Ladies and gentlemen, it is Wednesday, October 15th, 2025.
here is what's coming up on the o_n_ report today Well, as I'm opening the show, President Trump is live at the White House with the likes of Pam Bondi, Todd Blanch, and others.
The Department of Justice, the Attorney General's office giving America an update, celebrating all the successes they have had fighting crime.
So that's happening right now at the White House.
Meanwhile, in Washington, D.C., the government shutdown continues.
The ninth vote in the Senate failed to reopen the government.
And both Republicans and Democrats were at the Capitol today, pointing the finger, of course, at the other side.
Blaming it on them with the normal excuse making.
It's all really a disgusting display that the Americans are sick of.
And now...
Now you're going to hear it about the federal workers, and now you're going to hear it about everybody not getting a paycheck.
It's amazing.
As if we believe any of the politicians care about us.
It's amazing.
Imagine being an American citizen.
You work five, six, seven days a week, barely able to keep up with the bills.
They barely say anything about you.
They barely do anything for you.
But now you have to hear about the poor government workers.
Those poor government workers now.
Screw you, American.
We don't care about you or how our policies affect you.
But now we're going to pretend to care about federal workers as we as we play political football in Washington, DC.
So we got some other updates with the government shutdown as it continues and what it's all about.
And then why is Scott Bessent today saying that Trump needs emergency powers to save the U.S. economy?
I thought the U.S. economy was doing great.
I thought we were in the golden age.
Why do we need emergency powers for Trump to save the economy?
Well, he's not wrong, but it shows you how they've been lying about the economy, and that's basically the admitting it.
So we'll explain that.
The No Kings protest is happening this weekend.
Are you going to be going to the No Kings protest?
Are you going to be enjoying your weekend?
It's going to be the biggest protest in American history.
You watch.
That's going to be how they bill it.
That's going to be their headline.
Biggest protest in American history.
And they'll claim because there's a hundred of them going on with all this other stuff.
But you know, it's funny.
As we sit here, there should only be one response to this.
There should only be one response to this from the right wing in America.
There should only be one response to this from the Trump administration.
And that response is finding out who organized and funded these protests and starting Eureco investigation into left-wing radical terrorism.
That is the only acceptable response.
That should be the only response that the American people are demanding.
But I doubt we get it.
They might mention it again, and some people will go out with cameras and stick them in the face of these radical left wingers, these brainwashed liberals.
But nothing will change.
Nothing will change.
We'll hear from Barack Obama why he's upset at the redistricting that might happen before the midterms.
Gavin Newsom weighs in on that as well.
We got some other news from the FBI.
We got Zoran Mamdani in the news the night before the debate, the mayoral debate tomorrow night in New York City.
Mamdani was even on Fox News today.
We got big developments with Russia and Ukraine.
Big developments with Israel and Gaza.
And then some other geopolitical developments we're going to be weighing today as well.
We'll look at the markets.
They say it's a slow news day.
You're not supposed to have any slow news days when you're in the news industry.
So I don't know if it's a slow news day.
We got plenty of news for you coming up.
We're gonna look at this government shutdown and the latest on that on uh the other side of this.
This news update was brought to you by the 1776 Law Center, the official legal team of the Owen Report.
The official legal team of the Owen Report is brought to you by the 1776 Law Center, the official legal team of the Owen Report.
Ladies and gentlemen, your new home for political play-by-play, the Owen Report.
Thank you.
I'm laughing as we open the show today.
Trump's doing a press conference at the White House right now.
Maybe we should pick it up.
We can pick it up.
It's just you know, it's reached this point.
I told uh I was told I was being too mean yesterday.
People take it a little personal when I when I go after the right when I have issues with right wing politics in America, but I've explained why.
It's not even about having issues, it's about growth, it's about evolution.
Most importantly, it's about results.
That's what's most important.
Yelling at the left will accomplish zero of these things.
Yelling at the left or or getting into political squabbles with the left will accomplish zero evolution, zero progression, and zero results.
We already got the results.
We won the election.
Now we're supposed to get results from the people we elected.
That's why it's not that I'm being mean.
I'm saying we won the election.
Why aren't we demanding results?
You're supposed to change stance when you get power.
Supposed to realign.
But we're paralyzed.
We're paralyzed.
So it's like I can pick up the White House feed right now.
And maybe we should check in on it.
Maybe we'll maybe I will pop in on it right now to see what Cash Patel and Pam Bonnie and everybody's saying.
But it's just old already.
It's already old.
And then it's like when you call out the people on the right, uh some just aren't ready.
They just can't handle it.
And then you're mean.
But let's pick it up, shall we?
Thank you.
Government shutdown news.
But I already know everything they're saying.
Don't we?
Don't we already know everything that they're saying right now before before we even go?
Don't we already know this war where they've lost a million and a half people, by the way.
Russia's lost a million and a half people, soldiers mostly.
Uh this is a war that should have never started, but it's a war that Russia should have won in the first week, and they're going into the fourth year.
And I want to see it stop, so I was not happy that India was buying oil.
And he assured me today that they will not be buying oil from Russia.
That's a big stop.
Now we got to get China to do the same thing.
You know, that that is relatively easy compared to what we just did over the last.
China's the big issue now.
Middle East was three thousand years, and we got it done.
This is three years.
Uh, and I think we'll get it done.
I think that Putin, President Putin, I think is gonna I think he wants to get it done.
We'll see.
There's a great animosity between him and Zelensky.
You probably have noticed.
And it's uh I think it's hurting the process.
Yeah.
Yeah, please.
Hi, President.
Thank you.
Um Venezuela.
And is there more information you can share about these strikes on the alleged thing?
Well, I can't do that.
I authorized be for two reasons, really.
Number one, they have emptied their prisons into the United States of America.
They came in through the uh well, they came in through the border.
They came in because we had an open border policy.
And as soon as I heard that, I said a lot of these countries, they're not the only country, but they're the worst abuser.
And they've entered their they've they've allowed thousands and thousands of prisoners, mental institutions, uh, people from mental institutions, insane asylums, emptied out into the United States.
We're bringing them back.
But that's a really bad and they did it at a level that probably not many, many countries have done it, but not like Venezuela.
They were down and dirty, and the other thing of drugs, we have a lot of drugs coming in from Venezuela.
And a lot of the Venezuelan drugs come in through the sea, so you get to see that.
But we're gonna stop them by land also.
Does the CIA have authority to take out Maduro?
Oh, I don't want to answer a question like that.
That's a ridiculous question for me to be given.
Not really a ridiculous question, but wouldn't it be a ridiculous question for me to answer?
But I think Venezuela is feeling heat, but I think a lot of other countries are feeling heat too.
We're not gonna let this country our country be ruined.
As you say their worst.
They they have given us their worst.
They've loaded up our country with prisoners with with mentally ill people that are seriously ill, criminally ill.
And uh, we're not gonna take it.
And so I mean, it's uh just one of those things.
And uh, I can tell you, we've taken care of the sea.
There's nobody, and we're watching.
We're watching.
You know, here here's my concern, and I already have this in the news coverage for today, Venezuela in the New York City.
Here's my concern.
We see these boats getting blown up with these missile strikes.
They say that these are...
Can you rub boats?
A bunch of deadly drugs.
When they're loaded up with drugs, might be true.
I don't know that.
Maybe they know that maybe they don't ships, they're they're boats.
And we certainly don't want all these deadly drugs in the country.
But speaking of money, and they have a lot of it because they're drug sellers.
You start to wonder about process.
They know one thing, and they all have the same thing in common.
Uh on these strikes.
They call it drug dust, they call it all the time.
All over the boat after this count as a bombs go off.
You can take a look at the discount of an act of war that on the body.
We know we know before we know when they go out.
We know we have each boat that goes out.
You can say strong Trump is in the right area.
If you're bringing fentanyl into the country, and the fentanyl's killing people, so stop it before it gets here.
And this is how Trump looks at it, odd way.
Trump's philosophy on it is why should I feel remorse?
And they're bringing fentanyl into the country that's going to kill a hundred Americans.
I feel no remorse Walmart killing.
That's assuming that we take everything at face value.
No, we're looking at the case.
I'm afraid there's something else going on with this, though.
And that president is a legitimate.
I'll explain that later on.
The election was rigged.
And uh because of that, we lost uh a lot of lives that have been lost because of that war.
Not American lives, but if I can save a lot of lives, that's why I'm in it.
I want to save lives.
I've I've had uh eight wars.
The Prime Minister of Pakistan got up the other day, said so beautifully, he says you saved millions of lives.
He told that to a group of people right in this office.
He said the president saved millions of lives.
And I think what he's referring to is the fact that that would have been with India nuclear war.
That was getting very close.
You know, seven planes, they don't talk about it.
But seven aircraft were shot down.
In fact, we have the new ambassador to India right here.
They're well represented.
You better represent us, not them.
Okay.
But Sergio's gonna do a great job.
Sergio Gore.
now we'll be talking about the war with you know sergio gore 100 americans come in the media they want to go offensive and uh there are people inside of trump circle that don't trust sergio gore this looks like uh offensive this happens sometimes you're not necessarily on bad terms with let's say the president or any any other of the individuals that have control over You mean direction falling out of the way?
So they don't want to fire you.
They don't want to make a scene of it.
They just send you somewhere to be the ambassador.
A political opponent.
So it's kind of like uh it's kind of like uh, well, we're not gonna fire you.
We we are firing you.
We don't want to fire you.
And if you want to have a nice little cushy job as an advancer, we can have that taken care of.
So it looks like war the worst weaponization of his political administration, and they said, Here, go be go be the ambassador.
I hope that everybody's gonna be the ambassador, and yeah, whatever.
I'm the one that had a lot of people.
So it looks like that's Sergio Gore.
Uh what they did was criminal.
Uh deranged Jack Smith, in my opinion, is a criminal.
And I noticed uh his his interviewer was I think that was Weissman.
And I hope they're gonna look into Weissman too.
Weissman's a bad guy, and he had somebody in Lisa who was his puppet, worked in the office uh really as the top person.
And I think that uh he looked at very strong.
There was tremendous criminal activity having to do.
If we don't have fair elections in this country, that's exactly as I said.
I mean, I'm gonna pick it up.
We cover news.
We're gonna cover the news.
This is all because if you don't have fair prices very tough we all know Jack Smith is the criminal.
You've got Pam Bondy's border of anybody, nobody has the numbers just came out of the way.
Ash Patel in the room with you right now.
Now we do take borders.
What are we doing in our country legally?
But zero.
Why are we talking about criminal?
You have the people right there next to you.
They're literally standing right behind me.
What are we doing?
I hope they're looking at shifty shift.
I hope they're looking at all these people.
And I'm allowed to find out.
I'm allowed to, you know, I'm in theory the chief law enforcement officer, but I have a very good talented group.
This is about something else, but I hope they're looking at political crime because there's never been so much political crime against a political opponent as what I had to go through.
They raided my house in Florida.
It was an illegal raid.
I have a lawsuit that was doing very well.
And where when I became president, I said, I'm sort of suing myself.
I don't know.
What do how do you settle the lawsuit?
I'll say, give me X dollars, right?
And I don't know what to do with the lawsuit.
It's a great lawsuit, and now I won.
It sort of looks bad.
I'm suing myself, right?
So I don't know.
But but that was a lawsuit that was uh very strong, very powerful.
They raided illegally my house in Florida, Mar-a-Lago.
They went through the drawers of my young son.
They went through all of the cabinets and drawers of the first lady.
She walked in, she said, Wow, what happened?
Because she's very meticulous.
What are we doing?
What are we doing?
She looked into the drawers and she saw everything I've got to do.
You're the president now.
It's it's uh this is your administration.
You're literally sitting right there behind.
But now I'm being redundant.
And then you look at these corrupt people, I guess that's the thing about redundancy.
It has the signature factor.
I just signed so many different things.
So I just don't what are we doing?
Why are we still talking about Jack Smith as a criminal?
Why are we still talking compliment John about the illegal raid on Mar a Laga?
We should be taking action.
All of a sudden, I'm getting these things.
I was getting one every two weeks.
It's been four years before you got a medicine.
That's why people are so fed up.
You want to know why Americans are so fed up.
Or just John Thune did a great job.
Maybe they're a little confused right now.
Maybe they're a little unsure right now, which is what we're here for.
I hope you understand.
Compliments to John.
He had to do some things.
Newly involved the politics.
He didn't want to do maybe first-time Trump voter or whatever.
They're tuning into this.
And as far as the shame, they're confused, and they're saying, well, wait a minute.
This is a Democrat Schumer.
We know about Jack Smith as being a criminal.
We know about the illegal raid on Mar a Lago.
I know all about this stuff.
You're the president.
And you have the FBI director and the attorney general right there behind you.
Why are we talking about it hasn't happened with me?
I know if it did.
What are we talking about this war?
Why don't you turn around and tell them to prosecute them for crimes?
We're all right here.
Uh ex-doge staff or big ball.
So this is what's leading to a lot of the frustration.
This is what's leading to confusion.
Like, why do we elect these people?
say they're going to do these things and then they're in power and then they act like they have no power to do these things that we elected them to do because they said they would do them beat the hell out of this guy and it was many people against this one guy Who was really trying to protect his girlfriend?
He didn't want to hood it over the door because but they really beat him up badly.
I think that's the big happened, right?
Wow.
Yeah, that's terrible.
I think the judge should be ashamed of himself.
That's a big problem.
You know, they can do their job, and then they go into a court, and the people are protected by these.
I don't know where they come from.
Where did these people come from?
Where did these the judges come from?
I want to compliment on behalf of Pam and Todd and all of us because uh Cash, I think that uh Janine has done a fantastic job.
By the way, he's talking about flawless, it's a flawless case.
People that assaulted, they have everything.
And then the judge gives up.
They were released from these are uh these are rough guys, and uh they're young, and if that happens, they're gonna grow up, they're gonna be real bad.
They're gonna cause they're gonna cause a lot of problems.
Yeah, please.
Go ahead.
So um J. Boris just got him back from India.
Uh what were the conversations like with uh Prime Minister Modi and the other?
I think they were great.
He reported to me that you're great.
You're the great he's a great man, you know.
Modi is a great man.
That he he loves Trump.
Now, I don't know if the word love, I don't want you to take that any different.
I don't want to destroy his political career, okay.
But you have to understand I've watched India for years, it's an incredible country.
And every single year you'd have a new leader.
I mean, some would be in there for a few months, and this was year after year after year.
And my friend has been there now for a long time, and he is, and he's assured me there will be no oil purchase from Russia.
I don't know, maybe that's a breaking story.
Can I say that?
Would you say there will be no oil?
He's not buying his oil from Russia.
It's it started.
You know, you can't do it immediately.
It's a little bit of a process, but the process is going to be over with soon.
And all we want from President Putin's stop killing Ukraines and stop killing Russians because he's killing a lot of Russians.
Again, it doesn't make them look good.
It's a war that he should have won in one week, and he's now going into his fourth year.
That does not look this make this big so-called war machine look good.
But he could make a settlement, we're willing to settle.
I thought we had a deal.
The the hatred of the two leaders is very you know, it's a it's an obstacle.
It's an obstacle, there's no question about it.
But I thought we had a deal two months ago.
Uh who would think I created peace in the Middle East and can't get the two guys to settle, but I I think we'll get them.
But uh if India doesn't buy oil, it makes it much easier.
Yes, and they're not gonna buy they they assured me they will short period of time they will not be buying oil from Russia.
Because India's been acting like that.
Oh, yeah.
