I'm Carrie Cassidy from Project Camelot, and I am very happy tonight to have Debra Tavares on the show.
Actually, Tavares, I think she says her name, so we'll double check with that.
But at any rate, she's here with me, and she is not going to be on video.
She is going to be on audio only, unfortunately, due to some logistical issues at her end, I think.
So let me bring her on the show, though.

So I actually am from Northern California, so you live in Northern California, and we're going to talk about the fires in Northern California.
You cover...
Deborah covers all kinds of things.
She is from StopTheCrime.net, and I think a lot of people know who she is.
But, Deborah, what I'd like you to do is give some overview of your background.
And you were telling me some really interesting things before we started.
So if you can kind of go to that.
And while you're talking, I will basically have your banner on so that people can at least see your face.

We're going to cover water tonight as well as fires in UN Agenda 21 and more.
And my background comes from A third-generation building team.
My husband and I built a single-family residence in Southern California for nearly 30 years.
My grandfather was a Dutch builder.
My father was a builder as well.
And many of my family members are in real estate and are builders.
So, in the process of building, I became very interested and had to for building survival.
We encountered in cities with the different rules and regs and all of the requirements of land subdivisions, Department of Real Estate, from the beginning of acquisition of a property until we gave keys to buyers.
And that was a very, very long process, and certainly I had to like that work in order to survive in it.
Because certainly we had many, many ups and downs in real estate markets with interest rates.
At times, trying to market at 16% takeout for the buyers, clicking away at a 24% construction loan rate.
So, survivability was very much always on our minds.
I worked around the clock.
Bit of an over-workaholic for sure.
And I took that with me when we slowed our building business down and jumped into what happened to our building business because things were just not penciling out.
I couldn't get projects to pencil out.
We couldn't build affordable, sellable housing.
And I just didn't know why.
Raising a family and working seven days a week with, you know, many hours of work every single day, I didn't have time to stop And become aware of what really was happening around me until things slowed down and until I started to investigate.
That's where my work started.
I love reading documents.
It is my backbone of understanding.
I know the vocabulary and where many people like to read novels, I like to read documents from the cities and I read many of them and we're going to be discussing Quite a few of these documents this evening, and I will be explaining in many instances what is happening and why it's happening.
Okay.
Now, I just want to stop you there, because when you say you read documents, are you talking about having sort of an ease with legal jargon, or is there another kind of jargon that you're really good at?
That's a good question.
Yes, I read the documents that I pull off of city websites that they have adopted, policies that they have adopted.
For example...
So you'd be a good administrator, like a congressperson?
Well, I would never want to be a congressperson, because they absolutely are valueless.
In fact, they've corrupted everything about our country, as well as all of the city...
Council members, county board of supervisors, everything is incorporated.
Nothing is run as we believe it to be.
It's all a corporate structure.
In fact, the only reason that you think you vote your council people in is according to the corporate charter.
They have to let you have public speaking time.
And again, to keep the illusion of a representative government going.
We don't have a representative government.
I've covered this ad nauseum earlier.
I've looked at Senate Report 93549.
In fact, we are all the enemy.
I suppose, fundamentally, that's the most important thing to begin with.
So, I will.
I have many YouTubes up about the fact that we are not a representative government.
In fact, I know that when we met a number of years back, Carrie, at a conference, there was a number of people speaking and James Traficant was there.
And I really liked James Traficant.
He really presented information that I was discovering at the time.
Yes, he was.
And unfortunately, he passed on.
That's very sad.
And he was a fascinating man.
And I interviewed him way back when.
Yes, and I just want to read to everybody one of...
The quotes that he put in public record that's in his book, America's Last Minuteman.
And again, you know, James Traficant Jr.
was a quarterback, a congressman.
He was a convicted political prisoner, put in prison for over seven years on trumped-up charges.
And they wanted to silence him because what I'll just read out of his book, and I think everybody should have that, to honor him for his bravery and his steadfast to keep this in the record.
This is absolutely so important.
He talks about the bankruptcy of the United States on March 17th of 1993.
He puts this into public record and the congressional record.
And this is what he says, Carrie, and I just think this is profound.
It's simple to understand for everyone that doesn't understand that we have a de facto government, a rogue government.
It's run by corporations.
Corporations have no feelings, no consciousness.
It is a predatory government structure, and I know that you've certainly talked about the predatory aspects of who's sitting in the seat here, but here's what James Traffikant says in his book, America's Last Minute Man.
He says to the House, Mr.
Speaker, we're here now in Chapter 11.
Members of Congress are official trustees presiding over the greatest reorganization of any bankrupt entity in the world's history, the U.S. government.
We are setting forth, hopefully, a blueprint for our future.
There are some who say it's a coroner's report that will lead to our demise.
It is an established fact that the United States federal government has been dissolved by the Emergency Banking Act on March 9th of 1933.
He gives the statutory and the law number, etc.
Declared by President Roosevelt being bankrupt and insolvent.
Goes on to tell us that Congress in session of June 5th of 1933, that a joint resolution to suspend the gold standard and abrogate the gold clause dissolved the sovereign authority of the United States and the official capacities of all United States governmental officers, and departments and is further evidence that the United States federal government exists today in Maine only.
The receivers of the United States bankruptcy are the international bankers via the United Nations, the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund.
All United States offices, officials and departments are now operating within a de facto status In name only, under emergency war powers.
The federal government exists in name only.
And that was a real burden to have to really digest, Carrie, because many people and everyone is under the propaganda voting and believing that they can re-vote people in office and change things.
And that isn't the case.
We're in fact the enemy.
And that's obvious because we're being poisoned in every imaginable way and every unimaginable way, from the overhead aerial chemtrailing to weather weapons, to toxins in the water, to food, every aspect of delivery system, vaccines, etc.
