| I have been studying law. | |
| In fact, I have 40 years since I graduated. | |
| I've been a lawyer for 40 years. | |
| And one of my favorite Subjects has always been as a trial lawyer, which I think is kind of the meat and potatoes times, is the idea of a change of venue. | |
| People historically have always said that a defendant cannot get a fair trial because of X, Y, and Z. And for the most part, people thought, you know what, that doesn't really make any sense. | |
| I mean, they're going to get a fair trial. | |
| Michigan against Tucker, I believe, the famous case of the defendant is entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one. | |
|
Donald's Due Process Dilemma
00:08:01
|
|
| So for the most part, anybody who ever claimed to say, you know, we have to move the trial in order to get a fair, you know, because of change of venue, I always thought, where are you going to move it? | |
| Sometimes it may, you know, if it's a lesser known, but with the internet, I mean, does it really matter? | |
| Sometimes it does, but for the most part, I've always believed that, well, not really. | |
| Yes. | |
| Defendants can get a fair trial. | |
| Not a perfect one. | |
| Not one that will ensure their acquittal. | |
| There was a great, by the way, series of cases regarding Murph the Serf. | |
| Remember this? | |
| The great diamond thief? | |
| That was a great example of pre-trial publicity. | |
| But, here's the story, and listen carefully. | |
| I have come to the conclusion that Donald Trump Unless, maybe, maybe he can get a jury in Richmond County on Staten Island, maybe he is not able to enjoy this notion called due process. | |
| Donald Trump will never get a fair trial in any court in the United States, ever. | |
| Now, you're going to say, wait a minute, and I love my constitution so much! | |
| This is what I, I'm a constitutionalist. | |
| I don't care about politics. | |
| Politics is great if you're talking about politics. | |
| If you're talking about due process, it's a different story. | |
| But I'm telling you, Donald Trump is kryptonite to the system. | |
| Donald Trump is unable. | |
| It is impossible for Donald Trump to get a fair trial. | |
| They can't do it. | |
| And let me also say something, to be fair, to show you that I'm fair. | |
| A lot of times, he screws things up himself. | |
| The fact that he never even bothered to show up at his trial for that R word, which we don't say here. | |
| Remember where we are. | |
| You know what I'm talking about. | |
| Boneheaded. | |
| His defense lawyer? | |
| Asking E.G. Kerr, why didn't you scream? | |
| What are you doing? | |
| What are you doing? | |
| It's... | |
| And I've got to tell you something. | |
| Come here. | |
| What I heard, and what I've been hearing, especially from women, is beyond brutal. | |
| Brutal! | |
| It's incredible. | |
| I don't know what to call it. | |
| This brutality, like, who is this woman? | |
| Isn't there any sisterhood here? | |
| No. | |
| Not all women, of course. | |
| Not all. | |
| But more than you can imagine. | |
| And especially from women who are in the The industry that deals with women who are indeed victimized. | |
| Let me just explain this to you. | |
| Let me put things into detail. | |
| Let me see if I can just put this into detail and explain this as best as I possibly can. | |
| Listen to me. | |
| Donald Trump is not a citizen subject to the same rules of the Constitution that we are. | |
| Different. | |
| He... | |
| They... | |
| Want him so much. | |
| I mean, like you can't believe how they want him. | |
| They will stop at nothing to get him. | |
| I'm serious. | |
| I'm not exaggerating. | |
| I'm not just saying this. | |
| I'm not being overly dramatic. | |
| Oh, no, no, no, no. | |
| I mean what I'm saying. | |
| I've never seen, I never thought, I used to hear people say this all the time, you're crazy. | |
| No, no. | |
| Again, a lot of it's because of his own, his own idiocy, sorry, his own lawyer sometimes. | |
| Look, It's tough for him to get lawyers. | |
| You've heard about the 65 project, right? | |
| You've got lawyers who are afraid of even getting anywhere near him because they might be disbarred or lose the chance to make partner or tenure. | |
| I mean, it's like nothing I've ever seen. | |
| And I'm not exaggerating. | |
| We live in a world now where we see new levels of commercial free speech. | |
| Violations and the like that I never thought even remotely possible. | |
| I never thought any of it was even... | |
| I thought it was exaggerated. | |
| I thought, ah, you were saying about that because it was just Trump or maybe Trump deserved it. | |
| No! | |
| It's something else. | |
| Remember, he's got more cases coming. | |
| And the case, listen to me, the case that he should be... | |
| The most concerned about, of them all, of the six total, is the Mar-a-Lago obstruction of justice case. | |
| The obstruction of justice angle. | |
| Now, the E. Jean Carroll case was a civil case. | |
| It was civil. | |
| There's no crime. | |
| There was no chance of going to jail for that. | |
| But the jailable cases... | |
| Maybe January 6th, maybe some kind of seditious conspiracy, because they're building up a case. | |
| They are showing you, as in the case of Proud Boys and others, that it's exceedingly easy. | |
| And by the way, is there any evidence that Trump incited this? | |
| No. | |
| However, if you read seditious conspiracy and understand what a D.C. jury can do given this, You want to make any bets on that? | |
| Good luck with that one. | |
| Let me go back to the initial premise of this, and I mean this. | |
| And this may sound a bit... | |
| It may sound a bit kind of inflammatory, as it were. | |
| It may sound like, okay, you're just saying this. | |
| One of these YouTube things that people say. | |
| I mean it. | |
| Donald Trump could go to Mars. | |
| And maybe he'll find, maybe, a jury, a system, a Department of Justice that might look at what he did in connection with the actual severity and the actual criminality of what he actually did. | |
| And not because it's Donald Trump. | |
| Okay? | |
| I'm dead serious about this. | |
| I've never seen anything like it. | |
| They're going to grind him into dust. | |
| And they're doing it not because they're afraid he might run again, or because he might be lucky. | |
|
Bed, Bath & Beyond's Fall
00:02:33
|
|
| They do it because they like it. | |
| They hate him. | |
| You don't understand. | |
| It's a passion. | |
| It's fetishistic. | |
| They hate him. | |
| They despise him at levels inexplicable. | |
| I've never seen anything like it. | |
| Let me give you another example. | |
| This may be one of the most roundabout ways to do it. | |
| One of our sponsors has been the great people at MyPillow. | |
| And MyPillow Once they dared to utter, or the chairmanship dared to utter, individual political beliefs, people went crazy. | |
| Bed, Bath& Beyond. | |
| Well, look what happened to Bed, Bath& Beyond. | |
| So MyPillow has great products, great prequels and slippers and pillows, American-made, and they've devoted themselves to this product. | |
| But they've been also... | |
| Added to this mix of daring to utter anything that could be construed as not permissible. | |
| That's why I beg, beseech, implore, import union to support our friends at MyPillow. | |

| Watch how fast they answer the phone. | |
| 800-645-4965. | |
| I have never seen anything like this. | |
| This is my 35th year of actual commercial kind of like, you know, talk. | |
| And I've been doing this since. | |
| Before Rush, well, at the time of Rush Limbaugh, when AM Talk Radio, I've been through every iteration of this you can imagine. | |
| Even the first satellite radio, and then there was internet radio before we even had broadband. | |
| So I've seen this before, and I've never seen anything like I've seen now. | |
| Never. | |
| So let me thank you for this. | |
