Why World War III explodes in 2026

Now here's something we need to cover.
Let's talk about World War III, because Martin Armstrong has been warning for quite a while now, several months, that the European leaders are absolutely gearing up for war.
War with Russia that they know will bleed out into a larger world war that will happen next year.
And in this report here, I want to talk about the reasons why they're doing it, because once you know the reasons, you know that they have every motivation and incentive to do this.
In fact, the governments of the UK and France and Germany believe that they cannot survive unless they start a war.
So I reported last week that French hospitals have been issued an urgent notice by the French government to prepare for a, quote, major military engagement within six months.
And I'm reading now from Modernity News, Steve Watson.
It turns out that the hospitals are warned that there could be 50,000 casualties per month.
And this is found in a letter that has been leaked to the media.
This is a government letter from the French Ministry of Health to the hospitals saying that by March of 2026, they need to be ready for a major military engagement.
And they're expecting 10,000 to 50,000 people, that is, casualties per month.
And that French hospitals need to be ready for this event.
The letter says, quote, in the current international context, it is necessary to anticipate the modalities of health support in situations of high-intensity conflict.
Now, when asked about the authenticity of this letter, the health minister of France, Catherine Vautrin, did not deny it.
She said it's part of preparation, like strategic stockpiles, like epidemics.
She said hospitals are constantly preparing for epidemics and patient intake.
The fact that the country is preparing for crises and assessing the consequences of what is happening is completely normal, she said.
Really?
So it's now completely normal to expect 50,000 casualties per month in the nation of France alone.
Now, that number, 50,000, it might ring a bell if you know anything about U.S. history.
Because in the Vietnam War, the United States military lost a little over 50,000 soldiers across the entire, I think it was nine years of war.
So 50,000, I think at the high end, it was 55,000 casualties of military personnel, something very close to that, across nine years of war in Vietnam.
A war that devastated the United States of America psychologically, created wounded vets, created division culturally, you know, protests, and I think Kent State was part of that, and the opposition to the war and so much corruption in government to keep fighting the war, and of course spraying Agent Orange all over civilian populations and just ecological destruction.
Yeah, that was all justified by going to war in Vietnam.
Mass human suffering.
You know, the U.S. did to parts of Vietnam kind of what Israel is doing to Gaza right now.
Seriously, crimes against humanity.
And it was all for nothing.
It was all for nothing.
Wasn't even necessary.
Well, now France is estimating that they could have Vietnam war level casualties every month, every month.
And, you know, that's 600,000 casualties in a year.
Now, I'm not sure that the French government even has that many active duty military members.
Let's look that one up.
So according to AI, it looks like France has about 270,000 active duty personnel, or there are some figures that estimate up to 300,000.
So that's it.
So in other words, at 50,000 casualties a month, the entire French military is wiped out in six months.
And it should be noted that the nation of Ukraine has reportedly sustained 1.7 million casualties, dead and missing.
Some abandoned their posts, but Ukraine has faced significant casualties.
In some months, they have suffered 50,000.
But France is now stating that they are expecting this.
Why would they expect that?
The answer is because they plan to start World War III with Russia.
France and the UK and Germany in particular, those three countries absolutely want World War III to get underway.
And I think that, and I'll tell you why also, but I think that the realization of this is one of the reasons why gold and silver continue to absolutely skyrocket.
Gold hit $3,600 an ounce.
That's double the price of when I started recommending it on this podcast, or actually more than double.
Silver hit $41, also more than double.
So if you held dollars, you've lost 20% every year in purchasing power, if not more.
But if you held gold and silver, your assets have doubled relative to dollars in just a few years.
Extraordinary.
So gold and silver are spikes because the world knows, or at least people in the loop, people who are well-informed, they know that war is coming.
They know that the UK and France are on the verge of total bankruptcy, financial collapse.
Germany is on its way and Germany's industrial base has been decimated.
Germany is a collapsing nation.
Britain is a collapsing nation.
France is a collapsing nation.
Well, so is Canada for different reasons.
But Western Europe is in dire straits.
And so they need war.
Listen carefully because this pattern repeats throughout history.
They need war in order to distract people from the crimes, the financial crimes mostly, of their own domestic governments.
They need war, especially in the UK.
They need war to get rid of young men who are beginning to protest against the British government over the tyranny and oppression that's being waged by Britain, you know, against its own people.
They arrested a blind man in a wheelchair over the weekend for holding up a sign that said, like, free Palestine or something like that.
Palestine, peace for Palestine or Palestine Action Group or whatever.
