall building being with a human on their lap.
Okay, what they're showing you is that humans are like their descendants and what they did is, you know, the whole story about with Zachariah Sitchin and the translations of the Sumerian tablets.
Is that that that's only one instance, but it's one instance in which they came in from another planet.
They were super tall, you know, it not super.
I mean, they were 9 feet tall.
They were could be as much as 12 feet tall.
The Giants are all 24 feet tall, for example, you know, so what we're talking about is in ancient, you know, Sumeria.
So, These beings, okay, so the Pleiadians, a group of the Pleiadians became, went off onto their own planet called Nibiru.
This is a story.
I'm not making this up.
This planet called Nibiru, and they were invaded by the reptilians and basically taken over and turned into a hybrid race.
So they became reptilian-humanoid hybrids.
Okay.
And then they came here to Earth, and they tried to take us over, and they divided us into basically between two brothers, Enki and Enlil.
One group was based in the Middle East and became What are called administrators and they follow orders.
So those people do not have what I called in my book, the rebel gene.
They actually have it, but they didn't activate it.
So they've been taught to obey orders their whole life.
And you must know people like that.
Maybe you're like that.
Is that the blue bloods or would that be the blue bloods that just is that kind of like blue bloods you just follow?
No, I haven't.
I'm sorry.
I kind of transitioned into explaining this a little more.
No, the blue bloods were chosen to rule in the place of the actual Anunnaki.
Okay, so they it's like their subgroup.
Okay, so they chose this particular group.
They gave them A special amount of DNA to make them more aggressive.
Okay, and they are the leaders of industry.
We see around us there.
There are the Royals so and so because they have a the reptilian the way the reptilians societies are is all top-down.
It's all hierarchical.
Okay, so that's how the the Royals and who were left to rule.
And that's why they, you know, they wear crowns.
You know why they wear a crown?
Because it's supposed to show you that they have an activated crown chakra.
I have a whole presentation I do on this.
Okay.
And I'm, I don't have my slides right here, but I can show you all of the, you know, imagery and in the temples and in all over, you know, even in, in, in churches around the world.
Okay.
You will see the reptilian imagery and, Even Christ is involved in this imagery.
They use the Christ, you know, symbolism.
Okay, I'm sorry I keep cutting you off, but you just said something, and I really want to ask this.
Like you mentioned, the Kundalini itself is an image of a serpent, and I know, like in the Torah, Moses raises up the staff with a serpent, and that's supposed to represent a foreshadowing of Christ.
So, are all serpents bad?
Okay, well, not necessarily, I mean, but primarily they are a race that are genetic, they're master geneticists.
They supposedly are basically a roving race of beings, the Reptilians and the Draco, okay?
And the Greys are their slaves, basically.
So they are a marauding species.
They go from galaxy to galaxy, and basically try to conquer and take over that galaxy and those planets.
And they feed on the life forms there if they are conducive.
So humans are, as far as they're considered, eating, taking our glandular substances, the Kundalini, which in essence is what is adrenochrome, The byproducts of your body, your physical body, are all eaten and consumed by reptilians.
We are their food source, okay?
And also a source of aphrodisiac for them.
So it makes them high.
So this is the same with the humans that have a high degree of reptilian DNA.
So what happens is, and that includes the bushes, the queen, blah, blah, blah, because these people, some of them are so reptilian, That they actually do shape-shift, you know, and we've heard stories about that.
So that was what I was going to ask, is do you believe that this reptilian is like a spiritual kind of interdimensional thing that overtakes a certain bloodline or a certain group of people that are conducive or or is it actually like a physical?
No, it's not spiritual.
It's physical.
It's, it's, um, All right well this is a long story.
I mean okay so we've also found that the reptilians and the Draco and the Greys are all infused with AI and basically have also since that the time of you know going back eons and eons they have been taken over by what's called the AI.
So that's a whole nother can of worms but just let's start you know with with the basics.
Okay so when I talk about Sound of Freedom.
What we want to understand is that this was the tip of the iceberg.
This film is very palatable for the general public.
It's just like sort of any, I don't know, suspenseful mystery film in which children are sort of kidnapped, groups of children in this case, and then Taken and you never really see what happens to them.
I mean If you have you has everyone here seen the movie raise your hand if you're not seeing the movie Okay Well, you need to see the movie.
Um, just to understand What the fuss is all about now, this is only the reason this movie is so um having an impact is because what I talk about Apparently, this is I'm told this over and over again, is humanity is not ready to hear.