There is no end to the description of the poisonous delivery system.
And the obesity levels in the United States and keeping us in a foggy mind so that we're not able to be clear thinking.
It's all part of the plan to literally subdue us.
This also gets into the population control.
Now, in terms of just because we kind of jumped into trafficking and this whole, you know...
A rabbit hole, so to speak.
I just want to go back one second and ask you, in terms of your situation, your building of houses took a downturn, is that what you're saying, that made you go down this road?
Is that kind of what you were trying to tell us?
Well, no.
What I was saying was really what's discussed in Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars.
It's the shock The economic shock theory is one mechanism of literally creating hardships for people.
We're enslaved.
We're not meant to be successful.
And during the course of construction, when you acquire a piece of property and then you go through the design phase, the build-out phase, and the sales phase, you can have a two-year window in that whole process if all goes smoothly.
You never know at the beginning of that two years when you anticipate a sales price where the interest rates will be in two years' time.
And we were all over the interest rate opportunity, I guess you'd call it, in good times and in bad times.
And fortunately, a number of people that we knew, including ourselves, were able to at least Survive some of the good times and really get a haircut during the interest rate periods when it was the highest.
And it wasn't during that time that I stopped to think about any of this, other than I was noticing that it was becoming much more difficult to get plans through the cities.
They were requiring quite a bit of off-site requirements, in other words, Literally paying for some street lighting that was a mile away, other aspects of off-site requirements, as well as changing the footprint of buildings.
And it just became impossible to get something to pencil out.
They wouldn't let you remove a tree and you would lose a unit, for example.
Things like this.
And then it just became patently clear With different kinds of strikes.
For example, there were some strikes on drywall.
And then there would be literally laborers that would go through areas and vandalize construction jobs.
Literally slice up the drywall in the buildings.
There was all kinds of craziness going on.
Just absolute craziness.
And what year was this?
Well, that was between 1979 and mid-1990s.
There was a whole swing during that period of time.
So did you become disenchanted or did you, you know, I'm just curious in your own life, because you really embarked on a very brave sort of full frontal attack in many ways.
I mean, you're one of the most outspoken.
I mean, you're a little like me in that regard.
You know, you kind of are...
No holds barred.
You tell it like it is.
And you've been doing this now.
I mean, you had a break in the middle where you got attacked, I know, that people should be aware of, right?
So when did you start speaking out?
And then also, where did you get the sort of guts to do so?
Well, I would say I started really in 2008, 2009.
I was becoming aware that things weren't right.
I started to investigate, which took a tremendous amount of time.
I really was having difficulty believing what I was reading.
And I was sad.
I became very, very sad.
I guess the best way to discuss that is I suffer from truth trauma.
I also don't like liars and cheats.
And when I started to see the enormity, little by little, that we were all facing, there was no fear involved.
It was just this was wrong, and you have to do the next best right thing, and that's tell the truth.
And as I continued to investigate, more truth became evident to me with all the false lies in the documents.
And I really like to get into that by first, of course, recommending everyone order this book, get this into their library.
It's entitled Fruit from a Poisonous Tree.
It's by Melvin Stamper, M-E-L-V-I-N Stamper, S-T-A-M-P-E-R. And I just...
It was material like this, and...
The Economic Hitman.
Right.
Many other books and articles.
But Silent Weapons for Quiet Wars was very important for me.
I also did quite a bit of radio work with Dr.
Stan Monteith from Radio Liberty.
And I asked Dr.
Stan, if I were to only put one document on a website, what would you recommend?
That would be easy for everyone to read.
This was in my early, early days.
He said, I would put NWO exposed by an insider, 1969.
New World Order exposed by an insider, 1969.
We do have that on StopTheCrime.net on the source document tab.
And I would highly recommend that everybody download this and read it because it's very relevant as well as silent weapons for quiet wars.
And in Stamper's book, He talks about, he studied this for years, what's happened to the system.
And again, we don't have a system that we've been psyopsed into believing that we do.
I think another document, too, or another PowerPoint that really threw me was the NASA war plan that I have up on Stop the Crime.com.
I came across that by accident.
And vetted it because I could not literally believe that it was true.
So much of what I discovered, I didn't believe it for myself at first.
And it took me a while.
I liken my journey as to climbing up a set of stairs.
And every once in a while, you have to stop on the landing and catch your breath.
Because it is just so huge.
And it is so diabolically evil.
And as I started to realize that the entire plan is a massive reduction of the human population worldwide and I can clearly see it with all the poisons and toxins and the education lack thereof.
Then of course the smart meters I became extremely involved.
I think that's when we met.
I did a keynote at that conference about smart meters and at the time When I was researching that out of Europe, everyone was thinking that that could not be as bad as I was saying it was going to be.
And it ended up being far worse.
And we're going to get into the connectivity of the Internet of Things and how the smart meter is a base of that and what that is doing to many people's lives, how it's destroying lives and the frequencies and how just that alone is causing tremendous Electromagnetic sensitivity throughout the global population.
People don't realize it.
That's why we have a symptom list on the homepage at StopTheCrime.net, so that everyone can easily download that symptom list.
What I find is that people are suffering from so many aspects of the delivery systems, just including the chemtrails and all of that, as well as all the frequencies, etc., that they're going to doctors who are not able to treat them.
Doctors do not understand the frequency aspect of how we're becoming so ill, and they'll give all of their patients, generally, various medications.
And we're just literally being medicated, vaccinated, out of existence, overfed with too much flour and sugar.
People are in a sugar and flour fog.
They can't think.
We're overweight.
The United States really now exceeds the obesity of any other country.
