I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot and very happy to be here today.
I have a fascinating couple of guests and one person is Tim Sanders and the other, actually, I'm going to call Lackey is his name.
It's a nickname, I believe, and his full name, I don't know if I can pronounce it.
So I'm going to ask him to pronounce it, but it looks like something like Ilya Lakisyevic.
So he's from Serbia and he's on the line with us from Serbia.
So we're going to be talking about their company, Omnia, and we're also going to be talking about the philosophy behind it and some very interesting science to do with the dodecahedron.
Consciousness and 5G and how you can protect yourself against 5G. So I'm going to bring my guests on the screen now and I want to welcome both of them.

And then Tim Sanders, and Tim, you are, are you an American?

Yep, so I guess I should tell you a little bit about why I'm here.
Okay, well actually wait one second because what I want to do here is actually direct people's attention to my website where I put a lot of your bio information that you sent me on the website so people can actually take a look at it while they're listening to you and there's quite a bit of good information there if you want some background.

So at this moment basically I guess I'll just let you introduce yourself Tim and then What your relationship is to Lackey and the company and then we'll have Lackey talk about himself a bit as well.
Sure.
Well, yeah, my name is Tim Saunders and I'm in London and I met Lackey in South Africa at Michael Tellinger's conference called Ubuntu and that was a kind of collection of lots of sort of environment and anything from politics or protecting animals or whatever and I saw Lackey's talk there all about free
energy and I was very intrigued by it but halfway through he said and I've also got the solution to all radiation problems in the world and I happened to know that that was a very serious thing because about a year before I was alerted to what phones and radiation and everything else was doing to the human body by some alternative practitioners.
And they'd shown me how to test the human body to show that it was either weak through a muscle test or that the blood was sticking together, adhering, that sort of thing.
And I took it seriously.
And at the time, you know, I bought some protection that I thought was good.
And then fast forward about a year later and I met Lackey at the conference.
And I said, well, what have you got?
How does it work?
And that started up a relationship between me and him.
And allowed me to build a brand around his products to take them to market because I knew it was very important for people to harmonize all the radiation in their lives.
But it also took me on a bit of an adventure whereby I understood a bit about his science.
And as soon as I did, as a non-scientific person myself, but an intelligent person able to judge for myself whether this was important or not, I realized that his message and his concepts and everything that he was extolling and bringing to the world was very important.
And so I set about, you know, trying to Raise that profile and also spread that knowledge.
So that's my relationship.
I built the brand Omnia around his science.
We have a product called the Omnia Radiation Balancer, which harmonizes all radiation fields.
And the reason why it's so effective is because we have knowledge of what radiation truly is, how it behaves, what role it plays in the cycle of the atom.
And I think we're going to come on to this later when I hand over to Lackey, but ultimately he has a new understanding of the atom, which I think is very important if we're going to make any changes to this world.
And understand exactly how to bring harmony back to the planet, which is something that everyone's very concerned with at the moment.
But we have to start from the right concepts, the right starting point.
So we're almost going to reinvent what everyone's seeing in their textbooks in order for them to understand how to proceed and get back towards a harmonious planet.
So that's my involvement.

