Well, good eve.
Good evening.
As I scratch my nose...
My friends, this evening, there was an event that occurred.
Namely, it was the Trump verdict and...
Trump verdict and the sudden announcement unended regarding Tucker Carlson.
And I normally don't do this, but...
It's about, oh, I don't know, 9.50.
I was out this evening at an event with Mrs. L, and I wanted to share this with you now and bring you up to speed so that you know exactly what I think about this, because this was far too timely and far too critical for this to go by without my immediate review of this, okay?
Now, a couple of things.
First, we happened to be at an event this evening where, lo and behold, Alan Dershowitz.
And Alan Dershowitz is a fine, fine man.
Very interesting.
85 years old.
I mean, he has the verve and the spunk and the elan of people half his age.
More than that.
But he is incredibly wrong in terms of what we are seeing.
Incredibly wrong.
I wanted to discuss a couple of things with you and go over a few aspects of this.
That's one thing.
And also, the non-news regarding Tucker Carlson and how you are continuously being drawn into this story because there's no story there.
Now, I'll get to that in a moment.
But I don't know what people are saying.
Or what planet they are regarding the Trump verdict.
I don't know how to say this.
I don't know how to say it.
Number one, I can't believe what I'm hearing from women who have this contempt, not all women, but more women than not, who have this contempt towards E. Jean Carroll.
Why didn't she scream?
Now, That's a good question.
Why didn't she scream?
So tonight, I was at this event, and I don't want to go too much into detail with this person, but this person is basically involved in the medical profession regarding this, and I said, well, let me ask you a question.
Do you think E. Jean Carroll was lying?
Do you think she made...
And by the way, Sarah, thank you so much.
Please hit the like button.
I always forget to say that.
Hit the like button.
Subscribe to the channel.
Do you believe E. Jean Carroll said, here's what I'm going to do.
I'm going to bring this case right now.
And it never happened.
Nothing.
It never, ever, ever happened.
None of it.
It never happened.
Nobody attacked me or sexually abused me.
Never.
Trump didn't do it, but I'm going to do it.
And I'm going to bring in this friend of mine who is going to say, who is going to testify that at the time this happened, and contemporaneous notes or whatever, I'm going to bring her in to say, yes, this happened.
I'm going to tell other people as well.
I'm also going to be having said this, Before.
The accusation was made before.
Remember, the accusation was made, then came the alleged defamation, then came the lawsuit for defamation, and then came this extension of the statute of limitations in New York to allow E. Jean Carroll to bring this case back.
That had already expired.
And bring in other people, we're going to go through this very, very carefully, other people who will say, you know, I may not know what's happening there, with this case, but you know, Trump did these things to me, and then, and then bring up the Access Hollywood tape to show that Trump says, you know, when I go up, when you're rich and famous, They let you.
And this is interesting.
They let you.
So basically he's bringing up evidence of consent.
Let me go through this again.
The first question is, do you believe she made this up?
Then, years ago, I don't know when the initial...
When the initial...
When was that, roughly?
When she first made the accusation?
It was years ago.
Yeah.
I forget.
Four or five years ago.
Well, years ago.
But the thing is, before...
It was before...
Let me see.
No.
Yes.
When did E. Jean Carroll first...
She accused Trump of...
We don't want to say the R word.
In the mid-90s, she accused Trump of...
Right.
It says here...
She published a memoir in 2019 titled...
What do we need men for?
A modest proposal.
In which she detailed the hideous men who she had mistreated, harassed her, including former President Donald Trump and Bless Moonves.
Okay?
In the book, Ms. Carroll, this is from the New York Times, Ms. Carroll accused Mr. Trump of pushing her against the dressing room wall in the luxury department store Bergdorf Goodman.
This is in the book.
In the mid-1990s, she wrote to Mr. Trump, then...
And also...
Les Moonves as well.
So this was 2019 that this book...
She published a memoir in 2019.
And in 2002, she co-founded it.
So, 2019 is the book.
And this was after he had, obviously, well, he was president in 2019, right?
Okay.
Maybe running for re-election.
So, you can talk about the timing.
You can talk about the timing.
And the first question is, do you think she just made this up?
Sat down, whole cloth, just made it up.
It never happened.
I find that hard to believe.
Made it up?
Just that she sat down and said, this never happened.
But I'm going to pick this story up.
I'm going to claim I was a Bergdorf Goodman.
Something happened.
I don't believe she just made it up.
I don't believe Lisa Birnbach, her friend, Who remembers at the time, supposedly, is making this up.
Now, whether it's full-blown sexual abuse, it's a different story.
But I have a hard time with somebody who just makes something up, who said, let me see, I'm going to make up a story.
Let's see, who would it be?
Would it be Trump?
No.
How about Bill Gates?
No, Bill Gates, he's, okay, well, what about somebody big, somebody big?
I'm just going to make a story up.
So I don't think that makes it.
I don't believe that for a moment.
I don't believe that for a moment.
However, the question is, well, what did happen?
Now, when Trump says, I don't even know who this woman is.
That I could believe.
That I could believe.
Sort of.
That I could believe, where she says, I don't know who this woman is.
That's been his story since the beginning.
Now, you know, during the course of this, they showed him a picture of her.
He's standing there with Ivanka, excuse me, Ivana, his ex-wife, and he thinks that this is Marla Maples, when in fact it was E. Jean Carroll.
Trump said at the time when they asked him, did you rape this woman, he said, that's not my type.
She's not my type.
She's not your type.
So this is not a criminal charge to say something stupid like that, but that's what he said, which is odd.
Very odd.
So the first thing you've got to ask is, you think she just made it like she never was there?
Well, maybe not there.
Could it have been?
Could she have been perhaps part of the initial...