If they think that's cozying up Russia and China, FBI officials paid right now, or all the FBI inflates being paid and all the people.
Well that's what I understand.
He brings these issues up.
You just never know what intel Trump is getting.
We have the people that we want made and it's hard to do.
Totally gate.
And I'll tell you, and it seems so counterintuitive, right?
They don't talk about the leader of the free world, most powerful man in the world, you could argue that we didn't like it in, but we didn't like we're terminating and they're gonna be terminated on a permanent basis.
And he's so busy, and it's thousands of people, and it's he has to delegate, he has to be able to do it.
We're getting rid of a lot of people.
He doesn't have the time to sit down and think because where am I gonna go to the next one?
And they don't want to talk about it.
But they have their day.
So I wonder how much does he really understand or appreciate doing I mean they call the Ukraine Russia situation.
Because I hear him talk, and it's just like but Russia.
He's either covering up for the CIA terminating tremendous numbers of democracy.
And whatever the hell they're they're doing with Ukraine and Zelensky and their assets in the region project in Manhattan, the project and the money laundering and the weapons laundering.
So he either knows about all of this has worked 20 years to get it.
Tell him it's terminated.
Or he just or he just really thinks organic monster face value struggle with Russia and Ukraine, like some family's problem.
The deceased Russia is sick of the West meddling in Ukraine.
So we have the living hostages all button.
Russia is sick of the Victoria Newlands of the world.
It's a gruesome process.
Russia is sick of NATO prodigging.
They're actually trying to get it to react to call the Lord for war.
Then they have to separate the political and some of those.
This isn't a family rubble.
Between the Russians and the Ukrainians.
But uh and it seems that something Trump is entirely missing here.
Is that the people in Ukraine and Russia now way down under the I guess I should reverse that?
The people in Russia like Zelensky like this for a long period of time.
They might have this horrible feelings on the horrible atrocity.
They might not like Putin.
They might like it.
They don't like Zelensky.
Ukrainians don't like Zelensky.
I knew most of the things they were saying.
He's an illegitimate president.
And so for Trump to come out here and act like this is a family squabble.
between two cousins.
So we'll see what happens.
No, it's a geopolitical issue with Putin and NATO and the intelligence assets that use Ukraine as a vessel.
We'll do it.
We have the head of CENTCOM today.
That's the problem.
He suggested Hamas needs to hurry up and Does he get this?
Does he understand this?
That it was the head of CENTCOM I think he genuinely wants peace.
But if he doesn't understand the causes of the issues, then how is he going to be able to resolve it?
We won't need it.
This is why they keep people like General Flynn out of Trump's cabinet.
If we didn't uh destroy the nuclear flint out of the Oval Office, that did why they try to create a barrier.
And Donald Trump to do it because you have to be able to do that.
Because they'll give him very powerful at that time, Iran is not powerful.
So that he might be able to act in the coast was if you look at it.
doesn't have the right intel.
If he doesn't have the right background, the right context, he can't...
He can't efficiently...
We were shooting them down like uh anything was talking about.
Eventually Trump figured it out.
And that's why he cut Netanyahu out of the negotiation.
And then you heard the up that way with the you know conventional.
You heard the uproar about it.
How dare he see that?
But I never understand it too.
But I'm relying on Netanyahu to understand the content.
I'm not getting the right intel.
I can't negotiate.
Same thing is now happening with Ukraine and Russia.
And every single bomb hit perfectly.
Then they sent tomahawks in, they sent thirty tomahawks on top of it.
And that was totally, you know, CNN said, well, maybe it wasn't as bad as you know, as Trump said, because I said obliterated.
Uh obliterated is not a strong enough word, actually.
And you saw the atomic energy commission came out and said the word obliteration is very very they think of it.
They came in under potential fire, they entered Iran airspace late at night, in the dark, no moon.
The moon was low for a reason.
What's the what time we picked it?
Couldn't see anything.
And they hit every target, and they weren't hit.
Nobody saw that plane.
That plane is stealth.
Nobody saw it.
The problem with that is it may be stealth today, but tomorrow it won't be.
And we just ordered about 20 brand new B-2 bombers.
It's unbelievable as a weapon.
I know Putin, when I was uh riding with him in Alaska, we passed a lot of them.
And he said that really did the trick.
I said, Yeah, it did.
It's amazing.
The flying wing.
But you still see no reason for the US military to get involved in Gaza.
No, I don't see that.
No, I don't think we're going to handle it very well.
We'll be helping Israel.
But we have other countries that are now.
You know, we signed many, many countries signed, and many of those countries relatively are very strong military powers.
And Hamas has no support.
See, Hamas had the support of Iran, and now Iran says, don't get us involved.
The last time they got them involved didn't work out too well.
So they used to have the support of Iran.
Today Iran is they're trying to survive.
You know, when I heard the reports two weeks ago, Iran's looking to build a nuclear weapon.
I said, Don't worry about it.
They got a lot of things they want to do before nuclear weapons.
I said the last thing they want to do is a nuclear weapon.
It didn't work out.
And if they did a nuclear weapon before they got even close, you know that it's trying to do that.
That's a complete rejection of Netanyahu.
Last week, who was saying Iran is building another nuke.
We all knew why he was doing that he wanted to get it.
He wanted to have the United States strike Iran from that.
So that's Trump basically rejecting that notion.
But what's even more odd if you watch that we would be laughing.
He turns to his right.
No.
We would have no defense.
And others to us right, and they start laughing.
Well, what's that about?
That's like blatant disrespect to Netanyahu.
Like they're laughing now, like everything Net Yahoo says is a lie.
Oh, you've got to figure it out.
You guys finally figured it out.
You figured it out.
We shouldn't be trusting Netanyahu.
And now it's not a good idea.
For defense for our national system.
We don't have tariffs, we're not going to have national.
Hey, whatever.
Whatever it takes.
As an example, if you look at Pakistan and Iran, I think that's a good thing.
I was in the midst of negotiating.
I wonder if that will play out Pakistan was going to be in line.
And because of tariffs, they all want to negotiate much differently.
We're making a good deal.
And then I heard that they're shooting at each other.
And I said during one of my conversations, are you guys going to go to war?
Two nuclear powers.
We are thinking about I said, here's the deal.
You go to war, I'm going to put a 200 percent tariff.
I'm going to stop you from doing any business in the United States.
I said it to both of them.
Within 24 hours, the war ended.
That would have been a nuclear war.
And again, the Prime Minister of Pakistan who was here two weeks ago said that that man saved many millions of lives in front of a whole group of people, because he thought it was going to be war.
But when it came to war or having to pay massive tariffs, the tariffs overrode.
That's why it's so important.
Not only the money, we're taking in trillions of dollars, not only the money, the power to keep peace, the power to be used for good, is enormous.
But uh a lot of people didn't understand tariffs.
It's also made us very rich.
We have a big case coming up in the Supreme Court, and I will tell you that's one of the most important cases in the history of our country.
Because if we don't win that case, we will be a weakened, troubled financial mess for many, many years to come.
I don't even know if survivable, you know, survivable is is a good term.
Uh and if we do, we're going to be the most powerful economic country in the world.
And all we're doing is using them as a defense against what's what took place for many years.
Uh China, which are just tariffs, it was incredible, but we weren't allowed to charge.
We were so we're allowed to do whatever we want.
We just had presidents that didn't want to do it for whatever reason.
And it was nothing.
But of the eight wars, I was saying seven of the eight wars, I would say tariffs are respon directly responsible for me ending six of them.
Five or six.
Without the tariffs, you have wars raging all over the world with the tariffs, other than Russia.
We have no wars out there.
And uh we've made a lot of good friends too.
Tariffs are so important to our new uh our our national security.
If we don't have tariffs, we don't have national security.
Our country would would suffer a level that because they use so strongly on us.
Uh as an example, the European Union.
They won't take our cars, they won't take our agriculture, they won't take anything, but they send their cars in, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen, by the millions.
We don't send any cars.
They don't take them.
They were tariffing us out.
Uh agricultural product, they don't take our agriculture.
They want their farmers to do it.
I understand that.
But it was uh very unfair, and they were tariffing our product.
They uh they're keeping up by using tariffs.
And we didn't use it, but I used them.
And now we made one of the great deals with your six hundred and fifty billion dollars they pay us.
And uh we've evened it out.
It's really a good thing to see.
And you have to understand they've all signed Japan, South Korea.
I mean, South Korea, $350 billion up front.
Uh Japan, $650 billion.
And they've all agreed to it.
They're all happy.
But before it was a total ripoff.
And if we don't have the use of tariffs, we have no national security.
This country will have no financial security, will not have national security.
And the people that brought the lawsuit are people that are aligned with foreign nations that are now being treated fairly as opposed to just ripping us off and ripping us asunder.
So if but if we don't, if we are not allowed to use what other people use against us, there's no defense.
It'll be a disaster for America.
That's why I think I'm going to go to the Supreme Court to watch it.
I've not done that.
And I had some pretty big cases.
This is, I think it's I think it's one of the most important cases ever brought because uh we will be defenseless against the world.
Okay.
Did you have one?
Yes, please.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Um, I want to ask you about the Georgia Senate race.
I know it's very early, but there are several Republicans in that field that are lying for your endorsement.
A lot of good people in that field.
Yeah.
No, I know all of them, actually.
Uh I haven't made a decision on that, but you have some very good people in the Georgia Senate arrest.
Well, government has endorsed Senate.
No, I know the governor has used to give me about it a lot.
He likes that candidate a lot.
And uh I understand that.
I haven't made a decision yet.
But I'm I'm following that race very carefully.
I think it's very important for Georgia to get a real senator because the senator they have now is uh horrible Senator.
He allows all the crime, all the borders, you have open borders.
I mean, his whole philosophy is a disaster.
That's not representative of the people of Georgia.
I know the people of Georgia.
I won Georgia three times, but they say twice.
Okay.
I wanted very big the last time, and I want it big the first time, and I want it big the second time, but we had criminals that didn't allow.
I mean, they I hope they're gonna go into that.
I hope they go into the votes which are being stored in Fulton County and take a look at a real look at those votes, okay?
Because I won it the second time too.
But I know Georgia very well, I love Georgia, those people are great, and they deserve a good senator because the man they have now is a week.
Here we are again office in an election.
And the people investigating it prosecuting the criminals or standing in the room with them.
I agree.
Do you agree with me?
Uh use the media.
For someone that he's the spends a lot of time in Georgia, I believe you won that.
Uh I really have a question about the government.
You know, the word believe isn't strong enough.
You know, it's true.
I know I want to.
I oh, we have the great Newt Gingrich.
Newt, you agree with us?
Good.
Otherwise, I'd have him dismissed immediately for you know, his wife, as you know, is becoming an ambassador to a great country, Callista.
So congratulations.
And we're gonna take a picture.
And uh the only reason I'm doing he speaks so well of me.
He said, I'll go down as the greatest president in history, and then he blew it.
He said, I'm not sure if I put him above Washington or Lincoln.
So I'm not that happy about that, dude.
I've got a question about the weaponization of the DOJ.
The media often says your department is weaponizing the DOJ.
That's the opposite.
It's the opposite.
Todd, you represented President Trump and probably the greatest weaponization uh of the DOJ by Alvin Bragg.
You know firsthand, if you can describe what you saw under the Biden administration and how they weaponized the DOJ.
Well, I mean, I think it's hard to describe what happened in those last four years of President Trump.
Alvin Bragg, a local prosecutor, his office staffed by somebody from DOJ.
Jack Smith pitches a special counselor, staffs his entire office with DOJ prosecutors.
And then there are countless things that happen.
All in the right room, most of them on the docket that require no explanation except a complete abomination of the place that the attorney don't I run now and Director Patel.
So when people talk about this department weaponizing, it's embarrassing.
Because there's no scenario in which you can look at what we're doing, restoring justice, doing the right thing in every single case, and say that that's weaponization, and yet remain eerily silent about what happened for the past three years?
I mean, you read these articles and giggle, because it cannot be true that people really think that what they Did to him.
Not once.
Not twice.
I'm still counting three, four times.
But we're the ones that are weaponized.
This man is not weaponizing the Department of Justice.
So they weaponized the government against Trump.
This is Trump's former lawyer the other day.
Nobody's got a good idea.
So the government was weaponizing Trump.
He said four times.
And how many people have been prosecuted for that?
They never want to bring up the deal.
How many people have been arrested for that?
Watch the fake news.
You're in there now.
Not me.
You're in there.
How many?
He wants to send them to prison.
He wants all this.
They indicted me like five times.
So here we go again.
I took a mug shot.
Third.
Because it was a good shot.
But I had to take a mugshot.
New York Post.
It's like we're paralyzed against this.
Every paper in the world.
I had a mugshot.
They wanted to send me nobody says that.
They say they're up here.
They're talking about the city.
No prosecution, no arrest.
If they've been nice to everything about the weaponization of government.
They're talking about all these issues.
You are in charge.
Why are you talking to us about anything?
You're literally in charge.
Are they really criminals or not?
Did they really steal an election or not?
Or Lisa and all the people.
Do they really commit crimes against Trump in this country or not?
What are we doing?
They did too.
Are you going to talk about it for four years?
And then what?
A seriously low IQ.
Now, in his case, it was it was low based on his career, but it got real low.
Okay.
It was descending rapidly.
But what they did to go after his political opponent is legendary.
Worse than any third world country, banana republic.
And what we're doing is nothing.
Are you kidding?
Nothing.
They write stories.
Why aren't they doing this, this?
And we'll leave I I don't have to leave it up to them, but I choose to at this moment at least.
But there's never been anybody treated in the history of politics.
You know, they say the two worst treated presidents by the media, etc., was that man right there, the late great Abraham Lincoln, and this grant right there, Andrew Jackson.
They say Andrew Jackson was treated terribly.
They give him number one and number two.
But that was before I came along, Newt.
I say I have number one.
Nobody's been treated like I've been treated.
And I did a great job.
You know, we had a great first term.
And we had one of the most successful economies in history, etc.
I rebuilt the military.
We did a tremendous amount.
The last part we had a horrible thing called COVID.
Yeah, we got through.
We got screwed.
We got screwed on that deal.
Look at the therapeutics, the regenerant, all the different things, the vaccines, all the COVID shutdown did permanent damage to the economy.
We're still paying the price for that.
We're blowing it away right now.
Look at the stock market, hit it another all-time high today.
That's 48 days out of the few days that I've served.
48 days have already hit record highs.
And we have maybe most importantly the number, we have now I was saying 17.
It's over 18 trillion dollars is being poured into our country.
It's because of the election and because of tariffs.
Without the tariffs, uh you wouldn't have probably 18 cents.
It's because of the tariffs, because there are no tariffs if they build in our on our country, in our country.
And they understand that.
So we have medical companies coming over.
We have the AI.
We're dominating China in AI.
Everybody said that's impossible.
We're dominating.
I'm letting these massive plants build their own electric generating plants.
They're becoming utilities in addition to everything.
Maybe they'll make more money with that.
Who knows?
But they're building their own electric because we have an old grid.
You wouldn't be able to do that.
And we're dominating China, we're dominating with AI, which seems to be the new big thing.
That's the new internet.
That's the new whatever.
So we're very happy with the job we're doing.
I'm very happy with the job they're doing.
But when you tell me about uh attacking a political opponent, there's never been, and I'm a legitimate opponent.
I watched my son, he's got the number one best-selling book Now, my son Eric is a wonderful kid.
That guy spent so much time with subpoenas.
He got more subpoenas than anybody in the history of our country.
Think of it.