Now, Lackey, can you please introduce yourself?
Tell us something about your background.
I see that you have a conventional science background in physics, plasma physics, as well as atomic physics.
You've spent some time in Germany, appears, and also Serbia, if I can read your overview correctly.
Now, could you please elaborate again on who you are and how you came to be involved in this subject?
Yes, of course, with pleasure, with love and joy as always.
I am that I am lucky for free and sovereign domain.
And that I say always.
And that what I know that I know who I am and who I am not gives me freedom and sovereignty.
Because freedom in sovereignty comes from Medin, not from without.
So I usually say I'm not Ilya, I'm not Lakitschevich, I'm not Doctor of Science, I'm not Research Professor, I'm not that all I am.
Simple, I exist.
And that is That is a huge, huge discovery and that is actually the real meaning and purpose of the life and the life journey to discover self and know self.
And there is nothing comparable with it.
That is such a joy and pleasure to know self, to know that you are an infinite and eternal being, that there is no that, that you are As omnipotent, omniscient and omnipresent as a God Creator is, as a holographic part of a God Creator, and that's a huge discovery.
And I usually, I like to say in this way that I have decided to embody, incarnate in this lifetime in a Serbian family like Tesla did, For a reason.
And then I went to that heavy, I call it scientific hypnosis from the bottom to the top.
I got my PhD at the University in Belgrade and then worked for six years in Germany at the University in Düsseldorf and at the Max Planck Institute in Garching on On fusion machines, who were actually the hope to bring the solution for the energy for this world.
And then I realized, after 25 years working in the science, that everything in the science in our laboratory was complicated, complex and not working very well.
And then I went out in nature, I saw harmony and everything worked perfectly and simple.
And I have decided to go my own way and investigate for myself.
When I got a research professor and everything in 2001, I went out, I left official science and official scientific institutions and official system And everything went to investigate free and independent and under the motto, the authority of truth instead of the truth of authorities.
There are many, many issues in the science.
I didn't agree with it.
And then I have decided to investigate it for myself and to find out my own truth.
So I am now over a happy man and I would never give that what I have gained and reached in the knowledge and wisdom and everything else in these last 19 years.
I've been investigating independent, but I am absolutely thankful and I appreciate everything what I have learned in official science.
I'm now here at some level when I can bring new concepts in official science to share with them and improve on that what I have learned in official science and that is normal and usual way of learning, standing on the shoulders of those who came before me.
And when I have decided to go to investigate on my own way, You know, when the student is ready, the teacher comes.
That is always the case.
And there came Walter Rassal.
That is an amazing teacher.
Walter Rassal is the most important incarnation of all kinds on this planet.
Because he brought the knowledge.

We had an alternative periodic table based on, I believe, harmonics and pressure conditions as well.

Okay, so you found a teacher in Walter Russell, is that correct?
Yes, that is absolutely correct and I have studied the immortal work, immortal contribution to the science and to knowledge from Walter Russell and the universal one, the secret of life and the atomic suicide.
Walter Russell is an amazing teacher and he brought An amazing knowledge.
It is absolutely unbelievable that it was almost 100 years ago and it is not spread out and not allowed in this civilization.
But never mind, never mind, I have continued also and established also connection with Nikola Tesla, my countryman, learned telepathy also and I started very early after I left the official institution to recognize the existence of the new energy on this planet,
the energy with awareness, conscious energy, energy of love, and the amazing possibilities of the creation with the new energy, with the new conscious energy without electricity.
In my opinion, creation with Electricity is creation with the old dual energy, energy of opposition of five, energy of force, and that is a hard, complex, inefficient, and expensive creation.
And that is for all our civilization.
Everything is hard, is complex, is inefficient, is expensive.
Of course, I have started my spiritual evolution and my spiritual expansion and the main tool in my awakening, in my spiritual progress, in my spiritual expansion was conscious breathing, the technique of conscious breathing.
And I recommend to everybody to use and practice this simple and efficient technique In order to establish connection with Spirit within, with God within.
And that is simple technique.
Just close your eyes, take a deep in-breath through the nose, and then out-breath through the mouth only.
And before you do that, just take decision, mental decision, consciously to connect with Spirit within.
And you will see after 21 days practicing it for five minutes.
You will be able to forget your physical body, connect the spirit within, and that beauty cannot be described in any words.
And that is a unique and individual experience.
Everybody can experience it.

