I have been studying law.
In fact, I have 40 years since I graduated.
I've been a lawyer for 40 years.
And one of my favorite Subjects has always been as a trial lawyer, which I think is kind of the meat and potatoes times, is the idea of a change of venue.
People historically have always said that a defendant cannot get a fair trial because of X, Y, and Z. And for the most part, people thought, you know what, that doesn't really make any sense.
I mean, they're going to get a fair trial.
Michigan against Tucker, I believe, the famous case of the defendant is entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one.
So for the most part, anybody who ever claimed to say, you know, we have to move the trial in order to get a fair, you know, because of change of venue, I always thought, where are you going to move it?
Sometimes it may, you know, if it's a lesser known, but with the internet, I mean, does it really matter?
Sometimes it does, but for the most part, I've always believed that, well, not really.
Yes.
Defendants can get a fair trial.
Not a perfect one.
Not one that will ensure their acquittal.
There was a great, by the way, series of cases regarding Murph the Serf.
Remember this?
The great diamond thief?
That was a great example of pre-trial publicity.
But, here's the story, and listen carefully.
I have come to the conclusion that Donald Trump Unless, maybe, maybe he can get a jury in Richmond County on Staten Island, maybe he is not able to enjoy this notion called due process.
Donald Trump will never get a fair trial in any court in the United States, ever.
Now, you're going to say, wait a minute, and I love my constitution so much!
This is what I, I'm a constitutionalist.
I don't care about politics.
Politics is great if you're talking about politics.
If you're talking about due process, it's a different story.
But I'm telling you, Donald Trump is kryptonite to the system.
Donald Trump is unable.
It is impossible for Donald Trump to get a fair trial.
They can't do it.
And let me also say something, to be fair, to show you that I'm fair.
A lot of times, he screws things up himself.
The fact that he never even bothered to show up at his trial for that R word, which we don't say here.

You've got lawyers who are afraid of even getting anywhere near him because they might be disbarred or lose the chance to make partner or tenure.
I mean, it's like nothing I've ever seen.
And I'm not exaggerating.
We live in a world now where we see new levels of commercial free speech.
Violations and the like that I never thought even remotely possible.
I never thought any of it was even...

I thought, ah, you were saying about that because it was just Trump or maybe Trump deserved it.

Remember, he's got more cases coming.

The most concerned about, of them all, of the six total, is the Mar-a-Lago obstruction of justice case.
The obstruction of justice angle.
Now, the E. Jean Carroll case was a civil case.
It was civil.
There's no crime.
There was no chance of going to jail for that.
But the jailable cases...
Maybe January 6th, maybe some kind of seditious conspiracy, because they're building up a case.
They are showing you, as in the case of Proud Boys and others, that it's exceedingly easy.
And by the way, is there any evidence that Trump incited this?
No.
However, if you read seditious conspiracy and understand what a D.C. jury can do given this, You want to make any bets on that?

Let me go back to the initial premise of this, and I mean this.

I've never seen anything like it.
They're going to grind him into dust.
And they're doing it not because they're afraid he might run again, or because he might be lucky.
They do it because they like it.
They hate him.
You don't understand.
It's a passion.
It's fetishistic.
They hate him.
They despise him at levels inexplicable.
I've never seen anything like it.