And he's an innocent good boy.
He's a good kid.
He's always been a good kid.
All of my children are good.
They went through hell.
My children went through federal grand juries on a hoax.
Think of it.
You have Adam Schiff and Hillary Clinton and others make up a hoax.
And then wanting to put so they know it's a hoax, and they go before the press, say Donald Trump Jr. will go to jail.
Because all right.
So it so again, it's just we're talking about this old stuff.
We should be talking about the people that have been charged and prosecuted right now.
That should be where we're at.
We shouldn't be talking about the crimes that were committed against you in the country years ago.
We've won the election.
We should be doing press conferences where you're explaining the charges.
Cash Patel, Todd Blanche, Pam Bonney should be taking questions from the press about the people that they've charged, the people that they've indicted, the ongoing prosecutions against the criminals against this country.
That's where we should be today.
And maybe Trump is a little frustrated because you kind of heard him say, you know, I've decided to let them handle it for now, for now, meaning, you know, maybe he's getting a little frustrated.
All right.
This thing is going long.
Maybe I'll just take it the rest of the hour.
I want to just mention here as I'm getting a lot of incoming, and I and I appreciate the people that kind of you know keep up with me live during the show.
We are testing some different sound things today.
So if the sound is coming off bad, uh, I appreciate you letting me know that.
I'm I'm I'm working a couple different audio systems to try to get the best sound output possible.
So if you're noticing some weird stuff right now as I'm going in and out of this video, I wasn't actually anticipating on carrying this.
So I'm just kind of testing some stuff live.
So if you're noticing some weird sound stuff, that's just me kind of testing some stuff.
I'm hoping right now, me talking is the clearest audio that you've had since I've started playing this.
Um, but I'm still kind of testing some different systems to get the best audio.
So if you're wondering what's going on with that, um, just bear with me here.
We're gonna get it figured out uh as we're running some tests.
Um so I just wanted to kind of make that note.
It looks like Trump may have just concluded here.
Let's see.
Well, good afternoon.
And live from Texas.
This is the Will Kane Show.
That was President Trump and FBI director Cash Patel talking about.
Probably the best on Fox News, in my opinion, Will Kane.
All right.
All right.
Well, I I've said my piece on that.
I've said my piece on that, so so why don't we move on?
But it is it is a little, it is a little frustrating for us, isn't it?
And I imagine it's frustrating for two for him too.
He talks about his family, he talks about his son.
It's it's true.
They went through it.
So we're all just kind of like, all right.
All right.
All right, we all know when are the indictments.
You've got one, I think.
We've got Letitia James.
You've got one.
I think call me, we've got two at this pace.
At this pace in uh 2028, we'll have six indictments.
Is that a good number for you?
Would you feel good about six indictments?
All right, I guess that's not fair.
I guess at this base, it probably it would probably actually be ten.
Let's be fair.
It probably we're on we're actually we're on pace for 10 indictments from the administration right now.
10.
Well, that will that satisfy you to get 10 indictments.
Trump said he's uh sounds like he might be getting fed up too.
All right.
Well, let's hit a couple news stories here as we close out hour number one.
All right, government shutdown.
Senate vote on GOP bill fails for the ninth time.
It did get through the House, but failed at the Senate who are demanding an extension of health care tax credits in exchange for their votes, and it's you know the whole thing is they they try to connect it to Obamacare, and I've got these clips with Hakeem Jeffries.
Both parties are embarrassing on this to me.
But, you know, what's new in D.C., I suppose.
But they want to make it about Obamacare, and and it's funny because if Obamacare was such a success, which it's obviously not, then the Democrats wouldn't have to be going through this, and you're not hearing anybody complaining that they're not getting their Obamacare, that doesn't exist.
Have you ever heard anyone complaining they're not getting their Obamacare?
If you hear anything about Obamacare, it's it's too expensive.
So, no, this is a this is a ploy by the Democrats to create bad rests for Trump and the Republicans, and it's really nothing more.
We don't need to go down the list.
But if the Democrats really cared about health care for Americans, there's a hundred other things that they would have already done by now.
They try to force some extension of Obamacare that's already a massive failure and already increasing premiums.
It's failed, it's over.
So it's all a big show, it's all a big political stunt, and then they show up in DC today, these Democrats that were just on a luxury vacation, and they show up in DC and they say, We're here to work, and they pound their fist on the podium.
Hakeem Jeffries gets up there, he has nursery rhymes now.
Did you know Hakeem Jeffries is writing nursery rhymes?
Pretty good, actually.
Not bad.
We're here because the people want their Obamacare.
We're gonna stand in the fray.
We're here to work.
Shut up.
You just got back from wine country.
How was your wine tasting?
Are you hung over?
You got jet lagged?
Did you bring a bottle with you?
We're here to work.
We're standing in the way of the Trump administration taking your health care.
You're still drunk from your wine tasting.
You're here to work.
They stand on the capital steps like they've been there working.
They understand, they understand the working American, they're hard workers.
They're on vacation half the year.
They work hard.
And they care because the federal workers aren't getting paid.
Their paychecks are still coming in, though.
They use the federal worker as this political scarecrow.
Like they care that these people aren't getting their paychecks.
Oh, when you shut down the country for COVID and people weren't getting paychecks, and that caused permanent damage to the U.S. economy.
We're still facing it today, permanent damage.
You had nothing to say then.
Shut up.
People still fall for this crap.
It's less and less, but they still do.
Panic as U.S. federal workers scramble to find out if they will still be paid.
They're scrambling.
And you're gonna hear you're gonna hear federal workers, federal workers, federal workers.
And you're gonna hear this now.
They don't talk about the workers any other time.
You notice that they only mention the federal workers now because they think it's politically a good strategy.
But they don't talk about the American workers that are suffering.
They don't talk about the American workers five, six days a week, seven days a week working, can barely keep their head above water.
They never talk about that, but no, the federal workers.
Education department staff say they can't access work Emails amid the shutdown to check for layoff notices.
I don't know if I've been fired.
Yeah.
When was the last time you checked your email?
Because when the administration asked that you send an email, you guys, you couldn't even get out, you didn't even weren't even able to log in.
You couldn't even be bothered to send an email explaining what it is you do around here.
Couldn't be bothered.
That was too much to ask.
But now, oh I can't get my email.
I don't know.
Have I been fired?
Have I been fired?
Well, you know what?
If you don't know, maybe that's a sign.
Maybe that's your sign.
And the Trump administration continues saying, no, this could be some there's some permanent firings actually could be happening.
Russ Vaught says layoffs during the shutdown likely to exceed 10,000 people.
That's a good start.
They say it's 700,000 paychecks won't be going out next round.
Congress still gets paid.
10,000 is a good start.
I'd like to see that.
I'd like to see that times 10.
I'd like to add a zero.
I'd like to see 100,000, maybe.
Maybe more.
Office of management and budget director Russ Vaught said the Trump administration could ultimately lay off more than 100,000 federal workers during the government shutdown.
It'd be worth uh it'd be worth it just to fire 60,000, 70,000 from the IRS alone.
Of poor federal workers.
And it's all part of this game the Democrats play where they just try to buy votes.
They think, and they most of these federal workers probably do vote Democrats, but they figure, hey, we got to keep our voters happy.
So now the leftist activist judges are stepping into the fray.
Judge blocks Trump from firing federal workers during government shutdown for now.
He can't fire them because the government shutdown.
So open the government so that you can fire them.
And then the judge will step in and say you can't fire them now either.
Federal judge blocked the Trump administration from firing federal workers.
The order came five days after the administration issued a reduction in force notifications for more than 4,000 federal workers.
It's a good start.
Is anybody talking about the government shutdown?
Nobody in my circles are.
Nobody seems to care for me.
I do hear about this.
I hear about this all the time.
Grocery prices keep rising.
Frustrated consumers are trying to adapt.
Record beef prices and coffee that cost a dollar more per pound since May have shoppers cutting back on some foods, stockpiling others.
You know what?
Everybody has their own.
And grocery budget, the different things that they buy at the store, different areas might have different prices.
And I'm sure it's something similar.
For me, it was when I first moved to Austin, I would never spend more than $200 when I do get my normal groceries.
Never would the bill go over 200.
It was usually around a little over 100, but usually around 100.
And I mean, my you know, my diet's pretty basic, but just steak and eggs mostly.
Some juice, some other things.
It's it's mostly the bulk of it is probably probably beef and eggs.
And then you want to buy, you know, the organic fresh juices, it's a little more expensive.
That's the bulk of my grocery bill.
So it used to be when I moved into Austin 2016, it was going to be usually around 100, over 100, but around 100.
And then after COVID, it was always over 200.
Every time after COVID.
So you can blame that on the Trump administration, you can blame it on the Biden administration.
It doesn't matter.
That's that's the reality of it for me.
So now it's at the point where it's like my grocery bill comes in under 300, it's like, Okay, sometimes it goes over.
Now, again, I'm I'm buying beef, which has had some of the biggest price increases.
I'm buying eggs, which has had some of the biggest price increases.
And if you want to buy fresh good food, then it usually is a little more expensive too.
If you're buying fresh local juice instead of the canned corporate juices, and it's just it's just crazy that that's where it's at.
And that's how it is for most people.
That's why you see these videos.
They go and they look at their, they have maybe a Walmart account, and they have their groceries on auto delivery from Walmart, and they go look at their bill from 2019, 150 every time.
They look at their bill from 2025 at 300 bucks.
No, the economy's great.
Everything's going great, guys.
It's the golden age.
Don't complain.
Well, I guess if you're getting your uh social media, if you're getting your digital influence or money, perhaps things are good for you.
But uh not everybody has such a luxury.
Not everybody has the uh social media money coming in.
No, grocery prices are bad.
And they celebrated yesterday.
Gas prices were down like a nickel nationwide.
They're still they're still way up.
Still a cost, most Americans have to think about.
GOP John Thune surprised Democrats, daring them to block defense spending bill during shutdown.
Ooh.
Look out, guys.
John Thune is playing politics during the shutdown.
Ooh, he's a he's a political chess master.
Nobody buys any of this crap.
Neither side is working for the American people.
It's never been more obvious.
There's never been a Republican Party with a greater mandate in the right after Trump's first and second term.
You've never had the Republicans with a greater mandate than when Trump first got elected in 2016, sworn in in 2017.
When they had the Senate, the House and the White House.
They had a mandate, they did nothing.
Actually, they probably did more.
Probably did more in the first term.
Funny enough.
Now they have, but now I'd say they have a greater mandate.
Trump is even more popular now.
And the whole Republican Party is behind Trump.
And again, they have this in it in the House.
And what have we done?
Where is the mandate?
But John Thune is gonna play tough guy.
He says, we're gonna have a bill.
We're gonna have a defense spending bill on the floor next week.
And we're gonna force the Democrats to vote on it.
And then we're gonna show America.
We're gonna show America because if they don't vote for the military budget, then they hate our troops.
So this so John Thune's reasoning, which is just pure politics, just pure political stuntery.
I mean, I guess you can credit for it.
John Thune says, I'm gonna force the Democrats to vote on the military bill next week.
And and they're not going to want to vote no on a defense bill.
They're not gonna want to vote no on a military bill.
They don't want the bad press.
So we're gonna force them to vote on the bill.
It's almost a billion dollars, I think was the number.
852 billion defense bill.
Uh it's this week, actually.
I'm sorry, it's not next week.
This week, tomorrow.
So John Thune says, I'm gonna force the Democrats to vote on this bill because they don't want the bad press of not voting on the defense bill.
Then when they vote for it, we can say, see, the Democrats could vote and open the government tomorrow.
It's their fault.
Or if they don't, if they vote no, then of course they'll say, look, the Democrats won't fund the military.
Oh my god, they hate the military.
Playing these political games.
Oh, and I wonder, I can't wait.
I wonder if we'll even see the bill.
I wonder, what do you think, guys?
What do you think is in an 800 50 billion dollar defense bill?
Oh, yeah.
Oh, yeah.
Wouldn't that be fun to watch Congress pass that?
Wonder what's in that defense bill.
You think there's gonna be some aid for some foreign countries in there?
Oh, yeah, that's countries.
That's plural.
Oh, yeah.
You think some of the defense contractors are uh drooling to get this bill passed.
Who's got stock in the defense?
Oh and he thinks he thinks he's a genius.
Because they either get to blame the Democrats for the shutdown, or they get to fund all the foreign and special interests, and the American people have to pay for the whole thing, of course.
That's how it goes.
Who will get hit hardest by expiring affordable care act health insurance subsidies?
So they're making it all about the Affordable Care Act, which is which is already been rendered worthless.
So it's all it's all just a political football, folks.
It's all just a political football.
All right.
Good time to take a break here.
We'll we'll get on to the uh other news stories after this.
I got a big stack of geopolitical.
We're gonna talk about some other stuff that came out of the White House today.
We're going to talk about why Barack Obama is making headlines today, responding to some other political news.
So we're gonna have all of that coming up for you.
And of course, at some point we will open phone lines.
We always open phone lines to hear from you guys.
So all of that and more coming up, hour number two of the Owen Report.
You're listening to The Owen Report on the Wynn Network.
Music.
It's the fastest three hours on the internet.
It's the Owen Report with Owen Schreuer.
So I got here.
A minute passed and I'm on my feet.
I never knew life could taste.
So good.
I need a little minute.
Just a moment to breathe No matter where I go No matter who I see Will I have my name?
You guys know these guys?
Of a revolution.
More popularly known as OAR.
I'm early away.
Used to be a huge fan back in the day.
You ever see him live?
Fun times.
They used to do free concerts all the time, too.
Old college band.
Ohio State.
Got massively successful.
That's risen from in between now and then.
This is our number two of the Owen report.
I want to go back to some news developing out of the White House today.
Yeah, it's uh it's the signs.
It's the signs that no.
No, the economy's not going so well.
Scott Bessant says Trump needs emergency powers to protect the U.S. economy, and he's probably right.
But it it is a strange way of admitting the U.S. economy is not it's not good.
So they come out, they say it's the golden age, it's the greatest economy ever, all of the stuff, and then Besson says, yeah, the economy's toast if we don't have emergency powers now.
Besant's being honest.
Besant is telling the truth.
And you know, President Trump is playing a really dangerous game right now with trade.
And that's not an attack because the the dangerous game Trump is playing is much better than the dangerous game that our prior leaders played, which wasn't it was just a sellout.
It wasn't even a game, it was a sellout.
It was an auction that led to production manufacturing, rare earths, resources, everything being offshore.
So that's not a dangerous game.
That's a sellout.
Now Trump is playing a dangerous game with the tariffs, trying to trying to balance things, but knowing that the leverage is it's kind of back and forth with the leverage when it comes to rare earths, energy, manufacturing, production, and trade and tariffs.
But Besson, you know, Besson is looking at all the numbers more than Trump, and he knows if certain pieces don't fall into place, we're in we're in trouble, and the trade war will be lost.
But you're basically playing with house money because you already lost the trade war.
Uh our politicians take took the dive.
Our our politicians sold us out.
But you are playing a dangerous game now with the economy not good that it could get worse.
Could get better, it could get worse.
So Trump so Bessent to me is saying the Fed is acting against America's interest, the Fed is acting against Trump's interest, and then we've got all of these other issues when it comes to manufacturing production, rare earth minerals, the untapped resources America has.
It's like we need to act now.
We don't have time.
We don't have time to deal with the federal government.
We don't have time to deal with the Federal Reserve.
We have to do these things now to get Trump's plan to work.
And he's right.
You have to start getting US energy up and running like never before.