They arrested him.
The police wheeled him off blind in a wheelchair and he's being charged as a terrorist.
They arrested an 80-year-old nun, I think it was, a frail elderly woman.
They marched her away in chains as a terrorist because she said that she wants to free Palestine.
She just held a sign that said free Palestine.
And this is what the British government is doing to their own people while also allowing their country to be overrun by violent illegal immigrants, many of whom are from Africa or from the Middle East, who are overrunning the country.
And so in order to get rid of their own people, their own young men, especially the ones who are at greatest risk of rising up against a corrupt criminal regime, the British government wants to send their young men off to die in war, just like the young Ukrainian men who have been decimated by, what, three, three and a half years of war now.
And it wiped out the young male population.
See, that's what Western Europe leaders want.
So number one, war is a distraction from domestic problems.
Number two, it's a way to exterminate young men who would otherwise rise up against their own corrupt governments.
Number three, it's a way to sweep their financial problems under the rug and print more money and have more stimulus and sell more war bonds and claim that it's all a national emergency because we're under attack from Russia.
See, war serves multiple purposes.
It consolidates power.
It gives governments the authority to act as tyrants over their own people.
If you thought the COVID years were insane, wait till you see the way governments treat their people in the middle of World War III.
But in order to achieve this, the British government has to start a war with Russia.
And Mertz from Germany has to start a war.
They've got to start one.
So it's false flag season once again.
They're going to try to cause a false flag, you know, a Reichsag fire, some kind of an attack on Germany or on Poland or Romania or whatever, and blame it on Russia.
You know, set off a dirty bomb, set off a nuclear detonation, who knows what, blame it on Russia, and then say, see, we're the victims.
Russia's going to come get us all.
We got to go to war with Russia.
And that is why France is telling its hospitals to be ready for 50,000 casualties a month.
They're going to wipe out the young French men.
That's what they're going to do.
They're going to feed the young men into the Russian grinding machine.
This is how Western Europe is using Russia as a garbage disposal for humans.
They know that Russia has become very effective at killing men.
They've mastered the art with artillery, with drones, you name it, with tanks.
They've mastered the art after three and a half years of war with Ukraine.
And France is basically saying, hey, we need Russia to do us a favor.
Will you grind up half a million young men?
Because otherwise they might be a problem for us.
The UK, same thing.
Hey, Russia, will you do us a favor?
Will you grind up half a million British men?
Need to grind them up.
Can't let them rise up against us when they find out what we've done.
Right?
That's the British leadership saying that.
Of course, they're all deep state, you know, pedoes and perverts and child traffickers and crooks, the worst criminals on the planet.
And they can't allow their power to fail because then, you know, oh my god, they might be subjected to, you know, prosecutions or investigations.
So they have to kill their own people.
Now, this cycle has been repeated throughout history over and over again.
When an empire becomes too strong and too powerful, and then there's too much attention within, then they send their young men off to die in foreign wars.
Look at Rome.
You know, look at World War II Germany.
Same thing.
Look at World War II Japan.
Very similar thing.
Look at Stalin.
You know, look at Mao.
It's the same pattern.
And you can bet that the French hospitals will make sure that they kill those young men as quickly as possible, just like they did during COVID.
You know, ventilators, more vaccine jabs.
If you show up in a French hospital and you're injured but not dead, they'll push you over the edge, make sure you die.
They'll probably collect an extra incentive from the government.
You know, every soldier that dies in your hospital, you get an extra, you know, $5,000 or, well, Euros, excuse me, or whatever, whatever currency they offer.
And so they'll just slaughter their own young French men in the French hospitals.
And the hospitals will make a bunch of money and then the media will not cover any of it.
And all the doctors and nurses will be threatened in a silence.
There'll be a couple of whistleblowers who go public with it and nobody will believe it.
And they won't get any play anywhere.
It'll be censored all over social media.
And that'll be it.
Same thing will happen in Germany.
Same thing in Britain.
So, yes, World War III is coming.
And it's almost certain that once this war kicks off, see, Russia is, I believe that Russia is not looking for World War III.
They're not trying to provoke it.
They're not trying to conquer Western Europe.
And they certainly don't want to nuke Western Europe.
Oh, I forgot.
There's a lawmaker in Germany that's asking for control over the UK's nuclear weapons just in case they might have to nuke Russia.
Yeah, that's just what we need.
A bunch of Nazis with nukes.
Yeah, that sounds like a great idea, huh?
Nazis with nukes.
What could go wrong?
Well, Russia won't let that happen.