Could it have gotten out of hand?
Maybe.
Maybe.
But that doesn't mean anything.
It's a very simple thing.
Now understand something.
Here is the case.
This is what you've got to remember.
Let's go through this.
The...
Let's look at the...
Actual.
By the way, Joe Tacopina.
This guy, I didn't even recognize him.
This eye work.
Unbelievable.
I can't believe.
He obviously went to some doctor.
Somebody said, fix my eyes up.
Okay.
I don't get it.
So anyway, here's the case.
E. Jean Carroll.
This is the verdict form.
Number one, battery.
Question number one that they asked E. Jean Carroll, did Ms. Carroll prove, by a preponderance of the evidence, and that is, more likely than not, 51%, did Ms. Carroll prove,
beyond a preponderance, by a preponderance of the evidence, that one, Mr. Trump, there's that R word, which means a violent, Form of actual penetration.
Please, I don't want to go into this.
You've got to be careful because YouTube standards may not particularly care for this.
But you know what I'm talking about.
Actual intromission.
Okay?
They said no.
Number two.
Did Trump sexually abuse Ms. Carroll?
Yes.
Now what is that?
That is lesser than.
When you say lesser than, it's really different than the R word.
But, it still is subject to a form of battery.
Battery is the impermissible touching of another against their will.
And it involves fondling, and there's all different types of explanations and the like.
So then they said, Ms. Carroll was injured as a result?
Yes.
The verdict was yes.
If yes, insert a dollar amount, that would fairly and adequately compensate her for the injury.
Two million dollars.
So, yes as to sexual abuse, yes as an injury, two million dollars.
Okay.
Then, Mr. Trump's conduct was willfully or wantonly negligent, reckless, or done with a conscious disregard for the rights of Ms. Carroll, or was so reckless as to amount These are puny, punitive damages.
If yes, how much, if any, should Mr. Trump pay to Ms. Carroll?
Answer, $20,000.
Now, I can never understand how you figure this out.
Two million versus two five versus three versus twenty thousand.
I don't know.
Whatever.
Defamation.
Did Ms. Carroll prove by a preponderance of the evidence, again, meaning, is it more likely than not?
This is not reasonable now.
Did Mr. Trump's statement, was it defamatory?
Answer, yes.
Didn't say which statement.
In this verdict form, but obviously they were.
Let's later on.
Did Ms. Carroll prove by clear and convincing evidence, clear and convincing evidence, now it's not preponderance, but clear and convincing, that Mr. Trump's statement was false?
Yes.
That Mr. Trump made statement with actual malice?
Yes.
Okay.
Did Ms. Carroll prove by a preponderance of the evidence that Ms. Carroll was injured?
As a result of Mr. Trump's publication of the October 12, 2022 statement, yes.
If yes, insert a dollar amount for any damages other than the Reputation Repair Program.
$1 million.
If yes, insert a dollar amount for any damages for the Reputation Repair Program.
$1.7 million.
In making the statement, Mr. Trump acted maliciously out of hatred, ill will, spite, or wanton, reckless, or willful disregard for the rights of another, answer, yes.
More punies.
$280,000.
Grand total, five.
You got it?
So that's that.
Now here are some questions.
And this is what you've got to ask.
What's your first reaction to it?
I know you think it's bogus.
I know you don't believe her.
I know you think it's all political.
I don't think that's too far-fetched.
I don't believe it's all political.
I think she was absolutely assisted, helped, played on, preyed on.
By individuals who are absolutely seeking to benefit from this politically.
Timothy James says, my money don't...
My money don't...
But it sure makes me want to...
Thank you so much.
Thank you.
This is from Timothy James, by the way.
Timothy, thank you.
And hand crepitations to you.
Please, I'll let others...
The red and orange combination make the reading very difficult.
But thank you, Timothy, for your kindness.
Timothy, do you believe that this was all...
You know that her lawyer...
There was some suggestion that the, what was it, one of the, was it LinkedIn or some site, the owner of that, perhaps funded this?
Funded this?
Five million exactly worth all this, could be.
You know people, of course, of course!
But does that mean it is completely without any merit?
See, what nobody wants to know, what nobody wants to know, what nobody ever wants to talk about, and what's very difficult, is that people will, you'll see one group of people, and I haven't seen these,
who will say this, there is no excuse for this whatsoever, and any amount of explanation on your part, anything that is done to perhaps maybe add some facts to this, It's nothing but cruelty.
But here's what people are saying, perhaps.
That she might have been there at Bergdorf when he walked in.
Now, some people say he's never been in.
And they supposedly said, hey, aren't you that gossip lady?
Aren't you that media person?
Well, come on with me.
I'm going to go buy some lingerie.
And I don't want to go into stories about other people to say whether this is or isn't.
Consistent with a particular MO.
But anyway, come on, let's go.
Come on with me.
I'll show you around.
You want to try on some lingerie or whatever?
And she, she may very well have said, she may not have rebuffed him at first.
I don't think she actually consented to any type of...
Physical action.
But you know, she probably thought, well, okay.
I mean, this was some time ago.
She was younger.
What was this?
What year was this again?
2000?
Yeah, 2002.
So this is 20 years ago.
She's, you know...
This was in 2000...
Yes.
Yes, 2002.
No, no, no, no.
Yes, 2002.
Thank you, David, to a bow.
Yeah, 2002.
So 20 years ago, she's, what, 79?
So still, I'm not sure as to the...
Yes, in any event.
Let's not get too much into the weeds here.
I've got a lot to break down with this.
I want to handle this one part here.
I can see it very consistent that somebody would have said at first, well, look, maybe I went along, maybe I was a part of this, maybe I was there with him.
Okay, fine, but I didn't agree to any of this.
Okay, fine.