You have to start laying the groundwork.
We might not like it, but it's part of Trump's economic plan.
You have to start laying the actual physical groundwork of all of these plants, the chip manufacturing, the AI data centers.
And again, you can argue about whether you want that or not.
I'm just telling you, this is Trump's plan.
This is how he's trying to bring manufacturing back.
But it's like the deals have been cut, the vision is there, and now Besson is like the Fed is in our way, the federal government is in our way.
We can't do what we need to do.
And if we can't do it soon, we're gonna be in trouble.
We can't wait on China, we can't wait on these trade deals.
We already have these deals cut.
We need to make them good now.
But we can't do it.
The Fed is in the way.
We don't have the plants, we don't have the resources, we don't have the energy.
That's what Besson is talking about.
And he's right.
He's a hundred percent right.
Now, I don't know what you do.
Powell will be out soon.
You control the EPA.
But I have a f this this is an unavoidable, this is an unavoidable thing.
Eventually, you're gonna have to prioritize America.
I mean, let's just call it as it is.
Eventually, this administration is gonna have to prioritize America.
Eventually, this administration is gonna have to prioritize American energy, American manufacturing, and the American economy.
They're gonna have to do it eventually.
And we're getting close to that date.
Scott Bessant knows it.
Bessent and Greer condemn China's rare earth rules, cite hope for de-escalation.
Now Trump is going to be meeting with President Xi of China before the end of the month.
And it looks like, you know, the reason why China is starting to make noise.
The reason why Xi is starting to make noise is because he's he's playing his political games ahead of these negotiations.
And I think he was.
I think President G of China was at least respectful of enough of Trump to say, all right.
We feel like you've kind of put us on the sideline for a minute here, but all right.
You're doing your deals in the Middle East.
You're doing Netanyahu's bidding.
I'm going to let you finish, let you finish.
And then after the deals were signed and he came back, all of a sudden G starts making noise.
All of a sudden, G is starting to be like, all right, you haven't forgotten about us, have you?
So I think it's all preparation for the big negotiations coming up at the end of the month.
And Trump and G are set to meet in South Korea.
So that's going to have major implications on the U.S. economy.
And where it goes from here.
All right.
Now you've got the No Kings protest.
Now, this is kind of a weird deal.
These anti-Trump groups.
The anti-Trump movement, let's say.
And we're talking about the people now.
Way, way less interest than they did in 2016, 2017.
And it's really not even close.
I mean, you have to be honest.
In 2017 and in 2016 during the campaign, the Democrats got people to show up.
They did.
They got a lot of people to show up to these protests.
It's not happening anymore.
It's not happening.
Now they're pretending like this is going to be a big one.
They're saying this is going to be the biggest day of protest in the history of America.
I'm not buying that for one second, but that's how they're going to sell it.
They already are.
And then they've got their website here on Axios.
They're showing you where all the protests.
And I'm seeing the same thing.
I'm seeing the same response from people on the right that we saw in 2016 that we saw in 2020 when all these protests kick off.
And I'm saying there should only be one response.
There should only be one response right now from the Trump administration that the American right should be responding to, reacting to.
And that is that the Trump administration should be ready to have investigations into every single one.
Look, it's literally all on the map.
The leftists are so kind that they map out their entire operation for you.
They do the legwork for you, Bondi.
They do the work for you, Patel.
You know every single city they're going to be in.
You can track and trace the leader of each wing of these organizations, and they publicly promote online who funds and organizes these events.
There's your legwork.
You know the organizers.
You know the bank rollers.
You know the local leaders, and you know the locations.
What are you doing?
Why is there any other response to this other than investigations being prepped?
Why is there any other response to this stuff other than the people that are funding and organizing it being investigated right now?
And if you're not going to do this for the No Kings protest, if if you're not going to take everything that the left has given you now to open the investigation, then I have no faith you're ever going to do it.
And you've been talking about it for months.
So that's going to take place this weekend.
So I would suggest if you're in one of these cities.
Well, I guess it's I guess it's up to you.
I will not be attending.
I know.
It's probably upsetting.
People want me to go to these no kings protests.
I'm done.
I'm done with these leftists.
I get nothing out of it.
It's old hat to me.
It's like going back and being a toddler politically.
Now, people want to go out and get the content, more power to you.
I don't blame you.
Go ahead.
It'll be content central.
So if you're a member of the right wing media, you want to get some content this weekend, go to one of these protests.
It'll be content galore.
Political effectiveness, barely maybe 1%, maybe 1% on the political effectiveness level.
99% will have to come from the Trump administration to do something about this stuff.
But you can go out and get content for sure.
I don't think it's going to be as big as they claim.
I highly doubt it.
But I would suggest avoiding these clowns.
I would suggest avoiding this stuff.
Just my suggestion.
If you're going to be going out with the family, probably stay away.
You know.
Just a suggestion.
Maybe you want to expose your family to this.
I don't know.
So then you have this.
And it again, it's the same groups.
It's the same groups organizing these protests.
Illegal immigrants arrested after ramming border patrol in Chicago amid violent clash with protesters.
Same protesters.
Same groups, same organizers, same bankrollers.
A 15-year-old American citizen was also detained for five hours.
As he was a part of this standoff.
Two illegal immigrants were taken into custody yesterday after crashing their vehicle into a border patrol vehicle in Chicago during an immigration enforcement operation, leading to a clash with protesters.
The two taken into custody were both from Venezuela.
And I guess they were fleeing.
They were fleeing border patrol, and in their attempt to flee, smashed their vehicle into border patrol vehicles.
It was an unsuccessful attempt to flee for them.
The DHS released this statement.
This morning while conducting an immigration enforcement operation in Chicago, a vehicle driven by an illegal alien rammed a border patrol vehicle and attempted to flee the scene.
Border Patrol pursued the vehicle and was eventually able to stop it, utilizing an authorized precision immobilization technique, known as a pit maneuver.
Once the vehicle was stopped, the suspect, who are both illegal aliens, attempted to flee on foot.
Oh my gosh.
Are they still doing?
Are they still giving Fox News the exclusives and these ride-alongs?
Do you think anybody has that footage?
Maybe I could uh I could probably FOIA for that footage.
They just give it to Fox anyway, but I could probably FOIA for that footage and force it out there.
Because that's what always happens.
You FOIA for some big story, they just give it to Fox, and then Fox airs it.
But it's like, hey, at least you get it out there.
Fleet on foot.
It's just crazy.
This is Chicago, man.
Chicago is nuts.
And then there's all these protesters out there, and they're trying to protect the criminal illegal aliens.
It's maddening.
And there should already be, it's just so now the same groups that organize protests that result in events like this that could have been deadly.
This easily could have been a deadly incident.
And now the same people that organize these are organizing the big no kings protest.
No kings.
LA County Board approves emergency declaration over immigration raids.
They're protecting the illegals in Los Angeles.
Los Angeles County moved a step closer on Tuesday to enacting an eviction moratorium that would protect renters who have been financially harmed by President Trump's immigration crackdown.
Meaning if you're renting to an illegal alien and they get deported and you're not getting your rent paid, that uh we're gonna keep the illegals here so they can keep paying you rent.
So oh, the Democrats will argue that we're not fighting for illegal immigrants.
We don't do that.
They're not even here.
There are none that are even here to fight for.
There are none that are even here to fight for.
Then they give them free health care.
And then they legally protect them so they can't be deported.
Nice LA.
Very nice.
So now the redistricting argument.
And this is big.
This is a big one.
Supreme Court seems inclined to limit race in redistricting.
So this is the big admission.
And everything that the Democrats are now saying about gerrymandering.
Everything the Democrats are now saying about redistricting, it's all pure projection.
It's beautiful to watch.
And anybody who's been following my work for a long time knows this has been a huge issue for me.
I've gone in depth into gerrymandering and redistricting for years.
So this is big.
Of all the ways that Democrats steal elections, this is one of the biggest ones.
And it tends to get overlooked.
Because really what they do with this is not just that they're going in and stealing a seat, or they're not going into an election and stealing one singular election.
This is how they steal the Congress.
This is how they redistrict in the House so they can steal house seats.
And they've done so successfully.
I've always put the number around 20.
And it's funny because now today that's the number Democrats are putting out there.
So it looks like we've done the same research here.
It looks like we've both done the exact same research and landed on the same number, which is the Democrat gerrymandering results in about 20 seats in the House being stolen from Republicans.
And if you go to the originalist interpretation of how Congress was to be elected, where the state legislatures decided the senators.
And the districts were based off of not race or politics for gerrymandering, the Democrats would have virtually never won, never would have had a majority in the Senate or the House.
Think about that.
The Democrats rewrote the rules.
And if they hadn't rewritten the rules, they would have never had a majority in Congress.
Never.
Never.
So now they see Republicans have realized it and are trying to reverse it, and they're panicked.
And the Supreme Court looks like it's going to rule with Republicans.
So what do they do?
The Democrats say this is racist.
So they're admitting the only reason they were doing redistricting was to win these races.
They're about to lose.
So now they're going back and saying it's racist, and we want all black voting districts.
That's what they're arguing.
They want all black voting districts now, which is really just Democrats being retarded because that wouldn't help them either.
They don't get it.
The real smart Democrats realize you only need 51% of the votes.
You don't need 100%.
You need 51.
So you don't want fully black districts if you think they're all going to vote Democrat.
That doesn't help you out.
But they're flailing now.
They're flailing.
They're panicked.
Because without their redistricting, they can't win.
And they know it.
Obama warns that Republicans want to rig next year's election in a new campaign ad.
Well, it's not a campaign ad, it's a political ad.
Former president Barack Obama tells voters that democracy is on the ballot ahead of a critical vote on Prop 50.
Yeah, because Obama knows that if they undid the Democrat gerrymandering, it's over.
Now he's talking to Texans On this video, where Texas, it looks like three seats will probably flip blue to red in Texas alone.
It could be as many as five.
It'll be three to five.
And it's they redistrict, they gerrymander in a Democrat area that has 80% of the votes, they siphon off 5% to a red district, 5% to a red district, 5% to a red district, and then they flip those red districts, and now they have four blue districts.
So instead of having one blue district and three red districts, they siphon the votes out of the blue districts into the red districts, and now they have four blue districts.
This is how they gerrymander.
This is how they steal elections.
This is how they steal Congress.
And the Republicans finally aware of it, finally addressing it, and the Democrats are panicked.
So panicked, they're dusting off Barack Obama for campaign ads.
They're dusting off Obama.
He's on a media tour, and now he's doing campaign ads.
They're dusting off Obama to try to stop this because they know it's everything.
They know it.
Gavin Newsom.
Trump is about to steer steal nearly 20 more seats in Congress.
No, these are the seats that you guys stole.
And then it's oh racism.
The Supreme Court is poised to wipe away the voting rights act of 1965 and eliminate representation for black and brown communities across our country.
Nobody's stopping their representation.
What are you talking about?
Who's stopping them from being represented?
You guys are the ones that did the redistricting, the gerrymandering using race as the weapon.
There's no representation being denied here.
Yeah.
And you know it.
This is panic.
This is panic.
And when you understand the Democrat philosophy, you understand that without power, they have nothing.
How can the Democrats tell you what to do with your life if they don't have any power?
So you take away their power, you take away everything.
You take away everything for the Democrat.
They don't want you to be independent.
They don't want you to make your own decisions.
They want to make decisions for you.
So they're panicked.
And I wouldn't, I would anticipate the panic to continue.
Maybe they'll get a vibe read after the No Kings protest, and they'll decide, okay, where are we really at?
And then they're going to realize we're not that popular.
And if we don't start doing something and stop them from redistricting, we're going to be in big trouble.
We're going to be in big trouble.
Now, this was from the Supreme Court.
There were a couple, uh, there were arguments at the Supreme Court today.
I got a couple of clips here.
So that all they can do is turn back to race.
That's all they can do now is turn back to race.
Listen to Kotenji Brown Jackson.
I don't even know how this woman, well, we know how she got on the Supreme Court, but listen to Judge Brown Jackson talking about this race-based districts today at the Supreme Court.
I'm thinking of it of the fact that remedial action, absent discriminatory intent, is really not a new idea in the civil rights laws.
And my kind of paradigmatic example of this is something like the ADA.
Congress passed the Americans with Disabilities Act against the backdrop of a world that was generally not accessible to people with disabilities.
And so it was discriminatory in effect because these folks were not able to access these buildings.
And it didn't matter whether the person who built the building or the person who owned the building intended for them to be exclusionary.
That's irrelevant.
Congress said the facilities have to be made equally open to people with disabilities, if readily possible.
I guess I don't understand why that's not what's happening here.
Now what she's about to say is even more shocking.
But think about and again, when you understand the Democrat ideology, you understand why it's it's just you can't allow them anywhere near power.
And while I'm not going to sit here and make a big fuss that the federal government, that our government decided that you have to make your bathroom or your entryway or your parking lot handicap accessible, or any of the other stuff.
Because really, free market capitalist, free market society, you'd say, well, I might get one handicap, I might get one wheelchair bound, one handicap person in my business a year.
I'm not gonna spend twenty five thousand dollars to make my business accessible.
It doesn't make sense.
But the federal government says, nope, you have to.
You have to renovate, spend the money, whatever it is.
You have to do it.
The federal law says so.
You have to make your business accessible for a handicapped person.
Well, what if you never have a handicapped customer?
Doesn't matter.
All right, well, all right, we want America to be livable for people in wheelchairs, whatever.
So we won't make a big fuss.
But think about the philosophy here, and then understand this is how they apply it universally.
This is why they want to do the whole trans issue.
Say, well, why do they make this big ordeal about 0.01% of the population, the trans population, they seemingly make it one of their biggest issues.
It's because they use it as a as a cudgel to force you to do things you otherwise wouldn't do.
Hey, point zero one percent of the population is trans.
We need to make sure we're addressing this in the schools.
You say, what?
Yeah, we need to make sure trans issues and trans kids are heard in the school.
You say that's not even an issue.
Say, doesn't matter because it could be an issue because one person might be trans, everybody has to go through it now.
So everybody has to go look at the porn.
Everybody has to get indoctrinated with the LGBDQ plus in the education system because one person might decide to be trans 20 years from now.
So the whole thing has to be overhauled.
And that's what they do.
They take one little minute issue, and then they force you, they force 99.9% of the people in this country to have to cater to the 0.01%.
And then they make it mandatory by law.
So they're doing the same thing now.
And she's gonna say, well, let's let's let her say it in her own words.
Is that we are responding to current day manifestations of past and present decisions that disadvantage minorities and make it so that they don't have equal access to the voting uh uh system, right?
They're they're disabled.
In fact, we use the word disable in Milligan.
We say there it is.
Black people are inherently disabled from voting.
What?
This is the whole black people don't know how to get a driver's license 2.0.
Listen to this again.
If you're black, if you're a black American, you're disabled because you don't know how to vote.
So that they don't have equal access to the voting uh uh system, right?
They're they're disabled.
In fact, we use the word disable in Milligan.
We say that's a way in which you see that these processes are not equally open.
It's beautiful.
She's she's showing you the entire playbook.
She's saying, based off of the philosophy that we would make a business handicap accessible, even if that person has zero business from somebody in a wheelchair, zero.
Not once.
We're gonna force you to make your business handicapped accessible.
And so, because of that philosophy, And the Supreme Court agreed, and the federal government agreed.
We declare black people are disabled.
And so therefore, we have to rig the voting system to give black people as much of an advantage as they possibly can.
And of course, it has nothing to do with a black person or black people.