But other countries, of course, are certainly on our heels because the fast food industry has launched everywhere that I've traveled.
I'm finding the fast food industry corrupting other indigenous Villages out in the middle of nowhere, you can go into these stores and see the food, but getting back to the symptoms list, I would recommend everyone download that, understand the kinds of assaults that you will be feeling.
I should just go over a few because some of them are occurring now on a massive scale.
People might be very unaware of the kinds of things that they'll suffer from, but I'll just go over a few.
And people need to understand that these are psychotronic weapons.
This is mass mind control.
And eventually, of course, and now as well, controlling our thoughts and emotions and directing our physical actions, causing anger, etc.
As well as, of course, the introduction of Cinemix into our food supply, which was the ingestion of fetal, aborted human fetal tissue.
Yeah, that's incredible.
So it is an enormous assault.
And some of the aspects of illness, not only is confusion and short-term memory loss, but inability to focus, brain fog, headaches, migraines, eye disruption.
And I found, Carrie, this to be very interesting.
The Department of Energy has required that the United States eliminate the original incandescent lighting and Switch over to LED lighting all for the sake of reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
I have a YouTube app called LED Lighting, A Silent Weapons Assault.
The LED lights are causing enormous eye problems, macular degeneration, glaucoma.
It's even causing weight gain, certainly disrupting your sleep, reducing melatonin.
Becoming a real problem with our screens, all of our screens, all of our wireless and even our wired laptops have LED lighting.
Children are really going to be suffering from massive eye problems and premature blindness along the way at a much younger age than ever before.
Headaches though and chest pressure, respiratory problems.
We're seeing increased respiratory Problems here in the fire areas as well because of the fine parts that include a lot of the chemtrail spraying of us and that is an enormous issue.
In fact, we have been told that UC Davis here in California is Asking all women that were pregnant during and around the fires to report on the health of their children.
And as well as studying.
They say they need to study the effects of the fire.
Well, they're studying, Carrie, of the results of the fires to just make sure it worked effectively.
That they've substantially poisoned us.
Because we were heavily, heavily chemtrailed the days before October 8th of 2017 when the fires here were.
In Northern California erupted and we were heavily chemtrailed during and after and that was holding all the smoke here in this area down.
We were being basted in toxins and that was all part of the intentional plan.
Now, just offhand, you know, I don't expect you to say exactly where you're located, but can you give a vague explanation how you survived the fires?
I guess we're not in the exact targeted area.

Do you know the woman who...
There's a woman who actually sort of saw the mapping ahead of time that there was sort of a plot in terms of where they were going to center all of this.
Have you heard that?
I believe she might have lived south of Santa Rosa.
I forget the name of the town.
Well, I'm not aware of that.
But what I do know is in early 2015...
I was a member of the EMS Safety Network here in the Santa Rosa area.
And the PG&E, which is Rothschild, everyone can look this up, the utilities throughout the country and globally are run by various aspects of the Old Guard, the Rothschild family, and more, Rockefeller as well.
And there was a smart meter Director at Pacific Gas and Electric, again Rothschild, who attempted to falsify his identity and get into a Google group for anti-smart meters because they were trying to figure out how we were building so much opposition against the smart meters because it was not being reported in any papers.
It was a very stealth deployment and essentially at that time, early on, I was frustrated.
We were having many, many Protests and rallies and nothing was getting out in the papers, obviously, for obvious reasons.
And I just decided one day I would get arrested to see if that might help, you know, kick this out of California.
I'd never dreamt of ever doing anything like this in my entire life.
And I have to tell you, my little granddaughter told me, well, Grandma, this is off your bucket list now, right?
And I told her, well, I never had being arrested in my bucket list.
But they were delivering smart meters to an unmarked building in Roanoke Park here in Northern California.
And then using little trucks, little white trucks that had the name Wellington on the side and running around the neighborhoods and deploying these meters by and large when people weren't home.
We amassed several hundred signs and put them all throughout the neighborhood, in particular one neighborhood.
And so, to get to the bottom of the story, I have it up on YouTube.
It's called, Plan to Burn Up Northern California.
As a consequence of this smart meter executive from PG&E, or Rothschild, he was caught falsifying his name.
He was later fired, really not.
He was doing his job.
But having said that, there was a required download of documents by a law judge for the EMS Safety Network.
And within 65,000 documents, they found an email exchange between Pacific Gas and Electric and PG&E. And again, everyone can hear that verbatim.
I read these emails on the plan to burn up Northern California.
There's a two-hour version of that.
Basically what that is is one hour on a radio show with Jeff Rents.
I had a show with Jeff Rents on his show, on his network, for over a year.
And this was when I was with him, assisting him in hosting his show after there had been an attempt on his life.
So I discussed this email exchange, and that's where I understood That we would be hit with directed energy weapons.
Okay, so what year was that?
Well, this was in early 2015, thereabouts.
Okay, and then the fires happened, was it 2017?
Yes, yes.
It was October 8th is when the fires started of 2017.
So, a couple of years after that.
Right.
And in fact, on the internet, I am standing before the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors here after the fires because they were talking about needing an early warning system.
And I got up right after the fires and told them, you had your early warning.
You didn't pay attention.
So Gas and Electric, who you are working with, who is Rothschild, and the California Public Utility Commission, who is also Rothschild, said that they were going to use Laser weapons in Northern California, actually specifically in Sebastopol, California, which is where the heart of the anti-smart meter movement initiated.
Well, when you say they said they were going to use them, in what way?
How could they phrase that?
Well, I'm not looking at those emails right now, and that's why I would really refer everybody to the plan to burn up Northern California, because I'm reading them.
And on UN Agenda 21, Plan to Burn Up Northern California, you can actually see those documents.