You're going to have to ask yourself the question, is it?
His lawyer, Joe Tacopina, made a repeated point about this, where he said repeatedly.
Did you hear scream?
Were there screams?
What you're saying happened.
What you're saying happened by virtue of this, this is Dr. Pina now, by virtue of the physical pain, the physical trauma, the particular area that was being affected, is it not out of the ordinary to have somebody say, hey, ow, you know, some noise, just not out of help me, but just the plain old sound of pain, like when you...
You know, wrench your back or you fall down or bump your knee or just the normal reaction.
Is that consistent?
I think that's an excellent point.
It's not at all beyond the realm of rational thought.
The jury apparently did not think that was important.
The jury didn't think...
Then what happened was, some people will say, now here's the interesting thing.
They'll say...
How is it, if they say he did not commit the dread R of him, then how can you claim that he defamed you?
And again, I do not have the actual subject or sentence which were the subject of the defamation.
But how...
Oh, I was going to say, I hope there's fireworks going on.
Either that or there's more gunshots.
In any event, how did this happen?
How did all of this go on?
If they say he did not commit the R word, then how were you defamed when he said he didn't commit the R and the jury agrees?
You following that?
Is that inconsistent?
When the jury said, well, we didn't find that you were necessarily against, the word is not guilty, not liable, The R. But you did involve sexual abuse or whatever.
That we will find you guilty of.
Does that negate it?
Some people think, well, it's all or nothing at all.
You should have stopped it right there.
You should have said, that's it.
Not guilty.
And again, it's not guilty.
This is civil.
This is liable.
Will say...
Thank you so much.
This is a rapper's delight.
Thank you so much.
Will H., by the way, ladies and gentlemen.
Thank you so much.
Will H., Timothy James.
We're doing a veritable...
If you could do Rubber Biscuit, that might be good, too.
That's a great one that I...
The Blues Brothers made famous.
Thank you, the Will, irrespective of your message.
Maybe there's something in there that we should learn, but thank you nonetheless.
Now, is anything that I've said so far...
Grounds for appeal?
No.
No.
Nothing.
Unless there's something, unless they overruled a number of objections.
We're not done with this yet.
I'm not done with it.
Because they're going to say, we're going to get them on appeal.
Trump even says, the best line was, I don't know who this woman is.
I don't know who you're talking about.
I have no idea who she is.
And they say, well, she's in this picture.
Trump will say, you know how many pictures I've been in with people?
Come on.
I'm Donald Trump.
What are you talking about?
I don't know who she is.
I don't know who she is.
Well, she knows you.
Well, maybe she does know me.
I don't know.
Now, what role do you think it played the fact that he wasn't even there?
And he was maybe, and I hope they didn't know this, he was in, what, Scotland playing golf?
How does that help his case?
How does that help his case?
Does that start with the jury?
And normally, you can't in any way, you can't say to somebody, you can't bring up the fact that he did not take the stand.
In a criminal case, you can't even hint at that.
You can't hint at that.
And if you do, it's a mistrial.
But in a civil case, it's okay.
Not only can you say it, It's kind of, there's a special instruction where you can say, well, you know, they say there's two sides to every story, but this guy's not here.
Why wasn't he here to tell you?
Apparently he's too busy.
He's got bigger things to do than to be here with us.
Did that help?
Did that help?
Would it have been better for him to take the stand and say, let me tell you something.
I don't know who this woman is.
Do you hear what I'm saying?
I don't know who she is.
Be careful when you say, I've never been to Bergdorf.
Or as people here, for some reason, say Bergdorf.
I don't know why they do that.
If you're going to say, I don't know who she is, I'm telling you right now.
Don't say things like, I've never done this to a woman.
Just stay within this.
I don't know who she is.
Who is she?
I don't care if you show me pictures of her now.
I don't know who she is.
Don't get into, I've never done something like this.
Do you think that has something to do?
You're damn right that has something to do with it.
You're in a Manhattan jury.
They don't like him to begin with.
He's not even there.
So all you're doing is you're hearing this story.
Now, here's the other problem.
Number one.
Statutes of limitation.
Ladies and gentlemen.
Thank you, Mr. Burger King.
Thank you so much.
Thank you for your cryptic messages.
I thank you.
Don't think me in any way not Junior Whopper.
These messages, cryptic nonetheless, but I thank you.
I thank you for that.
Benevolent, yet difficult to Decipher.
Now, statutes of limitation.
Murder, I understand.
Murder, no problem.
Anything else?
I got a little bit of a problem with that.
Kids, different story.
Especially, especially civil cases.
Especially medical malpractice.
Especially when kids are injured and damaged by doctors.
Hurt by doctors, and then later on their parents let the statute lapse, and then this child who has suffered from, let's say, the negligence of a doctor, can't bring a case.
Sometimes they will toll the statute, they will extend the statute, they will allow for different grace periods, especially with children, and especially who basically have their particular case waived by parents.
But to have a statute of limitations extended after the fact, after it's already elapsed, you got big.
And the courts have said, no, that is not in any way a problem.
There are people, there are cases, there are statutes where people who have already served their time in prison, where they were sentenced to five years, and right before they get out, They've attempted or actually tacked on years.
This is an ex post facto law.
You can't change the law after the fact.
So I got some real problems with statutes of limitation.
But sexual battery, sexual, it's a different story.
Kids are one thing, children are another thing, young people are another.
But adults later on, there's got to be some finality.
And the worst...
Oh, and by the way, this Lisa Bernbach, who was the author, I think she was the author of The Preppy's Handbook or whatever it was.
That's very telling when somebody says, I made a call at the time.
I made a call to a friend of mine at the time this happened.
Do you remember?
Yes, I was.
Do you remember what year it was?
I may not know what year, but I like when they say that.