It has everything to do with the Democrats maintaining political power.
But it's the same philosophy.
And it's a dangerous philosophy.
It's a communist philosophy.
It's an authoritarian philosophy.
It's a deceptive philosophy.
So Kotenji Brown Jackson today declares black people are disabled and can't vote.
And so therefore, we have to rig districts to make sure that black Americans' votes are more powerful than white Americans' votes.
That's her philosophy.
She doesn't even hide it.
That's incredible.
Then you have the NAACP lawyers.
They were in court today, too.
That's right.
And in the state of Louisiana, that that analysis was conducted in the Nairn case.
And it was clear that regardless of party, white Democrats were not voting for black candidates, whether they were Democrats or not.
And we know that there is such a significant chasm between how black and white voters vote in Louisiana that there's no question that even if there is some correlation between race and party, that race is the driving factor.
Can you comment on the solicitor general?
Did you hear what she just said?
Wait, wait.
Did you hear this is uh Janai Nelson, NAACP lawyer?
Saying they have to have a black, they have to redistrict based off of uh black population densities.
So she says Democrats voters, this is what she says.
Democrat voters are so racist that they'll never vote for a black person.
Notice, she didn't say that about Republicans, she said that about Democrats.
I'd like to see the NAACP's data on this.
She's going off the NAACP's data here.
White Democrats will not vote for a black Democrat candidate.
Well, golly gee.
Are you saying what I think you're saying?
Did you just say what I think you said?
Did you just say Democrats are racist against blacks?
Is that what you because I and then they run all their ads on Democrat networks like MSNBC and CNN and ask for Democrat donations.
White Democrats are so racist that they won't vote for a black Democrat candidate.
And then they go to white Democrats and ask them for money.
Fun times at the Supreme Court today, huh?
We're having good times at the Supreme Court with Kotenji Brown Jackson.
Black people are disabled from voting.
We're having fun times at the Supreme Court today with NAACP lawyer.
White Democrats are so racist they won't even vote for a black Democrat.
And they're admitting now that if they if they have all their gerrymandering reversed, that they're gonna lose the House.
Wow.
A lot of lot of things, a lot of honesty, a lot of truth coming out today.
Very transparent of the Democrats today.
Thank you.
It's very rare that these moments happen.
But when they do, we are we are appreciative.
We we will uh we will show our appreciation.
All right, let's let's stick to some of these videos here.
Let me get to some of these other videos we have.
So here's your political football.
Let's do the whole Hakeem Jeffries clip.
We'll we'll do the whole thing.
And then it's Speaker Johnson and Ruben Galileo.
I mean, it's all just this political back and forth here.
It's all meaningless.
Let's hear.
Let's go to Hakeem Jeffries.
They're all fresh off of a uh wine tasting in Napa Valley at a luxurious resort.
And now, but they're working in DC.
They're all working in DC.
They all have jet lag from their luxury vacation here.
They've had an extended summer vacation.
No, no, they're working.
So they show up for this, they show up for one photo shoot, one video to pretend like they're all in DC working, it's all fake.
And then Hakeem Jeffries takes to the podium and says this.
Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress have shut down the government 15 days ago.
And they haven't done a damn thing since to try and reopen it.
House Democrats are here.
Reporting for duty.
We are ready, we are willing, and we are able to negotiate a bipartisan spending agreement that actually meets the needs of the American people.
Reopen the government and decisively address the Republican health care crisis.
And now it's the Republican health care crisis.
I mean, it's I really don't even want to comment on that.
But so he's about to go full Dr. Seuss right now.
But um it's actually not so smooth for Hakeem Jeffries as the Democrats pretend like they're in DC working.
Um I got plenty of things against Mike Johnson, but uh but I'll defend him here in a second.
Uh but before we go to that level, let's go to Dr. Seuss Jeffries.
Uh Dr. Seuss Jeffrey.
Go ahead.
But we also need a common sense partner on the other side of the aisle.
House Republicans shut the government down.
Then they ran out of town.
And for the last three weeks, they're nowhere to be found.
Wow.
What more can I say?
You deserve better.
You deserve better.
The American people deserve better.
Now he's got like a what is that, a New York accent going all of a sudden?
I don't know.
He kind of clicked that into Gary.
There's a nice attempt at a Dr. Seuss nursery rhyme, though.
That was a good attempt at that.
Not much enthusiasm from his uh colleagues there.
No, nobody, nobody there attending it either.
It's the Republican health care shutdown.
It's just it's shut up.
So that's that's what you got from the Democrat leadership in the House today.
Here's what you get from the Republican leadership.
Welcome everybody.
We're on uh day 15 of the Democrat government shutdown.
Not a good day on Capitol Hill.
I love this.
It's the Republican shutdown.
It's the Democrat shutdown.
Well, not a good day across America because real Americans are feeling the pain uh due to the Democrats' political nonsense.
So here we go again.
Oh, now real Americans are feeling the pain.
I'm so sick of it, man.
Real Americans have been feeling the pain since you guys allowed the government to be shut down for COVID.
Americans have been feeling the pain for five freaking years.
Americans are really feeling the pain.
And it's nothing to do with this government shutdown.
Many of them might feel relieved at the government shutdown.
Many of them might feel hope that the government is shut down.
No, Americans have been feeling the pain for five years, but now you pretend to care as you play political football with this shutdown.
And we want to specifically focus this morning on one area uh that's gotten a lot of attention and one uh segment of the population that that truly deserves better treatment than the Democrats are giving them, and that is our military.
Today, if it weren't for the bold leadership of President Trump helping us protect our military, everyone needs to understand that 1.3 million active duty service members would be missing a paycheck.
They'll get their check, thankfully.
Because President Trump has shown strong leadership.
And under his direction, the Department of War has now uh redirected unspent funds to ensure that our troops are taken care of.
And this is while Democrats are playing political games.
Yeah, oh yeah.
Only the Democrats are playing political games, not you.
Not you, Speaker Johnson.
You're above that.
We know.
Now here's Senator Gallego attacking Mike Johnson as the shutdown continues.
Let's cut to it.
Speaker Johnson is protecting pedophiles.
That's what this is all about.
The only reason Adolita Grijava is not being sworn in right now is because he wants to protect whatever is in those files, all the pedophiles that would be uh revealed, and he wants to make sure every day that that doesn't happen.
He adds one more day to protect all those pedophiles, whether it's involving Donald Trump or any of his rich elite friends.
That is what Speaker Johnson is doing here.
Every reason that has ever he has ever come up with has changed from day one, day two, day three.
The only thing that's been consistent the whole time is that Speaker Johnson is trying to cover up for pedophiles.
Is that clear enough?
Speaker Johnson is covering up for pedophiles, and in the process, Arizona does not have a Congresswoman.
Right now, of all the times we have flooding, do you know how often Arizona gets rained, let alone floods?
In Tucson, in her district, those members do not have someone to call to ask for help because Speaker Johnson is covering up for pedophiles.
Do you guys get that?
Speaker Johnson is covering up for pedophiles.
Thank you.
Where does this saga end?
Where does this saga end?
Where does this saga end?
Eventually she's going to get in.
Eventually, she will be sworn in.
The government shutdown will eventually end, and she will eventually be sworn in.
And they will have the vote, and they will vote to release the Epstein files.
Where is this saga going to end?
I'm not going to get into the Epstein stuff now, but it's got to end somewhere.
It's not going to end where it's at now.
That's for sure.
Thank you.
All right.
Well, you saw Patel and Bondi.
At the White House with Trump today.
Congress collected 30 million lines of phone data in Trump J6 probe raising civil liberty concerns.
Again, when the government spies on you, when the government spies on the American people, Congress says nothing.
When Congress finds out that they're being spied on, all of a sudden it's a civil liberty concern.
More details continue to emerge about the collusion between Democrats and Congress and Biden's weaponized DOJ in targeting Trump.
By the way, John Solomon here, who has the story at JustinNews.com.
They gave him all of these exclusives.
And then they say, like they gave him the exclusive.
The FBI had assets in the crowd on January 6th.
It was a big exclusive, and Solomon got it.
And then he went on Fox and broke it.
And the actual January 6th defendants, of which Solomon is not one, were like, we've been saying this for four years, and you guys ignored us.
You didn't invite any of us, any of us onto your shows.
You barely even covered it.
Some of them you couldn't invite because they were in prison, but now they're out.
You still don't invite them.
He breaks it on Fox News, and all of a sudden it's an exclusive.
And we've never heard it before.
Nobody ever said the FBI had assets in the crowd until John Solomon.
So what?
What are we doing?
What's being done?
FBI Director Cash Patel said this today.
I guess it was uh rather yesterday.
The FBI took down one of the greatest and largest global human trafficking and cyber fraud networks ever.
This was a criminal empire built on forced labor and lies, and we crushed it.
This FBI will use every tool to defend victims, recover stolen assets, and bring predators to justice.
And uh then they they share this from the attorney general's office.
Chairman of Prince Group indicted for operating Cambodian forced labor scam compounds engaged in cryptocurrency fraud schemes.
So uh a lot of that going on, huh?
A lot of crypto schemes.
So the FBI gets a nice victory there.
Trump administration authorizes covert CIA action in Venezuela, and we heard this got brought up during the press conference.
Here's what I think is going on.
Now leave out the constitutionality of all of this.
Just for the sake of this conversation.
Leave out the constitutional concerns about what is going on.
Trump is very obviously, I'd say pro-war on drugs.
You could argue he's done more than any other president as far as trying to stop drugs from coming into the country.
Now, how much he really cares about that at a personal level, I'm not really sure, but he hears a lot from the parents that have kids that died of fentanyl.
So he doesn't want any of the drugs coming in.
And you can say, okay, noble cause.
Nobody wants fentanyl coming into the country.
Again, leave the constitutionality of, well, can we be bombing these boats?
Do we know they have drugs?
Do we really know what's going on?
I think they've hit three of these boats now, and they brag about it and they say it's a drug runner.
Is that an act of war?
Is it constitutional?
Whatever.
Leave leave that out of this conversation for now.
I think it's a I think it's a bridge.
I think it's a gateway.
I think that they're going to use this opening act of, hey, we're stopping Venezuela from sending the drugs.
We're stopping Venezuela from sending its criminals.
And that's kind of the opening act to get the foot in the door, and then ultimately they want to get in there and they want to do regime change.
That's what I think is really going on.
They want Maduro out.
They want to install their asset in.
They want to be able to have control over the oil in the global market.
This is no endorsement of Maduro.
But that's what I believe is really going on.
They're using the war on drugs angle, the open border angle to get the foot in the door to get some to get some assets in place.
And then ultimately, I think they're going for regime change in Venezuela.
They've been trying it for years.
But now they got their Nobel Peace Prize winning asset with the built-up profile now ready to go.
And then got the CIA and the military operating all around Venezuela.
I think I think they're going to make a move for regime change.
That's what I see going on.
At least one U.S. military strike on alleged drug trafficking boat in Caribbean targeted Colombians.
I think that was the most recent one.
They're just reporting on it.
Five strikes, at least that we know of to this date.
So again, it's like, well, what is the...
What is the constitutionality of all this being discussed right now?
So.
So we've got some more geopolitical news to get to here, but I figure we might want to know about something.
Agency sits on finished report showing forever chemical in water damages humans.
Now you've you've heard a lot about these forever chemicals, and they end up in the water, they end up in your body to shocking levels, and it can cause things like low birth weight, liver damage, male reproductive systems.
They had all of this and they didn't publish it.
Why didn't they publish it?
Probably because they probably because the evidence that a chemical is dangerous makes it awkward to roll back drinking water limits for that exact chemical, which the Trump administration announced in May.
PFNA, these are the forever chemicals, was supposedly phased out nearly two decades ago, but it's still contaminating water in 28 states because forever coal chemical forever chemicals are forever.
Meanwhile, the EPA's IRIS program had been gutted out of 55 scientists who worked on recent assessments, only eight remain.
The science is done, the chemicals are dangerous, and the report sits in a drawer somewhere while 26 people keep drinking it.
Mario Neffall reporting from Propublica.
All right.
So if you if you haven't figured it out yet, there are all kinds of bad chemicals in your drinking water.
So what are you doing about it?
That's the question.
And I can tell you what I'm doing about it.
I'm filtering my drinking water.
And I'm using the Cove Pure CP16 countertop reverse osmosis water purifier to do it.
Now I can go into this and tell you all the things it does and maybe bore you.
But you know what it feels like for me now?
When I go into my kitchen to get a drink of water to get a glass of water, it feels like I'm in the future.
It feels like I am in the future with my Cove Pure water filtration system.
I'm dead serious.
You can see the image here on the screen.
It's got a digital layout screen.
You can control the temperature of your water.
You can control how much water it disperses.
You also have a little picture over here.
So there's a picture that you can take out that you can keep full.
You can also just have it right straight to your glass right here.
You can control the temperature.
It also gives you live readings of the purity of your water on the screen.
So you need hot water for tea, coffee, whatever.
You can get piping hot water.
You can get warm water, you can get room temperature water, you can get ice cold water.
You don't even have to worry about ice in the in the freezer.
This will put out ice cold water.
It's like living in the future.
And not only does it purify out all of the bad chemicals you don't want, including the fluoride at the highest levels, it then re-alkalizes the water afterwards.
Bring your drinking water into the future.
You'll go into your kitchen, you'll see your Cove Pure water filter, you'll feel like your kitchen just went into the future.

You don't need to go out and buy the bottled water all the time.
You can buy this system, you can bottle your own water.
You can put it in glass, by the way, or put it in something else.
You don't have to worry about all the different chemicals that are just in the bottled water.

And you're going to say, wow.
That's how noticeable the difference is with the Cove Pure water filtration system.
Do not doubt me on that.
Covepure.com slash Owen.
All right.
Now, getting back to the news.
Mom Donnie was featured on Fox News with Marsha McCallum today.
And I will tell you the build-up for this.
The build-up for this was he's going to get called out by Marsha.
He's going to embarrass himself.
He's going to have to answer all of these tough questions.
He handled himself very well.
And you might not like his policies, which probably smart if you don't, but he handled it very well.
And McCollum ended up kind of agreeing with him on some stuff and laughing and smiling at the interview.
So everybody build it as, oh, Marsha's going to shut him down.
She's going to bury him before the debate tomorrow.
And then it ended up being pretty good.
But he said something, and this is where the Republicans are missing the boat so badly, folks.
This is where they're missing the boat so badly.
And this is where if they can't, if they can't read the tea leaves after this, then they're just, they either are not allowed to or they just can't.
They just literally can't figure it out.
So they bring up the peace negotiations, the peace deal, everything else.
Mamdami gives Trump credit for it.
Because by the way, this is the type of headlines that you saw heading into this interview on Fox today.
Zoran Mamdani will finally have to answer for his sickening anti-Semitism at the mayoral debate.
So McCollum tried to set him up with some of these questions.
Of course she did.
But he handled it very well.
And she said, she basically tried to make him pick a side, is what she wanted to do.
She wanted to force him to pick a side so that somebody could use it against him, whether it's, you know, being anti-Israel or anti-Semitic, whatever it is.
They tried to set him up.
And I forget the exact question.
But he responded, and I wish Republicans could say the same thing.
Because eventually someone's going to, and they will rise to popularity.
And maybe it's Thomas Massey, and maybe it's Marjorie Taylor Greene, and maybe it's somebody else.
But she tried to set him up to side with Palestine, is what she tried to do.
She tried to set him up to side with Palestine or Gaza.
And I don't remember the exact nature of the question.