Okay, so Lockie, thank you for that introduction to yourself and your work.
What we would like to do is focus a little bit on this project.
This platonic solid that you're calling the deca, which I assume is a dodecahedron.
However, I see from the picture I was sent that you're emphasizing what is in essence the cones in the internal structure of the dodecahedron, if I understand correctly.
Is that what you would say?
Yes.
Yes, that is absolutely correct.
And since August 17th, 1987, this civilization began a new cycle.
And that is for the first time in the history of mankind on this planet that one civilization did not end in cataclysm, in destruction.
And this new cycle brought also a new energy with awareness.
It is energy of love.
And this energy has been established finally on the 18th of September 2007.
18 is 1 plus 8, 9.
September 9 and 2 plus 7, 2007 is also 9.
That is...
Triple nine, numerology nine is a complete number, universal number.
So, since that time, this energy is available and present on this planet for everybody to create amazing things and also for protection and anything else without electricity.
So, Okay, maybe you can explain to us how you are using this concept of the dodecahedron along with meditation, it appears, and intent.
In other words, to create these...
To stop using towers, sell towers if I understand you correctly, to stop using electricity in the conventional way, it sounds like you're actually going back to the time of Tesla when he had two different ways of using electricity or generating electricity naturally without...
Wires and in a way that they could not monetize and in another way using what Many people would call free energy for lack of better or zero-point energy and So perhaps you can explain how for example this radiation Balancer that you I guess you're selling in your company.
How does it work?
Okay First of all, I would like to emphasize that Walter Russell brought this concept of the atom,
cell and particle, that it is a light ring which is spinning, rotating around the centering zero point, which is my point, Which is intelligent point of the energy from which this light ring is borrowing energy in order to move, in order to spin, in order to rotate.
But there were no experimental verifications of it, and I have done one simple experiment and verified experimentally that concept of the atom or the cell or particle.
And then have realized also, and I have proofs for it, that the whole universe is consisting only of light rings centered by that zero point or by a black hole.
They have discovered also in the science black hole in the middle of the galaxy.
And so in the center of each atom, each cell, each particle, there is that centering zero point, which is absolute steel, absolutely balanced, cold, and that is creator.
Or God or Source centering every piece of His creation from within.
And that is a huge discovery and realization that that zero point is a mind point which is intelligent and which responds to human consciousness.
And that is a huge realization because that opens possibility for us to To communicate with that point, and to talk to that point, and to interchange with that point,
and since that point is omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent, we can actually ask for something to be done, but ask only when we are fully connected with spirit within, in order that it goes into realization.
So, that is important, why conscious breathing is important, to forget body, and to connect with spirit and exist as spirit, and that is real us, real you, real me, real human being, not physical body.
And then, in that state of full connection with spirit and awareness of who am I, I'm spirit, I can express any consciousness in that which goes then into manifestation.
And during 2003, 4, 5, and 6, I have decided to...
Because I have that background, a long background, working with very high radiation sources, plasma fusion machines, sources of radiation much more intense than the radiation of sun.
And I have worked in the diagnostic department and was responsible for diagnosing these effects and so on.
So I had the experience with radiation and then I decided, became aware of the harmful effects of the microwave radiation and especially inspired through the work of Dr.
Masaru Emoto who measured Influence of the microwave radiation on water and recorded total chaos.
And actually delivered the truth that microwave radiation is imbalanced and causing absolutely imbalanced effects in water.
In other words, on our body, because our body is made 75% of water and blood cells 95% of water.
So, and I have decided...
To make something simple, efficient, and cheap, and using my conscious intent.
And then it was, how to say, absolutely impossible at that time.
I started to experiment with it, and my first attempt ended successfully.
So, I literally, I wrote words in that state of the absolute connection with spirit on a piece of paper and then I took three samples of water and brought to the Heart Life Institute one sample of water that I used one liter,
the other liter water irradiated with mobile phone without protection and the third sample I have pasted that my intent expressed in words, written words, on the piece of paper around, like a circle.
And I pasted it on a mobile phone and irradiated, also talked five minutes with my friend, and irradiated that water.
I brought to HeartLife Institute, and three months later, I got the measurements.
And the water that I have used...
For the test was absolutely imbalanced.
I knew that in advance because that water came from the mountain where there are heavy metals like zinc and even mercury and something like that.
And when the water was irradiated without protection, with a mobile phone without protection, the chaos was absolutely even new.
And then the sample with Irradiation with a mobile phone where this sticker was pasted on a mobile phone has shown absolutely balanced water structure, a wonderful crystal structure like snowflake.
And I was over happy.
I succeeded in something.
And then I spent the next five years investigating the background.
You trust me?
At the time of the pure connection with spirit working, I wasn't aware many times what I have done, why I have done so.
And then later, I investigated and became aware of many other things and became aware of why it works and how it works.
And then I discovered something that is not known in the science, what's called centeredness of the way it feels.
Also the quality of radiation, quality of radiation, radiation which supports life.
It's of positive quality, has a positive quality, and opposite radiation, which is destructive.
Destructing life is a negative.
So, I actually discovered the method, how I can consciously communicate with that point and place my conscious intent and then attach that conscious intent in the form of the sticker because it's the most simple and most cheap to the device and then get absolute protection and later when I met
Tim in Africa, South Africa a year ago and he made also blood tests and confirmed That it works also perfectly.
There are now, I would say, two measurements, two tests, which confirm absolute efficiency of this device in balancing of the imbalanced microwave and radiation, imbalanced electric fields.
I call it electric fields, not electromagnetic fields.
I will explain why.
And protection of the All the human body and all living cells because that is about the trees, about animals, everything else.