Now, I don't agree with that.
That's not how I go through my life.
It's not how I see it.
Okay, but this is what's happening.
So think of it as energy.
Okay, everything in the universe is energy.
It's energy of one form or another.
Humans embody a certain amount of light energy and these other beings feed off it.
Okay, if you the most basic level if you want to start understanding it, okay?
And if you have people in your life that hang on you that try to draw your energy It's maybe a superficial form but it's a form nonetheless and it can get quite bad actually.
they're constantly trying to drain you you'll feel drained you will literally feel drained okay and it's a form of vampirism it's maybe a superficial form but it's a form nonetheless and it can get quite bad actually and a lot of I'm sorry to say this but a lot of human relationships are actually based on this idea of vampirism it's It is based on this notion that humans think they aren't good enough.
They don't have enough.
They need to get it from someone else.
Now, if you have it and you generate it, you become like a sun.
You generate light and you exude light and you don't need to feed on other humans to stay You know, what you might call healthy or vibrant or whatever.
So sex, of course, is the ultimate way in which you can sort of suck another person's energy without becoming an outright vampire and basically drinking their blood.
Get it?
So this is what we're talking about.
Unfortunately, this is Greek to most people, and it is so important that people start to understand why.
Because what has happened over the last, I don't know, I think 50 years, let's say, it's always been going on.
Of course, you know the stories about Dracula and this one and that one, right?
But when it became an industry, adrenochrome, To where the elites had basically recruited enough members into covens, into Satanism, into worshipping, and by the way, the Catholic Church is one such You know, focus of this because the Vatican is totally run by the reptilians.
So why do you drink Christ's blood?
I'm sorry to say this and eat his body by having that little baby.
This is symbolism.
Okay, it's symbolism, but humans, the thing about humans that they know is that whether you know this about yourself or not, You read symbols.
We all read symbolism subliminally.
So when they put out a symbol, it could be a group of numbers, it could be certain things like a pyramid, a circle, a this, a that in a circle in certain sequence, a pentagram, etc.
That goes into our brain and we read it, we understand it, even though consciously we might not.
So they know they can direct our consciousness by putting those symbols everywhere.
And the third eye, right?
The eye that's watching you.
That is reminding you that you are being watched all the time.
Okay?
And it does go back to the third eye.
Okay?
Which is to see, you know, to have psychic vision, for example.
Okay?
So you want to have an open third eye.
So again, when you get into this whole thing of Child sacrifice, trading of humans, human slavery.
It all goes back to the youth aspect.
Yes, they will use older people as, you know, out-and-out slaves.
Usually, they don't bother with you after you're past the age of 20, but between 20 and 30, I'm sure that they're feeding off of those beings as well.
But the older you get, the more you kind of get discarded.
They don't find you useful anymore.
So what can I tell you?
Casey was a victim of this as her family, and I would venture to say, has a large amount of reptilian DNA in it, okay, and therefore they decide to feed on the young in their family, okay, and that's it's also taught subliminally in our society in various ways.
For example, Someone, I guess it was on AMP, put Brooke Shields, when she was a child, was a very beautiful young child, and they put her practically naked out there, you know, on ads, for example.
They've been putting young children, babies, you name them, on ads forever, right?
It's kind of like an obsession, whatever you want to call that.
This is what's happening to our society, only it has now become an epidemic.
What they say is they're making more money from human trafficking, which is really human trafficking of the young more than anything, for the purposes of selling them to
people to use them as for sex, food, torture, and so on to basically stimulate those people's kundalini and to allow them to temporarily become sort of get younger or whatever.
So when you're in the presence of a person who has heightened kundalini, eventually it just happens naturally through osmosis.
You raise the vibration, the frequency of those people.
And in a sense, you put them in a higher, you know, vibration.
So they remember being with you as making them feel good.
Okay, just on the most simple terms.
But that's because of what they are taking in from you.
Okay, so it's kind of like a natural, it's natural.
So let's say we have an entertainer on the stage, and they are
singing and dancing okay they are basically sending kundalini out to the audience and the audience is basically i know this sounds insane feeding off of it okay in a group way but there's also this this thing that goes on that has to do with we share okay like right now there are two four five of us right we are creating basically uh a sort of a kundalini circle if you will
And witches and covens know all about this.
So when you get groups of humans together, that's why during COVID they didn't want you to go together, right?
We generate a powerful wave, if you will, a super wave even, of kundalini energy among us, or orgone, if you want to use that word.