And he responded like this.
And he said, I'm not actually interested in Palestinian and Palestine or Israel.
I'm interested in New York City.
I'm interested in the United States of America.
Bingo.
Bingo.
Why is that so hard for American politicians to say?
Why is that so hard, even more so for Republicans to say, for conservatives to say?
Why is that so hard?
Why is that so difficult for you?
Why can't you say that?
Why is it that the socialist communist can say it and you can't?
You're the American patriot.
You're the flag-waving conservative.
Why can't you say it?
Why does the communist?
Why can the communists be more pro-America on geopolitics than you, the flag-waving conservative?
Why is that?
I can't wait.
I can't wait.
They're going to ask him a very similar question when he's on the debate stage with Curtis Sleewa and Andrew Cuomo.
Eric Adams dropping out.
Looks like they're cutting a deal with the administration, by the way.
I don't even want to get into that right now.
But let's see.
Cuomo, he's already shown he's going to go, he's going to take the full pro-Israel angle and try to win the Jewish vote in New York City.
Which, by the way, the Jewish vote in New York City.
Are they really that pro-Israel?
They're mostly on the left.
But regardless, I would say that's the angle Cuomo is going to take.
I wouldn't be surprised if he pulls an Israeli flag out of his pocket and waves it.
I don't know what Slee was going To do.
I don't know.
He's like, he's like a one-trick pony.
If you're not talking about street crime and street elements, I don't know.
I don't know what he brings to the table.
I don't know if I've heard anything on geopolitics from Sleewa, but he'll be up there.
But without a doubt, this is what I'm trying to say to the Republican Party.
You don't understand.
This is not a got you question.
You are actually giving Democrats exactly the exactly what they need to beat you.
The vast majority of the Republicans don't want to hear about your loyalty to Israel.
They don't care.
The donors might.
That's probably why you're doing it.
Is that the donors care?
Maybe the networks.
The voters don't.
The voters don't.
And man, McCollum.
She thought she had him.
She thought she was going to put him in the position to make the anti-Semitic statement.
And he said, and instead he said, actually, I'm not concerned about the future of Israel or Palestine.
I'm concerned about the future of New York City and the United States.
And Mom Donnie is the one that said it.
And they just, and the people on the right don't get that that's a winning message.
And they'll say, but he's a communist.
He's a socialist.
Well, if he says I need water to live, so he's he's right about that, though.
It's a winning message.
And you're gonna let the next mayor of New York City, a communist, you're gonna let him own you on this issue, and you're gonna completely miss it.
And you think it's a gotcha thing, and it's not.
You're the ones getting got.
You are the ones getting got, not Mom Donnie.
You are, and you watch.
They are going to hand him the mayor's office.
They already have.
They just haven't realized it yet.
They're gonna hand it to him.
And they're gonna try to set him up again to make an anti-Israel statement, and they're gonna try to set him up as an anti-Semite, and he's gonna handle it the exact same way he handled it on Marsha McCallum today, and it's only gonna make him more popular, and it will make him a 99.9% guarantee to win the seat.
And you guys think this is hurting him.
You guys think these attacks are hurting him.
You have handed him the seat.
You have literally handed a communist, the mayor's office in New York City because you were so obsessed with billing him an anti-Semite that you're gonna hand him the office.
Just like I predicted before the original primaries, and everybody said I was crazy, and I was making bets that he was gonna win, and people thought I was nuts.
And then I doubled down and I said he's gonna win the mayor's race.
They just don't get it yet, folks.
And it's because they don't live in reality, they live in political bubbles, they don't talk to the average American, they live in their own little world with their donors with their other politicos, and they have no idea what the average American thinks, feels, or says about this issue.
So you watch.
They're gonna try to bury.
It'll be a tag team effort to bury Mom Donnie tomorrow night during the debate.
And what's gonna end up happening is they're going to hand him the race.
That's how it's gonna go.
And just watch afterwards.
The odds will go up.
Do not doubt me on this.
Second hour in the books.
Second hour in the books.
That is a red so I can bring it up.
the cutting edge of news and analysis, the Owen Report with Owen Schroyer.
The beat of the Coastal Creek.
It'll be so beautiful.
It'll be so beautiful.
No reservation, pull a 20-D.
It'll be so beautiful.
I'll trade it out.
Just Pop.
The gear is too high.
this is It's a double-edged sword, cutting off ties with the ones I've known.
So tell me how the fuck am I still?
All right.
Third hour here of the Owen report.
Post Malone brings us in.
I can't believe we're talking about it.
It's all out now.
We're going into Venezuela.
Regime change war is coming in Venezuela.
America first, baby.
Don't you know?
Oh, handling Venezuela.
That is America first.
Oh, yeah.
Yes.
Explain that to the average American.
See how they feel.
That'll bring grocery bills down.
That'll bring energy bills down.
Well, it actually might bring energy bills down.
That got that could happen, actually, if they get control of that oil.
Maybe.
They might be honest about that.
I'll give them that.
I'll give them that.
All right.
We still got a bunch of news to cover here.
I'm going to try to get through it as much as possible to open up the phone lines.
I think we got a couple other videos.
Let me see.
Let me check the video list here.
Yeah, okay.
A couple other videos we might get to here.
A couple other videos.
But let's get back to the headlines.
And I've got a bunch of geopolitical news now.
That I want to get to.
The United Nations is about to tax you.
A new global climate tax would be the ultimate in taxation without representation.
No kidding.
Now, now you listening to this.
You are a carbon-based life form.
And they want to tax carbon.
Do you get it?
They want to have an implied tax.
It's the original sin of existence.
It's the original sin of you being born into the country.
You being born into the world, you being born onto planet Earth.
That's your original sin.
So you have to pay a tax because you exist.
It's an existence tax.
That's what it is.
It's a life tax.
Say we need to eliminate carbon.
You are the carbon they want to eliminate.
That's another quote.
That's another original quote from yours truly.
You are the carbon they want to eliminate.
So when you start seeing and hearing other people say that, just know the original source.
This is why we need to get out of the UN.
And I and I shared a video on my ex account of it was 43 years ago.
A CBS news clip saying that we're all dead from climate change.
We're all still here, by the way.
In case you didn't notice, we're still here.
But this is their next big global government push.
Your existence tax, your life tax, just for existing because of the climate.
Russia's permanent test is pushing Europe to the brink of war.
And they are referring to some of the recent military drills that Russia has been doing right up next to the border of NATO countries.
So the European countries are starting to freak out a little bit.
NATO agonizes over leaky air defenses while Russian threat grows, mounting drone incurrent uh incursions are sparking a debate on national rules that some see as limiting NATO's top military officers.
So they're wondering, oh, Russia's having all of these drills now.
And it's not technically in NATO airspace, but it's close.
So then what does the borderline mean if if if it means nothing?
Then why do you have it?
They want war with Russia.
The war machine just never stops.
A dangerous game.
Lithuania, a small Baltic state bordering Belarus and Russia's Kalingrad is adapting to new tensions between NATO and Moscow.
Well, they don't really get the response that they want.
They didn't get the response that they wanted out of the Eastern Ukrainians.
They didn't get the response they wanted out of Georgia, Belarus.
Yeah, Putin is not as hated as they make him out to be.
Definitely not in that region of the world, at least.
Pretty popular, actually.
Russia may launch direct military confrontation with NATO.
Germany warns.
So they're pushing this game up.
More money, more war.
Then there's the peace deal.
Hamas carries out public executions after returning to the streets of Gaza.
And they're killing people for trying to get some of the aid before Hamas can control it and distribute it how they see fit.
So they're killing people for that.
They say they're stealing aid.
They're killing people that they are claiming were working for Israel.
They're claiming people that they're claiming were uh killing people that they're claiming were Israeli assets, so they are killing people.
Uh Hamas is killing people in Gaza.
That's no good.
Red Cross received bodies of four more Israeli hostages.
Trump says Hamas must disarm or we will disarm them.
And now there's an issue where some of the bodies that they've sent back are not actually the bodies of the hostages.
There's still missing bodies that they can't send back.
They don't know where they are.
So as they're entering phase two of the peace negotiations, phase one is not so good.
Israel says body returned by Hamas is not a hostage after closing Rafah crossing to aid.
Now Israel has opened it, closed it.
Some of the aid has gotten through.
So Hamas has not, Hamas has not reached some of its agreed to terms, and Israel has not reached some of its agreed to terms.
And we're not even to phase two of this yet.
Gaza ceasefire tested as Israeli forces kill five Palestinians.
Yeah.
The ceasefire is uh not really happening.
Israel accused of new war crimes as it kills more Gaza civilians.
It's not looking good.
And you do you do have to think that Hamas is probably thinking if we give all the hostages everything they want, then we're dead.
I think there's very little trust there.
Israel keeps Gaza border crossing closed while reducing aid delivery.
So they've let some go through, but not to the level that was agreed to.
But Hamas has it uh hasn't reached the agreement that they've had, so it's it's not good.
It's not good.
And you know, I I didn't play it.
You may have seen it, you may not have seen it.
But you know, Trump.
When he was in Israel, he did a uh, he had a big, it wasn't really a press conference, he just addressed the room in Israel, and Marion Adelson was there, as uh as was Ben Shapiro.
Like, how do you get access?
How do you get that access?
You know, and Trump basically told the American people it was a really odd, it was a really odd thing to witness.
And if you go back and watch it, it's very odd.
Trump's biggest donor, and there's basically a whole group of lobbyists that work with Marion Anderson that run the White House.
And and Trump is being transparent.
It's not like there's any secrets here.
The biggest group, the biggest donor group that runs this administration is the Israeli lobby.
It's not a secret.
And Trump comes out and says Marion Adelson cares more about Israel than America.
He said it all the American people.
He said it.
He was right there in Israel, folks, and he told you the truth.
Israel is running the administration.
The people that bought President Trump are Israeli lobbyists.
He's not hiding it.
He told you everything in his speech in Israel.
He said it with a smile on his face.
He's like, yeah, why are we prioritizing this?
Why are we doing this?
Well, I want to get to heaven.
I want to see peace deals, but there's uh all my big donors are right up there.
They run the whole thing, and this is what they wanted, and they care more about Israel than America.
So this is what you get.
He he told you the whole thing.
He said the truth.
I give him credit.
He spoke the truth.
He looked right at the American people with the Israeli flag behind him, and he said, There's all my big donors.
And they care more about Israel than America.
He said it.
Israel awaits bodies of hostages as relief organizations call for more Gaza aid.
All right.
How about JD Vance?
The stock has been sinking.
Because now, look, there's this big misunderstood, it's a big misinterpretation.
And it's really too early to tell.
It's really too early to tell.
But you know, all this talk and most of it is just uh it's just bought and paid for political propaganda.
But this talk about Vance and Rubio 2028.
And the truth is, where it stands right now, and a lot of people are gonna have a hard time hearing this, they're not gonna want to believe it, but it's true.
Never doubt me, it's true.
When it comes to 2028 and the presidential elections, at this time, at this time.
Now, there's three years of stuff that's gonna happen between now and then.
So it's almost irrelevant to talk about it.
But just so you understand, at this time, all this talk about Vance, all the talk about Rubio, at this rate in 2028, a candidate that is attached to this administration is gonna be unelectable.
Trust me on this.
At this rate, in 2028, a candidate that is attached to the Donald Trump administration will be unelectable.
It will be unelectable.
Because they'll be unable to defend the state of the economy.
They'll be unable to defend why there were no deep state arrests, they'll be unable to defend why we never got the Epstein list.
They'll be unable to defend the wars that continue to go on, they will be unelectable.
That will be JD Vance.
He will be unelectable.
Now, I like J.D. Vance, and he just did something that I haven't seen a Republican do in a long time.
Not better than even Trump responds to a lot of this stuff.
And I'll and I'll I'll get to that in a second.
Now, again, there's three years of stuff that's going to happen between now and then.
So most commentary on 2028 is going to be irrelevant.
But I'm just telling you right now, at this rate, at this rate in 2028, the Republican that wins the primary will be completely separate from the Trump administration.
It will be unelectable.
If you were a part of the Trump administration, you will be unelectable in 2028.
Mark my words.
At this rate.
Now things can change, but if things don't change, the state of the economy, the state of war, foreign policy, deep state arrests, all that stuff.
If none of that changes between now and 2028, any candidate that was a part of this administration will be unelectable.
Mark my words.
Do not doubt me on this.
They will be unelectable.
Now, having said that, Vance, they say, is the favorite.
J.D. Vance says J. Jones texts far worse after young Republicans'chat exposed.
So, you know, I kind of watched the rise of Gavin Wax, and he went from kind of just this guy on social media who was a big supporter of Trump to getting this massive rule with the New York young Republicans.
And then he ends up, I guess, selling these texts to politico, or I'm not sure the exact nature of the exchange, but eventually he gives over these texts, I guess, in these groups.
Seems to be that that is the source.
And there's some, you know, anti-Semitic stuff, some pro Hitler stuff, some other stuff that's, you know, borderline edgy racism, whatever.
And it's these private chats.
And I guess the story is that that supposedly Gavin Wax gave them over or sold them or something to politico, and I there was some shakedown that happened to get it.
I don't know.
It's all it's all very shady.
Maybe eventually it'll all come out.
Uh, But I think Wax is out of that organization now.
But nonetheless.
When have you seen a Republican come out when they try to, when they try to nail something to your head, like, hey, didn't you see a Republican said they like Hitler?
And then they try to stamp that to your forehead, like somehow that's you.
You like Hitler now.
And usually Republicans get so weak and they melt and their knees knock and they get so weak and pathetic.
Oh, I disavow, I disavow, I'm not racist, I'm not this, I'm not that.
Oh, oh, please, please.
Oh my gosh.
They actually fall for this crap.
So they tried to do JD Vance, and JD Vance was just like, eh, not that big of a deal.
You guys are worse.
Thank you, JD Vance.
And I hope the rest of the Republicans take note.
This is how you handle it.
This is how it's handled.
And this is how they, this is how the left, this is how the American left has been able to gatekeep the American right.
Because they sit here and they'll say, I'm gonna label this person this.
I'm gonna label that person that.
And then the Republicans see it and they say, we can't have anything to do with them.
Didn't you see they label them racist?
Didn't you see they label them an anti-Semite?
They have to be blacklisted from the party.
And then the Democrats end up gatekeeping from outside.
Who gets into inside the Republican Party?
Who gets access?
The Democrats end up gatekeeping that with their media.
And here's JD Vance saying, I don't care about these text threads.
Go handle your own people.
Don't come over here and talk to me about a about a 20-year-old Republican sending a joke text about Hitler.
Don't, don't.
I don't want to hear about that crap.
You guys have candidates that celebrate dead kids, literally.
Thank you, JD Vance.
Thank you.
And I hope the rest of the Republicans take note.
When the media comes after you and tries to take somebody else's statement and stamp it onto your head, don't let them do that.
Instead, put up a mirror and say, why don't you go ahead and look in here first?
Good for JD Vance.
California restaurants to disclose food allergens on their menus under new law.
So now uh you're gonna have all this stuff on the menus, and I guess everybody's got these allergies now.
It's gonna be the first state in the nation requiring restaurants to list major food allergens on their menu starting in 2026.
It has to be on the menu.
Now you can pretty much get the ingredients list for yourself if you want.
They have to have it, but now they're gonna put it on the menus.
At least, at least we beat the digital menus crap.
Remember that?
That was thank God we beat that.
Paulette Gibson, who was arrested for stabbing two people and leaving them for dead, was just released from prison.