And of course, on StopTheCrime.net, they are there as well.
Bottom line is we were told, we knew at some point that there would be directed energy weapons used in Northern California.
But what is so diabolical with the fires here, and I want to talk about the fires abroad as well.
Because there's a correlation with everything that's happening, and I've got to get to that.
But what happened here in Sonoma County with the results of the fire, we've had mosquitoes spraying in certain areas now where there have been fires burning, where they're using Naled, N-A-L-E-D. It's a neurotoxin.
You can also see how they used it over Houston after Hurricane Harvey.
Just type that in.
The Pentagon authorized the U.S. Air Force to spray 6 million acres of Nellett over Houston.
So what's the result of that on people?
Do you know?
Well, it's made by Monsanto.
It's outlawed overseas.
It's a neurotoxin.
So, meaning, what does it do to you exactly?
Do you know?
Well, N-A-L-E-D, I would look that up.
I'm not prepared at this moment to say, but it's obviously something you don't want sprayed on you.
And they are.
It's just an added way in which we're being eliminated.
But I want to get into the fires that are raging literally here in California now, as well as Oregon now.
Certainly we've heard what's been happening in Europe, in Russia, in Greenland, in Sweden, Finland, certainly Greece, with people having to run into the sea to escape the flames right out of Athens, near a town in Athens.
Vietnam has been on fire, and many other locations.
And there's a commonality here.
And I want to talk about that.
It's beyond, and it's also directed energy weapons, which it's important to understand that the directed energy weapons market has increased to the megabillions of dollars over the last two years.
It's a tremendous market of opportunity and the anticipation of using directed energy weapons.

You'll find much of what I'm talking about there.
But the commonality between all of the fires, besides the manner in which they're being executed, is to bring in resilient cities.
All of these areas, in fact, all the areas throughout the entire worldwide, have adopted climate action plans.
And I've spent many hours, many hours, many hours reading climate action plans, not only throughout the United States, but overseas as well.
That was the first acceptance by all of your cities.
Everyone that's listening, your cities have adopted these plans confirming that there's going to be weaponization of weather.
So let's break that down a little bit so that you'll understand.
We discovered in the Climate Action Plans that they talked about the various types of climate effects.
Now, we know that climate change in this dramatic fashion is weather weapons.
I'll just jump into the fact that on the Kennedy Belfer website a few years ago, Carrie, there was a Geoengineering Policy Research Fellowship request, and it was Really an interesting definition for what the geoengineering system is, and I thought that this was well done in a very short, concise manner.
Here's on the Harvard Kennedy School Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs, their Geoengineering Policy and Research Fellowship.
Geoengineering is a The deliberate, large-scale manipulation of the Earth's climate.
So, they go on, they're offering fellowships, they're trying to manage globally what other countries will do with geoengineering, and they're requesting people apply for these fellowships under the supervision of Professor David Keith,
K-E-I-T-H. And they want Applicants that have PhDs that are in the field of engineering and physical sciences and public policies, economics and political sciences, etc.
This was an application request back in April of 2012.
So it's interesting how you can find their admissions to what is happening in areas that you wouldn't expect it.
Another area, and before I jump into the fires and the commonality, it's important to understand every city, every country throughout the world, I have yet to find one that does not have an adopted climate action plan.
So what does that mean?
All of you that are listening, type in the name of your country or the name of your city, followed by climate action plan.
So for example, I would type in Santa Rosa, California, Climate Action Plans.
I might even, at this point, type in Resilient Plan.
And I'm going to find the plans for Sonoma County.
Not just only Santa Rosa, but for the entire county.
I was typing in to confirm the plans for Finland, for Sweden, for Russia, For Greece, etc.
They all have climate action plans.
So what does this mean?
That they're buying the false science of climate change or global warming and the requirements to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
They have all their policies lined up with the false reality of eliminating fossil fuels.
And this is extremely dangerous.
There's a very, very good It's called Anatomy of a Con Job.
I would recommend everybody download it, Anatomy of a Con Job.
The author's last name is Wolf, W-O-L-F-E. But understand, Russia, Saudi Arabia know that oil, petroleum, is a renewable.
They know that it's not a fossil fuel.
But we have been sold that we're running out of oil, and for a specific reason.
Because they're transitioning us out of all gas.
We're talking about natural gas and petroleum gas for our cars as well.
That's why after all these fires here in Northern California, we noticed signs along the freeway where the fire jumped after it burned down the Hilt Hotel, jumped the freeway and burned down Coffee Park.
And there was a big sign That was up.
It was called Resiliency.
So everybody look up 100 Resilient Cities and you'll find that Rothschild and Rockefeller and all of the massive organizations are behind Resilient Cities.
It's to bring in a completely new market based on nothing but deception.
Absolute deception.
And I can say to you For an example, I looked up the Nashville Area Metropolitan Planning Organization, Building Resilience, the Climate Adaptation Plan.
You can do this anywhere you want, but they say it's about when leaders and citizens understand the risks and impacts associated with climate change on the natural built environment, the economy, and other people.
The benefits of proactive resilience strategies will motivate To collaborate and take action.
Policies will be changed to address the greatest risks of climate change.
Progress will be defined, measured, and reported.
And funding sources will be identified.
Accordingly, we will institute strategies to achieve these goals.
And they talk about how they will collaborate across partners.
They will educate all of us, our businesses and organizations, They will change policy as required because this is a massive rewriting of everything we've ever known.
Everything will be monitored.
And I'm going to read this, and then I'm going to get back into the fires because the commonality is that all of these countries everywhere has adopted the false reality of climate change, giving permission to use weather weapons in that they're agreeing that there is climate change.