If necessary, Russia will nuke Germany into rubble, but I don't think they're looking to do that.
I think it would be a last-ditch defensive effort.
But there's a point where domestically the Russian people are going to scream at their own leaders, you know, Putin and others, finish the job.
Why did Russia let Germany live after World War II, given how evil Germany was?
The evil that was supported by its own people and its own lawmakers.
And I'm not saying that all the people of Germany are bad people because citizens everywhere, mostly, are good people.
There are good people all over the world in every country, even in China, in Germany, in Russia, in Israel, in North Korea, for God's sake.
There are good people everywhere.
But there's something about those who rise to power in Germany throughout history that truly presents a danger to the rest of the world.
And there will be domestic pressure inside Russia to finish the job and to not allow Germany to survive as a sovereign nation.
And today, Russia has the means to carry that out, to obliterate Germany, not just with precision strikes, but to turn its cities into rubble.
Kind of like what the Allied bombers did in World War II in Dresden, but this time with Oreshniks or thermobaric weapons or, God forbid, nuclear weapons.
So Germany is on a suicide mission.
And it's almost like Germany's leaders want Russia to finish it off.
And France is on a suicide mission.
The UK is on a suicide mission as well.
And Russia may be forced into a position where they have to actually launch and launch whatever.
I don't know if it's ICBMs or medium range or Iskanders.
I don't know the range on all these missiles.
But Russia is not going to be fooled again.
They're not going to fall for the Minsk Accords, part three.
They're not going to be talked into a ceasefire so the West can retrain and regather and renew an attack on Russia.
No.
This time, everybody's playing for keeps.
And if Russia is provoked into World War III, which is exactly the plan of Keir Stalin in the UK and Macron and Mertz, that's the plan.
If Russia is provoked into World War III, I don't think Western Europe survives.
At least those three countries, I don't think they survive.
Now, in the greater United Kingdom, you know, obviously I think Scotland and Ireland and so on, they're going to be fine.
That's not who Russia is targeting.
Russia is targeting London, the British leadership, MI6, Kirstarmer, etc.
Similar thing with France.
They're targeting the leadership of France and Paris and military bases and Berlin in the case of Germany.
But there are going to be plenty of other countries that are not destroyed.
They're not going after Austria or Poland, I don't think, or Romania or Portugal or the Nordic states, the Baltic states.
Well, maybe Finland, depending on how insane Finland becomes, who knows?
That might just be a land invasion.
But Russia's not going to destroy every country in Western Europe.
Just the ones that are begging to be suicided, actually.
And the big three are, you know, Britain, France, and Germany.
And I know sometimes I use Britain and the UK interchangeably.
I apologize to our fellow British citizens.
I'm an American.
You've got to give me a little bit of leeway on that.
But I do know that Britain is not the UK.
But sometimes I use them synonymously.
Apologies.
Or even the subtle difference between Britain and Great Britain.
I mean, I get lectured by British people.
Hey, we love you all.
We love all the citizens in every country all over the world.
But your governments are completely insane and they're begging to be suicided.
It's not going to be Great Britain.
It's going to be rubble Britain.
Like rubble as in Barney rubble, Flintstones time.
That's what it's going to be.
You keep begging for World War III.
Don't complain when you get it.
Because the entire British military is something less than, I think, 100,000 people.
The French military, we just looked that up.
It's, let's say, 300,000 max.
So that's 400,000 soldiers.
What's Germany got?
I don't know.
I'm guessing a couple hundred thousand.
So what do you got?
You got maybe a little over half a million men who have never fought and who are like woke and obese, especially the Germans, the German military, they're almost as obese as America's military.
Except America holds the record on that.
We eat more junk food per capita in the military than anybody in the world.
But the Germans, they've got, you know, bratwurst and sausages and stuff.
They're working on it.
Your guys can't even run a quarter mile without collapsing.
So how are you going to fight the Russians?
You're not.
You're going to be decimated in a fight with the Russians.
The Russians can take out 100,000 Western European troops in a month, month after month, because Russia can keep making the drones, the artillery, the missiles, the bombs, the tanks.
Russia's got the industrial might that once belonged to the United States after World War II.
Now, the hub of that is, well, Russia and China, China being the largest industrial base of the world right now, and Russia being the largest military industrial base in what we would consider to be, well, Europe.
Yeah, you know, Russia is part of Europe.
Just saying.
Now, as this is happening, the euro is going to collapse.
The currencies of Western nations are already collapsing.
The dollar is collapsing with record speed.