But if I called you and say, hey listen, I was just stabbed.
I went into this Sears store and I went into Automotives and this guy pulls out a Phillips screwdriver and stabs me in the neck 15 times.
Do you know what year it was?
I don't know what year it was, but I've only been stabbed in the necks once by a guy with a Phillips screwdriver in Sears and it was that guy.
I don't know if it was a Tuesday or if it was 4 o 'clock or 4.15, but it happened.
And you see this scar?
That's what I got from your client who stabbed me in the neck.
Alright, so just because people don't, they can't nail down the year.
Was it a Tuesday or a Wednesday?
What was the temperature like?
I don't know.
But I got this star.
Okay, you got that?
You get the point?
So that's what the Takapina was doing.
He was...
And there may be something.
A lot of people were saying she did not make a noise.
And by the way, women are brutal!
Brutal!
My God!
It was unbelievable!
Okay.
Now, the Now, jury selection.
I think it was, was it 9 to 3?
There were a jury of 6 men and 3 women.
6, you got a 9 jury, a 9 member jury.
And it's very interesting.
Now, here's the biggest problem I have.
The biggest problem.
Hang on a second here.
Um.
Da da da da.
Hmm.
Nah, forget that.
Now, here's the biggest problem I have.
This is the case that I hate.
This is what I despise more than anything.
Ladies and gentlemen, funding for Lionel and PBS is made possible by the Berkshire Hathaway Fund.
Thank you so much.
This is some of the funniest beneficence.
Thank you for this.
Thank you, PBS.
Thank you for all you've done.
Not only for the cause of public education, but also in helping me as well.
Thank you so much for that.
That's coming your way, PBS.
This is the one that I hate the most.
Similar fact evidence.
Let me show you how it makes sense at first.
See if it makes sense to you.
Let's assume you, you, Are charged in the past and found guilty of robbing banks in a particular way, wearing a particular hat, using a particular gun, saying a particular phrase during the course of your robbery.
This is what you've been found guilty of in the past.
You've been found guilty of this.
They know it was you.
All of a sudden we have a guy, we don't know who it is, but this one wears the same hat, says the same thing, uses the same gun, the same M.O. Let's have people come up and say, you know what?
I was robbed by this guy before.
I don't know about this case now, but in that time when he robbed me, he wore that.
That weird Ben Gertzel hat.
He wore the Star Trek T-shirt.
Whatever.
Now you can bring that up to show that there was a common plan, common intent, an M.O. Something where you could say, I'm not bringing up the guy's prior armed robberies.
Yes you are.
Well, I'm bringing them up.
But I'm not bringing them up just to show that he's a bad guy.
I'm bringing them up to show you that when he robs, he does it like this.
And he did it this way.
That's different.
You follow that?
That's different.
Yeah, the guy is funny.
The guy who robbed me said this thing.
He kept talking about PBS and Burger King and he kept saying these things.
And then we bring other people and say, yeah!
Same thing happened to me when that guy robbed me two years ago, three years ago.
It kind of makes sense.
We used to call it Williams Rule Evidence, but still, it kind of comes into play.
But now what we're doing is you have women who say, you know what?
There I was on a plane, and he's grabbing me, and he was doing this.
What the hell does that have to do with E.G. and Carroll?
Well, it just goes to show you that Trump's a dirtbag.
Well, wait a minute.
What does...
What does that have to do with this?
What are you talking about?
You can't...
That's the worst.
Stick to the subject.
Have you ever had an argument with somebody?
You're talking about something, and the person you're talking to realizes they're losing this argument.
And then they say, oh yeah?
Well, you were drunk at your sister's party.
Wait a minute.
What are you talking about?
Oh yeah?
Remember last Christmas?
You were drunk then too.
We're not talking about last Christmas.
We're not talking about my sister's party.
We're talking about this.
Oh yeah?
Well, what about the time you...
Wait a minute.
It's irrelevant.
It's also immaterial because there's no bearing on the case.
And it doesn't have the tendency and logic to prove that which is a material issue in fact.
It's just one of those things that doesn't make any sense.
But in court, in this case, you can do it.
That's the worst.
And then the Access Hollywood?
Well, you know, when you're a famous person, you go up and grab them by whatever, because they'll let you do that.
And the argument was trying to be made, well, He's acknowledging consent.
Oh, please.
Good luck with that one.
You've got a guy who even brings this subject up.
Now, in the long run, if this thing is appealed, by the time the appeal takes place, it could be what?
A year?
Two years?
Many are suggesting it'll be right before 2024, whether he runs or not.
Now you know and I know that the people involved, and by the way, there's nothing wrong with being a member of a law firm that does not like Donald Trump, or being a lead lawyer who doesn't like Donald Trump.
And to be in a town with jurors who don't like Donald Trump and a judge who may not be too crazy about Donald Trump.
How far that goes when it becomes per se unfair, that's a different story.
I don't know.
Michigan against Tucker said the defendant is entitled, it's a criminal case in this one, but the defendant is entitled to a fair trial, not a perfect one.
I think it was a big mistake for him not to be there.
I'm sorry.
There's something where you look at him and he sits there and you just I'm surprised nobody called.
And when he either can take the stand either in direct examination where he can be called of course will be called by his lawyer And the cross-examination by E. Jean Carroll's lawyer would have to be limited only to the scope of direct.
So whatever they talked about on direct, that's what you can cross-examine on.
And if Trump looks at the people and says, I don't know what you're talking about.
I never did this.
I never did this.
I don't know who she is.
Don't talk about it in general.
Because somebody will go, oh, you never did that in Bergdorf.
Well, we just happen to have somebody who remembers.
Don't be too...
To non-specific.
Just say, I don't know who she is.
That's it.
