Maybe you and I are in, but for the most part, America should not be anywhere near a voting booth because America doesn't know how to vote.
America doesn't understand the issues.

I don't know how to tell you this, but the term conservative and even that, you understand most people don't even know what that term means, the historical aspects, the historical connection, the ligature.

And those people who consider themselves conservatives use the term woke.

Somebody has got to figure out how to deal with these people and how to discuss reality with these people.
And I'm telling you, nobody's able to do it.
Because people are too into this.
Take, for example, the issue of Trump getting back to Twitter.
What difference does it make?
He even said, I don't want it.
I'll say on truth social.
To people, left and right is Fox versus CNN.
That's not it.
I don't think people are ready to vote.
I don't think people even understand the issues.
I don't think people really truly understand the issues or historical antecedents of this.
I'm not saying this just to be funny or cute or provocative.
I mean it.
I think Americans are immature, are too emotional, and too connected to something wherein over the period of time something has supplanted and replaced, I should say, conventional Ideological voting with something else.
Something that involves more raw emotion or something involving words that have nothing to do.
I've heard more.
Let me give you an example.
And by the way, my attack, my indictment is rather ecumenical because I don't really land on one side or the other.
I've heard more people I know, more friends of mine, Say that so-and-so is a socialist, or better yet, a Marxist, or a communist.
You know, this communist, you know, this AOC is a Marxist.
A Marxist?
Yeah, she's a Marxist.
Communist.
Really?
And that MTG, she's a fascist, and a right-wing, and MTG and AOC are kind of like the starting points.
If this is the way we think, And this is the way that people are putting together thoughts.
We're doomed as a society.
We need to go back.
We need to provide some kind of rudimentary education.
Maybe some historical antecedent.
Some type of historical perspective.
Something to explain to people.
You don't have it right.
Let me explain something.
I don't have a party.
I don't have a direction.
To me, the world of politics is the world's worst buffet.
And I'm starving and I want to eat and there's nothing to eat.
And I see some shriveled up kale over here which was the garnish and now that's it.
I see some other stuff.
I don't even know what it is.
And I've got to pick because I want to participate.
I want to eat.
I want to consume electorally.
And what do I have?
Nothing.
By far.
The most divisive, the most galvanizing, the most problematic and yet magnetic candidate of all time in my lifetime is Donald Trump.
And he, by virtue of his presence, has caused such a frenetic Schizoid, detached, lunatic, hyper-overreaction to everything that I don't know if we're ever going to get back into the real world anytime soon.
I really don't.
I don't know if we're going to get back to the way we used to be, where we had issues and we voted.
And it's not really social media, though that did a lot too, because that exacerbated the issue.
Why?
Why do I say that?
Simple.
Because you live in a world of 140 or so character phrases, and orts, and memes, and glyphs, and blurbs, and belches, and burps, and ericative verbal little...
Little nothings, these little patterns of semaphore, morphemes, morphemes, these little nothing.
You don't say anything.
Maybe a meme, maybe a gif, maybe an LOL, maybe an emoji, maybe something, but that's it because you have reduced the notion, and you maybe had to have done this, you took the notion of this thing called English and you reduced it into this I don't know what it is.
And now we speak in terms of symbols.
And we speak in terms of raw emotion and hate.
And everything that we say is always an exaggerated explication and limbing of something which isn't at all fascinating.

I heard somebody say the other day that I was watching some stupid food.
Blog, which is just, I can talk about.
That and organized crime blogs, I'm addicted to right now.
Because I'm, and I'm hitting critical mass very quickly.
But you'll hear on food blog, this is amazing.
And excited.
Well, we're going to try this thing called panini, and I'm so excited.
It's amazing.

Before we had hilarious.
Remember that?
It was awesome before that.
Everything in its exaggerated, exaggerative state.
Meaning that we have completely destroyed any sense of proportion as to anything.
So we overreact to things that are really reactionless.
We overreact.
We hyperreact.
Everything is loud.
Everything is over the top.
Put it this way, one of my other favorite videos to show you an idea of where society is going are people who blow up and go crazy on airplanes for no particular reason.
Psychotic episodes, schizoid detachment from reality.
This is who we are.
So these same people are expected to vote, expected to go through and parse the various issues, to collate, to discern, to distribute, to...
To distill, to digest, to grasp that which is some pretty complicated stuff?
Some very diverse, very divergent issues?
I don't think so.
So maybe, maybe we should reconsider.
Maybe the vote is considered fine.
Maybe the problem is that through some kind of weird evolution...
Maybe society, this iteration of society, of humanity, maybe we're just not able to do it because whatever it is that you're supposed to have in order to vote, maybe we've just lost it, figuratively, actually, and I'm not exaggerating.
I don't know.
We have hit, please don't take this the wrong way, new levels of crazy and new levels of stupid.
Hues, pastels, a frequency, a ken, an ambit of stupid, from mildly dense to concretized, you know, people devoid of any sensate recognition of reality.
I mean, and it's thrown into the mix of ignorance and stupidity.
And something that's wildly emotionally and psychologically, you know, all over the place, and you've got us right now.
And we're supposed to vote.
We're supposed to understand things like, oh, NATO expansion.
NATO expansion versus Soviet-slash-Russian containment vis-a-vis a kind of a Meersheimer approach, or maybe a Kennan approach.
Or are we supposed to look at the world vis-a-vis, I like saying that, a Newland, neo-NATO approach, huh?
Yeah, good luck with that one.
Good luck.
Instead, we reduce it to Trump bad or Trump good, and Biden is not Trump.
That's where we are.
Trump good or Trump bad.
Biden is not Trump.