Okay, now, excuse me, but can I ask you a couple of questions in terms of when you're saying that you are able to do this with your own intent and you're also relying on Masaru Emoto's work, and everyone knows Masaru Emoto's work with water, and that's very good.
Yogis have also been doing this, by the way, to heal people for a very long time.
And I know one yogi who does that, and so on.
And certainly, I'm sure that healers with their hands and so on can do this.
But...
What I'm wondering is that what you are doing is you're trying to create, if I understand it, a type of a machine.
So what exactly does your machine...
If you're selling it, you're packaging it, are you just packaging these little, what I would call decals?
In other words, we've been doing this a lot.
People are already doing this with energy, putting energy into words and putting words on packages and so on.
This is Shungite.
I guess you might know about Shungite.
They do this with Shungite.
I have these things on my computer and on my phone and so on at this time.
And it's supposed to help with 4G. However, they are not so sure it helps with 5G. So could you explain what exactly are you selling in your...
If it's a machine or are you using this...
I think it was Stan Tenen who also talked about the ability of letters to contain basically...
You know, a message which he works in Hebrew.
I don't know if you're familiar with his work.
He's a scientist.
So it's a similar process, putting Hebrew letters on something.
And then we know that aliens also do the same thing with their craft, for example.
Craft that we've discovered in crash retrievals often has a kind of a lettering on it.
And this can be a similar process.
So...
Can you explain what it is you're selling?
And maybe this is something that Tim could better explain, I don't know, or both of you.
Yeah, so I'd just like to sort of jump in and explain a little bit more because I think, yeah, we just need to sort of focus on the question that's being asked and so on.
But ultimately, we have a sticker.
The sticker goes onto a phone, it goes onto a Wi-Fi router, it goes onto a laptop.
And what happens within that sticker is it's basically, and this is the bit that I hope that Lackey will come onto after I've finished, it uses a unit of energy that has only been in our environment for the last 20 years or so called the deca, as we call it, which is actually a dodecahedron.
Which responds to conscious human intent.
So if you understand how a wave field of radiation is actually imbalanced, and this is one of Lucky's discoveries, is why non-ionizing radiation actually harms the vibration of the human cell.
So I'm sure we'll come on to that, but ultimately, we touched on it earlier on, the fact that an atom or a cell is a light ring That borrows energy from the zero-point field, which is still within the center of each atom.
And that stillness in the atom and the zero-point should geometrically align to the very middle, the geometric center of that light ring.
But when we have radiation fields, what we have is if you imagine that that's the circle, you have the zero-point that's moving around from the geometric center, right?
And then when What happens is when the human cell meets that imbalanced, unscentred wave field, it picks up, because of the law of resonance, it picks up that vibration and starts to vibrate in the same way.
And that's what causes dissonance in the human cell.
And so what we've done is we've understood exactly what has to be corrected in the wave field of radiation.
And we've managed to use the DECA technology, which Lacky will come on to in a second, to actually Store that program within the patch that connects to the phone and then all of the radiation fields that connect with that device are then harmonized because the instruction tells the wave field to get its zero point into the geometric center so that it's aligned and therefore it can't cause any dissonance in the human cell.
So it's all about vibration, it's all about energy, vibration and frequency as Tesla famously said.
But it's really looking at radiation from that vibrational standpoint Rather than, let's say, the biological standpoint, because as we know, modern science has got as far as understanding that, for example, through Dr.
Martin Paul's work, we know that the outside of the cell can get disturbed, the membrane of the cell can get disturbed by microwave radiation and then let too much calcium Intricitive stress and that leads to free radicals and so on.
But what they don't know is why that happens, as in why there's that disturbance on the voltage-gated calcium channel.
So what we're saying is we know why that is.
It's because of the imbalance of the radiation field, even though it's a non-ionizing radiation field at low frequency.
So this is our new Interpretation, understanding, knowledge that we want to bring forward and say that's why there are 6000 or even more peer-reviewed medical studies that link phone radiation and wireless radiation from routers and laptops and so on With very serious diseases, you know, and, you know, we can supply the references to those in the show notes if you wish.
But they're picking up everything from cancer to diabetes to, you know, heart failure to everything.
And the reason is because It's a cellular disturbance.
You know, all our cells get disturbed on a vibrational level by this low level of electromagnetic frequencies, or as we kind of call them, magneto-electric frequencies.
But that's another different story.
So I hope I'm not sort of losing everyone here.
Okay.
Well, yes.
I mean, I do understand you and I think people will understand you.
However, you're saying what you've seen as the problem, but you're not explaining how it does it.
So...
In other words, Lockheed may feel that he has this ability, but, you know, Lockheed can't be everywhere in the world.
And, you know, so we need to understand how you're, in a sense, you're packaging this sort of concept.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
First of all, let me give a small background.
What is radiation?
It is not what is meant in the science, because scientific concept of the atom is incorrect.
There are no electrons which are cycling around the nucleus, and there is no nucleus of the atom with protons and neutrons.
First of all, that concept of the electrostatic unit of electricity is absolute impossibility in the universe of motion.
This universe is an electric universe of motion where motion simulates rest, the universe of rest.
So, there is nothing what is not motion in this electric unit.
And that's what they call electrostatic unit or unit of electricity.
It does not exist.
And that model of atom in the official science violates all Natural laws of creation.
Never in the universe there is the case when one particle goes to the other side of the polarity and that is absolute violation.
The right concept of the atom is what we have mentioned.
And understanding that right concept, one can understand that the process of creation is always compression.
of the huge volume of space, light rings, compressing, compressing into the small volume of matter, and then expanding that small volume of matter into the space.
So the first phase is generation, is compression, and the other degenerative phase is So, there is no non-ionizing and ionizing radiation.