That does make somebody say, wow.
He sure looks.
Did you see his face?
Yeah.
He was like, I don't know who she is.
Wow.
I've never seen anything like that.
But if he's not there, you don't know what that looks like.
So, bottom line.
Now, I know who you are, and I appreciate your absolute...
Let's look at some of your things.
No proof of damages.
Very good question.
Very good question.
Our friend Ruth here asked the question, no proof of damages.
Ruth, what are the damages that you would show from 20...
Was it 23 or 20 years ago, 21 years ago?
Whatever it was.
What are the damages?
What would you like to see?
Well, did she go to the doctor?
No.
Did she go to the emergency room?
No.
She claimed it was painful, yeah.
What proof would you like of damages?
What would you like?
She called her friend.
Well, why didn't you call the police?
Do you know how many women don't call the police?
I would venture to say right now, there are women watching us right now and watching us later who will say, I didn't call the police.
I didn't call the police.
I didn't call the police.
Did she seek therapy?
She might have.
But she called her friend.
Now, It's a good question.
If somebody does not respond, then I want to say, did you seek therapy?
No.
Did you go to a psychiatrist?
No.
Did you go to an OBGYN?
No.
Were you checked for any type of trauma?
Did you ever claim PTSD?
No.
Did you ever receive any medication for this?
No.
Did you ever...
Does that mean it never happened?
Does that mean what?
What does that mean?
What happens if you're in court and you say, this guy pulled last year or six weeks ago or two hours ago or whatever it was, this guy pulled a gun on me.
Do you have a picture of that?
No, there was no CCTV but I'm in the parking lot and he pulled a gun on me, he scared the hell out of me and I'm charging him with aggravated battery or aggravated assault or attempted murder or robbery, whatever it is.
Do you have any proof of this?
I don't have any proof.
I'm telling you, he pulled a gun on me.
Do you have the gun?
I don't have the gun.
It freaked me out.
One of the conditions or one of the elements of robbery is that there's fear.
Did you seek therapy?
I didn't seek therapy.
What are you talking about?
He pulled a gun on me.
And you as a juror say, I believe her.
You can sit there and you can listen to somebody, perhaps, and say, yes, and I had internal injury and I had this.
And I was freaked out.
And I have never been able to date again.
I am distrustful of men.
And you might say, I'm buying that.
I believe her.
Why?
Because I believe her.
Because sometimes we look at each other and we say, I believe her.
I believe what she's saying.
I don't need it.
You know what they say about PTSD?
Some injuries, some wounds don't leave scars.
There's no scars.
How do you prove PTSD?
You go to a psychiatrist?
I didn't want to go to a psychiatrist.
This is the thing.
This is the thing which is the most difficult.
And I understand what you're asking.
You like Donald Trump.
You don't want people to Find him guilty of anything.
And your first motivation is not that you disprove the, or you doubt the evidence that was a deuce because you weren't even in court, but you like Donald Trump!
And that's okay.
And you're saying, I like him.
I think he's getting a raw deal.
And I think it's lousy what he's going through.
And I think it's terrible.
And I think it stinks.
And I'm basically asking questions because I don't...
I don't like him.
I don't know who she is.
I think they're all ganging up on him.
And I'm going to ask questions about, was she injured?
Did she go to the doctor?
Did she have any medical records?
Did she go to the police?
I would have done that.
And why did she wait so long?
Why didn't she call the police?
Why?
Because I like Donald Trump.
Now let me ask you something.
If this was your daughter, if this was you, this is the golden rule that I'm doing right now.
You can't do this in court, but...
You can't say, oh yeah, well, how would you feel?
Not good.
Mistrialable?
Absolutely.
But, if this was somebody you knew, and somebody said, well, how come you didn't?
Why didn't you scream?
Were you wearing, what, four six-inch heels?
How could you have done?
You'd want to rip their head off.
Excuse me.
You don't tell a victim.
How they should react?
If it's anybody else.
If it's Donald Trump's victim, it's okay.
See how this works?
Come on.
Your questions are good, but you're not going to ask them in general.
Plus, we're not there.
You don't know how she comes across.
And I know people who keep saying, she's a nut.
She's a nut.
I've got one friend.
She's crazy.
Why do you call her crazy?
Because she's crazy.
Let me ask you a question.
Who thinks it's a good idea that he didn't show up to court?
Anybody?
Who thinks it was a great idea that she didn't show up?
Anybody?
Anybody say, that's a damn good move on this part.
Anybody think the defense lawyer cross-examining the victim?
How come he didn't scream?
Now, here's the thing right now.
Most people will say, somebody says, she is crazy, and she's a liar.
How do you know that?
Well, because I...
Because I like Donald Trump.
Now listen, there's nothing wrong with that.
There's nothing wrong with that.
I guarantee you, if I said to you, let me read you the facts of this case.
Who are the defendants?
I'm not going to tell you.
I'm not going to tell you.
But I'm going to read you the facts of the case.
I'm going to read you what happened, and then I'm going to tell you what happened.
Who the people are.
Listen to the facts.
Tell me what you think.
Aren't you going to tell me who they are?
Nope.
Okay, after we're done, the victim in this, a 16-year-old girl from a Catholic school with a learning disability and whatever it is.
Oh my God.
Same facts, change it around.
This is an ex.
She was an ex cocktail waitress at a bowling alley from whatever.
Wait a minute.
What difference does it make?
It changes everything.
The facts don't matter.
It's who the person is.
Say it.
I don't care about the facts.
Who is it?
It means a lot.
Nobody wants to say it.
There's so much about this that just doesn't make any sense.
Seriously.
There doesn't.
Are you supposed to believe that Trump says, hey, how are you?
Yes.
Hey, aren't you that gossip lady?