This is a big thing.
I hope everybody is understanding what I just said.
When these countries such as the United States and your city and other countries adopt false science and they adopt it, they're inviting the false policies which have now come in.
And some of the climate change health effects that they list and some of the causes and examples for these risks in some of these policies Are as follows.
They say that climate change will affect increases in extreme heat events, increased air pollution, floods, droughts, wildfires, storms, changes in weather patterns, higher food prices and food scarcity, sea level rise, storm surge, longer red tides, toxic algae blooms in the ocean.
Then they say the effects The health effects from climate change are going to be heat-related illnesses and death, worsening of chronic health conditions, increased respiratory illnesses, seasonal allergies, etc., injury and death, respiratory illnesses, waterborne illnesses, foodborne illnesses, displacement.
This is all the climate refugees that we're seeing displaced all over the world and Stress-related disorders, mental health impacts, increases and shifts in infectious diseases, increased hunger,
decreased nutrition, again, injury and death, wastewater system impacts, displacement, again, refugees, again, mental health and poisoning from contaminating and from contaminated shellfish.
All the countries, Carrie, have adopted this false plan based on the effects and results of weather weapons.
Right.
Well, it's important to note that some of these things are, or actually most, if not all, are being engineered.
In other words, they're deciding where they want to have a fire.
And then creating it.
Right now, it's incredibly hot in Southern California and certainly ripe for fires.
And I guess we have some that might be happening in the general area, although not right near me at the moment.
But I have to say that usually this kind of thing happens towards the end of summer.
We're right in the middle of summer.
Well, I'll just jump in and add something very quickly.
Southern California Gas Company has just urged customers to conserve energy during the heat wave that you've just discussed that is occurring right now where you are.
And this is all about curtailment of gas.
Ultimately, this is gas curtailment.
We're going to get into that in a few minutes because we will...
We're headed into a massive disruption of everything we've ever known.
The smart cities are going to eliminate cars.
This is why when we were looking at the cost for the United States infrastructure for the US Department of Transportation, the monies being spent on our US infrastructure is not Our highways and so forth.
Heavens.
We have third world roads.
Maybe first-class wines, but we've just found out now that's been tainted by Fukushima radiation.
That just came out in the paper a few days ago.
But that's an economic hit after the directed energy weapon for Northern California, because it's certainly a wine country.
But jumping into the assault, it's massive.
And I want to read this, because this is going to Go into the smart city, into the fires, why they're burning places down, why they're targeting areas.
This we found on the Pennsylvania Smart Infrastructure Incubator when we were researching Carnegie Mellon Engineering, and IBM is involved, etc.
But this is a mission statement that we found a few years ago, Carrie.
I'm going to read it verbatim.

Revolution in our infrastructure.
Pennsylvania's companies and institutions have a hidden secret.
They are leading a revolution in our infrastructure.
We want to help expose that secret to the world.
Tomorrow's infrastructure will blend traditional physical infrastructure, transportation and transit systems, buildings, pipes, power grid, concrete and steel, With cyber infrastructure, computers, networks and sensors, in ways that are just emerging.

The Pennsylvania Smart Meter Infrastructure Incubator will be an important step towards exposing this secret.
Now, when you talk about burning cities down, such as what happened here in Northern California, we lost over 8,000 homes in a combination of homes and commercial buildings.
And now we're finding out that they're putting in small cells in the burned out areas.
They're now needing to establish We're talking about walkable streets in these burned out areas now.
We're talking about walking trails and bike trails.
Now, you know, many people would say, oh, this is not a bad idea.
You know, what's wrong with that?
Well, they're talking about eliminating cars, and they need to have a network of walkability throughout all of our cities.
And we'll talk about that a little bit further here in a few moments.
But I wanted to go over again the commonality with all of these assaults, be it fires, storms, tornadoes, too much rain.
Many places right now are getting many, many inches of rain.
It's all the acceptance and the approval in all of our cities by our presumed elected officials that have said we agree.
With the Climate Action Plans and we agree with all this false science and we agree that we must reduce our greenhouse gas emissions.
In fact, Kerry, by the year 2050, they want greenhouse gas emissions to near zero or zero.
There is no life with that goal.
People don't understand what is being discussed.
In fact, on StopTheCrime.net, At the top of the homepage, we have a document called Population Engineering and the Fight Against Climate Change.
And on page one, they talk about the threat posed by climate change justifies population engineering, obviously eliminating people.
Yes.
And then on page two, in the footnotes, they talk about geoengineering, which is weather weapons, Along with reducing consumption-related waste and renewable energy and reducing human fertility rates is all morally justifiable.
Page four, they talk about relocating climate refugees.
And on page five, global greenhouse gas emissions must decline to near zero by the year 2050.
That's 2050.
Then on page 15, they say Cannot sustain larger populations of wealthier individuals because certainly the wealthier countries are contributing to too much greenhouse gas emissions.
That's why when...
But that's nonsense.
Of course it's all nonsense.
It's all a lie.
Right.
And that's why we got into the Deagle.com genocide plan.

Can I just stop you there for one second?
Because I just want to draw your attention to something that's an interesting synchronicity here to our conversation tonight.
I actually have here, and I'm going to try to put it on the screen just very briefly because I don't want copyright issues.
The BBC News, wildfires around the world, and then they have all these photos, a whole bunch of photos explaining supposedly the flames, but don't explain anything really.
But just for people that might want to see that this is an extremely timely conversation we're having here.
And I do want to also say that from the Project Camelot point of view, we know that they have been planning to, in essence, depopulate large areas of the United States.
And that also gets into plans for the future of what, in essence, the United States is going to be turned into a kind of a A bread basket and turning things back into forest, etc.