There are no particles like they emit in them, and that is everything absolutely incorrect.
So, understanding the huge importance of that reversal point between compression and expansion, which is the zero point, And zero point centering every line, compressing and expanding.
One can actually understand how to develop some method of the conscious communication with that centering point.
So, there is only imbalanced and balanced radiation.
Balanced radiation is radiation, Tim explained it.
Where light rings are spinning around the geometric center.
The zero point is in the geometric center of the light ring.
And when the centering mind point, zero point, is moved out of the geometric center, what is the case with all radiation in our civilization, then that radiation is imbalanced.
The whole challenge...
Is how to move back into the geometric center, that conscious, intelligent, zero-mind point, which is centering the light ring.
And that is what I do, actually.
That was your question.
I have one device, one safe space from everything, and when I go there and go into conscious breathing, and when I forget my body, Then in that state, in that safe space, I express my intent and put it down on the paper or on a piece of plastic or anything else,
and then paste it on a device and my intent goes into manifestation.
And then there is one more secret.
I put it around.
Because the secret of the cycle is the pure secret, not understood in the official science and in our civilization.
And adding to it also my discovery of the divine pi number, because the diameter of that sticker is correlated to the divine pi number.
The value of the pi number in the official science 3.142 is not correct.
The right value of the pine number is square root of 10, which is the portal between non-physical and physical.
And then creating with that divine pine number, what I suggest all of you who are listening now and who are working something, use the divine pine number square root of 10.
And with that divine pine number, I have succeeded to To solve that challenge, which is not solvable in official science, they call squaring the circle.
Okay, then if you're using the square root of 10, as you say, as the divine number, what is the square root of 10?
It is a little bit more than 3.142.
It is 3.1622.
Okay.
Okay.
So that's very interesting.
All right.
So now in terms of it still is not completely clear to me how you are able to take This information that you have, which is good information, it sounds to me.
And I've been talking to Richard Allen Miller a bit about this, and he's also been on the trail of this through understanding what he calls the buckyball.
And which came from Buckminster Fuller and the concept of the dodecahedron.
And I'm sure he could explain it better than I. So the thing is, though, that at this point, you're we're we're talking about a world in which, again, not everyone is is lucky or late.
You know, yourself.
And so we all are having, especially the people that are trying to run the planet, are not necessarily willing even to concede their power to make money and enslave humanity by these other methods.
So whereas I believe, I have I've long believed that one can do this on one's own, of course, with our own skill.
This is obvious, but in order to make it possible for the rest of humanity, the people who are not having these abilities to safeguard themselves, etc., other than buying your product, you know, also, They should be able to do this on their own, as you say, through breathing and intent.
And ultimately, they can through meditation.
There's no doubt about it.
However, how are you planning to get this sort of consciousness out to the public so that the people that have sort of stolen from the early days, Tesla technology, we have an interview with Ralph Ring, Who I brought to Tim's attention, who worked with Otis Carr, who you may know of, who actually created a flying saucer and flew it.
They took it to General Motors and he told them after he saw their evidence, if you put them up there, we will shoot them down because they were not able to And they didn't want that technology to get to the public.
That was back in the 1960s.
At the same time, the CIA went in and disbanded their entire group and basically told them to never speak to each other again.
And that was the history of Ralph Ring, very interesting man.
And he's quite elderly now, but he's still around.
So you might like to talk to them.
But at any rate, again, my question is, how do you believe that your technology or your concept of technology will be picked up and used around the planet?
Okay, thank you very much for that question.
That's a wonderful question.
I love that question.
First of all, there is good information Everything, in anything.
And that is my attitude, that is my philosophy.
I do not consider the challenge of the microwave radiation, or 40, or 50, or 60, or 70, it doesn't matter, as negative in any sense.
For me, it is a challenge to involve, to expand, And to become aware of self-power, self-omnipotence, to solve that and to protect self.
And for me, also, there was, I go a little bit back, there was initial separation of the energy into light and dark.
And the dark side, our dark side is actually the energy which took all our negativity to itself and played everything what is negative to that extent.
So to wake us up and we are sleeping, right?
And to wake up is not so easy.
And they play their game.
I think they are all wonderful.
And they bring more and more talent for the people to wake up.
Yes, I agree with that.
Yes, I understand that.
But I hope you're going to explain how individuals are you...
In other words, are you only focusing on the individual?
And not trying to reverse or change the state.
Look, this civilization is consisting of individuals.
If each individual would be changed, the whole would be changed.
Nobody can change anybody else except self.
So, without the permission, of course, because we are beings of free will, and we got from our God Creator free will, the same God has.
So, I'm now in the face of pioneering with new energy like Benjamin Franklin in 1775, who believed at that time in electricity.
Nobody.
And that's quite the same situation with me now, pioneering and experimenting with something that seems unbelievable for the majority of people, except for those who are really crazy and fanatics like me.
And believes that is everything possible with knowledge.
So I have investigated this new energy and I have discovered a lot of methods how to work with this new energy and have investigated the last 12 years.
And I have a big manuscript about it, and I know now how to create, which shapes to create, and I know that that dodecahedron, that unit with six pairs of spires, compressing and expanding simultaneously in and out, is an absolutely balanced unit.
And you can send it anywhere if you know how to balance anything.
It can produce light, it can produce heat, it can do anything.
But you have to know how to work with it.
And I'm now in the process to make a next step.
And the next step will be to create the desired temperature.
For example, in my apartment, I put that small generator without electricity and anything else and attached to it my conscious intent.
And then the temperature will be constant in my apartment or anywhere else.
You know, it requires, truly, it's a challenge, it's a challenge.
But for me, it's possible.
I'm absolutely crazy about it and I love it.