Aren't you that realist?
Yeah.
Hey, would you like to help me?
I'm going to buy some lingerie.
Would you like to come with me?
I sure would.
What's your name?
Gene, what's yours?
Donald?
Hey, look around.
And you just attack somebody like that?
Dear God!
You believe...
What?
What is he...
If it's true, if this is true like this, this guy should be locked up.
He's demented.
At a Bergdorf...
What's going on here?
Then again, you mentioned...
You mentioned...
Les Moonves.
He did those other stories too.
So, this is he said, she said, and he said, and she said, and that sort of thing.
I don't think the case was handled correctly.
I think it was a big mistake that Trump didn't testify.
See the questions?
Diane asked, what about the dressing room cameras?
What was this, 1996?
He didn't have that stuff.
By the way, ladies, do you want to go into a dressing room that's got cameras in it?
Any lady here?
Ladies, how about cameras?
Want to go into the dressing room?
Go ahead.
Change your clothes.
You got cameras there for your protection.
Yeah.
I love this one.
Listen to this.
Someone writes, this is very good.
What's not to understand?
The CIA thugs are trying to prevent him from running?
They've done everything but killed the man.
Hope Tara Reade gets justice.
Absolutely.
What does Tara Reade have to do with this?
Nothing.
But it's a good point.
Tara Reade claimed she was abused by Joe Biden.
What does that have to do with this?
I don't know.
But it's a good point.
Will they stop at nothing?
Yes.
There's a Get Trump squad.
Absolutely!
There's a Get Trump squad.
I mean, this is some serious, serious stuff.
Now, do you think they did this to get him?
I guarantee you, first time anybody heard any word, you're not going to believe this yet.
I got a woman here who, just a minute, hang on, who is she?
Her name is E. Jean Carroll.
Just a second.
I'll bankroll it.
Would that surprise you?
Of course not.
Of course not.
Now, let me do this.
Someone writes, Tara is an actual victim.
Well, you know what, Naomi?
Bring up a very good, I believe what Tara Reid said, and we have not heard, I don't think, we weren't in the courtroom, why is it?
Why is it that people disbelieve E. Jean Carroll?
And why are women The most suspicious.
Why is that?
Now let me get to this because I don't want to spend all night.
I've been doing 50 minutes of this stuff.
Because it's that good.
I'm going to say something.
I don't want everybody to leave the room.
Because I'm going to say something about your boyfriend and you're not going to like it.
I'm just warning you.
If you have a...
Queasy stomach, if you're unable to handle this, I want you to leave and go the other way because I'm going to say something about Tucker Carlson you may not like, okay?
Okay.
I'm getting sick and tired of Tucker Carlson.
I'm getting so sick.
Is he going to go?
Did he quit?
Did he land anywhere yet?
He's going to make an announcement.
Did you see his video?
He's got 20 million hits.
Where's he going to go?
Is he going to go rogue with Rogan?
Is he going to...
What is the matter with you?
What is the matter with you?
Don't you understand?
They fired him because of Dominion and because...
Uh-huh.
And...
Don't you understand?
This is Deep State.
Deep State's going after him.
Okay, look.
Take it easy.
Let's go through a couple of things here.
Number one.
He was the best thing on Fox News.
Agreed?
Absolutely.
Between you and me, that's not exactly the toughest thing to do, but, but, without a doubt, the best.
Number two, he talked about stuff during his show that nobody talked about.
Well, at least the subject matter.
Were they in-depth?
No.
But he talked about UFOs?
For a minute.
Orban and Yugoslav, I agree in a minute.
Bobolinsky, that was a good one.
That went nowhere, but at least he tried that one.
He wasn't too crazy about that Dominion stuff in the first place.
He wasn't a big fan of Trump, though later he sucked up to Trump.
He's all over the place.
Tucker does this.
I got the text messages.
And then he loves them.
Tucker's a performer.
It's a work.
Tucker will be anything you want him to be, and right now, he is loving it.
Now, I think he's sincere.
I think he's a, I think he is a, I guess you would call him conservative, but then he's like super uber, he's Christian, and he's, okay, that's fine.
I don't remember this before, but now he is, and I pray.
Okay, now he's praying, and now he's enjoying the praying.
And then he realizes, I am the hottest thing in town.
I am the hottest thing.
And I'm kind of getting sick of it.
I'm sorry to tell you this.
Just land somewhere.
Start talking about stuff.
But I'm not that interested in you.
I don't want to break it to you.
But there's nobody on TV or anything else where I care about you.
What are you saying?
I don't expect you to be interested in me.
This isn't just about me.
I mean, you might be, but that'll only take you so far.
No, I want you to hear what I have to say.
My analysis, my thinking, whatever it is, it's not about me.
But he loves being Tucker.
You know who's like that?
Trump's like that.
So I'm tired of this.
Now, did you hear when he said, he does these things that drives me nuts.
I saw this thing.
He's landing on Twitter.
Wait a minute, wait a minute, wait, wait.
He's what?
Landing on Twitter?
No!
Don't be a putz.
You want to have your own, you want to be like even more exclusive than Rogan is.
You don't want anybody to be able to turn your show off.
Nobody.
Rogan can do it through Spotify, but no.
So he says, And he does these videos and you keep falling for these.
Where he doesn't say anything.
But you think it's so great.
Did you see what he said?
Where he says, truth can be an evanescent thing.
Truth can be subject to compromise.
Truth can be also the subject of prevarication.
Truth can be camouflage.
Right now, there are people in the world of media who lie to you.
They lie in shades and colors you never thought imaginable.
They lie by telling you that they're not lying, but you know they're lying, because mendacity is their middle name.
And I've been doing this for 30 years, and I know what I'm talking about.
Now, what does that mean?