$20,000 bond in Charlotte, North Carolina.
15 priors, including violent offenses.
She's back on the streets today.
There's all of her prior mugshots.
Very nice.
She's also in a part of some other developing story where they there was about to be this fight, and they were bringing out their kids, encouraging minors to come attend this fight.
Democrats putting violent criminals back on the streets.
Like this one.
Teens who jumped ex-dogestaffer Edward Big Balls, Korstein, avoided jail, sentenced to probation.
They're back out on the streets, you know, just violent criminals roaming the streets, beating up innocent young men and women, and they're back on the streets.
Back on the streets in DC.
Just a little probation for you.
They're back on the streets.
You know, just beat a kid up, tried to beat a woman up.
And the Democrats put them right back on the streets, and they'll do it again.
It's almost a guarantee.
You know, we've been talking about the uh markets more often.
I think we'll continue to add this to the content because there's a fear that the quantum computing markets are about to bust.
It's a bubble that's about to bust.
And if you've been riding the quantum computing markets, you've been uh doing well.
They had a slip up, but they're back.
They had a bit of a slip up.
It was brief, but they're back.
I Ionic.
Well, it's Io NQ, RGTI, QBTS.
There's some others, which is the better quantum computing stock.
They've all been on their rise like wildfire.
They did take a little slide, but they're back.
Uh, but the tech stocks continue to deliver for investors, but they are concerned that some of these tech docks could be a bubble that's gonna burst.
You've got Google Gemini 3.0 that's gonna launch next week on October 22nd, their latest AI platform 3.0 to be launched next week.
Could affect Google stock.
It did uh get a little bumped today.
Sam Altman says chat GPT will soon sext with verified adults.
Gross.
It just always has to come to this, doesn't it?
It always has to come to it.
Yeah, we're gonna let our AI uh become a sex worker for you.
You know what?
There's always an equal and opposite reaction to stuff, isn't it?
So I'd like to know.
Do they have enough, do they have enough lobbying power?
Can we get the phone sex hookers to lobby against this?
They're gonna be out of a job.
All of you phone hookers are about to be out of a job once AI replaces you.
We can't have this.
We want real women on the other side of that phone.
Not AI.
Or maybe we don't.
I don't know.
I guess we'll find out.
Somebody, somebody in the phone hooker community is gonna stand up and stand tall and say, no, not my job.
Maybe then it'll maybe that'll stop it.
Wouldn't that be funny?
Sex workers unite.
Because eventually it's gonna do that too.
All the people in the adult film industry, they're gonna replace you too.
Sex workers unite to stop AI.
Maybe it's the only hope we get in some in some freak irony.
Maybe that's how it'll go.
Texas corrections officer arrested chicken wing scheme, leads to arrest of Texas corrections officer.
He was sneaking the food.
I happen to know how this stuff works.
A correctional officer with the Travis County Sheriff's Office, it's right here in Austin, has been charged with allegedly bringing contraband into the county's correctional facility, chicken wings.
I'd like to know how they were cooking those wings, though.
I'd like to know how they were cooking those wings.
Because that's a hard one.
Chicken wings are not easy to cook.
Now I've seen when I was in the Fed, I saw people get wings that were already cooked, and they'd have somebody sneak them back into the uh into the jailhouse from the from the cafeteria.
I saw that a couple times.
I don't think I've ever seen the raw chicken wings.
But let me tell you how this stuff goes.
You've got guys in these jails that will find a way.
If you're lucky enough to have an electrical outlet in your in your jail cell, which is very rare, but if you're lucky enough, they find a way to rig these things up, and they put it on the bottom of the metal bunks, just a metal pan, and they heat up the pan.
And I've seen them turn, I've turned, I've seen them turn the bedpans into hibachi.
I'm dead serious.
They turn these bedpans into like a hibachi grill.
So could they could have been cooking it there?
Sometimes they'll put water in it too, because it's got a little basin.
So they were either cooking the wings on a on a hibachi-style bedpan, or the other one that they do is you can take the water, they'll give you water that is just one degree below boiling point that you can cook with.
So they could have been cooking it maybe like uh there's different methods you can do it.
You can put it in a dry bag and then put the hot water on top of it.
There's different methods to boiling it.
I'm just wondering how they cooked those chicken wings.
I wasn't surprised to find out that a correctional officer was providing them with contraband.
It's not that uncommon.
But how did they cook those wings?
Tim Curry, you probably know Tim Curry, famous actor, credits Massour for saving his life by calling 911 against the actor's wishes during his 2012 stroke, thinks saved his life.
And it's funny when you listen to this story, he's getting um a massage, and he's having a stroke, and he's telling the Masseuse, don't worry, I'm fine, don't worry, I'll be okay.
Don't call 911.
And the Masseuse decided to call anyway.
Now, now why am I bringing this up today?
It's not news.
Well, because you need to make sure for men out there, we're very stubborn.
We are.
I get it.
We're stubborn and we like to think that we're invincible.
And we're not.
Sometimes when it comes to your health, you don't want to mess around, folks.
And he what he's just saying is that my pride, my stubbornness, not wanting to go to the hospital that day could have killed me.
And then you also want to make sure that you're around people that truly care about you.
It's really valuable in life.
The people that you do business with, the people that you spend time with.
You want to make sure they care about you.
As trivial as the transactions might be, you want to make sure that they care about you.
Because that masseuse could have easily just said, eh, whatever, I don't care.
All right, don't want to go to the hospital, fine.
And Tim Curry could have been dead.
But he was, he had a masseuse that actually cared about him and said, No, I care about you.
I'm going to call an ambulance.
We're going to figure out what's wrong with you.
I don't feel good about this.
Probably saved his life.
So, men, don't be so stubborn about your health.
And just as a general practice in life, make sure the people around you care.
Make sure you surround yourself with people, do business with people that actually care enough about you.
Could end up saving your life.
Tim Curry thinks it saved his life.
So just a little lesson, just a little lesson there.
That's all.
Okay, let's see.
A couple videos here before we open the phone lines.
Kamala Harris.
Let's see.
Kamala Harris on the book tour.
She's uh she might run again.
She really thinks she's that special.
She might run again.
Listen to this.
And that is a decent resume, but go ahead.
But there.
Well, some people have actually said I'm the I was the most qualified candidate ever to run for president.
Um I like the some people say very nice, but go ahead.
I'm just speaking fact.
Yeah.
Um, some people say.
I love the some people say game.
Yeah.
Some people say, uh, doctor, can you please remove that object from my anus?
That doesn't make them uh qualified to be a doctor.
But some people say that.
Just stating facts.
Just stating facts.
Kamala Harris.
She might want to run again.
She might.
Uh, how intolerable is this?
I believe this is California.
Another, another leftist protest.
And they're out.
Yay!
Oh, they did it, they did it!
And they're out burning an American flag.
You know.
I probably fall, uh, you know, I I'm like, if you're gonna burn an American flag on the streets, then, you know, and you get your ass kicked, then that's you invited that.
I'm not gonna feel bad for you.
You know, you you burn an American flag in the streets, and a police officer wants to beat your ass, a veteran wants to beat your ass, a group of people want to beat your ass, then you probably deserve that, and then the court should take care of it at the end of the day.
And a judge should say, you burn an American flag, you did it, and and people got upset about it.
So, you know what?
We're we're just gonna drop this case.
This should be completely intolerable.
Now, Trump said it's an illegal act.
I I mean, that's tough.
You can say there are laws against desecrating a venerable object, the flag Is a venerable object.
You could argue and say it's free expression, it's free speech to burn a flag, it's your own property.
I mean, to me, yes, burning an American flag is one of the more despicable acts that you can engage in as a statement of speech, a political speech.
I don't know if I could argue that it's a crime.
I I think it falls under First Amendment activity.
I do.
I do.
It's I don't like it.
I don't like it.
It's speech I don't like.
It's speech that angers me.
It's speech that pisses me off.
It's speech that would like me that I'd like to maybe see somebody beat you, beat your ass.
But I think it's speech that I don't like that has to be protected.
But it continues.
These are these leftist groups out in the streets burning American flags, attacking law enforcement officers, and it continues.
It continues.
It hasn't stopped.
It's only continued.
I'm hoping this No Kings protest will be the breaking point.
And they'll finally go after these groups.
But I'm not so convinced at this stage.
All right, Gavin Newsom.
Gavin Newsom got asked about APAC.
And he's probably going to have to take notes from Mom Donnie soon on how to handle these questions because he did not know what to do when he was asked about APAC in a recent interview.
Like the first to bring up APAC in yours, which is interesting.
I will not vote for a candidate that takes one dollar from APAC.
Now, did you hear this?
This is a left-wing podcaster, folks.
This is a left-wing podcaster.
He asked Gavin Newsom about APAC money.
Interesting.
You're like the first to bring up APAC in yours, which is interesting.
I will not vote for a candidate that takes one dollar from APAC.
It's interesting.
I mean it's interesting.
I haven't thought about APAC.
And it's interesting.
You're like the first to bring up APAC in yours, which is interesting.
Why did I say that?
Not relevant to the my day-to-day life.
Okay.
Which is just interesting.
Listen.
It's interesting you say that.
JPAC, perhaps more, but APAC less and less.
Okay.
Fair enough.
Which is just interesting.
What's interesting about it?
That it's just interesting as you bring up APAC that it hasn't been part of.
I'm just reflecting quite openly and honestly.
It hasn't been part of the day-to-day.
Yeah.
The only reason why I ask is because with that.
What I'm talking about is lobbying in and of itself.
So I don't know the name of the uh host there.
Says he's a leftist, though.
He's on the Democrat side.
He says, I won't vote for a candidate that takes a dollar from APAC.
Guess what?
That's where the right's at, too.
And I've been telling conservatives, I've been telling Republicans.
Hey, I get it.
I've been here before.
In uh 2015, when I was with Donald Trump.
And uh conservatives and Republicans said I was crazy, and they said he would never win.
And they tried to keep us out of the political movement in 2015 for supporting Trump.
And I told you he'd win, and now here we are.
But you didn't want to listen then.
Maybe you want to listen now.
I'm telling you right now, voters on the left and on the right, and it's the majority of Americans will not support an APAC candidate.
And it will be a cold line stance by 2028.
Guaranteed.
Guaranteed.
2026, it'll be kind of negotiable, maybe.
2026, it will be survivable.
By 2028 and beyond, you'll be unelectable.
You will be unelectable by 2028 and beyond if you take a dollar from APAC.
And my guess is the Israel lobby will just find a way to remake itself, just like they did from going the becoming the Zionist organization to APAC, whenever that was a couple decades ago.
It was originally the Zionist Political Action Committee, and then they changed to APAC.
But it's always the same Israel lobby.
And you talk to people on the right, you talk to people on the left, And they will say, I'm not voting for a candidate that takes a dollar from APAC.
Won't do it.
So there'll be ways to kind of go through these choppy waters and maybe negotiate it and take it and we'll see what happens in 2026.
2028 and beyond, you'll be unelectable.
Won't be electable.
You take a dollar from the Israel lobby, no one will vote for you.
Not on the left or the right.
Won't happen.
Guarantee it.
Do not doubt me on this.
And this is the next big denial that we have on the right.
Just like in 2015, they tried to deny Trump.
They tried to deny that he was going to win, and then ultimately here we are.
It this is the new Trump denial.
Oh, Trump can never win.
He's not serious.
Okay.
Oh, yeah, right.
People don't care about AIPAC.
People like Israel.
Okay.
Okay.
See you in four years.
See you in four years.
See in eight years.
Because in eight years, then you'll be the biggest voices against the Israeli lobby, just like you're the biggest voices for Trump now.
You'll be the big ones.
You'll claim that you got Israel lobbying money out of D.C. You'll claim that was your victory, just like you're claiming it the whole Trump movement is yours now.
It's hilarious.
And I will tell you, these candidates are actually panicked.
They're panicked.
On Monday, the show was a town hall style show with Mark Lynch, who is running against Lindsey Graham.
And I really liked, let me just say this too.
Really liked Mark, really liked his wife.
What a sweetheart she was.
And the people that are kind of running his political ground game and his campaign right now, all great people.
I mean, really, it gives you hope.
Now, I think Mark, you know, obviously going up against Graham and the GOP establishment in the swamp.
It's going to be a tough, it's a tough task.
He can do it, but it's going to be a tough task.
And I kind of need to do my own.
I need to clip out a lot of that stuff and share a lot of those clips myself.
Um, just kind of maxed out on capacity right now, but we're going to get some of those clips out, and they're there, they're evergreen, and maybe closer to the primaries, they'll be even more important.
But he, he's uh, you know, he's he's friendly towards Israel, and he didn't he didn't make any bones about that, but he did say he would never take a dime from APAC.
And so I think that that's kind of a negotiable thing, maybe for 2026, especially if you're from outside and you're coming in against an insider like Lindsey Graham, and maybe that's the best strategy right now.
I I don't know, but definitely denying the APAC money is the way to go.
Aside from that.
So we have the town hall with Mark on Monday, three-hour show.
Great conversation.
And I think it's important to get Lindsey Graham out of there.
I know there's another anti-establishment person running in that race.
I hope that they can team up to defeat Lindsey Graham and maybe I forget the other gentleman's name.
He's a veteran.
Great guy.
And maybe this is me just being a homer, but if I was involved, I'd say, hey, maybe let Lynch go now, and we can find a different way for you to get there eventually.
You're a younger guy.
Lynch is a bit of an older guy.
He can fund his own campaign.
Strategically, this is probably the way to go if we want to get rid of Lindsey Graham.
Maybe we can team up, but he's still in there now as a veteran, he's a good guy.
So they're both running it on seat Lindsey Graham.
Normally, Lindsey Graham wouldn't even blink.
He wouldn't even be thinking about this stuff.
The town hall I had with Mark Lynch on Monday, has Lindsey Graham so panicked, ladies and gentlemen, that he went in studio last night to be on Sean Hannity.
And they did the biggest puff piece.
And they were running the peace negotiation stuff and the returning of the hostages stuff right next there to Lindsey Graham.
You have to understand how political propaganda works, folks.
They know what they're doing.
They know what they're doing.
And you can discount as much as you want what we did Monday.
But I promise you, because of what we did Monday to increase Mark Lynch's brand recognition and name recognition.
They panicked enough to send Lindsey Graham into studio at Sean Hannity, and they did a puff piece, and they run these psychological operations and they show Lindsey Graham's face on the screen with the peace treaty signed and Lindsey Graham's face on the screen with the hostages returned and then and then the viewers can't help it.
It's all subconscious.
And then they associate Lindsey Graham with peace treaty.
Lindsey Graham with the hostage return.
When Lindsey Graham's one of the biggest war hawks in DC, he's never seen a war he didn't vote for.
He's never seen a war he wouldn't send your son to die in.
That's the real Lindsey Graham.
And they ran top level psyop propaganda with Sean Hannity the day after Mark Lynch's town hall with me on Sean Hannity with Lindsey Graham.
You think that's a coincidence, folks?
They're watching.
They're panicked.
They know the right wing is not content right now.
And they know now the other establishment right wingers like Lindsey Graham.
You're next on the chopping block.
Politically.
Oh, yeah.
Don't think I didn't notice that.
Don't think I didn't know exactly what you guys were doing.
Nice try.
Nice try.
Not gonna not gonna throw that one by us, though.
Not here.
All right.
We got some time left to take some phone calls here.
Let's open the phone line.
747-200560, 747-25560.
The number is at the bottom left on the screen.
You can give us a call.