So I guess what we're saying is that we've already done something through the omni-radiation balancer where we've shown that we've altered the state of a radiation field by bringing the zero point of that radiation field back to align with the geometric center.
So we've altered the state of the radiation field so that it doesn't harm the human cell.
We've also proven that we can alter the state of water because we've made it crystalline and beautifully hexagonal and that's been proven by Dr.
Emoto's Harder Life Institute and now we move on to see whether we can alter the state of air particles and that is the next challenge but obviously with that challenge if that is successful Then we are replacing air conditioning,
which is a huge sap of electricity all over the world and creates all sorts of environmental imbalances, as we're seeing in all of the information that's coming out about supposedly what's responsible for the CO2 emissions.
Well, that is supposedly meant to be 26% of that is meant to be electrical discharge.
So, you know, we're Inventing solutions that replace old models, that's what we're into at the moment with this conscious creation technology, which focuses around the DECA, which responds to human intent and awareness.
And Lackey is the only person I know who is actually working with that unit of energy, understands that it's here within the environment for us to use, and that it could have extraordinary implications for our health, But also the balance and the harmony in the planet.
And that's the really positive message that we're presenting here.

First of all, I would like to emphasize that this is the new beginning, August 17th, 1987.
The new beginning of the new era and new tool.
And totally everything will be changed.
And the new energy, conscious energy, was actually responding to the mass consciousness and the consciousness of every individual and balancing everything where you consciously send that light, that energy, to balance it.
So the wisdom of the new era is following.
We are aware of every game, drama game, in every organized and structured energy in educational, medical, financial, religious system, governmental system, everywhere, we are aware of that game and we are still observers.
We do not judge and we do not oppose.
We do not fight.
We love them only for that, what they do, because anything that you want to integrate into your beingness, you can do only with love.