What they don't tell you is that we can actually send it out.
So in the east there's another word called chi.
This is also the same stuff.
So that when you see a chi master and he generates it usually comes out of the stomach chakra.
They learn how to send that energy out to get anything like to break wood in half or you know whatever they try to do, right?
So, some people get it in their hands, like a healer.
I have a lot of energy in my hands.
I am Earth-sensitive.
I can go into and tell you where the Earth's vortexes are.
I can feel the... it's like a whirlpool energy.
And you go into it and you can actually feel it, okay?
And it actually can enhance your Kundalini for the day or whatever.
I went in 2021 to several Vortex sites like Stone Mountain and Hot Springs, Arkansas and had some amazing, vivid dreams and insights come to me.
So yeah, I totally agree.
And what you're talking about when we unite, Like on One Consciousness, I call that the multiplier effect.
I guess they use that in economics, but when we unite on one concept, it really does, it sends everything out and it's really amazing the power that we have.
Can I ask you one more quick question?
Sure.
I'm familiar with the sexual vampirism for sure, but obviously sex is a sacred divine act, so there's got to be a way to do that and create that multiplier effect as well and make it a positive, right?
And that's basically what Tantra is.
Well, it is.
And this, you know, that's where, you know, love comes into it.
So it's an act of love and it can be an exchange, a healthy exchange of energies between two beings, right?
Where it doesn't have to be an imbalance.
However, sad to say, a lot of times it is.
Especially when you get an older person.
Why do older people keep marrying young, you know, like men, telling to, I don't know, marry like 16 year old girls or whatever the hell.
And why in the Middle East is it a tradition to have an old man have a wife that's like 11 or 12 years old?
This is a tradition.
Okay, so this has been going on forever.
Why?
Because he's going to feed, he's going to stay alive longer because he will be feeding off the kundalini through having sex with that young woman or boy.
He will be maintaining his health longer.
Okay, so these are the secrets that nobody tells you.
Yogis know all of this.
And as I began to learn, I learned all about this.
I don't know why I just came in in this life.
I had a certain amount of knowledge and it was very easy for me to pick up more.
And I realized that as I started to study the activation of Kundalini, before I even did it, and so on, what I found out is that even in the East They don't tell anyone the real secrets.
What I'm telling you, they do not tell people.
Okay.
Nobody tells people this.
You know, before I got into Camelot, I was going to make it my mission to go about and tell the world about Kundalini.
I was, you know, cause I can teach it because once you've activated it in yourself and had the amazing experiences that it gives you, You can teach it to others.
You can, you know, you're in essence becoming a kind of a yogi if you want to go down that road.
I'm not a big fan of yogis.
There's a lot of power tripping goes on, a lot of negative use of that concept, but nonetheless, it's real.
They know it's real and, you know, they spend their lives doing it.
So, what can I say?
This is actually It's kind of like the engine that runs humanity.
Okay, it's this God-given abilities that are, this is only the tip of the iceberg of what our bodies are capable of.
You know, when I was studying, I'll finish and then just keep your thought and we can do it.
I just want to tell you one thing.
So we have a super soldier, he was called a super soldier, he was like the original.
Whether he really was the original, I don't know, but that's, they called him.
So Duncan O'Finnian, when he was a young boy, he was Irish and Native American, and I'm not sure if he has other races in his genome, but he was taken as a child, and this is what they do.
They actually go to schools and they look for the children that are brighter, and I mean literally brighter, but also brighter intelligence, right?
And have, so meaning they have more kundalini than the other kids already, they come in with it, And now the ones, you know, the royals have been breeding their children to have more of this, but that's a whole other matter.
Okay, so what happened was Duncan Ophinion went to a place in, I don't know if it was Laos or Cambodia, with 12 other children.
They linked hands and they basically sent out a scalar wave, okay, which we're all capable of doing.
And decimated a Vietnamese or whatever village, the entire village, they killed them.
Okay, this is the negative side of it.
You have to understand the powers that be do not want you to know what you're capable of.
So activating your Kundalini is just the very first step.
We have amazing superpowers and some people come in with them.
You know, that comes in with them because sometimes they have certain alien DNA that facilitates that, like the greys in teleporting objects, for example.
The greys are very good at that.
There are other aspects that they're not good at.
They're not good at emotion.
They don't get it.
You know, that kind of thing.
So you're going to have a lot of... We have a great human hybrid program that's been going on since the time of Eisenhower.
They were first basically abducting humans all over the United States and in other parts of the world.
