All right, a couple odds and ends here before we sign off for the day.
Once secret Emperor Commodus passage to Rome Coliseum opens to public for the first time ever.
The passage was named after Emperor Commodus, who lived between 180 and 192 AD when it was initially discovered in the 1810s.
And now the public can walk through this passage at the Roman Coliseum for the first time ever.
So that's kind of cool.
And that's the one scene where he's walking into that tunnel in Gladiator.
So now you can reenact that if you so desire.
The World Cup is coming to the United States of America.
And Cape Verde will be participating in the World Cup for the first time in the island's history.
Home to about half a million people.
It is the second smallest nation to ever qualify for a World Cup since Iceland in 2018.
They will come out of the African qualification.
Cape Verde, their first appearance ever in the World Cup upcoming.
By the way, if you're a baseball fan, the Seattle Mariners up 2-0 on Toronto.
They went to Toronto, won the first two games on the road.
They go home, I believe game three is tomorrow night.
Seattle Mariners, the only baseball franchise that has never been to a World Series.
All the greats that have gone through Seattle, they still hold the record, the franchise, for the most wins ever in a regular season.
Never been to a World Series.
Kind of makes me want to pull for Seattle.
Plus, I really like their logo.
So I'm going to be a Mariners fan until they lose, and then I'll choose a different team.
If they don't make it to the World Series, I'll choose a different team because I'm just a riding the winners right now.
So I was with the Yankees and they lost, so I abandoned them.
I'm not interested in them.
Now I like the Mariners.
First time, maybe for the Mariners to be in the World Series.
That'd be fun for Seattle.
City that endures a lot.
You know, a lot of pain, a lot of liberalism.
That'd be nice for them.
Be the biggest event in Seattle since, what was that, like WrestleMania 17?
They still play at the same stadium.
That'd be the biggest event since WrestleMania in Seattle.
So you kind of want to pull for the Mariners, but that's just me.
Because then it's going to be the Dodgers again.
It's like, we're sick of the Dodgers.
The Dodgers are always there.
They buy the best players in the game.
We're sick of it.
We want to see somebody new.