So that is the catch for all those who are trying to continue creation with the old energy.

So, in the full connection with spirit, then I forget physical body and exist as spirit.
I consciously take decisions before I go into conscious breathing and into the safe space that I created for myself.
And then I take a piece of paper and pencil.

So, my The answer to it again is, if you like to get protection, and if you trust yourself, when you trust yourself, you trust God.

All people are, all human beings are my brothers and sisters.
And I share the joy that I know.
And I know that that protection, it goes that simple like, Dear God, in the full connection we say, Dear God, I ask you to surround my body with a white Christed light and protect it from all being and frequency asas and from Anything else that is negative.

And you don't need anything else, any device.
It goes in manifestation if you are connecting in that state or expressing that conscious intent with the spirit.
But how many people can succeed in it?
It is transitional phase.
Then some support in the form of the simple device like a sticker is needed until they get self-confidence into self-creation and expressing their self-intent and asking actually themselves to protect.
And that protection is absolutely the best one.

so just to be clear we've done the Dr Emoto tests that show that it crystallizes water structures and crystallizes water but we've also done this live blood analysis where after 20 minutes We show that after 20 minutes of watching a mobile video or video on a mobile phone, all your blood sticks together.

And that ties in with what we were saying earlier on in terms of like the vibration of the human cell being compromised.

But how many people can do it?

Yeah, and I would say, Laki, you spent quite a long time working out You know, what actually works in this respect, right?
And Lackey's expertise has been like 35 years of research into radiation and understanding exactly what radiation fields are, as I hope we've covered a bit in this talk.
What the sticker does is it has expertise and the right instructions and that saves you a lot of energy and effort.
But of course, if you want to go ahead and create your own patches and experiment with them, by all means.
It's a bit like making a cup of tea.
You know, you make your cup of tea at home or you can go out and buy a cup of tea.
Well, ultimately, the goal, I would assume from what Lackey is saying, the goal is for everyone to be able to do this on their own.