So they want to return the land back to its natural state and they want to eliminate the people in order to do so.
Yeah, well let's talk about that for a minute because I did have a conversation with Ted Turner when he was up here a few years ago and that's up on YouTube.
I think it's called Ted the Terrible and I'm recounting my visit with him.
It was very shocking to me I could not really imagine the calculations of 95% reduction of the population.
But let's get into that because that's called the Wildlands Project and Michael Kaufman did a brilliant map back in the day of the Wildlands Project and we have it up on StopTheCrime.net where we reversed the color so you can more plainly see If you search it on StopTheCrime.net, you'll just type in the search bar, Wildlands Project Map, and then you're going to see human access denied.
You will find out that this was all mandated by the United Nations.
It's a biodiversity treaty.
It's forced transformation and relocation of all Americans and cities to comply with environmental policies and the reduction of CO2 emissions.
And I'm just going to go over what the definition of this is.
Again, this is a biodiversity treaty that was mandated by the United Nations.
And an example of the required reduction of greenhouse gas emissions here in Santa Rosa is that our city, our unelected officials that appear to be elected by most people, said they would reduce The CO2 emissions, or greenhouse gas emissions, 25% below 1990 levels by 2015.
Well, that was a few years ago.
They said that they fell short, even though we were excellent with reducing our greenhouse gas emissions.
So we're in trouble here in California, or in Northern California.
We've fallen short.
But let's talk about what's really behind the Wildlands Project.
This is the goal of the project.
It's to set aside more than 50% of the North American continent as wild land for the preservation of biological diversity.
And it seeks to do this by creating a reserve network across the entire country.
And reserves are cores that are created from public lands, such as national forests and parks, and buffers, which are often called Created from private land adjoining cores to provide additional protection.
And then corridors, a mix of public and private lands usually following along rivers and wildlife mitigation routes, or migration routes, excuse me.
So it's important to understand that we're not going to have access to much of the land here.
And they say the primary characteristics of the core areas R is that they're going to be over 25 million acres that will allow little, if any, human use at all.
And the buffers will allow limited human use.
And the moral and ethical guidelines for the Wildlands Project are based on the philosophy of deep ecology.
And Carrie, I found this to be really surprising, actually.
They talk about the eight-point platform of deep ecology and how it's summarized, and they say this.
All life, human and non-human, has equal value.
Resource consumption above what is needed to supply vital human needs is immoral.
Human population must be reduced.
Western civilization must radically change present economic Technological and ideological structures.
And believers have an obligation to try to implement all of these necessary changes.
And the Wildlands Project is, of course, supported by hundreds and hundreds of working groups.
And some of the funders, interestingly enough, is the Ted Turner Foundation in Patagonia, also W. Alton Jones Foundation, The Lundhurst Foundation and many, many others.
This is what is happening, though, globally.
This isn't just only the United States.
We're seeing the transition happening in Europe with all the weather weapon assault.
You know, I was in Greece just a few weeks ago, and right now Athens is on fire, as I think you mentioned.
And you can go, people listening can go and look that up.
It's extraordinary to see where I just was.
And that place has been hit economically very, very hard, as everyone would know.
And it seems that the assault on Athens is not over.
So now they are They've gone and created fires there.
It's really quite interesting.
This goes back in history to the Romans versus the Greeks, and ultimately to the Pleiadians versus the Anunnaki, if you want to go off planet with it.
This agenda and the war between these cultures continues, and so there are battle lines being drawn, to quote a song, in Europe.
And so not only in the United States, as you're saying, I mean, it's absolutely fascinating what they are planning.
And also the confiscation of the guns, of course, in America also has to do with all of this because, you know, if people are going to be defending themselves and their land and their ownership and so on, then we're going to basically have a turf war.
Well, that's interesting because, Carrie, in a YouTube I have up that I would refer everybody to watch because water confiscation is now starting to occur here.
Oh, right.
Just really on steroids.
And we'll have to probably cover that in another show because that in and of itself is diabolical.
But it's important for everybody to understand we have primary water.
We've been sold disinformation on where water comes from.
It doesn't come from rain and snow melts.
It is the process of hydrogen and oxygen, and as that turns to vapor, it comes up through cracks and crevices in oases and deserts where it seldom rains.
You'll see a pool of water.
Certainly the geysers that spray up endlessly.
Here in Northern California, after the Napa earthquake here a few years ago, parched, dried creeks started to run because after the earthquake, it opened up some of the Crevices and fissures and water started to run.
They didn't know where that water was coming from, Carrie.
They were scratching their head.
I went to some of the water meetings.
I was telling them about primary water.
It was as though I had just landed from Mars when I mentioned this, I will tell you.
But primary water is good news.
But sadly, if we can't access it because the controllers are going to deceive us and control water, And continue to poison the water.
That's, of course, an enormous problem.
But as Europe burns...
This is just out from one of the European papers.
It says, Europe burns as climate change fuels, forest fires, and the danger extremes.
And they go on to say how the death toll in Greece's wildfires have mounted.
And it's a national tragedy.
They talk about the unpredictable winds that sand...
And spread the flames, have killed many people, burned down hundreds and hundreds of homes and villages.
But then they also go on to about what happened in Sweden, and Sweden had to call in the EU for help.
Certainly the fires in Portugal last year.
The economy, the hit on the economy, I can tell you just from my experience here in Northern California, they're talking about increasing The sales tax here to pay for housing because we have such an enormous displacement of burned out victims.
We have people parking in mobile homes all over the county here.
We have a tremendous influx of homeless people living in tents because all of the rental stock pricing has gone up so much.
We also found interesting that Google controls Airbnb.
That's Alphabet.
You're kidding.