Anything we've discussed today is fair game, 747-200560.
Remember, folks, the only place to get all original Owen report merchandise is at Owen Schreuer.store.
Owen Schreuer dot store.
You know what?
I may I may do something now because earlier we were testing some audio stuff.
I may want to actually test an audio thing right now with the callers.
So let me let me give me a second here.
I got my producer in studio with me.
Um I need you to listen closely because I'm gonna try something different when we take this call.
So let me know.
Um let me know if you hear the caller or not when I when I when I pop this caller up.
I'm gonna try to use a different audio source here because it'll make some odd uh other audio switching easier.
So sorry, just airing this stuff out for my producer to hear right now.
Um let me know.
Make sure that this caller is going out over the air.
I'm I'm using a different audio system here.
So we're gonna test this one out right now.
Uh so let me know.
All right, first caller of the show.
What is your name?
Where are you from?
Hey, Owen, can you hear me?
I can hear you.
We're gonna find out if we're gonna find out if everybody else can hear you here in a moment, though.
All right, that's good.
Even even if they can, it doesn't matter.
I'd be happy just talking to you.
So I actually uh have followed you for a long time, several years, probably like six years now.
Uh I called you on the war room, I don't know, probably a couple months before you left.
And I was talking to you about a two-tier court system and how the uh basically, if you are found guilty by a judge by default, and you request a jury trial that there actually is current United States Supreme Court case law that lets you get what is called a jury trial de novo.
And I've been trying to tell everybody at uh Jones's place about this, not that it's gonna help him, but uh uh it it could help a lot of people in the future if they are gonna start this welfare stuff and they're just gonna default all right.
Hold on a second.
So we tried a new audio test.
Um it worked, but now there's another thing that I have to address on that.
So I'm gonna have to go back to the original system.
Uh they they were hearing you.
Um there's there's other audio that's coming across, so I'm gonna have to change that up.
Uh okay.
One second here.
All right.
That should get rid of that.
All right.
Uh we're we're back with us live.
Explain This again.
Everybody already heard everybody heard that, but there was other audio interference that I had to cancel out.
So I just went back to the older system.
So go ahead.
Okay, so yeah, I was saying basically that um in a two-tier court system where a judge finds you guilty and you request a jury trial and it's denied, you do have already United States Supreme Court case law that is standing.
It is 427 US 618.
That is Richard I. Ludwood versus Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
And what that opinion was in that Supreme Court case is they have stated it's it's already a corrupt system.
They stated this 40, 50 years ago that courts have the right to basically deny you a jury trial if there is no jail time applicable, okay.
But they also admit then that they're what's called a two-tier court system.
So Richard Lugwood went took this clear to the Supreme Court and and was found that he he was correct.
He did have the right to a jury trial.
So I filed one of these myself pro se the judge didn't even know what I was talking about.
It took him like almost two weeks to enter an order on the motion because I think I I think these guys aren't taught this stuff, you know.
A lot of lawyers are educated by the system, let's say, and the system is corrupt.
They want that money.
And uh I just think this would be very valuable for people to know to explain to a lawyer if they need a lawyer to represent them or they want to represent themselves.
This is a way you can get a jury trial, and it can it can't, you know, if it's denied, you basically take it to the next level, and the appellate court's gonna say yes, grant them a jury trial de novo.
Now, the the issue is it can cost you money when you do it.
So how what how do we apply this to something?
What bring bring this up bring this issue home for me.
Let's say let's say you have a lawsuit formed against you and they try to default you, you see, or let's say another media personality, or you know, if they're gonna attack media personalities at first, it's good for the media personalities and their legal teams to know this defense.
If it's if it's coming down, trickling down to the next level down and it's small business owners, or it's the private individual getting stepped on, or whatever the case is, this will apply for traffic violations, um, civil lawsuits, anything where there's no jail time, and they say, Well, you don't get a jury trial.
I'm sorry, Bub.
Well, you know what you're in a criminal.
The problem is, the problem is, because I don't I don't doubt your analysis is accurate.
The problem is that these these judges, these courts, they don't follow the law.
They're already breaking the law with these judgments anyway.
So it's gonna eventually it'll have to be back to the Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court will say, No, they're breaking the law.
But they just denied it.
They just denied it at the Supreme Court.
But but Alex's appeal was based on on a different argument, and he didn't start this procedure from the beginning.
Had someone like this, him started this procedure from the beginning, and and then they fight it all the way to the Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court is gonna say, Yes, that is current standing case law.
That court should have been a jury trial.
They did a fake jury trial anyway.
They basically did the judgment and then said we're gonna fake a jury trial anyway.
Right, and that's kind of what I was reading.
They basically said that he didn't comply with the uh discovery, and as a result, they defaulted the ruling and didn't allow a jury to determine his guilt, but just like how much he was gonna pay.
But but even that I feel uh I feel there might have been an argument for this, and I'm not a lawyer.
This is just something I've used myself, and and and like I say, I know it's true and I know it works, but um uh you know, when they want to hang you out to dry, I guess you know, they want to hang you out to dry.
But but but I just I just thought it would be important for people to take a look at this.
I've tagged I've tagged you on a couple posts on X at gonna get you, and uh but I mean I'm not verified or nothing, so I get it.
People don't really look at my stuff, but but it's something that's worth looking into, and you know, you have contacts, you have uh good that one girl you used to always have on the war room that was part of your legal counsel, you know.
There's there's lots of people you could talk to and see.
Yeah, well, that's uh that's my attorney Lexus Anderson from the 1776 Law Center, and they they'd be an interesting group to look into this.
That'd be the group to handle it.
Um they're the official law firm of the Owen report.
Actually, I had a had a phone conference with her earlier today with some other legal issues that we may be making an announcement before the end of the week.
Yeah, the problem is because I I have these conversations all the time with different legal precedents and decisions, and it's just like they never apply it.
They just the the courts are the courts are corrupted, they're rigged, and that's the problem.
That's that's the problem.
And there's never anyone ever holds these judges accountable.
So I guess the uh it's just it's an awareness factor, I suppose.
Because these judges don't care, and then they're never held accountable.
So I get it.
There's always a legal avenue, but um you have to have uh you have to have a courtroom that's not corrupted.
That's the that's the hurdle.
All right, next caller.
What's your name?
Where you're from?
David, Miami.
All right, what's on your mind?
Uh it's wanted to say that um I think you're doing an amazing job, Owen.
Um I watched you um InfoWars, and uh you were amazing there.
Um I kind of felt like I just kind of knew where the dividing line was, where it was like, well, okay, I think it's time for him to go, bro.
And um, I mean you you get the muscle, it's time to leave.
And uh you you're you're spreading your wings, and I'm glad to see it.
Um I guess I'm just like calling the first time I ever called, ever, to any um talk show or a podcast ever.
And I listened to Rush Limbaugh for decades, and uh he was the guiding light, and uh he's no longer, but uh I tell you what, man, um you got it going on, bro.
And um super cool, super great content.
Um I wish you the best.
That's kind of what I just wanted to say.
Um you're spot on.
Your setup, your sentiments are precisely aligned with mine.
I mean, you are a spot on.
Um so uh congratulations on your new uh show, and I wish you the best of luck.
You're friggin' amazing.
Thank you.
I I appreciate those kind words.
And you being here every day with me means the world to me.
And even though I, you know, I'm a bit of an established name, hadn't had a show already established at three o'clock, central weekdays, you know.
We um I'm very blessed that I get to start something like this with with a little bit of an established name and show behind me.
But I mean, we're basically really this is starting from zero.
I mean, really, what I've done is I've started from complete scratch.
Um I'm I'm blessed, I'm fortunate enough that I do have a loyal audience that came over here with me, but really this is a building process, and we're still at the we're still at the grassroots level right now.
Um I'm very blessed.
I'm very lucky, I'm very committed, and uh we're not going anywhere.
And I and I do think that if I didn't think I was good at this, if I didn't think I was resonating with the average American speaking for the average American, then I wouldn't do it.
But I do believe that.
And it's confirmed every time I talk to people, whether it's here on the air or or off the air at uh a restaurant, a gym, a ball game, whatever.
Um I think that this voice, my voice, the things that we cover, the angles that we cover, the issues that we cover, resonates more with the average American than anybody else out there right now.
And you know, I'm I'm also fortunate, had a lot of grassroots support to be able to launch this.
So I'm very blessed in that regard.
I'm very blessed that the sponsors that we have brought on to the show, you know, they want this show to be independent.
They want me to be me.
They want me to say what I'm really thinking and feeling.
And sometimes, you know, you bring sponsors on, you might get a little weary about that stuff.
Uh we don't have that issue.
So I hope you will support the sponsors because they want this Show on the air, staying independent, whether they agree with everything I say or not.
Um, so I just really appreciate that.
I really do appreciate the sponsors that come on.
I hope that you will shop with them.
And we're only bringing on products that I like, by the way.
Just so you know.
We're not taking we could have I could have 20 sponsors right now and just be doing reads the entire show.
I'm only bringing on sponsors that I like, that I use and that like the show.
Not just people that want to introduce you to their product, but products that I use and people that I like.
So that's a very important part of what we're doing here as well.
But I appreciate those kind words.
Really do.
Next caller, what's your name where you're from?
Hey, I'm Alex.
I'm from Georgia.
All right, Alex, go ahead.
I just wanted to tell you that you were the biggest inspiration for me to start live streaming with everything that happened at Apple Wars and you're just not giving up.
Where's your live stream?
Uh, it's on Rumble.
It is uh real Alex McGee.
And uh the show I run is called the McGee Report.
The McGee Report.
Yes.
All right.
Anything else?
Uh no, that was it.
You're just a huge inspiration to me.
And I just like your uh like your fight and not willingness to give up.
I appreciate that, Alex.
And if I can inspire you, then my job is done.
If I can inspire you, then I feel very accomplished.
So that means a lot to me.
Very nice.
A couple very nice callers in a row.
Very complimentary.
Thank you for that.
Next caller, what's your name?
Where are you from?
The great 7-Eleven from New York City.
Oh, now you got a fake accent too.
You're really trying to confuse people now.
We are talking about great sponsors, Owen and 7-Eleven sponsoring this show all day, every day.
I would accept it.
I would accept it if it came from you.
Oh, and I want to say the 30 C club, 33 white everywhere is 33.
33 hours after catch the murderer of Charlie Kirk.
Why the 33 on 33 floor somebody gets shot at the Blackstone building, 33 floor?
Why this all 33?
I don't understand, Owen.
It's just a coincidence.
It's just a coincidence.
I believe if somebody comes into my store and they want Slurpee and no pay, that is not coincidence, Owen.
How do you sell 33 Slurpees an hour?
33.
I think people are mad.
I don't sell 32.
33.
33 Slurpees an hour, 33 flavors.
Open 33 hours a day.
That's all just a coincidence.
Next caller, what's your name?
Where you're from.
Hey.
I'm uh Jill Tart from Colorado.
All right.
Talk about this protest, the no King's protest.
What is it?
Hold on.
Are you on a hold on hold on?
Wait a second.
Wait a second.
Hold on.
Hold on.
Can you are you on speaker or something?
I'm having a hard time hearing you.
Uh-huh.
Is this better?
That's much better, yes.
Okay.
I was just calling to say, where was the no king protest march energy when we were having closed down our businesses and being forced to take shots?
You know, um, getting fired from our jobs if we didn't comply with unmandated vaccine.
Wait a second.
Are you ins Hold on, hold on.
Are you insinuating that the left in America is inconsistent?
Uh very much so.
No, well, hold on.
You're not contradiction.
You're not trying to tell me that the left wing in America is brainwashed into supporting whatever they're they're told to support.
Is that what you're is that what you're trying to tell my audience?
It's a pretty sad melody we're living in today, Owen.
Were you in the streets?
Because we were in the streets when we were protesting against the government shot shutdown.
I'm talking about in 2020 when they tried to shut us all down and force us to take the vaccines and wear the masks.
Were you protesting that?
No, I wasn't.
Well, but you were, though.
Well, I mean, my own small protest.
Just one person.
That's what I meant, though.
I meant you are actually against illegitimate authority, whereas the left thinks they are.
Absolutely.
They're just going along with the latest crazy, you know, let's wear uh blue this week.
But um it's pretty crazy when you think about it, all these protests that are happening, and you know, we're not going after the people funding it.
So it just makes you wonder, you know, are is the right and the left in on this?
Is it all for total chaos?
Or is this what what's the wool that they're pulling over our eyes?
So this is this is a great way uh to conclude the show, is is what you just said.
Because it's, you know, when you're in this business, you have to be able to effectively communicate and get messages and ideas across to your audience.
And so you have to, it's like, how do I how do I deliver this?
How do I pitch this so that you you understand what I'm saying?
And that's an interesting way to to bring it up.
Not just the juxtaposition, but this is what people are thinking.
They're saying, hey, we voted for Trump.
We have the people in there now that we all like that are that seem like they're one of us and they're with us in this whole thing.
And so they get in and it's just like, what is going on?
Why hasn't anything changed?
Why haven't they done the things that we we thought they were gonna do that they said they were gonna do?
And so Americans just have the basic questions in their own life.
It's not like it's that complex.
It's not like it takes a genius to say, hey, you said you were gonna do all this stuff, you didn't do it.
Are you are you with us, or is this more unit party action?
Are you are you with the people or are you with the swamp now?
So I understand why people on the right that really just they're not like you or I, folks.
They're not.
They're they're they're politicos, they they're in the system, they don't know how to even break free of it, even if they want to.
They can't.
It's just like they're locked in, they're paralyzed in it.
They're part of it.
They don't think like you or I. And it's very easy to decipher the difference right now.
Are you willing to say anything negative about Trump?
Are you willing to say anything negative about the big issues?
Are you willing to demand that you get what you voted for?
Or are you just playing the game?
Are you just going along with everything?
Are you pretending everything's great?
Are you are you saying the party line?
Very easy to decipher right now.
But most Americans are acting exactly what you're asking.
Most Americans are seeing and feeling exactly what you're seeing and feeling.
And then they look for a voice in the media.
They can't find it because everybody's sold out or ignorant or doesn't get it or uncomfortable, scared, whatever.
They look to politicians, same old game.
Meet the new boss, same as the old boss.
And they're just saying, well, what's going on?
And then the people that actually seem to talk like the campaign, the people that actually want to follow through on things that we thought we were getting out of the campaign, Marjorie Taylor Green, Thomas Massey, they get attacked.
You're not, you're not alone.
No, in fact, we're a very we're a very large group right now that is kind of against the left and the right.
Politically, we're more on the right.
But this is about the swamp, this is about the deep state, this is about the Uniparty.
And we're all seeing it.
It's never been more obvious.
And we don't like what we're seeing.
And we're and we're asking the obvious question, which is is this any different?
Is this really any different than the system and the leadership that we just got out of?
Which, yes, of course it is.
But at the end of the day, with your life and your day-to-day, you haven't seen it yet.
You haven't seen the results of it yet.
So you ask these questions, and it's perfectly fair.
It's perfectly reasonable.
And I would even say it should be expected if you're gonna be a freedom fighter and a truth teller.
All right.
That does it for today's Owen Report.
I'm actually going to come back on here in about 30 minutes.
We're gonna be with a former WWE superstar.
And uh I connected with him actually years ago and then reconnected with him a couple months ago or a month or so ago.
And I said, hey, you need to just come on the show.
Let's just talk some shop.
So I don't know how much politics we'll be talking, but we'll probably talk a little nostalgia, a little behind the scenes WWE stuff if you're into that kind of stuff.