And then they made a deal with them to only go down basically to South America, Central and South America.
In essence, gave them free reign over there to make their hybrids, which is what they did.
So now when you get all these beings coming down, coming across the border, these are grey human hybrids, whether you know it or not, whether they know it or not.
Trump knows it.
107 knows it.
They know what I know, okay?
This is the X-Men scenario, okay?
These beings will come across the border.
They think they can gather them up and transport them back.
It's not going to happen.
They're going to try.
They will try if Trump gets back into office to transport some of these people back.
But the fact of the matter is we will have, just like in the The X-Men movies, we will have a drama like that, okay?
So, I'm just telling you what's going on.

Carrie, I wanted to ask you specifically because you and I talked about this in person that there's a certain amount of, there's things that I know that I don't talk about publicly just because people can't handle it.
I mean, I talk about sexual trauma.
And I've had people go, Oh my God, you know, now I'm going to be depressed for, I won't be able to get out of bed for six months because you told me about you were sexually molested.
And I'm like, Whoa, I mean, how are you going to handle the real truth of what's going on?
Like, you know, maybe 21 billion beings on planet earth and that are other species and there's, and the rest of us are Or a different species, like the whales, the octopus, or whatever.
So let's just say, I wanted to ask you, since you've now heard some of my story, and I do know more than I let on, because a lot of people can't handle most of what I talk about anyway.
So having said that, you said something about abductee.
Do you suspect that I'm an abductee?
Tell me more about what you suspect now that you've heard my story.
Okay, well, your story... Okay, don't anyone take offense at this, okay?
You've got to understand that I've been doing... First of all, I did this... I just came in with this knowledge, then I activated my kundalini.
So, I studied that world, the world of the yogis, if you will, of what kundalini was and how it affected the human body.
And you can... There are books out there.
You can study them.
And began to understand what I was seeing all around me as I grew up.
So that was when I was 12, kind of like.
So you have to understand that now, you know, I will simply say I'm over 50.
Now, you know, I have had so many years of this and then I got into Project Camelot.
And in the beginning, we interviewed what we called whistleblowers.
I had no idea that my knowledge of the occult, kundalini activation, and all of that would come to the fore during this time when I learned about these other things and people telling me their stories.
Your story, with all due respect, it's horrible, but it's just pretty routine.
And it's not even as bad as some of the people like Say, Savali, who is a well-known disclosure witness, who we have on our website, who has disclosed all kinds of stuff about, you know, these occult practices.
They will make you sick.
I mean, believe me.
And I have said this before, but I can't even go into Vatican Square anymore because it makes me ill.
I literally have to leave.
I get sick to my stomach.
The place makes me ill.
When you're sensitive to this stuff, it really can affect you.
And not just literally through your mind where we're talking about it.
As far as I'm concerned, these are secrets that humans should have been told a long time ago, okay?
That our children are in great danger every day of their lives, but no one knows why.
You know, did you ever have this thing?
Because when I was a little kid, my father was very protective and there were four kids, but he had three girls.
And he used to tell us, don't ever, you know, get in a car with a stranger.
You know how they made those big stories, you know?
And so, of course, I was terrified by that idea, but I didn't know really why.
Nobody told me why.
You thought that maybe it might involve they tried to take over you sexually, but you didn't know why that was either, right?
So what I'm trying to tell you is that our It's built into the structure of our institutions.
It's built into our entire fabric of our world.

As far as Casey, you're concerned, yes.
Usually there is sort of some interaction with alien races, especially the reptilians and the greys.
When you're in your situation, you could have been abducted as well.
But it doesn't mean you have to be abducted to be a satanic victim.
You know, because Satanism is, as we talked about, totally has permeated the churches, okay?
And the temples, and the synagogues, and the whatever you want to call those places, okay?
Where humans congregate and think they are communing with God.
Yeah.
In the prophecy of Ezekiel as well, it says in Ezekiel, have you seen the abominations under the temple?
Yeah.
And I was pretty much left in the village for somebody to just come get me.
They didn't have to protect me.
It's like, here she is, nobody's protecting her.
But I have to say this much.
Practice mindfulness meditation.
That's what my therapist taught me at 17 is she taught me mindfulness meditation.
And I use that every day.
I've used it every day since I was 17.
And I And I, that came in conflict with the Christian church.
They're like, Oh no, that's new age.
Don't do that.
And I'm like, I don't want to go to a church where the pastor does not meditate.
There's, this is the only thing that keeps me connected, keeps me safe.