I'm not kidding.
And this is important for everybody to hear because what happened after the fires is many of the areas here such as along the coast, Bodega Bay to be mentioned, is known for second homes and many of them are under contract with Airbnb.
And Airbnb would only allow People that were under contract to allow fire victims to use their homes for two weeks and the people could not charge anything for the fire victims.
That was what Airbnb decided to allow.
In other words, they really have control of those properties.
It's the same thing with HUD. People that have Section 8 housing.
HUD then controls the property.
The only way that a landlord can ever evict a HUD recipient is if it's criminal, criminally based.
And that's very difficult, if not impossible, to occur.
Well, just out of curiosity, what are people supposed to do after two weeks?
Well, I've known people that have probably moved a dozen times through the fires.
Many people...
that I know that have gotten burned out.
I have family members that were burned out and lots and lots of friends.
The fires came within a few blocks of where my family lives and the night of the fires we got phone calls to come and help them evacuate and we were driving towards the fires and the roads were just packed driving away and we of course see in the photographs what happened in Grease, where all the cars literally were stopped.
We had bumper-to-bumper, in some instances, coming off of Fountain Grove, which was the luxurious home area that burned.
What is interesting, Carrie, is prior to the fires, now we were in fire season, high fire season.
They call it a red flag warning period of time.
And some of the water tanks At the top of the mountain that services Fountain Grove, this, again, this luxurious housing area of about 1,500 homes.
One was being retrofitted.
It was empty.
It was being retrofitted for seismic requirements.
You don't do that in high fire season.
You don't have an empty tank, right?
The other tanks were all at about one-third full.
They were going to fill them In the evening when the rates were lower to pump the water from the wells up into the tanks.
So when the firefighters got up onto Fountain Grove the night of the fires, there was no water.
Incredible.
There was no water.
That was all part of the plan too.
Right.
And we know that the smart meters were involved in the fires as well.
Right.
Because we went to a water board meeting two weeks after the fires.
And there were individual reports from the various departments here in Sonoma County.
And we heard that one of the water facilities was getting pulsed frequencies.
It was browning out, basically, from the pulsed frequencies around 10 o'clock the night of October 8th, before the fires really amped up.
And they had to transition from PG&E connection to generation.
To generators.
And something happened with the geysers when they did that.
I'm still trying to find out what happened with the geysers.
And this is going to have to be another conversation in and of itself, because that is an enormous topic.
Well, that sounds fascinating, so please don't forget that.
I won't.

But...
So what we know is that the smart meters explode.
We know that the pulse frequencies, we know that they can be remotely turned off.
We know that Pacific Gas and Electric could have de-energized the grid and chose not to.
Now they've said that they will be turning off electricity when there's high fire danger.
So what we have are we had people stuck in garages.
Their doors wouldn't open.
A number of people burned alive in their garages because they couldn't get out.
People need to think in advance because we are in an ongoing fire season.
I'm going to read what I got in the insert in my Southern California Edison Utility bill.
And I can only urge all of you to read the inserts in your bill because we're told in advance what's going to happen.
And we're told in advance in the most insidious methods.
And in your bills, where most people throw the inserts away, is something like this.
Again, this is Southern California Edison.

And here's what Rothschild, which is Southern California Edison.
If you type in Edison International and Rothschild, you find the percentage of ownership and stocks and so forth and on.
But here's what they're saying.
And this would apply not only in California as I'm reading this to you, but to everybody throughout the world.
Reality of year-round fire season is a new normal facing California state leaders.
Southern California Edison continues to be at the table as the ongoing measures and new technologies help reduce the risk of wildfires.
Now I'm just going to stop and add this.
You don't want Rothschild at any table, right?
So here's what they're saying.
In a summer hike in the Angeles National Forest just 10 years ago would have been among dense canopy of dark green trees.
Today, that same hike will likely include brown, dead, or dying trees or swaths of emptiness because of the increasing number of wildfires due to factors that include climate change.
California's wildfire season is now year-round, and many, including Governor Jerry Brown, are calling it a new normal.
It is a statewide issue that will require statewide solutions and the development of a new regulatory and legislative framework and utilities, including Southern California Edison, I'm glad this, aka Rothschilds, are at the table as part of that ongoing solution.
Fire season is all year round and is now our new normal, says Edison International President and CEO. Edison is part of the discussion working on solutions that will allow California to change the way we all think about and plan and respond to wildfires.
We must be nimble and acknowledge Last year,
they say, California experienced a number of devastating wildfires, including many in Southern California.
About a quarter of Edison's 50,000 square mile service area in Central, Coastal, and Southern California is considered to be in areas of high fire risk for fires.
Edison continues to take steps to help reduce the risk of wildfires, including an aggressive vegetation management program, And robust construction standards.
Edison also partners with local agencies in their efforts to evaluate various technologies to help with fire safety throughout Southern California.
Some of these technologies include drones to help monitor high-fire risk areas, weather stations, and real-time, all-the-time cameras to monitor areas with high risk for wildfires.
Goes on to say, when the National Weather Service declares red flag warnings, Edison will respond and will automatically re-energize the power lines and go offline in higher fire risk areas.
I'm not going to read the whole thing.
Yeah, I mean, this is a population redistribution program, I would say.
Yeah, exactly.
Yeah, and I can say that what's happening around me is, I don't know whether you can feel this or whatever.
I haven't heard you talk about it.
The harp, you know, when they turn harp on, they turn it on in the middle of the night.
And I'm...
What you call an earth-sensitive, so I can feel it.
And I can tell when they're turning it on.
And they turn it on around 3 or 4 in the morning.
Not every night.
And then they keep it on until around 5 or 5.30 or 6 in the morning.