It's really a little bit scary to watch it.
The British pounds, the Japanese yen, it's not looking good.
The bond market is imploding.
Germany is having failed bond auctions at the, you know, at the yields that they want to offer, so they're having to raise the yields.
Same thing in Japan.
Japan used to pay, you know, half a percent on a 10-year.
Now, what are they paying, three, three and a half percent or something close to that, 3.1 percent?
The debt markets...
of these western nations including britain including france including the united states the debt markets are failing and most of the world is now turning to gold rather than buying debt of western nations and you can't blame them because think about it if someone approached you and said hey i'll how about i sell you some u.s treasury debt and i'll give you a four and a half percent yield over 10 years would
you buy that or would you just take your money and buy gold instead and in gold you'd probably get you know like a 25 annual yield or something or even more based on recent events why would anybody buy treasuries and would india buy u.s treasuries no would the uae buy u.s treasuries only if there's some arm twisting involved you know would the saudis buy treasuries again only for political reasons not for
rational financial reasons.
Nobody in their right mind will buy treasuries from any Western country at this point.
Everybody who has any sense, even at the central bank level or the nation-state level, is buying gold.
And that's why you and I should be buying gold, because that's the thing that makes sense.
That's what's going to be here when the debt markets collapse.
But remember, Western Europe needs war with Russia to cover up the debt collapse.
They need an excuse.
They need to get bombed by Russia so they can blame Russia, and they can explain away all the years of financial crimes and money laundering and hiding away all the government grants.
Same thing in the U.S. The Trump administration inherited a mountain of financial fraud that goes back for generations.
And that mountain of financial fraud, that needs to be buried somewhere, you know, out in a bog somewhere that nobody can find it, where the bodies won't float to the surface.
They need to bury that deep.
And how do you do that?
You start a war.
You get nuked.
You know, how do they bury the financial crimes of the 1990s?
Well, they stacked all the records in Building 7, and then they, of course, used controlled demolition to bring down Building 7 in 2001.
And then, oh, all the records of all the opium trade and the human trafficking and weapons trafficking.
Oh, anytime somebody asked for records from the U.S. Senate or something, oh, well, those records, they all got blowed up.
Sorry, no more records.
See, that's what Britain needs.
That's what Germany needs.
That's what France needs.
And definitely that's what Zelensky needs in Ukraine.
They need to burn those records as quickly as possible.
Because they've just been, you know, money laundering since day one.
Since the grant money started coming in, they've just been laundering that money all over the world.
And you know what else factors into all of this?
Remember, we're living in the age of the rise of AI robots.
And of course, the human extermination agenda is underway.
There's been a globalist memo that went out to all the nations, including to the U.S. and Canada, New Zealand, Australia, Japan, you name it.
And the memo is find a way to kill off your populations because don't need them any longer.
All the cognitions being replaced by AI agents and all the labor is going to be replaced by AI robots over the next few years.
So within the next 5-10 years, make sure you just exterminate a very large percentage of your populations.
Also, we have to free up the power grid for the AI data centers.
And so that's what's going on.
Why do you think Trump just met with Bill Gates, had him over for dinner at the White House?
And Mark Zuckerberg, you know, another treasonous criminal who should be arrested.
I mean Bill Gates has been running a depopulation agenda on the American people for many many years he pushed COVID so hard I mean he is complicit in the mass COVID slaughter of at least 1.5 million Americans which dwarfs the number of casualties of the Vietnam War that's right and Trump rolls out the red carpet for him why because Trump is doing business
with the technocracy elite that are going to run the extermination agenda.
That's why Trump is on board with the extermination agenda.
He doesn't need the people, or many of them, in order to fulfill his mission of keeping America strong.
Because he knows that this is the shift from the era of humans to the era of machines.
Why do you think Trump continues to triple down on Operation Warp Speed?
Greatest achievement ever.
Why?
Rapid depopulation.
Exterminated at least one and a half million Americans.
Huge success, you see, from that point of view.
What do you think they're going to do next?
Something even bigger.
The NATO chief, Mark Ruta, or Ruta, Ruta, I don't know, Roto-Ruter.
He's warned that the world is on the brink of World War III, and he's warning that Russia is going to attack NATO, and he says that we have to redirect pensions, health, and Social Security to military spending.
Yeah, you see what I mean?
Oh, sorry, we can't pay your pensions anymore all across the EU.
We can't run a health care system anymore.
Too bad for your Social Security.
Yeah, we've got to fund the weapons manufacturers that are actually building the weapons that will be used to exterminate their own citizens, of course.