Okay, so I guess in terms of radiation, let's talk just a little bit more about the nature of radiation versus My understanding is that we ourselves are radiant and that we ourselves generate radiation.
So in other words...
It's useful for people to understand how radiation actually becomes imbalanced.
And I have interviewed a couple from Russia who were born and grew up in Chernobyl, the area of Chernobyl.
They ultimately began eating uranium and other types of metals and actually feeding on radiation as they found it beneficial to themselves because I guess they'd had it when they were very little children.
And this is what they claimed.
And I also know that there's a scientist many, many years ago who claimed that the whole idea of radiation being harmful was, in a sense, a meme, a mental construction that was actually wrong.
So he filled a pool with radiation-filled water, I guess, and he used to swim in it every day and he had no detrimental effects.
Because he, in his own mind, considered that radiation was not harmful, that it was, again, a mental construction that was put out to cause disease in humans by the dark side.
What do you have to say to that, Lackey?
Okay, that's a nice question, of course, to explain radiation and especially radioactive radiation.
It is not possible using scientific concepts of atom, of particle, of cell.
It is only possible to explain it properly using the right concept of atom, which is the light ring spinning around the centering mind point.
So one can understand that every radiation is expansion.
Every radiation is actually death.
Phase of creation, degeneration.
So, in that sense, one can understand that every radiation is actually an imbalance.
It's harmful for the living cells, and we can know it when you have a fire and a high temperature, and so that causes damage on a physical body.
Understanding that radioactive radiation is Consisting of fast expanding light rings, expanding with a velocity speed of nearly the speed of light,
penetrating everything, penetrating atmosphere and penetrating waters and penetrating every barrier, material barrier, And causing harmful effects.
That is why it is a huge challenge and very difficult to work with it.
There must be efficient protection of the human body.
So, I do not believe that anybody can actually contend that it is not harmful for his body or her body.
If it is about radioactive radiation, because, you know, expansion is a death process.
And then I would like to explain it on the example of cancer.
Cancer is not understood.
It is everything in the official science, but not the truth.
Cancer is consisting of cells expanding much faster Than a natural aging process and dying process.
And that is what cancer is.
So, radioactive radiation causes and actually accelerates that expansion.
So, and causing also cancer.
And our relation to our body is following.
We are mental beings.
And we are projecting mentally by thinking, imagining and dreaming our bodies, which are electric records of our souls.
In another way, when I see your body and I say, oh, what a beautiful thought you have!
You would wonder, how do you know my thoughts?
I see your body.
It's an electric record of your thoughts, of what you think.
And then we understand that is perception, moving perception.
We move perception of our body and who is fully aware of it, like a mirror in the eye.
There was a great ascended master incarnated in Holland, in Netherlands, 1920-30, before the Second World War, and he allowed That the guy pushed the sword through his body and nothing happened.
Because he was fully aware that he is master of his body, that his body is consisting of the light rings, and the sword also is consisting of light rings.
And he pushed the sword through his heart and nothing happened.
He moved out and nothing happened.
Yes, there are many.
I mean, this is true.
There are yogis that do this on a regular basis.
And some regular people as well.
I would like to explain why radiation becomes imbalanced.
That centering point, that reversal point between compression and radiation and the centering point of the expanding light rings is the same point.
So, expanding light rings have a centering point which responds to human intent who created that radiation.
And the whole radiation in this civilization, electric radiation, became imbalanced When J.P. Morgan did not allow Tesla to develop the wireless transmission of the energy,
but decided to build a heavy industry, metal industry, and to enslave the people, actually his intent was built into all electric radiation and still makes that And that is how it works.
How it works.
That is power of human intent.
Because that still centering point, spirit point, does not judge anything.
Spirit does not know good and bad.
Spirit knows your intent.
Just goes and fulfills your intent.
And that is all.
That is all.
And that is why the whole radiation in this civilization, the whole artificial radiation, is imbalanced and causing imbalanced effects.
So our challenge is to change it and the simplest way is this way and also to replace all the technologies based on electricity and develop new technologies for the new civilization without electricity and we will have no problems with it at all.
And that is only possible then we Achieve and become aware of the destruction of human senses and make that quantum leap in consciousness from the electric awareness of our senses into the constant consciousness of our mind who knows the truth.
And I would like, if you allow, to explain a little bit about information, about knowledge, about our senses and how they are deceiving us.
Because if we trust our senses, we get an inverted picture of the truth.
Our senses are dual.
And they divide one direction into two of emotions in the universe, into two opposite effects.
I would like, just for the sake of simplicity, I took here one example.
That is it.
An apple, you see?
And my body has an equator which goes through my body and reflecting left and right part in reverse, and that's why my body is like that.
And that steel equator is made of that steel magnetic light which Spirit or Creator or God is.
And look, when I align now my equator, With the equator of this apple.
Imagine this is Earth, this apple.
And I rotate it now from me to you.
Rotate, and I see clearly, and I know my right eye is on the right side, left eye is on the left side, and I see one directional rotation.
Clear.
But look now.
I move here to the right side and continue rotating And it tells me it's from the left to the right.
That is defined as a clockwise rotation.
Okay.
But I move now to this side and continue rotating.
And it tells me now it's from right to left.
It is counterclockwise.
How it is possible?
It is obviously one directional rotation.
And if I... Put my eyes from this side, turns me clockwise, from this side counterclockwise.
So senses are deceiving us.
There is no one example.
Senses are not deceiving us.
We have to go into that awareness and correct with our mind in order to get the truth.
All science is based on empirical knowledge and trusting the senses, and explanations based on the information delivered from the senses.
Senses are delivering us information which is a fact, it is not a code.
So that effect is wrong, is upside down of the truth, and all scientific concepts are upside down of the true concepts.
You have a concept in the science, opposites attract each other.
It's absolutely illogical to say that opposites attract each other.
The only office of opposites is to oppose each other.
That's why we call them opposites.
But in the science, there is a huge and massive hypnosis with laws.
Opposites attract each other.
It's a challenge to explain that and bring the right law which is same attract each other, not opposite.
It is inverted.
One can really easily get the truth if one takes opposite of that what scientific concepts say and what scientific laws.
They say opposite attraction, the same attraction.
Or any other law.
Because based on the deception of human senses.