Nothing!
But you're going, you're cavallowing, oh my god, I love this guy!
Did you hear what he said?
He said that we're lying!
Yes!
Yes, he said that.
Would you get over it?
Let's see what this message is here.
This should be good.
So far, they've been interesting.
Ladies and gentlemen, hold it.
Frank.
His name is Frank.
Not Frank with a cute name.
Just Frank.
Frank says, Tucker tweeted today and trashed and exposed the truth about fake news, but I wish he had admitted being a part of the problem for years.
Yes.
Frank, you are so wise.
That has your name on it.
Frank, he knows this.
Now listen to me, my friends.
Now listen to me.
Come here, Frank.
I'm speaking to you like I'm speaking to the rest of the folks.
Do you know the stuff that we could...
If I could go in there and say, hey, I'm going to sit in for Frank.
Okay.
I mean, for Tucker.
Can you think of anything that would be...
I think it's some stuff that might want to freak you out a little bit.
Can you think of something that's real interesting?
Real interesting?
Yeah.
Okay.
You want to talk about isolating Tesla waves into tectonics and perhaps weather manipulation?
You want to talk about HAARP and DARPA stuff?
What?
You want to talk about DARPA using micro vocalizations to read minds?
Wait a minute.
What?
Yeah.
You want to talk about nanotechnology?
What?
You want to talk about weather?
And you know I'm not bringing up the good stuff.
Look at me.
I'm not going to say it here.
I say it elsewhere.
But you know what I'm talking about.
I can't say it.
But I can think it.
Do you think, have you ever heard Drucker ever say something that, I mean, just blew you away?
Frank, have you ever heard anything where he said, I never knew that.
You mean, you mean there's evidence of extraterrestrials having landed here?
And that the government may, the government may be covering this up?
Get out of here.
Get.
What?
What?
Seriously.
Have you ever heard anything?
Have you ever heard talk?
Listen, we're a different group.
You know that, right?
We're different.
I mean, we can throw stuff at you.
I mean, I don't even want to...
You want to talk about what?
You want to talk about the Kibita Report?
You want to talk about Blue Book?
Project number 14?
What about the 13s before that?
You want to go back to the Hynek stuff before that?
Do you want to talk about, I mean, do you really want to go through these?
Do you want to talk about Rendlesham Forest?
Do you want to talk about what?
The real good stuff?
Do you want to talk about the evidence?
How about just, how about the orbs that were taken over Chelsea here in New York?
Listen, we can do this.
But who do they have?
They have what, that guy?
Elizondo?
Who's good?
If I see that Tic Tac gimbal thing one more time, look at the Tic Tac!
Have you ever heard anything where you said, oh my God.
Has he ever talked about hydro-imperialism and what that's going to mean?
Has he ever talked about some real good stuff?
Like the real story?
Has he ever gone into anything?
Oh, oh, oh, you're going to love this one.
Remember the night he said, and I remember, you went crazy over this.
He said, you know, Richard Nixon may have been impeached because he let on that he knew about the Warren Commission.
Can you believe he said that?
With a straight face?
Are you kidding me?
This is the first time, whether it's true or not, I'm just saying.
Did he just...
It's like when Glenn Beck...
Used to pull Alex Jones.
Glenn Beck all of a sudden took all of Alex Jones' routines and rehashed them and put them on on Fox News with the blackboard.
People didn't know what was going on because he should have at least kind of waded into the part of the pool a little bit earlier.
Please tell me, has he ever said anything?
To you, aside from these wonderfully written, beautifully prosaic descriptions of truth being compromised and this dissembled verity,
verisimilitudes, the veracity under siege by virtue of a corporate and corrupt Vile lattice work of...
Please!
Do you just keep...
What did he say in this thing tonight?
And I'm going to...
Oh, and the best part is Elon Musk says, I didn't sign anything with him.
What?
I didn't sign any deal with him.
Elon, he just said...
I don't care what he said.
I didn't sign...
He's welcome to do whatever he wants, but we didn't sign some deal.
And I hope Tucker, I'm sure he's got a great counsel.
He's got to find out what is it that he can and cannot be saying regarding his non-complete or the fact that he's still working for Fox News.
Do you know what my dream would be one day?
One day when they said, okay, make a wish.
Make a wish?
God forbid.
I don't want to...
Mock that, because it's a wonderful cause, but if there was something where you did not have to be terminally ill, if somebody said, okay, I'll buy a charity thing, can I come into Fox News?
Would you just let me, would you lock the door and let me say what I want?
And then give me ten minutes and let me hit them with, okay, and not just some crazies, but something that's kind of been That we don't talk about.
I talked to a guy tonight at this event we were...
And let me tell you something.
Dershowitz was fantastic.
85 years old.
The guy's amazing.
So I'm talking to a buddy of mine.
He was in Vietnam and he was this guy.
And we're just throwing stuff at each other.
I thought I was good.
I mean, people were sitting there saying, I never heard any of this stuff.
Oh, yeah.
So what I'm trying to tell you is simply this.
Good for Tucker.
Good for Tucker.
But I've had enough of it.
Tucker, it's never about you.
I'm not hanging on.
It's okay.
Get a gig.
I want to see you win.
You're very talented.
Nobody writes like you do.
And I think those are your words, unless you've got some very skilled people crafting that monologue, as they say.
He's very good.
And I want to see him land, and I want to see him continue this.
Because here's the best part.
You ready for this?
This is what you've been waiting for all night.
Two things are happening.
Number one, Tucker is doing something right now that is really shaking up mainstream media.
That's the good news.
And number two, the greatest thing that has hit this election, the greatest thing, Bobby Kennedy Jr., is the greatest thing that's happened.
I know you understand this.
I know you understand this.
He changes everything.