So this is how it's going to work.
They're going to take the money away from you.
They're going to take away your power.
They're going to take away your water supply.
They're going to, of course, continue to push food scarcity.
They're going to take away your health care, your pensions, your Social Security, other benefits.
I think in Germany, they get like 97 weeks of paid vacation every year.
You're going to take that away.
And I know that's more weeks than there are in a year.
That's how amazing the vacation is in Germany.
If you show up for work in Germany, you actually get beaten.
And they send you home for two more years to make up for the day that you tried to work.
Pretty sure that's how that system works.
But Mark Ruta is saying that NATO is going to be assaulted.
So we have to now assume that war is coming and redirect all the money away from the entitlements that they promised their own citizens.
And how do they deal with that?
How do they deal with the revolts and the protests and the uprisings?
It's simple.
Mass extermination.
Yeah, now you're getting it.
Now you're getting it.
Whatever question I ask you, the answer is mass extermination.
Okay.
How are they going to deal with the pension problem?
Boom.
Mass extermination.
Oh.
How are they going to deal with housing prices being too high?
Oh, mass extermination.
Yeah, you see what I mean?
How are they going to prevent protests in the streets?
Mass extermination.
It's the answer to everything they're doing.
And if you see them doing something and you're like, that doesn't make any sense, it's only because you haven't yet said mass extermination.
Once you say that, you're like, oh, now it makes sense.
Yeah, that's exactly what they're doing.
Why are they continuing to shut down the coal-fired power plants and nuclear power plants all over Europe, including in France?
Why?
Mass extermination.
They don't need the power for the humans anymore.
It's mass extermination.
It's very simple.
And again, why do they want to go to war with Russia?
Because they need blank mass extermination.
You see?
Now it all makes sense.
Literally everything they do makes sense when you understand it from that frame.
We are living through the next phase of human depopulation.
And once you understand this, you got to look back at, let's say, World War I, mass extermination.
Spanish flu outbreak.
How is that possible?
When there was no flu, there is no flu.
The germ theory is a fraud.
But they lined up all the soldiers to be injected with bioweapons.
And then huge numbers of them died, like millions, right?
Oh, yeah.
Mass extermination.
And whatever they couldn't get with the injections and the bioweapons exposure, well, they got them with starvation.
They got them with genocide.
They exterminated the Armenians.
They, of course, had military deaths, bombs and machine guns and chemical weapons and mustard gas weapons, which they now use, derivatives of that as chemotherapy.
Also all about mass extermination.
So World War I resulted in something like 35 plus million casualties.
Yeah, that's a huge number, given the much lower population at the time.
Think about that.
Why was that the case?
The governments needed mass extermination.
They needed to get rid of their young men.
And then, you know, a generation later, they did it again.
World War II.
Killed off, I don't know, 50 to 60 million people in World War II, including at least 20 million Russians or Soviets at the time.
In fact, the civilian death toll of World War II exceeded the military death toll.
Did you know that?
There were huge losses in China, losses in Japan, and of course, Germany, civilian deaths, including the bombing of Dresden.
And of course, this also encompasses the bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki with the atomic bombs that the U.S. dropped on civilian populations.
Why?
Mass extermination.
You got it.
You're starting to catch on.
It's always the answer to your conundrum questions.
You're wondering, why would they do that?
Why would they increase the vaccination schedule to like, you know, 75 vaccines for children?
Mass extermination.
You got it.
You got it.
Why would they put young students on psychiatric drugs that cause school shootings?
Oh, yeah, mass extermination.
Okay, okay.
Why would they push transgenderism onto children to mutilate their reproductive organs?
Oh, yeah, you got it.
Mass extermination.
It's always the answer.
Now, see, since World War II, however, there hasn't really been a highly effective mass extermination event, you know, in terms of per capita extermination.
So COVID killed at least 20 million people around the world, but that didn't even, that's just a fraction of World War II deaths.
And the population today is much larger.
The Korean War didn't.
actually achieve the large kill results that the globalists wanted.
The Vietnam War did not either.
The Gulf War just didn't produce the casualties.
The financial collapse, the subprime market collapse of 2008, or the great financial crisis, that just didn't kill off people.
It killed off people's wallets and bank accounts, but it didn't kill off a large number of people.
And so this is one reason why in 2014, the Western governments overthrew Ukraine and they installed a pro-Western leader, which then I believe in 2017 was replaced with Zelensky in order to try to push World War III with Russia.
Why?
Mass extermination.
