[00:01:53]  People historically have always said that a defendant cannot get a fair trial because of X, Y, and Z. And for the most part, people thought, you know what, that doesn't really make any sense.

[00:02:06]  Michigan against Tucker, I believe, the famous case of the defendant is entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one.

[00:03:05]  I have come to the conclusion that Donald Trump Unless, maybe, maybe he can get a jury in Richmond County on Staten Island, maybe he is not able to enjoy this notion called due process.

[00:07:48]  The most concerned about, of them all, of the six total, is the Mar-a-Lago obstruction of justice case.

[00:08:01]  Now, the E. Jean Carroll case was a civil case.

[00:08:07]  There was no chance of going to jail for that.

[00:08:15]  Maybe January 6th, maybe some kind of seditious conspiracy, because they're building up a case.

[00:08:33]  However, if you read seditious conspiracy and understand what a D.C. jury can do given this, You want to make any bets on that?