He changes everything.
Before they said, ah, let Biden come out.
He picks Carmelita.
Whatever.
So what?
Does his thing.
Maybe he'll step down, maybe not.
I don't know.
We don't know.
Gavin Newsom, yeah, 1.2 million, whatever it is, per black California citizen.
Don't even worry about it.
We'll get to that eventually.
Well, now Bobby Kennedy is in.
Not as a Republican.
As a Democrat.
Can you imagine Joe Biden, Joe Biden debating Bobby Kennedy Jr.?
I don't care what he sounds like.
This spasmodic dysphonia, I don't care what, or the name Ruben Bergogna.
Wait a minute, he's back.
Ladies and gentlemen, Frank is back.
And Frank says the following.
Frank says, don't you find it fascinating that Americans are obsessed with Tucker Carlson?
Yes.
While busloads of Chinese nationals are flowing across our southern border?
Not only Chinese nationals, but you're absolutely right.
We can't figure any of this stuff.
Why is this so important?
And you know, Frank, and by the way, thank you, Frank, for that.
Hand crepitations.
Remember, all donors get the hand crepitations.
How people are missing this, I have no clue at all.
I have no earthly idea how this even works.
But let me tell you what's happening.
The greatest thing is Bobby Kennedy.
Because now, hey, guess what, Gavin?
Bobby Kennedy's talking about what?
Southern border?
Did you hear him when he was talking about it?
You sure you want to say...
Who killed your uncle and your...
Who?
The CIA.
You sure about that?
I'm doubling down on that.
They can't believe it.
They can't believe what they're hearing.
They're doubling down on that!
Oh my God!
They don't know what to do.
And a lot of people are saying, wait a minute.
I think he knows something.
You don't think the eldest son, the scion, the dauphin of the Kennedy clan knows a thing or two?
You don't think throughout his life Bobby Kennedy Jr. has talked to some folks maybe in the company?
Maybe in government.
Maybe who just kind of feel sorry for the Kennedys.
Maybe who liked his old man and his uncle.
And maybe said, I got some news for you.
You don't think Bobby Kennedy along the way may have rubbed elbows with somebody who might say, I happen to know something.
And I feel like telling you, because you're the son.
You...
Come on.
And people are saying, he's doubling down?
Why do you keep publishing this?
That's the first thing.
Then he's talking about transgenders in sports.
Wait a minute.
Democrats never had to answer any of this.
Now you've got the number one guy who can only get away with this because he's a Kennedy saying exactly what the Republicans are saying.
And now the Democrats are saying, what is this?
What's going on?
It changed everything.
And you get Karine Jean-Bierre, she doesn't know what's going on.
Let me tell you what the rule was.
The plan before was to push Biden all the way up to the front, maybe he'll step down, maybe he'll get COVID, maybe he'll get sick, and then Carmelita takes over, Kamala Harris, she takes over, the caconator-in-chief, she takes over, she runs the show.
And she's the ultimate, the ultimate in terms of this, I guess you would call it almost like a Manchurian candidate.
Well, that's done now.
Because now you've got Bobby Kennedy.
And he's coming in and he's reminding the Democrats, wait a minute, plus he's a Kennedy.
He can say the same thing you and I say, and they listen to him.
They just listen to him.
He's a Kennedy.
Even his own family are putting out the weird widow because he's crazy.
This is the greatest thing in the world.
This is not good for Trump because this takes the focus away from him.
I'm not feeling good about Trump in this election.
I'm sorry.
I don't know if he's got the fire in his belly.
He's tired of this.
They're telling him, the moment you step down, this goes away.
Nobody wants this.
It's only because you're going to be looking at 2024.
They don't want you anywhere near that.
All you got to do, DT, is just step away from it.
Sit down.
Let DeSantis...
Ah, we'll bulldoze him.
Can you imagine DeSantis?
And even with Biden?
Bobby Kennedy is the greatest thing that's ever happened.
I'll vote for the guy.
I'll vote for the guy.
I'll write him in!
This would be the most cataclysmic, oh my god!
Now you're going to ask, wait a minute, why do you want to do this?
Why?
Let's assume that you wanted to destroy, not the Democratic Party, but whatever this iteration of this, I guess, this demented shadow government was.
What's the best way to do it?
By going after it.
Using him.
Trump doesn't do anything to affect the Democratic Party until later on.
Or DeSantis or anybody else.
But a Republican already in there?
Who can start picking away?
Who can start saying, wait a minute.
Who can go to Democratic enclaves and ask them, why is the Democratic Party turning their back on you?
We're going to pick this up together.
I have spoken too long.
I am so sorry.
I've been giving you an hour and ten of my life.
Because I had to tonight.
This was a big, big night.
This was a big, big, big night.
So to you, please, like this.
There's 197 likes.
I need more likes.
I don't want to be like this.
I don't want to sit there and bake.
Likes are critical.
It affects the algorithm.
It helps our number, our metrics.
So, just want to let you know about that one.
That's all I want to tell you.
That's all I want to tell you.
And so far, to Timothy James, thank you, Timothy.
Thank you, Will H. Thank you, Will H. To Burger King, thank you, Burger King.
To our friends at PBS, thank you as well.
And to the inimitable, the ineffable, the inexorable, Frank, Thank you, Frank.
Not for what you are, but for what you appear to be, and I mean that sincerely.
You have been a delight.
You have been an absolute delight.
Thank you so much.
Thank you for letting me into your world.
We'll be back tomorrow, 8 a.m., starting early.
Pick up right where we left off.
And you have a great and a glorious day, my friends.
Thank you so much.
See you again.
And don't forget these wonderful words.
This sayonara, this valedictory, this adios.
The monkey's dead.
The show's over.
Sue ya.