And they do this often.
To interfere with our REM sleep so that we're not...
Yes.
Recovering from the wear and tear.
It's also to destabilize the grid.
And it's also, what that does is that encourages the possibility of earthquakes.
So you're not going to just have the fires, you're going to have An increased number of earthquakes as a result of this kind of destabilization.
And they are disturbing the rim, I think you might call it.
And we have evidence, I've got a person who's, he's an ex, what is in essence a CIA NOC, which is, you know, a non-acknowledged person that works for them.
And he worked as a financial knock, but he had special interest in various other aspects of investigating earth changes and various things.
And he's written an article about this company called Ormat, which is stationed right next door to volcanoes around the world.
And then you find out that they're fracking.
They're creating fracking.
And so even the Hawaiian recent eruptions have been stimulated.
It was fracking from the Pune River.
So what I want to say also is that Santa, and I'm curious what you're getting from this, because there is increased volcanism in California underground, and they're not reporting it.
And, you know, Santa Barbara has reportedly had, you know, these emissions come out of the ground.
You know, indicating this, and you also get the sulfur smell, etc.
So I'm also thinking that some of these fire areas that where fires are cropping up may be the result of volcanism under the ground coming to the surface.
So all of this kind of works together in what appears to be, as I say, a population redistribution.
Well, it is absolutely a population redistribution and reduction plan, and it's worldwide, and that's what this is all about.
Permission has been given for the false science policy of the climate action programs throughout all of our cities.
Our cities have said yes, they've agreed, and they're rolling forward with false realities.
And they're basing new markets.
We've looked at the World Bank creation of new markets based on all this false science.
They're excited about all of the new markets.
It's the same thing with the Elimination and restriction of water.
We've recently been told by Governor Jerry Brown here in California that we need to be reducing our water consumption to only 55 gallons per person per day by the year 2022 and then it gradually is decreased for less use.
Now I know that that's going to be reduced sooner So then 55 gallons a day by 2022.
They're just psychologically moving in with the idea that we have limited water resources.
I appreciate that.
I also want to ask you, you know, I don't know if you're tracking the Ferguson fire.
Apparently it's coming out of Yosemite area and it's quite a large fire right now and they are evacuating people as of...
Yeah, they're evacuating Yosemite.
Yeah.
Because of all the emergency equipment.
But again, this is a prime area that they want to take control of.
Absolutely.
Absolutely, Carrie.
I could not agree with you more.
There also, I want to talk about this.
I wasn't necessarily planning to, but since you brought that up, prime areas.
I did a YouTube when I interviewed Barry Trower a few years ago.
It's up and it's called Cooking of Humanity.
Yeah.
And I went up there to interview Barry Trower to specifically talk about a specific document.
And I'm holding it in the interview.
You'll see me holding this document in the interview.
But sadly, it wasn't what we ended up talking about, as I had hoped.
So I'm going to tell everyone the backstory, because everyone needs to hear the backstory of this document.
It was a document that our research team found back in 2012 on the White House website and it contained a map and the map showed on the perimeter of all of the states on the Gulf Coast states that were abutting the ocean or the waters of the Atlantic Ocean abutment of all the states and the Pacific Coast abutment of all of the states and it represents the
appearance of frequencies of Just bright frequencies around the map on all of those water-butting states.
And it's the targeting of the United States by the military-industrial complex using radar.
And it's a silent weapons system of deployment.
It's put forth by the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology.
Again, this was July the 20th of 2012.
And it's The White House Spectrum.
And it's literally taught, you know, it really is about quantum computers for mind theft, the invasion of the human brain with artificial intelligence, controlling our specific thoughts, emotions, directing our physical actions, which is occurring everywhere.
The map is really an illustration of the end of free will, as we've known it.
And those that were involved in this, The White House Spectrum Management Team is Google Inc., Microsoft Corp., Stanford and Harvard Universities, Virginia Tech, UC Berkeley, the National Telecommunications and Information Association and the FCC,

So I like to see the charts, graphs, and see what they have planned for all of us.
And they tell us.
And we just have to read some of these documents.
But the back story behind The Cooking of Humanity was this document.
And I sent this around, Carrie, to a number of people that I knew at the time to help me define what this meant.
And I had several comments and contributors to what it meant.
And I'm just going to let everybody know what one of the contributors were.

Was well aware of the NASA war document, which I spoke about a bit ago, Carrie, on StopTheCrime.net.
It's diabolical.
The contributor also said that they understand the silent weapons document.
So for any of you that don't know either of those documents, you need to.
And the contributor said that they know digital wind signals.
And they know, without a doubt, the specific harmonics needed for mass line control.
And then they went on to say, do you know what the X factor to their pulsed ELF, which is extra low frequency mind control, happens to be?
Something called negative oxygen ions.
And he says, let me try to sum it up in sixth grade language.
The oxygen we breathe is composed of two oxygen molecules bound together.
If the oxygen molecule is stripped of electrons, It becomes positively charged.
Conversely, if there are extra electrons attached to the oxygen, it becomes negatively charged.
Study after study after study on this, largely by DARPA, Stanford Research Institute, and the CIA mind control groups during the 1960s and 1970s, showed that humans breathing negative oxygen ions Have markably better cognitive reasoning skills and are much less likely to be mind controlled on a massive scale and more importantly
are much more physically healthy.
Negatively charged oxygen ions are vitally important for healthy humans.
Now you must understand the primary source of negative oxygen ions generation is the seashore.
The waves of the salty surf crashing onto the coastline rocks and sand 24-7 generates massive negative ions, which in turn supplies the entire nation with what can best be described as good vibrations.
Prevailing winds then circulate the negatively charged oxygen ions throughout the country.