To both try to exterminate Russians and Europeans.
And that is where we are now.
That's the phase.
So next year, 2026, that phase is going to ramp up.
And you're going to see the deaths.
That is, if the globalists get their way, you're going to see tens of millions of people killed across Europe next year.
Well, I should say beginning next year, but this war could last many years and the casualties will just begin to add up until it becomes tens of millions of people.
It's all on purpose.
It's all scripted.
And as this happens, it's not hard to anticipate where a lot of this is going.
It's not hard to realize that gold and silver are going to skyrocket or that iodine is going to become a high demand item or that global supply chains are going to be completely wrecked.
Speaking of wrecked, over the weekend, I wrecked a hydraulic coupler on my skid steer.
I want to say it wasn't my fault.
The attachment I was using had the hydraulic lines were just way too long.
Way too long.
I'm like, why do they make them this long?
And I was in a tough spot doing some forestry work.
And unfortunately, the hydraulic cables got under one of my tracks on the left side.
The left track ran over the cables as I'm moving forward.
And oh my God, it just ripped.
It ripped the hydraulic lines out of the couplers on the machine.
And it sprayed a little bit of hydraulic fluid for a moment there.
And so, oh man, what did I do?
Now I've got to fix this too.
I'm getting pretty handy fixing stuff because I break stuff a lot.
I mean, actually, I shouldn't say it that way.
Other people are worse on machines than I am, but I was in a very difficult spot.
The ground was completely uneven.
It was tilted.
I was navigating.
Anyway, so the first thing I did, you know, I take it back, park it, and I'm looking with a magnifying glass to try to find what part number is this thing that I just ripped apart.
I should give you a picture.
It's funny.
Just like rip the stainless steel outer shell of this coupler.
Like, what is this?
And it turns out it's made in Italy.
And I think it's called the Stookie.
Stookie couplers?
I think, or Stoochie?
I guess it's Stookie.
Anyway, I'm like, oh man, this is another thing from Italy.
Because the last time I tried to buy something from Italy, it's like, oh, it's 30% tariff because of Trump.
Now, I got to find these parts made somewhere other than Italy because of Trump's tariffs.
So good news is I found another brand.
I think it's made in South Korea, actually.
And so I bought the Korean one.
And I'll replace it.
See, this is what's going to happen.
In the middle of a war, if you break stuff or you need replacement parts, you need a new part for your washer, your dryer, your car, your tractor, whatever.
You need new tires.
The supply chains are going to be wrecked.
And you're going to have to live in a very self-reliant manner.
Because today I could just order the replacement part.
You know, it'll be here in two or three days.
And I just, you know, screw it in and reconnect.
Okay.
And it's not that bad.
In the middle of World War III, yeah, you're not going to be able to get that part.
You're toast.
You either stock up on all the extra parts that you think you might need, which is hard to anticipate because you don't know what you're going to break.
Or you just end up having to go without, you know, all your machines sooner or later.
Something breaks down.
That's what it's going to be like living in World War III.
Some of you, you may have parents or grandparents who lived in World War II.
My grandparents lived through World War II.

What an extraordinary woman.
She was an incredible writer, too.
That's where I got my writing skills.
But anyway, she told me stories about what it was like living through World War II.
You know, from the food lines, you know, you had like, I think you had butter stamps from the government.
It was like you had a certain allotment of butter and you would stand in the butter line.
And then there were bread lines, of course, you know, that was Great Depression time also.
But in World War II, there were strict limits on sugar and butter and things like that.
And I remember my grandpa telling me that if you had a bicycle tire and then it got a hole in it, you couldn't patch it, it was too big, you didn't throw that tire.
I mean, the inner tube, you didn't throw the inner tube away.
You take the inner tube out or the tire and you cut it up and you resole your shoes with it.
You know, you make a new sole for your sandals with the rubber.
You don't waste good rubber when you're living in a war, you see.
Same thing with food.
You don't throw food away.
You don't waste food.
You know what your mom would do to you in 1942 if you left like five green beans and some mashed potatoes on your plate?
Yeah, your mom slapped that silly grin right off your face.
You eat those beans and potatoes, boy, right?
I mean, that's the way it was in the 1940s.
You don't waste food because you're lucky to have five green beans and a spoon of mashed potatoes.
You know what I'm saying?
Today, nobody's got that mindset.
Nobody's really mentally prepared for what's coming.
Nobody knows what it's like, or few people know what it's like to live in real hardship.
But those are the days that are coming.

Power grid's not going to be functional.
I mean, reliable.
